Hard to Download. I am extremely disappointed this is our only option to download our schools schedules. Impossible to download to iCal on iPhone and Outlook. Very unfortunate. I hope they drastically improve this app.

More than 1 school needed. I can only look at 1 high school schedule at a time. I have to change schools to see another school. I’d like to merge and/or have the option to view as many schools as I’d like and NOT have to go through the rigamarole of starting over to view different schools. I follow my nieces & nephews. I would think there has to be a simple solution for this. If I’m missing something, please let me know.

It’s Okay. So I like the app seems to allow me to do what I need to do. But the issue is that my wife get, “Failed to validate your account. Please check your email, first name, and last name again.”

Great way to subscribe for multiple sports. It is a great way to subscribe to any and all sports for your school, but a huge area it lacks is to be able to filter between home and away. If I could just filter to home games as a fan that doesn't have time to travel, then I would give it 5 stars.

Won’t sync anymore. Keeps telling me to change my settings to allow on my iPhone and it’s set to that. Have deleted app and reinstalled. Bug issues please fix !

No tech support of any kind. Some parents are able to connect to google to export the calendar, other’s like myself keep getting stuck in a continuous loop of pop up windows. The pop up will say you don’t have a google account, which is an error, with instructions to go to settings which don’t exist. There is no tech support link or contact info so it’s completely useless.

Poor calendar support. Why only allow an “export” to Google Calendar when the concept of synching calendars is widely supported across platforms? I just want a way to simply subscribe to my child’s school activity calendar and see it on my personal iPhone and Outlook calendars.

App is not user friendly. First, it took about 3 hours to figure out how to log in and validate my child’s information. It finally got set up and worked okay for almost two months but suddenly stopped working yesterday. All of my login information is correct and I even tried resetting the password multiple times, but it still says that my account can’t be validated. I just can’t see busy parents wasting their time using this app to track their child’s health data.

Never works. This app never works! It won’t open, it just flashes open and shuts down. I have deleted it and re downloaded several times and it doesn’t help. Frustrating when it’s supposed to be the go-to for info.

Gets hung up all the time. Great idea and it worked great for the first few times I’ve opened it. Now when I try to select my teams it loads the template but never populates it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it worked one time and now it’s doing the same thing.

Very Much Incomplete!. Referees in WISCONSIN are required to enter their sports officiating schedules into rSchool. Yet they designed an app that does not allow referees to login or use it. No “user guide” provided either. All it does is keep a schedule, which 99% of sports folks keep on their personal calendars anyway. Pretty much a worthless app!

Why can’t I verify my email?. I tried using this app so I didn’t have to take so long to get into school. When I got the app it asked for my email and I put my email but then it said not valid email. Like what? I’ve used about 4 or 5 emails to try and get in but non of them work. Im so disappointed. I’ve even used my school email and other emails but non of them work. Worst app.

Great with ONE problem... Whenever I click “my team” the app crashes, this happened every time. And sometimes when I reopened the app after the crash I would have to select my state and school etc again. Other than that, the app is great. Just please fix this.

Print schedule?!. How the heck do you print the season schedule? I only have the option to “export” to a few of my email accounts and it doesn’t seem to actually be exporting to any of them. And notifications I’ve seen others mention — I don’t see anything about those and I’ve been using this app for 3 years. Are there different versions?

Newest update is bad. My app is on an iPhone and I’ve not had any issues until less than a month ago. Instead of saying the opponent it says ‘event opponent’ . Please fix this bug on the iPhone platform.

Export to Calendar Doesn’t Work. App seemed to export fine at the beginning of the school year. Now, when I try to export the schedule to my calendar, I receive a prompt stating “please change to allow activity scheduler app to access calendar in setting”. I have tried both full access and add events only both of which no longer work. Would love a resolution to this so I can export to my calendar.

Very nice app. Love all the new features and updates that have been done to the app. User friendly, very easy to use and search for the different information in Sport Schedules.

Calendar exporting/syncing issues. Just downloaded the app. When trying to export the schedule to my calendar I receive this prompt “Please change to allow activity scheduler app to access calendar in setting”, when I go to settings, selecting the calendar is not an option. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this bug. Basketball season is starting this week and I need the schedule on my calendar. When this is fixed I can give a 5 for the rating.

New Update Bad News. Since the new updates in the past week the application will not load the schedules. The app shows that it is retrieving the public schedules, but will move past loading screen. Please fix!

Helpful little app. So much better than trying to find the current schedule on the high school website. Three things would help me a lot: a) either cross out past games or bold the next game b) if we can print a hard copy c) if it can be downloadable AND sync with changes. I’d even pay a little for that feature.

Can’t export calendar in app to phone calendar. Frustrating that can’t export calendar. Gives me a messafge that can’t be done in settings so it doesn’t work.

Okay app. I wish I was able to download the events to my calendar or at least in the alternative print out the schedule.

Add Feature. I like that I can get the schedule for middle school events since the school only posts home events on their web site. What would make this app better is the ability to add an event to my calendar. I look at my calendar every day and having an event quickly added would be very helpful.

Won’t even load. Just downloaded the app and can’t get beyond the first page. Anything I try won’t load another page.

App needs to link to calendar. This app is great. It would be better if you could link your child’s schedule to your calendar and changes would get reflected to the schedule in your calendar in real time. Other than that it’s easy enough to use.

Awful support. I had an issue with linking the calendar to my google calendar. Contacted support and their response was basically we can’t fix that. I’ve never been written off so quickly by an apps support department. Extremely disappointing.

Unacceptable and unreliable. Someone’s app development hobby shouldn’t be used to assist in the daily functioning of a large school districts health screening. While I think my school district is to blame for selecting this app over other options. From an app perspective, it DOES NOT do what it claims to do. There are issues with the UI, UX, authentication APIs, the app database, and likely the connection to the broader database.

Will not work. I have had this app for years with no problems. Now suddenly it won’t work. I push on the app to open and the screen comes up and then it closes again. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling with no success. I even tried it again when it said that it had been fixed, still no go.

Just Okay. You’re supposed to be able to download schedules to iCal but it doesn’t work. It keeps telling me I don’t have a google account, which I do. I don’t see anywhere in the app or site where I can add a google account.

Keeps crashes. Was able to use briefly when our school switched to this at the beginning of the school year. Now it crashes when I go to open it. Tried the uninstall/reinstall with no success!

It takes me in circles. I was told this by my son’s school that this is the app we use to check him in to school. I haven’t even gotten as far as verifying my email address. The school has the correct email address but for some reason this app is saying that it does not. I just want to check my son in when he arrives at school so he doesn’t have to go through the long line to get in. This app is no good.

To many issues, not worth utilizing. Most recent issue. App force closes while attempting to launch. This app had unusable features prior to this most recent crashing problem. Unfortunately school district wants to continue utilizing it.

Trouble sending new winter schedules. As someone else posted, I had no problem sending the fall sports to my calendar as I always have. Now that I’m trying to send the winter schedules to my calendar it keeps giving me an error message but I’m not able to resolve it. Is there a problem on your end?

Helpful to a point. I would like the app to push any changes to the schedule. Today the school canceled a cross country meet and the app showed it, however I didn’t know it until I was at the school. Too late by then as it was canceled earlier in the day. I live by my calendars because of memory issues so it needs to stay up to date to be a higher rating for me.

Total Garbage. If I could give this app zero stars I would, but I mostly blame the school district for not properly researching and vetting an app that actually works before making parents use it. The app doesn’t work properly and Numerous calls to customer service resulted in no solution.

Export Still Not Working. I have seen so many posts regarding the export feature not working. This effects pretty much the entire reason for using this app, so not sure why it’s taking so long to fix??

Add to a calendar. With two kids in high school, it would very useful to be able to download the kids schedules into my calendar. Every other sports app the kids have for their travel sports has this feature! Get’r done!!!! Just do it!!!!

Super Frustrating App. No functionality to import into Outlook or calendar other than Google, filter on specific teams (for multiple children) and saving the view vs. the schedule for entire school, no filter for just future games (vs. scrolling through entire past schedule), alert functionality very poor. Wish my school would invest in a more modern, user friendly technology.

Export doesn’t work. I used the app last year so that all games were exported to my calendar. Now it’s not working. It says I need to update the app settings, but it still doesn’t work. I’m an iPhone user if that helps.

Can no longer download the schedule to my iPhone. I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 15 Pro with the iOS Version 17.0.3 and now I cannot download the calendar for the upcoming season onto my phone. When I select it download I get the message: Please change to allow activity scheduler app to access calendar in setting. When I select Go to Setting, there isn't a choice to allow it to have access to the Calendar. I even deleted the app and reinstalled but no luck. Please advise.

How do I reset my password?. Just downloaded the update and it signed me out. I don’t remember my password and when I try to reset it, the Send button disappears so now I’m unable to access the admin side of the app. Can’t find anywhere to contact someone so I’m putting my password reset question in a review.

Won’t open anymore. Loved this app until it stopped working for no reason. Just crashes every time I try opening it. Same with my husband’s phone. Had a couple friends add the app this week and they have no problem with it but uninstalling and reinstalling have done nothing for us and others who are having issues. Would love for this to be fixed because I used it daily before all the issues started.

Export to calendar no longer working. No way to allow app access to calendar. This is a new error, worked fine in the past.

App won’t stay open since the “bug fix”. This app is great when it works, but now when I click on it, it won’t even open. I even tried removing and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work.

Dead ends. What a terrible application. If it wasn’t for being required by school to use it for COVID I wouldn’t bother with it. There is no way to easily add different students for screening purposes. I’m just going around and around in circles on this app trying to figure out how to add a student. This shouldn’t take me so long, this isn’t rocket science.

No customer service anywhere. You should have customer service on your app. I’m having trouble being “verified” and there’s no customer service listed. My school says I need this, and I got nobody to reach about how to fix my issue

Great app until you upgrade it. I have used this app for a long time and loved it. However, a few days ago it told me I needed to update my version so I did. Now it won’t even open at all. Help!

UI Needs Help. Not a great UI. Big issues if you have multiple teams selected that have games on the same day. It’s easy to get the teams messed up because the list view they use is difficult to keep separate.

Export doesn't work. Exporting events doesn't works. You are asked to change settings, and even after you give full access, it still doesn't work.

Activity Scheduler. I have downloaded and am unable to access New York. It says not available but other people I know are using it.

Multiple. I’d like to be able to view multiple schools as I’m an athletic trainer covering multiple schools.

Terrible app. This is the worst app I have ever used. Teams disappear, calendars disappear, you get hung up on one of the schools teams and can’t select another team or the message reads “this school has no teams”. Absolutely no support.

Calendar not working. Please fix the calendar function!!! This app is so helpful if it works properly!!!

Does this app even work?. I download the latest version and the app tries to launch (flashes ) and automatically closes - which is not useful at all!

Just want to link school calendar to the ios calendar app. I just want to link a calendar. I don’t want to have to pick individual events. This is far more complicated then it needs to be. I am very disappointed.

Apps like this shouldn’t have ads. I know the school pays a lot of money to use this scheduling software and I find it very disrespectful that the developer of this app has decided to put ads in it.

It used to work. Used to work but as of a couple of weeks ago nothing loads so it’s a waste of space on my phone. It was great when it actually worked

Horrific. I’ve had some frustrating login debacles but this is almost as if they were trying to win a prize for worst ever.

The worst app out there. I’m not sure how they convinced large school districts to use this app. Won’t let me log out, sync is failing, and the daily health monitoring still doesn’t work. It force closes every time you click it.

Disappointment. I was hoping this would be a useful app for my son's high school sports. However, I can't even get through setup. It let's me choose the state, but when I select my son's school the app crashes. Every. Single. Time.

Garbage app. There is no way around the calendar export issue and judging by other comments it’s been going on for some time. Without this function the app is worthless.

Worst team sports app I’ve ever used.. And with 3 kids I’ve used a lot. Can’t export just one sport calendar. Filter rests each time. And bad grammar to boot. Horrible.

All-Star in Crappy. Absolutely lousy app. Inflexible, terrible iOS integration, help notes are lousy (and don’t seem to be native English). Avoid like middle school gym.
