Addicting Game . com. Game is not without its glitches. I was able to get a win streak of 366 once but they since fixed that. It freezes sometimes which forces me to close the app thus losing my progress. Sometimes I’d watch a video and it wouldn’t give me the promised bonus, not a problem tho- there’s plenty of opportunities to get bonuses. I’m on level 2302, I play everyday, send help!

Great game!. I’ve played this game for over a year on and off. It’s great to tune out the world and relax. A couple glitches the game maker needs to work on: there communication is horrible at responding to problems I’ve had with the game. They send an email that they will be contacting me within 48 hours then never contact me. There has been multiple times I have played games that ended with rewards and the game froze and didn’t give the rewards, therefore no rewards (boosters) received because customer service doesn’t bother to reply. It’s a bit frustrating. Overall very fun though.

Juicy Jam. I have been playing this for a couple of years and I am suddenly not able to get past level I have been stuck on for over a month. I t is impossible to move forward Again I will respond to this.. level 3199 has been completely impossible and there is no way I can beat it.. I don’t know if it is discontinued and have not been aware of it but it’s now going on 3 months of daily attempts and it is not even possible with the puzzle that comes up and I have had many people try who said it has to be stuck

Lost progress. I lost all of my progress. Have contacted customer support twice. Send the info that was requested have not heard back. Loved the game, but do not want to start over. Thinking about deleting game. Update: It has been over a month since I contacted support to my problem. Sent the info that was requested twice and still waiting. Was told that information was given to a supervisor, and have not heard anything back. Just need to know if it is possible to Restore my progress so I can decide what to do. Even connected through Facebook was asked for ticket number and to see what can be done. Waited over a week, sent another messages using the same thread that was started was told to reply to the email if I still had and it would go straight to support. It has been a few days. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Update #2 After about almost four months I finally got my issue resolved.

Have to hard reset after ads lock up phone. **Update-you literally responded with what I asked you not to. I CANNOT double tap my phone and then swipe up to close because the game LOCKS UP MY ENTIRE PHONE. I have to HARD RESET IT BY HOLDING THE POWER AND HOME BUTTON.** I’m going to have to delete this game. Recently, when an ad is finished and I try to click the x, the screen turns black, except for the x and 2 other symbols, and freezes. It won’t respond at all, my home button won’t respond, I lose all use of my phone until I hard reset it. It takes longer than usual for my phone to reset, which I consider not only inconvenient, but dangerous as well. Please don’t ask me to refer to the close an app page on Apple support, that is irrelevant to my issue. My entire phone locks up-this is a serious issue that needs correction.

Bring back the helps!. This is my favorite game to play on my phone but something changed recently. The daily spinner only offers coins or extra lives, and you no longer get the different helps each day like the balloon, the truck, and the rocket. I don't want extra lives, I want the helps! Go back to the way it used to be when you got lots of those helps. I play this game to relax, not to be frustrated. I don't want it to be that challenging! Keep it easy and fun.

Love this game!. I tend to play games obsessively for a few weeks, then get bored with them and move on. I’ve been playing this one for a few years now, so it’s definitely a winner! The game was a bit glitchy on my iPhone 6, but I just upgraded to a XR and it works fine now. The only complaint I have is this app is a battery sucker! I don’t play much during my hour-long lunch break anymore because I won’t have enough power left for the rest of the day without charging. I play regularly after work with my phone plugged in, and it’s great to pass the time when waiting in line or a doctor’s office waiting room. If a future update reduces the battery suckage to a reasonable level, I’ll give it 5 stars in a heartbeat!

A bit buggy, but still fun!. I have enjoyed playing Juice Jam for a couple of years now. Lately I have noticed issues with buttons on iOS 12.3.2. No matter how many times you click them, they don't work. For example, sometimes when I click the blue "watch-a-commercial-for-five-more-turns" button, it depresses but does not launch the commercial. And yesterday I could not play ay all because the green "Claim" button on the Event Completed pop-up would not close the window. It's a bummer when the buttons don't work. But other than that, Juice Jam is a good time-waster when you just want a break for a while!

UPDATE!: FIXED Level 20 Freeze-Out. (Original review below update) Returned to game today after updating the latest version & the game was fine & my marker was on the next numbered game, so all’s well in my little world once again. Muchos gracias! Original review: Downloaded yesterday & began having fun w/this cute match 3 but at Level 20 a pop-up window (“tap here for 5 extra moves”)showed up & froze the game. I tapped the window because there was no way to X-out of it, no response. Tapped all over the screen, no response. No way to get to Home/Menu. Deleted game, reloaded game, re-started from level 1 but have just hit the same Level 20 glitch. Obviously cant give feedback from within the frozen game, hence the review— 2 stars for potential, anyway ;)

To many times. Love the game and I have spent money on this game but now I’m on level 963 and it takes me days and time after time to win a level now so the fun is gone . I have played one level over 30 times before, this is going on with all the levels anymore. Because of this I’m about done with the game because it’s no fun anymore , what can be done about this problem so I don’t have to quit playing . Thanks

Love the game! Lots of bugs. I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years, always new and challenging puzzles to complete. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of all the glitches that occur. Sometimes the game won’t give you rewards after watching ads or during an event you won’t get coins that you spend lots of time trying for. Kinda frustrating in that sense but other than that great game and will continue to play

No Ads, Fun Levels, Continuously Enjoyable. I am currently on level 1,405 and I love this game just as much as I did on level 1. There are no ads, which is rare in games lately. I have no need or desire to spend any real money on the game, since in game coins are easy to obtain and different challenges give you boosts if you need them later. I've never been stuck on a level too terribly long, which I had a problem with on other games like Candy Crush. The animation is adorable and pretty high quality for a free app with no ads. I've been playing this game for over two years and it's still my favorite phone game! Yay Juice Jam!

Screen Freeze Alert. I’m having a problem with this game app. After I’ve beaten the last level and made it to level 1276, for some reason the screen gets stuck after it tells me to clear all the crackers and Kiwi and Mango won’t show up after the juice truck opens but the music is still playing. So I tried tapping the options button to exit that level repeatedly but it won’t let me and the screen is still stuck. Then I tried closing out of that game app and going back to it to see if that did the trick. But every time I tap to level 1276, it still does the same thing and I did the same thing a few more times to see if something good has changed but it’s still busted for some reason. I think it has a bug or virus in it or something. Can you please help fix that issue for me? Other than that, I still love the game.

Been a fan for years but now... I’ve been playing for years, since 2015 it’s been a staple on my phone. I have gotten up to over level 3000. Then I log in this week and it’s lost all of my progress. I contact support and they give me my levels back but it’s not like restoring what I’ve lost. I’ve lost all my stars, my cards, my characters, my trucks, my town square decorations etc. so it’s pretty much like starting over. And now the game has ads. So I’m starting to think it was an error with a new update or with all the changes they just made to the game. If I had all my true progress and everything I would have gladly paid to be ad free but now.. after 7 years down the drain. I’m like what’s the use.

Often frustrating. I’ve been playing this game for years. As much as I obviously love it, I do think that they purposely keep you stuck on some levels to force you to make purchases. I’ve been stuck for weeks on a level that is almost impossible to win. When that happens I stop playing because it’s not fun anymore. Also although I am logged in through Facebook, I always have different coin amounts and boosters on my IPhone and IPad. I’ve written to them to please fix it but IMO, as I don’t make any purchases, they’ve basically ignored my requests.

It has been several weeks since I had the below issue and still have not gotten a response to my last email to support. I spent a lot of money on this game and truly enjoyed playing it. It is highly disappointing that a company would keep your money and not try to help a long time customer. HIGHLY disappointed in how they handle their business. Don’t waste your money with them because if you have an issue they will rob you of any money you have spent with them. I would give them no starts if I could simply because of this issue. I bought a new phone and when everything was transferred over I lost everything. I reached out to customer service and got the typical response of turn this off, add this but of course that did not resolve the issue. I have foolishly spent a ton of money on this game by buying coins and boosters and it’s all gone.

Unlimited lives suggestion. I noticed that if I first receive unlimited lives for a certain amount of time, say an hour, then not too long after I receive another gift of unlimited lives but this time for say 20 mins, that’s my new time. I don’t think that’s fair. The times should be added up. I should not get a lesser time if I had just won a time that is longer. Other wise I love the game. Just something I noticed that could be updated. Thanks!

Recent updates. This is my favorite game, but after the recent updates it’s unplayable. This happens sometimes and I just wait it out until it’s sorted, but it’s been about a week now and I’m on the verge of deleting it. Please fix these issues so I can play my favorite game again. *UPDATE* I edited my rating from three stars to one for several reasons. After months of waiting for the glitches to be resolved, I’m tired of holding out hope. * The weekly challenges don’t work * The town square gives challenges, then they disappear while you’re playing them * The challenges on the town square show up one at a time, so if there’s three of them, I have to go to the square three separate times * No new levels in months * As soon as a weekly challenge ends it knocks me back to the first level on cloud city * It disconnected from Facebook and the button to sign back on has turned into a string of letters and numbers * I have to click on the Juice Jam icon several times before the game will actually open These aren’t the only issues, just the worst. What the actual hell is going on over there? Did you hire high school students to do your coding? Get yourselves together!

Only slightly annoying. This is a fun game. Animations both add to the fun and take it away. Like many match games you are held to wait while animations complete before you can continue. That makes the game slightly tedious unfortunately. Plus the game asks too many times for a review. I thought there was a limit on that? Plus a lot of sales pitches each time you launch the game on a new day. Gah! Oh well. Still mostly fun. I just hope they at least speed up the animations.

Latest update is a regression. 2/26 update - What happened? Juice Jam used to have a 15 min turnaround with lives, now it’s back to the original 30 minutes, and there’s no option to watch videos anymore for an extra life? Otherwise great game, but latest update is not good. Edit - Juice jam was quick in responding to my ticket and restored my levels, although they did not restore my power-ups or coins. That earns a 4 star rating. Oh this is so frustrating!! The game froze on me and I had to delete and reinstall, thinking everything was backed up via Facebook. Well when I logged back in I was set back by 200+ levels!!! And lost all of my coins and almost 50 power ups!! This game has always been my favorite, but this is a real letdown. Why wasn’t it saving through Facebook???

Control your advertisers. Too many 30 seconds ads. After five times I just put the phone down and come back. Now there is a Disney ad that is 45 seconds. The most obnoxious recently are Febreeze and Harris Teeter. After two Febreeze in a row I quit playing. Also, I listen to SiriusXM and baseball while playing. Having to manually reset is a pain after each ad. We are nearing the point of quitting Juice Jam due to too long ads For example, Brainium Spider only has 5-10 second ads, and does not require manual reset of Sirius XM.

Juice Jam. This game is fun and challenging but not impossible. As the levels progress of course it gets more and more difficult, but it is attainable. Be warned, it is addictive. Once you start to play you will be hooked!!!!!! Have fun playing. It is the only game I play. It holds my attention for hours upon hours. That is the only bad part I have found about it. The good part is, if you have a problem, their support team is the best I have ever dealt with!! ENJOY!!!!

Like all games. This is a great game but like all that are similar their updates make the levels harder by reducing the number of moves or making it harder to win the level forcing you to purchase coins if you want to move on. I have no problem buying coins in a reasonable game but making the levels harder with updates is not cool. Makes me find another game instead of spending which I would have done if not forced to.

Nope. I downloaded this game in hopes of having a new match 3 that would keep me busy for a while at a time. However, that’s not what happened. It’s been nothing but issues from day one. The game doesn’t load right. So I restart my tablet, still doesn’t load right. Then if by chance it does load right, it takes quite some time to load. And then it acts as though you can turn your tablet on its side, but then when you do, it either doesn’t flip, or it goes in the other direction. It just seems to be a waste of my time, and space on my tablet. I’m severely disappointed, especially after having such good luck with Cookie Jam.

Forced purchases!!!. Played the game 3 days on the third day, today,a window came up with 3 boosts for $9.99. There was no where to close the window out! I tried swiping the window shut and instead of the game closing I found myself with 3 boosters I had no desire to purchase. 😡🤬. A few minutes ago another window popped up for a 10% discount to claim!! Once again no where to close the window/box!!! I had to shut my phone down and restart to delete the game. I think a person should have the opportunity to say NO !!! If my account has been charged I want a full refund as I did not agree to any purchases

Changes consistently make game play worse. The developer continue to change the game to make it harder to beat the levels and gain any advantage outside of spending hundreds of dollars. I understand there is a need to profit but it keeps getting worse. Before I could watch an ad and get 5 more moves and now I’m only rarely offered 2. I have been playing this game for more than 2 years but the latest change feels like it might be the last straw. The animation drains my battery and drags on much too long but I put up with it since I liked the challenge. However playing a game that you have no chance to win is just disappointing. I can find something else to spend my time with makes game play a priority rather than only thinking of ways to pull even more funds from fed up players.

Good game (needs some adjustments). I have played the game a few years ago under a Facebook account. I got a new phone and I signed back on and all my progress was lost! Can you please fix this I was at a very high level and I was set back. Second when I was playing the game the graphics were much better. They weren’t slow and comic like (which is not a complement). Over all the game is really good I prefer is over many other games. Keep doing good!

Favorite out of all the match 3 games. I’ve played a bunch of different match 3 games, like probably at least a dozen, and this one is my favorite. There are more ways to combine the pieces than other games, and the graphics are really cute, in my opinion. I will admit that I’ve gotten occasional glitches, but mostly things like, ‘Here, have a dozen free lives with no explanation as to why.’ I think the glitch there was just a lack of explanation, so I am in no way complaining. Also, I too love crackers, so Mango (who I’m pretty sure is a dog) speaks to my soul.

Update is horrible!. This was a fun app that I have used (and purchased from!) throughout the past year or so. I recently uploaded the new update and now it is horrible — it rarely loads properly, shuts down or freezes in the middle of a level, and regularly disrupts play. It also did not reload my daily goals feature and I lost all progress, though I could live with that if the app continued to work. I have an iPhone X and the newest iOS system so I have to assume the issues are with the app itself as my phone is up to date and every other app works perfectly. I eventually had to delete the app. It just wasn’t working and caused more frustration than it was worth. I’ll never give this company any more money unless they fix their programs — what a waste to have to delete everything just because the update wasn’t workable.

This. Game. Is. AWESOME!!. It’s like every other match game, but way better! For starters, I have not seen ONE glitch [like y’all salty people are talking about], and the game itself is “berry” fun! Plus, the card spin thing makes it so much more entertaining! It’s not just a match game, it’s a collecting game! The win streak gives you power ups, which help motivate me to play. The only problem I have with this game is when it gives you a free booster, it makes you use it at the beginning of the level. [Mostly just a problem when I’m out of boosters.] DEFINITELY a must download!

Running out of levels ALL THE TIME !. I luv this game but im sick of playing for a couple days & then running out of levels !!!! Why cant they add more then 10 at a time ?? I cant be the only one complaining bout this ! Otherwise the game is the best just have to find some other game to play the other half of the week ! Sad!!. This game has been great to me for years now still playing. But since the last update this game has given me so much frustration! I go to play the game but then it takes me to a blank screen it doesn’t open correctly Nd I have had to delete and reinstall multiple times just to play now 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ plzzzz Fix this!! Forced 'discount' spin beyond annoying. Previous to the introduction of the forced 'discount ' spin to extend your game I would have given this game 5 stars. I am on level 1711 and have been playing since it was released. I don't want to extend every game. I don't want to buy a billion dollars of upgrades. I just want to play. Stop adding crap to monetize the game more. If people want to pay, they will. I am really close to walking away. It's that annoying. Update: since leaving this review I was contacted by the gaming staff for my input. Suddenly my game locked up and two days later all of my levels and status was ‘reset’ to zero. Made deleting the app a whole lot easier.

Love this Game. I’ve been playing this game for easily 2 years and love it. I’ve switched phones and had to start over but it’s a pretty fun game no matter if you’re on level 1 or level 200. If you’re any good with patterns it won’t take you long to get through the levels. The updates to add the town square and extra boosters was an awesome touch!

Please Help Me!. I want to play this game so badly but no matter how I sign in or with what service (FB or Google) it automatically connects with my mom’s old game board. I WANT TO PLAY FROM THE BEGINNING!!! It’s like the game just won’t let me because I have her old phone and it is just stuck on her old progress. I even tried to delete her saved account and deleted the app and reinstalled and the same thing happened so now I am super frustrated but determined to play! Please help!!

Super Addicting. Honestly, I think Juice Jam is a fun and skill testing game. Bringing awesome combos and cute characters. Also, this game contains decision and testing vigilance so kids can pay more attention to things. Sure the plot and characters have no development but that isn’t the point. At least lives are quickly restored so we can play quite a bit. Finally, I think Papaya is pretty cute!

Love this game!. I’m 40 and I love this game. It’s the perfect combo of both strategy to make you bend your brain a bit, but also light and fun and can be played just waiting in line at the grocery store. It’s cute but progressive so all ages are definitely able to find enjoyment in it. This is one of my top three favorite games I play! I also have gotten very attached to the cute little characters and their dance moves. Thanks mango and Papaya!

Fun game but also annoying and inadvertently steals money. So the game itself is fun. They’ve added new features over the years to try to keep things interesting. BUT!!! I find it super annoying that sometimes when I beat a level the game freezes and restarts, making me lose my win streak.. and it’s super frustrating when it’s a really tough level, too (ones that you have to use items or money on.. the money ends up being wasted :/) I love the sound effects but I think the game would be so much better if you could mute the voice that constantly says “smooth move.” I don’t want to mute the sound effects, just the voice! It takes me out of the immersion of the game to have her repeat certain phrases 4 times in a row. Other than those points, I still enjoy the game and the art is beautiful. I just wish those aspects could be improved on.

WAS the best app ever! Now BEWARE. I have been playing this daily for years and had not grown bored. And even sunk some money into it because I loved it so much. I WAS around level 1600 and it was always entertaining. BUT a couple of months ago I went to play like usual and was back to Level 1. This must be happening a lot because a generic message said to log back into Facebook to fix. Um, nope. So I was TRYING to get over it. I reinstalled the game and logged back into Facebook, hoping it would fix it, and now all of the free lives sent me over the years when all my friends used to play - around 70 - are now GONE. I have put money into this game and feel cheated all the way around. I would BEWARE investing time and money into this game.

Fix game. This is just dumb and stupid because there giving animals things they don't eat in real life such as the bunnies bunnies eat carrots not cupcakes and for the fact that we have to create the cupcake is just baffling because they should already been made and those watermelons that block the bottom of the scyis just dumb fix your app use real things like carrots and bread for the duck like comon now common sense🙄. And some levels need more than 30 or 20 moves.

Great game, but....... Many of the functions do not work, rewards are not consistent, booster use is very penalizing. Don’t have the time to name all the flaws, but I have contacted tech support numerous times with little or no resolution to the problems. Mostly their reply is “ we are aware of the issues and are working on them”. I have been getting this sort of messages for months! Hope they address these soon, as I could really enjoy playing if it worked as it should. I really enjoy, and utilize the ads that are associated with this game.

Greedy folks. Some days I hate you! Some levels are so unbelievably difficult it is just a matter of playing until the game has mercy on you to let you move on to the next level. The only redeeming qualities are when the game gives you some free time. Even then I may play for hours and not pass one level! That is frustrating, not relaxing or enjoyable! I play for relaxation not frustration! Of course I could purchase extra items to win, but I don’t play to spend money either! That should not be the purpose of the game to buy your way through levels! That just shows your greed!

Needs a fix!. Has the elements to be an outstanding game but you won’t go 20 min w/o it shutting down, when you get free hrs to play just as you’re about to win it shuts down. When you restart you have less free time & have to play the game you were finally going to win all over again. Most enjoyable match 3 game I’ve played, & I’ve played them all. No way to contact the creators of the game except maybe with this review. Fix the issues & loads of ppl would play this all the time.

Way too many pop ups. The amount of pop ups in this game are ludicrous. And no, I’m not talking about ads. I’m talking about in game “events” and “town square” pop ups. The amount of times that I have to press the “no thank you” button shouldn’t be real. I, myself just want to play the game. I recommend you put these event thingys somewhere on the side where I can go to without pressing the x button so many times just to play my game.

These levels are so hard as you go up and only one time when you go to the new level they give you this note they give you power us to help you but now since I keep losing if you give me any more power ups. This is the worst game ever and I said and I do not recommend this game. I would like to have a nice conversation with the people created this game.

Unfortunate downfall. It’s sad to see that a game I once enjoyed in my childhood fall off so much Back in 2016, this game had a lot going for it, interesting characters with lore, a villain, something most match 3 games didn’t have at the time. But then they removed the villain, and replaced them with some pointless character, and turned it into a pay to win game, it was sad watching this game fall They were so ambitious and changed what made their game so good in the first place. Though I love the cute characters

Great game but developers must be getting bored.... Love this game but I keep running out of levels. I’d prefer if you stopped working on all the “other stuff” like city hall and collecting cards (why???) and instead focused on developing new levels. I wait and wait for new levels, can’t take advantage of unlimited lives, can’t do missions because I have no levels to play. And then you release just 10 levels. I finish them too quickly and am back where I started. So - basically, keep it simple. Quit making the game more complex with more bells and whistles and just focus on making a great game. Thanks.

I love the game but............ I play this game often but I’m always running out of games. It will say new games coming soon but soon takes a long time. Also you are to get a free thing daily on a board like an extra life or something. That rarely works right. All that aside,I love playing Juice Jam!! It needs to be updated more.

Deal wheel??? More like RIP OFF WHEEL. This is an amazing game but they are like here’s the deal wheel so wasting your coins on only 5 extra moves will be cheaper but every time I have only got 10% off so it’s still 23 coins instead of 25. You also can not spin it yourself they spin it for you so it’s not random it only gives you 10% off. This is dumb. Also you barely ever get coins and every thing is so expensive!!! Other than this I love the game but I will never waste my real money on things for the game because that is stupid

I’ve encountered an impossible level!. I love this game... well, I used to, until I reached level 248. The level is actually impossible to complete. I have no clue how people have reached the final levels of this game. The worst part is the fact that this isn’t marked as a hard level. It took over 30 tries and I’m still stuck! The constant lagging makes it worse, and it feels like it crashes when it knows I might win the level, so it’s possibly rigged. It also only gives me 24 moves. I would have been fine with 30 moves, but 24? That’s way too little, and I also have no boosters! I don’t want to buy them. I also have no coins. And when I watch an ad for extra moves, it lags and gives me a black screen! I’m very sorry, but I might delete this game.

Level 760 back to Level 1??????. I have tried to resolve this matter ‘privately’ but am now forced to go ‘public’. It has been almost 4 weeks since my game reset from Level 760 back to Level 1. Yes, you read that right. LEVEL 760 BACK TO LEVEL 1!!! I have submitted the information that was requested but unfortunately have heard nothing since. When I think of the time and money I have invested in this game only to be reset back to level 1, one can understand my extreme frustration which is only compounded by the poor customer support. So please be aware that this loss of progress may happen to you!! #notcool

Bug crash. When I opened up juice jam crashed can you fix it please so I do not have problems App Store because I had a software update and it said bug fix I do not why did it crash it’s so weird please stop the crash please so I do not have any app problems please help?

Enjoyable. This game is great that I still play it hundreds of levels in. It’s a good game that can be played in ebbs and flows and enough variety to keep it interesting.

Payment does not stop ads. They say that if you buy something it will stop the ads. It doesn’t. I get ads between every game, even though I made a purchase. I have contacted their support many, many times and constantly get asked the same questions and given the same “we’ll look into it” responses. Don’t spend a cent.

You don’t receive what you pay for. I started playing this game and bought a small package which never appeared in the game even though the charges went through to my credit card. I reported the problem through the iTunes Store twice and was told the purchase was not eligible for a refund. So I won’t be playing this game anymore - a total rip off.

Keeps stealing my power ups. I use a free power up together with one that I’ve earned, start the puzzle, only to find that no power ups load. So not only does the free one not load, but I lose the ones that I earned or paid for. Pretty poor to be frank. Not happy at all. How can I get my money back for the ones I’ve purchased yet lost?

Fun but what for Mango stages. Overall this game is quite fun for all ages. I like it as do my kids, but be prepared to be frustrated during levels with a character named Mango where you collect designated fruits with a point system attached. Lots of times even when I am successful at Powering up and collecting a ton of said fruits it’s not recorded properly and I still end up failing the stage. This happens I would say 95% of the time. Also a few times the game has frozen and I’ve lost a life before I even start the game. Writing to their team is met with very little assistance.

Relaxing. I love to play, it relaxes me at the end of the day.

More Levels. I love the game but I finished all the levels months ago. Add more levels - not just 10 - and I’ll give you 5 stars.

“Claim” button doesn’t work when event complete. A event has ended and the claim button doesn’t work. I can’t exit the pop up to play the game. I have to close the app, reopen and play 1 level. When then level is complete the event complete will pop up and ask me to claim it again. I have to close the game again and reopen !! Please fix it !!

Highly Addictive. This is my go-to game. I find it highly addictive. I play it on an iPhone 6 +. I find that this game crashes quite a lot. That’s really my only complaint. Fun in the beginning - glitching in higher levels. I’ve been playing this game for years so I’m at a high level - this is the ONLY reason I continue to play. The app is constantly glitching and freezing (no matter how many times I exit the game or turn my phone on and off). Currently I am unable to open the game because it freezes on the loading screen. If/when I am able to enter it takes me to level 2921 (randomly) when I’m nowhere near that level, so I have the privilege of scrolling over 1,000 levels to get to the actual level game I am on - these are only two of several issues I have, and contacting support has not provided any help. I’m giving it 3 stars because the first 1,000 levels are fun and I had no issues, but ever since then it’s been a lot of frustration.

Poor reward system, even poorer customer service. I’ve played this game for months now. I decided to play consecutively (and win through several levels) for 15 days in order to get the daily prize that leads up to winning an entire truck. By day 11, I stopped getting daily prizes but I continued to play, thinking it’d recognize by the time I got to day 15. Finally on day 15, I played and won through a few rounds, only for the daily prize notification to tell me I was back at day 1. Technology has glitches right? No problem. I messaged the company through the app and didn’t get a response for 3 days. I went to find them online and emailed, no email till today (it’s been a month). They eventually replied my message on the app and didn’t resolve my problem. They kept beating about the bush and telling me to try things that didn’t work. I would’ve never wasted my time playing for 15 days if I knew it’d be a scam. Oh well. That’s it for this game forever.

Love this game, but.... I really like this game! I’m not a fan of matching games, but the art style and the cuteness of this one pulled me in, and now here I am 50 levels in. My only gripe is that I really don’t like being pulled into the “town map” every time I open the game. After about a year of playing and getting up to over 600 levels it started me over to 1 again. 2. Can’t get to the town square and collect my prizes.. Started out good. Changed phones and lost all of my extra lives and everything I built up. Now can’t get to town square. Bored playing the same level over and over. I used to love playing; now just bored. Takes forever to get past certain levels, because the colors you need don’t show up on the board enough to gather them in the small amount of moves given. So, I just stop playing altogether. I like a challenge, but this is just ridiculous. A game is not worth getting frustrated over.

Update ruined it 😒. I love this game but it gets worse after each recent update. It wants to freeze on the blue opening screen but if I give it a minute before I hit play, it will let me pass that. Great game. This is a fun game with different types of levels. The original voices cracked me up, but they've changed them to somewhat annoying voices, but otherwise a very fun game. Challenging sometimes, easy at other levels. Free bonuses make it really fun.

Great game but hate “teams” play. Please remove this feature when I am randomly assigned to some team and supposed to try to win. Stopped working. Was just fine until a few weeks ago when I purchased a new phone and restored from back up. This was the only app that refused to restore data, no matter how many times I tried, so I lost 400+ levels of progress. Now it won’t let me play past level 13; the icon is at 14 and everything is clickable except for the level itself. Nor can I go back and play previous levels. I have the most updated version.

Latest update erased my progress. I have loved this game for awhile now, but after the latest update I see that I am back to the first level. Somehow this update erased all of my progress which is kinda annoying and makes me not want to play this anymore.

Way better than Candy Crush. This game doesn't kill your enjoyment if you don't want to pay like candy Crush does. You can earn enough bonuses and the timeout intervals are longer, to avoid that. It's also got more move combos and is more satisfying.

Getting mad!. I have gotten 3 stars on levels 16-18 dozens of times but every time I go to the game again they are back to 1 or 2 stars! I really didn’t want to “save my progress” (I’ve never had to with other games) but I did as I was tired of replaying the same levels over and over. And it still isn’t saving my progress! It’s not like I delete the game, I just close and come back later. I’m giving till the end of the week but if I can’t get past these low levels I’m deleting. Mandatory Ads Have Just Ruined a Great Game. Previously my go to game. Recent update has ruined this. They now have intrusive video ads that interrupt the game unless you pay to have them removed. After update, I am no longer getting credited with a free booster after choosing the watch an ad. I was happy to watch the ads for free boosters. I know they need to make money. Not sure if I'm willing to cough up money for this game. Will they keep upping the cost as time goes on? They've done this with all their games. I'm really disappointed.

Juice jam. My favorite game! I’ve been playing it for 3 years now. 🍒🍌🍊it’s fun and relaxing. I like how you are able to get free items by watching an ad which helps me when I’m stuck. No ads when you’re playing. You can also get free items by playing mini games. I like the sounds too. ASMR vibes.

Used to love the app. I used to love this app and play it constantly... but now it’s just nothing but ads. I can’t go 3 plays without seeing an ad. I get they need to make money but this is just out of hand. Ads for a life, ads for moves, ads after each level, ads just after opening the app, ads in order to even play the level... it’s turned into one of those ad games. It’s sad.

I would do 5 stars BUT the ads are worthless it will say “watch an ad to get a life” and then it will say “sorry would could not find a video” AFTER I watched the full video and they offer 5 moves for watching an ad KNOWING that 5 moves isn’t enough but never offer it, if you’re close to winning. Your ads are worthless and scamming for money.

Lost all my levels and the support team seems unable to help. After a couple of rounds of communicating with the crack support staff, I have stopped getting responses to my communications. I was at level 816 and it tossed me back to the beginning. Since I can’t get it fixed, I chose to delete the game.

Entertaining. I use this game to relax and disconnect from everything. Lately the levels are so imposible that it’s not fun anymore. I want to keep moving forward and I’m not being able to. If the levels continue like this, I’ll erase the game.

Fed up. I’m so fed up with this game!! I’ve played it for years and for a while it was entertaining with a bit of a challenge. Now it’s just so frustrating trying to get through just one level. How ?. Please explain HOW to get off a level when the items that are needed does NOT appear. I had about 10 moves left and the game would not drop the needed items to advance to the next level. I’ve been on this same level week after week ( still on this same level ) to get the items I need to move forward. Please explain !

Fun but could it be rigged to get you to spend $$$?. The game is definitely fun and colorful. Good when you just want to do something mindless to escape the stress of the day. But it definitely appears to be rigged to leave you hanging with one, two, or three left. "You're so close..." Then they offer you an opportunity to buy coins to continue. Tempting since you get bored on the same level after a while. Send to be rigged though from what I've experienced.

Love. I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile. I love it and the recent updates make me love it more. It’s the only game I’ve played that doesn’t get to a point that you can’t go beyond without paying. I am on level 2200 something and will continue as long as new levels keep coming up. Great work!

Okay but boring. I’ve played this game for years and compared to other match 3 games out there, this one has become dull and boring. I find myself barely playing it anymore and when I do, it’s tedious and boring. The levels are so hard once you’ve reached where I am that you basically just give up and move on to another game with better effects, etc. A classic but it’s ran its course.

Love but needs bug fixes.. I have played this game for a while and I think I’m at like level 3000 something because I’ve liked it that much over the years but there are some serious bugs that need to be fixed. It's a juice truck with very difficult customers, they clearly know what they're doing coming up to order 32 grapes. App isn’t working. Your app isn’t working and the game won’t load. It needs to be updated. Don’t ask me to click on a link to submit something to be updated. No bonuses or extra live rewards. Love the game, except lately after watching the video for extra lives or a bonus nothing loads and then no videos load after the first one.

Phony events, increased ads as time goes on, non-responsive tech support. Adding new info: recently they held an event to win team and individual prizes. You could spend coins to get boosts to increase your tally in hopes of winning better prizes. Prizes were NEVER handed out and support tickets are ignored. --- After level 500 it's an ad after every win. It's the manipulative, dishonest nature of these games that get me irked. Would rather pay for level packs or something honest upfront. Don't bother.

Variety etc.. I like JJ because it offers good variety in the games. Also, the games can be won but some are harder and provide a good challenge. Prizes continue to be offered when you win and who doesn’t love the cool little girl with the blue hair?

Fun but glitches frequently. This is a fairly fun game and I really appreciate that it doesn’t make you watch an ad between levels. However it glitches fairly frequently. You clear some pieces from the board and it gets stuck. You can see that you are touching things but it never replaces the cleared pieces and must be restarted.

So Addicting!. This game is way to addicting! I once calculated how much time I’ve approximately spent on this game and it was an outrageous amount of time, but it’s just too good not to play! I love the mini games within it that they keep adding. Great game, no complaints here!

Wait a short while. Just killing time I downloaded this game a few months ago. The 1st 30 levels seemed a little childish. Then the games actually started being pretty challenging. I have played many games, but this one will stay on my phone and tablet.

Love this game!. I’ve been playing for a few years on my tablet and recently downloaded to my new phone to start from scratch again. (By choice! Currently on level 2900+ on tablet) I’ve been having some serious issues with my phone version game this last week with the main screen just freezing. I’ve had to delete and reinstall this phone version game 4 times this week! I’m on iPhone8
