Don’t Buy. I wish that I had read the reviews. I thought this app would be the same as the archive website. I subscribed, thinking that it was $2 cheaper than the website because sometimes you get discounts when using apps. No. If you subscribe on the app you get nothing. I can access one magazine. That’s it. There’s no way to even contact anyone for support. It’s ridiculous. I am so disappointed and angry to be out $2.99. Wow.

Updated lost all my purchases!!!. So I updated the newest version today, then when I open my high time app, found out I lost all my data, where is my annual deal and where all my magazines went? Even magazines already downloaded in my phone are gone!!

Horrible - DON’T BUY THE DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION!. I purchased the digital subscription and never received info on how to access. After 1 week of back-and-forth mail to Zinio AND deleting the app and re-installing, the digital issues will download but become corrupted and unreadable. I will demand a refund from my credit card company.

Sorry. Bought the app and several issues. All my issues went away and it wont let me sign in. I tried several things, it wont even send me my password under lost password. Issue refresh - no go! Iphone 6 plus. Plenty of memory

Doesn't work. The app opens then shuts or when I hit my magazine I want to read the screen turns white and the app closes after a few minutes. Fix this please!

Fix Your App. Something is wrong with your digital platform. If I buy an issue through the app, the cover and all of the ads contained within will load no problem, but the moment you get to a page containing actual content, the articles within, I get “wheel of deathed.” The load wheel starts spinning amidst a white backdrop and no content ever loads. I have literally allowed it hours to process and no article will ever shows up. So basically you are paying money to behold a shiny cover and a flipbook of abs, but no actual substance, and I am very displeased, because it has been like this for over a year since I first downloaded it, and no one has fixed it.

Almost a week and still can't log in. Don't waste your time buying this!! You won't be able to access anything! I bought and paid for the unlimited digital subscription was supposed to get a log in information email and still can't get a response it's been 5 freaking days! I feel as if they robbed me! Don't waste your money!!!!!

Purchase annual, charged!!. Purchase annual subscription, charged and no electronic magazine. Every time I'd ever purchased from Newsstand I've gotten screwed over. Here again it happens I'll need to take time calling, filling out forms, going through major headaches to either get my money back or subscription working. Newsstand is Apple's biggest loser app, worse customer service from all providers including Hightimes. Frustrating to pay for a product and to never get it. So here I go... Only to achieve massive headaches, I'll never purchase electronic magazines again.

Great. It is great to have an unbiased medium to read.

High Times App. The app crashes a lot. It is not very easy to find titles or page numbers.

Charged the Yearly Fee, but no images!!. I can't access the subscription! I was charged the yearly fee and nothing!!

Won't work. One star since the app doesn't work. I have iPhone 6s with recent iOS 10 update and still doesn't work. I purchased a year script and it won't download on my iPad Air or iPhone. I contact customer service and was pushed to the app developer. The app developer couldn't resolve the problem so now I am pushed to Apple. I am the one who used my money to buy the app, so why am I having to run around and contact all these different people. You would think someone would be willing to help....or how about I get paid then if I am the one doing all the work to try and solve the issue...

Waste of money.. The magazine doesn't load. I'll just stick to the original copies.

Not good on iphone. Its not as touch intuitive on the iphone. Also if you buy it on the iphone it does not go to ipad.

Fantastic. 1 year subscription $29.99 you get all the magazines hightimes has ever published if you think about it this is a great deal since hightimes has been around since 1974 I hope they never get rid of this hightimes app I will always subscribe everyyear

What a HORRIBLE experience.. Purchased for ($29.99) as an in-app purchase. Waited 24 hours and sill didn’t have access. After that I attempted to contact them over then next few days. I was assured it would be available within an additional 24hours. Now, day 4, and still nothing. After contacting them again today I was told to supply an entire list of data for them to try and find it (4 days and 5 employees later). This is your negligence, not mine. Customers First. 0-1/5.

No me deja almacenar mis revistas. Compre varias revistas y la aplicacion no me deja verlas despues de un tiempo tengo que desactivarla y volverlas a Bajar.

Billing issue. I purchased a one year subscription in january 2021. Starting with the spril issue my subscription is not being honored, even though Inpaid in advance fir one year.

Good Reads!. I like reading High Times whenever one of my idols are being interviewed. That, plus I like the way how it all flows together too! I LOVE this magazine!

Disappointing (on iPhone). As pleased as I am to have access to HT in mobile form, I am very disappointed with the app design and usability. The design and navigation is clumsy, and the formatting of the context is pretty lousy. Some articles are in all caps. In those articles some letters are randomly lower-case. The biggest issue, however, is that the image spreads are shrunk to fit my screen and I can't zoom into them! On an iPhone 5 that makes it impossible to see the market stats or to read an advertisement I am interested in. I really really hope that you guys do some work on improving this app experience. Your magazine deserves it! If you need inspiration, please refer to the Bloomberg Businessweek app which does a great job of making their publication mobile-friendly, especially for small screens.

Old?!. I only see articles from 2-3 years ago. Did they shutdown operations a while back?

Very Disappointed. I purchased a 1 yr. magazine subscription im Feb. of 2021 in early March of 2021 I decided it was not 4 me and i x’lld it. I’ve been waiting since for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription. I finally got in touch w/The office Mgr there Jean Daniels and she offered nothing but excuses and became defensive when i asked about getting my refund. She was also rude to me w.her tone of voice and mannerisms used. I x’lled it in early March today id June 9th and I still don’t have the refund. I’ve submitted a complaint w/the FTC and the BBB im going to let them handle it from here. I’m done w/you High Times Mag.

Are you high?. Just purchased subscription but is showing I have to pay for this months issue, I was excited to see this in a digital format...please don't let me down!

No articles load. Edited: I had to come back and change this review. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it and everything worked beautiful.

We're Moving on up.... Been reading HighTimes 4 many years this is a special treat to have immediate access to a great magazine...

New Issues Don't Load. I bought an annual subscription. Was able to download December 2016. No luck at all with January 2017. It doesn't show up on my issue list. Did all the tricks to make it work. It doesn't. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back.

Total garbage. App is a lemon. Digital subscriptions are terrible. Pictures, which are 80% of the magazine, don't show up in well over half of the situations that they're supposed to. What a waste of 30 bucks.

Substandard magazine. I’ve subscribed to this magazine for the pas 3 years. It seems to be getting more and more boring articles in it. Less information of growing or other information on seed banks and coffee shops. But 2020 is beyond a joke I haven’t received my May issue and we are half way in June.

High Times. What more can you say other then it's great to get High Times in Australia again with out all the fuss.

Worst ever. Don’t bother wasting your time with this subscription. I got the subscription bc the language they use makes it appear as though once you subscribe you will have full access to the library. Not the case. It allowed me to download two random magazines, the Dec 2017 and the Feb 2019. I cannot read my issue of Dec 2018 and the amount of time I have spent trying to contact High Times to cancel my subscription and get my money back is also a GD joke. Hey HIGH TIMES, please feel free to reach out to me so I can cancel my subscription.

Crashes. App crashes every 2 mins can’t even read a article

Crash. Just loaded the 3.4 version of this app and a 2 finger zoom crashes every time. Just paid for a full year and can't read my mag. Way to go High Times

Descent. I found it was a ok app but lots of bugs still need to be fixed!

Issues won't download - Doesn't work!!!. One star since the app doesn't work. I have iPhone 6s Plus with most recent iOS 10 update and still doesn't work. I purchased a year subscription plus an additional issue and it won't download on my iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 4 or iPhone 6S Plus. I reported the problem to Apple and was pushed to the app developer. The app developer hasn't responded to me after a week to try and resolve the problem so now I have to go back to Apple. I am the one who used my money to buy the app, so why am I having to run around and contact all these different people. You would think someone would be willing to help....or how about I get paid then if I am the one doing all the work to try and solve the issue...Just a side note - I think it is a bit crappy that Apple gets their hands tied and all they can do is refund money. Money that I wanted Apple to have - NOT Zinio. I know there is a rigorous process that App developers have to go through in order to have their app in the app store itself but that also means that they should always work and therefore Apple can tech support for them without Apple clients having to deal with a 3rd party company. Maybe Apple can re-look at how they manage apps that require in-app purchases (whether magazine subscriptions or in-game/in-app items)? I give my money to Apple directly as often as I can for app purchases on all my devices and I buy new iPhone and new iPad mini and iPad Air/Pro every time they launch. I'm a devoted Apple customer but this has really P**ed me off.

App doesn't work 10-28-16. Reloaded, deleted, rebooted, on/off, attempted to open alone as standalone app, tried to open inside Newsstand. Not a usable app! The articles are for kids and touristy types, no useful info for real growers! Articles to short with to many photos to really get any good info down on paper. Mostly just lame ideas and marketing hype.
