Definitely a challenge even in the beginners level. How we it is annoying to be asked to write a review every time you open the app and it's annoying to have to select your level every time. Once you've begun a challenge you should be taken directly to your current challenge.

Only two drawbacks: it would be great to open the app and it go straight to my squat plan/level...it would also be nice to open the app and have it not ask for a review every single time. Other than that it's great.
