Magnifer & light. I really like the application, but the light which I need shows up as a big flash of light which makes reading near impossible if the thing your reading has even just a little shine or gloss. You can't see it. I'd give five stars if this situation didn't happen.

My eye. It’s been very helpful with a variety of different things. I got something in my eye and if I didn’t have this app On my ph. I would have had to have gone to the eye dr. And that would have cost a fortune $$ . Thanks for providing me with this app.

Almost perfect. This app is almost perfect. It’s better than Magnifier Plus except for this one does have where you can face yourself but the light doesn’t come on. If the light came on It would be perfect.

Bad from start. I downloaded the app. Then I opened it. Immediately the evaluation pop up appeared. It gave 2 choices—either that it’s ok or that it is excellent. It expected me to evaluate it before I used it. There was no way to get rid of the evaluation box other than to say it is ok or best ever. And this before I magnified a single thing. In my mind this calls into question every evaluation for this app—anyone who uses it had to evaluate it as ok or excellent. It may be excellent but I don’t know. So I won’t open it again nor will I give even an “it’s ok” since I couldn’t use it. My evaluations mean something and are honest.

Great for hard to see splinters. I got a splinter on Tuesday and it was in my finger till Sat. I had tried to take it out countless times but it was so small i could barely see it regardless of how much light i used. I was told if i left it alone it would fall out and the pain would go away but it never did. 5 min after downloading the app not only was i able to finally see the sucker but i was able to pull it out.

Rick Marchione. So far I haven't been able too see a thing. Just a Black screen with options at each corner. Revised; Once I figured that the application needed " and follow instructions" camera access, it worked Great!! Purchased the upgrade $1.99 a must and well worth it. No advertising.

Very surprised how good this free app is. At first didn’t think this free app would be as good as it actually is. For a free app I don’t think you get the best magnifying glass and zoom in with very good quality picture so anything you use looking through this magnifying glass will be great exactly the picture you would need. U

Wonderful magnification & balance. I used the free version for six months plus. Using the pro features w/o ads for two weeks at a time, so easily over and over again, gave me the opportunity to realize the benefits of this pro version app. Watching six thirty second or less videos, (sometimes just 8 seconds) every two weeks to lose in-app advertising pop-ups and have full usage of the pro features (3-for adds 3 for features) was really great. Yes I probably could continue to do this forever but for two bucks and to say thanks for giving me a real opportunity to use a great app without being burdened by free version limitations, is well worth it. Thank you! I have never given five stars in an initial review, holding off for coffee, updates, unrealized performance issues compatibilitiesor and other related (over-all) user interface (I think of what tasks can I do with the app, or the obvious benefit of using this app and what is a hinderance to this-what does using this app take away from how I use other apps and device features). I evolve and regress each day causing a ever changing reasoning, which in this case along with the bias of regular personal circumstances resulting in immediate positive results, I see no reason to wait, and no reason they have not earned FIVE stars right now. I’m actually surprised. Collecting coins is a difficult hobby, with nothing you have can give a clear view of your coin, congratulations you are the only app that I’ve found so far has achieved being able to take a close-up photo and have it be clear. I’m deleting all the other apps, and keeping this app, thank you and God bless y’all.

Bait and Switch Tactics Used. As soon as I can, I am going to delete this app because of what they have done without warning. When I went into the app to verify that it was still working, they advertised 4 additional features that I could have “free”, if I would watch 4 ads. I did, and then they wrote, “You have these features free for 15 days.” OKAY, SO WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT? DO YOU START BILLING ME AN EXORBITANT FEE FOR THOSE FEATURES? I have yet to find a way that I can cancel those 4 features, but I am working on it. BEWARE!

Bordering on Fraud.. My partner and I were looking for an app to magnify prescriptions and misc. I looked through the listings and saw that this app included family share for up to six users. Perfect. It’s actually a big fat lie. Up to an unlimited number of people can download this free version, not just six like they say. But it says In-app purchases cannot be shared. So when you upgrade via the in app purchase, your family members can’t get the full version. It’s a total ripoff and terribly dishonest. And though you can buy the full version outright, with family members access and no in app purchases available, it does not show up under Other Apps by this developer. You have to search for it yourself. Quite simply they are deceiving you, getting you to download the free version then not letting you share it DO NOT UPGRADE THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO SHARE WITH FAMILY MEMBERS. LOOK FOR THE FULL VERSION AND PURCHASE IT DIRECTLY OR YOU WILL GET BILLED TWICE. This is really shameful behavior and Apple should intervene.

Great App. Love this App is an understatement. I would give it a 5+ Have tried others and have had issues with the clarity. This will not disappoint. I have thought if purchasing Magnifier, for my Bible Studies because of the dim lights however this will save me the time and effort. Half the time you get them home and you could use a bigger magnification, with this App no more issues. I will also get back to reading my books that I have had issues with. Great for People with AMD .

Dark Mode is NOT a free feature on this APP!. False Advertising and deception is what had me choose this APP. You have to pay for the Datk Mode option. I am legally blind with glaucoma, I need the dark mode but this deception has led me to delete this APP because I could not trust that you are trying to access other personal information in charging me for the dark mode option. This is Deception and Trickery. If you will charge for datk mode then just say the charge is $1.99 a year. I am very unhappy and I am concerned if your company has other techniques up your sleeves to access more than just charging me $1.99 for dark mode “premium service” for the upgrade.

Review. I will not give a review because there was NO CHOICE TO X OUT OF THE REVIEW.I just wanted to give you a good rating then use the magnifier. It wouldn't let me . I will no longer be using your app and will telll all my friends about this bait and switch. I was in advertising for years, so I know how this works. So here's your review

Older Blessing. As we get older our eyes, We’ll lose a little so this helps read spray paint can label, Drug labels and other ultra small print that really was never made to be read any way. This app helps eliminate that problem.

A little unclear and quirky. Very simple app, somehow not very intuitive. Pinch-spread gesture, for example - the standard Apple universe tool for zooming in - doesn’t seem to work. And then suddenly, without any obvious reason, it does. Until I eventually figure out that this standard gesture doesn’t work because it’s not supposed to - the real zoom is a single finger slide upward along the bottom-top axis of the phone. Doesn’t seem to be anyplace within the app that explains this. Good ideas, not great execution so far

Deceiving. Offer Video AD’s that you have to Watch to get Free Items, then tell you the free Trial only lasts 5 Days and if you want to keep them you will have to Pay for them. When You First asked Me You offered 4 Items FREE if I Watched Your Video's. There was No Mention that it was A Trial Period, had that been the case I wouldn’t have Watched the Videos. The Problem with this is you forget you have it and 6 Days Later Your getting Billed for something you didn’t want to Pay for in the beginning. If I wanted your Premium services I would have Bought them when I downloaded the APP. Your APP is Very hard to work, I spend more time trying to Focus it then it’s Worth and then when I get it Focused one of Your POP UP ADS is on the Screen. After it plays I have to Refocus the Screen. VERY UN- Satisfied with this APP. Looking for another App that is More User Friendly and not out to DECEIVE. Will Not Recommend This APP to Friends, Word of Mouth is Your Best Advertisement.

Magnifying Glass. This is the most amazing and useful app! I never knew it existed until I went to my eye doctor today. His office assistant set it up for me, and now I will be able to read tiny print on menus, ingredients, directions, price tags, etc right from my phone. It is the handiest magnifying glass ever!

Works kinda ok. The only problem is it is only as steady as your hand. So if you are trying to write and read something at the same time, it can be hard to see as the view picks up any slight movement and magnifies it. The item you are trying to read is not as clear as you would like. If you want to pay for it, you can turn on the stability button.

Happy tears. Reading other reviews l skipped the free version and spent 2 whole dollars for pro. I experienced sudden loss of vision (2400) in my one good eye this summer and it’s been difficult as I’m a professional artist. I’ve enjoyed dark mode for a few years and being able to use that was a selling point for me. When I saw that I could see clearly at closeup and also across the entire room I literally cried happy tears.

Good app but something’s are better left alone. Review on MagnifyGlass app. So they want you write a review so it goes something like this: Beginning you watch 30 second video and we will give you 30 minutes of pro app features for free. So I got about five seconds of Upgrade, as I went to use it, it wanted to charge me 1.99 for pro features. So babk to square one

Pearl of grace. I have been in desperate need of a magnifying glass tobread extremely small printed (over the counter) medicine labels. I almost ordered and paid $19 including the shipping cost Publishers Clearing House. I had an epiphany to see if there was an APP for that. Wa LAH! for FREE, this was the perfect option!! Gotta have it!!

Great app. This app is very handy and easy to use. I keep running into directions on a lot of household items written too small to read. For example, on the back of cans of spray paint. You have to know if they are oil or water based paints in order to know how to clean up after painting. Also remote devices for your entertainment systems. What end of the battery goes 1st. There are many more examples. This app helps take the guesswork out of many day to day tasks.

Great app!. Does just what it is suppose to do! Works great! I was using the free version which is just fine and you have the choice of paying or watching 4 videos to get full version! I like that, very nice. If you need to see the world in bigger view deft try this app first!

Pretty darn good app- especially for us “older” Americans. Pretty good app- as is - even without the paid upgrades. I hate having my glasses on all evening...but I’m never without my phone. So everything from scanning the day’s mail to reading vitamin and medicine labels — as well as reading everything from clothing tags to paint labels while shopping — just to name a few non-business uses. It also is great in the shop or the office.

Functional app. Being a person with poor eyesight, I obtained this application from the jump start. Whether it be the micro print on drug bottles, which is what I got it for, to objects hard to see. I also like the fact of being able to take a picture of what I am viewing. I also like it that I can zoom the light manually and automatically as well. Coupled with the mentioned functions, there is a insightful group of visual enhancement functions such as shake reduction. So, you can tell I am a fan and I show it off every chance to others with poor eyesight but cannot afford an appointment with the eye doctor as well as the almost sure prescriptions for lenses that they say cannot be made to fit your frames. I am not saying to not see your eye doctor but what I am saying is the app can postpone that painful purchase of reading glasses and hopefully postpone a full prescription. A real winner.

IPAD has to have Flash! Check your version. We have a 13 gb IPad, Model number MG932LL/A, which does not contain or allow Flash (NOT referring to the camera). We received the following message "due to hardware restrictions..." this app cannot be used. It would not magnify small trinkets up close and would focus only on things far away. We cannot use this app, and purchased the full version. We need refunded.

The best. Excellent magnifier. I am a mechanic and can’t see small things anymore I use this frequently saves me going to the toolbox or the truck for something. And with the light built in. A++++!

ShutoffI. I’m not totally computer illiterate, I can find the “settings” icon. The problem I’m having is that I can’t find a shutoff to get rid of it. When I accidentally got the lens, I couldn’t get rid of it. So I guess I’ll delete the app and get rid of the problem the hard way. I did like the app itself, but it just won’t get out of my way.

Magnify glass with light. This magnify glass is awesome it comes in handy when I’m at a dark place like restaurant with dim lights .... when I need to read something and I don’t have my reading glasses, when I’m at the grocery store reading the ingredient or labels ... so convenient... love it

Excellent for small print. This app is very helpful when trying to read small print. The lighting and magnification are superb. I highly recommend to all my friends.

It's fine. I'm amused by Road Hog 2's review: "with the print getting smaller and smaller…" Who's going to tell them it's not; it's a natural age related change in them. At least they get to sound like a classic curmudgeon by writing that though, don't they?

To the creators of the Magnify Glass:. This APP is amazing. Very helpful for simple things like threading a needle. Also helpful when working on electronic equipment and small precision mechanical devices such as a watch. A few days ago I used it to repair my eye glasses. Thanks to those who have developed and shared this technology with the world.

A must have app. This app is just very useful. If you ever have to read small written instructions on medicine bottles or tiny directions on some new tech item then you’ll use the heck out of this app. Better than taking a picture of something then opening up that picture then zooming in. And if you don’t delete that photo then you end up with junk photos taking up space. With this app you can look and zoom much more than with the camera app and easy to operate too. When you’re done you won’t have a junk photo to delete. You can take photos if you’d like, you just don’t need to if you were only trying to see something closer up.

Elegant & Helpful. Thank you, this is perfect (well, once I paid my $2) - free version’s a sad shadow and will interrupt with nuisance ads, whereas the paid is almost a dream come true for an easy flashlight and more importantly a sharp magnified view of your [ _____] - ergonomic, simple, wonderful! Can see well. I love this app cause it actually does what it says and magnifies things to help you see, unlike the eye doctor who gives you what they think you need according to a memory chart and that’s no help; but I do think that there’s a little bit much of a glare that could be fixed. I have my light 💡 on the phone turned all the way down and it still gives me some glare on whatever that makes it hard to see; but otherwise I love it better than a couple of others that I’ve found❤️

Outstanding. Easily the highest quality microscope app in the Store. The ability to try the Pro features by watching some unobtrusive videos is excellent. Really enjoy the app, find it truly useful and heartily recommend.

Just what I needed.. I don’t write many reviews but I had to comment on this app. Magnifying Glass magnifies print and uses the iOS flashlight to give light to the print. For people with presbyopia it is a life saver. Ever try to read the directions on a container of medicine lately at age 45 and up?😖

3.5 out of 5 stars. Light is bright and the magnifying glass works well. My only complaint would be that you can not pull up/use another app simultaneously (texts, emails, Facebook, etc.) while using this app. Also too many adds which pop up and block what I’m doing at the slightest shake or movement. I’d rate this a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Must need. This app really makes seeing those fine print labels a breeze. The added great feature is the ability to turn on your phone light right on the app. If it is bad lighting your phone will light it up.

Magnifying Glass + Flashlight. Love this application. I’ve worn glasses since the 3rd. grade but just for being nearsighted. Bu now being in my 70’s my eyes have become a bit of problem I am having trouble seeing things that are closer so this application allows me to see thing on my iPad and other screen without using my now bifocal glasses. Magnifier/Camera. Very disappointing.... No clear image,magnifier Fades in and out. Too many ads covering screen makes taking a picture hard. Screen has constantly movement Makes difficult when you’re trying take a picture there’s so much junk on the sides of of the screen blocks part of image. So then Why would I upgrade? what would make me think that paying money would make it any better. It’s a nice idea,but it needs a lot of improvements..

Great app, few things🥺. I love the way it helps me do all my collage projects and get them done on time!!! But if you want the full truth there are tons pf glitches and this ipad is the pro so it is not me it is the app, plus this is brand new I got it yesterday, my dad got it for me for my birthday, I can only have 3 apps of my choice including games and this is ne of them so if you do not have y restrictions I reccomend you get this app for whatever you need it for, I lo,ve it but with all the things GET IT

Bad app. Almost unusable when trying to look at small items like white pills. And inserting ads is offensive. Now, your unwanted ad for the paid version is actually preventing me from getting back to your basic version. What Clever marketing!!

Wonderfully practical. A light is a very handy tool. What distinguishes this is the built magnifier. When this opens the light comes on immediately. Then there is a slider on the side that easily increases/decreases magnification. Well done!

No flashlight even with $1.99 update. I went to App Store to get a flashlight for my iPad. I saw this magnifier/flashlight combo, thought the two were a good deal. I wasn’t able to get the flashlight initially,did the upgrade only to find out that my iPad doesn’t support or have the hardware to support the flashlight. Now to try to get the $1.99 refunded. Two stars cause I-like the possible convenience.

Helps in a pinch for reading!. Until I recently got glasses I used this app on a routine basis for enlarging labels with fine print, low kites, menus, or on products that I couldn’t make out. The light is a great help too! I love the ability to enlarge and then take a photo! Thank you to the makers of this app! You Rock!!

Best one. I tried quite a few and I like this one because I can control the magnification with one thumb. I can focus with one thumb. I can freeze the screen with a longer touch. Only needs one hand while I hold the product in the other hand. Perfect for reading the ingredients on groceries or pills.

Mr Taylor. I like this app it’s really good if your having trouble seeing or reading anything then this is the app for you love it.

Magnifying glass. Warning..... It comes with a horrible attachment. When searching in Google, and you select your sight it redirects you constantly to advertising scams. You sometimes have to shut down the computer as the screen freezes in the advertisement.

Review. App doesn't work

Ad played before use.. Yeah, uninstalling now. I had things lined up to magnify but an ad started playing.

Not worth the $$$. The crystal clear is no different than none paid app. Not worth paying for upgrades

Now I see it. Great app for aging eyes. When the fine print is just too fine, this app brings it in to focus. Can’t believe I lived this long without it.

Better than iOS mag. I tried a dozen free magnifier apps one rainy weekend and this was the best.... by far. I upgraded to full version for the stabilizer. I will keep this despite the mag in the iOS 10 accessibility . I keep it on task bar and never get voiceover messed up when I triple click the home button

Good but blurs with movement. Able to read something without my reading glasses but tricky cuz letters blur with slight movement or when origin points change

Camera. My camera doesn’t work. 😢 I have hard time reading some texts, and I love reading to my guinea pigs at bedtime, but some books have small texts and are hard to read. I was hoping this would work but it didn’t. On my phone I even have the text full size so I can see it really easily. It’s not your app it’s my stupid phone. If it did work I would of given a five star review but I can’t. It has all the features just the part that should be able to zoom in on is black. Nothing will work. It is even hard for me to read my review, but I can see the letters on my keyboard just fine. 😁 I would love your app if I could love this phone, but how can a girl love her phone when she can’t take selfies and zoom in on words while reading to her guides pigs? Good but could be a little bit better with really not much work...quite blurry the larger you go and light is really to strong even at lowest level and causes a very strong reflection especially on plastic surfaces making it nearly impossible to read and even see words..if those issues are fixed this could be the best free app of its kind!!

Great when it works..for 2 min. It’s a great easy to use app when it works! Flash control and magnifying controls are user friendly but the app keeps shutting down with a black screen and a loading symbol then kicks you back out to the lock screen...uninstalling

I Can See.... Restaurant Menus! Young mom who needed reading glasses, I still need them to read a book or at work, but now at dinner I don’t have to remember to bring them!

Great focus. Tried others this one can focus up close when others cannot.

Pretty cool. Magnifier, light and camera work as advertised. I don't care the solicitations at the bottom of the screen. I would rather pay a few bucks and not have them.

Good choice. Thing are getting smaller day after day. My glasses aren’t strong enough, but this app helped me go read everything. Very effective app!

You need this app. Nothing better than always having a MagnifyGlass at your disposal.

In regards to the magnification. It’s a very good application for what you get the skill and magnification needs to be over more in tents level for more fun enjoyment world are using the free or premium app

Most Pointless App EVER. All it does is light up the room through my screen by accessing my camera. There was no magnifying. My phone came with a flashlight that literally Is to light up the room and a camera that lights up the screen with flash. This app seems completely pointless. I am absolutely thrilled that I did not pay money to upgrade. It has that going for it.

Handy utility app. A lighted magnifying glass comes in handy, but the ability of being able to take a photo of the magnified image is an added benefit that can’t be found with other magnifying apps.

Great!. Comes in so handy at restaurants or at home trying to read new recipes! Or for directions on a can or box. I’m so happy I have it!

Black Screen. I can’t see anything! It keeps turning on my flashlight but there is nothing on my screen.

Faulty upgrade. I wanted to upgrade the app to the paid version. The money has been taken but no upgrade features became available. When I want to use them I am offered to upgrade and pay money and when I follow further I get the message it has been upgraded already. Is it a joke?

More of an advertisement for other apps than an app.. I have to watch for videos to unlock any real features. Then when you do you find out that the features are only for 15 days so I’m probably going to get charged something after 15 days. The screen goes dark and my flashlight stays on. In fact it’s on right now.

Blurry. This app makes things blurry but it does zoom in so technically it works my five-year-old daughter try to use this app and she got very frustrated because she could not see because it was so blurry

Ads. Way too many ads impossible to delete.

Invaluable. Since discovering this app I use it near daily. I’ve also installed it on several of my family members phones who use it equally as much. Great app! Thanks

Great App!!!. Just opened and amazed how handy this is. When I couldn’t read a s/n I would take a pic and then enlarge. This app makes it so easy.

MagnifyGlass with Flashlight. Very useful tool to access by IPhone. No more difficulty reading the smaller print on boxes, instructions and other written material. Recommend that others add the app to their cellphone toolbox.

How does it have 40K ratings.... Ohhh man this app is bad. Compared to the other app with only 2k ratings, it’s hard to use. I mean, come on, this thing cant even focus. Plus, why would I want to lower my screen brightness while im trying to look at something??? Very poor, inefficient “magnifying glass” app. Save your storage space, and time. Do not download. 😒

Update’s a ripoff!. 1 star’s too much! I did the update and all of your settings have to be paid for!! Plus there’s a suspicious red gift box that keeps flashing and jumping. I smell a rat! I’ve had this for years and never paid for anything! Plus now there’s ads. I’m deleting NOW! Don’t trust this new version!!

Never fear a menu !. It’s great to know I have this app to be ready to read menus ,prescription info, any fine print anytime !

Great straightforward App. Does exactly what you’d want without overcomplicating. Adjustable light level is a nice setting, to avoid over lighting.

The best. The magnification app is terrific! The fine print was created not to be read. Now everyone will know what they are signing. Thank you!

The Light!. Why in the name of God’s green earth does the light automatically come on every time one opens the app. And you can’t turn it OFF? There should be a manual ON/OFF button! Haven’t had time to investigate too much further. Just couldn’t get past the problem mentioned above. Ugh!

Nifty. Great when you don’t have your glasses and need to read print especially when it’s dim light.

Tick Bite. I wish I knew about this app a long time ago. This is the best thing ever when looking at a tick bite for removal. You light it up and wow what a difference. Thank you so much for the great invention.

Terrible option. This appears to be free and is free for seconds at a time. Then you must wait 9 seconds before racing go try and focus in the allowed 2 seconds before you wait another 9 seconds. You must “upgrade” to get rid of these annoying restrictions. No thanks. I will carry my pocket Magnifying glass instead.

Loop holes. It’s a gratifying experience,I have noticed the amazing views you get with this eye piece thank you so much for letting me use this wonderful gadget you are the best in the whole world ,and that’s no lie.
