Needs more personalization options. Mildly amusing and has all the relevant info I’m looking for that other apps leave out or bury. But you need to be able to set your own definitions of “hot” and “cold,” or at least base them on the averages for your location. Right now it’s 35 degrees outside and the app is acting like it’s a Armageddon in Antarctica, not a relatively mild December day in the upper Midwest. Not very useful at all.

What happened to Free?. This hysterical app used to be free and now all of a sudden it’s trying to charge me a lot of money per week just to be a member, you can’t close the offer in the top right corner which leads me to believe that this is a new charge for app is that correct? Too bad...

I like it BUT. I would give it 5 stars but it for some reason wont allow me to correct my location... I mean it’s close enough to give me almost the correct temperature but it’s annoying as hell when I can’t change it to my area.

The best!. This app makes me laugh all day long! I’m a professional dog walker, so I check the weather a lot. 🤣🐕💩

Absolutely laughable new fee structure.. No, I’m not paying you $10/week or even $15/month for a basic weather app. There are dozens in the App Store. Your reach is exceeding your grasp. This is worth maybe $1 every month or two, and that’s pushing it. Not a terrible weather app, but why would I pay quite a lot more than I pay for Netflix for something I glance at a few times a week that can be replaced for free?

Doesn't account for people on Wisconsin. It is close to 60 degrees today and the app says that the weather is crap. It snowed two weeks ago 60s at 8:00 am is a heatwave

Crashes on opening.. Used to be one of my favorite weather apps, but the latest two updates crash on opening. I can't use an app that doesn't work. Update: attempts to reach the developer haven’t worked, so my only option is to delete. Too bad; I enjoyed it when it worked.

Review on humor cast. This is a funny weather app even though the weather isn’t always correct I still like it. Sometimes the jokes don’t make sense but that can just be me. Other than that I really enjoy this app.

Funny AF. So I kept seeing people post screenshots of this app decided to download it myself and I’ve never been happier seeing some of the wording they use 😂

Frustrated. It worked amazingly well for me for years until about 2 weeks ago. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times and it just loads on the main screen. I tried to get “app assistance” and it redirects me to a google page for the app. There isn’t section to contact the manufacturer or troubleshoot.

When did they start charging?. I downloaded this app for free and have used it for 6-7 months, tried to open it today and they want me to pay. I like this app but I’m not going to pay to see weather.

Used to love it. Sadly an app I love has stopped working. I’d give it 5 stars if it went back to actually opening correctly, or getting past the new annoying “pay for me” advertising. Now I’m lucky to get the ad before it crashes. Usually it just crashes now. Clicked on support and your webpage is equally helpful. Time to offload it if it won’t be working 😑

customer support absent. love the app & paid for super user... live in a highly wooded area & cell service was not reliable so i went back to a landline...purchased a new ipad installed this app & restored the purchase...it will install fun user only not super like i paid for...clicked on the link for customer support & all they want is a phone number to send a download link which i don't have any longer so there is no official contact us with any problems restoring purchases

Good app. Stuck on loading screen but a very good app

Needs a little help. So, I’ve loved this app for a long time. Sometimes it does take the devs a bit of time to fix bugs (like the most recent “same phrase stuck” bug...but it did get fixed finally! My only issue now is that before the most recent update, I used to be able to have the “opening” screen stay until I tapped it before going to the current weather page, but now even though I have that option selected in my settings, the screen still “auto-disappears” after a few seconds & goes to my local weather. Frustrating when I might want to show a friend or something before the screen changes - so PLEASE bring back the TAP TO DISMISS setting for the opening screen. Thanks devs!!

Subscription still charging on Dead app. I’ve had this app for a few years and am reading several reviews stating it no longer works which reflects my experience. Mine will not open on my iPhone or iPad. It appears the app has been abandoned since support links go to nowhere. I’m unable to cancel my subscription as a result and would at the very least love to have the ability to cancel my subscription. I really loved this app. It had the best setting for adult language and was a side splitter full of humor while waiting for the weather to pop up on my screen.

App was good until it insisted on subscription. I loved this app and loved using it but now I can’t exit out of the screen demanding subscription that comes up Every. Single. Time. I had to delete it because I couldn’t even get out of the screen to use the free features. Please update and fix this or I won’t be able to use this app any more which is a shame since I’ve used it since the inception of the program.

Needs an update. Since the last update 4 days ago this app has been stagnant. Same saying when the app is starting and the same saying on the main screen. The weather is off a little too, about a 10 degree difference that what the news is reporting. Used to be my favorite app.....

App has stopped working -. Did they close up shop? I went to their app support webpage through the link and there's no app support. Strange! I paid for the app and it just keeps clocking without ever fulfilling the weather. Apple, I would like my money back if that's the case

Add forces the app to go into portrait mode until you go back in the app. Basically the title. The ad at the beginning makes the app in portrait mode on an ipad and when im a iPad with a keyboard, its soo annoying to rotate the ipad. Is it possible to make the ad in landscape mode and not portrait mode.

Charged and didn’t even get the full version. This app charged me for annual and it didn’t even let me use the full version. Every time I try, it says that I need to buy the full version. But I checked my app subscriptions and sure enough, I have the full version and it charged me for the year and I can’t even use it fully. I don’t even want it anymore please just give my money back.

Misleading Info!. The info shown about your app sounded like there was the ability for free use, and then subscribe if you want to. But, on first open of Humorcast after download, it immediately pushed back screen with large button to “Free Trial”, which IS an automatic subscription at who knows what price. This IS a scam. Your app was swiped closed and then deleted!

Features gone & expected to buy again 👎. I previously purchased this app. Since the last update, all of my settings have been wiped out (all extra locations gone, etc.) and it will not allow me to correct them. I keep getting directed to the pay page to SUBSCRIBE to weekly/monthly/annual pay options. No way. This was a one-time purchase and to suddenly force a subscription (a ridiculously expensive one at that, given what’s offered) on someone after they have already purchased the app is a load of crap. You’re not the only game in town for weather & humor...and now you’ve been evicted. BGB.

(Not)free trial. It took no time at all for this company to apply a charge to my card, the very first day I downloaded and accepted the free trial offer the charge showed up... free trial means having a set amount of time to check out this app before paying for the full thing

Nice but some improvements would be nice.. Really like the app. Some things I think you could do to improve it though would be to have customizable backgrounds for each weather condition. Also have long it be able to be integrated with Siri shortcuts would be nice so that I can have Siri say the funny weather quote.

It was better. I found myself checking the weather just for the humor. For several days I’ve gotten “Mother Nature Be Extra” I can go back to my regular weather app.

Intrusive ad killed it. It was a great, hilarious app, until they introduced an “upgrade to premium” ad when you first open the app. The put the “x” to close it out behind the battery/WiFi/service logo at the top meaning you can either subscribe or “try it free for a month”, but can’t close it out. So instead I deleted the app.

0 stars. Not humorous when you make very off color jokes about nuns. Very disgraceful. I had this app for about a half hour and quickly deleted on account of inappropriate “humor.” (Had to give it 1 star in order to send my review...but it DEFINITELY does not deserve any stars...)

Greedy. When I first purchased this app a few years ago, it was awesome. I purchased the full feature version. But now they’ve added other features—for example, they have a really bad photo background, you can’t change it or go with your own photo without having to pay more money. The default font color is white, but it doesn’t look good against the bad photo background. You can’t change the font color and less you purchased the premium app. I paid for the full app when I purchased this app. I should not have to pay for new features. Any app that requires me to do so is it an app that gets deleted. Such a scam.

It’s alright.. Used it all the time on my old iPhones. It is not optimized for any of the newer iPhones with the notch. I still have the app but am unable to hit the “X” to close the add when I first open the app, Because it’s hidden in the battery level. Useless until it’s fixed.

A bit raunchy. Beware - some of the messages are really cute, but the majority seem to be related to male anatomy - and I am female and really don’t care. I haven’t removed the app yet but I wish I had control over the level of message raunchiness.

Subscription only?. I have had this app for quite a while, and used it yesterday without a problem. All of a sudden today, it wants a $33/year subscription to get a funny weather update. That’s crazy. I promptly deleted it and will use a competitor.

Once was good. I really enjoyed the app when it was free and I could buy additional sayings. Then it went to a pay for app. I tried it...wasn’t the same. Deleted it. But I’m still being charged monthly for an app I NO LONGER USE. No way to stop it on my phone. Don’t get it!

Keeps freezing up!. Loved the app but now it freezes up before it even gets to the forecast. I have deleted and reloaded several times with no luck. Dang it!! It was lots of fun!

Expected more from the upgrade. My biggest issue (for a paid version) I’d like to see is a swipe left-right and go to saved cities. Don’t feel I should have to type it in every time I want to see what’s going on at other property we own in different cities. Also not impress it’s talking about how hot it is in 84 degree weather. That’s not that hot to me, but whatever. Trying another app to see if I like it better. May request refund.

App doesn’t work anymore. Opens to rain cloud and freezes.

Upgraded features. After upgrading it still doesn’t allow you to change the font or anything. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled it and hit restore purchases only for it to say the same thing. Any suggestions?

Never displays weather. No matter what location i give to the app, including having it use my phone’s location, it never displays any weather info. Just the location at the top and a black background. Total waste of time.

App stalls on the opening screen regularly - not worth $40+!. The app consistently fails to open. It stalls on the opening screen where it says to hang on as it is looking outside. In reality it has worked for ~20% of the total time I have had the app installed. Do not purchase.

Sad and disappointed. This app used to be great for a chuckle at how extreme the weather gets during the seasons and I even paid the couple bucks for the ads to be removed back in the day. But subscriptions??? This isn’t an app I’m going to check daily over the one that comes with my phone. What’s the use of paying $50 a year? Now I’m just gonna never touch it again and will probably uninstall it. It’s good for a laugh and a “yeah you’re right” moment after you read the caption but I don’t see the need for text bubbles and animations.

It was great until.... You lot obviously got money hungry and ruined a perfectly good app that I used to use for a laugh or two. Now I can’t even use the app because the “x”, to exit the screen that pops up trying to entice me to subscribe for a year, is non-responsive/too far up in the corner for me to tap it. I just wanted a laugh whilst checking the boring weather, now I just get frustrated.

Won’t close subscription page. Every time I go into the app it won’t close the page asking me to pay to subscribe I’m unable to access the free version of the app at all, with 100s of better weather apps why would I? Used to just like using as a joke and to share screenshots. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The app had gone downhill since I first used it. When I first got the app, it was terrific but the biggest problem now is the app refuses the recognise the chosen units for temperature. It only displays Fahrenheit. I want it to show Celsius.

Pretty, but not funny and lacks function. Visually appealing, but doesn't really have any functionality other than telling you today's temp and rain. The comments are juvenile, not funny. Simply adding an "effing" prefix to the weather description does not make it humorous.

It is funny, and parts of the forecasts are very detailed- but it doesn’t seem to do a good job showing expected snow fall or displaying weather statements on my phone....Unfortunately I’m gonna be sticking to other apps because of this

17+ is more like G. There is nothing adult or remotely funny about the forecasts I’m getting in the 17+ selection. Very disappointed.

Incorrect Weather. I am really disappointed in this app. The majority of the time I have used it the current weather is incorrect. For example, it is snowing right now and the app says it is raining. When it's sunny it says it's raining. As well, the quotes used I didn't find all that clever, a basic formula of "weather + swear word". I expected more out of it.

Is what it is. Seems like the free version to Authentic Weather. Doesn't recognize with location that I am in Canada as it uses Fahrenheit. Not sure why, only one country left in the world using that backwards system. Settings allow for proper units but should not default to °F. Backgrounds don't jive with the weather. App works, though Authentic Weather is the original and my personal choice.

Don’t waste your time on this subscription app. There are many other free apps that are just as good or better.

Needs improvement.. The app is funny and weather-wise it’s accurate but the quotes do not accurately reflect the weather. It’s 4 degrees Celsius which isn’t even cold and the quotes make it sound like it’s -40

Location. For some reason where I live seems to be a problem. The location on the map says Canada pretty general since Canada is a pretty big area and weather varies from one location to another

Ads?. I do like this app, but found the most recent update to be a disappointment. One reason I chose this one over the other similar versions was that it was stated to have, quote "No ADS!". The most recent update seems to have changed that, as I now have ads at the bottom. Not impressed over the bait and switch. Fix that, and all is good!

Disappointed. The quotes are funny and it’s nice to have a different weather app but I upgraded and nothing changed for me. When I tried to changed fonts or colours it keeps telling me to upgrade. Thank god it was under $3.

Humorcast. I love this app. It just won't load anymore so I can't use it.

Always says it’s raining, when it’s not. Got news for ya, but Mesa, AZ is in a desert and it doesn’t rain every day, like the app seems to think it does. Says it’s raining right now, and the closest rain is 100 miles away and not even headed towards Mesa.

I am so shocked but it’s amazing. This is by far the GREATEST weather app EVER! Thank you to the creators! God Bless You!

Deleting app. Deleting the app and I just downloaded it again. First time around I had the app on my old phone it was free but now you have to pay to have a subscription to it. Not worth wasting money I don’t have on it!

Weekly plan for a weather app... no thank you!. I paid for this app last year (one time purchase) and when I updated, the app is now making me subscribe with a weekly/monthly plan.

It’s frozen. Can’t get past the “loading” of the weather app been going on for days now and have refreshed it many times and nothing so I have deleted the app.

Don’t pay for up grade. Don’t waste your money and pay for an upgrade it’s a rip off. Keep the basic Humorcast it will make you laugh. I got ripped off on upgrade. Lesson learned!

Just want to cancel subscription. Dead app won't open but is still charging subscription. Do not download.

Funny. Great app... but three days in a row, same saying.

Not working.... Use to be great. After last update, it is stuck: same saying and temperature is off.

Doesn’t work. I’ve downloaded three times now and each time the app never gets past the screen that says “we’re looking outside..”. Using on iPhone IOS 13.5.1

Got rid of it. Loved this app. Then one day I couldn’t access it without paying for a stupid subscription. Deleted, will definitely NOT be paying for this.

Not Free Anymore. This app used to be free for so long. I recently opened it and can’t use it because they are now charging money to use the app.

Not worth spending money on. Great app when it was free. Now that you can’t use it unless you pay it is worthless. Great job ruining the app.

No longer works. I’ve had the app for years now and loved it but it no longer works. What a shame /:

Funny but recycled not worth $$$$. I used to enjoy this app but then it went from free to $9.99 a week. It’s not $9.99 a week funny and the humorous statements are very rarely updated.

Broken. Since the most recent update it doesn’t have anymore funny quotes. Only days Mother Nature be extra now. I did love this app. Now it’s useless. Back to weather channel.

Enough adverts. Seems they are more interested in advertising a paid app then getting this app to work properly. Won’t be recommending to anyone
