Super good !. This is an excellent app, I love it, it’s very easy to make videos I spend a lot of money with a Sony camera it didn’t have no pause button, and then I found this app it make me so happy now I’m recording with my iPad but I’m very satisfied 🥰

Just What I Was Looking For. If you have a iPhone which videos can’t pause at and your looking for a Video app that pauses this is just for you tysm this is what I was looking for however there is bad things about it it has a giant water mark at which you can’t remove unless you pay for and it has ads. So if you can remove the adds this would be my fav app literally

No zoom. Very bad. Very, very bad.. I paid full price for this app but wish I didn’t. I like the fact that the volume buttons work as a Start/Pause button. Other apps don’t have this much needed feature. The one I use the most (Videocam+) had this feature but it’s no longer working. If this app have zoom AND volume Up button (+) for Start/Pause AND volume Down button (-) for still photo capture while recording, it will be the real deal. As it is right now, it’s unusable for me. Money wasted, lesson learned.

Good. It’s a good app to substitute for the lack of the pause option when recording on an iPhone, however really annoying that u have to get low quality, like they could at least give us medium.

Solid and Functional!. I’ve been using this app for the last year and a half. I primarily shoot my son’s volleyball matches so the pause feature is invaluable. I would’ve given and enthusiastic 5 stars but my only regret is that the frame is fixed (no zoom feature)... so I give an enthusiastic 4 stars.

Free Version: No Value. The free version does a poor, very poor job of delivering a crisp, clear, color balanced image. Second star given because yes, it does as it promises, allows video to pause, but without a decent image preferable to quickly edit an iphone video in any editing tool. If cause is not buying all upgrades, then you’ve missed an opportunity. Look elsewhere.

Seriously Broken. Downloaded app, started using it, it asked me to watch an add, I clicked no, it asked for $1.99 to get rid of ads, I clicked yes, it charged my card for the $1.99 (plus tax), and still would not let me continue without ads. Deleted app and re-downloaded, and clicked restore purchase, and it still just would not work. Deleted app. No doubt the FASTEST $2.15 I’ve ever had stolen from me. Two thumbs up for the speed.

It’s fine (Please Read). I like the fact that I can pause videos, but seriously 😒 why do you have to pay for like, everything!!!! All I want to do is save it to my photos in the original quality. Sure, I understand y’all have to make money, but we shouldn’t have to pay so much!!! ~If this is fixed, then it would probably be a 5 star ⭐️

No zoom option. It won’t let me zoom in at all. There is no zoom option. I got this app to make random videos of plants I encounter in the wild and many of those plants are tiny. This app won’t let me zoom in so the plants can be seen better. I paid $4.99 on this app hoping it would add zoom but it didn’t. The rest of the app is good except for deleting. Please make the button for deleting videos easier to find. Overall it gets 3 stars mainly because of the zoom option not existing.

Couldn’t export a 1200mb file to photos. The reason to get this app was to not have to join clips together in a separate app but in order to export to photos I had to split the clip into smaller chunks that could be exported. This is also not a premium feature since I paid 4.99 for it and still had to do this.

Bummer. I downloaded this app and paide $3.99 for all access, doesn’t have much but yes you can pause and play your videos how many times you want. I like that about it, but when I saved my video it didn’t record anything, idk if I paused it to many times or idk what happened. I was checking everytime I paused and replayed my video to see if the time was going n yes it was so I was recording. I’m so mad!

Works well, but.... It's not made clear that the free app inserts a watermark and only supports low-resolution video capture. There's a hyperlink on the watermark that allows you to remove it for $2. Seems fair, but then you have to pay more to save high res videos, and more again to remove ads. There's also an option to pay a single sum to got all upgrades, but you aren't credited for the ones you've already purchased. But the time you're done paying for it, this "free app" is overpriced.

Good until my 7th video…. I used pause cam and it was going super good barely any ads and then I was using PauseCam and finished a video and I watched an ad to watch my video and it wasn’t showing my video and it was just black and I thought it was a glitch so I refreshed it and was seeing if it was doing the with other apps and it wasn’t and ur newer videos r at the top and it was at the bottom?? And I tried watching it and it wouldn’t work😡😬😡 so I tried skipping it and when I did it would just pause it and when it was unpaused it’s was just black so I am kinda mad bc now I don’t have that video and I can’t do it again so yeah…I would give it a three or too😬😬😬

Nice app but there’s one problem. This app is awesome and I use it a lot but there needs to be a way to delete a video after saving it cause I use up a lot of storage using this app and the only way is deleting it but I don’t want to lose all the videos, so it would be nice to delete videos even after saving them.

Simply the best. To the developers- it would be nice if we have the option to add a widget for quick access or be able to add to control center. 👍😊 thank you so so much. I ❤️ this app.

terrible app. wants you to pay for everything, i dont ever write reviews but this one needed it. It forces you to have low quality videos when you save it and it even tells you and shames you that you havent bought high quality because at the top its there and all the ones inbetween cost money too. Also theres no way to remove the watermark except if you pay money. Stay with Picsart or Any Major editing apps, those have grew for a reason!

Bad 👎🏻. I keep writing to them after purchasing all things on app and not being able to save or share anywhere i can just view my video on the app that is all, i contacted them twice with 3 or four emails and still no response i will update if they get back to me but for now i rate one star for not being on it with the emails or updates. And yes i have updated the most recent version and still bot change.

Works great but has one small problem. It works nicely and saves the videos when you log out , say you go to another app well pause cam will save the video but it won’t let you restart it you will have to start a whole new video I don’t see this as much of a down side tough because it least it still saves your videos. The adds aren’t to over done like some other apps , I would recommend getting it and at least trying it out.

Can’t delete videos. I use this a lot to make videos but I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get rid of the videos that are stored in it. There’s no way to delete them, which takes up valuable phone space.

Excellent. This is an excellent product my only problem with it is there were too few instructions on how to use the product (it wasn’t clear for example how to save videos- took me a while to figure out that first you either decide to edit it or to save it by choosing the video quality. It would be nice to have a button that simply lets you share “now.” And, It isn’t clear exactly what extras you are buying under “unlock ...” it seems like all of the extras are VERY expensive. Other than that it’s excellent and works as advertised.

I love it. It is cool I can now make my movies and It is just cool. Only thing is next update you should make it so you can combine your videos so it is easier to make movies and stuff

Seriously?...😡. When I was using this app I found a 20 minute video and it wasn’t really showing up so I decided to log out of the app and look in the video section my video wasn’t there I was really hard in the video and I’m very mad that I didn’t get to get the video because I worked hard on it you guys seem to work better on improving saving for videos because like I worked hard on it and I’m very mad I might delete the app and tell all my friends to one of my friends got ripped off too so I’m not trying to hate but please improve your work😡

Pause good, but more help needed. I like the pause feature, but there’s not enough help in learning how to use the edit feature or how to link two of your videos together....

PLEASE READ. I lovvvveeee pausecam. But I feel like it could be better if 1. There wasn’t so many ads and 2. You could leave the app and not have your video end. Bc sometimes I gotta text my boyfriend back while I’m in the middle of a video.

PauseCam stopped working. I purchased the $4.99 option to unlock all features on this app. It worked for one day and stopped. I contacted customer service a week ago and never herd back. I don’t recommend this app and would give it no stars if I could. Stay away.

Not bad!. This works really well but it just doesn’t save to my photos but one time I was filming a video and once I was done it was 11 minutes long and it just went down to less than a second long so can we remove that glitch?

The only one of its kind for iOS. Dev responded and put a fix out, thank you. May have to do five stars later after using it some more time. it seems when you use this app the image stabilization in the iPhone 11 Pro doesn’t work or is it just me?

I’m disappointed 😞. I think this is a really fun app, but I was using it today and it just didn’t work. I was coloring a picture and I thought “this would make a cool video”, and so I took a few minutes to do that then when I was done I was going to watch the video and it just was not there. Thank you for your time, hope it will work.

Scam- reported.. I have clicked unlock everything twice now. The first time I was charged 3.99. It came up again and it charged me 4.99!!! And every time I click on any features it still wants me to pay even tho now I’ve purchased “unlock everything” TWICE now! Please get this taken care of or I will report this. I’ll change my Star when it’s fixed and I’m refunded or something!!! Not changing review. Never heard from developer but I reported this app and Apple refunded me.

Unreliable. I got this app a couple of months ago, and now it’s stopped saving videos. I had bought all the upgrades and special features, so it makes me extremely angry, when I make a video and try to save it, and it deletes it. I was filming a video and had finished it, so when it’s supposed to show your video and the option to share, it’s instead black. I tried saving it to everything, but to no results. Once I closed the app and checked the apps album, it was as if it had never existed. I would much rather like to make a new video every time I pause, then use this sorry excuse of an app.

A lot lacking. This app is supposed to duplicate one’s iPhone camera for video purposes. However, one cannot reverse it to use the camera available on the front side of the phone. And perhaps I’m missing something but I’m not able to view my recording as with no instructions, the video manager is unusable. There is a small archive button but so far has only shown past videos.

Don’t waste you time!. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one deserved one. The picture quality is ok at best. It does nothing to block out the shutter sound on your videos, so if there’s a lot of light coming in you will constantly hear a shutter click in your videos. It will not operate properly if you plug your phone into a charger or your CarPlay while using it. And I’ve also had issues with it freezing when I play music from my phone and record. My old Samsung Galaxy phones could pause while recording, but none of my iPhones have that feature. However; if you download the iMovies app for your iPhone, you can merge multiple videos together and get the same effect. And the quality is way better!

Doesn’t Save. When I record a video, it doesn’t save to my photos. I’ve looked around the app and even looked on the internet, but I found nothing. Someone please help me. I would give this app five stars, but it’s really inconvenient if I can’t save any of the videos. So if anybody has the answer please tell me. If this could save I might even buy all the extra stuff.

Audio Speed Up. I recorded something and when listening to it the audio became high pitched and faster than the video. Please help me I don’t know what caused this. Other than that I love the app so I’m giving it full stars

Its not bad but. Lets start with good, quality pf my videos by this app were amazing, u can record videos, pause and than continue again. Only one thing that i dont like is that i cant remove part which i dont like. I have to record everything again and thats so annoying... i think u will guys fix this problem ❤️

This is a very good app, I can’t find a lot that will pause without paying 4.00, but I plan on making Schleich horse videos -*^ Yup ^*- But you have to pay for good quality...which is .99 Cents not to big of a problem, but honestly I can buy apps for 4 dollars that come with more items than this...But when should I expect? Also you can’t zoom in...so that might be a problem, but I rarely do anyways so I don’t see why it is necessary for me.

Pay for everything. I needed to use this app for my university project. It worked good while recording but after recording you notice that you have to pay for everything. It has a watermark near the center of the screen that cost $2 to remove, then if you want to edit the video you have to pay another $2, and to save the video to your phone you have to pay another $2 for medium, high, and original quality. The lowest quality is pretty blurry. Also when I paid to remove the watermark it gave me an option to unlock all features for 50% off (3.99) but after I paid the $2 removing the water mark the cost to unlock everything went to 4.99. Thankfully I only had to use this app once so congratulations on the 2 dollars you made off me

Basic features missing. Bait and switch payment demands for minimal functionality is pretty annoying . But I would live with that IF this app did anything other than the hard jump cuts that pausing recording will cause. It is idiotic that iOS doesn’t have the pause feature, but it’s ridiculous to pay so much for an app that adds no more than this one thing. I assumed the in app purchases would be for the bells and whistles (which I immediately wanted), not the actual use of pause recorded videos.

Initially I wasn’t sure however... Paid $1.99 to remove the watermark and I think it was totally worth it. Made a cooking video of my 10year old... the pause feature sure made her video flow nicely.

Amazing. This app is so good to use. I have a iPhone so when I record I can't pause the video, but with this pause my video app, I can pause and resume my video at any time I want when I'm recording. I highly recommend this app. Whoever made this app you did a great job and keep up the good work!

The only reason. I use this app only to make doll vids on my iPhone but the only reason I have it is because iPhone camera can’t pause. I love this app so much and I think all iPhone users should have this app if they make not need stop motion videos!!!

I should not have to pay to unlock the original quality of the video.. Hi, I love your pause feature and this app it’s just I feel that you guys put stuff that should be free you make us pay for it. This app is awesome. This app is the most awesome thing also for editing so I just make my videos and then I put them in KineMaster and then I edit them it’s awesome for pausing and stuff so you can at least like clean up whatever you’re doing while it’s paused so it doesn’t get that as a clip so when I put it in KineMaster I added it so it can be whatever color I want and it can say words and make it more funnier I love it so much it really makes my day for my videos and you can also edit with just the app it’s also awesome I hope everybody’s having a great day whoever sees thisBye

Good app. One thing to fix. This app allows you to film a video however long you’d like. And, it’s a great app if you have an iPhone and would like to pause, instead of a constant shot, so you can perform some “magic”. But, I had filmed a 30 minute long video, and my phone died before I could save it to my photos. I plugged my phone in, it came on, I went to the app, and no video. All that hard work, gone. I think if the phone shuts off, or you get off the app, the filming you have done, should automatically be saved. This would be a great feature.

Garbage app. I usually don’t write reviews but this app is so bad I had too. Stay away from this app. Even if you are able to film a video, you have to buy for the “good” quality which is just the quality you are filming the video. If you don’t want to pay you can save your video with low quality which comes with their watermark so the video is literally not usable. This app is garbage only get this if you are willing to pay them , but I’m sure it’s not worth it . 0 starts

Only. This is the only video recorder thing but I can find that will let me have a video past 30 seconds and a minute long which thanks, this is the best video recording app ever I would highly recommend this I don’t give usually anything five stars because I use it there’s usually one thing wrong with it there’s nothing wrong with this app I love it so so much. Whole point of a editing. I tried this app because of the pause filter but when I tried the pause filter it said it was paused when I watched the vid I made the pauses didn’t show so I tried editing out the pauses but that didn’t work so I didn’t try any thing else if the whole point is to be able to edit out clips

Greedy developers. Why is this so highly rated? If you don’t pay for it you’ll get 240p type of video. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. Not worth even downloading it.

Not bad, but needs.... It does what it is supposed to do... pause the video recording. But it needs improvements: add text, transitions, cut & trim, and slow motion. I gave this 3 stars because video quality was great and it CAN PAUSE and resume recording. Hope updates will be sooner.

Disappointed. The app sounded great as I wanted to be able to pause videos while I recorded them. But once I started using it I realised everything was an up sell - getting more than a really low res file for example, and it goes on. I used it once then never again. Not generous at all.

JC. Do not buy this app. Every now and then, especially when you are busy recording, it through you back to the purchase screen. You then need to re purchase this app , you don’t get charged , but it tells you you already purchased it, Do you want to continue. You get no support. I sent emails and ask them to address this problem. They don’t respond back at all. Do not buy it.

Save file?. Not many instructions and I seem to see my saved file, but can’t share it with my friends unless they purchase the earth but I don’t wanna purchase the app unless I can share it properly with my friends or to Facebook or to an email kind of sucks I would not suggest this app. Unless it comes with some kind of instructions that I missing but I’ve tried everything and can’t save it to my photos or anything even though I gave access.

First time a charm.. I just downloaded PauseCam. I tried it on myself. It’s intuitive and it works very well. The only thing is to go to camera first and choose selfie view or forward view. Then go to the app and it uses whichever view you’ve set it too. So far it seems like an awesome download. I my end up purchasing the full app.

Pause cam. This app is absolutely useless. I recorded my video and it won’t upload to YouTube or any other apps I use.

Oh my god. Even my own camera app is better! On this one I can do like nothing and it is a super bad app.

Sloppy!. When you trim your video, it never stops playing. And worse, you won’t figure out where the sound is coming from in the app. You literally have to reset your whole device. Trash

No longer works. Records video, states how many mb it is. But then says “cannot” open. Lost 2 important movies.

Very difficult to use. It seems to do the job but I found I had to spend an inordinate amount of time figuring out how to perform simple tasks like deleting a video. Once you figure things out you can accomplish what you need to do, but it’s far from a smooth experience. The app is lacking any sort of online help, embedded assistance, or guided tour. And the functionality is hidden in difficult to find places. Also the app freezes up occasionally, and I have a new iPhone 8 Plus where everything else works fine. Not sure if there are any alternatives out there but I suggest thinking twice before investing your time in this app.

Terrible. It’s was good at the start but when I pressed no to add it wouldn’t let me get off the page I was in I was pressing x but it didn’t let me get off that page and when I tried to delete my video it didn’t work.

Uhh. Awful. Every time you want to watch a video there is a ad, when you try to export they give you 4 options for quality and the only free one is low. And there is a watermark. All the 5 star reviews must be fake

Sneaky dishonest way to charge. I absolutely wouldn’t have minded paying the 399 for this app if the developers were honest and told me that upfront, rather than charge me two dollars to unlock the video, two more dollars to use other necessary features, there’s nothing free about this app and that’s OK but I’d rather pay upfront then be coerced in a sneaky way to pay what I would’ve otherwise felt was a reasonable fee.

Don’t get this app. I bought the features and I can’t even access my recorded video I needed it was about 25 min long and I can’t even view it. I’m so frustrated because it’s an important video and I can’t even download it this app is ridiculous and a waste of money

Amazing. So, my iPhone camera audio is very bad! But everything else was right!after HOURS of searching I found it the best 10/5

Ehh. Well it is good but when you do the videos from your real camera then it just stays the same and adds the logo if you want this for fun then go ahead but if you have to do work or make videos with it don’t get this app!

Not worth for money. I thought it would use native camera features to record and pause the videos however the video quality is pretty bad. Video shakes a lot and it does not even looks 1080p. I wish I have an option to ask for refund to the developer.

Save videos when phone dies!!!. It would be five stars if a video would automatically save when your phone dies. I had a forty minute video and then my phone died and it was just terrible. Seriously Broken. Downloaded app, started using it, it asked me to watch an add, I clicked no, it asked for $1.99 to get rid of ads, I clicked yes, it charged my card for the $1.99 (plus tax), and still would not let me continue without ads. Deleted app and re-downloaded, and clicked restore purchase, and it still just would not work. Deleted app. No doubt the FASTEST $2.15 I’ve ever had stolen from me. Two thumbs up for the speed.

Doesn’t Save. When I record a video, it doesn’t save to my photos. I’ve looked around the app and even looked on the internet, but I found nothing. Someone please help me. I would give this app five stars, but it’s really inconvenient if I can’t save any of the videos. So if anybody has the answer please tell me. If this could save I might even buy all the extra stuff.

Video shaky. The app works as advertised and we were able to pause, but the video was so shaky we could not use it. I’m guessing the app can’t access the electronic stabilization? Not sure but I did a side-by-side comparison with my regular video app on my phone and it was a glaring difference.

The only one of its kind for iOS. Dev responded and put a fix out, thank you. May have to do five stars later after using it some more time. it seems when you use this app the image stabilization in the iPhone 11 Pro doesn’t work or is it just me?

You pay for nothing. Just paid the $2 to be able to save it. But no way to export to your library or to access it to share it. So the video stays with them and you cannot even post it on Facebook? Wow!! What’s the $2 price was for? This is a real scam guys.

I should not have to pay to unlock the original quality of the video.. Hi, I love your pause feature and this app it’s just I feel that you guys put stuff that should be free you make us pay for it. Like you make us pay for the original quality of the video. Or if you don’t want to make it free at least have us watch an ad or 2 to make up for it. Please try to fix this problem it’s frustrating!!!😡😩

Only. This app is good so for it just one thing we’re is the rotation but that’s what I really need now and I just got this app and already see som difficult this but the app is really good

It works well but they want you to pay for all of the features. It works well but every feature- edit, trim, original quality costs money

Great but cost $5. Great app, but in order to use the trim feature for videos, you have to pay $1.99. In order to use any other features you have to pay $4.99. Giving this app 3 stars is me being nice. No worth the money.

Great, but only thing is the ads. You have to watch an ad before you watch your video unless you pay the app!

Horrible app now! Find something else.. This used to be my go to app for doing what TD designed to do. The past several months, it’s just buggy and keeps crashing. Reporting it does no good what so ever. Don’t waste your money unlocking it because that won’t help! I did that a few years ago and like I said, it was great for awhile. Now it’s useless

Zooming in and out option missing. Great I’ve always wanted a pause button to record my videos! But please add zoom option! That’s the only thing that is missing.

Awesome. I love this app!!!!!!! But it takes a while to save your video and the low quality is the ONLY THING unlocked. and when you first start from the replay you video is squished. BUT OTHER THAN THAT AWESOME

Error occurred when trying to save to my photo album. After I finished taking my video, I went to the page where I was allowed to choose high normal or low-quality, I chose high and the video took a few seconds to process. Then I tried to save to my photo album and immediately it notified me of an error. Not sure why. Thanks, Jim

IM SO MAD. FIRST OF ALL IM ONLY GIVING FOUR STARS SO YOU WILL SEE IT I made a video I really liked and it was took a long time and it wouldn’t let me save and it auto deleted it BAD and I’m 9 and I hate it

Great. Overall, it’s pretty good! I think there should just be a zoom in feature for the camera, like other apps have. I glad that this is available for IPhone users. Great job! 👍

OK App. Would be much better if the edit function was user friendly. One huge downside is not being able to zoom while filming.

Don’t get this app unless you want to pay.. You may as well just get ready to pay if you want to buy. I took a long time making a movie and I was going to post it, but then, they have a bold watermark right under the middle and the only quality you get is poor unless you pay money. I’ve seen free apps with no watermarks and great quality. Worst recording app I’ve seen.

Audio Speed Up. I recorded something and when listening to it the audio became high pitched and faster than the video. Please help me I don’t know what caused this. Other than that I love the app so I’m giving it full stars

Horrible. You have to pay for good quality and to edit the video. You have to pay for literally everything. If you don’t want to the quality is horrible. I used this app for my school work but it was horrible and I had to redo my project and turn it in late:(.

Not recording. I’ve been recording a video for about 2-5 minutes and my phone had plenty of storage but the video doesn't record

Nice... One thing. Its really nice and i plan on making a movie trailer w/ my cats and me about magic; and its nice for pauseing when it doesnt look professionall, howeverrrr.... There is one thing. it cant turn the camera. Thats all. Please fix :(! Love, Crazy Kitty cats ratings

Didn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time on this app I did and I regret it. I tried recording a video and when i finished I went to go watch it and it was just black and it would do anything. I hate this and I’m never getting this app again don’t waste your time or money.

If there was a negative star. So first off, the opening of it is very slow, if I click on the record button it takes 10-17 second to open. Also I don’t see why you must spend money just to have it in decent quality all in all, don’t get it if your looking for a free pause camera. 😡

At this point, they should make you have to pay to just download it. EVERYTHING is behind a paywall. There’s a watermark on your video, you can only save it in low quality, and on top of that, they want you to watch ads. Seriously? Maybe if you weren’t so money hungry this app would be better.

Zoom. Good app and all although it would be better if I could zoom in. Other than that this is pretty good.

Pause cam. This app is awesome you get to record with out paying that’s what I love about it and you get to make whatever videos you want to make More people need to have this I love pause cam

Can’t make a video longer than 2 mins. I got this app to be able to make a video of my kids playing piano and needed a pause capability. The app allowed up to 10 mins and shows a video but when you go to play it, it’s all black, no sound no visual, nothing. I paid extra to unlock all the features. It was a complete waste and the moment I wanted to capture is gone.

Bribeware. Bribeware - don’t waste your time. They have every cheap way to monitize and prevent you from using any feature for free. Really annoying. If you want to charge for an app, just charge up front. Now I wasted an hour making videos that are trash: watermarks, plus they made me sit through videos and now I can only save low quality unless I pay their bribe.

Won’t let me delete. I like this camcorder ok, the picture can be fuzzy but that’s not my main problem. It is the fact that I cannot delete anything from the file!! Please create something, anything that would let me delete.

Great App. Love this app. It makes filming/editing my son’s basketball a thousand times easier. Very reliable as well.

I love it. It is cool I can now make my movies and It is just cool. Only thing is next update you should make it so you can combine your videos so it is easier to make movies and stuff

Overall Good, but add zoom function. The overall app is good, but I think you should add a zoom feature. But if there already is zoom, please tell me how to get it.

NOT WORTH IT. Do not waste your time and money buying this app. You have to pay for literally everything. If you want to edit the video it's 2 dollars, if you want to remove the watermark another $2 and if you want to share it it's more money. Apart from that the quality isn't even good. This app is USLESS.
