HOW IT WORKS

Just select one of our many original card designs, or select a photo from your phone. Then write a personal message on the front or back of the card with a stylus or just your finger. (Don’t worry you can type too, and we have several fun designer fonts to choose from.) You can then add up to three additional photos to your order, or a gift card. We print your cards, photos and handwritten message on premium Mohawk card stock.

Multiple card frames come in our own unique square accordion-style format, with micro-perforations between each fold. We seal them by hand, add a first class hand-applied stamp and try to mail them within 24hrs.

We go to great lengths to make sure the final product is as personal and heartfelt as if you sent it yourself.

You can send a Felt card to just one person or send the same card or photos to lots of friends and family, to share and preserve your special memories. Felt is used by brides and new mom’s for sending all their thank you’s and it’s perfect for Holiday cards or any occasion.

Oh, snap. And there’s more:

- Delayed Delivery: Write a card today and select a future date for your card to arrive by. (No more missing your BFF's birthday because you had to wait until the last minute...and then forgot.)

- Templates: Save cards to finish later or send the same card again in the future without having to re-write the message.

- Handwritten Address Book: We save all your contacts in the Felt handwritten Address book! Easily keep track of the addresses you wrote, and quickly add multiple recipients to your order.

- Birthday Reminders: Add a reminder for your friend’s birthday, anniversary or any other event and we’ll remind you ten days before so you can send a card on time.

- Add real cash money or gift cards to your order for Birthdays or Holidays, or just because.

Felt App for the Win. I discovered the Felt App when I was trying to quickly create a personalized card after some close friends shared the news they were pregnant at a dinner outing for the two couples. A store bought card didn’t seem to be enough and also uncertainty around Covid made me reluctant to go search for the perfect card at a store, buy a stamp, mail it etc. So I googled card apps and Felt popped up. It was the perfect app for what I was looking to do. I made a personalized card and it was mailed ti the couple in days, marking a special time for them and us all as friends. Once again for Mother’s Day, the Felt app has come through yet again. It was so easy to create the cards and make edits as they came up. When the software glitched and altered the address on one of our cards, I immediately contacted support and they responded back quickly with the correction made. My cards are already in the mail heading to the recipients. I am so grateful for this app, how easy it is to use and love the perk of being able to hand write notes, addresses etc. That is such a great touch and adds to the personalization. If you ever need to send a card, I highly recommend FELT! It makes it as easy as eating a delicious slice of gratitude pie.

Great App for Becoming More Thoughtful. If you want to become a kinder or more considerate person, this app is a great way to make that happen. In the past, I would be deterred by tasks such as going to the post office, finding a stamp (who has those anymore?), finding a suitable card and envelope, and actually mailing the darn card. Now I can just write a card whenever and wherever I want--and it looks like I wrote it. You can even put pictures from your photo library on the front of the card and write cute messages on top of the pictures--that's how customizable this app is. Everyone who has received one of these cards has said they love and appreciate them--one friend even said she almost cried when receiving one. That is the power of this app--making it easy to send heartfelt, handwritten appreciation, one card at a time.

Same sad story. The good: 3 out of four cards were delivered. Two were on time, one was late but still very nice and much appreciated. I thought the app worked well, though I was surprised I couldn’t add anything to the backs of the cards. The recipients say the cards are beautiful, but I wouldn’t know myself because the 4th card was made by my child for me, and it never showed up.... The bad: the fourth card wasn’t delivered. I emailed them , and they did reply within a few hours offering credit or a re-send. I thought it must be the postal service and I asked for a re-send. They quickly replied that the resend was being processed and should arrive in 2-6 days, and that I would receive an email confirmation when the card was mailed. Well, today is day 6, and there has been no email confirmation to say the card has been mailed. I wrote yesterday and have not heard a reply. Considering at all the lost Mother’s Day card reviews, I expect the folks at Felt are very busy. Still, not a great experience. I’m signed up for the monthly subscription and hopeful things will improve.

Super disappointed!. I wanted so badly to love this app! We moved out of the country but I love snail mail and I was completely sold on this! The designs and cards are adorable! I am incredibly tech savvy and have had nothing but frustration. Each time I try to make a card, I end up spending an hour dealing with glitches and trying to figure out how to get around the glitches, including re-creating multiple times. I was so sold on the concept, that I purchased the year subscription. I contacted customer service to only get an automated response to shake the phone to report bugs. I just had to do that 3 times while making a card and taking 45 mins to deal with glitches. And after I “sent” the card- I went to preview it again and it had deleted a portion I had created....so I’m not even sure what ended up printing. When I shake the phone to make reports, I get zero response other than submission. I’m curious why to even bother? It truly makes me feel like the developers haven’t used their own app. This is not user error. I will be emailing and am super hopeful to get a refund. I hope all people read this before purchasing, and at the very least, give it a trial period or only pay for a month before committing to annual.

Felt-A new way to love. The Felt app brings a lot to the table for only a few dollars. It revitalizes an old trademark way of saying thanks or I love you (the common card) into a much more personalized and easy to use app. From sending flowers to making an ornament, Felt makes it easy. Not only that, but if you want an even more personalized card for whom it may concern, the option to write on the device screen with your own hand is always available. I downloaded the app thinking that I would just see what it’s about and possibly make a designed card for my family. Well now I’m keeping the app forever. It means so much to me. It helped me get into the spirit when a lot of other stressful issues in my life were holding me back. Bottom line:Felt is an ESSENTIAL APPLICATION.

Where have you been all my life. So excited about this app! I love sending cards, but my handwriting is awful! So this is perfect! I have used another site in the past, but they didn’t have a subscription service/option. So I love that about felt! The ease of adding pics is awesome too! Font options and the envelopes look cute on the app, so I’m assuming they will in person too! Just downloaded it today and have already subscribed for a year and placed three card orders. I’ve even told two other people about it already! Especially during COVID, this is a huge win. I can let people know I’m thinking about them and I don’t even need to go to the store or post office. Also, I can have all the cards I need on hand all the time. So if something comes up, it only take a min or two to put together a meaningful and heart felt card! I also like that there are super sweet options as well as funny options as well. And I love that I can just open the app and send a card or schedule it for later. LOVE IT!!!

Keeping in touch from around the world. I just wanted to drop a compliment to you all. Anytime I have an issue you always respond quickly and correct it. This app is my lifeline between my family and our 93 year old grandmother who doesn’t use the internet. She doesn’t get out much and loves getting her Felt cards in the mail three times a month so she can stay updated on what her great grandchildren are doing. It makes her feel less lonely because she doesn’t get out much anymore. We live in Okinawa, Japan, while the rest of our family is in the United States. I have been able to send birthday cards with cash without having to deal with the post office or filling out customs forms. I’m just really grateful for this app and how affordable it is to have the subscription. It has helped us stay close to our family and that is priceless. Thank you so much. Update: Our grandma is about to be 95 and we still love using Felt to keep in touch. She loves getting her pictures in the mail and has hung all of them on her wall. She really looks forward to getting her Felt cards and I just can’t recommend this app enough. It’s amazing.

FANTASTIC!. This may be the first app I’ve ever taken the time to write a review for. I think I saw an ad for it on Instagram and I had recently returned home from attending my grandmother’s funeral. There were a few very special friends who were there completely unexpectedly. I didn’t want them to just get the standard “Thank You” card that others would receive. I had things to say and pictures to share. So I took a little time and created personalized cards (6 panels) for each of them and the response from the recipients was very positive. The printing was perfect, the delivery was fast. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to shopping for overpriced, generic cards in the store that I have to get a stamp for and mail again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think the phone interface could be a bit more intuitive. Otherwise, I’m in love.

Impressive quality; simple interface; handwritten notes without going to the post office!. I was skeptical at first but I had a trial offer so I gave Felt a try. The interface was extremely easy and user friendly. I was able to hand write a card using my finger on my iPhone (and plan to try using my Apple Pencil and iPad next) — to astonishing quality...at least it looked that way in the app. So I ordered the card. It took about four days to get a “sent” notification and another four business days for my wife to receive the card (I hope they are able to shorten the time for us procrastinators!)...BUT, the card looks amazingly good — the “handwriting” looked real on both the card and envelope. I tried different ink colors and, to my surprise, all looked great. I can’t wait to order my next cards!

Love felt. I love the app it’s simple, just right, and the best. There’s just one thing that needs to be fixed. When you want to write something out on your card it’s fine, but if you want to add a boarder without uploading a photo, you can’t see your writing. If you just want to add a border and don’t upload a photo the background turns black which then covers your writing. I think if your clicking on a border it shouldn’t change the background color to black and should stay white. Unless you choose to change it. What would make it nice would be if you had the option to give your background a color, or have the choice to change the color then that would work. Of course as long as you could see your writing. Other than that it’s simple and just right and easy to use.

Love this app!. Super easy subscription service (you can cancel anytime directly in the app, which is a bonus nowadays with so many subscription services that are easy to sign up for but difficult to cancel.) At $6 for, customized, 3 cards per month, it’s a steal. You can’t purchase cards from a store and mail them for $2 each. This app is so user friendly, even my young kids will go on there and make personalized cards for their grandparents, adding photos from their trips and even handwriting their own signature. Felt seems to be adding new and better features all the time too. I was able to send a friend a personalized card and CASH, real cash, all within the Felt app! Seriously, this is one subscription I have decided is 100% worth it!

SO UNIQUE AND FUN!. I have loved using Felt so far! It’s made a big impact in my life. As a busy mom, not able to run out and grab a card every time I want to send one, this has been THE BEST solution. My first month I was able to send a card on a whim to my grandma on the anniversary of my grandpa’s death. The personal touch with pictures of the kiddos in their Halloween costumes brought a big smile to her on a sad day. I love the subscription idea. It makes it easy to budget and ends up being a great deal. Also, incentivizes you to send cards for occasions you may normally skip. Sometimes are some small glitches with the way the cards load while you are building it, but it’s easy to work around and overlook once you complete the card and the recipient calls with joy when they receive their high quality personalized card. Also, great customer service!!! I had some confusion on my monthly renewal and they handled it very kindly!

My new favorite app. I am so in love with this app!!! Thank you for giving me a solution for a problem i didn’t know I had! I have family out of town, and even with family that is close by, I always feel guilty when birthdays and holidays pass and all they get from me is a post on Facebook. I’ve always wanted to be the kind of person who sends cards in the mail, there is nothing better than receiving one, it brings so much joy! I’m so excited to send cards for every occasion and not feel guilty about letting time get away from me as going to the post office drops further down on my to do list. As long as the app exists you have a loyal customer! I sent an anniversary card to my parents and they were shocked to learn that it wasn’t hand written, the text doesn’t look printed at all! Beautiful, seamless cards that are personal. I couldn’t be happier.

Glitchy mess for years. I love the idea of this app, the quality of the printed products is good, and the pricing is fair. However, this app is a glitchy mess and has been for years. It doesn’t matter if you’re using an iPhone or an iPad, a finger or a pencil, new hardware or old hardware, the app is a constant source of frustration. You’ll put 30 minutes into a card and then try to slightly move a photo and whole card gets ruined. And it’s easy to lose an in-draft card. Really, this is such a source of frustration. I wish the developer would sit down, actually use the app, and see all the errors and fix them. Also, if you sign up for a membership and don’t use the cards each month, the cards don’t roll over each month. Instead, “credits” get rolled over, and the credits are a rip-off. A monthly or annual membership becomes a source of stress, because you’re forced to use them by a certain date or your cards get transferred into crappy credits, and then when you do sit down to use the app, you’re constantly frustrated by all the glitchy bugs and bad user interface.

Great for sending cards with photos!. I’ve been using this app off and on since the beginning of the pandemic. At first I got it because I didn’t want to physically go to a store and buy a card and then I got a subscription because it was so nice to be able to send my kids’ grandparents cards with pictures of the kids and send my friends cute pics of us together! My kids (11 and 5) also enjoy using it to make cards for their friends! You can use any combination of your own pictures, handwritten notes, drawings, etc, and felt’s premade designs which are genuinely super cute and varied. With a subscription, if you don’t use any of your cards for that month you get credits in the amount of your monthly subscription cost. There was an error with my subscription and I wasn’t getting those credits, but that was easily remedied by customer service when I messaged them on instagram. They were super friendly and helpful! Felt is great!

This app is a frustrating mess. This used to be one of my favorite apps, and I’ve been seriously dependent on it for about 2 years. I used to email them all the time telling them how much I loved it and how great it was. Now it BARELY works. For two months I was paying the subscription but could not ever check out with my order. Now I cannot even get to check out, because either the card won’t load once it’s created, or I can’t even LOG IN to my account in the first place to create anything. It’s totally absurd, and there is virtually no customer service to help with any of this (it took me weeks to get a response last time I tried, and I had to keep following up). I’ve downloaded and deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve created new accounts when I was told the glitch was with my account, I’ve done every single update they make, I’ve tried to use the app on different devices. Nothing fixes the issues. It’s a shame because I really loved this service and used it constantly, and now it literally barely functions, while taking my money. Don’t bother with this and find some other alternative... at least until they fix their mess.

They are worth it. Have upgraded from a previous evaluation. Had to get out a card in a hurry and this app saved me the time of going to store etc. Did not want to send an email type card for the special occasion. ...................... THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE PREVIOUS 5 STAR ID GIVEN THEM. A few days ago, I sent a test card to our address to ensure everything looked as expected. Glad I did. The special note to the side of the envelope was partially missing and the name of the recipient was missing though the address was readable. After send a complaint to the vendor, I received a 1. sorry it happened, 2. they’ve switched mail services 3. But this last one surprised me...NO OFFER TO REFUND OR ISSUE CREDIT FOR the failure to provide goods as ordered. I have spent a good deal of time preparing 50 cards to be mailed at the end of May for an announcement...could cancel but already loaded credits. So now I’ll have contact a few recipients to make sure Felt’s corrective action worked. Trust but verify...?

Favorite app of 2021. I have never wanted to write an app review so badly before. I cannot say enough amazing things about this app! Felt has changed the way I interact with friends, my long distance boyfriend, family, and made it fun! I have always been so horrible at sending thank you cards or Christmas cards out like I should. I love the Felt Subscription, because it seems every month I always have a birthday or some holiday to send a card for! And If not, I love sending cards with pictures and designs to my friends. The great thing about this app is that it’s so easy to use, adds creativity, and looks like real handwriting! There’s also an option to just type, which is great as well. You can save frequently used addresses too. And the cherry on top is easily adding photos from your phone with designs or filters. The photo cards can be framed or easily tacked to the wall or fridge. I LOVE this app! Free download and the subscription is only $6 for 3 cards a month as of Jan 2022. Such a creative and fun app.

OUTSTANDING. I love this app and I have tried many others. I am able to use my own photos to create personal cards and the response from recipients have been great. I just received a box of 4 panel holiday cards I created and I was impressed and delighted with the quality of the product. I have sent many cards hoping they would represent what I would have purchased in a store but they were way beyond what I imagined. These cards are outstanding. I have always been a card collector and sender but I am unable to shop or go to the post office now. This app has been so fulfilling at this time in my life. I would recommend it to anyone and have done so to friends. I want to thank the creators of Felt for a job well done. Oh one more thing, their customer service is also outstanding. AG A very satisfied customer

Great app but doesn’t allow you to unsubscribe. First of all, felt is a great products in a very unique and thoughtful gift. I have been using it for years. I work as a senior technical consultant and I am always traveling so this gives me a way to send my pictures back home. What I subscribed to Felt plus several months ago and this is why I have left a 1 star rating. I’ve been through every screen in the app, even going to the subscription page and it sends me through a loop back to the home screen each time I try to cancel my subscription. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and have read everything within their help section. I’m doing exactly as I should but there’s actually no way to unsubscribe from we felt plus subscription unless you email the helpdesk directly. I have not had time to do this for several months or I just forget about it and then I get hit with another subscription fee even though I haven’t use it for 3 to 4 months. Unfortunately, this is left a bad taste in my mouth so I’m probably not use them again. I know the developer might write a response of us saying that I’m doing something wrong. But I’ll tell you right now, I am not. It’s a glitch that needs to be fixed or maybe it is working exactly as designed.

What a great app!. I can’t ever get credit for being thoughtful because all I ever do is think about it and never get that card in the mail!!! This is what makes Felt the best ever. I “don’t “feel the love “ when I get those clever “e cards” with their music and moving graphics and half the time they get deleted as junk. Felt is the way to go. The convenience of an “e-card” but the personalization of my own photo paired with my own hand writing- even on the envelope. And the recipient gets a hands own personally addressed top quality card. I can’t say enough about how easy the app is to use. Just follow the prompts. I had to work a little with the spacing but the double arrow works like a mouse moving your cursor. Who can buy a card AND mail it for $4.00 (less if you buy a package) and stamp included. Sorry Hallmark and E-cards, FELT IS THE WAY TO GO!!

Wish you didn’t have to use US Mail. I ordered a card for my granddaughter with confetti. Then ordered for my daughter and next day my son in law. My daughter and son in law I added coffee and tea and wouldn’t you know they both were delivered before my granddaughters who was the first one ordered. To date she has not received the card. I should have ordered more than confetti so she would have received hers by now too but still waiting. I signed up for the subscription but I’m not sure I’m going to keep going because cards take too long to deliver by the US mail. Also I added my return address but I must have done it wrong cuz the 2 delivered didn’t have it so they didn’t know who sent it. I watched the tutorial but it is not completely intuitive on how to navigate. I had to redo multiple times cuz I couldn’t get it right and that’s probably why no return address. What happens if her card never gets delivered? UPDATE: Card was delivered

Some bugs but a great product with top notch customer service. Felt started out a great product, and every year they add a few new features that keep me resubscribing to their 3 cards per month plan. My only complaint is that there seems to be a problem on the server side with the expiration of last month's cards and the way new credits are loaded. It only seems to rear it's head if you wait until the last minute to send your cards (🙋🏼‍♂️guilty!), but on that rollover date, sometimes the account info returns zero cards remaining, and I have to wait until the next day for my credits to show up. Other than that, it's a great product that folks love sending and receiving.

Great Concept, Not Ready. I want to love this service. Great concept - personalized greeting cards, simple online ordering, cheaper than a retail card with a small percentage of the effort. The problem is execution. Ordered an anniversary card on 6/13 for 6/19 event; said it was mailed on 6/14 so thought I was in good shape. Still has not been delivered as of 7/6. Contacted customer support and they offered replacement instead of refund; while that was of limited value after the anniversary I said ok. Replacement mailed on 6/24 —— still not received as of 7/6. At this point I don’t know if the problem is Felt, the USPS or something about how the handwritten address is displayed (I’ve never had a piece of mail not get to its hand written destination before), but my conclusion is that I can’t count on this service no matter how much I like the idea. I’ve suggested that they just print and mail from regional centers to cut mailing time to 2 days and to reduce risk. I wish them the best and may try again in the future for something that doesn’t matter. But, just know you can’t count on a card arriving timely (or perhaps at all).

I love this app!. I found out about this app on Shark Tank a few years ago and have used it a few times since. I am a college student so it is way more convenient than going to the store and buying a $10 hallmark card, writing on it, finding stamps at the bottom of my desk drawer, and driving to the post office. I love how it is customizable and so easy to use! I also love the new idea of adding gifts to your card, however they are a bit expensive so I haven't used this feature. I can say for certain that the times I have used Felt, the people who have received them display them in their homes. They love them! They are more heartfelt then ones you buy in the store! 10/10 would recommend! The reason that I only put 4/5 stars is because it usually crashes when you first open the app. It only does it once though.

Amazing app and service for the cost. I was skeptical when I received a free trial card, but Felt is actually amazing. After my free card, I have come back time and time again to schedule custom cards. I love that I can schedule them in advance and forget about it. That way I don’t forget about peoples birthday’s. The cost is perfect too, just low enough that I would rather buy these than go to the dollar store and find a crappy one. By the end of it all Felt cards are just way better. The app is great too. The only frustrating thing is when you are working on the top line on an IPhone it swipes the notifications down sometimes instead of writing the letter you intended to. But, that isn’t really avoidable on Felt’s end of things.

Love this app!!. I first tried Felt for Mother’s Day 2020 to send a little happy to my Mom’s mailbox since we couldn’t be together and she hadn’t seen my kids in a while. I now have a subscription and have been VERY pleased. The cards are a nice quality and so much more personal to send my own photos with the “Happy Mother’s Day” or “Happy Birthday” or whatever filter rather than a store bought card. Everyone to whom I’ve sent them has seemed to enjoy them and I’ve realized that I have seen them visible in their homes (on a bookcase/posted on their fridge) at every person’s home that I’ve visited! My daughter sent a picture of 2 of her cards pinned up in her cubicle at work. Another fun way I’ve used this app: on our Fall Break trip last October, every night or 2, I’d go through the pictures I’d taken and load 7 favorites into a card. I used the last panel to type up brief memories of the trip. I scheduled their mailing dates for a week or so later so that for the weekish after we got home, we’d get a little envelope of memories in our mailbox every few days! ♥️ We love Felt!!

Want to love it but…. When this app is working is it amazing. The quality of the cards are great, the options for graphics are beautiful and fun, and I like that I can hand write a note. I have been using this app for over a year to send family monthly photos of my daughter since we don’t post her face online. A big HOWEVER- I struggle constantly to use it. The app doesn’t load at all, or the graphics don’t load, or it crashes over and over. My phone is updated, the app is updated, and I try on different internet connections and different times of the day. When I have to spend 20-30 minutes day after day trying then giving up, until I often forget to send cards for the month, it’s becoming too cumbersome to be worth my money. Messaging for help gets no response. Strongly considering cancelling, though I hate to because in theory it is such a great service.

Felt App Wins!!. We seriously just have to take a moment to say a HUGE HUGE THANK YOU for this AMAZING app!! Cannot even begin to tell you just how much we appreciated finding your app. I LOVE writing cards, handwritten ones I feel make the most impact! But my problem is I’d buy a card here and there and keep some handy but it always took time to get stamps and mail it out and sometimes I couldn’t find the card I wanted or something funny or cute or to personalize with a photo took time and extra effort! Felt has been an ah-ha duh moment that I wish I would have found sooner! My own handwriting, photos, fun memes, themes, all the colors and space to write without there being a cap on typed words...I’m here for ALL of it! I used to use postagram but was sad I couldn’t write, this blows it away. Plus from all the research I’ve done you seem like a really cool company. In this day of the pandemic, due to being a nurse, I am unable to go out as much as I would like to. I try to avoid stores to prevent any kind of contamination. So I haven’t been able to get cards to send to family and friends. But Felt makes it easy from the convenience of my home to send! All of my friends back home that have received cards have loved it! I really wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for a fun and easy to use app with features that we love! I normally don’t have the time to write reviews etc but this, this one was worth it! Our love and safe health from our family to you and yours!

Brings me closer to my family!!. I don’t usually write reviews but i truly adore this service! I downloaded felt a couple days ago and have been obsessively sending cards to my family. my grandparents are very old school and this makes it so much easier for me to design meaningful cards and get them shipped out to them in east Texas. I know my grandpa is gonna have a big smile on his face every time a new card comes in. I’m a college student and have been away from my family for some time and quite frankly am a little too lazy to purchase, design, and ship cards out in a timely manner on my own. Standard cards are usually pretty vague anyways so I love how personalized these cards are with the picture upload option so my family has updated printed pictures of us. Thank you felt!!

Great concept needs work. This could be amazing, they are just not there yet. Customer service needs help too. There is a glitch with my address and customer service was not at all helpful. I contacted a different team per their instructions to get help with a glitch in my address and it’s still not fixed. It will still send my cards but my return address is wrong. Also they have many borders and things that are preset in white lettering that doesn’t show up on the white background. You can’t change the color of either so they are basically useless. Also every time you fill out text you have to make a font selection. If you want to write on the next page you have to enter your font and size in every new field it won’t remember anything you’ve set in the same card. There are several other little nuances you’ll find as you navigate that could be improved. Also the app tends to just randomly shut down in mid use. I wish they could get it together because it’s a fantastic concept.

I like felt!. I like Felt! I’ve been sending greeting cards using their app for years! Just this past week they changed their app. Thank goodness. It really needed some renovation. I still wish they would have the writing area vertically. I don’t like writing horizontal on my phone. Another reason I am giving them 3 stars is because this year they have messed up my cards being delivered a few times and some weren’t even during the holidays. I wish they had a phone support because waiting for someone to respond to your email takes a long time! They recently told me my email address didn’t exist. I was astonished. I haven’t changed anything with them. I hope they get it together soon because their cards are beautiful! I love sending greeting cards and the ease of using an app and my own pictures and writing in them is so much easier then going to the store and getting generic ones. Your family and friends will love this little card. It’s small and fridge friendly! I always see my cards hung at their homes. Makes me happy!

So much potential. Here’s the rub: I really like this app and the way that they have set it up to work… You can use your own hand writing with an Apple Pencil on an iPad Pro which is awesome! The only problem is, the “pen“ option that they give you is so fat it looks like you are writing with a fat Crayola marker. The resolution of the Apple Pencil is much much higher than this app allows you to make use of which is a real pity…. The convenience of this app and the very reasonable prices(!) make this an amazing combination… But until they allow you to have finer control over the hand writing (and by that I mean, finer tips) I will cease to use this anymore. My handwriting is relatively small and I would like to zoom out there writing surface and write in a smaller script which simply is not possible. Once they allow these two features, this will be my go to app without question. I should also mention that there palm rejection is absolutely terrible… Every time I set my hand down to begin writing, my pinky ads rogue lines and dots all over the card. They definitely need to add an option where if you have an Apple Pencil active it rejects all hand input when you are at the writing phase.

Great Idea, slightly confusing interface. I love this app and I already paid for the 1-year subscription, so keep this in mind when reading my review. I love the idea and just sent out my first card. I did, however, find the design process a bit confusing. They use the term “FRONT” AND “BACK” to describe the card. This is confusing because most people think of a card as “OUTSIDE” and “INSIDE”. I think if they were to label each panel with “OUTSIDE FRONT” and “OUTSIDE BACK”. and “INSIDE LEFT” and “INSIDE RIGHT” it would make much more sense. They have a layout diagram, which kind of helped, but the labels in the diagram just didn't work for me. And the video with the person opening the card to show you what it will look like did so in a way that looked backward (the outside back of the card seemed to be the first thing you see), although perhaps in the country that these were designed, that’s how cards work, but in the USA we open cards with the fold or crease on the left, not on the right. All that said, it was fun creating my first card, just a bit confusing. I sent the first card to an address that I can retreive so once I see the finished product, I'll be able to work around the confusing interface. Seemed like an easy solution. Once they change the instructions interface, this will easily be a 5-Star review and I will change it.

They’re so responsive!. Sometimes it’s all in the customer side of the service than the service itself. I was having a VERY small problem with the app and they responded immediately. Instead of insisting that I was doing something wrong, or that the app was performing perfectly, they promised to change it in an upcoming update. I appreciated this so much! In addition to the customer service, the actual service is SECOND TO NONE! It truly can’t be beat. I am now just WAITING for reasons to send cards. It’s different from the other card services. It feels so much more personal. And, the subscription? 😱🤯 Go look, please. I don’t think you will regret it! Update: They now have a feature to send cards as a group with others submitting cards and the cards going out all at the same time. It’s GREAT! Even months later, the app doesn’t disappoint.

Mostly good. I like this app overall, but I agree with the many reviews about how buggy the app is. I use it on my iPad, and every single time I have to work through quirks. For example, I can’t pull up the second frame of a card to hand write on it. Or I get the runaround when trying to add an address. Or the app simply doesn’t respond. I usually save my work as a draft, close the app completely, open it again and then it tends to work OK. The other main frustration is the number of times my order will say “Needs Attn” after I submit it. But I can’t see what the issue is or do anything about it. I have to contact support and ask them to fix it. This delays the mailing of my order. Like I said earlier, I like the app overall. But sometimes I do wonder if I should just go to the store, buy a card and mail it myself.

A waste of money!. I thought this was a great idea, and ordered a subscription. I sent cards only one time. Although I had the correct mailing addresses, two of three cards came to me from the post office return to sender. I was able to see the poor quality of the card and envelope. I was very embarrassed that I had sent those to customers, thinking that they were going to be awesome. It was very hard to determine where to cancel this app because it wasn’t with Apple store as other apps subscriptions are. After emailing them, I started searching in the app and put a hold on my credit card. What a waste of money! Response to the developer: The paper used to print the card was a lower bond than expected (not like a Hallmark card paper thickness nor quality). Further the paper seemed like a recycled paper, no finish or sheen making the card look very inexpensive. The ink printed on the paper was very faint. To be honest, I could have printed better quality on my HP Laserjet Printer. **The envelope that was returned was not sealed. It had the correct address but still was returned to sender. And that was good thing, otherwise I would not have known the quality of what I was sending. I would have based my review only on my experience selecting the cards and the ease of sending a card to someone. But that isn’t the end goal is it?

Very happy with our subscription. This is a great app. I’m so glad I bought the 1 year subscription. This month we sent three Mother’s Day cards with four frames each for five dollars total! It’s cheaper and much better than a store-bought card. My mom didn’t even realize we hadn’t written on the card by hand! That said, there are a couple of things you should know. First, I have this app on both my iPad and my iPhone. It really is best on iPad. Even better with an Apple Pencil (no Apple Pencil specific functionality, but it makes for much more realistic handwriting). Second, editing options are a bit limited for my taste. The backs of cards can only contain hand-written text. You can’t place typed text in a text box in a specific place on the frame, which is too bad. I would prefer to be able to add multiple pictures to a frame and be able to resize and rotate individual images on the frame. Other features I really like include birthday notifications, hand-written (looking) envelope addresses, and delayed sending. Also like that if I don’t use any cards in a month, the value of the month is converted to credits. It would be nice if I could store multiple versions of my return address (especially for when sending to other countries). Overall, I’m very satisfied with the app and my subscription. My family and friends really going to enjoy these cards! Addressing some of the limitations above would bring on the final star.

The app and service I’ve always wanted!. I always seem to be late getting to the store to buy cards for family and friends on holidays and birthdays. I used to look for online services that would send a greeting card, not a digital or e-card, but an actual card but never found anything. Then one night I saw the genius who invented Felt on Shark Tank and thought, THATS IT!!!! The sharks were stupid, IMO, bc they rejected Felt, but I was on their site and had downloaded the app before the show was over. I’ve used it 4 or 5 times now and won’t go back to the old way. Felt has a wide variety of cards to choose from that are very nice, high quality and current on trends. The best part is you can also upload your own photos to send photo cards. Also you have the option of adding gifts, that start at $1 on up, to your card (bath bombs, chocolates, teas etc). You can even get confetti added inside the envelope (which I always do.) Additionally, you have the option to sign the card and address the envelope yourself in your own handwriting or enter text with the keyboard. After all that they even send the card with an actual pretty stamp on the envelope. Everything looks beautiful and people who are on the receiving end LOVE it!!! Best and most useful app EVER.

Mostly great, some glitches. Overall, I enjoy using Felt, but there are a few glitchy areas. Sometimes, I do not receive a card preview. This makes it impossible to tell if a card has processed correctly before it is sent. My last card was sent with no front design (!) and I received no response from customer service after contacting them about the error. Other times, I am not able to edit my design easily on the back. I enjoy using my apple pencil to handwrite a short note and/or add a quick design on the back. However, the handwriting feature could be improved to be more user-friendly. Custom colors created do not save in the palette. I realize that this is not a design app, but this basic function should be added. Some attention to these areas, and this is easily a five-star app!

Amazing response to my customer service question. I love the app and have made several special cards for friends and family, using my own photos, Felt designs, my own designs, and my own handwritten notes. I love how quickly they are sent without needing to leave the house, find postage, address the envelope, etc. They're way more special than a store bought card. I recently sent a customized card to a parent in another state who lives in a somewhat remote area. When I sent my card, I found out that the PO Box given to Felt would not be delivered by FedEx that I had paid extras for so that the card wood arrive on time. I contacted Felt customer service and explained this to them the next morning after ordering the card. They immediately went out of their way to find a different carrier to deliver the card to the PO box I had provided. I thought I would need to pay extra postage to reorder the card correctly and they exceeded my expectations by delivering the card the next day through the new carrier, with plenty of time to arrive on time for her birthday. I'm going to use this app more regularly. Excellent.

Perfect for busy people - if it works. Its a different app. It is not reliable. It looks good has lost some functionality and performs terribly during major holidays where you want to send a card. Mother’s Day I could not save or send a car for 2 hours and had to try the next day with multiple failures still. Now Father’s Day and I cannot pay. I am going to try a different app now. I loved this app but they are not investing in reliability which is only reason to keep coming back or not. Original view when reliability was there: I work and commute 6am-6pm daily and this saves me time and seem better in many ways. I love it! I read other people criticizing the print quality but I assure you it is great! My family thought I hand wrote it myself when I first sent it. These are very personal and give a lot of love to those whom you send then too. They are constantly making improvements and I look forward to using them for years to come. The format of print is photo on one side and message on back of photo. If you send multiple, they are connected. Beautiful to place on a self and then pick up to read the message on the back when you want.

Felt won’t let me give it money.. I like Felt. But any time its servers are stressed (e.g., near holidays, when you need it most), at least half of all card designs are completely unviewable and stuck showing permanent loading indicators/spinning circles over blank card squares. Given that there are only a few hundred total card designs, highly-compressed/low-quality images of each design should be available client-side and the high quality versions should only load on demand. You’d still have problems during high-traffic periods, but it’s far better to let people get some idea of what’s available (and at least let them create/save drafts) than to have half of the screen be *infinitely* blank loading circles, no? I haven’t been coding much lately. Maybe I no longer know what I’m talking about. All I know is that I wanted to order a card today but the app has made that impossible because half of my screen is filled with blank squares. I can not buy a card, as I do not even know what my options are. Hence, I simply have no choice but to avoid ordering today. I want to give Felt my money. It just won’t let me.

A lifesaver. I live in Costa Rica, but am from The States. CR doesn’t have a reliable postal system right now, and so I turned to apps like Felt. Felt itself was the only app that let me use my own handwriting, which was a key criterium. Everyone to whom I’ve sent letters thought I’d placed pen to paper and sent it snail mail from CR. The quality was that good. The relative speed and assurance, combined with the price point (I tried Felt plus and inevitably upgraded to pro, if only to just write my grandma weekly, let alone everyone else for their birthdays and just because). Texting photos is one thing, and designing photo shoots to personalize my message to specific people is so fun when I know they’ll have a tangible copy in the end as well…

Frustrating…Patience Required. iPad app doesn’t work.. I’ve been trying to give Felt a try for a few months and there have been repeated issues. The iPad app was slow before, and now some of the features don’t work at all, and it crashes frequently. I’ve been able to go between my iPhone and iPad because the iPhone app seems to be much faster, yet it’s not easy to write handwritten notes on the iPhone. Once an address could not be verified so I couldn’t send the card (to my mom, where she’s lived for 40 years…). Another time a card was lost, and they did replace it—but it was very very late by that time. Their customer service responds within 48-72 hours and tries to help, but they need to work a lot on the iPad application. If it works on the phone it should work on the iPad. It takes so long to create a card it’s something I dread because it crashes so much and the features don't work consistently. I bought a year subscription so I feel I should use it or lose it. Oh well. People do like receiving them. I just don’t like the repeated issues.

Much better than store-bought cards!. I was so excited about this app before my recipients even got their cards, but I waited to review it until deliveries were made. My friends loved the cards, and I asked to see both the card and the envelope to inspect the quality and they looked awesome! They were actually a little bigger than I realized. And the photo was super clear. My friends thought I had written them myself and didn’t even know it was totally digital/printed. Handwritten cards are the best, and I am so glad the developers of Felt realize this. I suspect this app will become very popular and many apps will copy their idea. Hallmark needs to watch out because Felt is coming for them! ... DEFINITELY considering a subscription. Random kindness has never felt so easy. Ha! FELT. Total accident.

I am simply confused. I love the idea of this app, but it is not at all user friendly or intuitive. I am simply confused as to why it is so highly rated. There is no phone number for clients to call to get help only an email address. One representative JaVonne Giddings did give me 7 Felt credits for a glitch I experienced but has not responded to my most recent email in which I paid $60 for a year of cards upfront, but with all the problems I had trying to figure out the app, I cancelled my subscription and expected to be reimbursed the difference only to be told that I had to cancel within the first month. Well, if that s the case, then I want to get my money s worth except now I get nothing because subscription was cancelled. Since you can t talk to a human being, none of this was explained to me. I simply want access to the cards I have paid for. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone from customer service to help me with this issue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. Buyer beware!

I really wanted to like this. Maybe if your friends never move and all live in the USA then I’m this might be good for you. The app however has so many bugs and despite me pointing them out in feedback over the past year I’ve not noticed much improvement when using it - while using their latest version. Changing addresses often fails, putting international addresses in is a hassle and half as despite Felt allowing it and even has pricing for it, they didn’t program it well, changing fonts for certain parts aren’t allowed, inserting pics or images can only on certain predefined portions and there aren’t more options that using their templates and cropping and changing the overall color warmth. That’s it. While I like to support them rather than the hallmarks of this world, Hallmark has more options, better app functionality and better pricing. After 2 years of trying and providing feedback and not seeing much improvement, I give up. Maybe they listen to you...

Great idea, could use some tweaking.. The concept of this app is wonderful! I signed up for the monthly subscription, excited to try it out! However, there are many improvements that need to be made. First of all, this app is designed for an iPad and is very hard to use on a phone. The inability to rotate the screen to use vertically makes it incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to use on a phone screen, especially if you have small hands and can’t hold the phone and make alterations to small details at the same time. The concept of being able to use your own handwriting on the card is great, but the execution, again, is hard on a phone screen. The navigation around the card and envelope are difficult because you can’t zoom in and out freely and you are very constricted to their minimal editing options. The examples also had very cute designs on the envelope, which was one thing that drew me to signing up for a subscription. However, there is absolutely no option for adding decoration to the envelope at all. This app has the potential to be a game-changer for me and anyone who still appreciates sending and receiving cards in the mail. However, until they make changes to the interface, it is not user-friendly enough for me to continue paying for a subscription.

Bridging old-fashioned etiquette and new technology. Felt Cards makes it easy to send proper, paper greetings and thank- yous via US Post. Felt offers a wide selection of well-designed cards for most occasions. Cards can be personalized with your own message, even in your own handwriting. You can even send a card wIth one of your own photos. Basic cards are two-sides, with design on front and message on back, though customers may order cards with up to four panels. Most basic cards are $4 USD post-paid, and, in my experience, generally arrive at destination within a week of placing the order. The app is generally easy to use, though I have had the experience, more than once, of having my text disappear. This has only occurred when I’m hand writing a message and the heel of my hand hits something on the lower right side of the screen. There is, to my knowledge, no user guide for the app; the FAQ section of the the website was no help on this issue. I was unable, on any of these occasions, to recover my text, and, in each case, I abandoned my attempt to hand write my note and typed it in instead. Overall, the ability to send well-designed, personalized thank-yous, birthday wishes, sympathy notes, and other greetings without a special trip to a card store or the Post Office makes this app essential for anyone raised in the shadow of Emily Post and all Southerners living in the digital age.

app could be better optimised. The app has an unforgivable amount of latency when it comes to writing out a message, It is poorly localised, shows options for services that are not available in Australia

Great app.. Love the idea of this app, easy to use but having some difficulty adding text to the bottom of the photo as it crashes every time. Can't wait to make my first order!!

Not too bad. Cool interface, and the option to hand draw everything is nice. The FAQ support page is a blank white screen though, making further understanding difficult.

Need Bug Spray. This application is so full of bugs - it's impossible to use

Awesome!!!. Easy to use, great interface, so much fun! Brings back the love of sending physical greetings cards, in this increasingly virtual world! Love it!

Poor customer service. I wouldn’t use this service if I were you. Ive had cards never arrive and cards take over a month to arrive. Customer service is slow and sometimes never get back to you. Customer service doesn’t listen and seem not to care much. I asked them to stop debating my credit card for the subscription they said they did but it kept coming out for months. They have credits I want refunded still nothing. Buyer be aware.

More change please. I’d love to be able to change the front of the card photo after saving a draft that would make it GREAT!

Great idea, poor execution. It is USD$4 per card for international postage - which buys you a colossal 12-15 days for delivery!!! Why offer international if it's going to be so preposterously slow? Also, you can't control the zoom on the writing field. On an iPad Pro there is really no reason to have to zoom in, yet it forces you to, and then you have to write comically large for anything to be legible. Overall it is really poorly thought out, but a good idea in principle. Hopefully sensible improvements will be made.

Great!. I love that i can send cute and thoughtful cards to family and friends now. The app is easy to use. Love it

Lou. I really like this app, it's great! Love the cute cards! I would love to be able to send cards to people on Facebook, etc using this app, in this day and age that would come in really handy but other than that, fantastic!

Great Product!. Amazing invention I saw you on shark tank!!! So easy and convenient, great job!

Awesome Card Making App!. I've been sending Felt cards for well over a year now and I love them! Recipients always comment on the quality and uniqueness of the cards. It makes sending personalized cards easy- even internationally! The company's customer service is beyond amazing- they truly go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction of their clients. Thanks, Felt! :)

Great app!. Easy to use. I send my cards to Canada but it's still economical.

So easy!. I LOVE this app! It's so easy to use. Great selection, reasonable prices. I am from Canada. It costs me $4 US per card which is still worth it with the conversion.

Canadian orders extra. $1 more for cards sent outside the US. Add the currency conversion and this doesn’t look so good. Wanted to like it.

A unique thoughtful gift for loved ones!. I am one of the few who have not heard of Felt before a few weeks ago. Thus far I have created and ordered six photo cards, two to the USA, the rest to Canada. The first card arrived to its American recipient a few days ago for Christmas. My sister loved it! In a short while all will have received their personalised cards and I can’t wait for their feedback! The app allows for much creativity with the option of using type or your own freehand writing or drawing. The major obstacle I foresee in using this service as much as I would like to, is the cost for sending cards to Canada (considered International!!!) because they are sent from the USA which adds a dollar to the cost and also paid with US dollars this makes them quite expensive if planning to use the service for more than just a few.

No Apple ID :(. So unable to try.

Good App. Needs Improvement. Crashes. Had to swipe-quit all other apps. Palm rejection with the Apple Pencil still doesn't work, still get little dots from screen touches below the pencil. Split screen not supported on the iPad Pro.

Great app!. I love this app! My only issue is not being able to save my credit card info. The check box doesn't work :( otherwise is so nice and easy to send handwritten cards and personalize photos to family <3 thank you!!

5 splashy stars. Minor bug fixes need to be made and the ease of use is about a 7/10. However, the final product is great and the concept is really kind of beautiful. I think this is a good start and could be an amazing business with some upgrades :)

Love it though it crashes often. I am willing to give it a little longer because I think the idea and design are brilliant. I hope that once I am a little better at navigating the app that I will have less problems with the app shutting down... ...an update with bug fixes might also help! Thanks and looking forward to seeing how my first card turned out!!

As Cool As It Seems. Saw the app on TV and signed up. Thanks Mr. Wonderful. Have sent several cards and everyone who got them loved it! Takes a few minutes to figure out the app but after your first card you've got it down. Very easy, very cool. Download it.

Too many glitches. I’ve been happily using this app for years. The latest update has lots of cool options but way too many glitches, I lost a card I had spent 30 minutes drawing the address field setup is clunky, amendments to layout is awkward. I’m really disappointed with your upgrade.

Easy. Easy to use and intuitive. Love using my own handwriting for the card and envelope address for a personal touch. First time using and will see how it goes!

Sign in with Apple ID!. The app’s biggest problem has been addressed.

Never receive the card. The app is nice and user friendly. However I never received the card. It has been resend but still nothing. Then, I filled out a form to the customer service and still nothing..

Lost message. After painstakingly writing a card out for a good 30 minutes, I responded to a text message only to find the app had returned to its initial screen and lost my message. Deeply frustrating.

Best cards. Great app very creative, love the idea. So many beautiful designs to choose from, and you can personalize it so well! Would recommend to anyone! The app is super easy to use!

Love It!. Such a convenient way for me to create and ship a card in the moment...while I'm thinking about them

Love it to and from U.S and Canada. I see complaints about how long it takes. I’ve never had a problem and have used it for a couple yrs so far. I don’t subscribe bcuz I’m not an every month sender but I do buy credits when they go on sale. Sometimes there’s a glitch then I start over but lately it’s better. I also can’t decide whether to write on the back or a separate square. Not sure which is best. Cheaper than buying cards plus stamps

Models fingernails in photo are all chipped!. Shipping to Canada is too much just for a card. Take a look at the photos for this app . Notice the fingernails of the model . Outgrown and chipped ... what are they doing with all this money they are making ...

Lovely service. This lovely service has a few little bugs, but it is a brilliant and affordable way to send personalized notes worldwide

Canadians beware: Long ship times. Fellow Canadians, beware of the timelines on this app. They use USPS to ship their cards and, as the world knows, USPS is in a state of disappointing pain these days because of the undermining efforts of a certain former US official. Cards sent with Felt will take upwards of 30 days to reach Canadian addresses, which wouldn’t be so bad if the app gave you reminder well in advance of that. But the app only warns you 10 days in advance of an event, so you’re sure to always be late with Felt.

Santa's helper. Loved that I was able to send cards from home with s picture of the kids!! Thank you!!!

Didn’t receive card. I ordered this card about 18 days ago and still haven’t received it. Shipping to Canada is supposes to be between 10-15 days, I have no clue where the card since there is no tracking. Super disappointed, will not be purchasing again

Crap. Subscription based. Waste your time

Simple way to personalize cards. Easy to add photos, text and even have the kids write a message. The subscription is really affordable, especially for international cards. Highly recommended!

Disappointing. Really not well designed app. 1) few choices for cards, 2) the undo button disappears when you scroll to the bottom, 3) it asks for zip codes on international addresses (which don’t have zip codes), 4) when you go back a step to re-edit your card, THE ENTIRE CARD IS BLACK (the text is faintly visible)...what the heck? It’s a bug.

Credit card processing fees. Please put credit card processing fees in your ads. Horrible app. Glitchy and not well thought out. Not adapted for Canadian market. Fees are charged in USD. Extra fees for Canadian addresses. Subscription quota does not rollover.

Awesome but needs some work. I love this app, don't get me wrong. The concept and cards are super amazing. Being able to personalize them in such a unique way is a gift all by itself!! I find it really hard to work with on an iPhone. It's frustrating when the edit box appears and takes up half the screen. I have made several cards so far, the first few were horrendous to figure out. Not a lot of instructions. I am tech savvy so it's not as though I can't figure an app out. I find that it's not very user friendly. I've had a few problems with payment and subscription as well as cards taking over a month to arrive. The support was prompt in their response though.

Rock Stars. Things were super easy to do. Great app!! I know where I am going for Christmas for sure

Great service!. I love this app...the cards are great and it all seems to work well. More fun than purchasing a card and mailing it. Also more convenient.

LOVE IT, must try!!. Just found out about this app while watching Shark Tank and must say I was soooo impressed with the idea. Downloaded it right away and ordered two different cards. Almost the same price as in drug stores. Only 1$us to ship to Canada !! Plus you can use your pictures from your phone!!! Must try it guys, such an amazing app!

Advertised in the CDN store, but.... all $ is USD. Great idea, but especially if you live in the states. Hope to see a Canadian branch soon!

Awesome app. I love how you can personalize everything. It mates everything feel so meaningful. <3 this app

Awesome and great value!. Allready sent a few cards overseas and delivered in under 8 days. Print and envelope quality are superb. Highly recommended!

Great!. Really amazing app! Works very well!! Only reason I had to put 4 stars instead of 5 is because I want to subscribe to felt, however I cannot see what each subscription has to offer because most of the words are cut off. So I don’t know how many cards I’d be getting each month. Other than that, amazing app!

User friendly and quick. Fun to use and make personalized cards. Better if you have a stylus pen.

Writing part. It’s a bit tricky to get the writing part near. I hope it gets easier the more I use the app

Absolutely Love the Cards. I subscribe and love that I get to share pictures regularly with a personalized message. I have each of my boys tell me a message which I type; then they get to draw a picture below on their own panel. They love to participate! I'm happy with the size / quality and that I get 4 photo panels to share pictures / messages. If I want a collage picture I create one in another app and bring the collage image in. I'm in Canada and even with the exchange rate there is no way I could go to the store, buy cards for each Great Grandma, pay for pictures printed as well as postage and send for this price. Heck I'd get one card for this price - not 3!! Our friends and family get excited when they see the brown envelope as they know they have a personalized photo card! Only thing to be aware of is subscription cards not used don't roll over to the next month so just be sure to order in time. In a pinch I got the photos put in, shipped all 3 to me and we wrote our messages old school with good ol pens then hand delivered.

Very hard to come by service. Allows for prompt orders. Other services make you wait for a quote via email. This service is much more convenient.

Simple and human. The cards are very elegant, and the hand written aspect makes all the difference to the people I am trying to connect to. Great concept and execution.

I am so annoyed.. Spent all that time adjusting photos and using my finger to write messily with the terrible simulated ink only to have the error message saying that I have no items to checkout when I so clearly do? I can't even send the cards I spent to much time writing? And it takes so much work to write these things because your finger is not a real pen.

Simple and beautiful. Easy to use, inexpensive and lots of selection! I do wish they had generic wish messages for the interior of the card because I'm bad at finding creative ways to express our thoughts and hopes. I appreciate that you can save your contacts and set reminders!

Non-existent customer support. I had a question regarding the subscription I paid for and never got any answer.

Lovely !!!. Great quality paper and printing, it’s so easy. I sent my Christmas cards and they arrived on time. Thanks

Great App. I love it, as someone who needs to write a lot of cards and wants to do it personally this app is perfect for me, for those who love technology and wants to still be personal I highly recommend this app.

Love love love this app. This is amazing! The cards are beautiful. And it's so easy to use. I've already sent tons beautiful cards :) thank you!!!!

SO BEAUTIFUL!!. I have sent about 5 cards so far and have bought the monthly subscription. Totally worth it and I'm actually saving money than going and buying/sending myself. My family had no idea it was printed until I told them. Amazing quality, variety, and wonderful customer service. Saw on shark tank and it's the only product I've purchased so far haha.

Great concept, but not quite there yet.. This is such a cool app. You can make a card with your own pictures, words, gifts (even cash, how awesome) and even handwriting... BUT not completely user friendly. I spent like an hour trying to get through the glitches and wondering if each step is saved or not then having to redo completely then in the end I had 2 of the same thing. Just hard to tell where you’re at in the process. Also I wish you could do pictures/ designs on both sides of the card if you like. One last thing but my first impression was that you actually had felt cards hence the name, they should have that option soon:)

Ok but has problems. This app has lots of cute designs and I love the idea of being able to make a card for others to also sign. Unfortunately it doesn’t work! I wanted my kids who live far away to be able to sign a card I had made for another family member and when I clicked on the button to send the card to my kids for them to sign all they received was a text message with a link to sign up for the app and download but no way to access the card. Also I don’t understand why you can change the line width on the pens when writing on the card but not when addressing the envelope. I wanted to hand write the address and add doodles but the pen width ( both nibs) was huge!

Amazing app and well worth it subscription!. $6 for 3 cards each month that can have up to 4 panels and 8 pictures! This is such a blessing to be able to use felt to send my sister pictures of our family and keep in contact with them in a memorable way. I’m a mom of two and I work full time.. some times it’s really hard to get to the post office. Felt takes care of that for you! I did have one issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently with a Lead Agent, Kenda. The type of customer service and support I received was very much appreciated. Her support and responses quickly put me at ease.

I love FELT!. Felt- thank you! I love your app and use it to connect with my family throughout the year! I’ve used it flawless for almost a year. I had a few technical issues pop up and I was so sad - hoping that I’d still be able to use it! The tech team handled everything very smoothly and I’m all set to send Fathers Day cards! Very thankful for the help and great product! The cards are beautiful and my family calls all the time bragging on the pictures they receive in their cards! So much more special than sending a regular greeting card. I love personalizing each one to my specific family members! Keep it up Felt!

Trouble Confirming Purchase. I used to love this app. I have probably sent close to three dozen cards through Felt in the past two years. My friends know I love them, and it’s become my signature thing. I even have a subscription to send 3 cards for $6/month. However, recently there has been a lot of trouble with checking out and confirming purchases. I have had to contact their customer service multiple times. Their service is good, but it’s always the same problems. The most recent order took me three days to complete after numerous correspondence, logging in and out, and even deleting the app. I was about to recommend this app to a friend, but I don’t know how I feel at this point. Felt has brought me both great satisfaction and utter disappointment.

Everyone needs this app!. Felt is so affordable and easy to use. Before when it would get close to a birthday or holiday or to send a thank you note, I’d always have some excuse: didn’t have a card, had to run to the store, didn’t have a stamp, kept forgetting to take it to the mailbox, the list goes on, but with felt it makes it so easy to just quickly make a card a write a note, it barely takes me five minutes! Plus, it’s taken the place of postcards too, because i can make my own! The cute fronts if I don’t have a picture are an even bigger bonus! It’s always hard to decide which to use and I love that they come up with more all the time!

Perfectly quick easy fun creative card app with good price point. ... and the support team is responsive to recommendations for improvements. OK, I can think of only one: I’m a sucker for design and for options for symmetry. So, for example, when making a three panel card, with a photo of the anniversary couple in the middle, I thought it would be sweet to have two bicycles facing each other. It’s the kind of thing I used to do when I would print my own cards using a printing design app resident on my computer. But the printing quality on that one coming out of my ink jet just doesn’t compare to Felt. And, from what I understand, Felt is on it! I look forward to even more beauty and variety coming from the development team.

Just amazing.. This app is seriously great. I love so many things about it, especially being able to send a card and having it mailed within 24 hours. The gift options are great- I like that you can add cash to card (I have a lot of nieces and nephews that I send a little money to for birthdays) or smaller little gifts that are inexpensive but would still make your recipient smile. The card options are cool and modern too. I haven’t tried the handwriting part but I’d imagine you’d need a stylus for it to look legible. Regardless I’m so thankful this popped up on my insta feed. For once those data trackers paid off.

Adding photos not easy. So I’ve now tried to send 3 cards. The 1st card I sent I tried to add a photo and it wouldn’t let me. I figured I just didn’t know what I was doing, but really wanted to get the card out, so sent it as is with no photo. The second card I tried to make with a photo again and I just kept getting a note that said invariant violation, tried again and again and then got stuck in a spinning screen waiting for photo to download....I finally gave up. So I tried again today to do my 3rd card.....I was able to finally get 3 photos uploaded (still getting invariant violation note) but just kept at it and It finally worked! Then I input the address, hit next, and now I’m stuck in a dark blue screen with nothing happening. Am I doing something wrong??!!

Fun, Delightful, Personal Cards. Love the new Felt app for creating custom unique cards. The multiple acccordian cards are magical. The ability to draw and personalize are fun. The pre loaded artwork is playful. Love the simplified interface, but it is hard to figure out how to navigate and took me trial and error and my heart stopping a few times thinking I lost all the hours of work I put into creating a unique card just because of navigation issues and work flow that wasn't quite clear. Saving a card for later and deleting a card were just some of the road blocks I encountered (hence the four stars). But once I figured it out and realized I didn't lose all the work I'd done, I was happy to send them on their way to be enjoyed by family. Promising card app, enjoyed it!

I want to love this app SO MUCH!. The premise - AMAZING. This app has SO much potential! I love sending cards, but never get around to actually sitting down, writing it, finding a stamp, mailing it - this solves ALL of that, and it’s the best. The app itself is super clunky though :( I have a very hard time with changing the font sometimes, or just getting it to allow me to hand write - it flat out won’t update to what I am selecting :( I have tried on my newer iPad, and my newer iPhone - both updated operating systems, and both have had some very frustrating moments trying to update some things. Please fix the fumbling of the app, I don’t want to discontinue use, I would love to pay the yearly subscription but I will only pay monthly or per card until I know the app won’t drive me nuts when I try to utilize it.

Make Life easier and be the Master of Cards & Gifts. Felt was an app that I came across on some website. I wasn’t sure what to think of it so I downloaded it. Let me just say that I was totally surprised and got the hang of designing my own cards. The options are endless (of course endless but pretty cool :)). After you design you can add a gift, frame and even real cash. Just amazing. My package was dropped by the carrier and the frame was damaged. I contacted them and can confirm that customer service is prompt, friendly, professional and very understanding. Give this app a try, you can always delete it if you don't like it which will most likely not be the case.

The best idea but plagued by slowness and bugs. I really love this app and the ability to send a handwritten card to loved ones while I am out of the country. However, I have had many issues with the app (on my 2020 iPad Pro - a powerful device) that make the experience of writing the cards more frustrating and time consuming than figuring it out halfway across the world. From errors with no description (just an ‘ok’ box) to having the wrong panels get deleted or not get edited as intended, I thought it best to finally write a review. This app could be much better if it were more reliable and with an improved UX. I don’t want to have to spend an hour on a card that should take 15 minutes, or screenshot my handwriting just in case it gets deleted. All the pieces are there, it’s a great product. It just needs to work better.

Heartfelt Tokens of Love. This app is so perfect for making customized, handwritten, photo greeting cards that are so meaningful for my family when they receive them. Lovely keepsakes that my husband and children can look back on in later years and enjoy. I have been using this app for a long time, since 2012, I am so impressed that they are still here and going strong. They have very understanding customer service just in case things do not come out just right. Plus there were these delightful and whimsical gift options in addition to the cards to themselves, like confetti and stickers. Will be using this app for my next love projects and for holidays and birthdays.

Glitch/difficult to use. I like the concept of the app and I use it a lot but there are features that are either very glitchy or do not work properly. For example, when I try to look at the back of the card I sometimes manage to delete my whole card. I also seem to be unable to select an address and have it placed on the card I will have to type the address in each time, which is annoying, because I've saved so many addresses. All of this has kind of created a paranoia in me so before I'll purchase/checkout, I double and triple check my order. Anyway that is my reason for the 2 stars. I'm hoping soon they make it simpler. Or fix the glitches.

Great idea. Some frustrations. Great idea overall. I noticed the load times are purely dependent on internet connectivity for images thus in poor signal areas of the house it didn’t work too fast, so I moved to the better spots. Could perhaps have app preload images or have scaled down versions of designs for better loading? Would have rated higher if not for the fact that on my first try, it seems to have bugs using the address feature. Crashed 3 times out of 5 while entering address - had to type address first before recipient in order for it to work. This may be due to connection, but it should load instead of just crash. This is really quite a nice feature set, and would like to see this develop further so I hope these issues get resolved!

Update: cards finally arrived!. My parents finally received 2 of the 4 cards and they were postmarked appropriately! So the problem was the US Mail Service and not Felt. They loved the cards!! Sorry for assuming that the problem was Felt. Live and learn. Are the envelopes standard card sized? I just can’t figure out why they took so long to arrive. Previous review: My mom and dad (Florida) have been waiting for their cards for a month. I contacted customer service and they said they re-sent all 4 cards but we’re still waiting. Envelopes used handwritten addresses. Is there a glitch with using handwritten addresses? Something is going wrong. Lots of reviews mention cards not received. Bummer!!

Great app for those of us who forget to mail stuff. I really love this app! I’ve been using it for about 3 years now and I love how there’s always a new greeting card to choose from. It’s really simple to use and you even have the option to handwrite everything which makes it more genuine. Oh!!!! I also love the dried lavender gift!!!! The only thing that would make it better is being able to move the borders and frames on the photo cards. Most of the time the beautiful borders cover the faces in my photos so I can’t use them. So an option to change the width of the borders and frames would be nice. Otherwise I really do love this app! Thanks to the devs and everyone else who helped create such a helpful app! 😊

My favorite little app & awesome customer service!. I just found Felt through Facebook and I’m so excited about it! I’ve been writing my 93 year old grandmother handwritten notes for the past 9 years, but adding these fun pictures cards in the mix will be fun, too! I love the writing feature so that you can sign your name or a fun message at the bottom of the card. I had an issue after first downloading with an order and customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. They even credited my account so that I can send more of these fun cards :) What is more fun than getting actual mail these days? I’m looking forward to sending lots of these and spreading joy😃

Felt app is simply the best!. This is a game-changer. This app is the closest I’ll ever come to jotting down a note, handing it to an assistant, and asking them to mail it. It’s that easy! Pick a cute card, and write your message to a loved one. Type or write their address, and that’s it! It’s made my life so much easier because I don’t have to deal with the hassle of buying stamps and posting letters in the mail. I can send a note as quickly as I’d send an email and carry on with my day. Plus, it's helped my friends and family think I’m a much more considerate person than I am! 10/10 Highly recommend it!

The best app for busy people!. I have been a Felt user now for over a year, and I had to contact customer service as my monthly credits weren’t showing up. Wow, did customer service go above and beyond to core t the problem! In a time where customer service means so much, they gave 110%! That aside, I am a big fan of this app as I am busy person that doesn’t have a lot of time to go get greeting cards and this allows me to quickly send out personalized cards in a matter of minutes! And everyone loves the picture ones I send to them of memories we’ve made together! The price is definitely affordable for what you get. I can’t say enough good things about this concept!

Suggestions!. At first I thought this was super gimmicky, but I had a trial so I sent a card for Mother’s Day. I actually had so much fun making it and I was surprised to see how much my mom liked it! My dad was so fascinated by it, that I had to naturally make one for Father’s Day too! A couple suggestions: writing the message on the back takes so long; there should be a way to re-order the back panes WITHOUT changing the order of the photos on the front. Also, when writing message on back, I’m not certain how much room it will take. Would be nice to be able to drag down the text so it is centered. Right now, I have to A) erase it all and start over or B) deal with the awkward blank gap because my message ended shorter than expected. Overall, love it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I have literally never left a review before in the app store, but this app is just so great. It’s so easy to quickly send a thank you note or any other type of greeting card. I love that you can add pictures to make it more customizable. I just showed it to my cousin in Alaska who would normally have to go to the store, buy the card, go to the post office, and finally mail off the card. She loves it now too! For me it’s only ever been $4 to mail a card!! At the store sometimes you can’t even buy the card for $4, and it never truly says what I want it to. My only complaint is that it automatically turns to the side version view when writing the card and it’s a little difficult to maneuver, but besides that I love it so much!

Great Hallmark Card Alternative!. Super handy app that was simple to use and fairly quick. I found out about it through T-Mobile promo for father’s day but know I’ll use it for other things as well (e.g. b-days, anniversaries etc) It’s nice being able to you pics from your phone or one of their built, themed card covers. I used a photo of my siblings and me and layered one of their cute frames over it. Also gives you the option to write on the back with either their ridiculously forgiving handwriting feature (which honestly took me by surprise since it turned my less than stellar finger cursive into lavish script) or typing tool. Looked very nice and professional when it was done!

Love it & hate it. It’s a lovely idea & the cards look beautiful but the website layout & how it functions makes it incredibly hard to create a card efficiently. It took me two weeks to make ONE card because I kept giving up out of frustration. Adding photos to it shouldn’t be that difficult and can you give more room to scroll through the preset images?! Seriously. For such a long list of cards to choose from, only being able to see 2 or 4 at a time, (depending on which one wants to allow you to view that day) makes the process difficult and annoying. I wouldn’t be recommending this to anyone because I know they would give up & delete the app. I’m close to deleting it as well. Thanks for listening. Do better?

Sweet, simple, great value. I send these photo cards to various loved ones for birthdays and non-occasions alike, and everyone always says how much they treasure them. I sent a 4-photo card to myself, too, and I love the way it looks, freestanding accordion- style on the shelf. There are enough customization options to make each card unique without overwhelming me with choices and steps. The quality of the final product is really nice, and they arrive within about a week of putting the order in, as promised. The $7 price is not much more than a typical greeting card + postage, and using my own photos makes it so much more personal. Such a small price to pay to make someone’s day. .

Just Terrible. I had huge hopes and thought this app was a great idea. Frustrating and horrible! It is full of glitches and keeps crashing. After spending a long time and finally getting a card done it was all wrong. Somehow I managed to get one sent and spent $50 on a gift with the card because all the gift cards were "sold out". I had to write an email to Felt because as Embarrassing as it was, I had to ask them if they got it and they hadn't and this was a week after their birthday!!! Also, I had ordered it 2 weeks before their birthday! After I sent the email I was told it just shipped that day!! Hmmmm.....so-it did arrive. And this is Too bad because I would so use this app all the time! I took app off my phone! It won't even open on my IPad.

$0.01 gift cards & lots of mistakes. I ordered a card and $50 gift card to send for a birthday. My recipient went to use the card and there was $0.01. Terribly embarrassing, but I was able to resolve by sending her another Target gift card through Target. However, it took multiple emails, Facebook messages, etc over the span of several weeks for me to get a refund from Felt. And after all of that hassle, they refunded me for the gift card—not the card itself, which kind of seems like a bare minimum courtesy at that point. So, after that experience, I asked others about cards I had sent them. Some never received them, some received them but there was no text in them. Honestly a waste of time and money, and any other service like this is a better bet if you want your family and friends to actually receive the cards and gifts you’re sending.

Best app for cards!. I'm really glad to see improvements / changes to the app. I have always loved the app, but for a while there found it so frustrating to use, I stopped using it. I was wondering can you offer colors for the text? Can you offer boxes of 10, vs 25 being the smallest box of cards available? Also, when you get to the end and have sent a card.... it would be great to see a "sign out" button or a button to click to go back to the home page. I couldn't see a way to do either and felt like I wasn't able to properly sign out of the app. Keep up the good work. I really, really love this app and all the improvements! And, I appreciate how responsive Felt Support is to emails! I always get a reply within one day or less. This is the best app I've found so far for creating cards and I've tried several. The pricing is very reasonable and the quality of the product -- based on the comments I get from recipients of my cards --- is wonderful. My cards never fail to get a comment about how cute they are and how special they are to receive.

These cards are awesome!. I love this company! I love the feature that allows me to use my own handwriting which makes it more personal. All my friends and family can definitely recognize my writing. That’s cool. I sent one to my husband as a love letter and was able to see the quality and I was amazed!!! I don’t have the problems or experience the “glitches” that some people complain about. Sure sometimes it gets slow but I think that might be my internet. Ha. And the one time I’ve reached out to customer support they were wicked helpful and I got a response the very next day! Also, with the subscription it is super economical Thanks Felt!

The good, the bad, the annoying. The good: fairly easy to create a card with pictures and other content. The bad: changing a name (marriage, divorce, etc). Example: create a birthday card for a woman friend who recently married. Successfully changed the last name to the new name. Scheduled the mailing date and logged out. Checked on the card a day or two later and her old name reappeared on the envelope. Had to add a new address and recreate the card. The annoying: try as I may I cannot delete an address entry. Tried several times without success. Bottom line: I will continue to use it because it’s just too convenient. Hopefully it will improve with age.

Gift to family living overseas. Like many of you, I first heard about FELT on Shark Tank. Immediately I thought of a family member living overseas. I thought of her because she frequently sent all kinds of cards while living in the US. I was sure she would continue to send cards, just not as often because of unpredictable mailing times and the added expense. For over a year I have made a gift to her account. Each month she sends various cards to family and friends in the US. I especially like the ones with pictures of her children. The FELT staff are extremely helpful in making it possible for me to replenish her credits throughout the year.

OBSESSED. I would hands down recommend this app to anyone that sends cards. Or if you don’t, start! Being able to send birthday cards, thank yous or whatever, in a few short minutes is amazing. I’d have to carve out time on lunch breaks or whenever to go shopping for cards, pray I had a stamp, and the dreaded trip to the post office-forget it. Not only is it SUPER convenient but the cards are way cuter than something you’d find in the store. I send cards for more reasons that I used to before as well. It’s just too easy with this app. And! Customer service is bomb-super friendly and just cool people you can tell!

I want to love it. This is the best greeting card app I have found for iPad so far. I like that I can add photos, they have quite a few graphics to choose from for different occasions, I can use the pencil to write messages, the cards look really nice when printed, and everyone loves getting their mail. My biggest frustration with this app is that as I am writing, it refreshes and erases everything I have written. There is no way to get it back. I have to rewrite my entire letter again 😡 The work around is to tap the green check mark frequently to save my work, but it is very annoying to continually tap the green check mark to save and then tap the card and pen to start writing again. I have emailed support multiple times over the past year about this issue, followed the instructions given, and still have this problem. They assured me that the latest update would fix the bug. Nope. There doesn’t seem to be rhyme or reason to this erasure. Sometimes I can be editing a card for minutes, other times it is seconds. Support always responds quickly and is courteous. I appreciate their help, but I’m still having the problem. I want to love this app, but the refresh bug bites me with every. single. card. I create.

Embarrassing Error—and I was charged!!. I have had this app for about a year. It was great until today. I sent a card to a friend that helped me out and added a $100 gift card. I mentioned the $100 gift in my message on the card. Apparently there was an error and the gift card was not included. But somehow I was still charged the $12 fee for sending a gift card! How embarrassing that the recipients will receive the card without the freaking gift! Couldn’t get anyone from Felt to reply until 5 hours later and they suggested I go to the app to cancel the order but I imagine the order was already sent since I selected the option of mailing it out today. The app is down so I cannot even attempt to get a refund or fix the error. I will definitely cancel my subscription as soon as I use all my credits.

Product looks bad compared to what they advertise.. I wish they would bring back the classy kraft brown envelopes. The white is bland. The stamp used is really a basic red white and blue graphic, not the nice floral they show in the preview. The patriotic stamp plus the white envelope makes it look tacky. I wish they wouldn’t falsely advertise what the final product will look like in the preview and in their advertisements. Would love a choice of paper finish. The matte paper is ok, but soaks the ink up, making the image appear fuzzy and desaturated (another thing they won’t show you in the sample cards). I wanted to love this app, and I did until I saw what the cards and envelopes actually look like, and now I just feel like I’ve been misled. Guess it’s time to look for an alternative until they up their quality to match the price they’re asking.

An app that goes straight to my heart. I am a huge fan of Felt. I am so thankful to have stumbled upon it in a list of apps to get when you have an iPad Pro. I love sending snail mail but I often forget to follow through with part of the process: going to get a card, finding one, writing it, mailing it, etc. Using the Felt app makes the process so easy! And it’s affordable to boot, especially when you add up the costs of “the old fashioned way” described above. Felt cards are also a beautiful way to brighten someone’s day with a card in their mailbox during this pandemic. I am super impressed with the conversion from digital to print in the cards and I can’t wait to send more.

They’re getting there. When I first saw this, I thought - great! It really would have taken me less time to write the thank you notes I had. The envelope addressing took way too long, as I had to figure out how the get the name of the individual being addressed on the envelope. It worked without a hitch, the first two tried and then all of a sudden, no name. I finally stumbled on the fix but add a good deal of time to the process. Definitely not using my phone to write a card. Finger works best on the iPad or iPhone but I prefer a stylus and it wasn’t as responsive on the screen. I will use up the credits I purchased and see if I continue to use the app. I have a windows 10 tablet and would have used it but there is no app for that...and you can’t use a keyboard and mouse to make it all work.

Cute idea. Love this idea, has a few bugs, sometimes when you add and approve your picture the picture on the card is not centered (had to go back multiple times with multiple pictures to recenter the picture). When you type a note, didn’t see where I could change the type color, many of the available frames are right on top of your picture and it is either hard to read or hard to see the picture. Would recommend having more frames with words under picture. Would like to see an addition of Stickers. I ordered a card and candy, excited to see how it turns out! Update: got a note back from company saying they were fixing the centering bug.

Not user friendly IMO. I’ve never written an app review before, which is a an impressive statement made even more impressive when paired with the fact that I’m a Millennial. I was excited about the product Felt offered but goodness is the App working against you when you’re trying to order a card with pictures from your camera roll. I spent way too much time fiddling and getting stuck. I never could quite get three App to cooperate with me. I’m sure it works, but it’s not super user friendly. Kind of a sad issue since I actually really wanted to order a few cards for Mother’s Day. I downloaded the app with the intention of paying Felt some money. There are too many card companies to choose from for me to keep playing around with an App that doesn’t want to be my friend.

Wonderful customer service. I absolutely love this app! Not only can you send very personalized cards with photos and handwritten (or printed, if desired) messages all from your phone, their customer service has been exceptional! Every once in a while if I have a question or I have had glitch, customer service via email has responded in a reasonable time with a personal (not automated) correspondence. I also love that you can have a subscription which is way less expensive than going to a store, buying a card and stamps and mailing the card. I have used this app and subscription for over two years:)

Love it!. I’ve used the app quite a few times to send cards to family and friends that live out of town. It’s cheaper than having to buy and send a card from the store, but they also have enough options that you don’t feel like you’re sacrificing quality for price. It’s awesome that you still get to write with your own handwriting so it’s still personal! They also have great customer service. I had a card that was sent but never received, and even though that’s not their fault, they re-sent the card for me at no extra cost, which a physical store could never do for you. I will definitely continue to use Felt!

This app is EVERYTHING…and a bag of chips, no seriously!. This app has really made a difference! Being able to send hand written notes to family and friends as a way to connect more is EVERYTHING! My Great Aunt is 92 and this allows me to easily send her photos and sweet cards on a regular basis. I’ve also had my kids write thank you notes with the handwriting feature so it’s just like a regular card. The time I save by not having to go to the store or drop off the postcard is enough! Plus, the graphics are cute/cool and the optional gift choices are getting better and better - like that bag of chips I was talking about! No seriously! Greatest App EVER!!!! Drop the mic, and the crowd goes wild!

Fantastic app. As many others have said, this is a great app. The idea is awesome and the execution is as well. It’s great flipping through an abundance of designs. I’m looking forward to making a photo card. But for my first order I did a greeting card. Making it was easy and fun. This was was destined internationally for delivery in France, just $1 more! The FAQ said that for international orders, delivery will be 8-10 days. Sure enough it got delivered on the 8th day after submitting my order. My friend overseas was super happy by the card. I can’t believe it’s this easy. I’m glad that Kevin the Shark blessed this business. I actually feel excited to send my loved ones handwitten cards now. I hope that Felt continues with its success.

I could not LOVE these cards more!. This app is right up my alley. I can create and send the cutest, most personalized cards to the folks I love most and not even leave the house! I am super busy, so this is wonderful...morning coffee, create a card, include a gift (I like to send gift cards and/confetti or some cash--who doesn't love THAT?) Stamp the card and ship--all before my day gets started. For these reasons, this app is a blessing to ME..and the cute photos, artwork and personalization is a treat for my friends and family. Customer service is responsive--so email. They WILL get back to you with the rare question or concern. Felt...makes my life easier and spreads cheer with awesome snail-mail!

Can’t believe that rave reviews. I cannot possibly be the only person with as many technical issues as this app has. I love the idea of this service, and when it works it’s really amazing. However, just about every time I go to make a card there is an issue. To the point I’ve had to give up, go buy a card, buy a gift, and send. I’ve had issues with not being able to add gifts. I’ve not been able to edit a card. I’ve lost all my contacts. I’ve not been able to update contacts. Today, I can’t add an address. I’ve tried many different ways and many different times. If I don’t send today the card (it’s Friday and won’t send out until Monday) won’t make it for the recipient’s birthday. I won’t have time to wait to get Felt to fix it. I think it’s about time to give up with this app and try another.

So disappointed!. I was so excited give Felt a try. I was in love with the many options of frames and being able to type font and include handwritten notes as well, but from the moment I opened the app the first time it force closed on me. Took at least 8 times for the app to stay open. I selected a photo card, chose my photo and frame, wrote what I needed to write and was ready for checkout. I got to a screen prompting me to sign in so I tried signing in with Facebook, it took me to the app and I signed in but when I was taken back to the Felt app it force closed on me so I tried it again through Facebook and same thing, finally decided to sign up with the Felt app and once I input my information and hit sign up it said log in failed. Yes, I tried it a couple of times to no avail so I obviously couldn’t place my order. I am now frustrated and just done with this app until something is done.

Wanted this to be awesome, but nav needs help. I like sending cards and wanted to remove the burden of having to go to the store to buy a card. This app looked great. I don’t see the final results, so I’m hoping and assuming that it is quality. From an app experience, it is lacking. Looks nice, but navigation is not friendly and writing is not on par with any other app I have used with the Apple Pencil. It works, but simply nothing is smooth about this. Will I use it again, maybe a few times randomly, but it if the UI was improved, I’d be on board regularly. Also, the pricing tiers are not clear. Would also love the option to get a free copy of the first card a user sends, so that you can see the quality, but this is minor. Final verdict - if nothing else, make it easier to maneuver and cleaner writing. I’d be a forever raver of this app if so.

Great Product and Great Customer Service. The product is fantastic and easy to use! I had an issue with of my orders and I had to cancel. They refunded $10 of $45 of my order and issued my $35 Felt Credits. I emailed to get the remaining $35 refunded to my credit card. I did not hear from them for about a week. I kept emailing and became frustrated. I responded to their promotional emails and finally got in touch. Long story short, they said that a bunch of emails were accidentally routed to an archived folder. They were very apologetic and gave me my next card for free. The only thing I would suggest is for them to have a customer phone number, so that I could have reached them sooner.

Horribly Set Up, Even Worse Service. This app crashes repeatedly and is hard to use. Had to exit and restart dozens of times because the set up is so horrible. Finally placed an order for two cards. Only one has arrived, and it was late. I emailed felt asking where my other card was, and they told me they're having some issues. Why did I have to email them to find that out? They should alert their customers when there is a problem. Also, I emailed asking for approximate dates of delivery as soon as I had placed my order, and I never got a clear response. Why did my cards say pending for so many days? At least give an approximation! I am so disappointed in this app. I planned it accordingly for Valentines Day, and now I have to re-submit a card design. I am very disappointed in my experience with this app. I just want to receive my card, then maybe I can come back and write a positive review.
