Remote. It never connected, useless

Cannot turn on or off tv or projector. The second or third tutorial it say you can turn on tv to test it out in 2014. Now u cannot do it anymore I think

White screen of death. Really bad app. White screen when adding device. Must delete and reinstall and redo. paid for Pronto device and app is garbage. Useless.

Not usable with iPhone. Must buy the Pronto device to use with iPhone so that defeats the whole purpose. Wished they would have indicated that in the description. It would have saved a lot of frustration. I suspect that is why so many reviewers have had trouble with the app whereas others think it's great.

Junk.. I had this on my Galaxy S6 and it worked pretty much flawlessly, but now I tried using it on my iPhone and i couldn't even finish setting it up because it asks for hardware that I never needed before. Totally useless.

Terrible app. It took me 3 installations and 2 phone resets to finally get the app to access to setup screen. Once I finally got the app to boot up, it freezes and crashes when trying to enter IR codes. The product is an awesome concept, but this garbage-dump app is completely unacceptable and cripples the entire system.

All in one. Liked its interface which is much cleaner and easy to use. App with Pronto receiver make this perfect.

DO NOT Buy. Free really 10 bucks just to get started. Then what happens when that doesn’t work funny the app On my Samsung if free just another apple ripoff

Ipad use. Tried it with my IPad with my TV and Set Box Changer. Will not give me the option to choose my type TV which is a Toshiba and cannot link the remote option without the purchase of a Pronto ?? Asking me to turn on My Bluetooth every time I try it and it is on on my Ipad.?.

Excellent. Great companion for the Pronto Smart remote : they turn your iphone into a universal remote !!!

Trash. I didn't need pronto before, so I know I don't actually need it now. Just find your remote or use the buttons on the TV, pronto is a waste of money gimmick.

Peel Website Down - Great App. Very nice app when used with Pronto. Latest version has nice features but the Peel website appears to be down so I can’t add devices to Peel. There appears to be no access to the databases online. Peel website just brings up a blank screen. Once this problem is resolved, and I am sure it will be, this app will continue to be the best app for home entertainment centre control.
