App is great!. I’ve never had an issue with the app. The only complaint I would make is that the recipes sometimes make too much, but other than that, I love the app and program. I’ve used it at least once a year for the last 10 years.

Mixed Languages and Poor Design. As others mentioned months ago, the app still hasn’t been corrected regarding language. I purchased the full version and everything is a mixture of English and Spanish despite the language setting selected for English within the app. Also I cannot find a way to modify a start date or delete a reboot of the date is entered wrong. It currently just had an option to end reboot and then it stays in the list forever, even if you actually didn’t do the reboot This app needs some serious work in order to be useful. One suggestion is to look at the juicemaster apps to see how an intuitive, user friendly app should work for juicing. I love the idea of the guided reboots and using an app to support but this one isn’t ready to deliver what users really need for seamless assistance.

Too Many Bugs. Unfortunately this is not a very good app. I purchased the upgrade to be able to access the meal plans and recipes. After purchasing the app still will not let me see the meal plans and recipes and continues to ask me to buy the upgrade again. I sent a report to the developer about the problem and haven’t heard anything back. The app frequently tells me there was an error logging in, so I can’t always get into the app. Asking for a refund.

Good app that could use a few tweaks.. Lots of user-friendly features (progress tracking, instructional videos, shopping list, easy recipes, badge incentives, friend feed) and a vast improvement over using the old PDF version I had, but I think there are a few changes that would make it a great app. -Shopping list isn’t always correct (e.g., one recipe calls for limes, but they weren’t on the shopping list). -Shopping quantities aren’t always correct. Several times I ended up buying more than what I actually used in the recipe. -It would be helpful if the shopping list had a way to check off the items while you’re shopping. -Some recipes say they make two servings, but actually are only enough for one. -It would be helpful if the amounts of the ingredients would be quantified by weight or c./ml. instead of relative terms like “large, small, medium, handful,” etc. All in all, it’s a good app that was worth the purchase.

App is great. The app helped me alot to keep on track. Tried many recipes for the most part but kept going back to some recipes over and over. The app is very detailed and user friendly. Thanks Joe.

Easy. Change is hard but this app makes my health changes easy. I love the shopping lists, I have to break them down because my refrigerator is small but it’s nice! I like the reminders when I need to juice. I like that it has a daily check in with emotions and physical feelings.

Food log is too simplistic. Ideally, this app should talk to the “lose it” app. Their food log is spot-on and includes the juice recipes with nutrition info. I love the positive upbeat tone of this app, love the reboot and love Joe Cross (and Phil), I just wish it talked to that other excellent app that I mentioned. It would be epic if lose-it shared the food data with reboot. Then I’d have motivation and good data. Epic.

Awful. This was a complete waste of money. I reached out to support last week and still haven’t heard anything back. Half the app is in English and half is in Spanish. The Spanish translations don’t match the English juice recipes enough for me to understand them. Plus a lot of the recipes all the ingredients are in Spanish. I reached out to the support team and only heard my concern has been forwarded on. I asked for refund and have heard nothing back. And apple’s wonderful reporting system won’t let me file a complaint with them. Don’t waste your money.

Spanglish. Last reboot this app was great but I have been trying to do a new one and the app is half English half Spanish. I’ve reported it twice & contacted people on fb got no help. Rebooted my phone , played with the settings, uninstalled and reinstalled several times . I also changed the language settings a few times . Nothing is working...

Good app but has flaws that could easily be fixed. The shopping lists are not correct. Some items are missing completely and others have incorrect quantities. For the most part it is correct but I made the habit of looking at recipes a day ahead of time to be sure I had the ingredients needed. I have made several trips to the store because the ingredients were not on the shopping list. Also, there are a couple of recipes that say they make 2 servings but clearly only made one. There was also a day where there were two of the same juices made with pineapple but the recipes were only for one serving, so instead of making two batches of juice like I do every day, this day I had to make two batches of the same juice. Don’t get me wrong, the app is great and has done well for me. I just think that if they are going to put out a great app, why not go through the trouble to be sure the information is correct and make it perfect? Anyway, I recommend the app, but be cautious with your recipes, quantities when shopping, etc.

The app seems to be improved. I tried using this apps about 9 months ago. It was, at that time, definitely needing some improvements. I feel that a lot of those improvements have been made. It is much easier to use and more complete. I am thankful for the use of the app compared to the use of the book. T

Fun way to self motivate. Wish I could store recipes, otherwise great free tool to monitor reboot progress. Update for February 2019: I want to head and bought the upgrade for $7.99, only to find that I have to jump from meal plan section to recipe section to shopping list section, and hunt for my Reboot plan under each section. I wish there was a way to be inside my reboot see my meal plan and my recipe and my shopping list in one place. Also the recipes don’t always contain enough ingredients to make two servings. Wish I could give this app more stars but it’s not quite up to snuff.

Paid $9.99 for app +7.99 for recipes????. ***I’m impressed with Joe but I would like my full money back on this app. Still not working from what I read in reviews. I cannot watch the videos, I click on a vid and it jumps back to the still picture if it. When reading the transition into, each day of actual reboot meals & transition out of reboot, it’s kind of a pain to jump back to recipes for these suggested juices. There should be links to recipes embedded in this section already. I watched Joes videos and this app so far is very bad representation of my impression of him in videos. It should be just as (user) friendly as he is in the videos. Refund please!! Maybe I’ll just buy the book and it’ll work out better?

Why is it in Spanish?????. I’ve been using the app off and on and now that I’m back again It can’t get it to switch from Spanish. I’ve tried settings & shows I’m in English...but all the reboot selections are in Spanish. VERY FRUSTRATING 😕 I deleted the app and went back to App Store to reload...still Spanish. I don’t want to have to purchase another download & use a new email address, etc. would that even fix it?? Someone at Reboot please help!

Wonderful!!!. We have found there’s always overage and buying food worked almost perfectly at mealy 1/2 the amount suggested. The recipes and cooking directions are great! I typically drop at least 1 pound/day and have done 2- 30 day juicings, 1- 60 day and a couple of the 10 day- the 10 day classic never really appealed to me- it’s more like a veggie diet than a juicing event with lots of salads and soups… After the last 30 day, I went to the doc who was shocked- weight was normal, but my BP was way down, so I know this is a really healthy thing to do, thanks, Joe!

Doesn’t work the way it’s designed. I did pay for the premium option because I thought it was worth it since I didn’t really know where to start. In theory it’s a good app and has some benefits like juice, smoothie, soup and salad recipes. However The shopping list are a little off in that the quantity of an item isn’t always correct so you end up with leftover. When I make my daily entries for juices and waters drank, it doesn’t always save so I have to re-enter the info. I also can’t watch the videos. It tries to open the video but then closes it.

App does not work. Ok so I wanted to do the 10 days reboot diet, it turn out you have to buy the app in order to even see any of the recipes or to start your reboot. I would like at least to try a free 3 day trial or some recipes unblocked. That way you get a sense of the app. So far there is flaws when choosing the type of reboot you want to do do... so for me buying the app is not going to work unless I have a free trial of at least 3 days.

List of substitutions. So far I haven’t had any issues, I know quite a few reviews complained that the videos kept freezing or wouldn’t load at all, but I haven’t had the need to resort to those videos, though. The app is pretty complete without the videos (in my opinion). I do wish, however, that the list of suitable substitutes could be found on the app instead of having to go to the website... unless I didn’t look hard enough for the list... or it could also be that it’s there, but not readily available, which would be as unhelpful as not having it. Either way, having the list of suitable substitutes to be easily found on the app would be an improvement I would recommend. If it gets to that point, I will definitely give the app FIVE starts instead of four!

App No Longer Supported. The last update for this app seems to have been in 2019. The features I most wanted from this app were the shopping lists and recipes but those are only available for “premium” customers($7.99USD). Videos will not open. That’s as far as I got trying to use this app. It doesn’t seem worth it to try and continue as I’m not willing to pay for unsupported service.

Minor improvements. There are so many good aspects to this app including the convenience and how many details of your reboots are listed ahead of time. I would, however, like an option to adjust the recipes based on how much juice I want to make. Obviously this can be easily done with basic math, but I think such an option would bring the recipes section up to par with the rest of the app in terms of convenience.

Love my reboot!. I love the juice fast plans with the recipes and shopping lists. The only thing I would change is that you can’t edit the start date of your juice fast once you schedule it in the app...

Love it! Love it! Love it!. I've done this several times over the last 2 years and have had amazing success! Doing the 30 plan was a bit of a challenge but once you get past the 4th day it starts to get a bit easier. The app has been fully functional for me with no hicups.

Unsure of this App. I went ahead and purchased the app. Only way to get the necessary features but there are some hiccups I wish the developers would fix. Like extend the reboot feature is very temperamental. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Right now it doesn’t so I can’t extend for any length of time! Sure wish the developers would listen to all of the comment here! Update well I originally gave this app 3 stars but now I’m only giving it one! I spent money only to not be able too I use the app AT ALL! Really frustrating! After 3 days of not being able to extend my reboot I tried to end it. Nope it won’t even let me end it! So I thought I’ll delete the app then reinstall, well now I can’t get logged it! Total waste of money! And not even a peep from the developers! If you are thinking of buying this app, my advice is DON’T!!!!!

Was a good app before update. I have used this app off and on for the past few years. It was always a good app until the most recent update a week ago. Since the update I can’t enter and save my weight, waist measurement and blood pressure. I’m on day 42 of a 60 day reboot and now I can’t keep track of my weight loss in the app. I’m very disappointed. The tracking is what helps with motivation. Developers: Please update this app again to make it useful! Hopefully before I’m done with my reboot.

Works perfectly. This app is stellar. If you are doing a reboot and want guidance, it’s the perfect accompaniment. $8 is less than a kindle book. Loved it for A 5 day reboot and love that it’s a one time purchase, not a subscription.

In future releases would be great to see the menus interact with each other and be able to pin options. For example- if I choose 3 day reboot juice only, it would be great to pin my juices in advance as well and then check them off the list. Lots of lost time in going between menus especially for long term fasts.

App doesn’t recognize I paid for premium, support doesn’t reply to emails. I was very happy to install this app since I watched all of Joe’s movies and bought 2 of his books. I wanted to have also the app for convenience. After installing the app, I realized most of the features I wanted to use in the app were blocked, so I went ahead and paid $8.53. Two weeks later, the app doesn’t recognize I paid for the premium and keeps blocking all the features I wanted. Customer support didn’t reply to emails yet. Recipes only for premium users??. Like the title says. I went to check this app out. But, when I got into the recipe section it said that was for premium users. However, there doesn’t seem to be an in-app purchase section to tell me how much. Will probably be deleting.

The best FREE app ever!!!. I will pay for this app if it’s stops being free. It’s extremely useful and guided, not sure why it’s free but It is. It really sucked when it stopped working but they got it back up and running. Joe Cross is very successful and humble so I guess this is a way of him giving back to others. Follow him on social media, he’s the real thing!❤️

This app does much of the thinking for you!. If you're looking to do a juice cleanse, this app is a huge time saver! The shopping lists broken down into 5-day increments takes care of much of the planning for you. There are a lot of different cleansing options and meal plans too, for added flexibility. Great recipes included!

Great concept, works fab.... It is really helping to have a app focused in a whole foods fruit and vegetables reboot. My app is fully functioning, except that it won't save journal entries (annoying). Still, everything else works, and I have got to reclaim my health, build new cells, through a proper diet! It was a pleasure to discover that it is likely euser error leading to bad reviews (hey, developers, create some online documentation to help users out and get better reviews )!!

Found my way to success!. Let me start by saying, you need to want this for yourself! There are tough times with lots of support and there are tools that will help keep you on track, but the way you will start to feel is amazing and the fact that you run your own program is very satisfying. I lost 18.4 pounds in 20 days. With the first 10 being exercise free ... I will continue juicing because now it has become my way of life. Start now! Your body will thank you.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!. I would give this ZERO STARS if I could!!! Even though I paid $7.99 for the “extra features”, it still says my “email or password are incorrect”. I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer service for help and received no response. Not happy! Waste of a good $7.99. I expected more from Joe Cross. I’m not even interested in his movies and way of juicing after this mess! Taking money for an app you know doesn’t work is THEFT!

Frequent error messages. I like the app but when I went to extend or end it, it keeps giving an error message sayin g to try again and nothing happens.

30 day reboot. Thus app is so convenient and doesn’t require the same amount of time as flipping through the book using the recipes and getting information. I’ve read both glowing reviews and crustal reviews. I find the app through and easy to follow. #JuiceOn

Sad 😢. I paid money for this app and ever since I got it I’ve never had the pleasure to used it 💯 % I cant watch the videos at all I can only see the recipes and I have continually asked for help from support I can’t email saying they need the info if my iPhone I keep emailing them the info and my app still not working 🥺now I can’t even get into it all it says : it’s initializing I will be asking for my full money app because it’s no use I give up ! I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t work 😳it’s such a shame I just received my NAMA JUICER And am fixing to do a 30 day reboot too discouraging when Mr Joe’s app is not good .

My experience with Reboot. I enjoyed using reboot however, it was difficult jumping from recipes, to my meal plan, to juicing, back-and-forth every day to get my meal plan in order there should be a simpler way to do this. But I did enjoy doing the rebuild. Also, for $7.99 I feel they should’ve had more than one option and using the reboot. Every time I want to use the app I’m required to pay the $7.99. Which I believe to give me access to the program.

Language incorrect.. A friend of mine showed me this app and told me all the great Benefits. I tried it out however everything is in Spanish. I thought if I purchased the whole thing it would allow me to fix it. So if possible it would be nice to get that corrected. Other than that I just purchased it for no reason because I can’t read Spanish.

Annoying. It’s day 4 of my juicing- I have been using the app for 3 days. Today I open the app, and half the app is in English, half is in Spanish. (My language setting is on English). If I look at my Reboot page, the tips at the top are in English, and the categories to the left are also in English (exercise, nutrition), but if you click a category, all the meals/ foods/exercises are in Spanish. It’s like this on every page. I tried restarting my phone, checking the language settings on my phone and the app- it’s the app, not the phone. I’m in day 4 and I have to dump the app and reload it? That’s not cool. Aren’t you trying to impress your customers so they buy the in-app purchase? Glad I didn’t purchase anything yet. I love you Joe, but I’ll uninstall this app and keep track of my success on a piece of paper.

Good app but.... I’ve gone through a few cycles with the app and found a few issues 1. Shopping lists are not accurate, you need to go over the recipes to confirm ingredients 2. Transition out plan is non existence on the app only in the book 3. No recipes for over 30 days of juicing, it makes it harder to keep going I enjoyed the app and hope to see they improve it in the future

Please fix the videos. I am so thankful for Joe Cross and his passion for helping others. That is why I got this app, for help. However, the videos crash when I try to play them. The recipe bundle I purchased has vanished (never opened to begin with). Overall, the app is pretty great, but the numerous bugs make me wonder if I’ll use it much longer.

Used to be good. I paid for this app a while ago and am disappointed that some portions are now not reading in the correct language. It does it even when the app is set to English. Some parts are in English, but recipes and some directions are in Spanish. This is a known issue, as I know a group of people who have reported the same issue, with no response from developers. I’d gladly change the rating with a fix. It’s extremely disappointing to have to translate half the content in an app that I paid for.

Reboot with Joe. 3Day Reboot on day 4 extending it because I feel great! 2 suggestions for newcomers like me: First: It is so much easier with a "Live" reboot partner. Joe has excellent tools for those who do not have someone who can join/lead you. However, I have to tell you if my Sister had not been there for me, I would not have made it through day 1, or day 2, or day 3 without giving in to cravings and the whole withdrawal from total fasting. God Bless MP. Second: Even though I am a type 2 diabetic. Who has had A1Cs below 6 for 3+ years, the amount of sugar and carbs has had an negative affect on me and for the first time in 4+ years I have to monitor my glucose levels. These are not criticisms and should not be taken as a a justification to doubt the program. I am just offering my , observations from a very successful reboot and consider them to be s regular prt of life plan!

All about the money. I’ve been with Joe since the beginning. Back in the day Joe was all about helping people. He provided his videos for free on multiple streaming sites and his reboot plan for free as a PDF on his website. Now it’s all about the money. His reboot plan is only available as a 150 usd “guided reboot”, through his book, or here via an 8 usd in app purchase Yes the app entitled “reboot” does nothing for rebooting without an 8 usd iap. The app does offer some recipes/tips for free. Bravo! Of course the same info is published on the web site but here the “free” app content is walled off to only folks that are willing to create an account with Joe (or give their FB or google information) But are the app recipes/tips free? Given that Joe is all about the money these days I’m sure that giving him such information (email, fb or gooogle account info) will be monetized in some way too. For myself Joe lost me at the required account/login for accessing any content on the app. I’m deleting it. If I do a reboot, I’ll dig up the old pdf and if i can’t find that I’ll buy a used copy of his book. This all saddens me. While juicing is wasteful, I believe it does have some benefits.

“Sorry, application encountered network issues”. Try again...Please, please, please, fix this issue. I’m trying to start another juice feast and your app that I purchased months ago is now not working. Tried downloading it on another device & same error message and will not let you get past “create account” Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Others are trying to purchase also.

Awesomeness. This is a gift a simple free helper, something to be VERY GRATEFUL for, We R human and fruit n veg is unpredictable (big small weird cute etc) so over buy a bit -drink with your friends/kids if there is extra and when your done with that crazy long reboot ( even 3 days seems like forever) keep juicing with the leftovers.......... App isn’t working properly. I am starting a reboot today and I went to the app to enter my information and it is coming through in Spanish even though I have English selected. I cannot add a profile picture or update any of my information. I’m pretty sure I paid 7.99 to use this app. Can I please have a refund? The juicing and smoothie recipe apps are fantastic. 5 Star. I wish this one worked as well.

Horrible. I downloaded app which states it is free. I set up an account only to find out that if you want to use anything on the app, you then have to pay $7.99 to get recipes, meal plans, shopping list etc. Even the videos would not play. This should be made clear in the beginning before downloading. I will now be deleting. It really deserves less than one star. How ridiculous to not provide accurate information.

Seated out great, however the app changed languages on me. Was very happy with this app until it became unusable for me. It changed languages on me and I could not change it back, sent a notification that perhaps there as a bug buy nearer received a response or help to fix the problems....so so sad, It is a very good tool that needs a little more work, would love to try again once it is fixed and proper changes have been made to the shopping list as well.

Looking forward to updates. This would be the most I have spent on an app for a long time, I don't have a problem paying for a good app but this one still needs much work. The nutrition page keeps forgetting my menu selections and I have to keep putting them in multiple times. This makes tracking problematic, you should be able to delete reboots, also if you use leftover juice from a previous quantity, you should be able to substitute within the tracking menu. Looking forward to further updates, this app isn't ready yet

App not working. Great movies, very inspiring and well done on the positive messages. I’m writing to say while I’m a fan of your movies, the Reboot with Joe app is a lemon 🤬 I downloaded and installed the app but have found that: the videos don’t play / can’t be viewed Selecting a different juice on the 3 day plan does not update the ‘recipes’ list, so I’m unable to juice the additional juice (not knowing the ingredients etc) When extending a reboot no additional days are available in the meal plan and there is no functionality to add ‘Juices’ to the meal plan/recipe list Ending a reboot function is not working which won’t allow me to restart an additional reboot, which means the app no longer works. Very frustrating! Unfortunately, as the app does not work, as outlined above, and that these are not simply minor adjustments or glitches, but catastrophic failures of function I would suggest the developers pull the app and fix it, before re-listing it. It has great potential should it work as advertised. Had I been aware at the point of purchase that the above failures would occur, I would not have purchased the app. On a more positive note, keep up the great work with the movies. I can’t wait to see what Joe dives into next!

Poor. I paid for the app a few years ago and could access all the juice recipes. The app was like $15 just to download it.The app was helpful with great recieps . Now i try and use the app and now i have to pay again to access the receipes as im not a premium member. What a sell out this turned out to be. Ive paid once not paying again. It wasnt a subscription that i paid in the first place it was to purchase the app btw.

DO NOT BUY. This app has faults with the languages, half in Spanish half in English Makes using this app very Difficult After reporting the fault it was fixed a couple of days later. 3 days after it was fixed the same fault happened again. This was fixed after a couple of days. Today i log back in to see it’s back half in Spanish. So frustrating and impossible to see the ingredients unless you google Translate. Which kind of defeats the purpose. I have asked for a refund but i am being ignored.

Balanced. Just wanted a quick reboot to get me away from some heavy carbs. This worked well. Felt the pull to habit but this kept me on track. Chose the 3 day with eating to lessen the mental anxiety around the change. I found the portions tricky though. Followed the ingredients but had a lot of extra juice. Didn't feel hungry at all either

Won't let me sign in. Can't get the app to work as it won't even let me sign in! My account details are correct as I am logged on to the reboot with joe community website. Very frustrating!

Videos won’t work. Previously this app worked great. I can access all the recipes but not the videos. Haven’t done a juice for a while and needed to refresh on what speeds for different fruits and veg.

Just one problem. Great app. Loved my reboot. Will definitely do it again! But it won't let me end my reboot, so I can't start another one!!

Enjoying the juice reboot but not the premium upgrade. Downloaded the basic reboot with Joe initially and it was going along great. I thought it would help to go premium to get more out of the experience. When I tried to navigate off the upgrade page the whole app has frozen and now am unable to use the app at all. I am however very happy with the juice reboot. Have completed 7 days already and have lots of energy and my aches and pains in my back and hands seems to have disappeared. Grant. Day 1 and it is giving me good, positive advice. After watching the 2 movies, very motivated to see my health improve for myself and others. I can't delete old reboots. I made a mistake and had to start a new one. Great recipes. Menu options. I'm on a transition 3 day plan to ease in and is great to see lots of option for almost any time I want to have a meal. I have input my moods and it tells me what I can do to improve being tired or depressed. The app seems a little pricey but so is going out and buying a new juicer. This App makes Living a Healthy Life Easier. I love the Joe Cross juicing diets especially the transition recipes. I’m never hungry on this diet and feel wonderful while the weight falls off. As far as the App goes, it’s a great way to map your measurements, blood pressure etc.. and to make any comments about how you feel. I started juicing diets in 2014 and it’s interesting to look back at my first reboot and the weight I lost over the 30 days. The App is easy to use, always there as you can refresh past purchases, lots of recipes to choose from, and a wonderful record of your own stats to keep. Thanks to the developers and of course to Joe Cross who introduced this great program.

Total Rip/off. I downloaded this app,and found that to access the meal plan, shop list and recipes you need to upgrade to a premium user which cost $12.99. So I went ahead and upgraded and surprise surprise 😒 I could not access them and I kept getting a “Recipes are available for premium users” the same message happens when I try to access the meal plan and the shop list. I’ve contacted the app developers twice now and silence continues to reign. I also sent them a copy of my receipt, to show that I had paid for the app but there has been no response from them. I contacted Apple to report them, and followed up on their troubleshooting suggestions such as deleting and re-downloading the app and logging out and logging in again but the app still does not recognise me as a premium user nor grant me access. My conclusion, this app is a money stealer so anyone wanting to use it I would advice you to just use the free version and don’t bother upgrading and having your money stolen. If the app developers had any decency they would either return my money or fix the issue but the way things are, I won’t be holding my breath about that happening anytime soon. If I could I would have given them a 0 rating🤬.

60 day reboot. This is a great app. I first did the 30 day reboot after being inspired by the movie which my daughter brought home. Great support given throughout the 60 days. Thank you so much. I had tests done which showed I needed to change my lifestyle drastically as I was heading for heart attack territory. After the first two weeks I was hooked. I haven't felt this good for twenty years. I have lost 5 kilos and am going to keep juicing until I lose another 5. I have tried everything to lose weight but after 60 nothing seemed to work. This juice lifestyle is wonderful. I now feel back in control of my life. The recipes are great and I feel inspired to keep going and reach my goal weight of 80 kilograms. Thanks again. Est

Disappointed. Not worth $9.99! I was under the impression that there would be more recipe ideas for juicing and that there'd be more 'juice only' reboot guides; but there are mostly food recipes and food/juice combo reboots. I could have found that info elsewhere had I'd known. There is hardly any information on this app and no existing reboot community, you have to connect to your own social media. Not helpful if no one wants to juice with you!...I loved the documentary so much and I've watched it about 5x over the last year or two but this app is disappointing...I want my money back😞

Love this app! Great for journaling. I love that you can track your juice/food intake as well as water and exercise! The most exciting feature for me is the fact that we can take notes or journal. All I need to do is push the speak button on my iPhone and it records my thoughts or feelings or how I'm doing throughout the day. This is such a timesaver for me for I always journal through juice fasting. Now I no longer have to take out pen and paper and write down everything! So great!

Waste of money. Setting is in English and text is in Spanish. Can’t use the app cause can’t read it. Reported a bug, says response in 48 hours , acknowledged they received it and no response a week later so sent a second one. FB page states a lot of others are having the same issue with no response ... poor customer service .. if I could give it no stars I would .. waste of money, don’t buy

The only option pre and post a cruise. Before we leave on the cruise I know that I must be at a certain weight. So I juice until I arrive back at it and so far it has always worked. During a cruise I indulge and it is hard not too so calories go up. One week after the cruise I step onto the scale to find anywhere from 3 to 9 pounds overweight. So that's fine, I go to my veggie store and pick up Joe's recipe products thanks to this amazing app it makes shopping sooooo easy. I then juice back to my regular weight. Note: I am 57 Male Canadian who's been a vegetarian for year then moved up to vegan for 3 years now and for the rest of my life... I was perfectly healthy but I learned about food and I realize juicing is the way to go.

What's the point of this app?. To watch the videos? Nonsense...you have no access to recipes meals plans or buying lists

Not easy but you get results. Simple to use app but you need the discipline to get through some tough days to make it work.

The badge feature doesn't work. The app works great for what i use it for however i n longer get any badges, I've had over 35 juices and nothing. Ive contacted support waiting for reply very disappointed they are not interested in fixing the issue do not use you'll ve disappointed read the other reviews sane issue

Like it. Like the app, helpful for recipes per program chosen, and for monitoring progress. What would help is direct link to 'groups' and main Web page. I must switch to browser, which I find annoying. In addition, a much needed addition is a space for transitions where one could keep a food journal for transition out.

Not free!!!!. This app is terrible. You think you are downloading a free app but then once you have it you need to pay for access to anything in the app. Deleting it from my phone as it is useless unless I want to keep dishing out money.

Really helped with my progress.. Great app for a free version. Haven't decided if I am going to buy full app or his book. For the recipes, planning, shopping list, etc. Joe Cross' reboot plan, documentary, the community has changed my way of eating, thinking about food and health. It is effort, and totally worth it.

Great app !!!. Easy to use!

Lots of bugs to work out. I did a 10-day reboot a year ago by using the free info on the website. I could have just used my printout again,but thought "I benefitted from it. I'll support it." Just finished Day 1 so far and have found numerous bugs: - information and formatting that are confusing such as on day 1 the Kale and Avacado Salad has been buried inside the Carrot and Sweet Potato Fries row, instead of on its own. If you didn't know to look for it, you'd likely miss it. - user profile issues that prevented me from using the app due to locatio services, even though this is not a required field. - forced log off and app shutdowns to get my plan going. There's good info in here, but I'm back to using my paper printout for reliability. Not really worth the $9

Has potential to be great. The app definitely has some perks. The videos in app won’t which is unhelpful! I signed up for the bonus material. So I am paying for some of the features in the app and I am disappointing that something as trivial as in app videos are unable to play. Has potential to be a great app. Needs improvement.

Loving this app but..... I love this app, it is simple and still has everything. My only issue is I can't stop a reboot that I extended. When you extend, it doesn't give you any structure. Trying to end it so I can restart a new reboot and it's not working 😞

Nice app...no support. I love Joe's juices and like the the reboot challenges. The app provides all the info needed to begin with shopping lists, meal plans etc. Minor issue but there is no way to stop a 'reboot' once you've clicked start and there's no support from the Joe Cross team either with a direct request or through social media.

Waste of money. I wanted the app to be something useful to use during my juice diet/cleanse. On the outset it appeared to have a few nice tools but once you scratch the surface there's nothing more here then can found on the web for free. Then 5 days into my reboot the app magically converted parts of itself to Spanish inexplicably. I tried reinstalling the app to no avail. I checked the language option was set to English and yet that did nothing. There is no email/contact or support info anywhere in the app so I had to search the web. I haven't heard back from them yet and it's been several days now.... I'm not holding breath either. The rest of the app is buggy too. If you pull the menu out from the left side of the page and continue pulling it stretches the letters (kinda fun actually but an unintentional quirk missed by the developer no doubt). If you save any info like a profile pic there is no option to return to the main menu only a cancel option. This seemingly cancels any changes you just made (like save your profile pic) and is the only way to return to the previous menu. Another amateur miss by the developer. All in all this is a waste of $10...

I didn't get my upgrade for premium. I paid 6.99 for the premium and I did not get the access. Please fix or give me a refund!!

Helpful app. This app was very helpful for my first reboot. It gave all the recipes and a full shopping list which made my reboot much easier to do.

No juicing in Free portion. I decided to do a reboot and wanted to have a tracker for easy access to recipes, etc. I suppose I should have read it more closely, but basically the free version has nothing to do with juicing. It is just a lifestyle tracker. Only by paying the hefty $7 fee do you get recipes and reboot information. I see now this is in the description, but must have assumed it would be included. All of that information is already free on the reboot website so there isn’t a lot of advantage to the app if you’re looking to save a few bucks.

Great app! Life changer!. After watching movie fat, sick and nearly dead I discovered that we eat a lot of bad food. Almost everything U buy is bad for us with chemicals. So we changed our lives and follow the healthy life style. Thanks to Joe we changed our eating habits and now we are going to start juicing for 15 days! What's a serving? What does it weight?. This has meal plans, recipes and shopping lists that are great. The downfall is the recipes say "equals one serving." Some of these juice recipes make a litre of juice which is your lunch at 230 calories, but I wonder if that is accurate, should I be consuming the whole litre and is thy litre really only 230 calories? Also, beets, apples, pears, carrots, tomatoes, etc are all different sizes, the recipes don't state grams for the produce you are using which I find a downfall. It would be nice to know the actual grams of carrots I should be using, 6 carrots (400g). Cheers.

Frustrated. Why are half of the recipes in a different language? If you need a different language, make that a choice in the app or make a separate app. You sucked us in for 7.99 and then I find out I can’t read half of the things I need.

Not worth the money. I like the content like the recipes but none of the videos work and there seems to be a lot of bugs with this app.

No flexibility for my $8. I bought the premium version because I wanted recipes and shopping lists. I expected I’d be able to select my preferred recipes and creat shopping lists from them. Nope. When you select your plan, it tells you what the juices are and you can’t swap out one for another. Pretty lame for an $8 app.

Upgraded Rating. From 1 * to 4 * ~ ... The software bug was fixed within a week ... kudos to the support team for that ... well now test the app for a five-day fast ...

Will not even open.. I D/Ld the app to iPad. Opened and was met with logon screen. I selected Create an account, typed in my info. Response was “Something has gone wrong, Try again”. I retyped and changed various pieces of info, all with the same response. If I can’t get into the app....I can’t use it. Sigh.

‘Free’. The ap is ‘free’ but literally every feature is locked unless you are a premium member. I can’t even access recipes, or create my own shopping list. I don’t see a point in the app at all, or why they even offer a free version if they’re not going to allow any features to be used. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was great for a day but... I liked it when I bought the app, but then the language would not go back into English no matter how many times I reloaded the app or went into the settings to change the language to English. I couldn’t understand the language and I got frustrated on trying to fix this, I was pretty disappointed for waisting my money.

Sorry for the one star. I guess the green detox soup 4th serving has to be thrown away ? The 5th day is the 3rd serving, then nothing afterwards. I strongly dislike the taste of Kale in a salad, update idea: you have the ability to swap out juice recipes, why not have the ability to swap out the other meal options ?? Or am I only one on the planet that hates the taste of kale in a salad ??

Combinations in juice is great, I. Language not so much. I get why I need to blend fruit and vegetables to make healthy fruit, but why is the app mixing English and Spanish? This seems like a problem many users have been having for a while. I paid for the unlock, but now the UI is in English and the recipes are in Spanish. Ai yai yai!

I payed for premium. Payed for premium and it won’t let me log in to get the recipes. I’m about to request a refund since I didn’t get anything since I payed for premium. Love the dudes documentary, but the app seems like it hasn’t been worked on in a long time. Might not be running anymore.

Changes language. I too have experienced what others have said. Day 4 of 5 day reboot the app changed to Spanish. I emailed and no response. I went back to read the reviews and this has been happening for some time and still doesn’t have a fix. Pretty expensive for an app that doesn’t work

Great info. Struggle with videos in app. I am unable to play the videos in this app. I press the arrow to play and then the video reverts back to the play videos menu.

Good app!. Good app but could be great if they fixed some of the glitches. Cust. Svs is very responsive and it’s really easy to use and set up. Other then that, I’ve been on a 60 day with it and starting another and love it.

A really great tool while rebooting.. I love that it creates a shopping list, and eliminates all the guesswork of what is needed. And the tracker for the progress is awesome!

Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to the recipes but you have to upgrade and pay for anything you do on the app. I deleted the app. I will figure it out myself without having to pay for it. It’s not free if you want the full benefits from the app

Love my reboot!. I love the juice fast plans with the recipes and shopping lists. The only thing I would change is that you can’t edit the start date of your juice fast once you schedule it in the app...

Great content and concept BUT.... ...the app is SUPER BUGGY and has trouble initializing which makes it useless. This app was $9.99 US when I purchased it last year and for that price I expected more. There’re many better more serviceable options for juice feasting/fasting. Don’t waste your money.

Can’t even sign-up for an account to try the app. Tried signing in with FB then Twitter and then tried setting up an account via email. Every option said “Sorry something went wrong. Please try again.” I tried every option 3 times. I’m done.

Suddenly switched to Spanish. I was really enjoying this app and then 6 days into my 30 day cleanse all the recipes and meal plans can suddenly only be seen in Spanish. Now I’m really regretting paying for this app since I can no longer use it.

Useless without paid subscription. Nothing works without a subscription plan and there’s no way to delete an account. So basically I just downloaded an app to give away my contact information and personal details. Remember when Joe seemed like he wanted to help people instead of being a money grabber?

Disappointed. I’ve emailed customer support twice asking for a refund with no response. I purchased this app for a reboot but was unable to use it. Awesome app. I lost 17 pounds in ten days!!! although on the eighth day. I got extremely weak. I could not continue without eating some vegetables and fruit.

Not Worth it. The app switches between English and Spanish and no one will fix it. I paid for the premium and can not get a reboot plan going because my reboots are in Spanish! So many bugs. No customer service. My recipes and plans are al in Spanish even though English is my chosen language. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help. Customer service is nonexistent. Apparently these people just take our money and run. Rude.

Juicing Made Simple. After doing multiple reboots using the printed PDF, this app made it so simple and easy. Zero glitches and ease of operation-something you need while changing your lifestyle. It was so simple I decided to extend my 15-day for another 15 days.

Disappointed. I wanted a juice reboot diet. Instead I get a weight watcher knock off. The diet has me baking at breakfast. I went fast food before because I didn’t have that kind of time. We both work and wanted a juice reboot with a change in lifestyle. But this diet is not compatible with a busy schedule.

Frequent error messages. I like the app but when I went to extend or end it, it keeps giving an error message sayin g to try again and nothing happens.

Reboot with Joe. I bought app a week ago and it was working fine but now half of it is in Spanish. I’ve deleted and downloaded again still half in Spanish. I wouldn’t have paid 7.99 for an app I can’t read. I’ve sent email to support but no response back. I want my money back.

Recipes only for premium users??. Like the title says. I went to check this app out. But, when I got into the recipe section it said that was for premium users. However, there doesn’t seem to be an in-app purchase section to tell me how much. Will probably be deleting.
