Can’t send new downloaded media. Since I updated my Xender it has refuse to show me my iCloud files and new downloded media And also work on your connection... it has been really hard to connect to other users

Unhappy with latest update. I am very unhappy with the new update of this app. In the new update, all my songs are missing and only if I re-download one of the songs I had before, the songs will be shown. The way of playing songs has become a disaster and it is not possible to move the song forward and backward, and I can't even delete a song. Please release the app update that fixes these bugs as soon as possible. Thanks.

Needs more options. When it transfers pics it changes then to .HEIC files. While Windows Photos recognize it, Windows Photo Viewer, Adobe Photoshop, and most others do not. As such, in order to make the pics useful, one would need to convert them first. There is no option to transfer them using different formats. The whole purpose of using this app is to make transferring things easier/ more convenient. It don’t, sorry to say.

Video bar. Go and fix your issue of not being able to view videos on an iPhone inside the video bar, it’s only photos that works, I wish I could add a screenshot to explain better how it pisses me off when I can’t find any videos to send out to friends or even open to watch myself Fix your error, it’s been like that for a very long time, if you can’t… just take it down from iPhone AppStore, cause what’s it’s purpose

Great application. I’m having issue of sending movie and picture to other phone which is very slow in transferring

Xender is nice. The Xender app is clearly one of the best apps to be introduced to the Apple world, makes file managing and sharing very easy for all... The only problem is the app keeps crashing and closing on its own while a user is listening to songs. Please try to fix it, that’s the only frustrating thing about this cool app.

A great app. This is literally one of the best apps I’ve ever had. But it also comes with its cons. It’s really annoying when the app closes by itself in the middle of listening to music. It’s like I can’t enjoy listening for long without it being closed every while. Hopefully this will be fixed in future updates. In the meantime, I still enjoy it anyway.

The last update. I try to open it after the update but it doesn't open please guys I appreciate that u fix it soon do something about it cause there a lot of thing that are important to me in the app and I love it please fix it soon it is not the first time that it happened I will give 5 star after u fix it thank u

The Bomb. After taking almost a week, trying to transfer photos with useless products, finally found something that does what it says. And the best part is, I can select, see what has posted and delete duplicate files afterwards. Excellent product. Just sorry it took me so long to locate it and waste so much time. It’s a keeper. Don’t be afraid to go for it!

App Review. This App need’s a huge update, Developers must take further steps now. The main should contain 2 options , 1 share files, 2 media this share files should be the same as before, but the media section should be divided into limited sections. such as audio video documents etc. as for media , it should contain 1 background play, 2 5 second skip button but most importantly people should be able to convert the whole app into dark mode, #APP must contain 2 themes. Pretty sure, this will be Enough for u & for us too.

Little issue with the app connecting to my PC. Please I'm having issue with this app connecting to my PC. I just installed this app on my Iphone 8 plus IOS so that I can connect it to my PC and transfer files but the Xender app is now showing the web address below so that I can connect it to PC, I have tried many ways but no solution. The app is not showing web address below for me to connect to PC, help needed?

Import from ICloud under the File menu. The import from ICloud option under the file menu has disappeared, I can’t find it anymore and since I haven’t been able to share files with my friends because I have to import from ICloud and move the files intended to be shared to the download option in the Xender app before it can be sent out

Great app so far. Been using it for a few years now and it sure does make sharing files easier. Love it!

Useful and essential app but. It does more than what it’s supposed to do but recently the feature of adding subtitles to video has been taken off why should u take off a feature which makes this app more unique and useful? Pls add the feature again in future updates 💙

Great app but the issue of deleting should be taken into consideration.. The fact that when you tap delete on the app, it doesn’t ask for a confirmation; it just deletes instantly is very very annoying. Sometimes it’s just a mistake but before you can correct it, your file is gone. I’ve lost so many files that way that I couldn’t take it anymore and decided to write a review. I really hope it’s sorted out by your next update.

Stop and download this app. TRUST ME ON THAT.. I’ve tried several transfer apps, and believe me you could trust and download this. It’s superb, does exactly what it say it’s supposed to do. Might take a little long to transfer items, depending on the applications or file you’re transferring. But to the developers of this fantastic transfer app. 50 stars if that was possible.

Not expectable notificatio…. Non stop appeared notification on icon of this app to rate it, every month, on my IPhone XR. Please fix it in next update. Everything else is good, also very good option to connect my phone with PC!

Download Subtitles. App is great Xender should add the option of being able to download subtitles while watching a movie from the app That’s one of my greatest issues now

Kindly work on this new upgrade before I will give five star. The previous version of Xender was working perfectly before this new upgrade, this current upgrade is not working well, when I want to play a movie it’s take so long for the movie to open, and when it open it will be playing in the background but And it will not display on my phone screen... the developer should work on it...before I will give it my five star rating, thanks 🙏

Music Player. The app is good. Will appreciate if on the music play list there’s a section for sorting ones play list such as display according to last added (latest), artists name, or alphabetical order. Unlike this latest update where the display now is according to song title.

Playing an album. You guys need to fix the issue of having to create a playlist before being able to play an album. I should be able to play songs from a particular folder without having to create a playlist. Thanks guys.

Handy tool. The tool is quite impressive, but it sometimes get hard tonconnect on the first hand. Yet while after making the connection, its quite easy to transfer huge files just by a few clicks.

Not accessible for the blind. Restarting the app will not change the fact that your site is not accessible for the blind. This has to do with how it's set up, not with relaunching the app. I am totally blind and am using this app on an iphone and a computer. My iphone uses Voiceover and my computer uses NVDA. The site is inaccessible for screen readers because things aren't labeled properly and the phone version is the same. Please fix this so that blind people may enjoy this as well.

It’s good. It’s improved a lot from the past few years. But there’s still room for improvement and it is fast when I sand files but very slow when I receive files from non-iOS devices.

Xender Review. I give 4 stars because I was hoping for multiple select and download all but there isn’t! it’s good overall just want this to be a feature.

Loving the latest update. The option to convert and play videos to audios is great. Would be better is i could be able to select more than one at a time. Cuz as it is now I’ll have to select one for it to play, then go and select another and that’s a lotta work. Also, I should be such that under the converted video to mp3 section, it should be such that when you click on one track, all other tracks in the list should be added to the playlist automatically rather than having to select one after the other to add to the playlist. But overall, I’m definitely loving it.

Review. So awesome and easy to use. IWas able to transfer and save extremely rare and precious photos of loved ones who have passed away that I could never ever get again.

Privacy Concern. This App collects all my album data, a bit worry about the leaking of my personal information. Solution is installing it when you need, deleting it when the file transmitting is done.

Unable to rename audio files brought in from watsapp. It’s a great app. The updates are pretty cool, but I have been unable to rename audio files imported from watsapp wince I updated my app. Pls fix this. Can’t have several mp3 audios with similar titles

No Landscape Mode. I so wanted to try this app but I use an iPad with keyboard and I don’t want to tilt my head every time I use the app. Till next time. Dark mode. Sometimes it’s gets too bright to use the app at night, can you add the dark mode version to your next update. It’s hurts the eyes sometimes

Web keeps closing and freezing. The app web browser keeps disappearing and you have to do an imaginary swipe from left to right to be able to go back to the browser , a new update was released to fixed this issue but it’s still the same This is actually the third update claiming to fix the issue

Improve mp3 sound quality. The the is very good in all it’s functions but I think u can do more on the mp3 part, playing music using this up doesn’t bring out the full sound quality of the song especially when you increase the volume so please improve it

My Xender doesn’t have access to my file manager.. After deleting and re-download this app on my phone numerous times, I still cannot access it and it’s useful when I want to bring in anything from file manager I’m sending to someone. Please help me on this.

Amazing app!. This app is amazing and is easy to navigate. I was able to transfer music and video files from my 2009 iMac to my new phone. Very quick transfer process. Highly recommend!

Found bug. No name of the song is displayed on lock screen or notification player while playing the song, this bug came in after this latest update it was showing names before this update (on Iphone). Please fix it.

There is no equalizer on Xender for iPhone. Dear Xender please I’m sending this rating review because I gave this app a one star because it lack it features on it like an equalizer and other things which are supposed ti be in a music app for all iPhones since Apple Music is costly to be listening music on.

Won’t work. It will not let me transfer photos from my iPhone to my pc. It only lets me transfer from pc to phone , which I don’t need it to do ! Not enough buttons on the browser to be useful. No troubleshooting tips or anything

Transfer error. Xender is not how it used to be, it refuses to connect to any device, i updated it the same issues. I had to delete and download again, it connects this time but doesn’t transfer any file and can’t receive either, so annoying 😡

Please support transferring live photos to PC. Live photos support are bad, they often appear as low resolution thumbs instead of full size, and you don't get the motion/live part: just an HEIC, no mov

App sharing. App sharing is what made Xender the app it is today why remove such a detrimental feature I just can’t come to terms with this. It was my last hope of sharing one of my apps all for me to be this disappointed I’m honestly at a loss for words, poor if possible add the feature back please and thank you Xender Team.
