Be sure your insurance will cover your session.. Needed a doctors note to get back to work (sinus troubles) stating I wasn’t Covid compromised. Was sent to this service and was charged $55 for a 10+ min for a face time with an out of state doctor that I was transferred to. Was prescribed nothing but was told to take two days off. Well somewhere down the line there was an issue sending me the note and after a week of administrative Hell to get them to send an email I finally got it while missing days of work (unpaid) the entire time. Obnoxious in of itself but now I’m being hit with a surprise $226 bill for that same session because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Lawyer tells me it would cost more to fight than to just pay. That’s an expensive email friends.

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t matter how sick you are. Their policy is no antibiotics unless you’ve been sick over a week. My face is completely swollen, and I am blowing thick green snot out my nose and coughing up chunks of phlegm. I was working at a kids camp over a week ago and know exactly which kiddo got me sick. I definitely have bronchitis and a sinus infection confirmed by an in person urgent care who agreed that I really did need antibiotics to clear this up. This virtual clinic only prescribed those stupid little coughing pearls that do nothing. Save yourself the $49. It’s not worth it to be seen here.

Virtual visit Dr. Neme. Dr. Neme is definitely a 5-star rating. She takes the time to listen, understands and addresses your concerns, and I have complete faith in her as my doctor. However, there were some technical difficulties with the virtual visit, making it difficult to hear and follow what she was saying at times. If not for those technical problems, the virtual visit would have been perfect for me.

Very handy, minor issues. Set up appointment for a follow up and getting the app loaded and working was very easy. While selecting the insurance, it seemed like a short list of options. While scrolling through, if I stopped to shift my finger on the screen it assumed I "selected" the option that appeared centered in the window. When the provider started my appointment, she was on-time, courteous, thorough and very pleasant. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and will continue to use this.

The loveliest NP was quick to assist. The wait time was about 5 minutes with 1 person ahead of me. The practitioner who took the time to meet with me via video chat was a gem. Quite friendly for it being 6AM and seemed to ask the right investigative questions to get to the root of the problem and hopefully keep it from returning. Cannot recommend NP Katalyn Yenne enough!

Express tele health there when you’re away!. Practioner Marek was so very knowledgeable and concerned about my health and well being. She covered all aspects of my condition and made healthy suggestions. She warned me what to watch for and even covered me for an option after Antibiotic therapy! So relieved to have this tele health option especially when away from home.

Great Alternative. I used this app for a post surgery appointment. It’s great because you can be evaluated from the comfort of home. The nurse “looked” at my incisions and was pleased with the healing. She & I also went over where my pain was at and she was able to call in a prescription. So glad I didn’t have to drive to and wait at the doctors office.

BEST IDEA!. I am currently waiting for insurance through my new job, so I don’t have coverage to see a doctor. Walkins and primary care's are charging way too much for a visit. I decided to try this instead and I’m glad I did! The visit was only a $55 copayment without insurance, and the doctor was really informational and nice. The visit took less than 10 minutes, and she sent a prescription directly to my pharmacy. Even with insurance coming up, I’m still going to use this app for the minor stuff that pop up!

1st time visit successful. As a busy mom and professional waking up to pink eyes on a Friday morning, I decided to try the Online Dr Visit & App! Quick to add my info take a few pics of my eyes and then to see a dr face to face with my phone! I would highly recommend this as it saved me several hours of time i already dont have. Only recommendation I have is to have option to Sync Up Medical History from MyChart! So Drs are equipped to review current medical conditions & RX! Will try it again whenever symptoms require a quick visit

Excellent and easy!. Just finished a telemedicine appointment for my daughter. This is great! No commute, no parking. Short wait. An appointment that I would have to plan about 2 hours for with travel etc. was a total of 30 minutes on line with her established provider. App is easy to set up and takes you through the steps to use. Cleveland clinic offers 24 hour support for technical problems related to using this online system. Will use as often as it makes sense and don’t need to physically be seen. Follow ups are perfect for this platform.

Oklahoma to Cleveland. This gives me the absolute to visit my neurologist any time within the expense and travel time of going from Oklahoma to Cleveland and back. We are able to coordinate with my primary care provider to get testing done locally so that she can view the results. Then I only have to travel to Cleveland when treatment cannot be provided locally.

Best way to have main campus doctor appointment. I love this. I live in Barberton, Ohio. I work in Strongsville Family Health Center. And this the most fun and easiest way to see any provider. I am so glad that this online e-visit is applicable to specialists as I had to travel to Cleveland, Ohio from my work and the traffic was terrible and parking was hard and I would be running to get to my appointment. So this is a blessing. Thank you.

Great app and great care!. Wow! This is the first time I have used an online visit and it was great. Dr Pithwa is obviously experienced in online medicine and in the area I was needing. The app makes the online visit ridiculously easy. Wish I would have used it years ago instead of going to the physical doctors office. I definitely will use this again as needed.

Cleveland Clinic Does It Again! Great Product!. I am traveling and felt I had food poisoning. I’m from Cleveland but I tried a virtual product for the local hospital. That was a mistake. The local hospital site didn’t work on line and I ended up having to call online help to get an appointment scheduled. When completed the online help said it would be 90 min before they called. When I got off the phone and realized there was no need to use a local network so I went to my trusted CC. I signed up on line, had my consultation, felt very satisfied with the time the doctor took with me and the ease of prescribing meds. I was completed in 15 min. The local network has yet to call GREAT PRODUCT AS ALWAYS!

Great time saver!. First time use for this app. First time virtual visit also. The app is very easy to install and get up and running. I was able to put in my insurance and credit information with ease. This made the process super fast and without miscommunications. The ability to take a picture and post it for the provider as well as their ability to access your history and meds is key to a good visit. This was simple and straightforward. I highly recommend this app for simple issues in healthcare. My follow up visit which is uncomplicated, went extremely quickly and without a problem.

Dealing with the BEST just got easier!’. First, Cleveland Clinc is amazing! Everything is so integrated and when you connect your surgeon, endocrinologist, and primary care physician together in an ongoing dialog the outcome shifts way to the side of success. I live an hour and a half from the clinic. Today I saw my surgeon, Dr McKee, we discussed my progress, and he inspected my toe all without me leaving my living room. Virtual Dr. Visit. I have been a patient at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland for over five years in the neurological department. I an unable to drive. After using virtual visits I am so pleased that I do not need to find someone to drive me over four hours each way. The Doctors at Cleveland Clinic are the best and always are knowledgeable about the latest medications available and also drug trials. I would recommended them to many people with diseases that are not getting better or may be misdiagnosed. And using this app for the virtual visit works great!

Virtual visit. I wasn’t sure how the online virtual visit would go, but was very pleased at the ease of logging on as well as the clarity of the appointment (both the video and the audio).Although I prefer the in person visit, the virtual visit is a great way to connect with your doctor when an in person visit is not possible.

Excellent Service. My wife and I all four of our boys (ages 3-11) are sick. Between 4:30 am and 8:30 am this morning (Sunday l),we had 6 doctor appointments, and we are all going to be treated for influenza. No long lines at the ER or urgent care The only reason we need to leave the house is to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy when they open. This is an amazing service. I wish we would have discovered it years ago!

Express Care. I had an online visit with Erin Basilius, she was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and helpful. I was worried I would have the Covid 19 virus and since I have no fever I’m not worried about having it yet. I have mild asthma, she made sure I had enough of my inhaler left and my Tessalon Pearls I have tried for the cough, which was working. But since I’m almost out she refilled both for me. I feel so much more relieved. Thank you Erin for reassuring me! I will return to this Online Express Care if I do get a fever. I really like this Express Care Online!

On-Line Review. Years ago I swore to never use an on-line doctor visit again. Today I broke my promise and used on on-line appointment, mainly due to being unable to get a ptimary care appointment and my reluctance to visit an urgent care with the COVID pandemic in full bloom. After completing the pre on-line questionnaire, the physician asked for information on many of the questions responded to in the questionnaire. After responding to his questions I sensed I was wasting both my time and his time. I believe the doctor assumed something viral was the issue, while I was thinking something else that I have a long history and experience dealing with. Lastly, the pre on-line questionnaire is rather straightforward, although I suspect the doctor was not seeing exactly how I responded. Also the billing information needs work. It asks if you have insurance and then gives a limited number of insurance providers requesting the name of the insurance company. If you responded that your insurance company isn’t listed there is no option to write-in your insurance company, and than proceeds to inform the costs of the visit will be billed to your credit card, with no option to go back and revisit the listed insurance companies. I’m back to never wanting to use the on-line process again. .

Fantastic and most convenient way to receive care. All the CCF providers have excellent bedside manners, are empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough, and work hard to provide to give you the best care! Express care app is easy to use and totally convenient. I can use it anywhere. Plus I can choose which provider I want to see for my current health issues.

No insurance options!!. While waiting my turn for my 4yr old daughter who randomly spiked a 102 fever at midnight, I decided to try this app to save myself some waiting time and gas but while filling out All our information I find out there’s no insurance option other than BCBS, CCF employee, or medical mutual... Um what?? Why? And then they want you to pay a $49 copay!? I don’t even have a copay w my insurance for office or emergency visits. This app makes no sense without being able to enter your own insurance information, especially seeing as CCF accepts a wide range of insurances! I’d love to use this app because I have 4 children, Please add more insurance options to match the list of those accepted by CCF so more people can use this app without being charged an arm!

Accessibility for low vision. Although I was able to use Cleveland clinic express care it was a challenge because to answer the questions I had to double tap with three fingers in order to make the screen larger. This was a bit of a challenge mostly because I have to use my finger to move the magnifying bar across the page in order to read the questions this is not something I feel I should have to do in order to use Express Care there should be an option to make the prints not only bolder and darker but bigger so that low vision users will have the same accessibility as fully cited users. Those who are totally blind can use voice over I am in the gray area where I don’t see really well and have enough usable vision to use it but not use it the application affectively please I urge you to make changes to make this accessible for everybody who uses it thank you

Sunday morning visit. Symptoms described to nurse practitioner, she gave me a plan of care. Put an order in for me to do lab work the next day, just so we are sure the diagnosis is correct with medication prescribed. Virtual visit took less than 10 minutes. Was greeted with a smile and very pleasant. Andrea made me feel like I’ve seen her in the office before. Cudos CCF. I will not hesitate to use again!!

Vitual visit with dentist. Everything went great. Suggestion. for a first time user if you have a phone holder to put on a tripod the phone has to be up and down and not long ways on the tripod otherwise the doctor is one way and you are sideways in the picture. My Tripod phone holder is meant to have the phone long ways for videotaping. For this application the phone has to be mounted short way, Held by the bottom of the phone then mounted on the tripod. Maybe you can call support up and ask them before you use the app that’s the only problem I had

App has a minor problem. Was on hold for a doctor for 40 minutes and received a few text messages which I was unable to respond to. All of a sudden they switched me to a new Doctor Who was great but it was inconvenient that I waited all that time.

Convenient. An appointment from home everything I was looking for instead of waiting at an office all sick and uncomfortable. Even if it takes 2 hours I’m at home in my nice sofa or bed ! Just make sure you have a good wifi connection or it will take forever!

For me, it works!!. This App is great!! I had my Rt. Shoulder replaced in Sept. - I live in Michigan, & it’s a 5 hour plus drive to get to the Clinic - but it’s worth it because the quality of care is superior - My Dr. likes to have Post-Op check ups starting at 2 weeks, then progressing out to 6-8-12 weeks - For us to travel that often, that far would be a hardship - Dr. Iannotti offered this “Virtual” option, & it’s fabulous!!! He can see me, observe my movements answer my questions - I can see his nurse, Jan, as well, & talk to her prior to the Dr. joining in - It’s a great option - It provides the comfort of seeing your Doctor, in “person”, without the stress & expense of a 2 day, overnight Road Trip! Why isn’t everyone using this!!!. I don’t want to give this secret out but it’s too amazing not to share. What a great application. Log in, answer a few questions, link your medical history and health application right to this app, the doctor can see everything he needs. You are face to face with a doctor within minutes. Awesome app. Highly recommended.

Terrible.. Last night I waited 3 hours online ( 28 patients before me) for Dr. Donita Diamond. My husband has been coughing a lot so I thought it was a good idea to use the online services first instead of going out of the house with all this pandemic that is happening all around us. After waiting for such a long time the Doctor dropped the call. Even when they ask you to include your telephone number in case they need to call you, the doctor didn’t even call back. Even when I totally understand how overwhelming most be for doctors to try to help so many people specially during this crazy times we all are leaving right now, they should not drop calls on those waiting. Not getting back to those waiting at lease with a call or an email it make the whole experience even worse.

Temp solution. I rare a 4 bc it will help only for a short term solution. The doctor was not Cleveland clinic physician which I assumed he would be. He prescribed me medicine for only 1 month until I see my primary care physician. I tried that last summer and Cleveland clinic said my guy wasn’t open for scheduling when I tried to make a well check up. I want to be able to pick my provider and that means I try to avoid names that aren’t as American fashioned bc the language barrier for emotional bed aide manner was lacking in past experiences. Therefore I feel like I only found a 1 month solution to my anxiety. At least I’ll know if his meds will work well when and if I find my primary care doctor.

Would highly recommend!. This was almost too convenient. I have two young kids and a husband that works long hours. Needless to say, going to the doctors is difficult. I saw the doc from the comfort of my home without having to lug my children around in the cold. He listened, asked question, and was super friendly. Will definitely be using again!

Cardiac second opinion. Dr. Callahan was thorough, thoughtful and kind when we called to get his opinion on the latest heart developments of my husbands. We felt much better and will use this app again whenever he needs it. (He also commiserated with us on the Browns but doesn’t think watching them should cause any heart problems!!)

Just on suggestion.... Overall, great. Understanding that providers quickly generate a queue for virtual visits, I often had to restart the process with a new provider when the one I selected became unavailable while I was in the middle of entering my background information. Each time, I had to select a new provider and restart entering all the same data relative to my visit. It would be helpful if I only had to enter this data once, even though I might be cycling through the availability of providers. Otherwise, really incredible resource!

Awesome way to follow up!. I had a follow up visit with my regular OB regarding my post partum blood pressure and it went very smooth! I didn’t have to bring my newborn into the office to have a check up and all my questions were answered. I have been checking my BP at home so we had my numbers to discuss. I highly recommend this as a quick check in with the provider!!

Virtual Visit is a Great Tool. The process is easy and so helpful especially when one would have great difficulty or could not make it to the Clinic for an Office Visit. My Physician, Dr. Christina Lindenmeyer is so good whether doing an Office or Virtual Visit. She has been a Godsend and I can’t imagine how I could deal with all the complications I’ve had without her excellent care. WOW!. First time using online visit and I am wondering why I’ve waited so long!! Didn’t have to miss work, Provider was so personable and knowledgeable. Gave me great info & lots of education. Really developed the confidence needed between pt & provider. Just had a minor rash I wanted looked at-done in 15 minutes & I am thrilled! Will definitely use this service again❤️ try it - you’ll like it!

Great option. This is a great option if you have a sore throat or sinus infection, something like that. You can see the doctor from the comfort of your own home… He even had me hold the camera up to my mouth so I could say awwww and he can look at my throat. The only thing I would comment on is that it gives you a choice of physicians and if the wait time is shorter with somebody else they come on and tell you that and ask if you want to switch to the other doctor. When I switch to the other doctor I had to put in all of my symptoms and information all over again so I’m not sure it was shorter I doing that. If you could switch to another doctor without having to input your information again, it would be helpful. Thanks for this great option. Cleveland Clinic Specialist from a Distance. I was able to easily log on and see a world renowned Cleveland Clinic headache specialist even though I live hours away. The visit was no different than if I had been sitting in the office, except that I didn’t have the hassle of the drive, parking, wait, etc. I sat comfortably in my own home while I discussed my symptoms with the neurologist. She made treatment suggestions and sent a new medication to a local pharmacy. From now on, I hope to see all of my doctors this way. I am still marveling at the experience!

Post-op visit. This is a great option. I do however feel that the first visit should with the doctor. Other visits for follow-ups could be done this way, unless there are problems, and then a final visit should be back with the doctor. The pa I had was extremely professional and easy to talk with re: all the questions I had.

No History / No follow-up. Doctor case is good, however the app has no history of appointments, making it a terrible tool for ongoing help. I’ve had 3 appointments and nothing has been added to MyChart, there is no log or email of who I have seen or what the have prescribed. It’s chaotic. It seems like a sales tool. The last provider said I would get all of the information in MyChart but there is nothing, and no way for me to refind or contact the provider. Seems like a shabby app just market telehealth to make a little extra dough.

Couldn’t Consult due to State location. My first experience started at 8:30a waited One hour to get ‘not able to connect’ from the Nurse Practitioner, waited again another 20 minutes to do an actual consultation but come to find out they could not prescribe to someone in FL, WHAT? - doesn’t the App route to the correct people on the other end? My profile clearly stated my location and address, Not from my experience, I tried 3 more times but this time under my reason for consult I put in parentheses FL patient got declined several times, not licensed to treat a FL Patient. One or 2 medical staff available at any given time with a huge list of Offline people, disappointed! All I needed was an anti-inflammatory for the excruciating pain I’m going through.

Virtual visit. I really like this option with the Covid-19 going on. This provides less chance of exposure. Also our family lives in Columbus so for more urgent matters other than the normal wellness checks, we don’t have to go to another provider. We love our doctors and would rather make the drive to be able to keep them as our primary providers rather than fine new ones here in Columbus.

Rough start. Great concept and the online visit was amazing. Waited 15 minutes. Saw Dr. Diagnosed correctly. Had meds at my pharmacy within 30 minutes. Problem is billing. Had to pay full amount ($55) versus my $10 co pay. My insurance wasn’t listed correctly. Have spent about two hours of my life trying to find out how to be reimbursed so I would give that 1 star. If they get that corrected five stars all the way.

Great concept but they don’t have this quite right yet. Here was my experience. My eyelid was swollen and I was leaving town for a long weekend in Nashville. So I had a doc check me out online and provide a prescription for eye drops. That part was fine. But two days later, my eye was significantly worse. So I waited until the same doc was online, about an hour, then waited 45 more minutes because two people were ahead of me. After our 10 minute conversation she was going to write a prescription for an antibiotic but realized I was in Tennesee and then informed me she couldn’t consult me outside of Ohio. Mind you, I put in the address of the Tennessee pharmacy before the consultation, so the info was there. So then I got online again but had to wait an hour to get time with the doc because there were three people ahead of me. When I finally got through, she was disconnected from the internet and my call was dropped. Even though I provided my number upfront, she didn’t call me back. So I got online again. This time one person was ahead of me. So I waited 20 minutes, finally got through and the doc dropped the call again. In frustration for wasting the better part of one of my vacation days, I went to an Express Care Clinic. I saw a doc and was left in 45 minutes. I like the idea of this because it will be a time saver once they get a better user experience perfected.

Virtual Visit. I was very please to discuss my spine condition with my neurosurgeon. You need to see the doctors expressions when they tell you that together, we are going to undergo a very difficult surgery. The Virtual Visit started the Team for the weeks to come and kept me from a 10 hour drive. I highly recommend that you use this method of Care, when applicable. NorthernEuropean

Great Post Op Tool. Really love this app for post op range of motion check ups. 5 minute appointments versus driving and waiting is great if your schedule is demanding, or even if you just don’t want to waste time. Ultimately the app will only be as good as the service provided by your doctor but I’ll be asking all my doctors about setting this up for quick appointments.

Don’t waste ur time and money for back pain relief. It was easy to set up for my first time using. I had 4 people waiting in front of me for the same doctor, but it was surprisingly quicker than I would have expected. I am having lower back spasms couldn’t sleep at all last night and it’s a Sunday. I was going to go to express care but I really wanted to see a doctor for meds, not a nurse practitioner so I decided to try this. The doctor was great he did a thorough check over the phone and agreed with me that I am having lower back spasms. He prescribed me an anti-inflammatory. I asked about a muscle relaxer and he said he wanted to prescribe it, agrees that is what I need but said he was surprised he’s not allowed to prescribe that on line I would have to be seen in person for that. So I was very disappointed that an actual doctor was not able to treat me as a patient with the right medication. I tried the anti-inflamatories he prescribed and they did nothing. So now I will have to make an appointment to see a doctor to get what I really need. I wish they told me before I wasted $49+$20 for meds, that he is not able to prescribe “real medication” on line. This might be good for something else where u just need antibiotics or something. Don’t bother if u are having back pain.

#1 choice. This is a great option when you have weird hours there almost always drs available they are professional and know exactly what they are doing. I have used this many times for many different issues and will only go to the office if it’s something a little more serious.

Easy and convenient. For an uncomplicated visit, this would be my preferred type of appointment. Much more convenient than an office visit, was able to multitask while waiting in line, and no germs were exchanged. My doc was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing. It’s a great app I live in akron, I’ve driven up to Cleveland so many times to see the doctors that I can’t count, this was very convenient and it is a cheap alternative if you don’t have insurance to talk to someone instead of paying a big office visit fee.

Express care Cleveland Clinic. Web site is difficult to maneuver, a little confusing when can’t put birthday in like other sites and not listing Medicare or United Health care in your list of providers. Also if you want to correct something you can’t backspace just a couple spaces

Big Time Saver. The Virtual Visit is a big time save for me. I work 75 minutes from the doctors office so it was a big help not needing to take off work or spend the time and money to drive. Thank you for making this possible.

Great Option!. I had a great doctor who really listened to me. She reviewed all my meds and she listened to me coughing. She could tell I was bringing up mucus when I coughed and she wrote a script for amoxicillin. I was very relieved to not have to go out in the rain to see a provider AND it’s Saturday!

Virtual visit. We are having a snowstorm in our city, so it was infinitely easier and safer to have a virtual visit with my doctor rather than drive two hours to see him. It was a great visit, had my questions answered, all while drinking a cup of coffee in my warm kitchen.

So Helpful. The Physician Assistant Salvortore B made me feel so at ease in helping me navigate through everything I needed to talk to him about. He explained what I need to do and definitely made me understand everything I need to know. First time doing a virtual office visit and I highly recommend it as well as talking to this Physician Assitant

Wonderful care!. The doctor was caring and listened to my symptoms and even offered an alternative antibiotic because I tolerate some better than others! Highly recommend this site; especially when you cannot get to an urgent care ;)

Paid full amount, even though on Medicare. The forms to fill out before appt are pretty long, then you enter a credit card number. Even though Cleveland Clinic has my insurance it was not applied and I had to pay before seeing Dr. the visit was satisfactory. But there is no itemized invoice or even a receipt so I have no idea how I can submit to insurance.

Great option. The doctor was great, make me feel confortable about my issue, she listened to everything I had to said, I will definitely used this option again in a future. Thank you.

Love the app. I have used this app twice. I find it wonderful to be able to connect with my doctor this way. Not only do i NOT. Have to drive 2 hours to get there, but I see him exactly on time! No waiting in the office. If I’m scheduled for 8:40am, he’s there at 8:40, not 9:00 or 9:15! Love it! Also, love my doc!

Top Notch. My appointment was with Dr Cynthia Horner today. She answered all my questions, took her time with me and made me feel reassured about my concerns today. I will definitely use Cleveland Clinic Express in the future and will absolutely recommend Dr Horner to everyone that uses this service!!

Too many questions.. I really appreciate the availability the app gives us. One problem I had was by the time I filled out pages and pages of information the provider was no longer available. I went back in and selected a different provider, but maybe you could put the information questions at the end instead of the beginning.

Our first visit. This was our first visit online (as we didn’t want to risk going out for an ear infection). It was very easy and helpful. Our nurse was great with my 2 year old and asked the right questions! I am confident in this service and will definitely use it again.

Really helps. If you physically can’t get to a doctor in person or are scared to, don’t be afraid to use this app to connect with a medical professional for help. The doctors are patient and kind and know what they are doing. They will help you the best they can.

Life Saver. I love this app. My communication with my doctor was very clear and the app communicated with me while in the waiting room. I otherwise would have to drive 5 hours to see my specialist but this app saved the day. 5 stars 👍🏽

A Great Idea. I really like that I can get to a doctor so quickly for minor issues. My only complaint about the application is that when I took a picture to add to my submission it cleared out most of the information I already had entered and I had to re-enter it.

Excellent office visit. Advantage: no travel, no time spent in waiting room. As a lung transplant patient my immune system is lowered, thus I do not worry about catching something. Make sure you have all your pertinent data so you can answer questions intelligently and not waste Doctors time.

Great Visit. Had a great visit. It would have been great if the Dr. Would have had access to my Cleveland Clinic records. This was advertised as a Cleveland Clinic service, but the Dr. I spoke with was affiliated to a different organization. At the end the visit was great, but he was unwilling to change medications and suggested I go see my primary care Dr. Could not save myself a trip to the Dr.

No availability. There is not 24/7 care. All practitioners are either all offline or the ones that are online have long wait lines and will go offline before you can fill out the waiting room information. Customer care at most will ”put in a ticket” if you provide all of your personal information to create a “case”, despite calling in for a sick spouse. It was very poor service and no care.

Innovative & Convenient. My doctor office doesn’t open until 9, however this service allowed me to interact share pictures be diagnosed and give recommended treatment. I’m considering switching health systems because of this.

Excellent experience. What a convenient way to get medical treatment. She was able to listen to my breathing and look in my throat through my device. Allison was so friendly and knowledgeable! Just a little bit more money than a urgent care co-pay. So worth it!

Love this !!!!!!!. My doctor is located over 2 1/2 from me I have seziures and can’t drive I’m at the mercy of those around me for there help this app allowed me a doctors visit without the hassle of driving wasting gas and absorbing for 5 hours of total driving time ! I absolutely love this and I’m so thankful that it’s even an option

Dr Katie Yemen. She was very patient and very personable. She took the time to ask questions and listen to my responses. She has a great smile and a super demeanor. I am very happy I waited for her visit! Katie gave me some other suggestions to moisturizers other than what I use. She was awesome!

Room for improvement. In my first attempt to make a virtual appointment with the clinic, there were 18 patients ahead of me. I waited for about 70 minutes and then the doctor shut down. I assume she was done for the day. The Clinic should not make patients wait unless the doctor will stay on duty to speak with them. The second attempt was another 60 minute wait but at least it was productive as I spoke to a physician.

Worse Than Useless. After entering a boatload of information they already have on file, I selected an available nurse practitioner. Next, I entered a lot of information about my current problem. A pop up said my selected nurse practitioner was no longer available. I selected another available NP and BELIEVE IT OR NOT! they want me to reenter all the information about my condition again! This APP was designed by a moron. I’ll call instead of wasting my time with this.

Doctor great Tech issue. Our physician was excellent. The technology is frustrating. After completing info required if physician becomes unavailable it kicks you out & makes you complete all intake information again. This has happened the last three times I’ve used this app. Seems like an easy I.T. fix.

Nice option but has bugs in the app. When I got a clinician available, it took so long to fill out my info she was no longer available. Had to go back to clinician list and retype some of my info for the visit and picture three times before finally getting to someone. This is surely a high demean time, I understand but please fix the ability to choose a new clinician or to get on the original clinician waitlist without having to fill out the info again.

Absolutely Amazing. For someone like me who has very few health concerns and simply needs an antibiotic or a refill on a prescription every now and the. This is absolutely amazing. Simple, easy, reliable available on my schedule when I can get to it. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Easy to use & Doctor was amazing!. I had an excellent visit but more importantly the doctor I had today was phenomenal! Super pleased with him. He was so kind, helpful & professional. I feel much better after talking to with him!

Garbage. Doctors sign offline while you are waiting in line to see them! You’ll be informed “unfortunately this provider is no longer available , let me transfer you to a new one”. Then you’ll be kicked back to the opening screen, forced to fill out forms and approve co-pay all over again and placed at the end of a new line. When I was transferred to a third provider and had already waited 2.5 hours for doctors that signed off before finishing the queue, I gave up

Wonderful and convenient. I have to drive about 3 hours, round trip, to visit my doctor. This app allows me to visit my doctor from home. Its a full split screen and the video and sound are good quality.

Easy to use and saves so much time!. We are not local to our doctors in Cleveland, Ohio so having the ability to have a virtual visit saves us time and money (time off work, travel, lodging etc.). We love our team there and love having this option when appropriate!

Super option for homebound. This is amazing. I am so happy, being homebound, not to arrange transportation etc for a quick visit! Quality of the conference is great clear and can not only be on the iPhone but the computer as well.

Hard time connecting. I had a very long wait because my iPad would not connect to the provider. They left me a message to switch from my iPad to my iphone and wahlah it worked.

Virtual appt at Cleveland Clinic. I just finished a follow up appointment using the virtual appointment. I was a little nervous about the appointment. Would it seem as thorough as being on site? It was great for a follow up. The app was easy to use. Saved me six hours of driving. Very convenient.

Great way to have an online doc visit. Only downside was the provider I picked was no longer available by the time I typed in all the required information. When I went back to pick another provider I had to retype in some of the info.

Dr Cecilia Lansang. Very impressive doctor! Obviously smart and knowledgeable and a delightful personality. She provided me with a lot of very helpful and useful information. I am lucky to have found her, and I know she will be able to help me successfully manage my condition. Definitely looking forward to my next visit with her!

Video appointment. I found this to be very helpful. I was not able to see the surgeon during my pre-op visit to the Cleveland Clinic so the staff recommended the video appointment. The video conference with the surgeon answered all my questions and put most of my concerns to rest.

Very Helpful First 2 Visits. I’ve used the app for consultations twice now, and have found it to be a great service to have. The PA’s I’ve met with were very helpful; the whole process was seamless and efficient. Highly recommended

Traveling for the holiday. This was perfect! I got on a plane yesterday and felt a UTI coming on. I called in on Thanksgiving morning and it only took a few minutes to get to see a doctor. He even had me tap on my own lower back and press my abdomen to look for pain. I’m so impressed! Thank you so much for this.
