All about the MONEY. This game has crazy potential but as usual, it's all about berating the player with ads and holding levels hostage for real $$. If a game is worth it, I'll pay a few bucks but sadly, this app is the perfect example of greedy, greedy devs.

Difficult to enjoy. Did not have fun because it was too hard to earn money/coins in the game. They really wanna make you pay real money for stuff(coins mainly and other characters). Not fun. Adds between turns annoy the hell out of me. Makes me not want to play. This might be a good game for you but not for me.

Good but expensive. The game is a solid dungeon crawler. Kinda like diablo meets baldurs gate but turn based. However gold in the game is needed for everything. Healing included. And if you play a map and put it down that's fine. But if you want to play the game for any longer than that you are going to need purchase gold to keep your health up. The game is challenging and enemies are strong, so losing health is a big problem. Would be better if developers were more generous with gold. Been playing for over 3+ hrs total and have only gotten out of the tutorial. I'm stuck doing side missions to just keep up, and I get stomped if I try the first real level.

Fun but.... I've been playing for about a day now. If you like turn base strategy games you may wanna consider this one. There is really nothing in particular that stands out so far. However, I wish the devs made a lite version. Instead they made this free and you have to pay as you go. For example, if you don't pay $4 to remove the ads they will pop up during a fight 2 to 3 times a battle. So far gold is hard to come by to keep up with your heroes but it's not impossible. I would have easily paid $5 for this game. I think it would have been a better way to go instead of making it free and then trying to annoy you to death with ads in order to get your money. I'll update this as I play a bit more. Update: this game is very money driven. If you want to finish it your gonna have to grind for weeks to upgrade your heroes or pay real money. If you decide your going to grind then your also going to level your heroes requiring you to pay even MORE gold. It's a money trap. It's a shame. It could have been such a great game. How this is getting 4 stars I don't know. Don't trust the amount of stars on the review. Read the actual review and judge there.

Turn based battle. This game is pretty fun. My only complaint is that you need so much gold to play that you almost have to put money into it. Otherwise you can collect your daily bonus for days on end just to have enough gold to play one battle. I only play about once a week when my bonus gold stacks up enough to do so.

Annoying ads. Congratulations to the developers! The first game I uninstalled in under a minute!

Remembering The Old Times... When I play this when I was young .. Its the best RPG I play .. but I will take a try on this .. just don't do some annoying Ads .. Its not popular yet so don't demand this to be paid.

Pretty solid game. Nice graphics, good battle system. Decent IAP that no terribly intrusive. Has ads, can be grindy, and a somewhat slow pace. But overall, it doesn't destroy the gaming experience. Give it a shot if you are into turn based RPGs.

It has potential....if your patient. It's a free turn based RPG. So it says. It's 3.99 to remove the 30 long advertisements. That appear every 15 turns. You have earn exp. to unlock upgrades for your "heroes". Then in order to get said upgrade it cost gold on an increasing slide scale for each lvl. Gold is sparse through out the cookie cutter missions. But you can buy more for the low low price of $9.99. So if you are a pay to play person the healer hero will set you back 19.98. If your not you will stuck buying healing potions at 5 for 1000 gold basically making it impossible to lvl your heroes

Nice RPG. This is a really engaging Turn based RPG. It's a refreshing break from all of the shallow hack n slash RPGs out there. Highly recommended.

I<3freemium/premium/trialplay/addpay. It's a business model. Devs need to get paid too.!the ads aren't event that bad: you paid NOTHING for the game. If you like it, drop the two bucks and get on with it. Glad to see some classic RPGs on the App Store turn based or not.

Pretty Cool RPG. Some strategy elements. Good balance. Lots of fun. Can play for minutes or hours. Interesting and engaging!

Great DnD type game. Lots of fun

Was good till it crashed. I was going to rate this 4 stars because it has nice graphics and gameplay. Sound (especially the voice acting) could be better. And while I paid to remove the ads, which led to a better playing experience, it left a bad taste in my mouth because the ads were SO pervasive. It felt like an underhanded move by the devs to get you to pay. But just yesterday I ran into a major problem. I did a few of the free offer wall deals to get some much needed gold, as the farther you get in the game, the amount you need to spend on skill upgrades increases dramatically (and you don't get enough from the scenarios to pay for them all unless you never die). Then the game crashed when I tapped on the party view button to go to improve the skills. Now my monk is reset to level 1 with no skills, and I've lost access to the other two characters. Yet the map and quests haven't reset, so I have no way of getting them back! My game is completely hosed. I'll have to delete the game and start over, as I would guess the save file became corrupted. I'm seriously tempted to ask Apple for my money back.

Sad. Could have been a truly outstanding game, but for all the adds!!! Like Adds? This game is for you. You can't get through a single battle without pop up adds!!!! Just another game in a long list of money grubbing add pushing apps....shame on you Devs! Welcome to the world of in-app purchases! Sell me the dame game and get off my back!

Great way to pass unwanted time.. The ads which pop up during the gameplay are annoying, but once I turned off my wifi they stop. I also really like that you can play without an Internet connection.

A great RPG experience. This game does a lot of things right. I am really enjoying it. If you like RPGs with tactical turn based strategies you might also really like it. Good job. Too bad they never added more main story line quests

Reminds me of great times.... I'm an OLD tabletop rpger from way back. If I were able I would still be running tabletop games today. This game reminds me of good times with my friends, role-playing and simply just enjoying each other's company.

Don't waste your time or money. It's too bad. This game had potential for a decent turn-based rpg and they mess it all up with greed. 30 second long ads pop up randomly and in the middle of actual fights, but you can disable them for $3.99. Then everything else is pay to play. Made it to the 3rd level (1 hour in to the game) and it's impossible without paying real money. I won't be held hostage and good luck generating revenue with no players. Learn from this or don't. I don't care and I won't be back to play any games this developer creates. Shame.

Fine game. Fun game if you like turn-based games. It can't rush you, so it's a pretty chill game. Can't attest to the sound... Doesn't take long for health to restore (only time management here). Missions can take a bit if you don't have/buy potions, but I just take some extra turns. Ads run about 30 seconds, somewhat common. Not intrusive though. Graphics are plain, but backgrounds are pretty detailed.

Pleasant Suprise. Nice rpg, great isometric art, nice sound. Happily paid the $2 to disable ads.

Ad infested. Ads keeping popping up.. Each 1 or 2 minutes. It seems people are being harassed to buy the ads free version.

Old school RPG. This plays like the old SSI games of the 80's-90's. This game is not easy, you need to use strategy to win. Sometimes it takes 2-3 times to find out the field layout and the type of enemy and number. It will take a while to upgrade skills because you have to spend on potions to survive. The good thing is your characters will regenerate if you have one person to survive the battle. I suggest getting healers for the party, you'll need them. Great game!

Time consuming. Overall this game is pretty great. I love the turn-based strategy style. Though it runs smoothly, it has a small load screen between every turn; sometimes accompanied by an ad. Sure, it takes a lot of gold to MAX out your characters, but it's not necessary to beat the missions.... & the arena prizes really help with that. I was able to beat it without spending a dime. Fun game!

Money grubbing wallet drain. Game seems very unlikely to allow progression without IAP, even with grinding for cash. Your level keeps increasing as you grind for money, which causes the monsters to scale harder, in the meantime you don't have enough money to keep your abilities at par with your level.

Turn based Diablo. Good blend of rpg elements with turn based combat. Easy pick up and play mechanics, good graphics and an interesting story. Gold requirements for upgrading character skills required a little bit of grinding, or IAP

Payer le 5 $. Pour apprécier le jeux il faut investir pour enlever les pubs sinon le jeux devient vite irritant avec des 30 sec de pub a chaque 5 tour. Mais en gros un bon jeux qui rappelle Diablo

Fun game made nearly unplayable by adds. Was a fun game however the advertising is frustrating and seems to get worse as you progress. I'd either plan to pay to remove the adds or find another game.

Cash grab.. The turned base game is fun to play , upgrading characters cost a lot of coins and grinding coins extremely slow , but to top it all off , there's in game ads that you can't skip and have to pay 4 dollars to get rid off , not worth the money or time

Pleased to say…. I have waited some time, playing thru to Level 16, before making a comment here. I was waiting to see at what point one MUST spend money in order to advance, to keep on playing. Didn’t happen. This is actually the real deal! That makes it much more worthwhile to spend a little to remove the ads - which are quite frankly displayed in a tolerable, and relatively unobtrusive, manner. This is truly a game made for the player… Not just a money box for the game-maker.

A good game. Fun and the combat system functions well but the story is forgettable and the random generation is also sometimes unfair.

Very good but. Very good game but moving too slow

Much to like,some to dislike,. the gameplay is good but lack of animations is a bit jarring. No inventories, or skill trees, or any (so far) role playing story elements. Need to grind to get gold to lvl up. So why 4 stars? The rest of the game (combat) is fun. No paywall per say, but you’ll never have enough gold, lol. Still, I’m not going to start buying gold. If you guys had a 2x gold rewards for $5.- bonus though, I’d buy it. As it is I only bought the ad removal.
