Good but crashes a lot. I really enjoy this game. However, after the latest update the app crashes after each game and I have to wait about 1/2 hour until it will open again. It’s very frustrating.

Slow load, some wonky admin. App is very slow to load on my iPad. I have to close it and reopen it daily as it doesn’t know to move from day to day. I loaded the app also on my iPhone and logged in but it doesn’t see that I purchased the premium account on that device and I get ads. The games work well and I’ve seen good progress but there are sloppy things with the admin of this app that have me thinking of dropping it and switching to a competitor when my annual subscription runs out. FWIW I paid $99 for the annual fee and now I see they are selling it for as low as $25. That’s maddening.

Awesome and a little help. Ok love this app and how well they put it together. Only thing I don’t like is the missing piece of giving you the right answers with the language part and other activities. This app rates your abilities and tests them but doesn’t help teach you more to get better. Just sayin

pretty neat. i love brain apps... this one is clever, with bright big shapes and colours, and fun stories behind the problems. i like how you see how you’ve done compared to the averages... whether it’s true or not i don’t care, i feel smart :) anyhow, the app’s developers seem like they are caring and paying attention ... so, thanks for that... sadly i can’t afford to pay for the subscription, i wish there were a free version where you could play like a limited amt of games per day... but i super appreciate being able to experience the whole thing for a week, thank you 🙏🏻 great work, maybe i’ll win the lottery, see you again ! xo

helpful app for brain exercise,soo liked it.. I really love this game since it helps improve your brain and makes you a better person. This will be a very good tool in training little kids to became brain masters.

Very useful in keeping your brain strong. Good for brain training. It's challenging in a good way, but has too many ads. Right after every round there is an ad. Very irritating.

Expensive!!. I did a free trial for a week, then agreed to pay $99 for a year!! That’s way too much for this app! I like the games so far. I’m concerned though about customer service… So many other comments say they contact them and never get a response. That’s terrible! They charge this much and do not care about their customers? I hope for $99 I have a better experience.

Just what an aging brain needs. I noticed my memory and organizational skills were slipping. I play several different brain training games and have found it’s helpful for me to switch up and play different games While all the games train on three or four major cognitive skills, the approach is a little different which adds additional challenge. Just the fact of playing a different game adds even more challenge and therefore the potential for added benefits. The game is worth the cost and the training time is easy to fit in my day. It would be helpful to add new games every two months or so..

Morning Success. This is a great addition to my morning routine. It really helps me jumpstart my brain and only takes a few short minutes to do so. The tracker helps me know where I need to improve so I like that a lot too.

It' very addictive. Fun game to keep the kids entertained, I even play it myself sometimes that's what's so amazing about this game. I can let my kids play it while I'm driving in the car.

Very light way to train your brain.. I quite enjoy playing the different training games. There are plenty of different types of games to choose from. The ads are a little annoying. But overall it's quite addictive.

Brain charger. If you want to find game that work your brain you should play this game!!! I play it for hour it really work your brain i feel sleepy after playing this that mean my brain is tired now .. i recommend you this app!!

Couldn’t Take the First Step of the Test. Just ONCE can we make a brain training app that colorblind people can use? Please? I really want to work on things like focus, memory, and problem solving. However, the very first step of the initial test this app give you requires you to decipher red for green, which are the two most commonly confused colors for colorblind people. With 1 in 200 women and 1 in 12 men being colorblind, I’m surprised that I still struggle to find a brain training app I can use. I’m so sick of trying to improve my brain, only to find out that I’m unable to use every app I download.

One of the best training game to increase our brain power. I think to delay the rating of this app after user can use it even for short time until he can judge the app right .but it's a really very great app .thanks

Why the ads?. I have paid for Brainwell for about 3 years. I have a new iPad and I’m getting ads and I never had them before. Also, if I was given a game I didn’t want to play I had the option to find another games and play it. I no longer have that option. That is really disappointing.

Pop up adds. I’m writing this to complain about the pop-up ads that come up several times a day, whether I play or not; and I played just about every day. Get them for god sake off my cell phone.

Enjoyed. Have been enjoying the mind game, helping me keep up my focus and attention. Did suggest it to my grandchildren and they have been enjoying the challenges as well.

So fun. The game is addictive and really gives your brain a workout and after playing it for a while it started glitching and I had to go out of the app and back in so it would work but other than that it's really fun and addictive

Nicely challenging. Very interesting brain teasers using numbers to test your ability to think quickly. It gets tricky when the numbers move around the screen. Stay alert to win!

Great But Not. I really enjoyed this app, I was finding games to help me recover from a brain injury. After the free trial I decided to buy one month to try out the premium, when I checked my bill they had me signed up for a year - not month to month like it said. So I contacted them twice without a response and then had to contact apple. I don’t think it was worth the hassle but if you want to commit for a year and have the money I think it would be worth it.

Content is interesting but price is not affordable for most individuals.. This app’s content is interesting and seems like it would be helpful but the cost is too high for a lot of people. Luckily you can still do a limited amount of exercises per day without subscribing.

Improved. I am almost 65 and have noticeable improvement in memory not only on the games here, but in day to day living. Others have noticed it. If you are aging, retired, and not using your short term memory as much, I would highly recommend this app.

It has a ready-made daily training program, and if I want to play a particular game, I can choose from an extensive catalog of games. It helps me!. Do not get frustrated with this game bc you can always reset & start again. This is very stimulating to the brain. I used it a few yrs. ago & was much better at it. Forgot about it for a few & just started up again a couple of days ago. I’m of the same sentiment has the 65yr. old person, only I’m now going on 70yrs. this yr. 2021. I’d rather be a little frustrated playing this app again, then the more irritating frustration of not being able to recall quite a lot of things!

Very educational. Love it. Gives my brain a little bit of a workout when needed. Really nice app for brain training. I have been suffering from short term memory loss. I hope this will definitely help me to get my memory back.

Very good!. How could you go wrong? The app is free. It's actually a very good free app too! You only have to pay if you want to access all of the games, but I like the ones they are giving me so far.

Great game but must pay to play. The games are fun and I’d think I’d have fun playing the other games, however; you have to pay to unlock the other games. They only give you one to start and the rest are locked.

Horrible. I really liked this app, but not enough to pay the $10 subscription.... which is fine... every time I get on the app adds constantly pop up telling me to join the subscription so I stopped using the app ... and it’s been sitting on my phone well I noticed an unusual charges accumulated over the last several months, they have been pulling money out of my account for the subscription I never agreed to .... and I never noticed because when I used the app it still said it was the free version... I asked to get my money back but no reply... it’s not worth downloading if they are just going To secretly take your money

Same Games All The Time. I like this game but why do I always get the same games in my daily lineup all the time. I know there are a lot more Cause I can see and play them. This game was expensive so I expect more. What changes did you just make? Now the game looks different and it tells me I need to download adobe flash player. I don’t have any other games that require this. Why all of a sudden are you requiring it? Can I get a refund on my purchase?

Fun, but NO levels if you don’t pay. Out of the games I have played in this game I found them fun. So everyday I would come back for a new game. In the lesson for everyday it would have new games but you would have to buy it per month. I can only play three games out of about 35! It’s really boring not getting to try all the new games. I don’t want to pay because if I don’t like it anymore i would have just wasted tons of money. LAB

Gghfjfc. I hadn't played in a long time. Like others I was frustrated with certain things about the app. I just got the new version and I must say that it's a nice improvement. Everything just plays and feels better. I like it when devs care enough that they keep working on the apps.

Its great option for brain exercise. Had a stroke and having difficulties with memory, being focused, etc. I found this game and while I get frustrated at times due to memory but my therapist thinks it is a good tool for me to use.

Not even worth the download. This app is preposterous. It’s not very smooth or clean looking (looks like iPhone 2) and is using a ridiculous model. You get access to 3 mediocre games for free and that’s it. In order to get the other games you have to pay $60 billed annually. There is zero reason to pay for this app when there are better looking and more interactive apps that are based around the same concept. And $60 for an app the you will probably only use for a month tops. Don’t even consider downloading this it is just trying to prey on idiots.

It really helps me. It was overall great One problem I faced that in the multitasking round the screen was becoming inactive and I was not able to scroll down to get to my next level. Nevertheless I was good

Unreliable. I used the game to wake up in the morning but the app is not consistent. Some days I waiting 10+ minutes with the app stuck on the first blank screen. I have the latest iOS and the app is fully updated. Also, the app attempts to get you to buy the subscription way too much. It’s definitely not worth the amount it costs for some basic games that don’t really challenge the user past a high school/ middle school level.

Really good. The game is really good and fun to play but you can only play 3 games and 1 time a day unless you pay money. The only payment option is $100 a year. That’s a good price but if someone pays that much and then doesn’t play it often or decides they don’t really like it then it’s a waste of $100.

Challenging yet rewarding. I enjoy playing these games and seeing where I stand within my age group. The three free games are enough to get my adrenaline going for the day! Thank you for creating such a variety of games that do what your app was made to do; challenge my brain!

Great App!. This app is a great tool to exercise your brain! I’m only running the free version but so far my brain health is improving by the day! I recommend this app, especially for middle aged and elderly people to help keep your mind sharp!

Fun way to train my brain. I really like this app. When I downloaded it I was offered a free trial or I could continue with the limited version with 3 games each day. By the 2nd day I was hooked and took the trial. I’m glad I did because I’m happy to say that I’ve made it an important part of my day. I feel like it’s helped me with my middle-age brain fog.

Yes this app costs. To get everything out of this app you have to pay but you are getting a service and they do update things. Just today they rolled out a whole new look. My one knock is that they need to do better at randomizing the games. Add some new ones too would be awesome. But even with those two things I still give it five stars. One more issue. The word puffer game is broken. If you make a mistake you lose pieces that you need. Even at that though 4 stars

Really love it but needs improvement. I really love this game…it COULD be my favorite of all of my brain games except for the scoring accuracy. I can score well above my age group and it tells me I’m below and to keep trying. For as much as this game costs you’d think the scoring would be correct. I also have the same problem as others…it says I’ve played todays games when I haven’t. I hope someone is working on improvements!

Very Helpful - I’ve a traumatic brain injury. This is the best ever. I have almost every app subscription to sharpen the brain, and this one is hands down AWESOME!! Challenging and allows me to see my progression over time. Love it!

Definitely have seen an improvement!. These games tap into different parts of your brain ... using areas that have slowed down as you age. My brain is sharper and responses quicker since using Brainwell!

Best app to improve your left mind. Love it so far! However, please make the answer in Math Skills (at the top) a different font and/or color-white is VERY hard to read and that takes up time. Really like the variety of games, too!

Marks two days as completed!. I have the same issue as a recent reviewer. I’ve been in touch with support via email but the problem is back again. If I play on Saturday when I look at the app on Sunday it will show BOTH Saturday and Sunday as already having been done! When I get to Monday THEN it shows no games being played on Sunday. This a very limiting glitch. Can only use the app half the time.

FROZEN OUT FROM PLAYING. For the past 4-6 days when I open up Brainwell all appears to be copacetic. The problem begins as soon as I try to enter the first “training segment”. When the game opens up I get see a blank canvas w/ 1-4 white dots appearing middle to bottom of the screen. I have tried turning my Ipad off but this did not elevate the problem. I have greatly enjoyed Brainwell for several years but fear I will not renew on September 9th if this glitch cannot be fixed. In the past I have always rated this brain training series w/ 5 stars. An excellent game,very addictive. This is completely addicting in a way I've never felt before! I can still walk away from it but the concepts seem so simple yet provide enough challenge to make me think of it even when I'm not playing! It's delightful to say the least!

Love it!. This app has shown me quick and easy ways to do things I've never even thought of before. It has a beautiful interface and when you make a mistake it even breaks it down and explains to you how to get the correct answer.

Great brain teasers and challenges.. The app was overall very easy to use and has a beautiful graphic design. The brain challenges were good and would be suitable for all ages, however they are challenging as you need to race against the clock and try to get the best results possible. Would recommend people to try this out.

Brain. I was a skeptic, but I tried it anyway. I can definitely tell the difference. My brain seems to react faster and process information better.

Good but expensive. Great game but why the hell have you gone and absolutely ruined it with the price. An acceptable price may be $4 to permanently unlock everything not $15 a MONTH to unlock everything. That price is the single most ridiculous rip off I've heard. Please change otherwise you are throwing a quality game in the garbage

Nice. Brain Training Overall, a wonderful app. It is very challenging while being fun. I got my son hooked and he got my mother hooked. Even though I love Sudoku, I totally dislike their Sudoku. You don't know when you've finished the numbers, in addition to other problems. They will definitely get 5 stars if they either fix, or get rid of Sudoku. I also have no idea how to improve my score on Color

Works well,impressive GUI. Oddly impressive, it knew me better than I knew myself and after a day of use my thinking is faster than it has been years and I feel like I'm back in high school again.

Poor. I found this app very poor, and deleted it soon after downloading it. After your test it brings you to a page that says '7 day free trial' and doesn't let you exit. It then forces you to enter your credit card details and informs you that if you don't cancel everything then you have to pay.

So far so good. Enjoying myself. Challenging enough. Great variety of activities.

Broken game. Everything was fine and would have given 5 stars before the game updated. The game with the puffer fish is faulty. You try to make a word and some of the bubbles disappear and you can’t complete the word. It has stuffed up my average and won’t be playing again till it’s fixed.

Fun, challenging, runs well on iPad. The variety of games is pretty good and really gets your brain going... Its nice to track progress and try to improve over time. The design is nice and I didn't notice any bugs. One of the better brain training apps I've tried.

Be careful, they’ll scam you. I applied for a 1 week trial and I have been automatically subscribed for 1 year at a substantial cost. My email to the team has been ignored. I will continue to leave bad review on other mediums until my email is answered! Customer service is non existent

Wake up brain. I love the challenge and the clock is such a menace. It is forcing me to try and stay calm under stress which is good. Get some real surprises when the word appears after you think you can't combine any more.

App not opening. Today the Brainwell app won’t open! 😔 There seems to be a problem that requires fixing. Please 🙏🏻 look into it. I rely on this app to keep my brain 🧠training up.

Great. I decided to pay for the full course after playing the free games for a while and seeing the improvement to my memory. I am 65yrs old and had noticed a few brain things declining so tried this app. I have seen for myself the improvement on all areas covered. I recommend this training without reservation to anyone.

Nice game. I can't believe how hard these can be! I can't wait to get better; these are such a challenge and fun at the same time. The timer is a little annoying as it adds to the pressure.. An opportunity for a clue (eg first or last letter) would add another interesting element.

Don’t waste your time!. Very expensive. You play for a few minutes for free then you’re expected to pay for a very expensive subscription. I’m deleting it.

Good app. This app is interesting and helps improve the memory. I like the 7 day memory test as it gives you an opportunity to improve your memory daily.

Nice app. Its a Challenge I am competing against myself. Its the most dangerous game of all. Why is my brain not capable of getting past level 12 on almost everything. Nice. In my view, I downloaded this app for my kids. It can help them train brain. There are more than 50 scientifically designed games and personalized training based on cutting-edge neurological research. So it does good to kid's mental math, logic and others. So wonderful app.

Top!!. App is great for children. App to help them reach the practical knowledge and close around them. I did try the app for my kids and surprisingly effective, my son knew how to observe and enjoyed learning about everything that's life.

Fun but not cheap. App has many fun games but very few unlock without payment. Full unlocked package is really expensive. It’s a little frustrating to be locked out of so much of the app.

Price was too expensive. Software supports brain development and ability of our minds, it is pretty good. But to have a premium account price was too expensive.

Sometimes sluggish. I am enjoying many elements of this game. However, there are some games within the app, particularly the Get the Pet game, where the responses to the touch screen are very slow. I have tried with both finger touch and a top of the line stylus but find that it takes two, three or even sometimes four taps(!) to activate the answer. Considering that Get the Pet (for example) speeds up as the game goes on, the slow response of the touch screen makes achieving an accurate score untenable, and therefore makes the players stats inaccurate. I have paid for a one year subscription to this app and it was not cheap. For the price paid, I would hope that all games would work to their maximum capability. For many other of the games on the app, the touchscreen works well, but it is very, very frustrating when you encounter a game where it doesn’t! If this issue was fixed I would not hesitate to change my review to five stars. Please consider investigating!

Brain. My mind gets foggy sometimes. I don't know how to describe it otherwise. I like to play brain games to focus me and get me to think in a more logical way. Brainwell is a good app and lots of different games that train memory and attention and other parts of my brain.

Es. As an athlete, I work out every day to make my body feel stronger, faster and more agile. I never thought about my brain until someone suggested I try working it out too. Brainwell is more of a reward for me after a hard workout but it's good to know that it's working out my mind.

Download it!. I like how each level asks for different skills, so you get to challenge different aspects of your mind. Also, you can see progression, so it never gets boring.

👍🏻. I knew I needed to do something when I started losing track of simple items like keys and my purse. I'm glad I tried Brainwell as I feel like I'm honing in on my focus. The exercises are challenging.

Fake free. Immediately asks for payment info before trial starts. This wouldn't be necessary if it's as good as the hype.

Disappointed and Annoyed. I just love when free apps lie and make you pay for them after downloading :) Don't call it a free app if to use it you have to pay a subscription fee. The apps buggy, the games are buggy and it's just not worth spending $.50 let alone $13!! Stupid.

Je suis parfaitement d’accord de payer afin de soutenir le travail derrière une bonne application, mais ça c’est beaucoup trop. De plus je préfère de loin payer un montant 1 fois pour débloquer une application en version complète plutôt qu’un abonnement mensuel ou annuel. Néanmoins, si celle-ci était disponible à moins cher je pourrais envisager un abonnement. C’est dommage j’aurais vraiment aimé m’offrir la version complète de cette application...

Good. The games are well made and engaging. The app has everything I need. I'm liking it.

OTL. The games are fun and engaging. They keep me coming back. My favorite is puffer game where I have to build words.

Disappointed. I thought this sounded like a great way to get in some daily brain teasers. Turns out this “free” app then makes (yes makes!) you sign up for a monthly subscription of $12.99 per month! No thank you!! It makes you jump thru hops to figure out how to unsubscribe. Finally figured it out and I’m deleting immediately. I’d give this a zero star rating if I could.

It is not free. They get info from you, then want $80 of 7 day trial. I guess they thought only stupid people need brain training.

Not bad. Very nice. There are so many levels for me to choose. Therefore, I don't have difficulty choosing levels that are suitable for me because all of them are great and amazing.

Disappointed. I downloaded the game, played the fist day for free, second day I want to play it locks me out until I buy a subscription for $13.00 in a monthly basis.

I don't normally write product reviews, but I hate when I see negative reviews for apps when people complain they have to pay for certain featurs in an app. So, I always make a point of writing a review to counter it. Brainwell is a good app. Yes, it costs money if you want all of the features; but they do offer a 7 day trial. Don't like...then cancel. Love it, then keep playing.

Too addictive. Most levels are fun and challenging. Different games, lots of levels, and easy directions. Definitely for adults or older children, only because being able to read and understand logic is crucial for this game.

Good. I can see the improvements now! When I first started using Brainwell I was very bad at the games. The more I played the better I got. The best part is, I see the improvement in my day to day life too. My mind seems to be sharper and more able to remember stuff faster.

Game. This is a great app I only wish you didn’t have to pay for certain games I wish they were all in locked for you. Other than that ok this is a really great, useful, and helpful and I would recommend it to everyone.

Problem. I pay a lot of money to use this app and it hasn’t worked in a week. Is it going to get fixed so I can use it. if it’s not gonna work, I want my money back. You can prorate what I earn back. But I really prefer to use the app if you can fix it.

Helps cognitive abilities. I have a tbi which afects my cognitive functions, this app helps keep what I have and improves what cognitive functions I currently have.

Really?. I had this app a while back, in 2015 or so. I wanted to try the free trial, to see if I liked the app at all (of course I was not going to keep it, just wanted to know if it was interesting). Before the trial ended, I deleted the app because I didn’t like it. It charged me $10 that I did not agree to pay! This app is a scam, please do not download.

Glitchy. I love these brain games and was willing to pay for this one. Unfortunately, this one has so many glitches that it is impossible to play. Luckily, was able to discover this before I was charged. If the myriad of problems get resolved, I might consider downloading again.

Not a fan. The “upgrade” has taken me back to the level of an elementary child. Have used this app (the paid version) for about 2 years. Looks like it will take another two to get back to the level of difficulty I was accustomed to. Of course, unless it gets better quickly, I won’t renew.

Want refund. İ mistakenly skipped to cancel after 1 week of trial period and my card is charged 40 dollars/ year subscription. I want refund as i am not using it and i cannot find a responsible person to help out on the issue. İ try to cancel subscrption and i cant so i am afraid that they will charge my card again although i do not want a renewal. İ am very dissatisfied and upset w this application.

Nice to play the game. This is keeping me on my toes. I am improving my mental arithmetic and my thinking skills generally. I haven't subscribed so am motivated to keep earning points.

Brainwell. Agree with the previous review, this is a scam to get you to subscribe. After a short trial period, the “free 7 day trial” screen comes up and there is no way to exit to continue the free play. Too bad, I liked the game while it lasted. They should let you know that the free play is temporary before you download.

Great games!. The games are mentally stimulating. But I give it 4 stars because I don’t think it should be $10 per month. I think it should be free. There are other apps out there that are free.

Game rewrite. The new game version does not work right. Can get 100% correct and it still says that I can do better. Grading no longer makes sense! Do not waste your money with this one. The old version was fun and made sense. The rewrite does not work.

Scam. At first I really liked this app, I played a round of games once and I really liked them. However I went back the next day to play more, and it was just an add to upgrade to the premium version I couldn’t even tap out of it because all it wanted me to do was upgrade and pay for the app. So annoying I really liked the games.

Better game objective examples needed.. I sometimes can't play a particular game because I'm not even bright enough to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing! A better explanation and examples of each game's direction needs to be supplied for stupid, brain compromised people.

Glitches. I enjoy this app. I find it challenging, stimulating and fun. However, there are days when some games do not work and that is frustrating. I would not pay for an app with glitches.

Not boring at all. I really like the game as it promotes brain activity. My only complaint is that image vortex is only visible for a split second so can't memorise the pictures

Quite fun but . . .. The group offers three free games a day but they appear to have a cutoff date. Not that I blame them too much as I have been using their service daily for about six weeks. I guess I'm too cheap to pay for humiliation in the long run as I march relentlessly towards senility.
