This app is for push ups mainly but most exercises incorporate your entire body. Great for a 30 work out plan!
Not everyone has the little extra push, or a gym buddy to hold you accountable. It's nice to know at least my phone is keeping me on track. If it weren't for this I woulda quit after day one. If you lie what are you gaining. You can't lie or cheat yourself. It's a great push to starting a healthy habit that as much as you doubt it…you'll eventually learn to actually like excersizing.
Keeps me motivated and takes out the guess work.

No crashes or bugs I've noticed. Works great, easy to use and reminds you to work out. I don't see why they need to limit the free version's workouts when there are adds so that's worth a star to me. My 2¢

Just as titled. I love this app, but the ads are super annoying!
Day 12 of abs, push-ups and squats and not only am I feeling healthier but I'm seeing the results. And my little ones are loving counting my exercises and trying to do them along side me! Thanks!
Great little app for getting back in shape. Several levels of intensity to choose from and the calendar shows your progress as you improve and build strength.
