Awesome apps!!. You should start from the very beginning. Don't jump into the Intermediate or Advanced right away 'cause you don't want the cracks appear to you skin.

Great app for staying consistent!. Really recommend this one for people like me who kept falling off the workout wagon. This app will help you progress and will keep you motivated!

Product is good but.... With each update this app becomes harder and harder to use. The pop-ups are more frequent and now you have to confirm that you want to finish a particular exercise. I understand the need for the pop-ups but their frequency is hedging on ridiculous.

Love. I really enjoy this challenge app. I like that it has multiple levels. I also like that it doesn't just continuously go up in reps. Great challenge app!

Good until it updated. I was on day 19 then it updated and took away the advanced feature. I went to go check off my day and it told me I needed to buy the pro version. I then deleted the app because now I have no use because it deleted my progress and I can no longer continue. Such a let down. Don't download.

Pretty Good, but. Only two drawbacks: it would be great to open the app and it go straight to my squat plan/level...it would also be nice to open the app and have it not ask for a review every single time. Other than that it's great.

Squat thrust. Great workout, would love more options to make it more intense without going through the first months but it does work!

AWESOME, AWESOME APP!. I recently had a lateral release done and I am limited to what I can do. I have to rebuild the strength in my knee all over again and I was looking for a beginner level program and I found it with this app. I love the beginner level and the fact that I can work my way up to build the strength back in my knee and get fit again! Even at the beginner level I can feel the burn!

So Far So Good. I started 7 days ago and I can already see a difference. I also started the 30 ab challenge and both together are pretty good.

Easy to use.. It's free except for the advanced challenges. It's easy to use. It would be nice to see which exercises are in each 30 day challenge before starting one. You can't look at what the next day will consist of until you have completed the current day, which is probably on purpose to encourage you to complete the work out.

Love it!. This app is a must get. It has different levels and as you make progress it shows you different types of squats. You won't be disappointed!

Nice challenge. Definitely a challenge even in the beginners level. How we it is annoying to be asked to write a review every time you open the app and it's annoying to have to select your level every time. Once you've begun a challenge you should be taken directly to your current challenge.
