Locked out. I can sign in but it won’t allow me to access my account and view my permits. About to go on a fishing trip and hope they get it fixed so I can easily show my license if encountered. The older version seemed flawless!

FANTASTIC !!!!. Absolutely the best! Our directors and board members should crowing as to how well this app helps Hunters and their families keep track of permits and helps with display of current permits without the need for using natural resources in paper. I can tell by reading the other most recent reviews that even the use of digital resources are going to be highly conserved. This app is showing a great outpouring of public opinion in its most recent reviews. (and thanks to the reviewers of the reviews at Apple the public doesn’t stand a chance of having any opinions which matter).

App not working. I loved the app until the latest version. I now sign in and it goes back to the sign in screen. I have permits and cannot see them. Was going to purchase archary tags from the app well now I have do it on line. Please fix it.

Good app!!!. Love this app the only problem I’ve had is that it logs me out so I have to sigh back in but other than that love the app and highly recommend it.

Latest Update Not Working. The latest update has made the app completely unusable for me. After providing my birth date and conservation number it “logs in” but won’t let me select my profile, view tags/permits, etc. I am confined to the “select profile” screen and that’s as far as it goes. Hope these issues are resolved quickly as bow season for deer opens next month!

New update makes the app useless. Used the app for the first time last year. Made tele checking fast and easy. For this season it will not update my permits or show seasons. I tried reinstalling and it did not fix the issue. I am going back to paper tags I guess

Doesn’t work at all. I have a conservation number and have logged in. It will show my name and ask me to log in but then tell me my session is expired and then takes me to a blank page. Not helpful.

App was great but latest update junk. App was really nice until the latest update it has pretty much locked me out of the app saying I have no profile or tags when I do so it’s pretty much useless. I hope they get it fixed soon with deer season fast approaching.

Frustrating with only cellular data. App crashes more often than not. It will not allow me to access using only cellular data most of the time. This is upsetting seeing how the main firearms rifle season is less than 2 weeks out. I was unable to figure out how to print my permits and went to a WalMart to get them in printed form. Was told I’d be charged $2/permit for landowner printed permits.

App is not working. Something went wrong in the last update. The app won’t let anyone access their permit information. Can someone please get this fixed in time for deer season?

Recent update. I agree with the last review. I am not able to see my permits or really use this app at all now. It was a great app before!

Can’t log in. Dove season opens next week just happened to check something on the app today and can’t get in. If this would have happened while I was hunting and couldn’t check a deer or got stopped by a game warden and could pull up licenses I’m sure there would be a ticket written. Fix it.

Login Bug??. I have tried logging in on this app for over 30 minutes now so I can go fishing. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled it to see if that would work. I’ve even tried calling the offices. Fix. Your. Crap! It appears it’s been doing this nonsense since the beginning of November, judging by the content of the reviews. Why is nothing being done to solve this?? I don’t have a paper copy of my resident fishing tags because I had the app. I would have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go purchase a paper copy, which I SHOULD NOT have to do seeing as I have one but can’t access it. Having this app is amazingly convenient and five star worthy. When it works... 👀 *** I originally wrote this review on November 25, 2017. STILL CANNOT LOGIN ON FEBRUARY 25, 2018! Thought I’d stop by and give a little update that THREE MONTHS LATER this crap of an app still isn’t working. ***

App is Basically Useless Now. This app went from being an extremely convenient way to view and buy tags, to being completely useless. Half the time you can’t even login and the other half it won’t let you leave the home screen. Hopefully they update this app before fall Turkey/Deer season starts.

New issues with update. Never had an issue, but can’t get past the login screen as it seems to boot me out after initially logging in. I can’t access even season, much less history or profile.

App not working. Says no permits and won’t access any permits

Was good but just got worse. The app was a very convenient way to keep track of my permits and tags. However, the recent app update has caused it to basically lock me out of the app. It says I’m logged in but does not allow me to access anything and says I have no permits, although I do. It won’t allow me to see the “seasons” page or anything else related to the app. Hope they address this quickly as deer season is just over a month away.

Stopped working with new update. This has always worked fine. Till downloading new version today Now when I enter birthday it will take me to the next screen. I can see my number and a change user button but it does nothing when I push. Lucky the fishing app still shows my permits. Hopefully Missouri can fix soon.

Hallie O’Dell. Terribly disappointing!! The IP customer service is little to no help. They keep blaming me and my service. I’ve had more issues with this app then you can imagine. Frustrating, infuriating, pitiful!! Fix it or take it down. Latest issue I’m having is I can’t get past the log in screen! Useless the way it is. That’s the State for you! I know it’s free but really needs to deliver what it’s supposed to!!!

Bad Version. I just updated the app and it has locked me completely out. I do not recommend updating as I have read that the update has done the same to others.

Newest update needs fixed. This app worked great for buying tags and tella checking but the latest update won’t let me log in. I am able to get the home screen after the login and it shows I have no tags even though I do then it crashes and locks me out.

Update Error. Since August update, I can’t get past entering birthdate. It flashes you have no permits (really fast) and goes right back to hunters logged in list. Please fix fast. I need to buy my bow tags !

Locked at login. Who did MDC hire to perform the update for this app? It used to work fine and now I can’t get past the login screen. It flashes “No current permits” and then I’m basically locked out. I purchased my firearm deer permit and it still says that. Plus, I have a current fishing and hunting permit.

Log In Problems. This app will not allow me to log in. I’ve tried over and over and even deleted it and reinstalled the app, but still cannot log in. This app has serious issues!!!

New update bugs. This has been a very convenient app that I not only use for reference but also to purchase tags and permits, as well as register my deer. But since this new update I can no longer use the app. When I try to log in the app gives me an error screen and tells me to check my internet connectivity. I never used to have this problem before the update. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that didn’t help. Would really love to see this app back up and running smoothly before deer season really gets going!

Can’t log into Account. This last update has kept me and my friends from being able to log into our profiles. So we can’t view anything.

So convenient. No need to print a permit anymore! I have been using this app for a few years now and it has been wonderful! I can show my permit to a Conservation Agent, check in my deer or turkey, and see the history of everything I’ve telechecked over the years. Highly recommended for Missouri hunters and trappers!

What Happened?. This app used to work fine and was a great resource, now you can’t get past the login page, please fix this soon!

Broke. Used to work great but since recent updates it does not function at all. It will tell you you are logged in but it won’t show you any permits or any other function. Very frustrating. I hope it is fixed soon.

Using offline. After updating, the app no longer works while offline. Sure glad I printed paper tags for spring turkey season. Works great, as long as you have good cell service. Location does not seem to be updating very well either.

Please Read if can’t login. Delete app and redownload it. Had me locked out on login screen.

Not working after recent update. After the recent update, I can’t log in the app. Keeps saying unknown error message http error. Already uninstalled and reinstalled still no fix

TZ hunter. Had it on my IPhone six now on my XR and I totally love it way easier then going to Walmart for it

Junk. Even called about failed login...still will not work. If it won’t work to buy tags, you really think the Conservation Agent will believe you bought tags if it won’t open for them either?

Isn’t working. I loved the app for hunting, it made keeping track of your tags and telechecking easy, however now it will not let me log it. It just shows an error when I try to.

App locked up on new iPhone after update.. App is locked up on sign in screen after recent update. I can see my hunter ID number but won’t allow me to select it or add another hunter. iPhone 11

Fix it. Never works. Always says error no internet even though I have fulll service and connected to wifi. Tried on multiple Wi-Fi routers and using data and same message. It’s funny I can delete and download app just fine but then can’t use it.

Locked out. It says I’m logged in but has me locked out to view season, permits, etc. Hope this gets fixed. It is very handy when it works

Bad update. Was working great until lately. Same thing though. Log in with birthday and then nothing. Been trying to buy dove hunting permits for two weeks and nothing has been fixed

Having log in issues. Have been using this app for the last 4-5 years, but just recently have been having issues once I get past the log in options. It just says my name like it’s froze up or something.

Convenient, no problems. It’s not amazing but it is a very convenient way to get tags and carry them with you digitally. I’ve never had any problems with the app and it has sunrise/sunset times and all season dates.

Locked Out. Like many others, used to use this app to keep all my permits together. Now it says I’m logged in and then I’m locked up and can’t see any permits. Please fix

Not working. Just downloaded it and entered in my conservation number and birthdate and I either keep getting error codes, or the app will just close itself randomly. Great idea, but definitely needs work still!

Re was good now not so much. I had the same problem of being locked out of the app even though it said I was signed in. I removed the app from my phone and re downloaded it and it seems to be working correctly now.

App is not working!. Can not login.

Locked up. When trying to select a user it locks up and says no permits found.

Time to clean this app up(hint)!. And maybe we need to see about who’s in charge (or doesn’t need to be anymore). The mass numbers of vultures circling our roads prove that hunters have fallen behind in doing their job keeping the balance in nature. Watersheds are now foul with runoff from dead animals killed on roadways and dying from overcrowding diseases. The apex predators which man has replaced are regarded as too dangerous to mingle in suburban areas, (no bears in my backyard), so it is still an issue requiring hunters to control those populations. Yet anti-gun apartment dwellers who couldn’t feed themselves without paying for the preparation of ANYTHING edible, still live in a fairy tale dream land where nobody gets their hands dirty or bloody. We can’t let the anti-gun suckers, who are hypnotized by the pied piper political rhetoric pushed by our country’s ENEMIES, make fools of some mushy headed politicians about the hard facts of life. Hunters control the herds NOW. Hunters don’t just live in the country. Hunters have a right to protect themselves while hunting,( if you have ever awoken a grumpy 350 pound razorback hog from its nap you would realize quickly that the firearms limitations imposed by statute are what actually can get you killed or crippled). Foolishly, we have allowed a population of bears and 900 pound elk in rural areas which are a far greater menace to drivers than any deer, and a hazard to absolutely anybody walking trails in wooded areas. Hunters need to have the tools to do their job and adequately protect themselves. Lack of focus in keeping these tools, such as this app, smoothly operating hinder the people paying for all operations at the state conservation level. It has been some time since we have had to shake it up, but it certainly appears that leadership has fallen for some mushy headed thinking.

I'm impressed! Great resource for hunters in MO!. I've got the Iphone version and love this thing! It displays all my permits from both this year and the previous. I can touch the tag and it instantly takes me to a screen where I can telecheck right from my phone without calling the old number! It also shows me everything I've telechecked over the last several years! I've showed this too many fellow hunters who've downloaded it and they love it too! One friend with a Samsung had problems with seeing his permits but a quick call to MDC's IT department and he was in action and thankful for this great APP! MDC is trying to stay at the forefront of new ways to aid in hunting and fishing and this App is a winner!

App doesnt work. My app hasnt worked for over two years. Ive had two different iphones and it hasnt worked on either one.

Download. App will not download on my new iPhone.

Junk!!!. This thing will never open, try to open it and it closes. Purchased license and now it's telling me one of my antlerless permits has been telechecked. Guess I'm better off having paper permits still.

Pure crap. It can’t use the app unless you create an account and log in. It took me about 15 seconds after downloading to delete it.

Latest update is bad. I updated the app just before Dove season. Now it won’t let me sign in. Hope no agent needs to see it tomorrow hunting on public land for the season opener....
