Meh. It should reward for the # of hours since you last played and not for the hour you check in. It is tedious and time consuming to check in each half hour just to get the coins. You need to set it up where if I don’t play the game for 3 hours, when I do, it’ll give me 6000 coins. It will be nice to be able to check in every 30 minutes and get your coins but sometimes that’s not possible so if you need to make it happen.

Played and Bought In-Game Currency. Played for awhile free. Liked it...UNTIL...was supposed to get 75k chips and 1 medallion. Didn't get the medallion. Emailed customer support. They told me you can't play with a Facebook account and Guest account because then you'll never get awarded for Winners Rush. They also can't reimburse you for in-game chips because of the bugs/glitches. Free chips don't respawn quick enough. Medallion top score is just 20k chips unless you hit the jackpot. I suggest another app OR playing GSN on an actual computer. I will say the PC version is nice, entertaining, keeps you interested and has many options. Even real cash! :) But the App....super meh.

Low bonuses. You only get a few hundred coins every 25 minutes and the you lose it right back. This game is no fun, the bonuses is too small and you don’t get that much when you buy coins. They should raise the bonuses to 50 million I’m about to remove this app, I would not recommend it.

Facebook connect. This has been my go to games for a while. But, I think I will search for another game site. It is not able to connect with Facebook. I can only play as a guest... my accumulations of coins/credits are through Facebook. This is not the first time it has happened.. Very frustrating..

Very good and a strong suggestion. This is one of the best games, especially casino type game apps available. However, a fairly significant flaw is that once you meet the maximum level "100" you cannot earn extra "millionaire tokens" for leveling up. While I still get a daily token, I think very loyal players should get an additional token ever third or fourth sign in or some other reasonable number of sign ins to suggest we are being additionally rewarded for continuing to play. We should get a "Maximum Level Privilege Reward" like the "comps" the most loyal players get in an actual casino. Weak daily reward. This app has alot going for it. Graphically maybe one of the best slot apps around. The problem begins with an extremely low daily bonus. You can come back every hour and earn 1,000 coins if you have time. But the daily wheel that we spin will pay as low as 200 coins. If you spin 5 days in a row you earn a plinko chip to drop but that also pays very low. I have had this app for over a year and you want to be able to bet at least 2500 coins a spin. I prefer 7,500 but I save up for a couple weeks. Bottom line is this. If they do not raise the daily bonus, you may be better off playing elsewhere. For those who may mention that the daily bonus wheel has a 100,000 thousand payout on it, I can tell you for certain that it may never come up for you. After hundreds of spins, I have hit twice with the usual payout aroud 500 chips.

Rewards for bonus buys. When you get a bingo or several you get a chance to buy additional number. But the multiples are not adjusted for the daily bonus buys. For example if the bonus for the purchase of chips is 200 percent, the reward for getting additional numbers ought to be 200 percent also. This would increase the possible payoff for additional bingoes. Just an idea for you to consider.

Penalized for disconnecting from FB. I have NEVER been connected through FB until I accidentally connected last night. I played for a while and ultimately ended up winning 1.5 million when I disconnected from Facebook the game took all my winnings, my daily bonus back down to one. They could have least let me leave with what I had to begin with. Really disappointed!! “Looking for your chips? They’re connected to your FB account” This stinks!

Awesome graphics, but.... Updated: company hasn't updated the app in 11 months. I'm maxed out on the game and see messages that more are coming soon. Clearly not the case. Unfortunate, it is a good app I have to say that I'm very impressed with the quality of the graphics and games. However, the daily spin is very weak. Ive checked in every day for 3weeks and the value earned on the spin is not worth coming back for every day. Today for example I got 2500. Well the every half hour bonus is worth 1000. My review. I like the game, but ever time I turn around my points are gone-don’t know where they go & my days goes from 5 back to 1. I have played 2 days consecutive & it still on day one. I had over 200,000 & it’s back to less than 20,000. This is the third time this has occurred y’all said get on Facebook , I did - found no points. This occurs when y’all improve the game, but damages mine. How can I rate the game-love it.

Fposey. I have really had it with this game! I had 959,000 coins and when I went back to play later I had 330,000. I would love to know what happened to the rest of my coins. Then to make matters worse; I had played down to approx. 98,000; put the game down for about an hour; went back to play and had only 2,000 coins. Forget my playing Grand Casino again!!! Daily Bonus Issues. Updating my review. They corrected the issue. 4 stars! I’m still stuck at Day 1. Nobody has contacted me since my last post. Now their rating gets 1 star!! Is anyone else having issues with their daily bonus staying on “Day 1”? I’ve played for many days in a row now & the bonus is not moving on to days 2-3-4-5! Therefore, the bonus isn’t multiplying correctly & you’ll never earn a medallion.

Can’t even open app. I’ve downloaded this app several times and when the log in screen comes up, I only get the message: “Oops! We can’t connect to our servers now. Try again later”. Well it’s been at least 5 months where I download, try to open, get that message, send a message to the developer, delete the app. I only get an automated response and nothing ever comes of it. So now I am deleting the app and IF I ever download it again, it will ONLY BE TO GIVE A 1 STAR REVIEW because obviously this company is only interested in apps where it can make $$. I don’t expect a developer’s response because they only do the automated response when I email them, NEVER follow up, and I’ve posted a one star review on the past regarding this issue and never heard from them. Most of the reviews I see are 4-5 years old but then I did see someone posted a review March 2023 and they responded but have yet to ever respond to any of my reviews. Ongoing Disaster. GSN Casino Games especially the trifecta , Cards, Slots, and Bingo is a disaster on my iPhone 12. No matter which game I play, it is interrupted by the Settings Screen asking me to RATE GSN. I just tried to play Video Poker and Bingo. The interruptions were the worst I have experienced. I cannot get through a poker hand or Bingo call without that screen popping up several times per minute asking me to rate GSN. Even after I rate them, which I am doing right now,the pop ups will continue. I have written to the Support Team about four times to no avail. I receive polite replies but no improvements or repairs occur. I wonder if the developers at GSN will even read this?

Stingy. Never enough chips to really play the games for any length of time. Have had this app for years and rewards never go up. For 1000 coins which last 5 seconds you have to come back to the app every 30 minutes....give me a break. In all the time I’ve been playing have never hit the millionaire machine, the alternate chip slots (except for the 100,000) are ridiculous. This game app needs to be reworked and changed to reflect the times. Today the millionaire machine is up to 17 millionaire which means no one has won in about 5 days, I’ve seen it as high as in the 30 millions. Why not set it that someone wins every 2 or 3 million which will make a lot more people happy with the App!!

Happen to like this. I started playing this some time ago. At first I thought geesh "not much to it". Got only 1,000 coins. But, I could play as little as 25 coins. Played for a long time. American Buffalo. Been playing this site for over 5 plus years. Seems always having problems with loading what is suppose to be paid. Doesn’t always give me the medallion daily. Spun today it gave me 750. Should of been 750 x 5. Seems the more games you add the less chances of winning on anything has dropped considerably. What the heck has happened to a site that used to be a lot of fun? Times you win big it shows what it should of paid, but doesn’t register on total chip payout. Thanks

Cool game ;). It’s a cool game, I guess. The only slot game I play is the Wheel Of Fortune one. My main issue now is a close to five minute loading time when I start this app. To tell them about it or technically “complain” you need to sign in to their website and give them all kinds of personal info, just to let them know the game has a very long loading time. Didn’t give it low stars cause of that! But must be fixed... the sooner the better! Thanks.

Bingo Game Needs Work. Ever since the redesign of the bingo game, I have been very frustrated when I play. The controls for slowing and stopping the speed of the balls is so tiny and unresponsive on my IPhone 12 screen that I have to try many times before I can get them to respond. By the time they do respond, many numbers have been put out and I have to keep the game paused so I can “catch up”. Very frustrating and causes me to play the game far less than I used to before the redesign. Thanks

Complete rip off, rigged!!! Still after all this time.. In the beginning to keep me playing it would win all the time and the points were always increasing but after level 40 there were never any more big wins. To get to the next level after 40 you must play a mega times and lose all points. If I liked the game I probably would've purchased points but now I see that they would not last very long. Also The game has crashed many times losing the large winning points. The payouts definitely changed to force me to make a purchase or delete. Because it is so rigged to lose I will never make a purchase. It’s the worst compared to others. Such a shame because the games themselves are fun. Fun & Frustrating. It's a fun casino but a lot of times it glitches and you will win, but doesn't give you your credit. I also didn't receive my 3 medallions for logging in 5 days in a row. So you will get screwed but strangely enough it's still a fun App. Don't waste your money buying chips. Just play for free because it's a rip off. Great casino, but absolutely rigged. App doesn’t apply purchase of chips.v. When you attempt to buy additional chips the process fails and then locks you out from future purchase in amount. You then have to the next larger amount for future purchases. Other that I was enjoyed the games but I will move on .

Disappointment. Today is my birthday and i log in everyday for the daily thing that i everyday and i love that if you miss one you can use a chip to pay for it to keep going, and its worth it. Grand Casino - poor choice in games. I’ve played this game for years. Built up my pile to over 69 million. Every revision, GSN takes something away. Lately, they’re even unresponsive to requests. Like, for example, dropping all levels to a start over level or removing access to the millionaire machine. I wouldn’t waste any money on this game or any other GSN game. They seem to have one thing of interest for players to buy things; no more for me! Too bad, the game was fun long ago…no more! Why would I spend my money on their product when they can reset my levels back to beginner and block the millionaire machine I worked to earn? Why was my rating not sent? I have no trust in this company!

Horrible bonuses. I agree with a couple of reviews I have read. The bonuses are the worst out of every game I play. If you were more genomes with the Bourne sea that you give every thirty minutes and I could play for a while and actually win points that would allow me to do so I would pay for more coins every once in awhile. DECENT. Superb graphics but lots missing. Can bore you quickly. You cannot play the card games nor Bingo until you reach a certain level. Chips will run out before you reach the necessary levels to unlock those games. They started me with less than $30,000 coins. Half of that was gone going into level 2. and I only played a short while. NO Roulette!! There should be a multiplayer setting with an interactive interface. For example, playing blackjack or Roulette or even Slots alongside other players. You can connect through FACEBOOK but I did not see a bonus for inviting friends or anything either.

Don’t spend your money. After making several purchases to keep my lead goin in winner’s rush (platinum), I was never awarded my coins (several million coins). Happened several days in a row. Support is weak. During the evening someone entered my account and stole several million in coins in 30 minutes. Support claims it was lost during regular play. I was asleep when the coins were stolen. Support in my opinion did not believe that I did not use them and was not interested in finding out why my coins were missing. As in all computer unexplained mystery the "professionals"answer is change your password. I had not bought any coins lately but if I had I would have found this attitude extremely unsatisfactory. I will never, never buy coins from this site as a result and I do not recommend anyone buying from them.

Underwhelming. I play your app every day along with the other GSN app, as well as Double Down and you people are the skimpiest in providing daily points. Your lonely one wheel spin RARELY provides more than a few hundred points, whereas, other apps (like GSN) give you multiple chances at getting points and they mostly are in the thousands. Not worth it.. Low chance of winning anything and I mean low... this is a pay to play game. Bingo for instance. The more bingos you get on one card The greater the reward. It doubles on 2 bingos and triples on 3 and so on. Yet you may get a card with 4/5 possible bingos and all you need is one number to at least get one. but guess what? You didn't get even one and the only chance of possibly ""winning"" is paying 4.99 for a rocket or something. They dangle winning s in your face for a prices like most Developers do. Fun game. This is very entertaining. Even if you get down to nothing left in your bank, just wait. You can get 1000 coins every hour or spin the bonus wheel every day. Choose the right slot machine and you can win even more. You can be down to 20 coins one day and if you play your coins right you can be at 100,000 coins the next. Disappointed. I’ve played this for years and have found that it gets harder and harder to win anything. You took away the ads, so you could earn money to watch. The daily wheel only gives you small amounts each day, no big wins. The Deal or No Deal rarely comes up. Beautiful graphics, but it’s becoming less and less fun to play.

Don't spend money on this game it is rigged. After 400 spins at 2k each the highest pay was about 2k of which there were only about 10. Rip off. I find playing bingo stressful as out of 32 numbers when you miss 20 out of the 32 it’s kinda hard to get bingo. I have bought more coins and I find its very hard to win but with those odds it seems they ar3 in your favour! I think I will find something else to play!

Disappointed in the game. I have been playing this game for years and it was never a problem accumulating enough points to be able to play frequently. Within the last year year and a half it’s impossible to even accumulate anything because the slots are so tight you can’t win the same thing for bingo. Awesome Casino. Awesome casino the only thing I don’t like is When you get a bonus wheel when logging in, it never gives you enough coins! I’m a faithful player and I make many purchases. It would be nice for GSN to give me some to play with every now in then. The highest amount I’ve received was maybe 5000 coins. That’s nothing for a high roller. And the millionaire drop is no better, sometimes I think it’s rigged!

Do not buy chips. Game has all of the bells and whistles and is fun to play but they have issues that they cannot fix. When you are in the bonus round ( if you are lucky enough to get there as the game is super tight) you can get kicked out and lose and chips that are being played, example being I was playing 15k and got offered $214,000 with all of the big numbers left, which meant I could have won a lot more, game reset and kicked me out and all they credited was 50k. Played again, kicked me out in the bonus round and they refused to refund any chips.. So to confirm, DO NOT BUY CHIPS!! I wish they could be reported as this is stealing!! Like I said, save your money and only play for free!! They act like you are taking money out of their pocket when the credit should be given without issue as they can see what occurred.

Meh. This game is just okay. It has most of what you'd expect from a casino game, minus some of the bonuses. The game is really geared to getting you to pay for bonuses. The win rates are really low, especially in Bingo. I've played through hundreds of cards and have not gotten anything more than a double bingo on one card without buying power-ups. I understand the need to make money, but this game doesn't even give you the chance to feel good before buying add-ons.

Bingo game. I used to love playing the bingo game, but not anymore. Lately it's almost impossible to get a bingo. I had 50,000,000 and lost them. You can play 8 games without getting a bingo and when you finally do you don't even win enough credits to equal your credit investment. And when you contact support you're asked to state your problem and when you do they contact you again stating the couldn't find your acct and when you do you never get a response. It was good until it lasted. Felt like typical casino...i.e. You will loose!. I got winnings left and right, and reached about $200k. It was downhill after that. Full of bugs!!!. I used real money purchasing coins to play with and I'm losing it all because your app is messed up! It keeps freezing up and gets stuck loading or the slot machines get stuck just spinning and I keep having to completely shut down the app! And to make matters worse I can't even contact your support because your link to do so is bad! It won't load either. I can't even submit a form to your support team for any help with the matter. I'm so upset for waisting my money on this app!!

WORTHLESS APP!. A very poorly designed app! Double your bet, and the reward only doubles; triple bet=triple reward. Rewards are worthless; more chips, with zero value. You need to ask how much of your life is wasted on this worthless game. Do the math. Time that could be spent doing something productive, or even sleeping, which is good for your health. This app is bad for your health. The app writer is kicked back though, getting rich off people spending real money on worthless chips; and because he knows it's worthless, if you complain about a malfunction, there is no resolution. I'm deleting the App.

Screwed Down. I’ve been playing this for over 10 yrs off and on. This last year there have been lots of great updates, however the payout & jackpots have been reduced, in addition to the period of time to receive a medallion and 5 day payout. This had happen, too but not to the point I can’t play. The Phoenix doesn’t hit at all! Do I need to purchase in order to change my luck? I have in the past, but not for this reason. I’m close to leaving.

Evil. I don’t know where to begin. I have had the daily bonus for 60 days now and haven’t gotten more than 5000 at the spin. This game is evil and is designed to make you buy. But guess what you won’t get me. I’ll will be playing some slot machine game and it says I win 5000 but never get the chips. It shows the chips go to my inventory but they never do actually go in. I know some developer won’t respond because he’s to bust glitching the game and making it completely against you. If your looking for a cheaty, unfair, evil game, GSN is right down your alley!

Great game!. I love the wheel of fortune game! It's my all time favorite to play. With patience it does pay back enough to keep playing. I would love to buy more tokens to play more often but husband won't allow me to do that, so I'm grateful for the small amount of free tokens. After a day or so you get enough to play again. It's a blast to play!

Good game, but card games are pointless and bingo rarely wins. The slots are phenomenal, but the card games are pointless. You NEVER come out making money. There needs to be more variety than video poker and the payouts are TERRIBLE. The bingo is fun, but I've won a double bingo once and NEVER hit a triple bingo. I get that losing is part of gambling and don't mind it, but if winning is never part of it, then what is the entertainment part. I've bought chips so I've paid for the app. I want to have fun too.

Disappointed. I used to play game a lot and enjoyed it til a few years ago. Playing as a guest they actually took 100,000 points no bonuses or free spins. Unfortunately, for them, I stop supporting them a few years ago and removed all payment information because they got greedy and unappreciative. The graphics are decent but most of what they offer I don’t like enough.

Fun casino app. Really fun app that has casino games and bingo. Some Slots are like real ones at Vegas. Bingo has speed adjustment and I wish real bingo did too. Gives u chips every half hour. You can play like a high roller for days on a few hours saved chips or make a purchase to go all out. Not a ripoff like other gambling apps. Fun!

What happened?. The GSN casino games used to be so much fun, but now they jerk, stop, freeze and just go blank and if you are winning you loose your tokens and they never believe you or replace them. So if I could give a minus rating I would. Your games aren’t fun anymore. You never answer problems and only tell us to uninstall and reinstall and never help giving us back our earned tokens. Sorry, I used to like you but not anymore and can’t recommend that anyone download the GSN apps

New update horrible. You took a really great game, and destroyed it with this new update. I cannot stand to play it anymore. This new version took away a lot of extras, and replaced them with nothing other than a game loaded with glitches. Not to mention that I lost all my daily rewards, in the transition. Completely unhappy. I would give this “0” stars if it was an option.

Terrible since update. Since the latest update I can’t even open the app. I deleted it and reinstalled and it worked for a couple hours. Now I just get a black screen then it closes and goes to my Home Screen. Fixed the bugs? I think not.

I love this game but.... I play everyday but I never spend money on chips. I don't know why anyone would spend real money to buy fake money. They will give you the daily spin at five days for a while and then put you back down to day one even if you play everyday.

Reward Pool Winnings are controlled as they wish. Millions of chips will just evaporate when playing aggressively and the wheel jumps to land where it is programmed to do when chip count is high just so GSN can sell you more. I purchased a few times and that is to support this casino but even if the value is zero at the end of the day, it doesn't mean that GSN and its programmers can take control of the wheel! How about luck or does luck exist when winning occurs playing low and impossible when playing high?

Good and bad. I have had a lot of fun playing, but the daily bonus wheel usually lands on a very low number. The game is glitchy while playing the slots, it freezes and then kicks u out. I have won jackpots un the past, but it has been awhile. I have also maxed out in levels. Still waiting for an update, so that I can start earning medallions again.
