Fantastic app. This is what I have been searching for for years! If you don’t have time to be a wine expert but enjoy drinking nice wines this is the perfect app. I love that you can plug in your local bottlo and the app will find the perfect wine for you in that store to go with the meal you are having! No more $40 bottles of vinegar! Love it!

Everything in one. Love this app, particularly the new Wineosphere feature. A bit of a novice when it comes to wine this app tells me all with a few taps; What goes well with what, what fits my budget, what other people though and where I can find the perfect bottle at a store near me (wherever I may be). You've covered everything! Incredibly well designed and detailed app.

The best. By far and away the best wine app out there. Every Australian who drinks wine should have this on their phone. My only wish is for links to the Producer on the review page, the All Vintages link is great, but a 'View other wines from this Producer' link would be super useful.

Fantastic Aussie wine companion App. I rarely write reviews, but am so impressed with this freebie, I felt obliged to share my delight at finding such a useful and informative wine app. Most importantly, it's Aussie focused - local wines, local stores, local thoughts. How refreshing to have an app designed for Australia, rather than us being a 5% afterthought on a US app. At a minimum, you can use it in your local bottle shop and see which best rated products they are stocking, searching by price, wine type etc. Works great for my local Dans, as well as independents. Regular reviews are posted from the Wine Front (subscription) website, with searches available by rating, price, type, region etc. There is a rudimentary "my wine" feature allowing you to create wish lists, have lists and reviews of wines. Additionally there are features and articles regularly updated. Prices and availability can be referenced against on-line retailers, with a shopping cart feature, as well as links through to the individual vineyards as well. Many more features I haven't listed.... There is a lot to like about this app, and a lot to explore within it as well. Despite the 5*'s, there are some improvements that could be made - the social media aspects are linked to a subscription site, there isn't a portrait function, and there isn't a synch between iTunes account (my iPad selections are not reflected on my iPhone phone, which is a real shame when shopping. But, I'd be happy if I'd paid $10 for this, so for free, it seriously deserves 5*'s, especially as it features Aussie wines, shops and reviews.

Warning!. This app is dangerous.... One day you're an innocent beer swilling chum, the next you're chasing down the most exclusive and elusive drops on offer. Approach with caution.....

Great app for social people. I don't think I have ever seen a free app with so much in it! Love the wine reviews and community sections and offers and deals for buying wine. It's my go-to now every time we have people over. It just makes it so much easier to entertain. The restaurant section is awesome too! It's like google maps but better.

Australian Wine App. Great app with everything needed to enhance the experience of wine

Great app... But. Great App! I have one complaint. It won't let me use a photo I have already taken. Let's face it, when socializing you often don't have a lot of time to add a wine that's not already reviewed. I had planned on doing that later but now I can't because I can only take a photo not use an existing photo.

The app keeps crashing on the iPhone.. Guys the app keeps crashing on the iPhone but ok On iPad. Please fix.

Amazing app; does so much. Beyond the incredible depth of content there are so many things this app can do - from location based services to cataloguing your own wine to social media integration and point-and-scan price comparisons on wine bottles. Mind blowing how much has gone into this app.

Best Aus Wine Review App. I have been using this app since it first appeared and it is easily one of the most useful, functional apps going around. The reviews are expansive, enlightening and entertaining and I have saved significant dollars buying quality wine using the app. Highly recommend it.

Best wine app. Best wine app on the market by a country kilometre. Saved me heaps of time and money in finding/buying the best wines. Addictive.

It has everything and it’s so easy. Such a great front page which takes you just where you want to go - and my daughters visiting and saw me using to scan bottle in a restaurant for the review - and she loves it (so she has it and I presume it is spreading around her friends) well done!

A Great App. I’ve been a member of the WineFront website for a few years now and it’s good, with reviews by the complementary talents of Gary Walsh, Campbell Mattinson and the quixotic Mike Bennie. The interactive comments made by members can often be a source of information, humour and, sometimes, puzzlement. However, it must be said that an extremely blokey and clubby atmosphere prevails in the comments section nearly all the time and could be quite off-putting for many. The Wineosphere app takes the WineFront concept and raises it to the nth power using modern and very user-friendly data analytical and presentation methods. It truly is a revelation if you are used to old-fashioned web-based wine sites like Wine Companion (good as James Halliday and teams’ actual reviews are). Try it and you will be amazed.

Information overload. The average person will not cope with the constant bombardment of info. Almost confusing. Have to disable all notifications, because the sounds, buzz and frequency is somewhat intrusive.

Best app. Ever. No question.. I cannot live without this app. I have not had a bad wine since. I read it like my favourite magazine when new reviews come in, bookmarking wines to try later and finding bargains that have been given high scores. The social media aspect is the icing on the cake.

Wine lover. Waste of time, can't expect much for a freebie I guess...

Very Glitchy. Lots of problems syncing with TWF reviews. Places and map interface didn’t work. Social feed didn’t update Most reviews feeds out of date. Purchase and stockists options inadequate given the scale of wines being reviewed.
