Love it!. I love it, but I would like the capability to print out the names to sign in if needed to. Maybe in the future they will have that.

Love this awesome marketing app. I just needed a basic app for occasional marketing events. In the past I’ve paid a subscription for a service with way more features than I needed, and I was desperately seeking a more cost effective simplified alternative. This app saved the day. I’ve already used it on 2 events and will stick with it. It’s a winner.

Good idea but.... High price! Also please add a final screen so the guestbook operator can leave a note to themselves about the entry that was just completed. Like great guy, follow up on Monday

Simple and easy to use. I am really pleased by this app. Love the easy customization of forms as well as the ease of use by guests. Things I would love to see- the ability to save multiple templates. Also a contact storage so my guests don’t have to re-fill out the same info every time they visit- simply pull up their name and it will auto fill the rest.

Trash. You can create a form and spend hours getting it just right but can’t share it? So what’s the point?

Waste of money. So since I had to give it a star. I feel like it’s false advertising . You can’t really do much. You can’t share it. I can’t use it for my clients online.

Disappointed. I am unable to erase specific sign in names one by one when I would like . I am only able to erase an entire sign in list . This app has the same features a free app has.

Cocoa error 4 when trying to export after first use.. For $20 I expect the software to work. I expect app support that isn't a dead end. I expect to be able to export my collected data from my first real usage of this app. I got none of that. I get cocoa error 4 when trying to export. I'm a little upset, and will be asking iTunes for a refund since the app doesn't work and offers no real support.

Great app and service. I downloaded this app to create surveys for my prospects and it was very easy to use. straightforward and user friendly. The customer service is quick and efficient... Rob was great when I needed help with something. Great app for trade show data collection from prospects

Get a refund. This doesn’t work. You can export your form. Need a refund ASAP

Exactly what I needed BUT….. Restore feature does not work!! Is there an update??? Can only run this on one iPad. Specifically bought this to use on two and I feel like I’m out money now. I was looking for an app for my consignment store that allowed customers to sign in when they are dropping off items so I have record. A few improvements I would like to see: •the ability to add a logo or picture. The background image blurs so it’s not an option to add it there. •as others stated, more control over font and sizing. •being able to sort the answer form to have the most current sign in at the top. Also the ability to remove the date/time column from the answer form. •a longer time for the completion message on the screen and ability to write longer messages without sacrificing size for the font. Very professional and user friendly. Hoping to see an update soon.

Great app, needs more options. I really like this app, and has been a great tool for tracking guests at a trade show. There are however a few more features and options I would like to see to warrant a 5 star review given the $20 price tag I paid to upgrade. 1) I would like to be able to change the font and size of the header, questions, and messages. 2) I would also like the ability to create a question where you have the option to select all that apply. 3) I would like to be able to add photos from more sources than just photo stream (ie. camera roll, albums, etc.) 4) I would like the option of turning the time stamp on and off. 5) I would like the ability to have multiple forms available, not just one form that I have to constantly change depending on the show I’m at. 6)When creating a question and choosing the phone option, the guest will see only a number pad and not a keyboard. 7) The ability to arrange the questions in different areas of the screen would be really nice, but not necessary. Please consider these updates to this app and I would gladly make this a 5 Star review. Thanks!

Save data. Where do I find my saved data

I really like this app. What would be great would be the ability to sync collected data with mail chimp.

Very good but not amazing. Having to launch the form each time is a big negative. I don't think pro was worth the money but I am finding the app better then others I used. Others were very glitchy. I like the overall use but I'm not sure how to edit or delete emails either. For the money it should have way more features as well.

Please Phone numbers FORMAT !!!!. I gave you five stars because the app is simple, easy to use, is perfect I use every day for 6 months the only thing missing is the phone numbers format is hard to read the numbers without hyphens, Please add it

Worked great but priced too high, can't export. Used for bridal show. Worked great and people impressed. Looks good esthetically. Loved you can create your own fields and questions. Cool you can customize with your logo and header. Not cool that every time you open app you have to relaunch your form. Maybe so you can select what folder you want your response to go. Not cool you can't create more than one form. You can create an email from your phones email app to send to all people. You are supposed to me able to export all people's info...GETTING ERROR CODE. Not cool as I need to export.

Broken App. I submitted the same info 3xs and never got to make a form. Name Email address Would I like to receive the newsletter. Submit App doesn’t work.

How do I share?. Is there a way to share the survey with people? Via a link or something? I enjoy the professional looking layout of the survey but how do I send it to people?

Problems filling in information. Purchase and downloaded app and it want allow me to fill in the blank areas(i.e. What is your name? or Email Address

Demo. Since this app is a demo and is pretty much useless unless you upgrade (since you can't export your data), I can't give the app five stars. I can't even give it three stars (good). But it's not fair to give it one star, because the app does exactly what it says in the description. I had no problem creating a form, entering data, and viewing that data. So it's worth two stars. It's not worth $20 to me, but that's a subjective opinion. Someone else might find it more useful and would upgrade for that price. So download the app and see if it's right for you.

Almost what we need. This app doesn't correctly space it's questions on the sign in sheet. For $20? I'll be returning it.

$20 down the drain. wow. How hard is it to make an app that does something so simple. You would think this software wouldn't be full of bugs. I wonder if it's written by the same people expecting you to pay $30-$100/ month for a product doing the same thing, expect with features I don't need. I just need to capture sales leads from expo shows. How hard is that!

Admin. This app seemed to be exactly what I needed for a simple to use Sign In app so I purchased the Professional Upgrade. Was disappointed that the selection of optional keyboards did not include one that would have the first key of every word typed be a Cap, which would be nice for name entry. I need everyone’s name typed perfectly and if I use this app I will most likely have to edit a large percentage of every name entry to add first letter capitalization. It would have been nice to have the keyboard types described before I purchased this app which I will not using until it gets an keyboard upgrade. I do hope this feature gets added in the future as the app is very nice overall.

Does not work!. App does not work! Unable to export contacts. Error messages. Not worth $20.00.

Sweet!. I do wish we could edit a form's elements without deleting and recreating them. I also wish we could snap a photo of the participant. I see new faces all the time and need to memorize some names of my regulars. One last wish. I wish I could save a few different forms. That's my wish list. All that said, it really is a nicely done app!

Poor App. This app don't have the option of marking who is being service and who is not. Can't create a tab for multiple services.

Great app for real estate agents but still needs work.. If you’re a real estate agent, this is a great app for you! The only downfall of this app besides the $20 you have to spend, are the limited features. It would make the money worth while if you could: - change font - change font size - utilize a drop down menu - create a pop up question depending on a multiple choice question - send out a mass email to clients who attended to simple thank them

Almost perfect. Love the app, BUT... Full version desperately needs a "remove/edit" option to remove and or edit old lists and erroneous entries

Bridal Show Leads Tool. I looked through quite a few forms apps online and download quite a few of them to preview them and see what I thought - this is the one that one just on basics - for me it was the most aesthetically pleasing - big deal to me - as well as I appreciated the customization abilities thatI the form allows. I did upgrade to pro and found it to be a reasonable prize for the tool/app. I have a few minor issues. It it performed perfectly for my bridal show. - my issues - I wish the app could auto load into the form on opinion if you tell it too instead of having to launch the form each time, I found it hard to erase lists or past lists should be intuitive and it is not to me. Form performed perfectly and I loved that it basically locks your client into the form app unless you want to let them out

Good app. Could use one improvement. Does what it needs to. Allows easy organization of open house guests. Surprisingly most people are more willing to give phone number and email if it’s on an iPad rather than pen and paper. I don’t know why. If there’s one thing I would like to see is note taking. I would like to be able to write a note next to guest names who might want contacted for more info or maybe that they were not pleasant during open house or whatever the reason for making a note. But other than good app for anyone. Free version is good for your needs. But I plan to purchase upgrade none the less.

Not as advertised and NO support!. I purchased the professional version of this app to use at an event. I got my form all set up on one device and then downloaded to an additional device. There is no process to sign-in so nothing transfers to an additional device. Following support links in the app and at the App Store are dead ends. $20 down the drain!!

Love the sign in form but how do I make the fonts larger?. Is there a way to make the fonts larger?

Broken. Do not buy. If you put a "/" in when naming a form, it will break email functionality. When it did email me, it put data in the wrong cells. It even put aome responses in other forms i created previously. Now, it refuses to email me the csv. Tried 5 different email addresses. No email, not in spam either. Don't waste your $. You can achieve the same results using google forms.

Need to add 1 thing. Please add a time stamp for when I sent an email to someone that filled out a form

Unimpressive for the price. There is only one form option, the fonts cannot be changed, and the layouts for the questions are restricted to only short text or 4-option multiple choice questions. For $19.99 this is a very limited set of features. Are there plans to expand the form capabilities, font choices, and question formatting?

Local or cloud based storage?. Looking to ask a question to developers, support section keeps rebounding me. Is data from this Application stored purely locally on the users device? Or does wanderbit have access to the record data?

Simple Customizable Sign In sheet. Perfect!. Exactly what I was looking for

Not bad but needs more customization. I was able to use the app to write my own questions for my lead capture needs but it would be useful if you could customize your own logo to be used on the page as well as change the font or add Text box for disclaimers etc. I do find it useful but it could be so much better with just a few tweaks. Let's hope an update is not too far away...

app updates needed - hard to get customer support info. I just spent a boat load on your app. It’s way overpriced, but i thought that I would get way more features than just taking off the watermark and CVS export once I upgraded. I can’t delete any leads or the lists.. they just keep growing. I thought that I would be able to create better question types, rather than just a text or multiple choice options. There is no Date specific field which would be very helpful. I would also like to delete the lists. Are you going to update the app with these features or is this app not maintained?
