Spark extras. DJI has always been great for my wants and needs. How ever at this time there are 3 things that I wanted but not available. I know that I’m not the only one who wants extras for their bird but I have been waiting for almost a month. So I’ll just get what they have and maybe I can get the rest another day. Other than that DJI has been great.

THE BEST!!. DJI has been fantastic in every way. I bought my first DJI drone about 6 months ago. As a newbie to drones , I purchased several other brands first because I was simply uneducated as to drones period. Then I discovered my DJI mini 2. Hands down beats the competition also in every way. They are priced a bit higher than the others Ive seen ,and have purchased , but don’t let that stop you from buying. I should have started with DJI. I recently had an unfortunate incident with a “ fly away” but they are replacing my lost drone for free. I strongly recommend DJI products.

Clean, simple and informative. Navigating through the DJI app is a breeze. Looking for a specific DJI product, or want to know more about the product in specific, easy. Want special offers on DJI products, there’s a easy to access spot to see what offers you have! I’m not an avid DJI user but I’ve recently purchased a DJI OSMO MOBILE 6 and a DJI MIC that I’m waiting to come in the mail. But if you got friends standing behind the product, I’m sure you could get behind it too. I’m excited to start seeing what DJI is all about!

Super easy to use.. The app is very easy to navigate, and easy to operate. Deals show up on here just as they do online, and vice-versa. Misleading. I love DJI and their products but this marketing campaign is way out of character. It feels like a bait and switch to get downloads and that is just frustrating. Hopefully it’s not a sign of the direction the rest of the company is going. The lie - they do indeed get you 2 $10 coupons when you download. One requires you to buy over $450 in drones or gimbals, the other requires you to spend more than $100. Total BS to think you’ll get the discounts for downloading and see that there are big strings attached. Anything you buy from DJI will cost enough that these caveats are just annoying. Hoping this kind of junk stops. I’ll be deleting the app for now.

Easy to use, products are overpriced. Cheaper options.. Easy to use app but you pay for convenience. There are now higher quality options out there with a lower price tag. Hope DJI realizes this and gets ahead of the competition by offering higher quality at a lower price point.

Phantom/Mavic. I have bought the phantom 3 pro, Mavic Air and combo and Mavic 2 Zoom and combo and received all items with in 5 business days of purchase... since their policy requires signature for your item from fedex I could be a problem for some but wasn’t for me and I was amazed how quickly my Zoom was received and it shipped from China!! Great Job!!

Coupon N/A. I needed to pickup extra propellers for my mini and was offered a 5% coupon, but unfortunately it could not be utilized, but the purchasing experience was satisfactory.

First time not my last. The app was super easy to use and I even used the financing part of the app probably the easiest purchase I’ve made

My time with Dji.. I have had a phantom 4 for a very long time. I just ordered a maveric Smaller and a lot of upgrades. I am 72 years old and I feel like I am 20 when I am Flying. Somehow I have lived a lot longer than my old buddy’s We were all in NAM AND I Would lay on my back and watch the fly overs while being shot at. So Dji has givin me a new lease on life. I would never buy any thing else because when you are in your 70,s you need simple. I want to lay on my back and fly with my buddy’s and I talk to them all day. So Dji is worth more than money!!!! Thank you so much. I have many trips I am gong to do with my drone. I hope you are doing the same with your buddy’s:)

So far so good. I bought a Mavic air 2. Fly more it was a little delayed due to availability. I was compensated for the delay which was a pleasant surprise! Now with the coupon I received and the credit issued I am ordering a smart controller It’s refurbished which is a great option to save even more money. So thanks DJI you’ve helped my down time immensely during this COVID time. And this drone is exceptional!!

Mavic Mini Purchase. Purchase went smoothly. There is an issue with the site when submitting your address, it states you have exceeded your limit and you must click ok after each number and letter of your address. Looking forward to receiving my drone.

Top notch…. I’m a huge fan of DJI and their product lines. I have been flying with DJI for a couple years now as a hobbyist drone pilot, and now I’m working on my commercial license. I am now working with my wife to produce quality yoga videos for her students to practice outside the studio. With use of DJIs Osmo and the new mic set coming, I feel this will be a complimenting duo to accomplish such a task. I started flying the Mavic Pro and have since moved to the Mavic Air 2. As a graduation present (Part 107 certification), I plan on rewarding myself with the Mavic 3 Cine Pro Combo to further my flight experience by creating quality videos for all to enjoy. Don’t push your new models. Everywhere I look is just the new model popping in front of what I’m looking for and it gets quite annoying. If I want a new model then I obviously know where to get it. Don’t need you guys suggesting it around every corner

They include videos of the different drones flying and picture/video capabilities! It’s easy to navigate through all the options and make purchase! I would recommend shopping with DJI Store instead of buying a drone or accessories from a local store.

US Customs notice. The DJI Store is great, but I would suggest they post a notice to US customers that if they are individual customers, they may be contacted by FedEX/ Customs (via phone) to fill out and submit an import form before their package is released for domestic shipment.

If you want an outdated drone, you’ve come to the right place.. Guaranteed that within a few months of buying their latest and greatest, a better cheaper model will be released. I’d love to see existing models last longer with more frequent software improvements. Just a crappy feeling.

Yay. You guys are a bit expensive but I enjoy the products. Really hoping this DJI pocket 2 is worth it. I usually use GoPro products when I’m not flying my mavic mini around. Just felt like comparing them. And I gotta say I’m excited!

Great Comparisons and Details for Buying. My experience buying at the DJI store has been educational, easy to navigate and even easier to make an informed buying decision.

By far the best. The DJI store app is by far the best and easiest way to order DJI gear. Good product info, and the purchase/ checkout process is simple. Buying here makes the return/ repair process so much easier, when all the purchase info is right there. Had to return a brand new Mini 3 Pro. Exchange for a new one was super easy and fast, mostly because all the purchase data was in DJI’s systems already. Never had any issues with the app. I personally like that they keep the store fairly bare-bones and don’t overload me with choices, overly flashy stuff and annoying marketing messages.

Easy process. I have purchased two drones through dji and am very happy with the process. Paid cash for one and financed the other and both transactions were very smooth. Great company a great job

Replacement Part. My rating is for the ease at which I was able to place my order. What I’m not happy about is that I just bought this battery, used it maybe 5 times and now it’s no longer working. I have not found a forum to return defective battery. But I will continue to scour the site.

Shipping times are terrible. I have bought almost every product dji offers. With that being said I just ordered the new charge case for the Osmo Pocket and also added two other items to order which showed all in stock. So again at time of payment and order they all show in stock. Today was 15 days and 10 business days after purchase that they said it would go out for delivery and than take another 3-5 days for delivery. When I checked it was still showing in awaiting shipment status so I text them for them to tell me it is delayed due to a lot of orders world wide and they do not have a ship date st this point. Okay so when you place an order with a company that show in stock items how can it take 15 days to pack and ship okay even with that they didn’t email or anything to let me know it will be delayed nor provided any other solution or discount for this problem. I love the products from drones to Osmo Pocket but shipping and communication with in stock items are always a problem which makes no sense. I know this is petty but I must have spent over 10k with dji since I started doing business with them and look forward to the items coming at a ordinary time. So the app is find it’s just the delivery and customer communication is terrible!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OVER $400!!!. If your order is over $400 the shipping policy is atrocious and unless you or someone else are willing to sit at home all day on a weekday and wait for it, you have to put in a request with DJI 3 days ahead of the delivery date to have your package held at a FedEx facility for pickup. There is no way to request a delivery time or date and DJI does not care at all for the inconvenience. Other than that the app works great for informational purposes and Affirm is a joke...

Works. Hasn’t been buggy for me at all. Plenty of payment options. Notifications for out of stock items.

Not user friendly. While placing the order, your system kept asking me to order additional stuff. I ordered all of the necessary fly away kit. The drone the RC, the carring case all of the all of the smart batteries, the charger, the propellers. And then it asked me if needed the extra kit again. I just purchased it. I hope the DJI Mini 3 pro is better then the website.

Fast and easy check out and the whole app map. I rated 5 stars after placing an order on the dji store app. But I’m trying to communicate with dji representatives to expedite or hold a package at fedex facility but there is no success. Been talking to new representative every day. Strange when you pay $699+ for a product and it getting delivered by the cheapest home delivery and can’t even get to hold the package. I’m afraid to lose the package since I’m not home everyday until 9 pm and fedex delivers until 4 pm. DJI should improve their logistics.

Want to even fly your new drone? Think again. I bought the mavic mini bundle that comes with everything you might need, the drone, the charging dome, usb cables you name it except the one thing you might need to actually charge your drone.. the power supply brick. Neither the mini nor the mini 2 come with this and the brick that is required. None of my pre existing Apple bricks are the correct wattage or amperage. Do I want to risk using something when I don’t know if it will charge properly? not really. I asked their support team if the Apple charger was safe to use.. they didn’t answer my question and simply told me the brick does not come with a power supply brick because “it is a popular item so it is not included because it is a popular accessory” oh really? The item that is needed to charge your product is popular? So if you want this item directly from them it will cost you an extra $15 plus shipping after already spending a few hundred on the drone.

Easy to use. But limited.. Your prices are literally double that of the manufacturer’s website. Hey DJI. Maybe you should hire people that can actually read and write English. This app and all your “review testers” have atrocious grammatical capabilities. I just saw an article where there was four times they spelled “photos” as “fotos” and “fotagraffy”. That shows me you’re just in it for dollars and keeping your quota of idiots on hand.

Reliable service. I have used this site many times in the past year and the service has been excellent. The products arrive on schedule and are well-packaged. Shipments are relatively quick since they originate in China, but I perceive no difference in domestic companies. DJI quality is unsurpassed despite claims of others that their products are almost as good.

Now With iPad (Landscape) Support. This updates my review from more that a year ago in which I requested that the developers include landscape mode. Now we have it. Thanks developers. This app allows me to check my orders, coupons available, and new deals. We can even track orders that have been shipped. Previous Review: It has been a year since I sent this note to the developers: Please update to include landscape mode. Many of us use iPads, and only in landscape mode. The lack of that mode makes this app difficult to use in many cases. I use only landscape mode as do many others. I delete apps they do not have that mode. I have many DJI products — they are the best in the business, but this app is substandard.

Wrong Mavic Pro pic. On the Mavic pro platinum and fly more combo the regular pro platinum has more blades in the picture than the fly more combo picture.

Misleading. Stop telling us to try Virtual Flight in DJI Store app, it’s misleading and is so far from being a virtual flight. Instead focus on fixing and updating the DJI Virtual Flight app which has not worked now for 4 months! And the Forum, within DJI Store app doesn’t work on mobile devices.

App needs some major work. There are spelling mistakes across the app, drone comparison section, shows the price in USD instead of AUD. Would be better if the comparison table showed the common features between the two drone right next to each other.

Excellent interface to the worlds leading drone producer.. Chat service is virtually instant and clears up any questions and integrates well with the products available so you can ask if what you are ordering is correct. Also a very friendly team who did not hesitate to investigate and refund a duplicate order I had made.

app crash. i got mi new mavic pro and i'm iphone user, mi current ios 10.2 iphone 6s plus and the latest app of dji go 4, the app works until i connect the control rc, immediately the app crash... i'm really upset!

Getting worse. Last release kept crashing. Now it won’t even start. I will be selling my DJI equipment as I can’t even fly it now.

Major letdown. It’s a simple store front app, and it’s horrible. Bad layout, links and videos don’t work, no emphasis or thought put into actually delivering information about their products. A cheesy electronics retailer webpage works better, it really REALLY detracts from their image of being cool tech, refined and well executed. Let me know if you want me to do it for you, fairly sure I could do better.

Canada is not all French!!!!. There is only 1 province ( 1 state )that has French. That is Quebec and no one cares. English is the default for Canada!!!! At the very least give the option for English

Disappointing discovery. This app is basically the DJI website in an app. If you watch the video it has all these wonderful discovery experience features including finding someone/Group locally to fly with. Learning tips from the experts...Can't find that feature anywhere in App. The store listings are basically blank except for the big cities. The dealer in London On nowhere to be found. It's just full of products to buy. Not ready for prime time as usual with DJI

PIECE OF CRAP. This is the worst experienc e ever in downloading an app and i ahve no idea what they will be doing with my data. I am from canad and they showed me an ad that promissed 10$ by downloading teh app and i went for it like a fool, downloded the app and no 10$ , contacted them which took me 30 min and now they claimed it ios only for US, if this is ofr us, why are you showing the add in canada??? why this was not marked??

Je vis en Amérique du Nord au Canada dans la province de Québec et je parle FRANÇAIS. Il devient difficile de naviguer dans votre site avec ces changements de langues. Je reçois aussi mes courriels en allemand???

The best. Hi! It is my 1st drone DJI mavic mini.. I never ply drone in my life, but i have no problem flying it for the 1st time. The app is easy to use helps me fly like a pro. Support was amazing. For me to fly w/o fear damaging my drone I bought DJI Care Refresh incase bad things happen.. thank you DJI for backing-up your product..

Complicated. Not only was it difficult it took 3 calls to DJI and was difficult entering all the data in forms where the print was so faint on screen it was barely readable. Live in Canada and purchased while in USA for a month. Could not use my Canadian address to register for DJI Refresh unless using a USA address.

When i had s a little issue with my dji fpv drone i and I’m a refresh client but it was impossible to get a hold of and then i was told i had to give all of my account info and my phone numberthey said that DJI after sales will call me in about 3 days still haven’t heard from them yet and then i get an email saying i owe them $7 doii

Navigation. It is difficult to place an order for multiple accessories at the same time and very confusing when trying to use a DJI credit.

Hope you like updates. This is by far the most frequently updated app on my iPhone. Not a big deal in the sense that it doesn’t bother me in practice. However, I worry about the products they sell if they can’t write a simple retail app properly, without so many bugs it requires weekly updates.

Beware of false advertisement. They advertise shipping dates that they will exceed by a laughable amount because they’re not “informed enough” about your bank statements. If you’re on a tight schedule or you value your most valuable asset (time) then buy from other places. Poor communication with no regards of care. A beautiful example of a corporation.

The United States Postal Service is our Postal service like the US Virgin Island,American Samoa ect(US Court rules here too)...like all others US territories...Why you can’t ship my order to Puerto Rico like other US companies? The population of Puerto Rico is more than Alaska,Hawaii and US Virgin Island...I think that you are losing some business with out any reason.
