Offers allot but UI of application needs some work. I like all that it offers but you loose track of videos that U created and already showed kids. Some are supposed to be live calls so if u play something U already showed and the child remembers, it will seem fake. Why not put check marks on created items that had a recorded reaction to or have option to place in folder. Child reactions are just listed with created items as well, not even labeled with their title. Lacking in customization organization. I spend more time trying to remember what I have already showed kids. The stories from Mrs Santa are just voice with no pictures/video and the ones from Santa are very limited with pictures in book. Kids like to see pages with animations or pictures. If they spend some time on better user UI it would be even better. Reached out to customer support but have gotten no response. Looking forward for future upgrades.

So many issues this year. We’ve been using this app since 2018. It’s been a lot of fun but this year has been full of issues and glitches. When we open the app it’s a blank white screen, I cannot edit my original recipients info without the app closing on me. I’ve emailed support, the only feedback I received was to follow a link which does not work either. So frustrating (2021). Follow up - uploaded app & went to see what they offer the kids. Almost everything on the page can only be accessed if you have a “magic pass” even a less than 1 min phone call is $6 which is nuts!!! I am certain hundreds and thousands of people sign up to this yearly = shouldn’t be so expensive. Especially when the activities and options are minimal

Too Expensive. I’ve been using PNP since my 13 yr old was young. Back then, the videos were free. It was such a wonderful tradition each year. It’s a shame that money has to be a factor. The videos were sent via email and not on an app. We received a yearly reminder to create our new video. It’s such a shame that to continue the tradition we now have to pay money for just the extra special joy these videos bring to CHILDREN, who after all, this was created for. I wish they would go back to being free or at least a little cheaper.

I love the website, but the app?. I absolutely love PNP! I’ve been putting these videos together for my Sisters kiddos for about 8 years now and I love every second of it. The reason I only gave this a 3 Star is because the app keeps closing on me while in the middle of creating a video and I lose where I’m at and have to start all over 🤬 if it auto saved I wouldn’t be so frustrated! Otherwise I love this whole concept and helps to keep the magic alive! I wanted to add... have the app start on the kids corner in case your like my sister who hands her phones to her kids not thinking about it. Let the parents get in by using a passcode (something similar to you tube kids?)

Was great, now only up sells. Nothing works.. I have used this app for at least 5 years and it was always great. This year it has decided that the subscription I have had for years (the top yearly amount until now) isn’t enough to do anything. Instead it tries to upsell to the Magic Pass (which I already had). Purchasing this Magic Pass, does nothing. Just takes you back to the home stream with no new access. I have upgraded, Cancelled, Re-subscribed several times in the last few days. Now the App is “added for Maintenance” on December 24th! Save your money. This was an awesome app but not anymore. Totally useless. I will be cancelling my subscription and disputing any charges that show up on my credit card.

Good but could be better. The whole thought of the app is great, the videos are well made and my son loves them. 13 dollars for a few months of premium service is a bit much, I decided to buy it this year to try it out but I was very disappointed when they told me it would expire after a few months and I’d need to pay another 13 to get it again. Had it been a one time payment I wouldn’t be upset. The reaction videos take so long to process and save, I end up forgetting about the dang thing. And you can’t use the reaction cam while it’s saving another. I can see how this would be problematic if you have multiple children and want to make them each a video (as they’re aren’t multiple children video options) and save their reactions. It’s a good app, I’ve used the free version for 3 years but I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

So much fun but. This app has been so much fun over the past two years. However some adjustments would be nice. The whole app it should be password-protected. The messages from Santa button should not be on the kids section. How do I explain early in the season that her Christmas eve message is already there? Kids are smart. It’s not a phone call from Santa if they can tell it’s pre-recorded Because it’s not Christmas Eve yet. I’d like to let kids play in the kids section but I don’t want her to see videos in advance. Also, finding this app and being able to open it and watch old videos in July ruined the novelty. If the whole app was password-protected that would save that predicament

So upset in 2023. We have been using this app since 2016. This year it’s nothing but trouble. My renewal went through on December 12, but even before that while I still had a valid annual subscription, I wasn’t able to access any of the premium videos. After December 12 I was hopeful everything would work as expected. But nothing worked except for the two free videos, one for adults and one for children. I restored my purchases. I logged out and logged back in. I logged out and logged back in using different methods. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. I tried conversing with the chat bot. I’ve sent three emails. I requested to cancel the subscription and then re-purchased it. I logged in a different way and tried to re-purchase it. Nothing is working. I am now $80 in and nothing has worked. No one will respond to me through the email address the chatbot pointed me to. We are days before Christmas and my children are very sad because Santa hasn’t reached out to them this year as he has done every year for the last 7 years. And, moms and dads know what I’m talking about, when your children are sad and you can’t fix it, it really stinks. To be clear, we have a really enjoyed this service in the past and I have paid for it for many, many years. The videos are expertly done. The final product is extraordinarily enjoyable. I just wish I could make some this year.

Please fix!! 2017. Love this app!! This is the first time we’ve used this app and it gave us adults a chuckle with the section for the adults only 😂 and for the kids it has blown their minds and ours with the phone calls it’s such a treat to get a personal call from Santa HOWEVER our daughter was more upset about Santa hanging up so fast her complaint was she didn’t get to say bye she understood Santa is a busy man and can’t talk long has to be super quick but her feelings were hurt that she didn’t get to say bye if we could fix it so maybe they can say bye and he responds back to the bye THEN hangs up that would be fantastic!! Thanks!!

Update: Annoying glitch corrected. The app is now continually forcing the App Store to open to download an update. Problem is... I’ve already downloaded the update!! Annoying glitch that is preventing me from doing anything else with the app b/c of a pop-up window/message. Update: The glitch is fixed and we are now back to happy, Santa-updating bliss. 😃 My kids LOVE getting these phone calls and video messages from Santa. We use them purely as a “building excitement” activity, not to make them feel bad or scared about their behavior. Such fun!! 🎅🏼 Totally worth the money IMHO.

Good but not great. Everything was money !!!!! I mean come on people! I get it that you want to make some cash of this game but I couldn’t do anything! 😡 My little sister saw her friends with the game and wanted it. But when her video wasn’t “as good as here friends” she claimed Santa didn’t love her. I didn’t want to have to pay for all the stuff. And the coming soon.... REALLY! Come on!!! Don’t put It on the game till it is out or your asking for a tantrum when they can’t press on it!! Why do you need the email anyway! So we can get jacked up by your stupid emails asking you to buy more stuff in the game! YOUR KILLING ME HERE!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 other wise it was a great game..... if your willing to pay !

Email technical issues. I have used this site for many years for both of my grandchildren. I'm having issues sending it via email. There's no way of calling or talking to a person. I tried the text messaging help center. It was horrible communication. As you can see, I have been doing this for years and know how to send an email.I was able to send one video but the other one is saying download no option to share via email. But of course there's know when you can call to get help.

This is wonderful!!!. I love the passion that you guys put into all of the videos and how it captures the magic. I was a little perturbed though this season (2021) with the update because when I try to input my information, it tends to slow down more and more as I input more information…. Then it glitches to where it prevents me from finishing it. My daughters have loved all the videos but being unable to make them this year is heartbreaking being a premium subscriber. Can you look into this please before the holiday season is up so that I can maintain the magic here in my home. Thanks for all you do and keep up the good work.

A Family Tradition. I have used this app for many years to create Santa videos for my grandchildren. The PNP program has gotten easier to use each year and I think that the money I spent for the Premium videos and the Gold package was a bargain!! My grandchildren anticipate the arrival of the video and the joy in their eyes is unforgettable. Their parents often video them watching their message from Santa for the first time to capture that wonder. The addition of new storylines make the videos a little different each year. I love this app and the improvements they make each year. My journey from a free video many years ago to the ones I made this year has been filled with smiles from the grandchildren!! Thank you!!

Surperb!!!!. This is simply amazing! I was hoping for a great app but instead got the top of the line incredible. My initial search was for my brother and within minutes, less than an hour I felt as mesmerized as an eager 5 year old on Christmas morning that actually watched Santa magically coming down the chimney. I purchased the 10 year option and that includes the ability to have more videos which include some for the adults. This is the BEST Christmas present that I could have ever gotten because not only will I see the amazement in my brothers eyes but I am able to record it for many years to come. Thank you for this phenomenal app. MERRY CHRISTMAS

Come on people. Come on people... to the people complaining it’s costs MONEY- yes, it costs money. These videos are super creative, fun, are superb quality and make any child excited. These are the best videos ever. My son looks forward to them every year. This will be his third. I recommend this to all of my friends that have young kids. Any child that complains one was better than the other needs to learn a little something about life be grateful for getting one from SANTA. Shame on the parents for even allowing that bratty behavior. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Best Santa App ever. It is the best app period. It lets you personalize every last detail for example when it “FaceTimes” the kids you can put names they are familiar with in it as well. I put in names of their cousins, and in the video they will see said cousins names and their big books on the shelves. You put a picture of your house on it and Santa will zoom in from a map. It has video messages that a personalized for them all year round such as for birthdays. And then even more detailed calls to encourage them to behave better, listen to mom and dad, pee in the potty etc as well as congratulating them on behaving well in school. If theirs a new family member, if a family can’t be with them and the child misses them!!! So worth the money (and only under $10!)

It’s really gone downhill. I’ve used this app for years. My kids really loved it. But this year… The pricing isn’t clear, I’ve bought two of the membership levels and still can’t get the videos i want. I’m glad that they are mixing up the videos but there’s really nothing to make for my kids. Last year, there were multiple videos on the naughty nice list. Now… there’s like two “video conference calls”… these only work once. Also, you can’t share the videos like you used to be able to. This is my last year with this App. It’s gotten worse this year. I bought a membership and the app won’t even let me log in. I’ve reset my password and it won’t “reset it”. It just keeps going to the log in screen where it won’t let me change the password. Do not waste your time.

This app is so magical!. My oldest Daughter got these video’s starting at 6 years old. She couldn’t believe that Santa knew exactly who she was and that she did gymnastics and know so much about her! When she was around 8 years old, she noticed the companies name (PNP) that comes up on the screen after the video’s done. She thought it was weird and quickly figured out that I had something to do with the video. It’s more special and easier for the child to believe for a child under 8 years old. My youngest, who is now 5 has been getting her santa video’s since she was 2 years old. She enjoyed it more and more each year. This December when she got her video, it was obvious that she was completely amazed! Santa knew and who she was and actually said her name, knew where she lived and he knew her friends names! It’s pretty special! The company has made it more detailed and magical every year! The reaction recorder is great! Now you option to save more videos with the child’s reactions! The year her reaction was priceless!

Memories for a lifetime!!. I was first told about this website about 10 years ago now. I have shared it with so many friends, family members, even strangers at Christmas time. I’ve seen changes along the way. New videos, now birthday videos. One of the best decisions (I feel anyway) is they still offer a free video for everyone. Yes you can pay for more options which is a fantastic deal. When you see your child/ Children’s grandchildren’s faces light up, it brought the kid out in me too! My son is now 14, he asked me why I keep doing it for him. Simple son, I’m still making memories for us! Thank you, to the Santa, Developers and all the Staff it takes to make all the videos. I have enjoyed making memories with my son over the years. Im a single father and I Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Christmas wouldn’t of been the same without you! See you in six months! Ho! This app is the best!. This app is awesome. I’ve been using Portable North Pole for years! The videos are pretty consistent from year to year. My kids always love the Santa magic that happens and look forward to their videos. You can pay for premium perks and have more options for the parents who really want to go all out there, but the free version is fabulous too. There’s also a birthday greeting if you’re interested. Now I see that for 2018 they’ve added some gifts to purchase as well. Love this app and the seasonal parenting leverage it always brings!!!

Fourth Year Use - Gets Better!. This is my fourth year using PNP for my grandchildren. All were girls until this year when we got a surprise...a little boy! Now the fun begins with him! PNP has grown over the years to a fantastic interactive visit from Santa and his elves to your child’s living room, all without having to fight the crowds. With the issues going on this year, there is no worry about taking you child to see Santa as PNP has boosted the videos so there is more variety to choose from. You best way to go is to purchase the full package if you have more than one child as you can chose several video setups throughout the Christmas season, one on Christmas Eve and some for those adults in your life. Then during the year, get a special birthday video for the kiddos. I’m a grandmother who just loves this and have trusted the makers of PNP throughout the years. It’s nice to know there is an app that comes through with its promises...especially when it comes to children! Thank you PNP for your many years of beautiful memories! Grams UPDATE: My 5th year using this wonderful app and it just keeps getting better! Keep adding new content and keep the price the same. Senior Citizens are on a very limit budget so things like this are very special when kept affordable. Thank you for another wonderful year!

Changing previous review. UPDATE: A recent update has fixed a TON of issues! Audio has been corrected and they also changed the photo format so that most recent photos are showing up first. Creating videos was quick and easy, great quality and the kids LOVED them (as usual) I also just wanted to say a quick thank you for adding my daughter’s name (Eisley) into the list of names Santa can say. He couldn’t last year so I was thrilled it was available this year even though it’s not common. Once again, VERY happy with this service. Thank you for listening to your customers. Previous review below: I’ve been using this service for years with all my kids and getting high quality videos. THIS year, I don’t know who they have managing this application but it is complete and utter garbage. I paid for the premium videos and was only met with constant crashing (which erases all your progress), photos not uploading and a mind numbingly idiotic set up which pulls up pictures listed from oldest to most recent... so I get to scroll through thousands of photos just to get to the ones I need... only for them to not upload and inevitably causing the app to crash. When I finally was able to get a video created, the sound is so low, I can’t hear it. Awesome. Thanks for the time wasted and useless video, pnp. Hopefully my 10 dollars can assist you in hiring better programmers in 2018.

My boys are my joy.. My oldest son who loves Santa Claus when I found this app this made him so happy that I had to do it every year. See my oldest is intellectually delayed due to a car accident we were all in in 2001 he was 2 1/2 months old when it happened. But to see the joy when I showed my youngest son this video and Santa saying his name I teared up.. I can’t give my boys everything they want due to our life situations financially. But this helps so much. Thank you to the developers who came up with this idea. Now I just wish you guys had a free trial with it so I could do a few of these cool add ones.

Dissatisfied after six years. I’ve used PNP to get Santa’s messages for my kids for six years. But this year, they have really dropped the ball. - The app logged out of my account, exposing grown up features to the kids. My son launched the app to see if Santa sent new messages, but was greeted with the login page. Unfortunately, the login page shows previews of videos to other kids that Santa hasn’t sent him yet. This completely ruined the magic, because he now knows that the videos aren’t just for him. - New videos don’t show up right away, and are frequently just a blank screen when they do. When a parent chooses to add the video to the kids’ corner, it doesn’t show up on their device for quite a while. When it does finally show up, it is usually a blank screen and the app needs to be killed to show the videos. - Classic videos no longer have Santa’s verdict (whether child has made the nice list). Also, by reducing the number of videos that contain his verdict, you can no longer choose different videos for different kids. This was an awesome app experience for my kids, but no longer. Next year, I’ll be telling my kids that the elves are too busy making toys to send their videos.

Great if you want to send a video to multiple children. The videos are really cute and amazed the kids how Santa can have so much info about them. I rate it only 3* though because I think it’s a pity that the videos are a bit redundant and can’t be built on each other. I would have loved to send several videos to my son and keep the magic alive through the holiday season. I didn’t want to tell him early December that he made it to the “nice list” because there were some things I wanted him to “work on “. However none of the videos allowed me to follow up on the progress. I wish I could send a second/third video saying that he made progress to encourage him. It’s a great deal if you want to send Santa videos for several kids but you can really use only one or 2 videos per child because behind the different story line Santa’s talk is really the same.

Very fun but has annoying flaws. They need to change the video if you have more than one child because otherwise they catch on pretty quick that it’s fake. When they both get the same video with just different names it cause some question. My other complaint is that you should be able to change the features of each video without having to re-record each video. For instance, if I want to change my child’s behavior from good to naughty I should be able to do that quickly and easily without having to redo and wait for the whole video to reload. The waiting for the reload is not the issue, it’s the fact that now I have two videos for the same thing (ie..carousel, attitude, big book) yet I am unsure of which is the video for when they are being sweet, or the video for when they are being mean, or the video that has different pics etc. it’s just too complicated. My child went to listen to his “big book” and accidentally played the wrong one saying he was naughty when it should’ve been the good one. Ugh. The last issue is that the recorded reaction should be on a separate page bc they suddenly disappear without notice. Other than all that it’s a cool app.

It used to be fun and easy. We started using this app several years ago. Maybe 7 or 8 years now and we used to love it. It was fun and easy to use for even the most technologically challenged person. Now there are too many options and the prices have gone way up. It was a dollar or two when we first used it… actually, our first year may have been free but now in order to get the “big book” or “nice or naughty” videos, you have to have the magic pass and it says “for one person”. That magic pass is $20 and I have two kids. To be fair, the Santa and Elves are very realistic and lovely. But the videos haven’t changed much in the last several years while the price has jumped massively. And we have to choose two different videos otherwise the kids catch that their videos are exactly the same other than their names. We couldn’t justify the price this year and it’s the first time we haven’t used it since discovering it. We switched to a different app. It isn’t as detailed but the price is better and it’s less complicated. We’ll miss this app but there are other options.

Loving the free parts. This app is the cutest! I have 2 boys with special needs and my youngest son is having M a lot of behavioral issues and I need a way to help him with his behavior. I’m hoping this app is going to help 🤞🏼 so far I’m using the free parts of PNP and I’m impressed, only question I have so far is, On the premium package it’s unlimited calls and videos for kid’s (plural) so can we get more than 1 proof of being on the nice list? I have 4 kids that needs this. I hope so, if so then I will be purchasing the premium package. Thank you PNP for this amazing app.

Amazingly real and personal. I have used PNP for the last several years and it just keeps getting better and better. I like how each year they add new video options and when I personalized it for my kids this year I realized it went back to old videos and pulled up a picture of our house from a previous video -which was awesome! The only thing I don’t like this year is I feel like there are less options for the kinds of phone calls needed. there used to be lots of choices for behaviors and now there are few. Some kids need more than one phone call :-)

Fantastic. I’ve paid for maybe 3 apps in the past. This app is free but has an in app purchase option to get all the premium videos and calls. Worth every penny. A direct line to Santa. Santa has helped us out even after the holiday season. Sometimes kids need a little help remembering to listen, pick up their toys or to go to bed when they are told. Santa can help encourage them to do that. Even when it’s not Christmas, kids tend to listen to Ol’ Saint Nick. I love this app, and when it’s time to renew my premium content purchase for the upcoming holiday season, I won’t hesitate. If you need a great app that puts you in touch with Santa himself, try our this one and you’ll be good to go.

free trial? WHAT free trial?. I downloaded this app to make a video (as a joke) for my dad. first it was super glitchy and wouldn’t let me accept terms and privacy policy so I decided, maybe if I sign in/sign up it won’t glitch? so I did that but I didn’t see the button to create a free video. I logged out and deleted my account since I didn’t do anything on it. the button for creating a free video popped up and it wasn’t glitchy. however when I finished filling out my dad’s info and clicked create video, it wanted me to sign up so I did that (again). then, a pop-up appeared and said “your free trial is over”. I never made a video though, so I never used a free trial! I went to the website to get help from the chat bot but that was useless, so finally I gave up. this app is NOT easy to use, ALL the videos are premium, and the chat bot is COMPLETELY unhelpful.

Rip off!!. This is a total rip off. I used this app last year and LOVED it. I ended up paying the 9.99 to unlock all videos and calls. Imagine my surprise when I find out that if I want to use this app this year I would have to pay another 9.99! At least last year there was the option of a few free calls and videos. This year the ONLY things that are free are three videos (one for adults only, one for groups only, and one for birthdays - NOTHING Christmas for kids!) and there are zero free calls! I have to pay $3.99 for one phone call or $4.99 for one video? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Last year I couldn’t recommend this app enough, but this year I can’t delete it fast enough. If you’re going to charge for 99% of the app’s content anyways, then don’t make it a free app!!

Magic in the making for children and adults. This is the most perfect app for anybody it comes straight from Santa with all the magic he puts in Even just a little details matter because it will make adults and children and everybody else’s day whether they believe in Santa Or not because this every year has two free videos for both child and adult and year around he has the one for everybody’s birthday but this little thing is so magical you know is the best team in the world because it will literally ask you a lot of things about your child or your adult like oh what a picture and know how to pronounce their name right and this is coming from someone who knows that Santa is this really real but I still have lots of fun and I still believe anyways this is also coming from an 18-year-old with disabilities I was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome which means that the whole left side of the heart isn’t even there I was born with no spleen and I have Pacemaker and you know how must do your organs are on your left side mine are all on my right I have lots of disabilities and I am very delayed in my development but I can tell you that this app or even the website is great go and check out more than five more of a magic here in Santas portable North Pole

The best. This is the best Christmas app out there. We have used it for 3 years now. My son’s face lights up every time he sees Santa! Now I am able to share with my 3 year old nephew as well. The amount of time and effort put into making these videos are astonishing. These videos can make any Grinch believe in Santa and the magic of Christmas again. You will not regret downloading or making in app purchases. Every time you see your little ones face light up, you will believe this is the best download you ever made or best money ever spent.

Does not work , do not buy. I have had PNP for years and it has worked very well for me until now. I purchased PNP through PayPal and the purchase went through and changed my PayPal account. I cannot get anything to work correctly. It is impossible to actually talk to a live human to get help. You can only chat with a bot that does nothing but give you options not even close to your issue. I don’t know what happened to the app I have used flawlessly for years but it has become a irritating app to use. The payment part of the website works great but you get no satisfaction anywhere else. Save your money and avoid endless headaches trying to get some satisfaction with this app! What ever changes have been made to this app , have ruined this experience.

Love this App and Website. I have been using the Portable North Pole website for several years now and glad they compacted it into an app. I love the different membership levels. My daughter now 8 and still has the magic of believing loves her videos and calls from Santa every year and waits for them patiently. She is amazed how he always knows her name, how old she is, where she lives, how school is going, what she wants for Christmas and has pics of our family and her special fur baby stuffed animal friends which we make videos for too. This year I did the magic pass for all the exclusive options and already we did a regular video, a video FaceTime call, am planning a Christmas Eve call and the magic special deluxe videos and calls. Greatest creations to bring the spirit of Santa and keep it alive with your children

Adaptable videos. This app has brought so much Christmas magic into our home. I love watching the faces of my children while they watch their videos. My only complaint is that I paid for the season videos for the last 2 years and the videos haven’t changed from last year to this year. My daughter is a little older this year and I can’t send the video to her because she’ll remember it from last year. I feel for the cost, there should be a new video available each year. But there are many videos to choose from. She just loves the Big Book video.

Missed Opportunity. The visuals are beautiful, as in prior years. Developers do an effective job of engaging the child with personalization of name, DOB and the child's typical day. However, the narrative should have been written by a child development specialist....who could have helped the video to focus more on the wonder of the North-Pole-home of Santa, talk about the unique value of each child and that Christmas is a special time for us to share time and treasures with those we love. Narrative could encourage children to be persistent when solving problems with materials. Narrative could encourage children to solve problems with other children collaboratively, sharing feelings and together coming up with ideas for resolution. An early childhood specialist would omit the non-descriptive, subjective language of 'naughty' and 'nice' and remove the connection of behavior to gifts, because this leads children to believe that bribery is an acceptable adult-child interaction strategy. I am very disappointed in the videos and will be deleting the app from my device.

DISAPPOINTMENT. I have used this app every year, and each year it brings joy. However, this year, it brought disappointment to our Christmas Eve. Purchased one of the phone calls for $3.99 and everything went through fine, however, then the app forced closed and wouldn’t open for nothing. I uninstalled, reinstalled, plus force restarted my phone and it still would not open. The app repeatedly would try to open, show a quick white flash, and then close. Long story short me and my family were set in for the long trip of disappointment as we couldn’t receive our phone call that we had ALREADY paid for. I was hoping with this error my payment didn’t process successfully, however, moments before this review the total of $3.99 popped up on my bank statement. I want my money back! iPhone 7 Plus iOS 11.2.1

Complete Disappointment. I have literally been using this service for 10 years !!! 10 years since my first daughter was 5 and is obviously now 15 but I also have a 9 year old who still waits for her video every year. The service has become a complete pain to navigate and you end up paying way more than you intended just to get the stupid video made! It’s a waste of time and money and would have never started the tradition to begin with had I known it would be run like this now ! It use to be free or 4.99 for one video , you would set it up and done . Not anymore , now you have to pay for a magic pass to unlock new videos that are just filled with wasted space of frolicking elves and if you don’t want a phone call during the video(I.e , I and probably most people do not ), you now have to pay for premium so they have you again !! It’s ridiculous

Updated Review. I guess the elves have been hard at work and fixed the picture bug. Thanks for working to get this corrected! The app works like it is supposed to now and my kids love it again. Previous review: I have used this app for the past two years without a problem. This year however photos will not upload. The size of standard cell phone photos is apparently too large for this year’s version of the app. This is a huge oversight by the developers! If this problem is not addressed soon it will pretty much be a useless purchase this year. Disappointing from an app my kids have really loved in the past. I hope it gets fixed so I can change this review. Also, I have saw on some of the responses the developer telling users they can still use the website. That is true enough, but the reason we pay for an app is the convenience of not having to upload pictures to a pc. That extra step is too time consuming and is not an adequate answer to the problem in this app.

Kids Corner Disappointing. I’ve used the PNP app for the last 3 years and I’m really enjoying the new videos this year! However, the videos that I’ve created this year are not showing up in the Kids Corner, so I can’t hand my kids the phone anymore to let them watch their video from Santa...I have to pull it up for them. Also, the Kids Corner doesn’t have some of the games my kids enjoyed last year, like the Tree Shaker game. Not why I use the app, but it was a fun little feature. Just seems like the Kids Corner got neglected this year. Also, adding an option of creating the video for multiple kids, like siblings, would be great. I’ve done a couple of videos for each of my kids, but would be great if the same video could just mention multiple kids.

Great but no longer a free app. I haven’t use this app for a couple of years and I noticed that the free videos are super generic now, just sad that now it cost money to create a little more detailed video. I use to be able to upload the image of the toy that was asked from Santa, it would let you click through and pick a phrase from Santa, like I see you haven’t been listening to your parents or I see you’re having a hard time getting homework finished or something more positive but many to pick from (things like that), then it would let them be on he good or naughty list at the end then it would be sent to your email. It’s still a cute app but can’t justify paying since most apps require more and more money every year or the app stops working.

Night before X Mas. Yes very cute idea if my WiFi makes it too the North Pole!I think that review is very vulgar and rude and I think it’s made to be something else out to be for me and I am sorry that I did what I did me the application and somebody has it out for me and then it became a lot like you were having it out for me and they just became his whole hack myself job and then really hack me to death job and it’s really been annoying and I like my ID and my application I did and it actually became a whole lake world trade thing with styling stylist everywhere at stores creating stuff and I came up with an idea like this like five years ago but it’s OK I still have some thing out there and it’s mine that I created and submitted and it’s mine

Disappointed. I’m disappointed with this years update of the app. I’ve been using this app for the past three years to send Santa videos to my nephews who live out of state. This year they added a phone call component and now you can no longer send videos because of the phone call. It would be helpful to make the phone call an option so that the video can still be downloaded and sent. Not everyone is a parent using this app. Otherwise my nephews LOVE getting their videos from Santa. The videos are very well done also. I would highly recommend this app to any one with children or anyone who believes!

Great app & helpful elves for service. I’ve used this app for a couple of years now and it just keeps getting better and better! The videos are great. The personalization and interactive videos really create the magic & wonder of Santa and the Christmas Season. I love that with the Magic Pass I can create even more personal videos to share with cousins, grandkids, etc. I had a volume issue due to accidentally putting it on AirPlay and I couldn’t figure out. I sent a help chat to the elves and even in the busiest time of year they answered quickly and solved my issue. They knew what to try to help me fix it and they were right! I wouldn’t have know to look there without their assistance. Great app!

Magical! Buy it every year!. We have been using this app for 4 years. My kids LOVE getting phone calls and videos during the month. It’s very easy to create and they have a separate Kids Corner area within the app where all the videos go so your kids can always rewatch them. You can also have the videos emailed. My son is old enough now (12) that he asks what’s “PNP” because they do use their advertising at the end of each email/video. Older kids will for sure catch on to this. This is the best behavior management tool I use at home. Whenever my daughter is having a great day at school, I’ll have Santa call her and tell her she’s doing a good job. This also works if she’s not having a good week too. Her face lights up when she sees Santa is calling 🎅🏼 I wish they would include something with the Elf on the Shelf because my daughter knows that our Elf Sophie flies back to the North Pole every night to report to Santa... this would be cool to have Santa create new videos that mention he has spoken to the Elf and gotten their report. Just an idea for the developers!

Cute but needs more options. I have been using PNP since it was just phone calls only through a website only. It’s gotten to where it is the same assortment of videos and calls. I do not like that the interactive video calls can’t be sent and they they have to watch from my phone. I can pretty much only schedule the same phone calls or send one of the 3 videos that apply for my use. Probably the last year I use the app bc it is frustrating to go through all of the creation processes only to have it play on the device I’m using. My kids are in split homes so I can’t send them anything except the same few things. Thought there would be more variety by now - and I don’t think it is worth the cost anymore.

Amazing video but reactions don’t work. The quality of the video is amazing! Really really well done and inserting my daughters name and photo is so seamless. HOWEVER what is really disappointing is that recording her reaction to watching the video doesn’t seem to work. It’s now been over 12 hrs and the reaction is still uploading. I’ve logged in and out, updated the app (even though only purchased the app yesterday) and am on WiFi. I’m so disappointed!! I would have had my husband record her reaction on his phone if we thought it wouldn’t work. None of the help answers cover this and when I try the message option it never loads. I still recommend this as the video and recording calls is awesome (I haven’t scheduled a call yet but have recorded one) just don’t rely on the reaction to record. Please fix this!!! I’m so disappointed we haven’t recorded her first reaction

My subscription which I pay for doesn’t seem to give me the premium access. I have a subscription that renews every year. I know I have paid extra to upgrade to premium several times but I never get the access without having to purchase again. So disappointed just want what I have paid for SEVERAL TIMES OVER

Lovely but glitchy on iPhone. I’ve used PNP for 4 or 5 years now and the quality and magic are excellent and a lovely part of Christmas with our daughter. I used the app last year with no problem but this year I cannot update or change photos. It says the Invengineers are having trouble uploading any pictures. So annoying! I did the latest update before trying any too.

Used to be great…now not so great. After many years as a premium subscriber this year is the last. This app used to be super, actually incredible with all videos and calls working perfectly and creating a great experience for the kids. Now it’s a case of put the req details in a just hope it works. So far this year I have had 1 out of 4 videos work and even then the call didn’t work. 2 stars given for the good years. Running iOS16.2 on iPhone 14 pro.

2023 PNP worst in 10 years. I’ve been using PNP for a decade now. This year I have experienced more technical issues than ever before. The calls did not work across multiple videos, despite a lot of troubleshooting. Some videos would glitch and start from the beginning half way through. Many of the videos can’t be shared anymore. It is a very expensive subscription and not worth it anymore.

Frustrating in 2017. Like others, I’ve found this year’s app to be very frustrating. It crashes quite a lot and I can’t even get it to process (without errors) one of my three kids’ videos!? She’s only a baby and wouldn’t know anyways, but I can’t show the older two theirs if there isn’t one for their little sister! Also when I first made the video this year, I could select who the child was ‘surrounded by’ and those names were on books next to his/hers. But that seems to have vanished and it’s now just a shot of an elf in front of the wall of big books, pretty sure that shot was from last year or the year before. I am using the free video. My iOS and app version are always up to date.

Amazing App! Adds a bit of magic to our lives. Perfect in every way! We can no longer live without it! One thing to kindly consider: when personalising a video, the app offers the option of choosing a group of kids in the name section (boys and girls, kids, children, class, etc) but when we get to the gender section, we only have the option to choose a boy or a girl, which doesn't work when the video is produced. Can you kindly update the app with something like a "you all" button? Highly appreciated!

Great but offers less. This is a great idea and app for little ones. However every year less and less gets offered. I understand this is a money making thing but it is disappointing how every year something gets cut from the free version and less I'd given for the premium. You used to get a naughty nice verdict and Santa used to say what the child had been asked to do and what they were doing well at. Be great to see these back.

Not working this year - want a refund. This app has been fantastic the last two years I've used it but this year it's terrible. Once again, I've purchased the premium content and like others, I cannot update my information or upload photos without it freezing. I have the most recent update to iOS but it's still not working. I would prefer the developer to fix this but if it can't be I want a refund for the premium content purchased. My kids will be so disappointed not to receive their videos from Santa this year. I am very disappointed and hope this can be fixed ASAP.

It's really Christmas. We have used this app for 6 years now & it truly makes my sons Christmas so special, he is 10 this year & his face when he receives his videos is just magical...ok the 16 year old doesn't mind a video either 😉 never too old for Christmas thank you PNP keep up the great work santa & your amazing elves

2017 version VERY disappointing. After 4 years of amazing videos for my kids - I can’t even upload a photo this year to any of your premium videos. My youngest child thankfully hasn’t questioned about not receiving his personalised messages yet as I would have to make up some excuse after purchasing premium content for the third year running - but this year I can’t even make one video work. Purchased in November and here we are a week into December and despite repeated updates - still come up with “Invengineers are having trouble uploading (4)” error message on the photo upload screen. Would like a refund this year please as time to enjoy the videos is rapidly running out. 😞

Festive mood. The all thing is great except the cost factor. I used to had them over ten years ago through the website and I had it for free for Christmas. And now on the App Store that I have to pay for one year membership fee. The cost is reasonable, however, if you cut the cost down to half for only for the Christmas, then maybe I would pay it for that.

Saddened 2017. I LOVE this normally. I am so impressed by the amazing quality and effort they put into the videos. I’ve used it for 4 years and have been happy to pay for it, but this year there have been SO many technical difficulties from up loading photos to icons that do nothing, ( ‘coming soon’, then wiped off the app and ‘toys and gifts’ that has only a white screen). I am using my iPhone so not sure if the computer version works better. Hope they iron out these issues next year.

Why don’t you do calls to other people and the reason I did to start is because well I’m trying to cool you and I don’t know hell because like you’re asking for my email and that’s personal information and that it’s not good to send so I’m trying to keep it but still get a cool from you but I’ve already tried to do it I’ve already done it but what I really mean it’s like I have to write my email address

Greed has ruined this app. I have used this app for a few years now and was always able to get one free call or video and then I’d pay for another but the cost was very reasonable. Went on this year to find the price has SKYROCKETED!!! So at a time people are financially struggling they’ve upped the cost…thats the spirit of Christmas…right? I’m a sole parent and don’t have $24 for a video and call! Christmas this year was a big enough struggle just to have food and gifts! Disappointed such a magical app has been ruined by greed! More people will use it if it’s cheaper meaning you’ll make more money than making the price so high that less can afford it. Looking for an alternative this year sadly as I just don’t have the money

Very sad not to use this year - major stability issues. I have purchased this for the past few years, so really disappointed not to be able to use it this year. The app crashes on load ever since I purchased the premium pack. Dev team shows no interest in trying to solve it, they haven’t even asked for logs. I was told to use the desktop web version or they’d give me a refund - then I was told they don’t do refunds. Very different experience to previous years.

Fantastic app but needs improvements. I have been using this app for many years now and have always been so impressed with the quality of the videos and all the features this app provides. I feel that the Interactive Videos could be better as there is too long of a pause after the kids select the options and it ruins the flow of the video a little. Also, the Christmas just gone was the first year of Mrs Claus…don’t get me started! Her voice is so fake that even my 5year old burst out laughing at the sound of it and even to this day comes out with random sentences that she says in the video with his silly voice. In my opinion and probably numerous others out there, I would not bring back Mrs Claus. It was a big fail with her horrible voice that I will not be resubscribing this year if she is in the new videos. It’s embarrassing to even listen and watch her. I have 3 kids and like many others that have stated in their reviews, there needs to be more new variety’s so the kids don’t get the same video with just the names changed…kids ask questions and are very clever to figure things out!

Christmas Magic. This is just fantastic to create a little Christmas magic. I’ve had no problem with the app at all. I use iPhone 7 Plus and all software is up to date. The look on our children’s faces has been just wonderful. Just what our family needs this year at Christmas, a bit of joy!!

Love this app. I’ve been doing this for my kids and family for the last 6 years. My kids love getting birthday messages from Santa though the year. And helps build the excitement leading up to Christmas. Even the ‘big’ kids love their personal videos from Santa. Each year there is always something new for the kids to play with and new videos to watch.

Trouble with keeping the premium that was paid for. App is very good when it lets you use the premium video that that you paid for 10 years keeps wanting me to pay again ..Elf support has not been very good at sorting it out

Portable North Pole console. I’ve been using this platform now for 6 years & it never fails to exceed my expectations, and always brings a tear of joy to my eye & a lump in my throat. The kids look forward to it each year & always are asking me whether I’ve received the Santa emails yet. It’s a wonderful part of our Christmas preparation.

Magical part of my Christmas preparations. I have been making videos for my grandson for the last 8 years and now for my granddaughter as well. Kids so disappointed with the Christmas Eve video. We have purchased PNP videos for the last number of years for our children. We have always been very pleased with our videos and the kids loved them This year we purchased two Christmas Eve videos from PNP. I was so underwhelmed and disappointed with videos but as I had paid $7.99 for each of the videos ,I still showed them to the kids. They were so disappointed !!! Very little personalisation or detail and just a very generic video that didn’t feel personal to them. They had waited all day to receive their video from Santa and expected so much more. I would love to have been able to buy another video for them but I couldn’t afford to. Shame on you PNP.

Major issues. The video phone calls don’t work properly. On the screen it says the call isn’t connecting however the call has been made to the phone and the child gets confused. You also cannot pause the videos and they seem to keep playing for a long time after they are supposed to have finished. They are not synced properly. If they fixed these things it could be amazing, but it’s not great as it stands now.

Great app but would love an option for multiple children. Love this app and have been using it for a few years now, however the one thing missing is an option to do a video for both my kids at once. I found I can have him say “kids” but then have to pick a gender (I gave both a girl and boy) which makes it difficult. Would love to see an option next year where you can choose a generic multiple kids option.

PNP is the most magical service!. Thankyou PNP for making my little boy’s Christmas and birthday celebrations so special. The excitement and enjoyment he gets from the personalized videos is beyond words. It really is such a treat for him. The longer I can keep him believing the better!

Already disappointed with 2018. I only purchased the premium pack this year, after last year’s poor application, because my children were asking when they would get their first message from Santa. My daughter’s name has never been an option, I have submitted it for recording, but I am unable to select her exact nickname, which is in your database, I can only select the preselected nicknames, unless I use her nickname. She wants to see her actual name, even if she only hears her nickname. Can you please look at being able to search and select your own name pronunciation from your database.

Brilliant! Great Value!. I've been using PNP now for several years and I don't have kids lol! But it's great for young and old alike. Amazing quality and content and fantastic value for money. Christmas Video. Variety needs extending. Have been using PNP for couple of years. We have twins & have to select same video. I also could not update kids photo. Also when you paying for Santa phone call, should be able to have kids names (more than one child) rather than using nickname, like boys, its unipersonal.. Other than that, its a great idea.

Great for keeping the magic going ..... I’ve been using this app since my daughter ( nearly 10 now) was very young. It has improved with lots of great features. I’m hoping it will really help us to keep the magic alive that little bit longer. My son who is 5 is still a strong believer and he’ll be blown away with his video this year I think 🥰

Amazing. How amazing, we can have Santa call any time, keep the kids in line and keep them on their best behaviour. Just with a flick of a button and he’s calling the wife to talk to one of the kids or he’s sending messages for birthdays it’s great.

Amazing!. This app is really quite incredible. The level of detail and production is awesome. We’ve been using it with our kids for the past three years and their responses are priceless. It almost makes a believer of me and I’m the one inputting the information to personalize the videos. Magic stuff!

Birthdays. This is the first year I have used the app for my kids who both have a birthday in December. I went to create birthday videos for them but Santa kept getting their age wrong, double checked and I put the correct birthday in it but he keeps adding an extra year ( my 5yo turned 6 and Santa said 7) she noticed. My kids were rather excited about the message they received from Santa so that’s something.

Great but please give different endings on videos. We use this app every year and my kids love it. The problem is it’s very obvious that the “nice” endings are the same on all videos made that year. I make different videos for each of my children, but if they have all been “nice” the endings are identical and they can’t watch each other’s videos without recognising this. I am happy to pay for premium, and would appreciate even slight changes in the endings . Maybe a “nice” version 1 and 2 could be added?. Or if that’s not possible, maybe add the option to have multiple kids in one video. I would really love this review to be taken seriously as many people have more than one child! Thanks

Special times call for Special things!. What a fantastic idea! Great concept for keeping the magic of Santa .. even in a Hot Aussie summer! My lil girls face when she got her message from Santa.. quite heart warming and priceless - made me cry!! .. also with more special occasions like Birthdays! Thankyou & will be an annual to do for my lil girl and the lil man!👍

Great app,but not perfect. There needs to be an option to have siblings on the same video. Santa to address the whole family at one time. Similar format to the big book or elf door, but to have both children featured at once. I am finding this version a bit buggy and have gotten frustrated at times when uploading pictures. Calls should be included in the paid video pack. Not extra.

Fantastic magical app. I happily pay for the extra packages as the looks on my kids’ faces are priceless - I’m often reduced to tears when I see how genuinely excited they are. The videos and calls are cleverly structured so they feel like Santa is speaking directly to them and they verbally respond in turn. Had trouble this morning with placing a call - it’d let me select my country and enter my phone number, but then the dropdown menu wouldn’t disappear so I couldn’t access the enter/Call button (bug fix needed). Overall a very worthwhile app

Bugs and glitches. Payed for nothing. I downloaded this app for the first time this year. I paid for the premium subscription for the year. I made 1 video and closed for the day. When I went to make another video. The app loaded up. However, tried to charge me again. When I clicked on “subscribe” again. It stated that I had already paid and was subscribed. However, the app wouldn’t let me create videos. Still stating that I need to subscribe. I followed this up with the tech support team. They emailed me once, stating “we will follow this up asap”. It has been a week and radio silence. Feel like I have been robbed. Will report this app soon if either the app is not fixed or I am not refunded.

Glitchy this year!. I’ve always loved pnp and have used it for last 7 years. This year has been very glitchy. Constantly the app ends up in the parents section when the kids have been using it and have put it down for a few min. Quite a bit of explaining to do there! I turned off my subscription.. it charged me again. (The dates of when subscription was due and the payment are weeks apart). Figured oh well, it’s usually worth the money. The amount of times I’ve had to restart making a video as it’s frozen and I haven’t been able to see the options or scroll down. I’m kinda scared to let my kids see a video since their faith in Santa could be ruined if it glitches too badly. Hoping can get the I.T issues fixed for next year since I always recommend you to all I know!

What happened?. We’ve LOVED this app for many years. My girls always looked forward to their videos and even adult family and friends loved them. We’ve always been happy to pay but this year on dec 1st videos aren’t working. You can no longer jump on and select their behaviour for the day.. really disappointed as I have a 3yr old who would be beside himself with all the features we used to have. Update 2020. This app just keeps getting worse. It’s such a shame as we spent the whole year looking forward to it!

Beautiful and magical. I only have positives for this app. Easy to purchase videos, very easy to make videos and the content really is magical and beautiful. There are many many options available for what Santa says and for activities that children may have done during the year. Great app. Thanks

The app is down for maintenance. My son wanted to talk to Santa before he went to bed at 730pm (Australia - UCT+8). “The app is currently down for maintenance...” Ok that’s a shame. I told him he could talk to him on the next day. We tried again around the same time on the next day and got the same error, and the same error on the following evening. When you guys schedule maintenance work, can you please pick another time slot within the maintenance window? The app works during the day when he isn’t at home.

A Christmas Treat. My children have enjoyed receiving their magical Santa videos for 7 years now. We love watching their reaction to their very own Santa video. These videos are part of our tradition and as long as the children believe, we’ll be creating a new one each year.

Absolutely wonderful app!. I have been using this app for a few years now and still very happy with it. I got previously the premium version as we wanted also video with calls for the kids, and their reactions were absolutely amazing. This was one of the best surprises for the kids. We were also using the games, story telling etc in the kids section. I highly recommend this app. Even the free version is great, but of course there is less features for the fee plan. :)

2020 the year if bugs. Early on having problems with the app. Some videos play flipped the wrong way and is impossible to change. Biggest problem is when you do an interactive video and Santa calls you. The phone rings and Santa talks but the video doesn't recognise and shows Santa hanging cause you didn't answer so frustrating to explain that to the kids. Few other appearance problems as well so it's tough to use right now

Magical Xmas. Used this every year for my kids who adored it every year until sadly they have reached teenage years and no longer believe. However, just created one for my fiancée which I know she will love and treasure this year …..

Not calling. Super disappointing, I first used this in 2020 and it was great. We made a video with a call during the video in either 2020 or 2021, the phone rang, we answered and the girls talked with Santa. This year and also last year it hasn’t worked, I even tried adding my number in different ways, calls and video calls but no success. The third time I tried it he called, the phone didn’t ring and then the audio went silent through what was the call from Santa. Fortunately I said “Santa we can’t hear you!” and with perfect timing he hung up the phone and the audio came back, I also feel that it has somewhat been overloaded with additional calls, videos etc Super sad about this but I did enjoy the one video with phone call that did work out.

Seeing the children’s faces while talking to Santa is priceless!!. Age is wrong. I am not sure why the video says my child’s age wrong. I look in our profile and they have the right birth date and year but yet in the video, Santa says my child is a year younger. Scratching my head….

Trouble loading time sensitive calls/videos. I used to really enjoy the app, we’ve used it last 4 years. This year the Christmas Eve one wouldn’t load tried all night and now new years one won’t load. Very disappointing.

Automatic Subscription. It appears that when I paid for my kids’ videos, I was signed up for a subscription that automatically renews and charges me every year. I am now unable to figure out how to cancel this automatic renewal. Pretty dirty move on the part of PNP.

Worst service!. No one helps you!

Disappointed. Loved this app for the first couple of years since there were lots of videos to choose from. Now it’s becoming redundant and much less interesting. After buying the yearly pass for a few years, seeing how they were continuously updating the videos, I decided the lifetime pass would be a less expensive option. Now I can’t use the app on my current devices because they are not the most current OS and can’t be updated as such. Why can’t the app be used on a computer and only works on iPad or iPhone? Always glitches with the new year’s version which usually gets sorted out with the ‘elves help’ but this year they have surpassed my capabilities which is frustrating and disappointing considering they now have my money and I can’t do anything with the app if I don’t buy upgraded devices.

Keeping the magic alive.. I’d recommend this app to any family who truly believes in the magic of Christmas and Santa. My 10 year old figured out the Christmas Eve phone call had to have been recorded.

PNP. It is really a nice way to have the kids believe and protect innocents. I would like to see about 3different ways instead of everyone being the same because brothers and sisters know they are all the same.

Total disappointment this year.. *** I tried to send this to privately to PNP rather than a public review as I think this was just a bad year but I can not find anywhere on your website or on the mobile app, that I can contact you. ***** *** Now I’ve been another five minutes trying to think of a ‘nickname that isn’t taken’ just so the review will send! ***** I’ve purchased for years but this year was a disaster. Probably tried fifty times to make the first of the six videos I planned to make and it wouldn’t work. The field where I was to add a picture wouldn’t display correctly so I couldn’t add pictures. Each time I tried it was a different field that wouldn’t work. Sometimes all three would work but the final “create video” button wouldn’t work. So mobile app wasn’t working so I tried the website but even though it let me waste my time creating the video it then told me that that video was only available on the mobile app! This is Christmas Eve and I’ve spent an hour hiding in my room trying to do it so in desperation I made one group video instead of the traditional six individual videos. And the one group video only allowed four kids and I had six. Plus now I need a picture of all of them together rather than the individual pictures I’ve come prepared with! So I get the one video done but it doesn’t let me share it to my kids email addresses like I use to. So I needed to figure out how we will get the message to my kids and how we will watch it on something larger than my phone. So I go to the laptop and try to put the kids corner on the laptop but kids corner is only available on the mobile! So I had to bring the website up on the laptop which is not like receiving a message from Santa but rather it’s mom obviously bringing it up on a website. And and when it’s over it’s back to the website right in front of the kids. But to top it all off in the middle of the video our city name says CITY NOT LISTED. It actually said city not listed in the video! Oh and a tiny thing but if you’re fixing stuff anyway… it’s confusing that all the ads telling me to buy magic pass are still displaying after I buy the magic pass. I realize you try to improve it each year but it went backwards this year. I won’t purchase it next year. I started including my niece and nephew last year which is good for your business as my kids get older. But this year’s experience was terrible. It’s not expensive but this year it was just throwing money away. In other years my only suggestion was that I would like to be able to schedule when the sharing email would send. So I could prepare the video in advance but they wouldn’t receive the email invitation to view it until Christmas Eve. Thanks for your product in past years. Great App!. Fun to use and the kids love it!

Very well made. I have been using PNP Santa for 10 years now, this is the first year I had to put my youngest grandson on the you need improvement list. Unfortunately there is no video for strictly reviewing the child’s behaviour, I had to make a whole video as the first. There should be a video for reviewing the child’s behaviour at a later date. If not for that I would give PNP Santa a 5+ stars. Great job everyone, I really enjoy making these for my grandsons that live 5,000km away. Thank you for helping share the Christmas spirit with those we love so much.

Keeps saying hello Jacob over and over again can’t sleep with the loud voices so fast paced and not calm quiet and peaceful healing story with myself right after I fall asleep listening to hello Jacob my brain is going crazy with silly repeat words like this forever no longer suffering listening to it again

Needs new material.. Hi. My children has enjoyed this app. For 3 or 4 years now. They have enjoyed the heck out of it. Every year I am disappointed that only a few add ins are added each year. That does not address the fact that the kids start remembering that ‘hey. They did the same last year’. How on earth is it to be real if it’s always the same. Deja vu. They have had the same bedtime stories every year. Same advent videos, same same same. This alone will put doubts in their heads. First year is awesome. Then kids will ask for it again and everyone thinks….. if we are paying for it every year it must be different RIGHT? Nope. Same. Then third year I said that to myself again… ‘ who in their right mind would not change the stories and videos when asking for money every year and kids who are delicately affected when it comes to this topic - are realizing it’s just repeats. It’s not live messages for them’. It should be only a one time fee to keep for years if it stays mostly the same which it has in 4 years. Why are we paying year after year…. Because we believe that anyone dealing with this emotionally sensitive topic- should care how it affects the kids. (We is my family) I will not purchase again because if it hasn’t changed much in that 3-4 yrs why would it next yr or this year? Problem is- we can’t see before. Please don’t keep putting all the same stuff up.

App is good, purchase options extremely confusing. The purchase option selection has gotten out of hand. I paid for something and I’m not even sure what. Free vouchers, premium calls, special videos...why make this so complex!? App is great other than the recent change to package options. So unnecessarily confusing, beyond annoying. L

Highly Disappointed. We used PNP when our kids were young and it was brilliant. We paid for the magic pass for our grand kids and it was nothing like our previous experience. I made one video and it was okay , but the photos were so poor quality, not even the 2 or 4 year olds actually found it believable. I tried to make other videos and they failed and did not work. Went into the Santa tracker and it just sent prompts to upgrade. Don’t waste your $.

Doesn’t work. I have tried 2 years in a row to get the video call to work and it doesn’t. Gets to the call part and video shows Santa calling and goes silent. I never get a call. So I paid for an app that doesn’t work. Not happy

No Air Play. Screen doesn’t turn. Hello there. The app in general is nice and the videos are great. However, with the new IOS the screen doesn’t adjust when I turn the cellphone and the Airplay is not working at all. Thus the videos are tiny and cannot be seen.

Password reset does not work. I used this for years and loved it. This was my last. My password won’t work and my many attempts at resetting it won’t work either. It doesn’t go to the email like it says it does. I even paid for premium which I can’t use and have a little girl asking to see her video. No way to get help for this in the help center. Now I have lost money and have a heart broken kid who doesn’t understand why Santa won’t return the email so she can see her video.

Disappointed. I use to make a free video for my kids come Christmas and now that option is no longer available. This was something my kids looked forward too and unfortunate that they won’t get that this year.

Images on videos show as a broken link. I was premium in a previous year but not this year, but since there is no way to contact support unless you are premium I still filled out the email support help. The issue is that images won’t show in videos and instead the text “Linked image not found” appears. I tried all the usual methods and more so I consider mentioning to support due to being important enough. The answer was that the channel is only used for premium users…

Love the videos. Love the creations and everything that you can do with this app (what I’ve seen from other people)! The only thing is that when I created an account, it said that there was no account associated with my email. I was going to start my free trial. Then it said that my free trial was over before even creating my first video…and forced me to do premium. I was a bit disappointed with that, but I know many others have had a better experience than me.

Modern day magic. this app is so much fun! My son is now nine and we've been doing it for several years now. Yesterday he said that he was not believing in Santa Claus and that he shouldn't bother with a letter! It just so happened I hadn't shown him the video I made yet. I did the free version is I'm a single mom and money is tight and I am sure they're paid subscription is awesome and even more magical but I played the free video for him that was personalized and he lit up! His smile got goofy and he put on his clothes grabbed his letter to Santa and off we went!

Impossible to use. I have a magic pass account, every time I choose a video, and hit the get button, a message scrolls up . The message is for me to upgrade to magic pass. I HAVE MAGIC Pass. I don’t want to pay for your service twice. I’ve had an account for several years,and never had this problem before. That’s great this close to the big day! Are the elves trying to rip me off? Very disappointed at this point.😡

Almost 5 stars. This app would of gotten 5 out of 5 stars if it wouldn’t cost money for everything. It’s definitely the best Santa app I have found. Santa sounds good and looks good (doesn’t have the fake beard look to him) the elves are also very real looking. The videos are awesome and well done, but every video and call costs money or a membership subscription. Really wish there was a free version with ads or something.

Love the app. I got the app last year for my son he was 5 first time I made him a video his eyes lit up his first phone call from Santa he was so happy then when he got his phone call for being bad he said mommy Santa really knows what I was doing. I got the app again still love it if I could make a suggestion maybe get to personalize the phone calls like we do with the videos like say what exactly they were doing bad or exactly what we are proud of them for thank you and merry Christmas to you and your staff

Wish there was a multi child option. I love this app for a single child but when you have multiple children who all believe, it isn’t as magical when they all see the same video from Santa. So having a multiple child video option would be wonderful. Otherwise it’s a pretty great app. I wouldn’t pay what they ask for the packages because there are so many free options available to make Christmas more magical so I can’t weigh in on the paid packages.

2020 disappointment. I have been a long time user and this year, every time I create a video, the voice repeats itself during the first part of the video giving it a very poor quality and making it impossible to understand what Santa is saying. I have tried deleting the app and restarting from scratch without resolve. The customer service response was generic and offered no real help aside from what I have already tried multiple times. I never had problems with previous versions, but 2020 version is not impressing me.

WORST EVER IF YOU PAY. I have never felt so cheated! I pay the app more than I should (bought download pass before I bought magic pass), and I didn’t even get to that part of the discussion, before I realized it was a lost cause and all I could do was warn people!! I did an entire video, and when I hit the create video button, it continued to say a photo was too small! First off, it doesn’t say which one, it doesn’t tell me how to fix it, and if you think you can actually talk to a human being, you’ll get as frustrated as I am! DON’T DO IT, just DON’T DO IT! If they fix the issues, I will amend my review.

Christmas Magic. Keeps the heart of Christmas alive! Need more versions for premium holders video selections. I try to do at least weekly for 2 kids and can spin the “oh look now you got the wrapping machine” but would be awesome if there were more choices so I can really change it up and not repeat videos. My oldest is 11 and still believes. I’m hoping to get a couple more years. Please add more videos next years. Merry Christmas.

Love, love, love. I’ve used this for years now. Some years I pay for all the videos and unlimited use and some years I don’t. The years that I do, I have so much fun sending videos to all my family and friends who have little ones. Their faces and expressions are priceless! Nothing makes me happier then to put a smile on the face of a little one with a little Christmas Magic and this app definitely gets the job done! Making memories for my grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends...😎

No longer acknowledging long term video pass. BLUF: if you buy a long-term pass, they may stop acknowledging it if it cost them money. If anyone remembers when they first started (2015) they offered a long term pass, I think it was ten years. I bought it at the time and used it without issue up until last year. Last year I had to contact them and ask them to reinstate it which they did. This year they are acting as if I had never had an account and they have no record of me having an purchase. Obviously easier to lose a few customers than continue to acknowledge the pass.

Great app. Love the free video they do for you. I made one last year for my grandson and I just did one for this year. It is very cute and he loves hearing Santa talk to him (he’s 2 now). It says his name twice. My only complaint would be that I wish they would say the children’s’ names more than twice in the video. Also, maybe show their photo more than once or let you put another photo. But it’s free, so I guess it’s good enough for that. All in all, a very cute video.

Fun, did not care for new naughty nice indicator. This app is always fun year to year. This year I didn’t care for the naughty/nice indicator. My 5 year old didn’t understand where she had landed and my 12 year old was slightly confused as well. The elves secret door video seemed to be worse because it showed the final “result” for the same short flash as all the rest of the potential outcomes and the flashing figure just didn’t translate well at all for the younger concrete thinkers. Overall super fun as usual, but hope you go back to something more obvious for the naught nice indicator next year!

Personalized!. My son loved hearing from Santa in 2017 so I decided to purchase the magic pass this year. I love the personalization features. There is a great selection of “reasons why Santa is calling”. I wish there was a way to add your own reason, or a way to give feedback to the developers to add a particular reason. My son began sleeping in his own bed this last week, but there was no drop down to choose this reason as to why Santa was calling. I still give it 5 stars though!

Update Can’t create premium videos. Although, I have a paid subscription, I do not get the option to create premium videos. I’ve tried to solve the problem by using your tech support, but the answers you give do not address my issue. Update: Although, the chat function did not help me, my email to customer support did. They responded within 24 hours and helped me to resolve the issue. Santa’s Elves are alive and well.

Not happy!. I spent the additional $10 for the videos and recorded both of my grandsons reactions. The first video was recorded and created for my youngest grandsons reaction just fine but then the second video for my oldest grandson said it was recording and then it never created his reaction and downloaded it. His reaction was epic and now we don’t have that recorded reaction for which I paid for. Also I was not able to download pictures that were on my photo album. I could only access pictures that I took through your app. I am very disappointed and should of never paid the additional $10. Bah Humbug!!

Couldn’t access the already-paid premium pass. This app did NOT work with my account at all. I paid $20 for it, and tried accessing the videos and perks a few days before Christmas. Apple shows that it was fully paid, but the app did not allow any access to my Premium Magic Pass features at all! I was only able to message a chat-bot, and received irrelevant tips/advice from an automated email. I’m highly disappointed that my children missed out on Santa this year because of a failed app, and do not recommend this at all. It was the absolute worst customer service assistance and waste of money. Merry fng Christmas.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. The magic pass (premium) is well worth the price. Making the videos are so much fun. You get correct pronunciation of your child’s name, the personalization of pictures and things add to the magic. Watching your child’s (in my case grandchild) reaction video is priceless. The reaction video is 2 combined into one, as the original video is playing your child’s reaction video is in the corner. The ability to download and save the videos is another awesome feature.

PNP and my elf. I really like the app and your elf is cute it’s like the elf on the shelf and the elf moved! I really like your app and I made the elf a friend, The elf’s name was David and the so good elf was named buddy! Santa and the elf’s are silly I really like this app and I wonder if there was a elf baby like I think I want buddy to have a wife cause I wonder what will a so good elf baby will look like! My parents think this app is good :) and it’s not Christmas yet we’ll it’s okay if it’s not we’ll have a nice day!

App got substantially worse over previous years. Loading pictures of the app completely crashes over and over again. These videos sometimes take upwards of 15 minutes to put together. You upload your photos from your phone to the app. On multiple times as I was putting in the final photos the App just crashed. And sometimes I went back four or five times to start over. The one video, that normally should take 10 to 15 minutes, ended up taking me 45 minutes to complete. Very frustrating. I have been using this app for five years now and this is by far the worst has ever been

Add an option for multiple names.. I love the videos but I have twins and I hate defaulting to the word “boys” instead of having their names in there. My oldest son felt very special when Santa actually said his name but for the twins birthday video I had to use “boys”. For their Christmas video I will probably make two separate ones but then I have to isolate them from each other while watching or they will realize it’s the same video. Other than that I love the app and have been using it for several years and it is one of the pre-Christmas preparations that I love the most.

Terrible. We bought premium videos but they won’t let us show it or access them in anyway. We used to love PNP. The addition of the app was awesome. But they’ve stopped supporting anything with an IOS before 10- So you can only use the service you were paid for if you buy a brand new iPad. It will not work on last year’s iPad. This is absurd, and frustrating on so many levels!!! Wish I could get my money back. I’ve paid for and created videos for my children that they will never be able to see because their iPads are older models. The apps won’t work, and the webpage does not let you log in and see the personalized videos.

Works just fine - great program!. Disregard my SOS as given below. I rebooted my IPhone7 and thankfully afterwards everything worked well. I have successfully made several more videos. Now, I’d highly recommend this program. It truly adds a fun extra dimension to video making! SOS: Used to be very good but no longer works on my iPhone 7 even though I paid $15 to renew my subscription. It no longer allows me to make videos!

Great Idea! Horrible to Charge!. I used this once about 3-4 years ago for my kids. Tried to use it again, and it says I have to pay to create a video for my two boys. I already can’t afford presents for them let alone to create a video from Santa. It’s such a great idea to have this but $5.99 is absolutely ridiculous to make a video. I even tried using a different email never used before and it still wouldn’t let me make a video. I will NOT recommend this to anyone. It’s sad really! So infuriating. No different than my local mall for the first time ever charging $50 a child to see Santa. Straight up disgusting!

This is AMAZING. If I could rate this app 100 Stars I would!! I’m 12 and my Dad used to make these videos for me when I was younger . But when I found out it was fake I was sad . Now I use it to make videos for my cousins, and Friends and they love it. I still Believe in Santa though . This app is SO Believable!! If I didn’t find out that this was real I still would be thinking that it was really Santa making my videos . I love it! ❤️

So disappointed in 2023. Prior to this year we loved this app- my daughter would love the videos and calls!! This year there is some kind of glitch, my “pass” renewed Nov 24th and nothing has worked since then, I cannot make any videos for my daughter. I sent a support email 2 weeks ago and still nothing… if this isn’t resolved, I will be canceling my subscription. Fix the problem!! I’ve logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing is fixing the problem, nothing will “restore” my purchase to make things work.

A tradition! Been using for the past 5 years!. I love these videos! Pretty magical! High quality, excellent production, amazing art direction! It’s Very easy to put videos together. For adults and kids. 1 time only since I got this app did I have to remove the app from my phone and reinstall it but it was a 2 minute process- so no biggy! I wasn’t fussy about it because all of my content from years prior was there! The site saves your details by recipient so each time you make a new video you can reuse some of the stores details which expedites the process. I like recording kids reactions - this options a nice momento I hope to share with my kids when they grow up. Great Job, PNP! We have made this a tradition and it’s a nice creative way to keep the magic going or just have fun with adults or kids that don’t believe in Santa anymore.

Love Santa and the Elves. It’s the best thing since sliced bed and running water! They pay close attention to details and have such a huge heart because they not only immensely improve with every year but they have always given something back and one up themselves each year! Way to go guys for bringing smiles to all! I’ve been with them for the past 9-10 years and have never been disappointed!

Glitchy this year. I’ve been a premium subscriber since 2015 and it’s always worked great. This year is such a disappointment. Everything is glitchy. Making the videos is a struggle with it constantly shutting down or not loading the photos. Trying to edit takes forever and several tries. The video won’t play in full screen and then one randomly does, no rhyme nor reason that I could figure out. Video freezes or glitches in every view. It’s such a fun App, I hope they can get it back to the way it used to be.

Started out great, now is a complete sleigh wreck.. The first couple years, you could make long, free versions with tons of customizations. Then you started to have to pay for them. Ok, no big deal. But the custom parts got less and less, and the rest of videos became excruciatingly long clips of elves doing things. Then, the straw that broke the reindeer’s back was this year, when I signed up for the “Christmas eve phone call” that came on the 23rd. Got the call from Santa followed by a video of him calling saying “sorry Santa couldn't reach you...”. And nothing - NOTHING on Christmas Eve. This service has become a complete joke - there HAS to be better options out there.

Not awesome. This app used to be awesome, and free. Now it goes up in price every year and I’m not sure why. The videos are ok... but for what it’s costs there should be a ton of different options so that all of my kids can received a different interactive video- that actually work. This year the only one that didn’t glitch was the train ride video. The one where Santa calls didn’t work and was obviously fake, and two others were significantly shorter than the others which is disappointing to kids. Really disappointed in this app this year and won’t be purchasing the pass for it next year.

This is great!. I have a 4yr old and I paid for the full monte at $13 and it’s worth it. There are so many personalized videos and phone calls. My son was sad last night missing his grandparents who have passed away. This morning I made a phone call of Santa acknowledging his sadness of missing someone and you get to choose an activity to help them work through it and I chose “having friends come over to play”. He’s got two videos of his reaction to the personalized videos from Santa which is great to send to family and friends. For the $13 it allows access for almost a year and there are phone calls and videos that you can create through the year to show acknowledgement, encouragement and also addressing bad behavior.... I am glad I took the chance and spent the small amount of money for something that will be enjoyable for my son.

Love this app!. This is way better than elf on a shelf! I saw the elf in our local Walmart store and just loved him! So I purchased it not really knowing anything about the app. Well... then the magic started! I set it up for my grandson and it is absolutely the cutest and sweetest Christmas surprise I’ve ever witnessed in my entire 56 years! I would highly recommend it to anyone young or old who loves elves, Christmas or who just never wants to give up on the joyful spirit of the season! ❤️🎄⛄️❄️🦌

Very promising. My son loved it! Three things I would improve 1. Make it so you can do more than one kid at a time, either a family name or up to 3 kids maybe? 2. I wish the instructions were a little more explicit (the part for example where it asks for family/friends names...I didn’t realize it was for Santa’s “books”, you should specify children’s names! I had mema and pop-pop on there haha) 3. maybe an option to preview the video before you finalize it.

Wonderful, but keeps crashing. I love PNP, but I’ve had to shut down / reinstall the app several times (just in one day, the day I installed). I only installed the app because certain features were unavailable unless I installed. If the app crashes, it would be beneficial to be able to access everything on the full site when the app is unable to be used. At this moment, I reinstalled, but the login screen is frozen and I can’t even progress to the help center unless I’m logged in...I’m really frustrated this year.

This is the best. Oh my this is just the best thing I ever done me and my cousins always look for Santa calls but we always another fake I can tell you’re the real Santa and Santa if you get this this is what I want for Christmas family joy and an art packet please and thank you also a little puppy thank you for this app it’s the best app in the world they should get five readings from everybody in the whole entire world all around the cross the world like country

Best Xmas App. I have used this app for the last 6 yrs. they make it better and better every time. I LOVE sending my Grandkids the Calls and videos. And even use it to send to my Employees and their kids. I too upgraded and paid for full access and it is worth every penny. I have sent at least 20 videos and 25-30 calls in the last two weeks. Plus printed Certificates for every kid. Love the App !!!! I upgraded again !!!!! Lol. Now doing the Calls and videos for our customers at Kohls in Miramar. Love this.

4th year using PNP & STILL loving it!!. I send Santa emails to kids and adults that I love and I don't know who loves them more. I bought the unlimited pass this year and I was not disappointed! Please keep the changes coming each year as my group of "believers" will be so disappointed if they don't get their yearly email! I'm going to do the calls this year - either on Christmas Eve or on New Year's. The mobile app is just fantastic! THANKS!!

Paid but still have restrictions. I have paid the amount for one year subscription. When I open the app it says your Magic Pass is active but when I click on limited time offers I get the message to pay again. On top left I can see the Go Premium button, but I thought after paying the money I would be on this level already. The idea is really good and moving forward embedding AI that will allow discussions will create an amazing memory for the kids. I don’t give five stars because my experience with the app isn’t flawless.

Amazing Magic. I can’t say enough positive things about this PNP & these videos… I’ve been making them since 2015 and now I have the opportunity to make them for other little kids in our family. They’re just remarkable and the new versions are so special and incredible. My 14-year-old son still loves to watch the ones from his young childhood.I still tear up because they are so sentimental and kids are just AMAZED when Santa says their name!!! Keep up the good work!

There’s a problem with the sound after the update. We love this app!! Please fix ASAP!! There’s a problem with the sound coming through the phone after the last update! We can hear it coming through the earpiece but it doesn’t work on the speaker phone which makes it difficult to watch the videos and listen at the same time!

Not working. I have used this program for years without difficulty. This year I renewed my membership to premium and have had nothing but difficulty. The only video that I can send are the free ones I have spent hours making videos and then finding that when they’re finished that they can’t be sent, this is the last I will be using this. Fortunately, I only have one more grandson to use it with. I have tried using my Apple iPad, Apple, phone and dell computer with 10 operating system. I’ve checked my account and it shows that I paid for the premium video.😖

Charged for Premium but can’t create videos. I’ve used PNP for the last several years for my four children. They ask for their video from Santa every year. I was billed in November for the premium service, but when I go to create a video, it tells me that I have to purchase the product. If I click ok, it then tells me that I have already bought it. There is no way to create the video because it just takes me to the “get now” button again. I’ve tried emailing customer service but haven’t received a response. So they’ve taken my money but I can’t utilize the product. It’s very disappointing.

Worth every penny!. We buy this app every year and it’s always a huge hit! The videos are really well made and have plenty of options to make it personal for the kids in your life. We have just as much fun making the videos as the kids do watching them! We even went as far last year as to take a picture of the cake Santa had in the “birthday” video to a bakery and have it made for our nephew and had it address from santa! The possibilities are endless! EASILY worth the cost to get all access!

Keeping the Magic Alive. I have been using PNP emails and app (once it was developed) for 7 years now. My daughter is 10 and the messages she has received over the years always bring a tear to my eye as she watches in wonder and awe. I worry so often she’s growing up to fast in such a fast paced society, but then PNP has helped me keep the magic of childhood alive for longer than I expected. The consistency of this app and watching it change over the years as it has gotten better is worth every penny. Thank you PNP!

Not worth premium price. Videos take forever so if you want to use app for quick surprises in the moment expect to wait several minutes. Most pictures won’t work on uploads. It took 10 minutes of scrolling to upload one that would work but no guidelines on size and formatting are provided. The size of 90% of your iPhone pics, those won’t work. Most of the videos I unlocked by shelling out 13 clams require a bunch of very specific photos (of your house, etc.) and because of the formatting error I explained it just isn’t worth it. Wish I could get my money back.

Not enough new premium videos. I buy a magic pass every year, have been using PNP for many years now. This year there is only ONE new big premium video. Sure, there are premium videos from previous years, but since I have three children, they have seen them all. I’ve made a group video for them this year, but it’s not the same as getting an individual one where Santa says the child’s age, grade, etc., and reviews behavior individually. I appreciate the new features, but only ONE new premium video per year isn’t enough for families with more than one child. Really disappointing.

Ok. Except for original 1:28. The videos are wayyyyy too long for small children. I used to love the short video that told the children what they needed to work on. Santa pulled the child’s book down and just said a few things. It was very popular with my nieces and nephews but they get bored with all the special effects and talking. Personally I don’t care for the strange elves and “gadgets” either. I’m an early childhood educator and little ones have shirt attention spans - this is too complicated.

Awesome app!. This app has brought so much joy to our grandchildren over the years. The older ones are ready for college and the little ones are loving it now. Every year it gets better and now there’s so many more videos and calls to create. I just wish there would be some videos or calls to use for siblings in which you could use their names together and have photos to go along with it.

Plays well on Mobile app. I built a premium video on the website. The playback is more intuitive on the app. My six year old beamed during Santa’s message to him. He really enjoyed it! You could see the wheels spinning in his head “how does Santa know that? How did he get those photos of me and my dog?!” The production quality gets better every year. He thought the elves were funny (obviously developed for a different audience)! As long as he continues to believe, we will create these videos for him.
