💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

I recommend this all the time to my family and friends. There are so many, many pointless things we do in our phones each day. Why not do something good with it? Why not read up on the top issues of our country today; instead of just regurgitating something you’ve heard and hadn’t actively considered. Be a good citizen. Wrestle with the issues. Read more about what is happening. Contact your your political representatives and tell them what you think!

Good app. I do really enjoy this app. I find that it does a great job showing both sides of the argument and makes information easily accessible. The reason it lost a star in my view is not the fault of the app, but more so the people using it. Based off of the polling data that is presented and the amount of comments on both sides, it is clear that a very large majority of people who use this app are liberal/democrat. I don’t happen to have a huge problem with this as I enjoy reading what the other side has to say to further my arguments, however it’s hard not to notice how underrepresented the conservatives are.

Another Democrat Tool. I thought this was actually aimed at getting people “involved” in politics. I should have known when it said “as featured” on MSNBC and the NYTimes, that it’s aimed at getting people to move to the left. Mob rule at it’s finest. Don’t suggest this app is meant to benefit me. It’s not. It’s designed to benefit the liberal agenda by skewing and manipulating information. Leading questions, biased questions, a “like” system that benefits the majority opinion which is usually a liberal opinion...you just make it easier for liberals to get involved and affect government. Countable is based out of San Francisco. Trying to imply you’re goal is benefit all citizens through information and then doing what you’ve done instead is disgusting.

Good, but one more feature I’d love to see. I love Countable. It makes it even easier than ResistBot to contact my reps, and it’s nice to have one place to go to browse issues and speak up about things that concern me. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to see the total number of bills I’ve contacted my reps about. It’s great to see more Americans getting involved in the legislative process, which is the way it should be, and I think adding overall stats would be a good way to motivate newer voters and those who aren’t used to reaching out to their congressional representatives to continue exercising their rights. I know I can see the number of issues i follow in settings and my activity feed, but data like the number of bills I’ve voted on and how many times I’ve followed that with a message to my reps — perhaps broken down by category — would be hugely satisfying.

Countable is invaluable!. If you want things to change and improve in this country, you have to know what is going on politically. This app really helps. Countable provides a daily update on the issues coming up in the Congress and elsewhere in the government, put together by ab excellent team of people familiar with the legislative process. It summarizes often complicated legislation in clear, easily understandable terms, gives reasons for and against support that legislation, has a section that gives more details if one wants them, and a part that keeps you updated on the process. You can comment on it, snd your comment can be both posted to the discussion and sent to your Congressional Representatives and Senators (in a formal letter) if you select that. I use it daily, and have introduced many friends to it as well, who find it just as useful as I do.

Hate politics?. Regardless of where we fall on the political spectrum, I think we all suffer from bull**** fatigue. Gone are the days when you could flip on the evening news and get a rational measured rundown of what’s going on. “Rational” and “measured” doesn’t generate viewers, clicks, or shares. Stay connected without the crazy hype. Be an informed influencer and not some well conditioned and behaved party member. On a side note: given that our comments are all forwarded to our elected representatives, I find those turning this into a discussion board rather confusing.

Not Completely Unusable. This app is going through what seems like multiple identity crises. Not only the name change, but the entire formatting and content of the app. Countable was hard to navigate but clearly made for mobile and at least somewhat intuitive. This new thing, Causes, is neat but I have no idea what is going on. Idk what content it's even trying to serve anymore, it does not seem like it cares about bills as much as whatever the latest political news is. The app is super hard to navigate and is very unintuitive in its design; nothing makes sense. It's formatted all weird like it's some mobile/desktop hybrid webpage and is janky. What on earth happened here? If this was the official Causes update it is half-baked and needed another year or two in development. Why bother sending out emails? I can't get anything done on the app so fix that before you tell me what new shenanigans and tomfoolery our politicians are up to again.

Needs more than a “like” option. The app is mostly good as far as I can see from using it for about three weeks. We all know politics is a sensitive topic and I just can’t read some of the ridiculous comments and have no way to rebuttal. The only way I see myself using the app in the future is if things change to something like reddit with a ⬆️or ⬇️ choice. A less acceptable option would being able to rebut a response. The latter only leads to endless unintelligent bickering back and forth. The app has good information to ponder and is informative. I haven’t found any bugs or glitches. The interface appearance is easy on the eyes and functional.

Know what our legislators are doing. This makes the work of Congress and the Senate so much more transparent and understandable! You also get to see the unvarnished opinions of people from across the political spectrum on each issue, get to weigh in - and to have your representatives informed of which action you endorse. This does not cure all ills when it comes to politicians' accountability to constituents, but it does quickly show how their work is directly relevant to all of us and make it easier to be heard. From there, the next step is yours.

A good start. I have long wished I had the ability to develop apps because I have felt that a social network for political action would be a great idea. This app is a good start forwards that goal. I like that comments can be endorsed but don’t degenerate into back and forth trolling. I like that the app gives background in bills before Congress and allows users to notify there reps how the would like them to vote and provide messages. What I feel it lacks and would greatly like to see added is a report card. I would like to get feedback of how my reps voted on the different bills and alerts when they voted opposite of my wishes. I would also like to see the vote tallies be broken down for my state and district rather then just all users. I am really enjoying using it so far but only gave it three stars because it hasn’t reached its potential yet.

Good. I’ve really enjoyed this app in the few months I’ve been using it. It’s so educational, inspiring and fascinating learning about the bills and processes. In addition, I love the opportunity to read the opinions of other people, those I agree with and those with very different views, too. However, in the past few weeks I’ve noticed the app becoming very “glitchy.” More and more, I can’t see posts made by my followers despite receiving notifications that posts have been made. “Nothing to see” under profiles of prolific posters? Please fix that. It almost feels like an attempt to silence support if you can’t see and upvote opinions. If it continues into next week, I’ll likely stop using this app. Integrity is important to me.

Easy and succinct. BUG: currently doesn’t seem to let you sign in through Facebook account? Add google or something else to make it easier for people to sign up. REVIEW: Simple interface that provides all the information you need to know about any upcoming legislation. The summaries and "why vote yes/no" section makes all the differences. I also love that you can vote along as well so that you can track if your rep and you are on the same page. Only thing I wish is that you can see how you vote and your rep vote along all issues one one page. Download the app and you'll find yourself more knowledgeable and involved in the political process.

Major problem. What do you do if your congressional district has changed since you initiated your account? Apparently nothing so you’re stuck receiving notifications on politicians who do not represent you. When I first downloaded the app I lived in PA District 2. Then a court ruled (correctly) that my state was unfairly gerrymandered and ordered that it be redistricted. Now I live in District 4 as of January 3, 2019 even though I did not move. But the app still thinks I live in District 2 and no way to change it seems to exist. Really, it’s a dumb way to design an app. I know not everybody’s district changes but a lot do because of court decisions or just standard redistricting. And what if I had simply moved? How would I change my settings? Maybe I’m missing something but it should not be a complicated adjustment to make. I sent an email to the developers but I got an automated response saying I might not get a response because of the high volume of emails they receive. Great idea for an app hampered by this design flaw.

Some good - some not so good. This app is kind of like Facebook for the political crowd. It lets you see the federal legislature in “action” - unfortunately there’s no links to the bills, only a brief synopsis of the bill with a statement from the sponsor and opposition (usually a tweet from both) It also allows you to message your representative and senators. It also allows for calling them. Unfortunately many of the users don’t realize (or care) that the messages they are posting go to their reps and just use it as if they are on Facebook trying to shame others into believing their rants. Finally, it’s somewhat buggy- looking at the “details” of a bill rarely works the way it should, instead it drops you into the comments area and you have scroll back up, it frequently closes the details area for no apparent reason, when posting a message, things like editing are difficult and there’s no way to make a new paragraph.

A more specifically informed Twitter. The liberal slant in the way headlines are often presented is usually quite obvious. But that’s just normal these day. Big government begets big government. It is nice though, to see issues presented that are relevant to actual political action, and a really easy way of sending your thoughts to your congressmen. I also like the ability to leave public comments, BUT the ability to not respond to people’s comments directly is the real goldmine. It prevents topics from becoming needlessly as toxic as they do in Twitter, and you don’t get dragged into day long mention shenanigans. I hope more people use this app, it might be the political social media we’ve been missing!

Pretty Good. I like the Countable app. I like that info is in given in laymen's terms, so individuals don't have to slog through legal-ese to try and figure it out. I like that info seems to be straightforward though sometimes there seems to be a bias. Sometimes something may have a liberal slant, but I have learned how to address and work through it. I know what I believe and stand firm and won't be swayed by a liberal agenda. Countable needs to make unbiased info and straightforward facts a goal. I have received a great number of responses from my senators. While the response is appreciated, some seem 'canned.' A few responses seem personal. I understand they get a lot of correspondence, but when the response is canned; it seems to lose effectiveness and meaning for me. How my senators interact with me and how serious they consider what I say does matter when it comes to the next election. I am glad Countable has made it possible that attacks are not possible among those of us who post reviews. Of course, it might be interesting to have a dislike option on responses as well. I'm inclined to think many polls are biased and ineffective, so some calculations of the 'like' and if a 'dislike' option is added might yield interesting results and perspective as well.

I expected better. In theory I this Love the app I love getting updates when my rep votes I love getting to follow bills through Congress I like the concept The problem is that the app has a clear agenda... and this is coming from a liberal.. Part of that has to do with the user base being left leaning- i first heard of the app through vox so what can you do But sometimes I think they deliberately suppress poll results- I don’t think the manipulate the tallies but it seems like every time a vote on an issue where perhaps the result are unfavorable to a particular brand of retail democratic politics The polling outcome just aren’t provided. Not only that but it often seems like the order in which comments presented doesn’t reflect the amount of likes Not only that but the inability to dislike or make comments limits dialogue which is kinda sad really The community is great Even if JJs still posting I know my senator isn’t reading all my posts But really feel like not implementing a reply option is a huge missed opportunity Be better Irma 2019 😉

Countable?. Why doesn’t this app show the tally of those who agree or disagree with an issue?? It’s called countable but it doesn’t count. Truth is - a tally would show that most legislation that passes through the house & Senate is not widely supported by voters (as determined by countable). An earlier version of this app did provide the tally and it was removed!! Why?? Yet another inconvenient truth. DC does not represent the interests of constituents. Period. I just rechecked the app and now it no longer lists the members of Congress and their contact information. Who is Washington decided to remove this feature. No the app is useless. Who are the developers & where is the accountability? Scam.

Good Idea but Spreads Misinformation. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it used to be much better when it was focused more on upcoming legislation and offering a platform really focused on communicating your opinion to your reps. However, once they started putting out articles more related to what’s in the news and not what’s in Congress they have failed to adequately screen for misinformation. They are too susceptible to the both sides false equivalency and it feels more like a contribution to an alarmist circus-like political environment and less like actual political engagement. I’m going to look for a better platform for a way to communicate with my reps about issues.

this is an app for adults. The “news” feed on my iphone is continuously filled with click bait crap and irrelevant nonsense, and it didn’t matter how much I “customized” my feed. I like that so far everything on Countable seems to be straightforward, making it easy to see both sides of a bill or issue without conveying a particular bias. MY FAVORITE THING SO FAR THO has to be the comments section. I’ve seen people express their different views in the comments and it just ends there. No name calling. Not a single racial/gender/sexuality slur in sight. It’s almost too good to be true. It’s as if adults were actually acting like adults. If there’s anyway we can keep this app this way I will be happy FOREVER.

An empowering tool with a disempowering format. I just began using an older version of countable I downloaded a year ago and loved it! It was feature rich and I had total control of my experience! I could look through bills or news or stalk my legislators. In the latest update they severely dumbed down the app, mashing all these features into an unspecified mix that I have no control over. Now I feel like my time is not well spent on the app, similar to reading Facebook newsfeed. Before countable was a one-stop tap for citizen empowerment. Now I feel like a consumer more than a participant.

Issues with action center. I absolutely looooove Countable. I should basically be paid for marketing lol. Buuuuut..... I have been having trouble with my action center in the App. I can’t manage my action center without going to Safari, and my content is all smooshed together. I also had problems contacting the help center through the App. (Basically, after writing the above, I couldn’t get the keyboard to drop down so that I could see and click the submit button. Thank you in advance to your tech team for checking this out and fixing it. ❤️

Good app, bad design for iPad. I love using this app, it gives good information and keeps you up to date with issues that are important to you. I am forced to give this app three starts though for the lack of response from the design team to address a very simple issue: horizontal view for an iPad. I mention this as it is incredible hard to write good responses in a timely manner when you have to depend on a digital keyboard on a small phone screen. I know it is possible, but seriously, it is a lot easier when you have a cover with a keyboard for your iPad to write these responses. What amazes me most is that this app still does not have that feature, as it is a common feature on most apps these days, and this one has been around awhile. Please upgrade your app so that I can use it in earnest. That is the only thing really holding me back from consistent, well written feedback for my legislators using this app.

Started good, not so great now. When I first signed up for this app, it seemed as if someone got it right for once. My feed was objective, fair, and balanced. Once Trump got elected, it turned into a Huffington Pat style ad; biased opinions, articles, and overall left leaning trajectory. Democratic socialism?! Are you kidding me? Even those so-called ‘democratic socialist’ countries have denied being that. The app functions very well and does an overall great job at it’s technical duties: updates, frequency of news, discussions, etc. However, it’s bias and its lack of objectivity are seriously off putting.

Countable Review. I love this app. It’s easy to use and I get immediate feedback from my representatives when I do take action on an issue, or a bill that is being voted on. It really encourages and rewards your involvement in your own government. It is a sad, but true fact that politics has to compete with the entertainment sector when it comes to people’s interests and attention. It affects our daily lives and the lives of others, even in other countries and it should be of greater importance to us all. This app helps that.

Another liberal pout fest. I will give it to them at least they try and make it look like they’re not a bunch of liberals. They have about 1 out of 10 topics that could almost be construed as right leaning. They do have some counter points to most arguments but some are so ridiculous as to make right thinking people out to be monsters. Like we want to lock up all children and rip them from their mothers arms. About 75% of comments are made by the crying liberals that still haven’t gotten over the 2016 loss that they experienced. They are still heartbroken because of the reports that countable keeps posting making it look like President Trump is through are thwarted time and time again. It’s kind of refreshing seeing all of the comments of the left after they experience another loss.

Like having a congressional staff in your pocket!. Just a few years ago, you could get away with doing a little reading just before the election to prepare yourself to vote. If you did that, you were more informed and involved than probably 90% of voters. With the 2016 election, that all changed: we need to stay connected to our elected representatives in Washington and locally more than ever before, or who knows what trouble they'll get us into! Nothing I have ever found even comes close to Countable for keeping me appraised of the issues and votes of our time. It's like having your own congressional staff right in your pocket!

Vital to Democracy. I’m so grateful I found this app. I’ve been using it for years and it makes it incredibly easy to reach out to you’re Congresspeople, while providing bills in bite sized and comprehensible summaries which make it easy for every person to understand. My only critique would be that it doesn’t include local politics! Maybe it doesn’t have to include Mayors and City Council people, but i don’t think its a stretch to include State Legislatures. Local politics has a huge effect on our everyday lives, and most states have part time legislatures anyway, so it would be THAT much more work. Still, even without that, this a a great app and is absolutely essential for anyone looking to keep up to date with work being done, not tweets being sent.

Why America?. People are showing their hatefulness by blaming Dems or Right for what Satan and his army are doing to destroy America. There’s not one once of Jesus Christ immolating from The WH and yet lies are told everyday and some how hatred is except able is a joke. America wake up and recognize that your being divide by race, religion and political views. Yet on your currency it says In God we trust. Teach hatred and then blame other Americans for wanting their rights to vote or improve on the way of life for others. Your not A Christian Nation with the hate I see. Oh their good people on both sides.

But the people on it?????. It is a very good app that keeps a person very interested and knowledgeable about what is going on in Washington, Congress and the Executive Branch as well as the Court Systems . My biggest concern is those of the Liberal, Communist and many other people who think one thing or the other. My biggest concern is that you can't write or say anything like disagreeing with a person writing statements and opinions. Again what bothers me about the people is that you can't say anything to have a different opinion with them other that to agree with them and join them in their statements or ideas. No negative statements can be said but to one person because you can't disagree, only agree and or join them in their idea. Just a simple stroke of the pen to disagree ( even if you could not say so, a mark or an X would be nice instead of showing agreement) on their opinion. There are WAY TOO MANY DISAGREEABLE PEOPLE ON THE SITE.

One of the most important apps.. I have tons of applications. As a photographer I live in my apps. This app is my important. This app facilitates involvement in our process of government. As a writer, who’s name escapes me, could be Saul Bellows, wrote, “there is no such thing as a non political man.” Either we shape our world or others will shape it for us. This app performs the most vital and noble role of empowering the individual, and facilitating involvement in our Democracy. We must stand for one another, we are bound to defend the rights noted in our constitution. As we stand for the rights of one, we protect the rights for many.

Good Intent, Poor Execution. There are a couple small bugs in the app that need to be fixed including the option to select a profile picture not working, and confirmation emails never being received. Other than that the product is good. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly been disappointed by people on both sides of the political spectrum (although more so from those on the left) who use this app to generalize people of both sides, attack through name calling and other childish ways, and tribal-like devotion to their party. We can’t hope to function as a country when we are constantly at war with each other.

Great way to stay informed. The Countable app is a great resource for learning and keeping up with what’s going on in the federal government. The app updates every time a bill originates, is voted on, or is amended. The purpose, the history, the progress and the arguments for and against each bill and each issue is explained fully, and in straightforward layman’s terms. Countable is possibly the best source of thorough, factual, unbiased information there is. Users can vote to Agree or Disagree on each issue and comment. Each time you comment with your own opinion, you have the option to send your comment to your elected officials, and to spread your message by other means, such as posting it on social media sites. I highly recommend this app for anyone interested in up-to-date, thorough information about what goes on in the federal government.

Most important app I've ever used.. Get off Facebook and tune in to the only community that lets Americans easily speak to congress, vote on bills, and debate real issues with varying opinions from a wide range of users. Cut through the fog of the media read the hard facts about what's happening up on the hill, browse the opinions of many and come up with your own message for your congressmen. Stop arguing with each other about distracting shenanigans and key in on what issues matter to you the most. This is the best app I've ever used. Thank you for creating it at a time when our nation truly needs this.

iPhone SE support is lacking. Lots of in-app things render poorly on the iPhone SE—so poorly that I had to force-quit to get out of them (because the “cancel” button was outside the non-scrollable viewport) Also, the bills presented are littered with “junk bills” that have no chance of passing, that are redundant to existing law, and/or that are introduced purely for symbolic/political posturing. I wish there were a way to filter based on “actually might affect public policy” (vs. “rant magnet” or “introduced so that in my next fundraising letter I can say I’m doing something”). Otherwise, I have to spend time determining what to actually pay attention to (an effort which I was hoping this app would reduce).

Dangerous Users. I am deleting this app. I have tried to contact them to report this one user who is constantly writing about “taking” care of these people himself. But can never get the right area or get no response from them. This started out great, but with no policing of its users it is now just scary. Person goes by J or JJ Thank you for taking care of that one person. Please tell me how you have made it easier for users to instantly report this kind of behavior. Until you make the app easier to report, rather than having to go here in the app ratings, it’s still not working properly as a safe place to view what is happening in government and other peoples views on it.

App uses you name illegally!!. I have found this app using my name and sending total lies in the form of emails to important people like my Senators or Representatives using my name even though I never did it or authorized it!!! Total lies made up by someone using my name and email address! I think this is illegal and I’m looking into this as it should be illegal as false representation. I hope someone goes to jail for using my name and spouting false belief about me. It’s despicable!!! In addition to the above, this statement in the section that they talk about security and the use of your information, it says this: “We never share your address without your permission.” So how come when they take your information and pretend it’s you when they send an email to your Senator or Congressman trying to convince them to vote a certain way - all the time pretending you are one of their constituents!! How is that not sharing your information!! They’re a bunch of Liers and deserve to be prosecuted for stating something that is false. If I had just added this App to my phone, I would delete it immediately.

Yes, Indeed. perfect.. Finally, a way to feel connected to the elected officials that appear to live in another kingdom in far, far away land. Can submit comments directly to your Congress Representatives and they will acknowledge they have received. However, it is a generic bulk response. Also, you can see the intelligent responses from regular American comrades and know that there are more people like you who are seeking a voice in this Country. Also, it is a great tool to be informed of all of the proposed bills and to see the results of bills that were just votes on.

Lead by Liberals. If you want to move in with the liberals and share ideas, download this app. The staff responsible for this app couch their introduction of topics in the same manner as the mainstream media. There is a significant liberal bias. Go to the developers web site and you’ll find they are made up of the following: journalist, former president of several colleges, lackey from the Clinton White House, a former Democratic Senator, the technology coordinator during Howard Dean’s run for President, and other liberals. I am not the only one who used this app and ultimately deleted it because of the liberal bias. It’s a shame this app and its data are not run by a neutral entity. The concept is an excellent one, but the liberals are using it to push their agenda, which is the same as 0bama; ruin the USA.

Annoying bugs and left-wing bias. I like being able to comment and share my opinion, but the system is incredibly frustrating because if you press post by accident before you’re done typing, you CANNOT edit it to complete your thought, so you end up looking like an idiot. Made a typo? Forget about it, that’s a permanent mistake. There’s no way to contact the support team directly, so hopefully they will see this and fix that problem. Also, for each bill that users get to vote on, the app includes one paragraph on “reasons to vote for,” and “reasons to vote against,” and I noticed that the write ups usually give good points for the left leaning vote, and neglect important points that would bolster the right-leaning vote.

Some Pros, Some Cons.... First, I like Countable because it is an easy way to keep track of the legislation currently being acted upon in our government. Recently, Countable changed my ‘Representative’ based on who knows what information, and it is incorrect. I have double-checked my address and profile information, but Countable apparently wants to put me in a different legislative district (please not it was changed after the new session and was correct, and then changed again and is incorrect). I am guessing this is an algorithmic glitch? I love the summaries of the arguments for yay or nay, but I wish some folk would read them (ie I note people ‘vote’ the wrong way on the website/app based on their commentary). Perhaps a moderator? Finally, I love being able to contact my representatives, and have had both personal and automated replies dependent upon the thoughtfulness of the message and the representative. However, see my first comment for the accuracy of this information.

App is good, users positions very one sided. The app is really interesting and quite useful, but it’s defiantly 80 to 85% liberal/leftist users. It’s clear after spending even a few minutes looking at the voting and some of the comments to see this app is dominated by left wing users. That doesn’t make the app bad by any means, but just be prepared to see some pretty nasty (and sometimes outright insane) comments. Also note the voting system on all the issues skew obviously along political lines, making that whole tool basically useless since no one seems to actually analyze the issue before voting. Every outcome is around 15-20 one side, 80-85 the other (which in case people don’t know, doesn’t represent the country).

Very left leaning. Good: knowing the Bills and Laws as well as other information as to what’s happening on the hill, knowing who represents you, how they’re voting and being able to communicate with them, plus very timely notice when a new bill is submitted and your Reps votes cast. Easy to understand format and love the edit button to clean up your post as necessary. Last but not least is the free speech platform allowed when commenting. Bad: can’t respond to others comments directly and there is a LOT of disinformation and misinformation by the uninformed and trolls. Additionally many of the topics are clearly biased in their headlines and content. The polls more than reflect it to ridiculous degree. Remove the partisanship, the hate and the bias and thus site will explode with new subscribers.

#1 App for the #Resistance. I use this app to track what bills are going through the House and Senate. Rather than calling my representative to say I'm worried about my health care or Trump's immigration policy, I can tell them what they want to hear: please support HR 450 (or whatever the bill title is). This app keeps me informed about issues that are and are not in the news - and I can easily check how I feel about candidates against what my representatives are actually doing.

I love this app. I just love this this app. I enjoy learning. I’m from N.Y. and grew up in the New York school systems out on Long Island. Being a Dysfunctional Dyslexic who not only fought my way so hard by perseverance and studding very hard. New York (school system) failed me not only as a person but as a 17 year old with a disability. I never got to graduate with my graduating class because of 1 point. My point is due to this app it makes me think more about what is going on in the world a lot more. If there’s something I don’t know I go to the wisest person I know. My father, believe it or not he has been very right about a lot of things and things, personally, that I didn’t realize he was right. If it’s a topic that I am not at all familiar with I will not answer due to the fact I may embarrass myself. Thank you very much for this awesome app.

Genius!!. Great app that lets you comment on current ideas, voice your opinions to others AND your congressmen/women, AND follow/like others’ comments. Cuts out so much of the hate and negativity that is evidenced in Twitter and etc when folks have the opportunity to respond to other people’s comments directly. Keeps comments focused on the issues, makes users read the details on the issues and others comments before commenting directly, educates the user. I believe all voting Americans should be required to stay current through an educational/conversational app like this in order to qualify for voting privileges. We have become to crowded with people who are too stupid to even know what is good/right and what is bad/wrong for themselves. Get on this app, READ AND LEARN something, and then TALK TO YOUR CONGRESSMAN/CONGRESSWOMAN - make a difference!!! Also - the people on this app are great and the address verification helps weed out non-US-users, but there are clearly some Russian trolls sowing disinformation campaigns like Sneaky Pete and others. Watch out for pro-communist propaganda disguised as republican talking points. Watch out for pro-communist propaganda disguised as democratic concession points.

Countable Staff Writes Loaded Headlines. App is fine except for the staff who run the headlines load it with every single conservative hack position and headline. For an app that tries to present itself as unbiased, it’s clear that the staff editorializes headlines and poses questions with a conservative slant. They don’t have any standard for running headlines with questions posed by hack politicians that are irrelevant. Functionally the app got worse, and made it harder to do what they had set out to do; become more informed and engaged with the current political situation. So instead they editorialize the headlines to wedge the user base. And to those who complain that the users are too liberal, I found that the user base does accurately reflect the general population.

Good App Biased Content. I wanted to give this app a 5 Star but I’m giving it a 3. Why? Because, though I initially enjoyed the easy access of communication to my Representatives and being able to formulate a good sense of the political environment and test my political opinions against others in a non confrontational way, I can’t say in any way, that the content and published articles are portrayed in a subjective or unbiased manner. They don’t even try. If you hate Trump, America, and conservatives, you will find a nice safe space for your outrage. For everyone else it’s been a frustrating experience, not because there are people that disagree with you, but because the platform is stacked totally one-sided and that is not effective measure to bring people together.

Great Resource. This app has helped me stay informed like no other. I love the fact that I can communicate my thoughts to my legislators. I’ve actually had the good fortune of meeting with my legislators and have discovered the importance of communicating with their offices in what ever means we choose. They expressed how they rely on our feedback when making decisions. I fact check everything these days and find all the posted information to be unbiased, fair, and very nicely balanced.

This App has a Lot of Potential to be Really Great. I love the idea of this app. It provides a very convenient way to see and interact with the latest political news and issues. What ruins the app for me is that everything is politically biased. Most of the news seems to be politically slanted, and the comments from users are predictable because they are just bunch of people reciting established political party views. I want to learn about unbiased political news and I want to hear novel opinions from diverse groups of people. My favorite political opinions are ones that really make you think because they don’t fit into a specific political party’s structure, but you won’t won’t find many opinions like that through this app.

If only votes counted!. The problem is that all government officials are bought and paid for via campaign contributions, which is legalized bribery. It’s is foolish, naive and dangerous to believe that the puppets in Washington DC (District of Corruption) are beholden to regular voters, when in fact they take millions from private bribers. Until these clowns and their puppeteers are put in jail and legalized bribery is criminalized as treason, America will continue to be run by wealthy globalists without any national allegiance through politically treasonous fronts like AIPAC and George Soros’ Medusa’s heads of NGOs, whose continual game of divide in conquer is tearing this once great nation apart. Time to wake up, buttercups! Our government has been hijacked and it’s not by the “evil Russians” but banksters and their minions.

App Worth Having. I have enjoyed this App every time I use it. It makes me feel I am involved in our country's democratic process on demand. The only other comment I want to say that the low rating of this App received from people that might not have understood the intent of the App and/or have not spent enough time to learn how to use it.

Great app to keep you informed. After the debacle that was the 2016 election I had to become more involved in our Democracy and be better informed about the issues. This app does a great job of both. I’m able to stay informed on legislation and hot button issues and simultaneously communicate my perspective to my reps. This app has become an essential part in my arsenal against complacency and the President’s misinformation and lies.

Great way to stay informed. This app gives both sides as well as allowing you to contact your rep as well as post general comments to have a civil discussion about the issues. It also shows how your representatives vote on bills so you can better choose who we vote for and shows what the congressmen are doing on a daily basis.

Incorrect district with no way to change it. I liked this app at first. But after Jan. 1st, Countable changes who my congressional representative is. My rep did change, but not to the person listed. Countable has me listed in the wrong congressional district. I tried reentering my address (which has not changed), and it didn’t work.. I have scoured the app trying to find a way to contact countable, but to no avail. This app is now almost completely useless to me, since it has me with the wrong rep, with no way to fix it. I will be deleting the app now, and hope to find one that can accurately assign me to my correct congressional district and representative.

Informative but not nearly as useful as when it was countable. Still a really good source of information and peoples takes, but idk why they changed it so drastically, used to be a much better ui and had a lot of features that actually helped you keep up with your own regional politicians, now it’s just national stories, again still a good app it just used to be a lot better

Great App maybe a lil tweaking needed. Hi thanks for this app 5 stars isn’t enough!!!! I think it is hugely underrated. I absolutely love it. The only critique I have is that in the iPhone X the “Feed” “Bills” and “Notifications” are right by the bar used to gesture to go home. If that could be raised a little bit that would be awesome. Other than that ❤️ this app. Great work! 👍

Nice job remaining non-partisan. I spent the first few minutes on this app reading various descriptions of bills and issues and was happy to find that I couldn’t identify the bias of any author. The commenters are another story but I like the simple system of finding the top comments on both sides of an issue. Keep it up! If you’re finding bias on this app, you’re probably used to reading media slanted in your particular direction.

Politically biased, filled with liberal users and editors. The fundamentals and user interface of the app are excellent. It’s simple and easy to use, but other than the framework of how the app is used that’s the only good I have. It’s filled with predominantly left leaning and definitively liberal college users. That would be fine seeing as it’s a platform and not an outlet for publication if I weren’t inundated with notifications with liberal leaning, revisionist titles like “Happy Federal Holiday Who Shall Not Be Named”. I uninstalled because for starters, if it’s about sharing our opinions, we shouldn’t be force fed them as a starting point before our minds are made up either way.

Informative. This app gives necessary information, all in one place, for us to understand the different issues/bills that come before the Congress,. I appreciate people’s comments, which illustrate the different views. It gives me a chance to participate and to have my opinions sent to my Congressional Senators and House Representatives. Thanks for the App!

Finally, a place to be heard. They say that our thoughts are passed on to our respective State and Federal Legislators, good deal . Now we can exchange thoughts on National items and they are sent to our State Legislators. I truly hope that’s the way it works. I often wonder when I call if they even bother to write down my comment on whatever I’m concerned about.

Amazing, empowering app. This app makes it so easy to stay on top of what is going on in government. It sends all your opinions to your members of congress and also lets you know how they voted so you can hold them accountable. It is written in an accessible way. The only complaint I have is some of the "why vote yea" and "why vote nay" sections feel useless - I wish these were a bit more thoughtful. Otherwise, this is an essential app for being involved in government and having your voice be heard. Thank you Countable!!

Landscape view. There is no reason this app has to be solely in portrait mode. The fact that my iPad is attached to a keyboard and in landscape mode makes me NOT use the app about 95% of the time I see it on my iPad. Seriously, you wouldn’t even have to reformat anything, its basically clicking on a couple choices in Xcode before you compile. Seems lazy that there is no landscape view.

Really gone down hill. When this first came out as Countable, I liked it a lot. But it has really gone down hill since becoming Causes. There appears to be no update on bills. Information on issues is less useful. Contacting representatives is harder and it is less clear how messages appear to them. The support on the app is out of date and still reflects the old countable architecture. (They even have their support email wrong in the app). And, their link for contacting the White House still says “Talk to Trump” two weeks after the inauguration.

A much needed app. I really love what this app is providing for every day citizens. Finally! Something that easily lets us see what our Congress is up to and voice our opinion to them. Thank you so much developers! Please keep up the good work! Suggested feature: In addition to to sending representatives our written opinions after we vote on an issue, I think it would be even more impactful if you sent them a summarizing graphic showing the vote distribution on that topic. For example, a graphic that shows the number of yea/nay votes by state, or by the whole country based on the users of your app. Current bug: The app keeps crashing every time I click on the “Progress” button of a bill or issue.

Content is Great, App Itself Needs Work. There is super good information on this app and it’s a great way to be informed and also participate and share your opinion in a meaningful way. That said, the app itself is very clunky. Any time I try to back out of an article to the rest of the feed, it resets the page and I have to scroll all the way down again. Th software/programming needs to be improved

Good. But there is a slight liberal bias.. Sometimes, they will pose a question about a conservative law or idea in a stupid way without context. Then, everyone bashed Trump. It’s hilariously predictable. Some of the same people comment the same exact group think crap on like every article. The far left is criticizing Trump for EVERYTHING, while the far right (being offensive) is protecting EVERYTHING he says. It’s disgusting. It’s still a thought provoking app and I’m happy it exists even though I think they ignore bringing up serious things that the right cares about.

Just downloaded this already shut down 2x. It’s a great app. Informative with clean design. Love how we can decide yea or nay to a bill or directly contact our representatives if we chose to. Great way to do something small to stay proactive in public policies we care about. It’s just annoying how the app already shut down twice within the last hour that I downloaded it. If this keeps happening, I will not use it as frequently as I’d like to.

much needed app. i love countable- it definitely helps you stay on top of the issues and makes communicating with your representatives easy, but i have one minor complaint- if i get a notification and click on it, the corresponding badges should go away- you shouldn't have to scroll back to the notifications page to click AFTER you've viewed & acted on the related item.

Typical liberal bias. Just downloaded this app and tried to read my first article dealing with Elon Musk and whether or not he should be sued. There are 21 comments about the article. To no surprise 11 of the comments directly reference President Trump in a negative way even though the article has nothing to do with him. I wonder if there is any circumstance where liberals can stick to the subject at hand without spewing their hate. Doubtful. I was genuinely hoping for this app to be fair but I suppose I was being naive. After all, how can any app curated by Joe Trippi be anything but one sided? Deleting.

Best source of what’s happening and what you can do about it. Must have.. Simply the best way to stay informed and get involved in the process. Everyone needs to have this app. It should be automatically loaded on everyone's phones and their start page on their browsers. What's more important than knowing what our elected officials are doing and giving them our input?

Remove Edit Comment Feature. The ability to edit what you write should be removed as it is currently abused. People will post will one thing to gain agreement and push their comment to the top of a page, then they will edit it to push a certain agendacl contrary to what they initially wrote knowing that it will be at the top for everyone to see. This essentially breaks the comment section. If someone edits their comment, all agreement votes should be lost, or the ability to edit should be removed all together.

Love It!. Countable is a great app to keep you updated on what is happening in local, and national politics. Countable is also unbiased so you are able to read for yourself and make a decision without being swooned one way or the other. It goes into great detail of everything you may want to know, and even allows you to contact your representatives. This is the perfect app!

Great resource!. Great resource for anyone who wants to keep up with what Congress is doing. Apppreciate the plainly written thumbnails of bills and use the comments to broaden my views on them when I need that ,and even when I don't. Grateful for the support of my political activity and the ability to link to my reps. I've posted much Countable information, and have recommended Countable many times. It's a terrific app.

Countable app awesome. Listen I think that this is a brilliant solution to Facebook and posting options there. We need a platform where others listen even if we don't agree with each other. I see it as a beginning to change! Facebook users do not want to see post that include politics. I have been tuned out so much I don't even use it anymore for critical thinking about politics.

Just ok.. Good concept but I have two complaints First is the app is hidden behind a sign in screen. I don’t think I should have to create an account or sign in in order to make the app work. It would be nice to input my reps (or input my address) and let the app handle it from there. You can get in without sign in, but the button is small and hard to find, and they make you do it whenever you open the app. Second, I get these notifications that my rep has voted. That’s fantastic. But, I’d like to know how they voted. The app doesn’t provide that.

The Best. Countable is the best app imaginable for people who want to be politically active, engage in their civic duty, and who are patriotic. The non-partisan clear, easy-to-use App allows citizens to speak up and speak out with some assurance of basic accuracy of facts with which to decide where we stand and with which to communicate to our elected representatives quickly, easily and proudly. I am deeply grateful for Countable.

Awesome, but it won’t let me post to Twitter. I absolutely love the concept of this application, but I wish I was able to share my responses via twitter. I know there is an option to share to Twitter, but it does not seem to be functioning properly. I am able to write up a tweet, but there is no button to post. Please fix this!

Maybe Too Easy to Use?. This App makes it easy to contact your reps, and state (and share) your opinions. Unfortunately, like in every other social media platform, the trolls are at work on Countable, defending the indefensible. I would really like to know that the folks at Countable are finding ways to close accounts that are not used by legitimate US persons, but by Russian (and other) trolls, trying to influence US Politics.

The Power of Words. Countable is the most utilitarian political action app I have used, thus far. I have almost instant access to my representatives after reading up in the toughest issues we face as citizens of this ALREADY great nation. I’ve learned about legislation I would otherwise, never have known about. I’ve been an able and educated participant in my own government and for that I am eternally grateful.

Rated 2 for readability and 10 for great news and communication. Rated 2 because can’t zoom text or enlarge the very small type!! Really people you have a great forum for people to get their views out but reading the material is too hard when there r such good solutions out there(free and commercial) I personally like zoom text which my Apple iPhone and iPad usually can function on a site but not your site or select size of print for easy readability. Please correct and actually allow support messages so I don’t have to use ratings to get information to you!

Voice is heard. This is such a great App ! You have issues that are constantly updated at your fingertips! You feel like you really do have a voice! My Massachusetts reps and Senators listen and respond! Get this app! I have an iPhone 7 plus and it is so organized and such easy access and able to make comments easily ! It's user friendly ! I Love it !

Great. This is a great app that allows you to vote on bills, comment your reasoning for your stance, and call your reps. I know it’s not meant to be a social app, but I think the option to reply to comments and allow people to engage in reasonable political discussion. In this day and age, that might not be possible with so many people being passionate about their beliefs and adding emotion into their arguments which leads to name calling and no resolve. Still, great app and I would recommend to anyone interested in politics.

The ability to comment on opinions. This app is great. You can get a brief history about the topic and then share your opinion. I just wish you could comment or reply on others opinions so you can create a conversation and share opinions from the opposite side of something. I feel this would be a great feature to share your opinion on a more personal level.

My favorite app. This is my favorite app at the moment. I’ve had it for about 9 months. When you comment on the current bills in legislation and cast your “vote” for what you believe should happen or not happen, the information and comments are sent to your representatives. I’ve been contacted multiple times by my representatives due to my “vote” and comments that were sent to them. DOWNLOAD IT NOW!!!

Very Beneficial. Countable makes it so much easier to keep up without important issues and bills that are going through the house and the senate. If you enjoy being informed this app is probably a must have because it’s super easy to use, you can communicate/ voice your opinions and ultimately become more knowledgeable about what needs to be done in the US and other countries. Love it!

Please update the districts!. I’ve made comments and sent emails to tech support about this several times over the last two years. The congressional districts for NC, at least, are wrong. I, for one, no longer live in the distrust this app says I do, because of gerrymandering. This problem is happening all over the country, so I am sure I am not alone. We are heading into a midterm election, and this app could be a valuable tool for people to find out who is currently in office, and their voting records. But as it stands, this app is misleading us.

Just what I’ve been looking for. This app has been incredibly informative about the legislation moving through Congress. I’m not a political wonk and this helps make the pieces of legislation easier to understand and research. Bonus, you are exposed to the opinions of others! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in what Congress IS getting done.

Excellent App. This is an important app, and one I can easily spend a lot of time on. Because of it’s structure you’re talking to your Federal legislators and not getting into arguments with others on the site. Most of the time people’s responses are thoughtful and respectful. This is especially important given that not everyone will agree and it’s easier to read respectfully presented positions with which you may disagree.

Needs Better Animations and Features. The UI is very simple. There are barely any animations (like changing from feed to bills for example). The articles are too large because of the unnecessary pictures and design of the cards. The bills presented lack detailed information, such as the link to the full bill. Also, a tracker with rich information would be helpful, like to indicate if it is in committee etc.

Content. Until the emergence of Countable there was no easy way to obtain information on what was going on in Congress and White House. Countable give us information and more importantly content as well as context. It also lets one make a comment without being attacked for sharing a thought. On the internets that is the rarest of gifts. I especially want to thank Neil Johnson for his engineering skill who has so handsomely put this on wheels. Go Team!

Super excited to have found this app!. Hello there! My name is Cory Hart and I just wanted the opportunity to thank you. I am deeply appreciative of everyone involved in the creation of this app. I downloaded it yesterday and am really enjoying it's ease of use and convenience. It's ability to compile all the relevant political issues, bills, representatives, and voting info is excellent. Especially during these turbulent political times. If you have time to answer, I did have a few more technical questions in regards to the app.

Good for the info. It’s not a bad app. Gives you the basics in real plain text; for or against. It becomes clear almost immediately how many users are one sided when you look at “votes”. You can send your response to your reps, but I have never received a “non-canned” response back from them. I like the app for seeing what Congress is “focusing” on, but that’s about it. I only gave it 3 stars due to the bias and leaning towards one side. Would have been a higher rating if it wasn’t biased.

Need to stay focused. I was excited about the opportunity to have a direct connect to my representatives. But as I was scrolling through I saw a question about the President needing a pet or not. I proceeded to read some of the posts and it was constant Trump bashing. It made me really second guess my decision to be associated with this forum. For now, I will need to just stay focused on the important items and stay away from the things that don’t affect me. I was really disappointed to see this. I’ll give it a little longer.

Love my Countable App. My Countable app keeps me in touch with what's happening in Washington. I'm able to message my representatives. I live in Maine and I like to believe my messages to Senator Collins helped her decision to vote No on the ACA repeal bill. This app helps me to be knowledgeable about my countries politics in a manner that is constructive and not destructive. I can be as discrete or public as I wish. I tell all my family and friends about this app. Thank you for creating it. 🙏

Two main issues.. 1. The check marks for selecting topics are too small and it was very frustrating to have to select them individually. Make "select all" an option and/or make the check marks bigger to avoid opening a new page everytime the checkmark is missed. Or change it so that you can quick tap the subject to select and long press/seipe to open. 2. Editing comments forces crash. Please fix.

Excellent concept but needs a little more accessibility work…. I use this app on a daily basis because I want to keep up with what is going on in Washington DC. I applaud the developers on creating this. However, I am a blind individual who uses voiceover and some parts of the app either causes VoiceOver not to work properly or at all. Specifically, when trying to click to read more. Hopefully this is an easy fix so I can use the app to its full scope. Thanks for creating it…

Yet another version of Twitter. I got this because I thought it sounded like a really good idea, as a source of information about what Congress is doing. Was I ever disappointed to find out that it’s just another bulletin board for people with an axe to grind. The “questions” which I assume are supposed to paraphrase the substance of a bill before Congress appear calculated to generate a toxic, Twitter-like torrent of comments that are actually painful to read. Hard to believe anyone takes this stuff seriously. No wonder our system is so broken. Deleted after about three minutes. There are still reputable ways to get reliable information elsewhere.

Great way to get informed and be involved. Love this app it’s a great idea to get more people involved in their government. Easily contact your senators and representatives with a single click, brief and helpful information on bills that your going to voice your opinion on. And stay up to date on what’s happening In Washington. A must have for everyone.

Interesting. It's a nice way to stay up to date on the activity of congress, but the app seems to have become a safe haven for the far-left. My only complaint about the app itself is its alliances seem to be with the left, and the biases shine through quite a bit actually. The vast majority of the bills are portrayed and described in a way seemingly meant to convince you to "vote left" on the policy. It's no wonder the app has such a large socialist following.
