Couldn’t Live Without Remote•Pro. It has been almost a decade since I first got Remote Pro and I cannot imagine my electronic life without it. This app is far more than just a tv remote, I use it to open and close apps, switch to an app, and see the screen when I am not in the same room with the desktop; among other things. I have multiple Apple devices and not all of the are compatible with the universal control feature that Apple is now offering. I don’t feel the need to upgrade for the sake of bragging rights or to get something from Apple that I already have with Remote•Pro. It works on my iPad Pro so I can see the entire screen and move around in comfort, it works seamlessly with my Apple Watch so I can, for instance, be cooking, pause whatever is playing, and take the call. Sure, I could do exactly the same with my phone but that is exactly the point, I can have the phone in one place, the desktop doing something, and take a call without changing the screen with the cookbook to anything else on my iPad because they are all connected and perform all the functions of Remote•Pro seamlessly. Years ago, I have forgotten how many, I had a problem and, before I knew it, I had an email from Evgeny Cherpak discussing the issue and (AFAIK) it was fixed soon after because it has never happened again. All I can say is that I hope Mr. Cherpak keeps making a version that supports Intel Macs for a long time to come.

Connectivity is inconsistent. I would really like to be able to use this app to control my MacBook to view streaming on my TV. It only connects to my MacBook if I cajole it. It has connected once or twice automatically but lately has been very frustrating. Since it works well when it does connect, I will not uninstall it, hoping to see a fix soon. Just now it just stopped responding at all. It is not too much to ask for an app to work well and as advertised when I buy it. EDIT: The app has been updated regularly since my initial review and reliability has improved a great deal. I still find it is a wonderful product and recommend it highly. I am raising to FOUR STARS for now, pending how it improves its connectivity.

Awesome app. This does a lot more than basic things like Sidecar, is super easy to use and works very well. It's also great to have the extra options and functionality that it provides beyond typical 2nd screen, vnc, virtual mouse apps because you never know when you’ll need something like a spare mouse or keyboard in a pinch because a battery died or whatever scenario / use case. I’m using the app right now to type this review on an ipad connected via wifi to a “headless’ mac mini in another room - this app is fantastic!

Works amazingly well and it’s updated regularly. This app does just about everything I could want (and if you can think of something it doesn’t do, chances are the developer is already thinking of how to implement it). It’s absolutely essential for remote media server control from your phone or tablet. I’ve tried several apps and this one does the most and does it best. The interface can be a little complex to navigate at first, but it’s worth taking the time to learn and read the documentation before getting frustrated, because chances are you’ll be able to get it to what you want and more. There were some minor quirks to get a couple things fully working with a Windows OS (namely that for running applications, it only seems to detect standard shortcuts that exist in the start menu and had trouble running odd ones with command line arguments, but the workaround was trivial once I figured that out) but once it’s set up, it works great, and the developer is constantly working to make improvements and iron out bugs, and is very responsive to questions and suggestions. Highly recommended.

Works!. UPDATE: The developer got back to me the next day and told me what to do. There was still some confusion amidst multiple icons (probably from several original attempts to get things to work), and listings of my phone as more than one device, but I was able to delete all the duplicates and eventually able to figure it out. Very handy tools. I’ve been using most of the Cheroake tools to my complete satisfaction in Windows and Mac. They really increase productivity, so spend some time learning the all the features and how you can apply them in your daily computing routine. I dedicate a great deal of time providing technical remote assistance to help users with their system, so being able to control resources with an iPhone has been a real joy. The Numeric Keypad is a real gem as I have managed to create custom “shortcuts” using those keys! Sibelius users will love the ability to input music symbols away from the tiny keypad window built-in into the program. I really like the functionality offered by Remote for Mac/Win to open programas without navigating in the Graphical User Interface! I’d probably be happier with a more pleasant Graphical Design, but it’s my opinion based on taste. In short, the remote utilities from Cherpake are a good way to increase productivity.

Great app!!!. Mainly use it to hook up my macbookpro with my tv. While using the magic mouse was good, this app makes it a great experience with custom controls for video playback and the ability to input my password onto the starting screan. Having no longer to get up and input the password on the keyboard, and having the touchpad and keyboard in the same app makes it very useful! All for a smaller price than buying an external wireless keyboard and mouse! Get the PRO verision! The free version is good, but the pro version is well worth it!

Working wonderfully. I installed this app when it was free. Hardly use it until today when my mouse battery completely dead (it’s been giving me notice for half a year before it really dead) and I stuck with Mac with no mouse control. Fortunately, this app is a swiss knife of its kind, so at least I am still able to move a cursor, shut down my pc, and wait until a new battery arrives in ten minute Anyway it’s an app that better installed and forget it until the time in needed. Isn’t that how Swiss knife is?

Well rounded with useful features!. I have had the app for around 2 years. It has certainly had its crashes and challenges, but it has come in crazy handy over the years. The phone app offers enough customization to make it easy to perform certain repetitive tasks without using the standard UI, but even the standard UI is responsive and sophisticated enough to complete a majority of casual tasks. The Mac app runs quietly in the background and doesn’t use many processing resources, and is pretty good at being responsive at startup. Don’t bother with the Apple Watch app, it hardly works (at least for me). Overall I would certainly recommend it.

Absolute Must Have Useful App. I originally debated on purchasing this... but I knew how much I wanted something like this for daily use, and after many months I can say without a doubt this was one of the best app purchases I’ve ever made! It is one of the few apps that I honestly use practically daily because I have an entertainment PC hooked up to my living room television and previously had no simple way to control it; this app solves my issue wonderfully and if you have a similar potential use case, you definitely need to grab this app! The customization is great too, I made a “streaming” custom keypad that has one press buttons for each of my major streaming services that auto-launch chrome and go directly to “my queue” on that service’s page; unbelievably convenient! My one and ONLY complaint is that the desktop portion, which is understandable needed for pairing purposes and is super easy to download and install, is that part does pop a windows “okay to run” type window on PC startup, so unless you leave your PC running all the time, you’ll still need an alternate control device just to approve that windows box (perhaps there is some system level thing that can just set the desktop part of this app to auto-run and allow access at startup without user approval, but I’m not sure). Regardless of that one issue, this app is a no-brainer investment for how much use you will certainly get out of it!

Great for quick tasks on Mac. I've used Remote for years. While I take advantage of only a fraction of its features, it's a fantastic resource. I use it most frequently to start / quit / restart apps on one of my Macs. These apps usually do things in the background or are required for another remote app. It's also ideal in remote viewer mode wren there's a dialog on the Mac that prevents an app for doing something as well as setting Privacy permissions and Little Snitch alerts. Aside from restarting a Mac via terminal, Remote is great when you just need to restart your Mac for whatever reason.

Surprisingly fantastic beginning!. Downloaded the app less than 3 hrs ago and already see how very, very useful it is. Although still learning how to access and utilize all of its features, Remote•Pro seems to deliver on its promises. Haven’t tried all the features yet so looking forward to seeing how it functions for other frequently used applications, especially Apple TV and GarageBand. Has the potential to totalmente eliminate hunching over the keyboard to operate the pointer or keyboard functions. Allows me to control a 15-inch screen from about 3 feet away. Tried it controlling video playback while viewing a docuseries. Once I figured out what the symbols/icons controlled, it made frequent fast-forwarding MUCH less onerous. Good job, developer! Me gusta mucho.

Honestly? Far Exceeded Expectations. I’ve tried a handful of similar apps, but I’m so impressed with the quality of Remote Pro. I’m a software developer. I often switch between my iMac and MacBook Pro, and now, given the pandemic, I’m often doing it from the comfort of my bed or sofa. As an engineer, the fact that this functions so smoothly is just beyond impressive; as a user, it’s so convenient, and filled to the brim with clever features. This isn’t just a remote, this single app makes your phone a featured-packed, surprisingly integrated extension of your computer. I love it.

Incredibly useful, works great!. I use this app to manage my home server and it’s been an absolute lifesaver. I spent days researching solutions, but never found anything close to this. The feature set is phenomenal. Being able to remote into the machine from anywhere when coupled with my OpenVPN connection is fantastic, the Siri Shortcuts are great for automation, the gesture controls are intuitive while still giving users a full keyboard to work with as needed, and much more. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this software, and hope to see nothing but success for this developer in the future 😁

Used for years and still love it!. So I downloaded this app shortly after I got my first MacBook. It has been a constant in my life. I use it for so many things most of all controlling my Mac while it’s connected to my projector. It’s been useful in live recording. And it even comes in handy at church when helping with the sound and tech team. In short this is an amazing app and well worth paying for you won’t be sorry, it just keeps getting better!

Good app, but.... I think this app and its companion app, Remote Drive, has every bell and whistle I could wish for and then some. The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. My only issue is that I run through a VPN on my MacBook and iPhone and I often have connection issues that I never had with Mobile Mouse Pro. However, when they're working properly, Remote Pro and Remote Drive are in a league of their own, far beyond the reach of any competition. I just find myself going back to the ease of MMPro, which is also a great app, it just lacks a lot of what these apps offer.

This dude has been killing it since the first version of this app. 1. I use my computers a lot. 2. I like to make things easier on myself 3. I’m not sure where I’m going with this list so let’s just pretend like I never started one. But those items listed, to pull back the curtain on that regrettable list one more time, they are why I use this app. I tend say (in my head and to myself mostly) I don’t wanna get uuuupppp!!!) when I realIze I need to do one thing or another on my Mac. Finally I was tired of hearing myself say those things to myself So I went searching and I found this app. Been using for years on all my macs. Period. Use it. Love it. Love it. Buy it. Word

not quite intuitive. in the input mode it does act as a trackpad, but the downside is that if I am showing the screen, I have to follow the mouse visually. I does not correlate to where my finger is, so it doesn’t act like a “touch screen”. It will take some accommodation on my part to work in this mode. I am trying to get a situation where I don’t have to hold my macbook on my lap, and once I get used to either following the mouse pointer on the mac or getting a secondary display this app will create an excellent interface for me. Once that is done, I may up the rating to 5 points.

Very useful.. EDIT: I find that this one of only a small few that I open for remote purposes, and the only one that isn’t dedicated to a certain program on my PC. So, even though I hardly give five star reviews, this is one, just for the usefulness factor that I get. Full review below. I’ve been using this app for quite a while, and it works very well. I love not having to use my desktop mouse when I don’t feel like it. One of the best features for me, is that it has various keypads for things like Netflix/Hulu/arrow keys/NumPad, and I can make more with ease. Some PC games only require a low number of keys, so this app is perfect for those. The reason I gave it only 4 stars, is that any app/game/etc. is never ‘perfect’, and has room to grow/flourish/upgrade, so rating 5 stars is uncommon for me.

Great App!. This is a really great app with top notch support from the developer. Unlike many similar products on the app store, this one includes just about every feature you would need for the initial price. No hidden features that cost you extra after you have purchased the app. Everything is included and everything is there. I have tried Mouse Pro and Remote Mouse Pro and this is by far the better product. The only negative is the layout, which IMO is a bit over complicated. Besides that, there really is the anything bad to say. If you are looking for something that has media controls, mouse functions, and an endless amount of customization for everything in-between... Then this is the app your looking for.

Legit. This is perfect is you are using your computer for PowerPoint Presentations to move the slides when you like with your phone. Also, this app is great for when your watching a movie on your laptop and you would like to fast forward, or pause no longer having to get up to lean forward using your fingers in the track pad. Now you can simply take your phone and tap pause. So many users it is like having your whole computer software,, programs and all on your phone at finger taps distance hehe. Who said you could not use your laptop laying in your back HAHAHAH LOLOL!!!!! Props to the creator your legit 🙏

Works!. I use it to control a 2012 Mac mini used as a server (time machine backup) as well as a hosting Roon and being a HTPC. It sometimes takes a while to find the mini on the network. Once connected, it’s amazing! It does more than I’ve seen any other remote app do. You can even see the screen from the mini on your phone to be able to know what you’re doing, kinda like remote management. I think I paid $5-6 one time cost for this app. I highly recommend it for all it does!

Time = Money. The track pad I was considering buying, no longer on the table. This allows me to only need my phone for my mac and other needs. As my TV remote is used for power, volume, and changing sources. I can use less and do more, gives me the freedom to be in another room on the same wifi and play music across my home from my mac. Launching apps like Netflix, or VPNs are a breeze, I can leave my mac closed and do everything as I have been before, but from the comfort of my couch, bed, or balcony. I haven’t found any problems with it besides the keyboard disabling and stopping me from typing, but that doesn’t last more than a couple seconds and I’m right back. Minor inconvenience, but no reason to drop a star. Highly grateful for this app and well worth the money. I’d rather spend a few bucks on an app than spend X amount on a trackpad that I can lose and that adds to clutter.

Remote is genius and invaluable.. I’ve been rocking this app for the past 4 or 5 years and it has been absolutely invaluable to innumerable workflows of mine over the years. From cheap party tricks (or laziness) of controlling my machines from my phone (or iPad) to mission critical situations where being physically separated from my computer has no longer meant I could execute a task. This app is great and I’ve recommended it to all my friends. Thanks for all you do in your development of this app. It’s been greatly appreciated!!

Phenomenal. The basic functionality of just being able to use my phone as a trackpad and keyboard is amazing enough - but that’s just scratching the surface for this app. Pre designed keypads for every streaming site out there. Don’t like the layout? You can customize it. You can create totally custom keypads to launch and control any site, macro etc. I have my MBP docked with a 32in monitor that serves as my tv in the bedroom. I can control everything, from my phone, while laying in bed. Better than I traditional tv remote. Actions also work perfectly with Siri and Shortcuts. Every morning before leaving I need to turn my monitor off. Using the Siri integration with this app, I don’t even need to unlock my phone. I just trigger Siri, say “monitor off”, and monitor shuts off within 2 seconds. By far the best, and most used app on my devices. Honest review. From a very satisfied user. Keep it up devs!

Constant updates and new features. Great layout.. I’ve been using this app for the better part of a year now. This has been a year full of binge watching TV on my iMac from bed. This remote has been a lifesaver, with custom controls for every streaming service, a full keyboard, a great Apple Watch app, the ability to wake the computer from sleep, and a responsive mouse. Some functionality is really worth paying for instead of dealing with a subpar free app; Remote•Pro is definitely worth it.

Regardless of how much I love remote pro, regardless of how a day working on the computer hasn’t gone by without me using remote pro. Regardless of how remote pro helps you work remote, even when you’re not working remote! (I don’t even know what it means, this last sentence. I just felt the urge like it had to be spoken. So spake it) Jokes aside, keep it up Remote Pro!

Amazing app. I am an avid Apple user to the extent that my MacBook Pro is almost like a security blanket to me, I literally take it everywhere I go. This app has made a tremendously convenient way for me to control my laptop whether I’m traveling and have to hook up my laptop to the hotel TV via HDMI or a variety of different uses while at home or the office. It works seamlessly and flawlessly and has all the functionality I could need or want plus the ability to expand by way of custom scripts. This app, in my opinion, is a “must have”

Wow! Works Wonderfully!. This is the most useful and reliable remote app I have used with my Apple devices! It seamlessly works between my iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch app, and both of my media center macs. Never have issues with connectivity, and the dev has loaded tons of excellent features for customization and control. You will keep discovering more and more features as you think up something else you want to be able to do remotely on your computer and Remote Control Pro can probably do it! Excellent app. Awesome work!

Wonderful!. (Actual rating is 4.5) This app is fully worth your money! The best use case i’ve found for it has been when my computer is connected to a tv or monitor away from me and i need to quickly control its keyboard/mouse. it’s a lot easier to use this app than to go out of my way to purchase a bluetooth mouse and keyboard which i would have to use in the dark. the app also allows you to have quick controls over the volume, play/pause, and etc which are better alternatives to scrolling using the trackpad. the final feature i would like to highlight is the ability to launch and close apps (and more) from the app. it is a truly helpful tool and i would get it again. The only thing i would want the developer to improve is the apps ui to make it better looking and more user friendly. Not that it is lacking in the latter part but it would be improved by better aesthetics. Other than that, this is a great app.

Best PC remote control available. I have tried a number of remote control apps and this one is head-and-shoulders above the rest. The other apps do not consistently remain connected with my PC or they work with one PC program but not other programs. I previously had to swap between two different apps to get the same functionality that this single app offers, plus, this app offers a lot more. I use my PC as a media player to show content on my TV. The ability to create my own keyboards and macros in this app makes controlling VLC and even web-based players super easy. This app has never dropped the connection and works with every PC program I have tried it with. The ability to see my computer screen on my iPad is helpful, too. This developer has put much care into the development of the app, and he responds to support requests very quickly. I do believe this is the last app I will need for remote controlling my PC, and I will happily delete the other apps I was using. The biggest challenge you may face with this app is learning how to use all the features, but help is available online with step-by-step instructions.

Time and time again, my ONLY go to!. I must say this is easily one of the best remote apps for my iMac and I consistently use on a daily basis. When I first got my iMac back in 2013 I had started doing a lot of work with it and down the road came across this app while searching for ways to utilize its power. I’d recommend the pro version of this to anybody who has an iMac!! Seriously please continue to keep this app thriving Cherpake! I’m sure not the only one who enjoys this app. I’m not sure exactly why people give this app a low rating at times but it’s EXTREMELY powerful. Hear me out, the fact that it does almost everything that no other app does for Mac such as open applications with unique icons, control all audio, and remote screen sharing, makes it the best app out here on the store for mac. Must have app. This tiny little app packs more power than it seems to have. Sure the interface isn’t full of fireworks and pixie dust and you can’t make it your own custom colors, but it s amazing for remotely controlling your Mac. I use it often to turn my devices on and off through a shortcut on my HomePod, I use it to control my displays, to manage volume, lock and unlock the computers, remote into them, use them as external mouse and keyboard and so much more. I absolutely love this app. What I’d love to see is the ability to remotely log into the computers when not on the same network and this app would kill many others. Keep up the great work!

Very useful and reliable. **Update** Today my ever-so-reliable laptop actually hung up with the "beach ball of doom" and wasn't responding to any keyboard or trackpad input. It occurred to me that I might be able to use this app to close applications and restart the laptop. Without even reading any instructions I just fiddled with this app for a few seconds and found exactly what I needed to fix my laptop remotely. This app is amazing! Thank you!! (original review below...) I don't usually leave reviews but this one is worth it. I've been using this app almost daily for about a year now and it's been extremely helpful for me to be able to do most of the simple things I need to do with my laptop from across the room. There's a lot more functionality to this app than I even use. The developer is very responsive and follows up with fixes right away. Thank you!

Super Legit. I’m skeptical of most things that seem too good to be true and this was one of them, but it’s totally legit. I mean I’ve had it for 10 minutes so far but it does everything and more as advertised! Absolutely zero lag when using the track pad and so far has been able to totally replace me having to use my mouse and keyboard when using my iMac as a TV (I have the 25 inch 5k iMac and we use it in our bedroom in place of a normal TV...xfinity on there is great) but anyways yeah this things totally worth a couple bucks

Skeptical….but BLOWN AWAY. I have many systems in my possession, highly technical and had tried the entire lot of remote apps offered on mobile, PC, macOS, and Linux based clients. I’m also a religious user of Jump Desktop due to its cross platform functionality but I’ve yearning for something that isn’t Screen Sharing/VNC that I can control my media controls with on my PC This reminds app seems to be inspired by the very best elements of all media control apps Ive tried. It reminds me of the native iOS Apple TV app(let) that’s on iOS. The cherry on top was that this developer took the time to update this to be waded as a Home ScreenWIDGET. Even if don’t need any added functionality; that alone is worth trying this thing out. There’s nothing this developer can do to improve it… unless Apple can allow devs to add it into the Control Center, but now that it’s accessible via Home Screen…:why would I need to now?. Maybe a Linux/Unix client in the future? I dunno man, absolutely brav-O though! Thanks for making this complimentary, I’ll be sure to send over a tip!

Excellent programming, best remote in App Store. This is the most complete feature-rich remote in the App Store, and I have tried a variety. Simple mouse and media controls for general users and the option to hotkey custom scripts for the power users. One of the most important things to look for in an app is that developer is still actively engaged and updating the app. I’ve had this app for years and multiple Mac operating systems and the developer has updated the app consistently over that time. This is independent development done better than the largest company can offer. To the developer, I don’t have any useful input at the moment, but just wanted to get a review up real quick and say thank you!

Better than what’s advertised, excellent. This app is excellent. There are additional benefits not advertised that I wish I had known. Firstly sharing a wifi connection with my laptop is NOT needed. Bluetooth alone works just fine. Also my phone does not need to be connected to wifi to work as a remote. This is everything I was seeking in an app especially after searching for several hours, since I didn’t want to have to connect my phone to wifi to use it as a remote. It is extremely easy to use. If I had to propose a way to improve it I couldn’t tell you because it is so good

A True Benchmark For Thoughtful Utility. This app (and its companions) are truly an exercise in thoughtful ingenuity. Basically if you want something, anything really, done on your Mac, this remote app allows you to either do it from a premade function within the app or spend a few minutes “building” the feature you want to use to manipulate your Mac with scripts and Siri commands (and I’m sure much more). I do wish the app developers website was more detailed in how to use the many, many, many features. I’ve mostly caught on but I can tell there’s this entire feature set waiting in there to be utilized but I’m just not savvy or knowledgeable enough to know and the directions are scant or relegated to more basic functions. However, having more options than you know how to use isn’t exactly my idea of a huge problem. The apps are constantly being updated and always becoming more useful and streamlined. It’s obvious with every update someone who cares about these products is on the other end dreaming up ways to polish the feature set. Thanks, friend!

Been using for a couple years on multiple macs. I’ve been using this app for the primary task of controlling a Mac mini that runs My homebridge and Plex server. It has no dedicated display connected to it so using this app I am able to quickly make and adjust to the mac without needing to get a display and keyboard for it. This app has more features than I’ll ever need and have learned to do a lot with using minimal time. Overall I’ve enjoyed using this app and will continue to use it in the foreseeable future.

Great productivity hack!. I am an academic. No relationship with the developer. My two cents: I was going to buy an external keyboard that had programable keys in order to boost my workflow. But they were very ugly and bulky, or too expensive. This is the solution! You can make your own layouts including the controls of each app or any key combination. You can have a layout for things that work across all apps, layouts for specific apps, or combinations. For example, I have a layout for online meetings with what need at hand, another for when I am writing, or collecting data, etc. I don’t play games, but I imagine you could use for that too. Just change the setting to prevent your iphone from going to sleep while on the app, and you’ll have an additional dynamic keyboard.

It’s solid and on its way to great.. The developer makes this his full-time job, so it’s updated quite frequently and new features come pretty often as well as bug fixes and compatibility patches. There’s a lot of customization and flexibility, and you can design a custom panel for whatever application you want to control as well. It’s well thought out and consistently improving even more. The only thing I miss from iTeleport is content scaling/zooming. Well, and the teleporting, but no one can do that without a server or a VPN now.

Live Show Trigger / Plus Studio Aide. I’m a composer, producer, and performer. After producing pieces with multiple parts, the goal became about how to create the same performance in a live presentation but with fewer people on stage. For this one particular event, I had no engineer, and the stage was not set up exclusively for my particular performance. Well, I connected my laptop to the house mixer, soundchecked it, and triggered my backing tracks in my computer’s DAW (digital audio workstation) wirelessly and flawlessly. Killed the show and got a standing ovation. No engineer, no sound man, no wires, and no hassles. Five Stars and kudos to this developer. Update: December 21, 2021 Evgeny, thanks for remaining consistent. This is still what I do, and especially during the pandemic I had no recording engineer to enable record and punch in for recording takes, to this app became a lifesaver. I did some of my best work in studio with no help whatsoever. So now over the past two years from Covid to now, this app has saved me thousands in engineer fees. as good as it gets. firstly, i’ve tried so many of these mouse/keyboard/remote apps and this one is far and away the best. buttery smooth and reliable. quick connections and fast response. it’s truly incredible how much better this app is than any others. it also checks all of the boxes: wake from sleep, custom panels and actions, physical volume buttons, persistent connection with proximity sensor option, pinch to zoom and so much more. i love the way dragging is handled. scrolling and multi touch gestures are great. it only took 10 minutes of testing the free version before i bought the pro license. all that said, there are just a couple of minor things that could be improved. - couldn’t download the numpad panel from the store (all others worked fine) so i had to build my own. - all settings should be accessible from wherever you are in the app - would be a nice option to have the keyboard up at all times - would be a nice option to have a scroll bar on both sides of the screen for either hand operation - would be nice to be able to customize the top row of buttons - would be nice to incorporate more macos gestures like back/forward or changing spaces, etc. at any rate, this is the best mouse app for my mac mini hooked up to my tv and solves so many problems for me. now if it could just turn on and off my television it would be the only thing i need! thanks so much for developing this app!!

Absolutely Essential. This is by far the best remote app for my Mac I have ever used. It works extremely well and the developer is very active with updates and bug fixes (it’s rare there is a bug but when one does pop up it is fixed very quickly). The app is all around great, I mainly use it as an iTunes remote for when I’m using my Mac to watch movies on my tv but I’ve found it’s great for long downloads or installing new software because I can mirror my macs screen and control everything without having to get up. Definitely worth every penny. I paid full price and this is my honest unbiased opinion.

Pretty frickin cool. I found this app after searching for a few weeks for something like it. Reading reviews and comparing capabilities and such. I initially got the free version to see if it did what I was looking for and was greatly impressed with this apps functions and customizable options. It works really well almost identical to a mouse/remote control. Exactly what I wanted. One downfall which I think is not too bad is that when I finally bought the full version it started to crash, (could’ve also been my internet connection because that later changed) but sometimes it doesn’t want to automatically connect to my MacBook. I don’t mind this too much because I’m not too lazy to just do whatever I need to on my actual laptop if the app is down or maybe updating. But as a paid version I suppose it could be improved (?) I’m pretty laid back on regardless mostly because overall with everything laid out in front of me, I really like this app. It gets the job done and continues to improve anyway so it’s not a big deal. One last thing. Every time I use this app my friends and family are always amazed that I’m controlling my laptop from my phone. I think it’s great and definitely worth the purchase for the full version.

Pleased with Improvements. For a relatively inexpensive app, this thing has grown a lot since I first downloaded it. The developer has added a nice assortment of controllers (though powerpoint and maybe a generic game controller would be nice), along with plenty of nice little interface adjustments that make using the app pleasant. While it feels a little lacking in the gestures department, and running the keyboard input through iPhone’s predictive text and spelling correction stuff would be nice given these baby-sized keyboards, everything else about it is so nice to use it earns five stars.

Best of its kind. I’ve tried a few of these phone-as-touchpad apps over several years! None of them are as feature rich as this. At best with apps like this you pay a few bucks for something rough around the edges, just ugly and only a serviceable touchpad at best. Not the case here! This thing lets you make custom keypads for any apps, all kinds of useful presets like numpad or media controls to access from in app or as a widget, this thing even lets you view your pc screen, and that was a really cool surprise. Check it out, the dev is still updating frequently so who knows how far this project can go.

Better than what I expected!. I have been eying another app to turn my iPad in to a mouse and keyboard for my home theater Mac mini, but this one popped up when I was getting ready to install it. It looked like it had better functionality, so I decided to give it a try. Am I glad I did! Not only does it have the trackpad/keyboard functionality I was looking for, but it has wake/sleep on lan, controls for my media players, (vlc play/pause/full screen!) support to add commands for Siri and ability to make shortcuts with special keyboards for all of my apps! I feel a little like this review might not be taken seriously because I am gushing with praise, but I am really impressed with this app. I can’t wait to dig a little further in to it and find more ideas for customization!

My PRIMARY interface to my computers is this app! Get it!!. So good! This app has so many functions and it works so smoothly that I rarely use my mouse/trackpad and keyboard for either my iMac or laptop anymore! I can switch from controlling one to the other in 2 seconds! It seems to work with the new Universal Control functionality in MacOS Monterey.. Most of us are so accustomed to interacting with our smartphones that controlling the computer with this app comes very naturally. The layout of controls on the app are nice and intuitive so you will quickly be controlling your computer it without even looking down at your phone or tablet. I think it ends up being quicker than using mouse/trackpad and there’s lots of customizable tasks and keypads. Make sure you have a good strong network connection with a fast router and the lag will be nonexistent! Great Developer! He’s always releasing updates and adding features and he replies to questions right away!! Best money I’ve ever spent on software of any kind.

Great app for my media centre.. I use a MacMini to drive my Media Centre and really love this app as it lets me use my iPhone as the mouse and keyboard to drive it (no one wants a real mouse and keyboard on the couch!). Have been using it for around 3yrs now and truly haven’t had any issues. It does exactly what it said it would. Highly recommended.

Works Well. I started using this app on my Mac mini home theatre system about a year ago and it always worked well. Recently I also started using it to control screen brightness on an iMac which is connected to a MacBook Pro via target screen mode. This appeared to be the only reliable method for controlling the screen brightness of the iMac. Very happy with how this app has worked for me.

Great app. I have had this app for many years and it’s great. It works perfectly with my iMac which I also use to watch stuff in my room. I am able to open and close apps, volume up and down, brightness control and put the computer to sleep all without having to get up. Essential and unique.. Given the way I have my iMac connected to OLED TV and over 50 TB of storage, without this app and its versatility I couldn't control the many programs that I have running images or data on the OLED. It's versatile, it keeps progressing and I don't think there is a better type of app available and there certainly wasn't when I found this and was looking for a solution to my situation.

Does more than expected. Great app for remote controlling your Mac or multiple Macs. The shortcuts to do things like “close all applications” to “sleep now”, just to name a few, are easily accessible to quickly perform. Also being able to mirror you desktop, or a portion thereof, allows you to monitor a program, for instance, from another room. I’m still exploring this app but to date it’s excellent.

Works really well. I wasn’t expecting this app to work as well but I underestimated it. Parents can use this to control children’s computers but also view them as well. I never usually leave a review but I thought this app deserved one. It is a bit laggy though but that is understandable. Haven’t tested out the Apple Watch app yet but will.

fabulous app. Does everything I need and a lot more that I don’t need (but who knows when I might need it!). A lot cheaper than other apps that do similar things and it simply works. No faffing about. I wish all the apps I used work as well as this one and I know that sounds over the top but it is true. Also I NEVER leave reviews I hate doing it but for this app I am making an exception.

A very useful good app and worth to purchase.. I have to say it’s a good remote app for the mac. I used to listen to music or podcast before sleep through the speaker on my desk. And need to turn it off manually before, with this remote it’s more convenient.

Great app with active developer. Not only does this app make it just as easy to use your Mac from your phone, but actually manages to streamline a lot of functions with simple taps from a functions menu. And the app even comes with a list of menus for different scenarios such as when watching Netflix, that when selected show a specialised input screen with features tailored to that situation. But best of all is the fact that the developer has been putting out a steady stream of updates since I got the app a year ago, completely transforming the app, and thus still giving me more value for my purchase all his time later.

I love this app and this app developer. I have several apps from this developer that I absolutely love. One is the numeric keypad, and the other one is the remote control app, both of which I use on my macbook pro, flawlessly! The remote control app is so reliable that I use it in all my presentations

it can do lots of things, excellence!. This app can make my phone as a temporarily trackpad when my wireless mouse out of service. Although not as smooth as MacBook’s trackpad, but it’s already good enough in case of your mouse and keyboard are out of service. The software on PC could be wrongly judged by the counter-virus software. But I think it wouldn’t be a big deal. I will try to fix it. Anyway, it’s so much better then other free software like this. Some little flaw doesn’t affect the basic need. Develop a good software isn’t that easy, just keep going, I have faith in this. Thank you for sharing.

Easily the best remote app. I have tried just about every remote app. This one is the one I use now. It works consistently and reliably. It allows for multiple types of control, including media remote, track pad and full keyboard control. I absolutely recommend it.

So good and intuitive. Have been using this now for quite a while and strongly recommend it. Use it mostly while listening to music on iTunes on myMac mini via amp and speakers while I listen from across the room. Great idea.

Love this app. I was looking for an app like this for long time. Teamviewer has solved my necessities but this app gives everything in a local connection environment. The options and features are really useful. The reason why I don't give a 5✨ is because the remote display option has a big delay when you move the cursor around. Works seamlessly with iphone!. Not regularly leaving comments but this app just work. I was a bit skeptical if it’s really going to connect but when I tried it with my personal laptop connected to a monitor/projector, it lives up to it’s name. Great remote solution. I use this app as a remote for my Mac mini I use for media setup for about a year now. This app has always worked perfectly. It also has the amazing useful ability to call apple scripts on my Mac mini that allows to orchestrate functions across my computers.

Great app for Home Theatre MAC. Setting up my MacBook connected to the TV and needed something to drive it. Was using a wireless keyboard and trackpad but that just feels like overkill and takes up half my coffee table. This app does the trick and more, keeps it simple but gives great flexibility in what and how you can drive each app and overall control. Would take off 0.1 star because the custom icon I’ve set for Automator applications I’ve written isn’t carried across into the app here. But that would be petty.

So simple yet powerful. Used the free version for quite some time and was impressed enough to pay. I have used it for the most basic tasks of controlling my Mac but I know it goes much deeper. I would highly recommend this app.

Initial experience - superb. It’s pretty early for me to really say the app is flawless but from initial experience and setup between an iPhone 11 and m1 Mac mini the app is quick and feature rich in 2022. Latency is surprisingly minimal too. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Exactly what I wanted. I was initially a little skeptical with the price but decided to give it a go. Without a doubt I can now say it’s worth the price and more. Has a lot of super useful functions and it’s VERY easy to set up. Not fussing about. My favorite features are the touch-screen to touch-pad, letting me navigate the screen very easily and naturally using my phones screen. And then on top of that having the ability to mirror my laptop screen onto my phone while using the phone as a touch-pad. This is perfect for when I’m far away from my TV (having my laptop HDMI to the TV, and my phone using the app to control the laptop) and an ad comes up with the tiny little X to close it. With the mirror feature it’s very easy to make those precise mouse movements, tap to click, and off you go. It also has built in control modes with custom buttons. I haven’t even explored everything this app can do, but I’m thoroughly impressed. Functional. User friendly. To the point.

Best app for Mac!. I used the “Remote Mouse” app for ages, even paid for the Pro version. I was happy enough until all the sudden updates stopped happening and it stopped working with new Mac OS updates. Fantastic App! Highly Recommend. I’ve never left a review for an app before.. But After searching for a quick way to control my MacBook plugged into my tv across the room rather than having to buy Bluetooth keyboard and mouse this app does everything I needed and more. With access to shortcuts in iOS 13 sleep and wake can be automated, amongst other things. Honestly would give 6 stars if possible. Totally worth the price and then some.

Stand Out App. No joke I love this app, I can do simple things like use use my phone or watch as trackpad. More complex is I can view my display remotey and type etc. More customizability by creating shortcuts for apps, remote controls for apps, shortcuts for the system. I’m sure theres more to talk about so try it. One recommendation for dev: make remote display more customizable in terms of interaction and view settings.

Wish I could figure out how to use this. It looks good. I bet it works well, if only the instructions were easier for an idiot like me to figure out. Edit: I’m changing my review, from 1 star to 2 stars, because I’ve finally figured out how to pause a video on Chrome. (After probably a year or more.) All I wanted was something for basic controls when I’m watching videos or shows on my computer while it’s plugged into my tv. Still can’t figure out how to rewind or fast forward, even though I see buttons that should do that. I’m sure this is a really good app — if only it were easier to operate. It looks like it’s capable of doing lots of stuff. I think the main problem is that the developer assumes everyone has the same level of computer knowledge that he does, when in fact there are a lot of simpletons like me out there. It’s like someone who’s very knowledgeable about a subject and really good at something (like a musician) but is not good at teaching or explaining it to anyone else because they assume everyone already knows what they know, and don’t know how to make it simple. So, so far, with all the vast things it appears it can do, I am able to pause and restart my videos while I watch them on my tv. That’s it. And it took me a while to figure that out. I don’t feel like spending hours trying to decode instructions. Some people can make something really good, and others can make them user-friendly. Too bad this doesn’t have both.

Use it all the time. I love being able to, from my phone across the room, skip songs and lower the volume of my computer where the speakers are connected, without getting up from a group and interrupting conversation.

It does what it’s supposed to do.. I’ve been using it for many years on various devices. It’s a powerful tool. It has its rough edges here and there, but overall it gets a solid thumbs-up from me.

Requires software to be installed on computer. This app does not connect via Bluetooth, it appears you have to download software and install that on any computer you wish to use this app with.

Excellent remote app. Have been using this for years and it’s much less a hassle than other iphone-to-Mac remote solutions i’ve tried. Stable, updated often, feature rich. (Love that you can shake to hide the UI and get a clean trackpad to work with, then shake to go back to all the controls.)

This is a handy app to have. This app has saved me from possibly losing my work in progress documents more than once. One time, both my mouse and keyboard batteries died within minutes of each other. I was able to use this app to login to my computer and save my document and close it while I waited for my devices to charge. Another handy use for this app is checking something quickly on your machine when it’s not in the same room as you - just use Remote Desktop to connect to your computer and it’s just like your phone is a monitor with touch screen capabilities.

Invest the time.... This is a very handy and well put together app. It gives me so much control over my Mac from my phone. I love being able to remotely shut down and sleep my Mac. I can also airplay my Mac screen to my tv and work from my couch! People leaving negative reviews should invest a little time into learning how to use the app for what they want to do. Don’t approach it trying to use every feature. Concentrate on what you want it for.

Great App. I use an iMac as my tv and got Remote Pro 2 months ago a mute device for ads, but quickly discovered how really complete and useful it is. I keep finding little handy things it can do and just really admire how elegant and complete the interface is. If you think you need it, you do. If you wonder if it’s the right one, it is.

It actually works.. I recently broke my Magic Mouse and haven’t had time to buy a replacement. Had been swapping out my usb dongle then I found this ap. Turns my phone into a mouse and keyboard. I ended up connecting the ap to the mac we have in our bedroom and now it’s practically a TV. I can browse Netflix, turn the volume up/down. And even shut down the computer without have to climb out of bed. Highly recommend.

Love this app!. We use Xfinity on the go to watch cable news in the kitchen in the morning...since the computer is across the kitchen we have to get up and mute annoying ads....now I don't have to!!! And this is only ONE thing this app does! I can access apps, use the “mouse” function to navigate and select and then use the keyboard function ...all from my phone! Access to system functions...wow! Love this thing!

Connectivity is getting worse with EVERY new update. I remember a time when I could just launch an app and manage remote PC. So simple and so straightforward. I took it for granted. Then red flickering “reconnecting” on top became a common occurrence. Now I just launch an app 5 minutes before I need it, observe a rotating circle for a long time, and then physically go to the PC I need to use. If there is an update after which the app will just work again - I’ll stop updating it immediately after it. But so far the only progress — “reconnecting” flicker became yellow. UPDATE: Last update wiped all my custom keypads. Starting from scratch 😡

I can’t imagine using my computer without this. This app is fantastic, changing the ways I use my computer and making it possible to control it from anywhere. I’m finally able to make use of my huge monitor as a media center with this app as the remote. The developer is also very responsive, adding new features and improvements regularly.

Thought I wrote a review already.... Worth rating again. App works flawlessly even with 2015 iMac technology and my OS isn’t even up to date (unfortunately my Mac won’t pull the newest one and is stuck) BUT I REPEAT this app still stands the test of time! Works great for wireless mouse and keyboard. I’m sitting max five feet from my computer, it’s a great convenience. I found this app by curiously searching for iPhone compatible wireless/mobile application, bam, exactly what I needed.

Works well. This is a very useful app for anyone has a Mac along with an iPad/iPhone. If you have Airplay units especially connected to an audio system. It allows you to control iTunes from your couch and listen to your library digitized music. I am sure there are other great uses for this app too. I use it to access iTunes from my living room, bedroom, and office to listen to audio systems. Thanks for making this app!

Remote Pro. Before this app I had been using mobile mouse for years. I stayed with it throughout all the horrible glitches and start up issues. If for no other reason I’m loyal. So for me to drop mobile mouse and use REMOTE-PRO says a lot. The ease of use is the biggest thing for me. To be honest I’m probably not using it to it’s full potential. Even though, I’m very pleased and have suggested it to everyone that has ears.

Brilliant design Intuitive as it is useful. started to use this app I found it to be very simple to set up. And then...... I’ll be... Not only does it work flawlessly but it had features already baked in that can alleviate some of the pains of using a Mac. This tucked in with an intuitive GUI makes this app possibly better and more useful than the magic trackpad 2! One of the features I speak of is the ability to change between screens at the very top of your trackpad in the app. I run full screen programs on my macs and for many a year now I have found myself in situations where I have trouble switching out of full screen to another screen due to the macOS interface. But wait there are so many more innovations in this app, don’t let me spoil it for you enjoy

Great App!. I have been using this app for a while now and was connected to my samsung tv to prank my sister. New update has arrived but it doesn’t look good in terms of connecting tv because I would have to figure out myself using the in-app tutorial however in the feature side, I honestly loved some of the new features : App Icon, more customization, app color mode - black, dark gray and white, and more. This is my honest review not a paid or bot one.

Love this app. Have been using this app for a couple years now and I love it. Updates come often because the developer is on top of any bugs or issues that people have. I recommend this app to all my friends because it makes like so much easier. Especially because I hook up my laptop to my tv often. With this app I don’t even need to be near my laptop. Works great!. I love typing on my phone rather than a keyboard and looked for years to find something that allowed me to do this on my PC. This is the best app by far for this purpose. Not only can you (smoothly) use your phone as a mouse and keyboard…but you can launch windows apps, control volume and many other things too! Great app overall.

Access in a Pinch. I got this app primarily so that I could have easy access to my 2012 Mac mini from my iPad Air to manage my Plex Server without having to drag out a mouse and keyboard. This app works great for that - from either my iPhone or iPad. It doesn’t work as seamlessly as I would like with the Apple Magic Keyboard, since I have to touch the icon to tell the app that I am in keyboard mode, instead of just typing. However, it is one of the most versatile remote apps that I’ve used.

Works and I use it a lot!. This app saves me time and provides convenience. I mostly use it to put my computer to sleep when I’m away from it, but there’s lots of configurable options available. Basically anything you mouse and keyboard can do, you can program this to do. There’s also a nifty screen display option so you can see your monitor on your device.

It works but caused touchpad to go haywire. After installing the app on my Acer laptop Windows 10 it worked like it was supposed to. The next day when I turned computer on I had to disable my touchpad because it was all over the place clicking randomly, etc. This program also showed up as a Trojan horse. Just to be safe I uninstalled this program from my computer and touchpad is normal again. I still have it on my phone, I might try again, but I'm kind of scared to...

Optimal. This app gives such effortless control over every aspect of my Mac systems. Despite aged machines (some without future update suppprt) despite spotty WiFi (fiber coming to our area soon), and despite reluctantly updating the app because of new Mac machines, this expertly designed app has given my PERFECT control of my systems from any room in my house, and any close proximity to remote systems (provided extended WiFi access). Love it; worth every penny.

Solid choice. I’ve been using the app for years, and it’s super convenient. I have my PC hooked into my living room entertainment center and to be able to use my phone as a remote control for pc when watching things is great. The remote mouse and keyboard functions are also fairly easy to use. Well worth a couple bucks would buy again.

Useful app. to be honest, I downloaded this app out of pure laziness but not expecting much because i downloaded 11-ish apps like it and they were all kinda meh(I have a problem okay? When I want something i download all the apps I think would fit my want). I use this app quite often. In my opinion, it’s one of if not THE best app like it on the store. 10/10, I’m so grateful to have found this app

Great remote. I use this to shut down my Mac remotely (on same network), to launch iTunes when it isn’t running and I want to stream from my desktop to my Apple TV, and as a remote mouse when I get the message that my mouse battery is very low and I don’t have the time to wait for it to charge. As a matter of fact, that is what I am using it for right now.

Can not live without this app!!!!. All you 1-star reviewers, are you NUTS?? Or do you have a bone to pick? Or are you jealous, or not know how to use this? Either way, there are VERY few utility apps that I agree to use and pay for, and this is one that I can no longer be without. Usefulness is unsurpassed. Developer is also very active with bug fixes. This even comes with an Apple Watch app where you can control your computer. Who else is doing that? No one. Download. Learn. Use. Appreciate.

Terrific App. I’ve used this for quite a few years now. It has gotten better and better. Absolutely essential. A standout recommendation on Mac Geek Gab. Really makes your Mac a terrific multimedia play. Kudos to the developer!! This app keeps getting better and better! Not really be of those orphan apps that gets stuck. This absolutely essential apps for iOS devices.

The Bob-Omb. I’ve used this for three years. It took me a month to feel fluent in its use, as I found the paradigm...different. At the time I was using a 7Plus to control my iMac Pro, so scrolling across the screen weird at first. The trick is to actively use it. I look forward to using this on a Max iPhone. An iPad would be perfect! I just got a Watch so I’m throwing myself in the deep end; best way to learn.

Kinda makes you feel like Tony Stark. Honestly feels so high tech and intuitive. I’ve encountered a glitch or two in the past, but they were patched. I had been considering buying a whole new wireless keyboard and mouse before I found this app. Not only is a cheaper alternative, but it’s much more convenient, and on a device I always keep charged regardless.

Excellent. Simple to set up and use. Packed with features. Quick support. Worthy of all the 5 Star reviews. I upgraded to the Pro version after just an hour with the standard version. I have a Mac mini attached to my TV and use my iPhone as mouse and keyboard. Works incredibly well, even with a Bluetooth keyboard (to iPhone or Mac mini). The onscreen pointer works as well as trackpad or mouse. Worth every penny and more. Try it. Excellent.

Great app, and great developer. I use several apps by this developer. He has been very responsive to my suggestions, and a few times implemented changes I suggested quickly. Remote•Pro works great controlling my Mac-Mini that I use for streaming both local and internet sources. I use his numpad app when working on taxes and when I resolve my financial accounts monthly. It saved me from getting a full keyboard.

Unquestioned Best App in Its Class. This is maybe the fourth app review I’ve ever written but this one deserves all the stars in the world. Actively developed aka like weekly updates. Rock solid connection. Beautiful AND FUNCTIONAL UI. Idiot proof setup. I forget it’s not part of Apples own ecosystem it’s so good. I only wish I needed it for anything complicated because it’s the kind of app that makes you want to use it more. Incredible work. Thank you so much for the great software.

Great app! But. No doubt an outstanding app. Just quite disappointed with the limited template design side of it. If you want to bring in your own design button for example, it will not fill to the template button size you create so you are left with a coloured border and a smaller version of the button you import. It should natively scale to fill the whole area. If this ever gets fixed, it is worth 5 stars from, so for now just 4.

The best I’ve tried.. Remote for Mac is probably the best desktop remote app I’ve tried and I’ve tried several. This one, for me, is the most comprehensive for Macs. Just about every function and option needed to control your Mac is available. Frequent updates to the app also gives me relief that the devs of this app take it seriously and assure their customers that it is constantly up to date. Thanks for making a great, complete, desktop remote app experience.

Great For Working From Home. I absolutely love this app while working from home. Sometimes I need to move around and instead of undocking my MacBook, I can use the remote app from my iPad or iPhone and work in another room. I also like the remote features to control Netflix and other streaming services when using my Mac connected to a tv.

Excellent!!!. I’ve been using the last version for awhile and kind of gave up on it. When, by chance,I noticed that it was updated I tried it again. I haven’t quit using it since. Lesson learned: Don’t give up on promising apps. The interface is clean and easy. Set up is a snap. It does what it says it does. If more apps did that.... Well worth the money.

Great addition to the Apple Ecosystem. This app adds some great functionality to make setup. It’s super-easy to configure and well thought-out. And at the price point it’s offered, it’s a must have for everyone with multiple devices. I haven’t used it with my Windows setup yet but it appears that will be just a easy and efficient to enhance that setup. Kudos to a great and useful product.

The best such remote app I’ve tried.. I’ve tried nearly every such remote control for Mac app and this one is by far my favorite so far and I love that the developer is a sole guy who has dedicated his full focus to this app, which explains the superior features and experience over similar apps churned out as mere add-ons to the product lines of big dev firms. I purchased the lifetime pro license for this app and 100% satisfied.

WOW. I purchased the “Pro” version and I’m very, very pleased with it! For those who like me also have Apple TVs is great. My iMac is downstairs, in the office, and sometimes it bothers me to sit for long time at the desk and wish I could use on my tv upstairs via AirPlay, when the kids are watching the tv downstairs where I usually AirPlay the iMac to, since it’s close enough to be using the mouse and keyboard. Now I can finally use it, lol! Thank you!

Almost perfect. The only thing I’ve found wrong with this app is the fact that you can’t control the display brightness on my M1 MacBook Pro. On previous version it would work sometimes, now it won’t work at all. Other than that I haven’t had any issues with it and hope being able to adjust the brightness gets fixed soon.

Perfect?. This app works flawlessly as far as I can tell. I use it to control a 2011 MacBook Pro connected to my TV via HDMI mostly for volume control but it also has cursor buttons and even mouse control and a bunch more. I have had it for several years and updates never mess it up, still works just as good as day one. Definitely recommended.

Great app which fails to work sporadically. This is by far the best app (when it works), and I have used many remote apps. My biggest complaint is that there are way too many updates (while updates are great), but they often cause app not to work until next couple attempt, which makes me nervous every time I see update notice (which wouldn’t go away). It happened to me today 4th or 5th time. My recommendation, please have release at increased cadence with more features rather than more releases with less feature.

Works as advertised, and works WELL!!!. I’ve used apps like this in the past, but this was the most easy and simple setup by far. Download this app, download the companion app (win/macOS), connect both devices to the same network, and they discovered each other right away! And there’s virtually no lag!!! Remote. I've probably had this app for five months and I have not had any problems with it and I have a pretty critical guy so I got the input at first tested it out and then the next day I purchased a lifetime subscription I also when ahead and purchased the keyboard do you know what I'm talking about can't miss it it's great to anyway much appreciated app developer you're doing a great job can't wait to see what you got next

I really like this app!. I use this app in order to use my iPad as my keyboard. It has wonderful features and is very reliable. I wish the voice to text was better. But the other features are spot on! Occasionally, a page pops up when I type certain numbers and I’m not sure why. It shows all the emojis. Other than that, I really like this app a lot and I use it all the time.

Updates frequently. Useful when you need to share a keyboard with someone else, which is why I originally got the app. After setup, the use is very intuitive and helpful as a remote for your device. I believe it can work with more than just a computer! (Don’t quote me on that) If you’re impatient, take an easy breath and follow the in app/computer instructions. The app works exactly as advertised.

Nice. Very nice app and was a great help for using as a remote that would really work with the Mac Mini. We are old 👵🏻and were in desperate need of something that would mute the sound. Had to figure out there were speakers on the monitor, speakers on Mini Mac, and a couple of external speakers thrown in. With help, we finally figured how to mute the external speakers. It does work nicely for muting as well as all other features.

Must have remote to control all your computers. Excellent remote for presentations, watching tv with your computer connected, and great communication with fast responses from the developer. This app has all the features plus some. Well worth the money (I no longer can find the price, but when I purchased it was a one time fee). This is one of my most used apps, and its especially useful for teachers.

Very impressive!. I teach biology and anatomy and need as much integration as possible with my computer and curriculum. I have used other apps similar to this one but there isn’t a single one that offers this degree of functionality. What I found equally impressive was the response time from the app developer. Within 5 minutes I had a response to my question. Without a doubt a very useful tool for professionals, professors, or any needing remote control of their computer. Beautiful APP!

Does what it says on the tin. I work from home as well as juggle childcare and this app is going to make that easier. I can bounce my 9 month old to sleep in one arm and still get my writing done. And the fact that I can just buy the app and not have to sign up for a subscription service for what should be standard features is a major plus in my book.

Customize buttons on Apple Watch as well. I love using this app especially with my Apple Watch! I love that you can customize the buttons on the iPhone app, but I wish you can do the same on the Apple Watch app. I want to do more on my watch than just change the volume and skip a song; I want to also have some custom keyboard shortcuts and some menu commands on my watch for when my phone is not around (something similar to the computer remote Pebble app Simon). Other than that, this is the best app for controlling my Mac!

almost perfect. this app is nearly perfect, the seemingly endless customization is amazing. my only complaint is the connectivity/performance. generally it's pretty good, but there are times that the app fails to connect to my Mac when it's clearly not a network issue. the widget also crashes constantly, but I can tell they're still working out the bugs there. hope this helps! thanks

Grateful to find this. I’m not super techie … my husband and I were watching a baseball game on my laptop during vacation (no internet and hotspotting it) and super annoyed that we had to lean forward and hit the mute button each time the commercials came on. He said, too bad we have to do that. I googled. And found this. I hesitated at first because it wasn’t free, but OMG, what a great app. I got it working right away and am thrilled.
