What is ziraat mobil app? Our Ziraat Mobile application, which provides convenient and practical access to banking transactions, offers many innovations to our Individual, Corporate and Corporate monitoring customers with its easy, understandable and user-friendly interfaces.
• With the monitoring infrastructure created for our young customers aged 15-18, they can use Ziraat Mobile with the authority to monitor.
• Within the scope of their authority, our corporate customers can view and approve their pending transactions from the Approval Management information panel in Ziraat Mobile application. Our corporate monitoring customers can use Ziraat Mobile with monitoring authority.
• Through the information panels on the main page; You can easily access many information / basic products / transactions such as My Assets / Liabilities, Accounts, Cards, Upcoming Instructions, My Last Transactions, and personalize these information panels according to your own needs and frequency of use with the Home Page Editing function in the Profile and Settings menu. Thanks to the advanced search feature on the homepage, you can easily access the transactions you want to perform.
• You can repeat the last 20 transactions you have done and provide the same operations in one step.
• With the Quick Transaction feature, you can save your frequently transferred Money Transfer / EFT transactions, and then complete the recorded transaction in one step.
• You can complete your transactions faster with special analytics for our customers such as the most frequently used account, buyer and most frequently / last sent amount.
• You can make your money transfer / EFT transactions to another account quickly and easily by reading IBAN with your camera or by selecting the photo containing IBAN from your gallery.
• While transferring money to another bank, you can see the name and lastname information of the IBAN owner as a hint, and you can continue your transaction by checking the accuracy.
• You can easily perform and follow your Western Union money transfer transactions.
• You can get instant notifications on money in and out of your account by updating your notification feature and information preference settings.
• You can apply without having to go to the branch from the applications menu, and you can follow the status of your applications.
• You can make your insurance, retirement, invoice and corporate payments from Ziraat Mobil and you can have DASK to protect your property against earthquake risk.
• You can easily pay your tax debt by making inquiries with multiple options thanks to the easy tax payment menu or by reading the barcode with your phone's camera thanks to the barcode scanning feature.
• With QR Code Transactions, you can make withdrawals / deposits from our ATMs without your card.
• You can add your profile photo to Ziraat Mobile application.
• Our customers, whose security preference is Ziraat Approve, can log in to Ziraat mobile application more securely with Fingerprint or Face Recognition. With the Remember Me feature, Customer No / T.C. You can save your ID number, and you can login with your password only in the next login.
Without the need to login to Ziraat mobile application;
• With the Make an Appointment feature, you can create your appointment without going to the branch and perform your transactions without waiting in the branch.
• Thanks to the Nearest Agriculture application, you can easily reach the locations of all branches and ATMs and get directions if needed.

Mobile password forgotten. I forgot my mobile Zi̇raat bank password. I typed several password and got a massage that my app has blocked. I called to Customer service but they asked a question that I hadn’t answered it before. Bank told me that I must fix it with customer services and they told me I must call to bank. Now I don’t know why should I do to fix it. As a foreigner , I have kimlik and when I type my kimlik number , it doesn’t accept it. Please help me.

stupid. To change/recover your password you'll be asked to enter your passport number. My pn has 9 digits, but the app say it should be 11. Now I'm unable to do anything with it and should to go directly to the bank. Nice app, very useful, for sure.

Face ID authentication is not complete. Looks like the faceid is now enabled. But it still requires you to enter a password. Please make the faceid as if you don’t need an extra password to enter.
Internet Payments. The internet payment transactions that I have conducted since I’ve had this account have always been flawless.
The ID scan does not work. I was trying to create an account and it asked me to place my id behind my phone to scan it, and it keeps saying that the scan did not work, try again.

Weak and strange security policies. 1. No ApplePay support. 2. Weak password security. 6 digits pin is very small limit. And limits on non repeatable numbers makes password weaker. 100 of any characters is way better. 3. No password autofill from password manages. 4. FaceID authentication must work instead of filling a password, and not after. 5. Many items are not translated into English.

SIM blokesi kaldırma. Ziraat Mobil uygulaması aslında çok kapsamlı ve çok iyi ama yeni eklenen Mobil Uygulamadan SIM blokesi kaldırma işlemi çalışmıyor. İlk etapta TC Kimlik kartımın arkasını tarama işlemi başarılı ama ikinci etapta TCK kartının arka üst kısmına yaklaştırıp okuma işlemini defalarca denedim ama başarılı olamadım. Her seferinde bana önce “kartı okuyor” diye mesaj veriyor ama sonra başarılı olmadığını ve tekrar denememi söylüyor. Onlarca kez denedim olmuyor. Bu bir yıldızı vermenin tek sebebi de uygulamayı üreten teknik grubun dikkatini çekmek. Yoksa kendilerine başka nasıl ulaşabilirim bilemiyorum. Ziraat Asistan da kendi başına bir problem. Bu kadar lüzumsuz bir chat uygulaması olamaz. Beni canlı desteğe bile bağlayamıyor. Ne anladım ben ondan.

Uygulama kullanımı. Türkiye’ye gittiğimde Ziraat Bankası hesap açtım ve yurt dışında kullanabileceğimi söylediler, şifremi unuttum be yeni şifre almak için ( şifremi unuttum ) dan girdiğimde hiç kullanışlı değil, ne kadar uğraştıysam yeni bir şifre alamadım. Telefonuma bildirim dahi gelmiyor. Kimlikle ve Kard ile denedim olmadı. 8 bin dolarım hesapta mahsur kaldı. Bu ziraat bankası müşteri hizmetlerine lanet olsun. Allah belasını versin .

Dijital kimlik kartı okutma. Türkiye’deyken Türk telefon hattını kullanıyordum, ama şimdi Amerika’da yaşıyorum ve telefon numaram değişti, fakat telefon numaramı hesabım için bir türlü değiştiremiyorum. Çünkü T.C. Kimlik kartımı kameraya okutmamı istiyor, kameraya kimliğimi okutmak için bir takla atmadığım kaldı, çok sefer uğraştım fakat kesinlikle olmuyor. TC kimliğimizdeki bilgileri yazarak girseydik olmaz mıydı? Kimin aklına gelmişse kameraya kimlik okutmak, gerçekten dahiyane! fikir.Hesabıma para yatırıldı, fakat ben ziraat mobil app’ten telefon numaramı değiştiremediğim için hesabımı kullanamıyorum ve şu an yurt dışındayım hesabıma acilen ulaşabilmem lazım.

Kayıtlı ödeme sorunu. SGK ödemesi yaparken tahsilat türünü ve diğer detayları girerek kayıtlı ödeme oluşturuyorum fakat bir sonraki ay ödeme yapmak istediğimde yeniden tahsilat türünü ve buna bağlı detayı listeden seçmem gerekiyor. Bunları tekrar seçtiğimde kayıtlı ödemenin bir anlamı kalmıyor.
SIM KART BLOKE KALDIRMA. SIM kart bloke kaldırma ve telefon numarası güncelleme işlemlerini deniyorum ama TC Kimlik kartımın arka yüzünü okumasına rağmen ön yüzünü defalarca denememe rağmen okumuyor. Bu sorun çözülürse çok memnun kalırım
Mesaj ile bildirim. Hesaba gelen yada giden para ile ilgili mesaj bildirimi eklemeniz gerekir. Diğer bankaların hepsinde var sizde niye yok. Bu konuya kafa yorun lütfen.

Yeni tasarım rezalet. Eski tasarımda herşeye çok kolayulaşılabiliyordu, anasayfa kısayolları ayarlayıp gidiyorduk. Yeni tasarım eskiye göre daha kötü olmuş, açıklamada ux i geliştirdik demişsiniz ama kesinlikle kullanımı eskiye göre daha zor. Keşke güncellemeseydim!
Şifremi unuttum/ T.C ile dogrulama. Şifremi unuttum menüsünde TC kimliği taraması işlemi tamamlanamıyor. Kimliğin hanelerini çok nadir yeşil olarak görüyor ancak maalesef sonraki aşamaya geçilmiyor. Telefonla ulaşım saglamak gerekiyor. İlgilenirseniz sevinirim
