The worst streaming platform around. I was thinking about signing up for a membership but the app is extremely difficult to use, every time i open it to watch the one show i’m watching it takes a while to find because they don’t have any “continue this episode” section on their home screen so i have to manually search it every time and scroll to try to remember what episode i was on. On top of that, the amount of ads for the free trial is disgusting, I understand needing ads to cover the free trials but there are times when you’ll watch 7-8 ads in one break and 2 of them will be the exact same ad playing over again. And, if you have picture-in-picture on when an ad comes on, it restarts the whole episode so you have to scroll back to where you were and watch another 5-7 ads. It’s honestly infuriating because you can tell that the company doesn’t care about the customers just the money they make and I definitely will not be continuing the free trial to a membership.

Practically perfect!. I recently decided to give a few non traditional cable companies a try using their free trials (Sling, Philo, & Fubo). Fubo was the first one I tried (even though I had never heard of it) & I immediately loved everything about it. The layout of the app, the channels offered, the price... everything has been great! I have not experienced a single issue. I have loved it so much that I canceled my other free trials midway through just so I could pay for Fubo & have everything I needed again. My ONLY gripe is that TruTV & TNT aren’t supported on here. But I get so many other channels that I love & can’t get anywhere else that it’s still worth for me! One of my favorite things is you can favorite your favorite channels so that they appear at the top of the app & then you can easily go through them & see what’s playing on your favorite channels. Kinda like a customized TV guide. It truly is amazing & worth every cent!

Doesn’t work—> FIXED WITH QUICKNESS. It doesn’t let me log in or go to home page or link it with safari when I log in through that. Just says that it’s expired and to go onto their site which doesn’t help. Had trouble wrote bad review (1 ⭐️) yesterday evening because I ended up missing the Real Madrid game and Sergio Ramos’s B E A U tiful free kick goal. They replied and had an update for me the next morning not even a full 24 hours later. Fully fixed my issue. Kudos to their team for taking care of my issue with the quickness. Only reason for not giving 5⭐️ is cause I had an issue to begin with. Would give 4.5 ⭐️s if I could since they handled it on the fly. Gave the next best thing, 4⭐️. Would totes recommend to an Fút, soccer, footy fans for sure. They offer that and them some. I know my opinion isn’t much but thanks to the fuboTV app team for taking care of my issues and getting back to me in record speed. Enjoyed the Chelsea v man city game just now thanks to you guys

Unreliable. There seems to be a lot of issues with FuboTV with bandwidth. The service is pretty reliable until an NFL Sunday or for other big sporting events. On those days the channels often don’t load, or cut out and rebuffer almost constantly. I was very engaged with Fubo support who generally pointed the blame at others. At first they told me I probably don’t have a fast enough internet plan. I’m fairly tech savvy and have bandwidth meters running at the router and modem level. Bandwidth was never an issue. They also blamed the networks themselves and suggested I download the individual network apps and stream through them. At that point I bailed and went back to YouTubeTV (I had left them spring of 2021 because they didn’t carry NESN which run all the Red Sox games) and surprise surprise, all my issues went away. If Fubo can get out of their own way and fix their issues they’d be a fine streaming service. Until then, I’d recommend avoiding them.

SCAM!. I needed a tv service other than cable and saw that this one had a free trial so I thought I would give this one a try. During my first attempt to watch something it froze on me about 30 times and one time for about 15 minutes. I was on WiFi that’s pushed online gaming daily with no issues. So I tried to cancel my trial but their systems were down. Attempted 4 different times to cancel this with no luck. I finally sent an email asking them to cancel it and they said there’s a problem with my account and please call them. By the time I got the email response they had already charged my account. Convenient right? So finally they agreed to cancel my subscription at the end of the current 30 days they charged me for but not refund me for the charges that came AFTER multiple attempts to cancel but their system not allowing it AND emails asking them to do so. A couple weeks later I wanted to watch a football game so I figured heck since I was charged for it why not use it to at least watch this game. After multiple times of it freezing and buffering and a few that were so bad I had to completely back out of the app and restart everything(and once where nothing worked to get the game to stream for over 20 minutes) I finally gave up. Well what would top off the perfect scam? Just over 3 weeks after promising that my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again….I got charged again!!! Save your time and money and look elsewhere

Great content but service down on big games. FuboTV has me a bit disappointed as of lately. I love that they provide access to all the soccer channels that I love. Even BeInSports Connect Channels. At least almost all; no Fox Sports and thus no Champion’s League without paying for a bunch of other non-soccer channels. But that is not the biggest problem. The biggest problem I have had is that I pay FuboTV for La Liga games and World Cup qualifiers. Imagine my disappointment when when trying to watch big important games such as El Classico or big important World Cup Qualifier games and the service comes down. Their excuse as per their customer support? Didn’t expect the surge in demand. Well, if I can’t watch the games that I want to watch and that I am PAYING FOR, what good is this service? They should increase their capacity to be able to provide all their customers for the content that customers are paying for. I am very upset.

Arizona Cardinals. Both this week and last weeks games we have tried to stream the Arizona Cardinals game. I don’t remember who was playing before the Cardinals, but it was the 4th quarter and there was maybe 3 minutes left. You should’ve just switched right over to the Cardinals game but you didn’t and we missed the start of the game. This week it said Cardinals vs Panthers. The Seahawks and Lions were playing. There was 3 mins left in that game and you didn’t switch it over to the Cardinals game. Even after the Seahawks vs Lions game was over you switched it to the post game review then 10 top most extreme WWEE moments instead of switching over to the Cardinals game! Get your stuff together and play the game you’re supposed to when it’s on. We don’t care about the WWEE, we care about the Cardinals game and you completely dismissed the game. Never will use this app to watch the Cardinals game ever again because clearly you don’t care about the Cardinals.

Best streaming service I’ve seen. And I’ve tried them all. I chose DTVNow when I cut the cord. What I didn’t count on was that the app was constantly glitchy, their prices went up, they changed their packages, and didn’t offer a lot of the channels I like. I was willing to stick with them in the name of cord cutting, but then I came across Fubo more or less by accident. I don’t care about sports channels so Fubo never seemed like an option for me. But when I tried them out for a week with their free trial offer I was pleasantly surprised. Fubo is a much more stable platform than DTVNow and I’m really impressed with the channels they offer - especially since they only charge $4/month more than DTVNow for a bigger selection. That’s $4 well spent imo. My two suggestions to make the Fubo experience on Roku perfect is to add a “last channel” feature so that you can quickly flip back and forth between two channels. Also, I’m not super impressed with how the networks are laid out on the home screen or in the guide. It seems a very random order, even after you pick your favorites. It would be much better to have the networks alphabetized so that they’re easier to find.

Not helpful!. Honestly I would have given a higher rating but my experience with their system and customer service was appalling. I signed up for a 7 day trial one day because I wasn’t at home and wanted to watch a game and the app that I normally use didn’t work, I was going to see how it is and decide if I was maybe going to use it when I stop using cable. So I cancelled my trial and I thought I was safe but I was wrong I still got charged even after I deleted the app from my phone, I tried calling customer service about it and I even sent a screenshot of my browser history that showed when I cancelled it but she still said that I couldn’t get a refund. You can keep the money and I hope the $44 will make a big change in your revenues for the year, just know that you just lost a potential client but then again it seems like it doesn’t matter to you. I’m subscribed for one more month but I’m not gonna use this app, I this point I just donated money to Fubo so you’re welcome.

Great streaming service!. I love fubo, I recently got rod of the cable box to join the streaming community and I am definitely not regretting it! Streaming is so easy and way more personalized compared to cable. I can still watch all of my favorite shows (including msg), and not have to worry about all the wires hanging everywhere and paying for unnecessary channels. Don't even get me started with the fan view option for when you want to watch sports games... its amazing! Overall, very happy with my purchase. Fubo is great! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to switch to a streaming service, including the fact that it saves me so much money per month now as compared to cable. I basically got rid of cable tv, phone, and router and switched to fubo streaming service, with verizon gigabit wifi and its amazing. Totally totally recommend!

Use to be great. Fubotv use to be a great streaming service but they seem to have issues keeping channels. About a year ago they lost FX networks and after months they returned now recently they have lost lifetime and several other popular channels. So twice in a years time multiple popular channels have disappeared with only a very few coming back. Fubo doesn’t want to cut the price of service despite loosing channels and the service seems to give you the huddle up we’re having issues from the source we’re working on it many times daily. The service has gotten to the point of not worth what you pay. The company keeps rocking in stocks so they could lower the cost or pay what the broadcasters want to keep them, I could care less how much the CEO makes but without customers he will loose money. Leave the channels alone and stop being cheap and trying to pay them less people choose you for what you offer they leave you if you stop offering what they need. This is another company that wants to get rich from screwing customers

Not enough for me. Fubotv has potential but it’s not for me I’m a big time sports fan and tried Fubo for over 3 months. First off the pricing is good $75 dollars a month. Great selection of channels. But the app lags a lot no matter your Wi-Fi signal strength. And when I’m on the go my cellphone can have full signal the app doesn’t work when I’m not home. Also when watching sports games the app is usually 2 to 3 plays behind regular which if your a fan of sports and you’re always talking to friends watching the game this causes spoilers. Even if you are able to deal with that the app doesn’t work without Wi-Fi and I have Sunday ticket and it works well without Wi-Fi. So I have to leave Fubotv that’s a deal breaker but if your a home body it’s a good app. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who doesn’t always have access to Wi-Fi

New app experience is a downgrade. Some of my Roku devices were updated last night with the new app experience. There are several annoyances with this new experience that make it a big downgrade from the previous version of the app. 1) The channel that you're watching will stop playing when the back button in pressed to view the guide. As you surf around in the guide, if you want to simply go back and watch the channel you were watching, you've got to surf to that channel in the guide, because of the next complaint. 2) If you press the back button to view the guide while you're watching a channel (which will stop playing), there's no longer the option to press the play/pause button to resume watching the channel you were watching. 3) There is no previous-channel functionality that you used to have by long-pressing the back button. No matter how long you press the back button it takes you to the awful guide. 4) The guide moves very slowly and doesn't have an extra-fast speed if you long-press the up or down buttons. All of the added channel graphics in the guide are a waste of resource and just take up space. They add no value. The new app experience is a downgrade from the previous app and is not ready for paying customers. I pay 3 months at a time and may have to rethink my strategy if this is the kind of downgrade I'm going to be getting in the future.

I was happily impressed with fubo. I just recently cut the cord from cable, I was offered 10 dollars off you tube and 10 off philo (one year on philo) . I signed up and sat down on Sunday to watch the bruins play, when I realized that you tube didn’t have nesn on it, but fubo offed it. We canceled you tube and Phillip and joined fubo. When I use fubo on my computer it has sometimes buffer on you, I purchased a fire stick and it works perfectly. I purchased the ultimate package and I was extremely impressed by fuboTV. It has some bugs and it is new way to learn to watch tv, but I can watch tv now anywhere. I have tried the others and in my book fuboTV is the best package for what you get live, and local channels. Check FuboTV out, you might be happily impressed.

Almost perfect. I’m new to fuboTV. Love it for the most part. What definitely could improve is to have the ability to turn off channels you don’t watch or use so that they wouldn’t show up in the guide, etc. For example, I think there are at least 19 Spanish language channels I will never watch, yet there they are clogging up my guide. I’ve read that a clunky work around us to favorite all the channels you watch and then order them how you like. This is not an ideal solution. One, yiu now really don’t have any favorites, and two, those other channels are now just at the bottom of the guide clogging it up there. Plus, when you use network vii, their icons are still there making every else harder to find. Come on fubo, it can’t be that hard to let us turn off channels ( or at least hide them from the guide). Otherwise, I’m excited to use this service. Just wish they had a few other channels like CNN, History, TNT, TBS. CHEERS 🍻

Content is great. Customer Service sinks the ship. I loved being able to watch as much soccer as I could handle, as well as paying a little more for RedZone. Sometimes there were streaming issues, but that's to be expected. I was under the impression that my account would auto renew. One day, I wasn't able to log in anymore, so I figured it didn't auto renew, and I decided that I didn't need to pay for it anymore. The next month, I got charged $49. I figured it renewed itself late, so I tried to use it to watch a soccer match. I cannot get into my account. I emailed asking for either a refund or access to my account, and was told by Elvys that I didn't have an active account. Which is obviously the issue I was emailing about. I was then told that I couldn't get a refund, which would be fine if I had access to my account, which I still do not. FuboTV is a well run scam, with non-existent customer service. Do not pay for this, because you may not be able to stop paying for it when you'd like to.

Much better than DTVNOW. Switched from DTVNOW to Fubo three months ago after months of frustration and have been much happier. The streaming platform is much more stable and we continue to see more improvements every month. Channel lineup has everything except ESPN and Disney and my husband likes NESN and doesn’t miss ESPN. I have all the news and movie channels I like to watch. One thing I really appreciate is that if there is a break in the stream, it reloads to where you were, or a little before where you were so you don’t miss part of the episode. Right now the only glitch we have is that when we have the tv and my iPad on, I will sometimes get a “too many devices” msg but it doesn’t boot me out. It only happens with one of the two TVs we have and I suspect it may be because of the age of the tv tweaks something in the software program. I’m hoping that Fubo will soon add the ability to go to the last station without going back to the guide, but I’m sure they’ll continue to add options.

Decent app. Needs work. Controls are rough and take forever to update with random level of accuracy to how much time you tried to skip. Sluggish responsiveness. Often unpredictable behavior when you click the menu or back buttons. Preview when scrolling the timeline is very slow to show you the preview at that time stamp. Wildly unpredictable outcomes of what you can’t watch in a browser and what you can’t. Also unpredictable what you can watch at work or do emote vs in your house even if it’s like 100 yards away but on a different isp. One of the few options I have to get Marquee network and the cubs game so I kind of have to live with the sub-YouTube quality app so I can see cubs games. Video quality is great and they do have controls to limit video quality for when you want to limit bandwidth usage.

Free Trial & CANCEL. Overall channel selections are not bad. Definitely cannot watch local or regional basketball games. They will show on the guide as available but come game time it will be blacked out. Frustrating but something you can look past. Payment and customer service is a debacle. I decided to end my service because I was not getting as many sports games as I hoped. Their “don’t go” offer promoted to stay another month for $15. I decided to stay for one more month, accepting the $15 offer. Sure enough that offer was not applied and my account was fully charged. I reached out to customer service stating that the account had been fully charged. I received go around answers such as “you did not make the change before the billing cycle” and “you made a change to your account delaying the promotion to next billing cycle”. Both statements were untrue. I was a little annoyed but decided to let it go until the next billing cycle. Next billing cycle, full charge again. Response: “you made a change to your account”. The promotion will be applied next billing cycle. I haven’t touched the account since accepting the promo $15 offer. This is where I just cancelled the service. Make sure to monitor any promotions and pay attention to your billing cycle.

“NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SOCCER”. I first subscribed to Fubotv in 2015 to watch soccer when it started streaming and was extremely disappointed because most of the soccer games like the Premier League, Champions League and other European league games weren’t on their subscription and I unsubscribed. A month ago I saw FuboTV ads and promotions every where so I thought they must have upgraded the channels so I subscribed. And it was a “HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT” because it was the same old story. They still don’t have the rights to stream the major soccer channels so it was the same old NBCsports(which you can stream for free online). Right now when you subscribe and sign in they ask you to pick your favorite channels like skySports, Beinsports and foxsports and it’s very misguiding because they don’t have access and rights to show those channels. Still very disappointment and very gutted and i wasted my money subscribing this whole month. If you love GOLF and Baseball this is the right app but for soccer never ever please subscribe to FUBOTV! Their advertisement and promotions about soccer is very impressive but I will not recommend it if you want to watch soccer. Very upset and disappointed! They don’t even deserve one star but I can’t send my review if I don’t give them the minimum rating.

Not Great for Hockey Fans. I trialed Fubo and loved it so much I paid for it until the NHL playoffs, since I also had another streaming service (YTTV) as well. However, I went back to that other streaming service because I primarily follow Hockey. This year, since the games have moved to TNT, ESPN+ and NHL network I can’t re-subscribe because for some reason Turner channels were removed from Fubo last year. In terms of the app, it was good, I had a few freezes, but other streaming services suffer from the same issue. Personally, Fubo is my favorite and if they made a deal with Turner I would probably use it as my exclusive streaming service since it has all the other channels I watch as well. If you can, check out the trial, but just know all Turner channels are, sadly, not included.

ok on tv horrible on mobile. first off tv seems ok except if you record something and watch it while it’s still recording you can’t see an image of where to stop fast forwarding when its done recording you can see the image to see where to stop i figured a work around by counting how long i fast forward but still that shouldn’t have to be a thing. ok now for the trash my one main thing was watching on the go but if you decide to fast forward even the 15sec it loads for about that much time and goes no where then if you try to scrub let’s say 15 minutes it once again thinks about it and then starts back where you originally tried to fast forward from and if you keep trying it might start from the beginning and of course the problem starts again. Complete trash if using on mobile unless you want to watch straight with commercials and everything and tv is way better just still doesn’t make up for lack of mobile.

Unsatisfactory. I wanted to watch a WC Qualifier game but no one was showing it live on any cable channels. Then I saw advertisements to stream on FuboTV. I download the app and am offered a 7 day free trial, which would have been perfect considering I only wanted to watch one game (also considering the absurd $60+ they charge for a monthly subscription.) I click the link for the free trial, and suddenly the 7 days is only actually a 1 day free trial. I’ve been mislead, but i still get it regardless, it’s only 1 game, and 1 day, I can surely cancel after I watch the game. So I get the free trial, open up the app, and the 1 game I wanted to watch was not there. Nowhere on this app was it being shown, despite seeing “Watch this game on Fubotv!” on their website. Frustrated, I go to cancel the subscription. Suddenly, they offer me $5/month per subscription just to not cancel. It makes me wonder, do people cancel often, which is why they charge so little in hopes I wouldn’t cancel? Nonetheless, I was left very annoyed after being constantly mislead. However they do have quite an array of channels and sports, they just aren’t my cup of tea. It’s not a bad app, but is frustrating and constantly misleading.

Great TV service. My favorite things I got from subscribing to Fubo is the NFL Red Zone! The best way to watch football!!! Easy to use guide and channel selection, and the most remarkable thing I must share is that Fubo customer service department sent me an email that I didn’t ask for and most importantly never experienced with any other TV service providers. The Email explained that I could save money in my next billing cycle if I canceled my sports package within the next few days, this was awesome because regular season football games in both the NFL and NCAA were done and all the games from then on would be available without my sports package. This is a big deal for me. It was like for the first time a company was more interested in me being happy with my service than they were making 10 more bucks off me for another month.

Get rid of the ads. At first when my parents told me we were getting rid of the cable and getting smart tvs I was upset. One reason is because I couldn't watch any SpongeBob. Yea I'm kind of childish. But then I realized they had SpongeBob on Fubo then I got excited because all the episodes I wasn't able to watch were there. So I pressed a episode and it said I had to watch 3 ads first so I was like "ok I can wait". Then after those 3, it said 4 more ads were gonna come on then I was like "ok I'll wait again". AFTER THOSE 4 it said 6 more ads were gonna come on. So I started to get frustrated and said "if another ad comes on, I gonna get off fubo" because the show didn't even come on yet! Those 6 ads played, then like two seconds later more ads came on. I watched 16 ads in total before I turned it off, and the show didn't even start yet. I would've gave fubo five stars if it didn't ruin my day like that. Now I don't use it. So please do us a favor and get rid of all those ads.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. Do not try to do a trial service because they will take your money. I was actually really excited to try the service as this is something that I definitely wanted to have in the future and figured I would try it out for golf tournament that I wanted to watch. Well, I canceled the service on the seventh day but still was charged. I tried to call them and was on hold for 20 minutes after being told that I will be on hold for three minutes, only to be hung up on after 20 minutes. Then I went to their live chat support and after 15 minutes of still being eighth in line I Was given an automated response that I need to email them. Seriously you need to get your “stuff” together. It’s a decent service but haven’t help you if you need to contact the customer service because it doesn’t exist. It is quite literally a figment of their imagination. I’m definitely looking forward to my email. And hopefully eventually my money back.

Fantastic for watching multiple sporting events at once!. Tubi is awesome. Reasonable priced with additional tiers available for more $$ per month, the basic premise should be pretty familiar to most people. Where Fubo really shines is live sports. If you are a streaming only household, like I am, Fubo enables you to watch any 2 or 3 different sporting events at once in split-screen mode while making it really easy to switch between channels and enlarging individual channels. You even have different ways of displaying the split screen. All the channels I watch are available in Fubo, most in the basic tier. If you are a sports fanatic who hates cable and love to stream, FuboTV is about the best way to go, in my opinion anyway.

SCAM ALERT!! Dead lifeless robot for customer dis-service. I've had the Fubo app for YEARS, given them HUNDREDS of dollars, had maybe 18 months of a good working app- now suddenly... dead. Nothing. I had been getting an automaton robot sending the same doomsday 'problem with your card...' and says to 'log in to update' and that's it. No response to emails. See, the card problem is a card REPLACEMENT from the bank- it has a new expiration date. I've had this app for so long that it was linked to an OLD work email and so the robot email (which sends to a GOOD CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS) has ZERO ability to work to resolve the problem. Too bad. If they can't be bothered to answer customers issues with simply TRYING TO HAND THEM MONEY... there's always competition that will try to. I'm currently on hold with customer service and my 'channel package' price has 'disappeared' somehow! They offered me a package price with a jump from $120/ year to $660/ year!!! All because they managed to dodge the request for customer service for a few weeks! ...45 min of arguing with customer service managed to get it to $240/ year! Because THEY managed to avoid helping customers- SCAM ALERT

Customer service issue. I signed up for the week long free trial so I could use red zone while I was out of town. I attempted to cancel my service the day before I was charged over the phone but there is an issue where the the automated service will list you off numbered options but no matter what number you press the automated service just repeats itself. After about 7 or so attempts I figured I would try again in the morning. I call back (now with my bank account charged) and after a few more attempts out of aggravation I press the number repeatedly and to my surprise I’m finally put through to an actual person. Upon explaining my issue I had with their phone service and the rest of the details I am informed that I can cancel but cannot receive a refund because there was no attempt online to cancel. After explaining that even Apple was unable to help me via customer service I was issued the same response. These penny pinching practices and inability to own up to a flaw in their customer service system that cost me money shows me this service although useful as a whole does not care about their customers but more so about money.

Good service!. I’ve had multiple streaming services. I switched to FuboTV because AT&T Now was getting too expensive and they weren’t adding channels. The main reason I switched to FuboTV is because of RedZone Channel. FuboTV has all the channels I want and on demand. FuboTV is the best live streaming service if you are looking for a service that has all the sports you can handle plus a good mix of entertainment channels. The only thing I don’t really like is that I’m now paying $80 a month. I’m getting a lot but at this point, live tv streaming services are getting just as expensive as cable and satellite. The only difference is that you don’t need a clunky cable box. If a cheaper streaming service pops up and it has the channels I want, I might consider switching.

Not a fan. First we don’t watch a ton of regular season sports so it’s $60/MO just to watch censored movies and local tv and news. As far as news goes, No CNN no MSNBC but lucky you, they carry neoconservative loony conspiracy takes from NewsMax and OAN, etc. Their splash screen even features Hannity and Tucker. Something’s foul here. customer service is awful. Sent two emails to the customer service email got back not one but two form automatic responses for each. Needless to say Canceled before the next month but in time for super bowl. All of a sudden my saved email and password is no good. Well needless to say found another way to stream the big game. Save your money even cable is better than this. At least cable company will get back to you about your issues and they generally don’t billboard garbage pail Q spiracy friendly stations and “personalities”. So many reasons to earn a 1 star. Good only if you’re addicted to sports and baseless conspiracy claims. Peace out FUBO (for us by other?)EDIT: Don’t bother replying to this review. Great! Few Tech Issues & Low RECORDING SPACE. It has gotten better since I started with FUBO this past summer. For several months it was 1 issue after another - the frustrating kind. Most of the time the screen would Freeze & then I’d lose content. The other main problem was the voice wasn’t in sync with screen, video freezes. The later still continues but much less than before. One problem I don’t like that I really enjoyed with Spectrum was the amount of video recording allotted space. AND I DIDN’T PAY AN EXCESS AMOUNT TO DO RECORDiNG’s. There was plenty of storage by Spectrum BUT, WITH FUBO YOU ONLY GET 30 HOURS. WITH THAT LOW NUMBER YOU CAN ONKT STORE A FEW MOVIES, ESPECIALLY DURING HOLIDAYS. I’M RETIRED & CANT AFFORD EXCESSIVE MONTHLY FEES. PLEASE INCREASE THE AMOUNT, AT LEAST TO SENIORS. If I was working I’d have no problem with the cost. I’m in my late 70’s & TV MOVIES & SPECIAL WERKLY SERIES are my favorite shows to watch, but with Dr Appts, Physical Therapy & Choir Practice I miss many of my special shows & then recording space becomes limited. Love FUBO but would enjoy it more if I had more recording space. Thanks for listening!!

5 Star app until the latest version. I’ve had Fubo for several years now. I got it in order to replace Direct TV. It has THE BEST interface of any television app I’ve ever used. CORRECTION, it HAD the best interface until their latest update. It is now so bad, I’m contemplating getting a different service and I’ve only had th new version for a week. Its as if Fubo hired someone who really, reeeaaallly hates them to build the new interface. For instance, when using my Roku to watch Fubo, there is no longer a way to delete individual episodes of a show. You must delete all episodes. It looks weird, it doesn’t function as well and it’s a mess. I would have just written all of this to Fubo instead of putting them on blast to the world, but they actually said to put their app feedback in this forum. I feel bad for even writing this review because it has been such a good app and service until this update, but this was the only way to communicate my dissatisfaction with them.

Way overpriced for inferior service. I currently have their best package and pay about $85 monthly but I’m done. The service constantly locks up to the point you have to exit the app several times a day. Very frustrating when your watching something and end up missing parts so when you finally get back to it you have no idea what happened and are left in the dark. If you are fortunate enough to be able to watch something for a period of time and want to rewind you just have to guess how long to rewind because it doesn’t show what’s going on as you rewind/fast forward you literally just get a bar shown on the bottom for reference on where you were. Don’t get me started on the serious lag when you try to look through the guide. No more shooting up 20 channels in a second. It’s so SLOW. I laugh now at the fact I actually pay more between my internet and this crappy service than when I had actual cable and internet in a package and the cable was FAR superior to this. This is my first streaming service so I’m gonna try another company first but I’m really thinking about just going back to cable. I should also note I have xfinity blast upgraded to the fastest service available so it’s definitely not my internet.

What a great app and cable alternative. I really enjoy the app and features. Works amazing on my Apple TV (4th Gen). I especially like the record option to watch scheduled shows on my terms. But what really amazes me is the ability to watch a show that has aired previously before I set up the “record series “ option. What I mean is I wanted to watch a show called “The Curse of the Civil War Gold” and I set up to record the series. But I had already missed the previous 4-5 episodes. I could search for the show and select it and hit play. Thus watching the previous shows through the history channel app. It did this without having to exit FuboTV and go into History app. Perfect for me so far! The only thing I wish it had was a indicator in the guide section that indicated a show is already set up to record or if it was already set up to record the series. This would just make things easier instead of having to select the show in the guide and then see if it is already set up to record.

App works ok... but. The app offer replays of soccer matches from the past 2 days which I find to be a very cool feature. However lately there has been some issues with the replays from Univision and TUDN( the sports channel from Univision),issue here is that Univision channel doesn’t allow to rewind or fast forward but TUDN does. Now, when you try to watch the soccer match replay, even though the app offers the replay from both channels it will only show the replay from Univision. So I’m left with having to watch and not able to fast forward 30 minutes of pre-match commentaries. Again this used to not be an issues but now this is happening very often. I understand there is a recording feature that this app offers. I just find it very annoying that the app offers something that doesn’t work properly. Also some other shows on demand won’t play.

Enjoying my FuboTV. I’ve enjoyed my time with FuboTV. My main purpose was to watch the EPL but with it having movies you can watch I have been using when I get free time to watch television. I appreciate the 500 hours increased of capture hours. Setting up to record a series makes it awesome since you just select record series from a tv show and it captures all upcoming episodes and does not recapture the same episode. I mainly got FuboTV because of soccer or Foot ball as Europeans call it. I really enjoy in the movies you can stream when I’m not watching soccer. All in all I’ve been with FuboTV close to two years and they’ve done updates that it’s not the same from 2018. These improvements are the best and as a satisfied customer I am please to leave my review here

Used to be be amazing now it’s just going downhill. When I first got the service I was extremely happy. The more I’ve had it the worse it’s gotten. During the World Cup semifinal the whole system went down for a whole day. They didn’t issue any refunds or any credits, all they did was tweet a link to an 1 hour free streaming that didn’t work that well. After that they removed some channels and again no information from them, I literally had to look it up and found out that they removed the channels and there was no price decrease or anything. Same price just less channels. But the worst think about this app is how out of nowhere it can stop working. The biggest issue I get is it will say I don’t have any recordings and won’t let me record anything. This issue last for about an hour or so, so for an hour at random times I can’t watch anything but live tv and customer service doesn’t seem to know why it happens.

Scammers. No refund policy even though the website is misleading about how much you’re going to be charged, and the website has a button to request a refund, just so the next page can tell you they don’t offer refunds. Got scammed out of a full month’s service even though the website said it was only going to be $12. Customer service kept me on the phone for an hour and the “supervisor” kept telling the customer service person to come back to me saying there’s nothing they can do as opposed to talking to me themselves. Once I FINALLY got in touch with the supervisor they refused to address the fact that the website was misleading and pushed me off of the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Either do not use this app, or just be prepared for them to charge you whatever they want regardless of what their website says, and know that they don’t offer refunds when they screw you over.

SCAM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT SCAM: This company is falsely advertising that you can watch local sports games that are blacked out. I had the NBA League Pass on Sling TV and Fubo TV runs advertisements during live basketball games that falsely advertise that local "black out games" such as the Cleveland Cavaliers on Fox Sports 1 Ohio are available on their platform. (Let me reiterate —> FUBO TV advertised on commercial breaks during live NBA games that you can watch black out games. The commercial says verbatim that their streaming platform has black out games.) This is not true and you cannot watch those games with their NBA League Pass and local sports channel added on for an additional cost. It will still black those games out. The agent said there was no remedy to this situation, other than emailing their engineer team and putting my name on a call back list. I will be blasting this company on all platforms that I can as well as looking into filing with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency. Edit: The developers in their response can try to twist the truth however they want to…but that doesn’t change the fact that they ran commercials that verbatim said black out games were included in purchase. DO NOT TRUST THIS BOGUS COMPANY.

Don’t waste your time and money on this. My boyfriend loves sports and I love popular tv shows so I figured this streaming service would be a great idea for us. I gave the 7 day free trial a chance and I’m glad I did because this app is awful. I started watching Yellowstone but halfway through s2e7 it froze and shut down. When I went back on to pick up where I left off s2e7 is no longer on the app and neither is s2e8? I was just watching it a few minutes ago and now it’s completely gone? Also you can’t watch other episodes in season 2 because they say they’re “upcoming”. Season 2 came out years ago so why can’t I watch those episodes whenever I want? I don’t want to pay close to $100 per month to then have such a glitchy and inconvenient experience. So this is a bummer because I wanted to like it and it’s a good idea but doesn’t hold up to what it claims to offer. Literally didn’t get past an hour of the 7 day free trial because it’s so glitchy and unusable but I guess thanks FuBo for providing a free trial so people can see how awful your product is before actually spending their money!

The Best streaming TV service. Fubo TV is without question the best streaming service for our family. We stream tv using a fire tv stick on all our TVs for a consistent feel and functionality. There was an update recently which included a couple of changes that we don’t like and another I consider a defect. I have been a software engineer for more than 28 years. The two feature changes I don’t like could be configurable and allow the user to pick their preference. The fast forward was changed from 15 seconds at a time to be only 10 seconds. The visibility of this number was changed from center screen in a readable size to the bottom and not readable from a viewing position. Making it visible and the seconds per click configurable would really be a great way to allow everyone to have their preference After fast forwarding or rewinding the screen often remains with a black overlay until I arrow up and then down or something. This is for sure a defect and I trust would get fixed The other feature I don’t like personally is the new interface that defaults. Kind of a Netflix style but does not show you when the programs start or finish and what comes on after. Since the left menu provides an option to view the channel guide, it is an adequate work around for me. Overall great job guys, keep it up, I do not ever want to change services Timothy Bryan

Best steaming tv provider out there!. I left sling tv for you guys and I’ve been with you for the last 9 months! I’ve really enjoyed your service! Customer support by far the best I’ve seen in a while anywhere! Really quick to answer questions and help with any issues! I’m totally hooked and the fact you guys keep getting bigger and bigger and adding more and more channels means I’ve made a good move and feel really good about it! Happy to see you guys keep on keeping on the good work! The channels I’m happy to see on here are MavTV, Motor Trend, FX, FXM, FXX, Showetime, FS1, FS2, History, Discovery, almost all the local channels, and the weather channel and so on exc.... you guys have more channels then any of the other streaming tv providers! Only thing I’d like to see added are these channels.. ESPN networks, (including ABC) Disney, and more premium channels.. like HBO, Cinemax, Starz, and Epix! Other then that, I’m very happy! Prices are reasonable for what you offer on top of all the on-demand sports, series, and movies you offer!! I definitely plan to stay a while without a doubt! Thanks again for the awesome service guys!!! 😁👍

They demand you let them track and profit off you.. You have to let them access your location. And as the app details state they use this to track you, which usually means they use it to profit off you by selling that info to advertisers.. they also sell things like what you watch and search for.. Look at some of the other reviews, with people not only having a terrible streaming experience, but also are unable to end their free trail, then after no responses for a while, and being charged for the first month, get told that it’s canceled only to be charged for a second month.. Doesn't help that their responses to reviews completely ignore the complaints and offer solutions to things people didn’t ask for.. or offering help only after a bad review.. just seems like such a scummy company, is this really who you want to trust with your personal info? Edit in response to theirs: You say you don’t sell users info.. cause “that’s private”.. but you certainly use it and profit from it. Amazing No use for COMCAST since FUBO & Sling Apps became Available!!!!!. Best App yet to replace cable or dish. I use to have have Comcast and had the highest package possible. I obviously don’t have as many channels but I can deal with it when I’m literally saving $210 to $265 a month. I’ve also used Sling which was great but FUBO happens to be better for me specifically for New England and College Sports as well as some local channels as well. If your looking to save money or feel like you have been Robbed get rid of your dish or cable provider and go with FUBO-TV or Sling-TV. I personally just switched from Sling-TV to FUBO and myself and my family couldn’t be happier and they both seem to be making great progress almost daily. Thank You FUBO-TV for finally giving myself and my family a way out of the highway robbery of Comcast.

Good so far, but some channels freeze. I’m at the end of the 7-day free trial and the channel selection is good. Streaming is good overall, but I have had issues with two local channels (abc and fox). ABC freezes within seconds, but audio continues normally. Thought it was because I was first watching a live event, but then realized that the issue continued. Also, FOX skips ahead trying to catch up to live signal I guess, but then goes back like 10 seconds and does it over and over again making it impossible to watch. Are you aware of this issue? If so, are there other channels with the same problem? I’m watching through the app on Samsung smart TVs. I rebooted TV, changed channel multiple times, got out of app, etc, but nothing seems to work. I’m experiencing the same issue on two TVs. Thanks for your time.

Good App Not a Great Company. On around February 27th 2020 I decided to switch from SlingTV to FuboTV. I went with the Latino package so I could watch La Liga and EUFA Champions League for which I had to pay 3 months in advance ( 60$ ). Around 2 weeks into my membership coronavirus started spreading fast and matches were postponed with no further notice, I only got to watch 2 games. Now Obviously this is not FuboTV’s fault and I wouldn’t expect or ask for a refund. I called Customer service and all I asked was for my prepaid time to be put on hold until matches started again but they said they couldn’t do that, they told me that there was other stuff I could watch after I had already said that I only got my membership to watch soccer games. I asked if I could at least get an extra month for free, they said no. I told them I didn’t want to cancel and that I understood that I was going to have a loss because we we all impacted by the virus in some way or another, all I wanted was for them to take some of the loss not just me the customer. After talking on the phone with a representative for maybe 10min ( he was a very nice guy ) i knew that we weren’t going anywhere so I emailed corporate. They responded saying the same thing, that there was nothing they could do, I replied and they never replied again. I think I was being pretty reasonable, I wasn’t asking for much just a portion of what I paid for. Those 2 games cost me 60$. I cancelled my account.

Worst streaming app ever so far!!. This is actually stealing money from customers. Simply everything is bad. I was looking for an streaming app to see the playoffs games and I found this app by accident. I noticed it has trial so I said let’s give it a shot. First the app (on phone and TV) os super slow and everything happens with long delay. Then I was trying to watch the game but when I was clicking on the game it was showing another game!!! At first I thought it’s a net issue or something but after multiple times trying noticed that it is like this… I was like it shows the correct name but showing different game!!! After all this dissatisfaction experience I tried to cancel my trial so I can move on with my life. I went through the account to cancel my trial and it was like you going around and around. It was not let me to cancel my account and I was keep going to different directions to do that. I spent about 30 minutes to cancel my account and I wasn’t able to that. I used the chat, app on TV and every place that I could go. I ended up email them and asked them to do that for me. Funny part was I got charged for an arm and legs even after because of the time of the cancellation. I got charged for $98 just for a month. Trust me don’t waste your time and money. It’s not worth it at ALL!!!!!

Steals your money. I downloaded this app based on recommendations and reviews to watch women’s world cup this year. As most people know if Apple products you are able to “hide your email” when you use your email address to sign up for things. I did that and started a free seven day trial. when I tried to log back in with the password that I thought I had created, I could not get it. I did not receive any confirmation emails of a successful account set up. I was charged almost $90 on August 3. I called when I noticed the charge and was told that the call volume was too high, and to call back later. Automated service. I tried to use the chat assistant, and got nowhere with my particular issue. So today I called and was told that because it had been so long since the charge, my account was not qualifying for refund. I had considered canceling cable and switching to fubo, but now I will never use the service. I got charged $90 for some thing that I was never able to access or view with no other options and when I got upset on the phone I was told I was being unprofessional. do not sign up for the free trial and do not hide your email if you intend to use the service and pay for it $90 a month.

Average TV streaming app. I will say that FuboTV seems to be just average. I thought I’d give them a try after noticing an NHL game I wanted to watch was only on NHL network. The fuboTV description states, “you name the game, we got it” and “never miss a minute of action again”... well I quickly discovered that was a lie. I can only watch about 25% of NHL games that occur, and only if they are on one or two particular channels. From the description and all of the times fuboTV advertises “watch the NHL” in almost every advertisement, I would consider it almost misleading that they don’t in fact offer NHL network. I would’ve even paid extra for a package with NHL network, but they don’t offer it. It’s a very cheap-channel provider, and doesn’t seem to have any real quality channels, beyond the standard everyday offerings. I will give credit where it is due though, FuboTV seems to stream a LOT smoother than DTVnow, but the interface and guides are harder to use comparatively. I also can’t browse the guide while streaming the channel, it stops automatically. Maybe this is why it is smoother. All in all, I will be cancelling my trial when it ends, and finding a provider that better suits my needs. I’ve had FuboTV for 12 hours and am already tired of it. Please research exactly the channels you want, and make sure FuboTV offers them before you purchase!

Worst Streaming Service Ever. I’ve been forced to use FuboTV for 2 years now because they have the EPL rights in Canada. This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used. Video quality is still 720p on my Apple TV 4K. The 4K stream doesn’t work despite them advertising it all summer. There’s still no on demand content, you have to tune in live or record the shows you want. And it’s full of garbage sitcoms that clutter the guide. Fubo, please leave Canada and never come back. Give the EPL rights back to DAZN, they actually care about the user experience for their customers. Shame on you. 1 year later and you’ve fixed nothing. You’re criminals. And here’s my prediction. Fubo customer response is going to reply to this with the same boilerplate response they give everyone, asking me to contact them. NO! JUST FIX YOUR CRAPPY APP!!!! Bad company, false advertising. They advertise NHL games but they don’t have anything. The only hockey they have is a documentary named “Flin Flon”. Bad company and false advertising!

Don’t believe the 4K Hype. I subscribed to Fumo, only to find out, after the fact that the 4K content Premiere League is only if you’re watching the games live! This means that I have to get up at 4:30 in the morning Vancouver time, to take advantage of the service. I paid extra for the 4K stream and am beyond disappointed. Could you imagine Netflix only being 4K if you watch the premiere! There’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to watch the full games in 4K on catch up, or on my app based PVR… Fubo should’ve made that much clearer. I won’t be resubscribing… Mw

Overpriced and terrible app. Trying to watch the EPL is terrible on this app. Highly recommend avoiding it if you can. The sound is terrible, the video is terrible, and they just played an ad in the middle of a football game

Horrible. I downloaded and subscribed specifically because they promised I could watch F1 races, only to find out that isn’t true because of regional blackouts. But that’s not the bad part, the bad part is my ongoing experience with customer service after I canceled my subscription. I canceled my subscription, AND THEN was charged 14.99 a week later. I contacted them for a refund and they said they won’t give one to me, all they’re willing to do is not charge me next month and let me keep my service for the month they mistakenly charged me for, which is absolutely ridiculous. When you talk to customer service through their chat support, a different person answers you every time you reply, so it’s literally impossible to have a full conversation with them, so I’ve now gone through a loop of being told 5 times that they can’t give refunds after a subscription is purchased, and NOBODY WILL LISTEN TO ME WHEN I EXPLAIN THAT THEY CHARGED ME AFTER A FRICKEN CANCELED! Would seriously advise against ever subscribing to this service

Terrible app. The app interface is annoying but the real problem is that nothing is on demand. Everything is treated as live tv you can “record” . Of course you can pay extra to increase the amount you can have recorded. Even highlights have ads in them. Given what they’re charging a month this is really unforgivable. Such a shame they got the rights to the Premier League.

Horrible Streaming Service. As someone who is subscribed to other sport streaming apps (DAZN, TSN etc…), FuboTV consistently has the worst streaming service I have ever experienced. At first I thought it was my internet (75 gb) even though I never had issues streaming with other apps so I increased my internet (300 gb) and there is only a slight improvement. Whenever I watch a Premier League game, the quality is always changing sometimes even lowering to really low pixels and the streaming lags at least a handful of times over a period of a couple of hours. Moreover, the controls are confusing and the features are lacking (no half time talk or review etc…). Finally, watching individual highlights are restricted to their YouTube and is not on the app. In an ideal world, DAZN would buy the PL rights back because they know how to run a streaming app

Won’t let me create an account. The only option it gives me is sign in even though I don’t have an account and when I press learn more nothing happens the only thing I can do is sign in

False advertisement.. Signed up to watch hockey based on a Google search. Their ad said they were streaming it and to sign up specifically for the IIFH games they were streaming now. No hockey was on. Blatant false advertisement.

Just awful - deserves zero stars. The PL just go for the highest bidder and don’t take into consideration the quality of the provider. No free trial in Canada, low quality streams, no LG app in Canada (again, why are Canadians treated as 2nd class citizens), no pre or post match punditry. What a downgrade from DAZN!

I hate you fubo. Fubo sucks but it’s the only way to stream premier league in Canada. I miss DAZN. Also chromecast functionality is incredibly frustrating.

The app doesn’t have a good menu, it’s just channels and no highlights for the games available like in DAZN On top of that they bill you automatically without your authorization I’ve got stolen $200 from my credit card without my authorization and they don’t have options to cancel available online, and when you call nobody answers for over an hour then the line gets disconnected In other call the system offers a call back, which doesn’t happen • Shady fraudulent commercial practices Eventually I was able to get a customer support representative and they refunded the $200 Not interested in using this service anymore Only got it for the English Premier League but not worth it for $200

No highlights. FuboTv is awful. Get better engineers. No highlights, drops a lot. Still no proper highlights section.

Not recommended. Not clear with the price and make you confused with different options. No customer support and it just a robot answer your questions with general answers and even when you call the number they recommend this bot again. The app also has so many bugs and every time you need re-log in

Limited Canadian Content. *Subscriber Beware* I have contacted Fubo as they are displaying the American App advertising as of July 18/19. In January my husband saw it and tried to sign-up failing to read the subscription terms when directed to the website to sign up. He missed the differences in the number of channels provided to Canadians compared to the app advertising of 85+. When he downloaded the app there was so little content he thought he messed up the sign-up for the free trial. Unfortunately it was my credit card and I did not notice until 6 months later that he had in fact succeeded an it automatically started to the full cost monthly subscription fee :( I contacted them as my husband could not even remember what email he used, I was able to finally access the account via online chat and cancel my subscription when I realized there was nothing much more than soccer to watch, no TV shows or movies. I then read the app and the app reviews and realized what happened after discussion with my husband and people complaining about false advertising. I went back to chatting online to inform them of the false advertising, they requested screen shots and verified I was indeed logged into the Canadian App Store. He then said they would have this issue escalated and fixed as soon as possible. Until it is fixed I am hoping to save other people the hassle of signing up for this unless they provide the channels and sports you want (read carefully about their Canadian content). This app has so much potential but being north of the border cuts us out again.

No option to set steam quality on IOS. Been like this for over a year. Can’t change steam quality so one half of EPL on data uses like 10gb. Absolutely ridiculous not to have this feature, especially after so long

Painful. Really hope DAZN gets Serie A again!!!! Had DAZN for over 3 years and never had a problem. Had Fubo for a week and after 20 minutes watching a game I literally give up!!!! False Advertising. Buyer Beware!!! I strongly urge people not to use this app. I purchased today so we could watch the NFL Super Bowl (advertised as available to watch on this app) had to buy 3 months in advance, only to find that the Super Bowl cannot be watched through this app. I canceled within 10 minutes, and will be disputing this charge on my credit card.

Hardly Ever Works. Live, recorded, streaming from phone or any other device, doesn’t matter this app hardly ever works and it is a miracle if I can get through a game in one sitting. Joke.

Very poor streaming product. Worst app for watching streamed content I have ever been forced to use. Every time I watch a game the screen will randomly switch to the FuboTV logo and display “Ready to Cast” while still playing the audio on the background. I am then forced to re-boot everything on the off chance the picture comes back. This happens multiple times every game makes the product unwatchable. Fubo says I should not be using a Chromecast because it is a poor product, but it is one of their supported devices and should work. This is a joke.

AppleTV. AppleTV 4K doesn’t show fubo 4K. Contacted support and they confirmed there is a glitch for AppleTV app. It’s been 2 months now and the iPhone got update but not AppleTV app that has a glitch??

No La Liga!!! Need access to your location every time!. Update: as a returned customer, this year they don’t have La Liga!!! Please be aware!!! I only found out this after signing up a new yearly subscription because there is no way to check which leagues they have before getting a subscription. The website show they have bein sport but it doesn’t include La Liga. This is a fraud. Why does the app need my exact location every time? The IP address should be efficient to determine my region, like the fubo website or any other stream apps. I am worried about the privacy issue. Tip: Use iPad safari instead.

Very Bad. Audio problems. The audio is always late. You have a 5 sec delay. I tried to contact several times the customer service but no answers. From what I read there is a big difference between the Canadian and American app and I can confirm it. DAZN is way better and I hope they will retake SERIA A matches for next year. This app is fraud.

Absolutely Shambolic. An earlier reviewer (Rizk) got it absolutely spot on. This is disgraceful. If you are on the Product or Design team you should be ashamed — this is the absolute antithesis of being customer-centric.

Not Recommended. After switching from Dazn to fubo, today I watched my first PL game. The way, to use the channels, options and control bottoms are soooooo confusing and Not user friendly at all One more thing on my nerves: there is no game’s highlights in the channel and they put the highlights in their YouTube channel by quality of 480p. Sooooo frustrating. It’s 2022 and they play 480p videos and no video in the channel that I’ve already paied.

Worst streaming service in Canada. Poor customer service, poor quality streaming. Waste of time if you are planning to watch a game. Poor quality image, constantly reloading, jumping out of the game are just few of the issues. Don’t waste your money on these guys.

SCAM - DOES NOT WORK. Unfortunately I live in Canada and don’t have access to Serie a without this app. DAZN was SO much better. The apps servers are just terrible and I couldn’t even watch my team play this weekend. I tried to troubleshoot but came to the conclusion that this platform just sucks. I don’t understand how a company like this gets away with owning the rights to such a big league when they can’t deliver the service. Isn’t that a breach of contract? I’ve tried to contact their customer service multiple times and nobody is able refund me. This app is a scam. DAZN is better, hopefully it comes back soon.

Total waste of money. Streaming on mobile devices is horrendously bad and unstable. I got this purely for Premier League coverage. I didn’t pay money to watch “Hang tight we’re looking for your video” EVERY FEW MINUTES - totally ridiculous. Also, no TV app - seriously ? No highlights to review other games. DAZN was infinitely better.

Not a patch on DAZN. Hugely disappointed that Premier League coverage has moved over to FuboTV. The DAZN app had far more features, especially in respect of being able to catch up very easily with highlights of all the games at the click of a button any time of day or night for a week or two after the live event. Many more features missing too. I hope and pray that with all the revenue FuboTV are getting by virtue of “Canadians having no other choice for EPL”, that they reinvest some of that cash into improvements on the App.

SO GLAD I LEFT ATT DIRECT TV. Wow AMAZING.. We originally had att direct tv. It was alright. They kept on Raising the price every month. It would go up $10 and we would lose certain channels and got no benefits. Ever since AT&T took over DIRECTV the slower and more channels were lost. The quality then suffered and it went downhill from there. I received an offer for my credit card and decided to switch and it was the best which I made. It was great as the app is very smooth and works quickly. Everything is seamless and because of that the experience is better. The on-demand library is much better than any on-demand library I’ve seen please use this over anything else.

Cast to tv doesn’t work half the time and is slow.. I have a Vizio TV and there isn’t a fuboTV app. So I use cast to stream on the tv. The issue is it takes forever on the app for the icon to show up and sometimes doesn’t show up at all. Sometimes even when I connect once in a while it will play just audio and show a black screen and I have to change to another channel and then back and hope it works. I’m using the same WiFi on both phone and tv. I have other apps that find the tv and connect immediately. I’m thinking it’s maybe a bug? Also if they could add 60fps to all channels it would definitely help. Watching football at 30fps isn’t very appealing. If they could fix the cast issue as well as add 60fps support and add ESPN this service would cover all my needs. I have paid for one month but unfortunately I will be canceling and going back to YTTV but will be keeping tabs on fuboTV for fixes and addons.

Good option if you don't want to pay satellite or cable. Still feel like I overpay for what I get even though much less than satellite or cable. Like the variety even though it's unorganized and there are no ease of use features; like last channel, view descriptions of other shows in the guide while watching or streaming, and can't sort channels or favorites. There are also the stops and starts even though I'm connected 80mps+ and at times I lose as much as 15 minutes out of every 60 waiting on 20 second pauses every 50 second. Another plus is that I watch less TV; gave up on it tonight it was so laggy. I just hope it can improve as I'll never go back to satellite or cable to give them a penny.

Good packages. Overall I'm very satisfied at the packages Fubo offers. The one complaint I do have is that the app doesn't have a previous feature. Example, if you were watching a show and wanted to seen something else then go back to what you were watching earlier, you have to browse for that program again. I wish it would remember and have a previous feature to quick recall the program you were watching. The other feature I would like is channels, much like cable TV. I think it would be easy to just generate channel numbers, it's just another way to browse and navigate instead of just networks.

Fantastic for watching multiple sporting events at once!. Tubi is awesome. Reasonable priced with additional tiers available for more $$ per month, the basic premise should be pretty familiar to most people. Where Fubo really shines is live sports. If you are a streaming only household, like I am, Fubo enables you to watch any 2 or 3 different sporting events at once in split-screen mode while making it really easy to switch between channels and enlarging individual channels. You even have different ways of displaying the split screen. All the channels I watch are available in Fubo, most in the basic tier. If you are a sports fanatic who hates cable and love to stream, FuboTV is about the best way to go, in my opinion anyway.

Please Check BBB about this company. This company is a scam be careful. This Company is literally scamming people for their hard earned money by tricking and claiming they have certain shows and channels and games. Read all the stories of people trying to cancel service but keep getting billed. I got tricked by them when I tried to cancel my service and they offered me a deal $15 a month instead of $70 a month. I was shock and happy when they offered me the deal. 8 months later I checked my bills they been charging $70 the whole time. That tactic is unfair I wanted to cancel the plan but they trick me into thinking it’s only $15 a month.

Not happy with latest update (October 2023). We have been a satisfied Fubo user for awhile now and have recommended it to others. One of the main reasons we like Fubo (besides the Marquee network) is how easy it is to navigate the menus. But we’re quite unhappy about some features that were eliminated in the latest update. Hopefully, it’s just an oversight and Fubo will fix it. The features missing are: 1) the ability to return to the previous channel by holding the back button and 2) the picture-in-picture while using the Guide. Can you let us know when we might expect these features back or can the latest update be undone?

Constant Buffering. I’ve had FuboTV for a year. There are stretches where it works great, weeks at a time. Even a couple months at a time. Then, suddenly, it’ll start buffering for days on end…literally every 5-10 minutes. Just goes out for 30 minutes at a time too. And no, it’s not the internet as everything else works fine (Sling, AppleTV+, Netflix, etc) and the speed is unchanged when checked. So, clearly it’s FuboTV that is the problem. I’m just about finished and heading back to cable which would only be for ROOT Sports as FuboTV is the only streaming service that carry’s them. It’s just unfortunate that it’s almost 2024 and we still can’t just get reliable service. And two things…I’m only 41 years old, so no, I’m not confused as how tech works. And two, I live in a suburb of Seattle, so it’s not like I’m out in the middle of nowhere. FuboTV just isn’t reliable whatsoever

Mixed reviews 🤔. The quality of the shows and overall performance of the platform is good. Recording options along with a section for your own personal favorite channels or shows. BBUTTT, with that being said…when I originally signed up for the service it was $75/month then out of no where it jumped to $105/month! So I cancelled the subscription. I think that is ridiculous especially when I didn’t even get the most expensive plan that was offered. If they were to adjust the price then I might reconsider using the services again but for now it’s a no for me. Especially since I can watch the same shows on all my other streaming platforms for little to no charge!

Whoever thinks this is a good service. I expected this to be a good service but once I subscribed the reality is no soccer matches u want to watch. Response was it aired in some channel... tried it later if the some other game was airing in some other channel... waste of time. With all the service fee not a single good customer support, wonder where all the money goes 🤔. Ad showed ALL the major football league matches will be aired but expect nothing more than few that they have access to. Came back!!. Tried FuboTV 1.5 years ago... the interface seemed wonky to me.. Had gotten a new free trial figured I give it another try since I am a big sports fan of both USA and Euro sports The menu system has much improved, still needs improving (hence 4 stars) but 100% better from what I remembered Picture quality is excellent amount of channels excellent and just read there getting the discovery channels which is nice.. So as a sports fan I guess the elephant in the room is ESPN...now I know it depends on your budget but for me FuboTV with ESPN+ 4.99 as of right now, covers 99.9% of all my sport viewing The only other thing I see missing is not on console I understand not Sony but perhaps Xbox one day

Amazing. Every sports fan needs to get on fubo. I hated cable and was wanting to cut the cord but didn’t know what streaming service could provide live sports until I came across FuboTv. My in laws, who are sports fanatics mentioned the streaming service to me. At first I was confused how they found out about the service before me since they’re not real tech savvy. They explained all the channels FuboTV had and also how easy it was to navigate. After signing up for there free trial, it took me less than a couple of minuets to make the decision and subscribe! I’m a big soccer fan and football fan! I love how they’re multi view feature can let me watch a soccer game and NFL wild card game at the same time!!

Mmmmmmm. I’m not sure if I can give this 5 stars. It is better than any other company like Comcast, Xfinity, Dish or Direct TV. I have Roku, and wanted to access the footballAmerican) games. They cover what they are licensed to stream. I actually started viewing tv series through FUBO. My only issue is all the commercials. More than regular tv. You can see up to 8 commercials before your show resumes. It’s annoying. They may, like other streaming services provide an option to opt out of commercials for a fee. That’s never a good idea. The streaming services get paid to stream the commercials, by the companies that want their businesses advertised. So the streaming companies get paid twice. The consumer gets nothing. In addition to this there are delays ... so if I’m watching a football game and I’m discussing it with someone over the phone.... they’ve already seen the interception or the touchdown and I’m viewing the teams getting in formation. And every year the price goes up. In addition to this. If you turn your subscription off, they continue to try to get money out of your account. That needs to be addressed. So... it’s a 3...... for me....

Extremely dissatisfied. This is one of the most frustrating apps I have ever paid money for. Used it primarily for NFL games but cannot describe how frustrating the CONSTANT crashes are. On my smart tv the app crashes periodically like almost every 30 minutes. Sometimes it will even make me log back into my account after crashing. This wouldn’t bother me as much if I wasn’t watching live football games. But I’ve had this god forsaken app crash seconds before a touchdown. Never again. Just gonna get an antenna and watch live games through free channels. On mobile it constantly would buffer as well. The cherry on top is how DIFFICULT they make it to cancel your subscription. I had to log onto their website on my computer to even get it done. Waste of my time and money in my opinion. If your trying to watch sports get a cheap antenna or just find a better app

Got to great. FuboTV let me do one thing I couldn’t do any other way, that’s how I started using it. Back then, I couldn’t rewatch something because it didn’t have anything like a 15 second rewind. Now it has the one thing I needed, plus it works so well. I use at least 50 apps, but this is the only one I am excited to get new releases of. It’s pricey, but I decided it has everything I need in one spot and it is fast and very reliable. I recommend it as your viewing platform, with tv show recording that is easy to use. I need two shows recorded while I watch a third. And I need odd cable channels. FuboTV has it all.

Best way out of cable. Cable is expensive as is plus all the boxes. Fubo is the next best thing!! Their are 2 different plans. $65 and $75. Still way better than cable. Watch anywhere .... plus being able to pause, play, rewind, and cloud record on any device!! What really got my attention was the channel lineup, plus movies. Their are many other devices out their, but this one has the best channel line up from from my point of view, with the cloud recording!! Recommend 100%. Oh and Spanish plans as well !! Roku, Sony Tv’s, look for availability. If anything it is available in app stores!!

Almost Perfect. Love this app. I canceled my cable. There are two things that neeeeeeeeed to be changed. 1) When fast forwarding, it needs to show where you are in the program so you know when to stop. 2). When I’m finished watching a recording, in order to select another recording, I have to use the up arrow to get to the top of the screen again to select recordings, then I have to arrow down to the series I am watching, then I have to arrow down to the episode I was just watching, then hit enter to open it, then select delete, then enter again to confirm delete - then I can hit enter on the new episode and then hit play. Really? Not every TV is the same and not every remote is the same - build in functionality that works with ALL “back” buttons. When I hit my back button, it asks if I want to exit Fubo. Do SOMETHING, please. :)

Better then it was.... Everything has improved since it first came out. But it still freezes on some platforms more then others, lags at times of congestion and def pix and sometimes drops the connection on channels that you know have a heavy volume of users watching, ie a football game or a series release of a prime time show. Overall with each update it gets better but instead of new features I would prefer that fubo provide current loyal users with more bandwidth so we have a better viewing experience. Keep up the good work! Looking forward this product growing and working out the kinks!

Great content but service down on big games. FuboTV has me a bit disappointed as of lately. I love that they provide access to all the soccer channels that I love. Even BeInSports Connect Channels. At least almost all; no Fox Sports and thus no Champion’s League without paying for a bunch of other non-soccer channels. But that is not the biggest problem. The biggest problem I have had is that I pay FuboTV for La Liga games and World Cup qualifiers. Imagine my disappointment when when trying to watch big important games such as El Classico or big important World Cup Qualifier games and the service comes down. Their excuse as per their customer support? Didn’t expect the surge in demand. Well, if I can’t watch the games that I want to watch and that I am PAYING FOR, what good is this service? They should increase their capacity to be able to provide all their customers for the content that customers are paying for. I am very upset.

Scam Network when you want out. When you try to talk to “customer service” it is an automated bot system. If you decide to wait on the phone for an hour or 2, you get in contact with a rep that can’t answer any questions or do anything. I was “elevated to a manager” and told to expect a call in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. I swear I cancelled the service, but since they don’t send confirmation emails, I thought I must have forgot. Until I started reading other peoples reviews. I took a screenshot of my next cancellation, that I for sure did. The rep I talked to was extremely rude through the Facebook app and then I was blocked for commenting about the horrible service on their page. I will never use them again or recommend them after being treated like that. They are going to run their business into the ground.

Scam Artists. Every advertisement online says 7 day free trial, so I signed up to try out the service. After 4 days I was not enjoying it enough to warrant a $90/month subscription so I went to cancel my trial, only to find out that they quietly have switched to a 1-day, 24 hour trial and I have already been billed. I sent an email to support to request a refund and they said that the switch to 1 day was mentioned in one of the confirmation emails so I can’t be refunded. This is scam artist type behavior, there is no purpose to a 24 hour free trial other than to trick people and steal their money when they think they are trying out the service. Will never use them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away!

Too many things too difficult. Calling for support is useless. They tell you to open a support ticket and then hang up. Poor customer service. I thought fubo would be much better than directv and other than price I was wrong. The help system isn’t useful and if I have to call them every time I have a question that I can’t find in help, then it might just become too much of a hassle. I use this on my iPad 90% of the time. Here’s what is frustrating: 1) there is no way to delete a recording schedule without opening the schedule and deleting each future recording. What a pain. I’m not sure the schedule is gone but maybe only the future events it currently displayed. On directv you select the schedule, delete it and it’s gone. I don’t have to select every individual event it’ll record. How hard can this be on ios? A slide to the left or right and select delete. 2) I thought about transitioning my parents from directv to this but I’m not sure they’d make it with the interface. The directv guide interface is great but this interface on appleTV for them might be so confusing they’d give up. If they tried to delete a scheduled recording they’ve never figure it out. They need to beef up the interface. Needing to select 20-30 episodes to possibly delete a recording schedule is too much.

Review. The editing from the shows going to commercials needs to be more coherent to the viewers. The shows are cut off in mid sentence from the actor or shows contestant such as kids baking championship or spring baking championship or holiday baking championship. The editing is messy. I also enjoy Lottery Dream Home and occasionally Property Brothers. The commercials are the same commercials each rotation of commercials. Most of which are encouraging HBO packages. Then, of course is the error message of not locating the video feed which results in seven more commercials. My question is once I have viewed all seasons and episodes of the baking series is that it! Or can I anticipate more seasons. I certainly do enjoy the sports. Which is why I subscribe. I’m missing CNN. I love Fubo TV. It has all the channels I “need” and want for the most part. My only complaint is that they recently raised the price but took away the Turner channels. So I’m now paying more but missing CNN and Turner Classic Movies. Which is a bummer. And I wish they had ABC. For the most part I’m very happy with this streaming service. UPDATE: I still love Fubo, I don’t miss CNN but I do miss TCM still. I share an account with a friend to cut cost because it’s a pandemic and all. And recently we’ve no longer been able to share as we used to. Only one of us can play Fubo on a tv device and the other basically has to AirPlay. It’s joy a big deal but it’s kind of annoying. But no matter what I still think it’s the best streaming service fir the price.

Best Streaming Service. I left YouTubeTv because of how frustrated it was to reach support and continuous problems streaming. I enjoy FuboTv much better. It doesn’t take long to speak to an actual person for support. They quickly resolved any issues which are few. I personally like their features better. Local stations are included. I have a problem with the recent monthly payment increase. I was told it is basically it’s for sports. I don’t watch sports and have to pay more, unfair. If it happens again I’ll probably drop them. I certainly hope not. The price increase is the only reason I didn’t give them a five star review.

Appreciate the options but account creation is annoying.. Went to download the tvOS version first, took a while to realize you couldn’t make an account there. Tried again with iOS app and sure enough you have to go to the site to make a separate account. If that wasn’t lame enough you can’t even Sign in with Apple. So now I have to fill out all this extra information for payments and whatnot which is a whole process. This experience could’ve been so much easier. And the prices while not exorbitant are still really high compared to other services. Not my cup of tea. This is a service you share with friends but the clunky account system is a bit of a turnoff.

Recent UpdateSucks. I have been with FuboTV for around 6 years and this is by far the worst update that you have done. The guide does not update times until you close out and reopen. When you try to browse channels by hitting the down button, it start you at the top of your favorites every time and not the current channel that you are on. Nor can you browse while watching tv. The system if very laggy now. It now take more clicks from the remote to get the channel to play. Pressing up gives you the same options as pressing down. (Live, info, subtitles and strings) This is all around a horrible design. What was your thought process in this update? We are considering going back to cable for the upcoming hockey season due to this horrible update. To bad you’re the only streaming service that has NESN.

A couple features away from being top class. What I love: fuboTV is the only streaming service available that carries local broadcasts of my favorite team. For this, it’s a clear winner...when baseball in in season. What would make me a year-round subscriber: The cloudDVR really needs some critical feature improvements. 1. Added options for storage retention. Right now if your storage space becomes full, future scheduled recordings do not get recorded. Retention policy options needs to be added for series and individual recordings so that old recordings can be auto-deleted to make room for new scheduled recordings. I’m frequently having to manage recordings across all my profiles to make space for important shows. If I don’t pay very close attention I end up missing important shows when my storage becomes unexpectedly full. 2. Add feature to be able to record all televised games for a specific team (similar to how series recordings work). Currently we have to search the team and individually add each game on the schedule to the recording queue. This feature is fairly standard across streaming competitors and a valuable time and effort saver for users.

Love it!!!. I’m really loving fuboTV! I’m surprised it’s not better known. We are a sports family but also enjoy prime time television etc. & were happy to see fuboTV has it all! Including NESN which is a must & fuboTV is the only streaming service that provides NESN. Also at the average streaming price which is another selling point for us. My only complaint is that it’s not compatible with all smart TVs. We had to buy another tv to be able to access it by app which I wasn't happy about but NESN & fubotv’s pricing made it worth it. We could access fuboTV with other smart TVs but only through the web & that was too many steps for some of my family members.

Please make free. I really don’t understand why you have to pay it’s so dumb because I just want to live stream and it’s annoying because if you don’t like the team that is near you [in any sport] you can’t watch you have to just look at the score there should be a way where you should be able to watch your team with no pay I don’t understand why you have to play to watch your favorite team. I thought that Fubo would let me do it for free... but nope I have to play. I’m a Miami dolphins fan in NY and I can’t even watch my own team play. I always have to watch REDZONE and they never show the dolphins game. Can you just please make it free I really don’t understand why not like more people would get it then or at least just the dolphins games PLEASE. And don’t give me a “developer response” saying just call and SUBSCRIPTIONS SUBSCRIPTIONS is all I hear when I try to contact please please just make free it’s not that hard😢😢😢🥺🥺🥺

Recent updates killing good features. We’ve been fubo customers for years and are really disappointed in how they are dumbing down the functionality in the recent UI overhaul and minor updates since. Super helpful features they’ve had, like being able to scroll up/down the channel list by page (rather than having to key through each individual channel), and being able to go to the previous channel you were watching in a single click, are being wiped away. This was a good service but is getting worse as they over-complicate things. It’s fine to “modernize” the visuals of the UI if you need your developers to feel busy/relevant/impactful/etc. but don’t change (nonetheless deliberately make less feature-rich) the entire UX or you’ll push your longstanding loyal customers back to the other services whose prices fubo is coming into close proximity of.

Very good but cloud storage could be improved. So far I’m happy with the service but would like the ability to adjust the ending time of a program to be recorded. It often comes into play with sporting events that have a preprogrammed length of the time in your schedule but if the event goes overtime I miss some portion of it. My cable provider always had an option to adjust the ending time of the recording which I would routinely do just in case it went overtime. It would seem that this would be an easy change to make and ask that it be considered. Update after response: Great result. Also applies to a show like 60 Minutes on CBS, which often starts late because of the preceding football game. Is the time for 60 Minutes also extended?

Scammers. No refund policy even though the website is misleading about how much you’re going to be charged, and the website has a button to request a refund, just so the next page can tell you they don’t offer refunds. Got scammed out of a full month’s service even though the website said it was only going to be $12. Customer service kept me on the phone for an hour and the “supervisor” kept telling the customer service person to come back to me saying there’s nothing they can do as opposed to talking to me themselves. Once I FINALLY got in touch with the supervisor they refused to address the fact that the website was misleading and pushed me off of the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Either do not use this app, or just be prepared for them to charge you whatever they want regardless of what their website says, and know that they don’t offer refunds when they screw you over.

Annoying. I used the app once for a specific event. It worked for what I wanted it to. I would’ve considered using it again in a similar situation but recently I started receiving emails from FuboTV stating they think I forgot my password and they think they can help me out with it. I’ve received over 40 emails today already and there doesn’t seem to be any end in sight. It’s now an email every 3-5 minutes. You have to be kidding me. For this reason, I’ll be removing the app from all my devices, never to return. A simple unsubscribe link in the email would’ve been nice. Update 8/7/18 Emails have not stopped!! Over 500 emails in the last 3 days. I emailed support and got an auto reply saying they are no longer monitoring the support emails and use their online support services. No contact info at all available. You have got to be kidding me. Is this real life or what

Channel resolution. I am new to fuboTV only been about three weeks. Long time DTV subscriber fubo has a great channel selection for the price one thing I miss though as it seems most channels and programs are 720 at best. I have yet to see a 4K program and all my TVs are capable 4K I wish they would at least boost up to 1080 as most programs are and hopefully get the producers to put more folks 4K programming available do you and other programmers. I noticed on CNBC I get some jitter like the frame rate is a quite quick enough maybe they’re not pushing enough data either possible could be my TV but I don’t think so it’s new those are a few improvements I think would be great for the most part I love fubo hopefully they keep improving.

The interface is terrible.. The Fubo service is good on all of my devices, but the app control interface is just awful. During playback, the space bar does nothing, when it should pause, as in other apps. Also, on the iPad, the tappable regions on the screen that allow, for example, forwarding and reverse are so tiny that they’re difficult to hit. This is inexcusable because the iPad screen is so large. As a result, missing the tiny icons for advance or rewind by 15 seconds generally does nothing. And occasionally, it advances many minutes or minimizes the display. Also, when looking at the list of recordings, the date isn’t listed for most TV shows, so you don’t know which day’s show you’re considering watching.

A little over priced.... So fubo tv is an AWSOME app dont get me wrong but if you want everything on fubo tv you might as well stick to cable! While fubo tv has a lot of stuff on it if you want all the add ons then it’s like $170 a month! When you can get it for around $65 so it depends if you record the videos or care about the add ons but if you do then just stick to cable as they also have mobile apps. if you want a little sports and stuff like that even with a few add ons then the $65-$80 isn’t that bad knowing that it is cheaper than cable. So I hope this helped and lastly unlike Philo it loads alooooot!!! So try to fix that and I will give this app 5 stars but for now 4 stars is good....

So frustrated. Tonight while trying to watch a playoff football game after the 2nd half I could not connect to your fubo until the game was over. Can you please tell me why I’ve never had any issues before can you please explain this It was not a Internet issue as all of my other streaming worked fine. The only issue was with FUBU after the game was over. It connected fine. And please respond don’t ignore this A week later Well, you ignored it because it was to show you the trash that you are whoever is responsible for this you are a disgrace. This is a joke. I am done with your stupid app. Still not responding? Been 10 days since I posted this still no response guess that’s all we need to know about you corrupt people 10 more days go by still no response keep looking foolish

Awful Interface. Fubol is expensive. But it has a lot of live sports and that is what you're paying for. I added Showtime and a few others. Wow. Trying to navigate to what you want is awful. I wanted to see last couple minutes of a game and couldn't find it. I guess you have to manually search for everything. I am trying to add favorite teams. Nope. If that feature exists, it is very well hidden. I would like to just see what Showtime offers for on demand. Need to dig all over the place just to find titles beyond the few they suggest. I do credit Fubol for offering a free trial. I feel like I should have so much more options for the $113 a month this package would cost, but I can't find half the stuff I think I should have available. I will not be continuing past the free trial. I'm really disappointed.

Can’t fast forward or rewind????. So I tried the 7 day free trial to watch Teresa. That’s the only show I was interested in but what I have seen is they do have a big variety of shows. Which I’ll give them a star for that 😂 One of my biggest problem is that you can’t fast forward or rewind. You look away or get up to do something and then something dramatic happens in the show but you won’t know unless you rewatch the whole episode again which is sooo sooo annoying. Second it has times where it will freeze and it will restart the episode or just rewind you to a random spot. Which again is super annoying since you can’t fast forward. It’s such an inconvenience because episodes can be up to an hour long and I just end up skipping to the next episode. Don’t recommend.

Terribly overpriced. I bought this as an alternative to buying cable. I was wrong. For how much I’ve paid, I get terrible quality sports and half the movies the claim to have aren’t full versions. How do you consistently mess up adding a movie to your library such that the endings are always missing. If you ever use this app to watch a movie, better compare the play time to what Google says to see how much of the ending you’ll miss. Back to the sports, they quality of the game is borderline unwatchable at times. If I pay $70 a month to stream a sports game, HD should be the low end, not the once in a blue moon. I know it’s not my internet because others have this problem and I consistently get 300+ mb/s. I cannot recommend skipping over this app/subscription service more. I wish I read the reviews describing how bad this service is.

User friendly. You need to make this much more user-friendly. Get a group of retirees and have them try to use it and try to make it more friendly for them and then you’ll have it made. There are so many seniors out there right now if you’re sitting at home watching TV but if they or their families are trying to figure out how to work your system they’re like we just cancel it because it’s too complicated for the elderly to use. However if you can streamline this and make it more user-friendly for them I think that more people will want to have it. You need to model this more off of what DIRECTV has. I don’t think my dad ever had any problem using his DIRECTV. We left DIRECTV because they were owned by AT&T and AT&T is just too difficult to deal with.

The perfect medium.. I feel like we all genuinely participated in the cable cutting epidemic that occurred over the last decade or so. Unfortunately now we all have had to subscribe to 1 million different packages in order to watch what we want. So essentially we end up paying the same or sometimes even more than we did for cable, for these individual subscriptions. FuboTV, to me, is the sweet spot in between both. I’m paying less than I would for cable and less than I would for a bunch of packages. All the while I’m receiving every channel I want. The price point and Options we are able to choose from make Futbo a must have for me!

Very good app. App is very good, you have the option to see first your favorite channels and others. Easy to use. A recommendation for developers is on AppleTV (maybe other devices as well) it would be nice to have a “more fast forward” option for recordings. Right now you either advance 10 seconds with each click in the side of the remote (whole 6 clicks to advance only one minute) or yo have to hold the “click” in the remote to fast forward, but this second option is slower than the 6 clicks to advance 1 minute. Maybe it could be chance to have a “2x” fast forward if you double click and a “3x” if you do 3 consecutive clicks. And you can stop by doing a click in the center of the remote.

Free Trial & CANCEL. Overall channel selections are not bad. Definitely cannot watch local or regional basketball games. They will show on the guide as available but come game time it will be blacked out. Frustrating but something you can look past. Payment and customer service is a debacle. I decided to end my service because I was not getting as many sports games as I hoped. Their “don’t go” offer promoted to stay another month for $15. I decided to stay for one more month, accepting the $15 offer. Sure enough that offer was not applied and my account was fully charged. I reached out to customer service stating that the account had been fully charged. I received go around answers such as “you did not make the change before the billing cycle” and “you made a change to your account delaying the promotion to next billing cycle”. Both statements were untrue. I was a little annoyed but decided to let it go until the next billing cycle. Next billing cycle, full charge again. Response: “you made a change to your account”. The promotion will be applied next billing cycle. I haven’t touched the account since accepting the promo $15 offer. This is where I just cancelled the service. Make sure to monitor any promotions and pay attention to your billing cycle.

Rating the app. I love this app and I would love to keep it, but at $90+ a month, I can’t afford it, if it was like $30-$40 a month then i may would be able to afford it, but I know there’s no way they’ll drop the price down to in that range, maybe one day I’ll get rich and be able afford extravagances like this, but I’m not going to let myself do that! I can’t get my hopes up just to have them dashed again ! Maybe someone else will be so lucky as to be able to eventually afford stuff like this, it’s a gret sports app, I gave this app 4 stars because only of the price, not the app. Sincerely, Rhonda Randall

SCAM! Do not waste your time or money. I have every streaming service and Fubo is by and large the worst one I’ve ever encountered. To start with the basics, this app has terrible infrastructure. Nothing works properly, constant freezing and shutting down. Makes anything you want to watch completely unwatchable. Sports games constantly stuttering. That’s not even the bad part. Their customer service is atrocious beyond anything I’ve ever encountered in my life. They will lie to you, block your account AFTER you’ve paid, any trick in the book to take your money without providing a service. If you’re considering this service I recommend SlingTV or just regular cable instead. These people are an absolute nightmare, outsourced customer service will lie to your face take your money and shut your account down. Not worth a dime or a moment of your time.

Great for soccer lovers. I have done a lot of research before choosing a streaming company. At first Fubo was offering the best at a very competitive fee. However, all of the sudden they can decide to make changes to their channels and charges. I have never even tried to call their costumer service for anything so I can't speak about it. The only reason I keep fubo is because they have great variety of soccer channels. The app is user friendly. If you pay the higher price you get access in more devices. I do like the fact that you can pay every 3 months. I do not like that they cut channels but still charge you the same or higher fee.

A Few Suggestions. Pretty good but a couple of things hold back stars. 1. Recordings- You tape a program that comes in daily for say a week or a lot of games all on one day. You partially watch one and then then later want to finish watching. There is no way to tell which one you watched without opening them up until you find it. Worse, if you watch all the way through but want to watch it again later, there is no way to tell if you already watched it. 2. Cannot use FuboTV with a VPN. That means I have to turn it off and that destroys my privacy and protection for ANYTHING ELSE I may be doing.

Switched from Sling. With Fubo, I have more channels that I watch available on the standard package. As opposed to Sling, which I had to choose the Orange & Blue bundle plus the Lifestyle and Sports add-ons which still didn’t give me the exact lineup that I have now with Fubo. Also, the picture quality with Fubo is so clear and has more vivid colors than Sling (using the same TV to compare). I also have not had any issues with channels needing to buffer with Fubo, which is much appreciated and welcomed after a long day of working. If you are in the market for a streaming service, please go with Fubo and save yourself the frustration of higher priced add-ons and constantly buffering channels.
