I've had this app for three years and it's fantastic! Figuring out where I need to go or how long I have for the bus is great. My biggest problem is that for the entire time I've had this app the bus schedule randomly changes. I'm not talking like 2-3 minutes like usual depending on how fast or slow the bus is running. I'm talking like a full half hour. As someone who relies on the bus and usually catches an earlier bus to get somewhere before I need to be this is especially frustrating because I've had to take a taxi to work and appointments because this app has changed its mind. All I want is a reliable schedule that doesn't go back and forth.

If the bus drivers aren’t competent enough to give you information and google maps isn’t updated enough, Niagara Transit will tell you to download this app AND check the website - because you should have to compare two sets of data and remove the regional buses (which cost more btw) to figure out where you need to go.

It would be useful if it was at all accurate. Half the time the GPS on the busses say they’re in the completely wrong location or just don’t even show up. There are also scheduled times for the bus routes which are literally never followed so I’m not sure why that’s even a thing on this app. The app is known to crash constantly as well so some days it’s not even usable.

It’s been constantly glitching for a while but the past day or so it would just crash, I could tolerate glitching but now I can’t use the “arrive by” without it crashing with kinda defeats the purpose

OK new update is this and that aight you claim to make it more accessible but a big chunk of the screen is now your ticket ad that cant be dismissed. I damn HATE this update to put it nicely. Give a button to turn the ad off or an option to revert to the old version
Sas23256 - User Interface Confusing and Real Time Is Off
The user interface on this app is confusing and the real time tracking and suggested routes are all off. This is a consistent issue with the app, or at least my route. I waited at the stop 13 minutes before the bus was supposed to arrive, then it eventually shows a negative arrival time and finally displays a message that the bus never came. I decided to use the maps app to see when the arrival times are supposed to be for my stop and waited for the next one. The real time is completely off, and has left me standing in the cold more times than I would like. I love the idea of this app, but please look into this issue. I’m going back to using google maps until this is resolved.

After the update you HAVE to use your location. Before you were able to just go to a place and it would show. Doesn't now. Shouldn't have to put an address in every time you want to use it. I can't remember every address. I know the area I am in. Like I said shouldn't have to use location services or have to put an address in. It also starts me in the middle of Lake Ontario with every single start.

I've been using this app for a month and I really appreciate that the transit commission made it!
However it would be great if the developer of this could fix a few bugs. One of the biggest bugs I noticed was that when I try to open up a bus route and see where the bus is, it sometimes shows that the bus has physically passed my stop when it hasn't! A lot of times it would say the bus is coming in 23 mins and the bus suddenly comes in 3 or 4 minutes. I'm not sure why this is happening because I thought the app tracks the bus in real time and shows where the bus actually is at all times. But it is not sometimes which can be very confusing. Another issue is that sometimes on the route I would not be able to find the bus icon at all, it would disappear and come back at a later time.
Please try to fix these issues, otherwise it's a great app!
