Contraction Timer & Counter 9m App Description & Overview

What is contraction timer & counter 9m app? *** Most downloaded Contraction Timer app in the world! Number 1 in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Italy and elsewhere! ***

This is the simplest-to-use contraction timer. The app will help to track your contractions and determine when it's time to go to the hospital.
If you plan on having a home birth, the app will tell you what stage of labor you are in at any given moment.

Keep track of your labor by tapping a single button at the start and at the end of each contraction. The Contraction Timer analyzes the duration and frequency of contractions and will notify you when it's time to go to the hospital.

Thousands of pregnant women around the world have become mothers using our app.

Always consult your doctor to orient yourself in terms of contraction frequency and duration.
This app is not a medical device and our recomendations are based on standard indicators. Your labor may occur differently. Therefore, do not rely exclusively on our app.
If the duration and frequency of contractions do not yet correspond to the necessary indicators but labor pains become unbearable, it is better to go to the hospital as soon as possible rather than give birth at home or on the way there. Trust what your body is telling you.

Ads extremely annoying when you're in labor. I normally don't give a poor rating for ads but this app is meant to be used when you're in labor. The ads are pushed like every 3 contractions and it was very distracting. If you use this, make sure it's someone other than the one in labor using it or buy the ad free version. Imagine being 4cm dilated and sitting there debating whether or not to pay the $3 for an app you won't use again for over a year.

Amazing app. This is an amazing app! I was notified when to pack my hospital bags and within hours when to go to the hospital. I loved the ability to delete a contraction time after accidentally pressing the button. Thankfully, I was able to take naps between contractions and even with forgetting to press the stop contraction button it was able to still give me accurate readings. Unfortunately, I did not go to the hospital on the first alert, however, after many alerts to go to the hospital, I finally made my way to the hospital the next day. At 10 that morning, I went to get my cervix checked finding that I had a very high pain tolerance and was told that I was 7cm dilated. With this app, I was able to show the nurse when my contractions first started the following evening and all my contraction times I had up until I arrival. I was admitted into the labor room, went natural with no medication and had my daughter two hours later. Thank you for making an accurate and reliable app.💜

Kept me focused until the hospital. This app is great for labor and labor and support to have something to focus on. Before this I wasn’t measuring consistently or counting. It was great to be able to provide a history to my provider when I went in and we even used it in hospital when the monitors were off. I will always be using this when I’m in labor!

Not worth the money.. Maybe this app would have more value to the parents who only want to know what time to go to the hospital. But we did hike birth and wanted to know when to call the midwife. Same same. But the part where the app isn’t very smart is when we were tracking, it would tell us over and over to get ready to go to the hospital, then eventually go to the hospital. Which it would keep repeating over and over. Like yeah, I heard ya. Still wanted to keep track. Not worth the $3, but what’s $3 anyways? This review is just my experience I’m sharing for anyone who’s on the fence and in maybe a similar situation. Don’t waste your money. My wife never had contractions lasting more than a minute, so the 5-1-1 method wouldn’t have worked either. My advice is that once she starts to really get crippled by the contractions, it’s time to go to hospital or calll the midwife. Labor lasted 14 hours and I’m glad we stayed home, much more comfortable and the baby came out aware not high on fentanyl. Cheers.

Easy way to track Contractions. If your partner is having a contraction just hit the button. When it stops hit the button again. The app tracks the timing in between them and each contractions length. It even gives you a notification to head to the hospital as they get long enough and short enough in between.

It works!. I just had a baby and tracked my contractions with this app. After the 4th contraction was entered, a prompt popped up that said “Go to the Hospital!” Lol. They were lasting an avg of 1:03 min, with an avg 4:30 min apart. When I got to the hospital I was 7cm 😱. I couldn’t believe I labored that much at home but I’m so thankful for this app because I could’ve had her on my mother in law’s living room floor! Lol I highly recommend!

God sent!. Being a first time mom I didn’t know what contractions were suppose to feel like and so I was cramping one night . I was 37 weeks , was already 3 cm dilated but was told I’d be induced in a week. I didn’t know how to track my contractions or what that meant so when I was cramping I downloaded the app real fast and started to time them . After 4 recorded times the app said “ GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW” I still didn’t believe it so I called my doctor. My doctor said “ if you feel like they are bad then go “ we lived an hour away from our hospital so I told my husband I’d rather go now while it’s cramp your instead of unbearable. I was fully convinced it was Braxton hicks and I’d be sent home. Got there , they checked me , I was dilated to a 5 !!!! They said they were glad we got there when we did ! Super thankful for this app

Saved Labor. I would of had a home birth if this timer didn’t tell me to go to the nearest hospital. This was my second pregnancy and I woke up at 2 in the morning thinking I had to use the bathroom, I was uncomfortable but not in any pain. I downloaded the first timer that popped up and it happened to be this one so I was going about timing what I was feeling. The notification for head to the nearest hospital kept popping up and I finally decided to listen to it after 30 minutes. I was 5cm and in active labor at our arrival and had our sweet baby girl 3 hours later. Download this timer!

Blessing. Seriously this app saved me from delivering my second son in the car! I thought I had time yet, based off my first delivery, when it told me to go to the hospital I was going to wait. My partner insisted that if the app said to go we are going and it's a good thing too because we were at the hospital less than an hour and my son was born! Simple and easy to use and understand, which is everything you want going into labor! A++++

So thankful for this app. This app was so very useful to me. My brother found it for me and I paid the $2.99 to include the extra features. I had been having a lot of contractions for several months, so I was like how in the world am I supposed to know when I am actually IN labor?? Well I had been using this to record my contractions, and the night I was actually starting real labor, I was not sure at all, I just kept recording on this app. Then, about 1am, the app alerts me to call my doctor and get ready to go to the hospital. I paged her and she called me back immediately. I read her the results from the app and she said yes it was time to come in. We grabbed the older kids and made some phone calls and by 2:30am I was admitted into the hospital and it was confirmed I was in active labor. My son was born by 8am. Best 3 dollars I ever spent, seriously! Thank you to the one who created the app.

Saved me!. I wasn’t familiar with counting contractions even though this was my second child. This app told me when to start heading to the hospital and thankfully I listened because five hours later I had my little one safely in a hospital with just enough time to receive an epidural! This app literally saved me from a traumatic birth story and gave me the reassurance to show to a busy ER (during a pandemic) at midnight!

Amazing and accurate. It worked for my friend and worked the night I went to the hospital. Very easy and pretty accurate and let me know I may need to pack my bags soon for the hospital. I continued to use this into the evening and it alerted me I needed to go to the hospital and sure enough within 45 min I had full on heavy contractions and am so glad I went to the hospital since I felt nothing really at home ! Loved this app and it was so useful !!!

Amazing…it really works!!. I was only 32 weeks and 6 days pregnant when I started having contractions. I wasn’t sure if they were Braxton hicks or real contractions, so I downloaded this app. It told me right away that I should start preparing to go to the hospital. I was in denial but I could see that my contractions went from 5.5 minutes apart to 4 minutes apart. Still in denial, I called the on-call doctor, and he said it was probably nothing but I could go in to get checked if I wanted to ease my mind…the whole time the app was telling me to head to hospital now. When I got to the hospital I was already a 7! I couldn’t believe how accurate this app was. I’m so relieved and thankful that I downloaded it.

Awesome app got us to the hospital on time. I’m always weary of these apps with perfect scores, but this no frills app worked great for timing my wife’s contractions and got us to the hospital just in time. Healthy baby was delivered 5 hours after it told us to leave for the hospital. I did buy the $3 in app upgrade because it seemed like a no brainer cost. Definitely would recommend to friends, family, and internet strangers. Thanks to the developers for this simple to use app. It immensely helped us navigate a scary experience :) Good luck to the parents reading this!

Free version is awful. I used this for my last pregnancy and it worked wonderfully and was very helpful. But for this current pregnancy, they have now added advertisements. And while that is overall fine to me because I understand they deserve to make money for their work, it is quite infuriating when a video ad starts going in the middle of a painful contraction… and you just want to delete the app right away (after the pain stops). And I’m not paying $3 for an app I will only use for a a few days at the most. That’s ridiculous. Anyway… sorry about my rant. That’s just how I feel.

No Apple Watch compatibility. I didn’t want to give this app a bad rating because I didn’t use it. Im sure it’s great based on its popular reviews. I deleted it immediately because there’s no compatibility with the Apple Watch. I downloaded one that is compatible, however I wanted to plant an idea seed with this company because it’s prettier than the other. It would be nice to have the compatibility with the Apple Watch AND have a Apple Watch face so that when a contraction begins there’s no scrambling mid-contraction to find the phone/watch and start it 15 seconds into the contraction because you weren’t open on the right screen. That would be the most effective and convenient during this time in my opinion. :)

Really helpful. At the begging I had been getting the “get ready “ screen but I was just ignoring it since I had gone the day before to my appointment & I was 0 dilate & wanted me to deliver in 1 1/2 week since baby didn’t seemed to be dropped either. I thought the app was a scam or something & didn’t really wanted to go to the hospital and get send back but my bf ended up taking me & I was 2 dilated & in 4 hours I was 8cm and I had her in 2 hours . I recommend this app

Got the job done. When I first started going into labor my husband was tracking my contractions with the stop watch on his phone. "You know there are apps for that?" I said. "This is working fine," he said. Fast forward to an hour later when I was in active labor and the contractions were coming hard and fast. My husband got up to get me some water and handed me MY phone. "Push this big button when your next contraction starts." I look down and he had downloaded a contraction app! When I pointed this out he said that it was way too much to try to keep track of with a stop watch and notepad. The app itself is very easy to use. You push the big button when a contraction starts and you push it again when it stops. Super easy for even a woman in active labor to do. I didn't realize it, but apparently every few contractions it was telling my husband to take me to the hospital! When we finally went I only labored for about an hour before I was fully dilated and started to push, so the app seemed to be spot on. It's nothing fancy, but it got the job done and in the chaos of labor we needed something super simple.

Wish I didn’t have to pay to use. I’m not going to need this app in literally one week, so I’m having a really hard time getting myself to pay for the full version. I just need something to help me time my contractions because it’s hard to try to write stuff down while it’s happening. I like the app and I see that it has a lot of positive reviews, but all I need is a little help timing the duration and frequency of my contractions, and I’m kind of bummed that I have to pay to use it without ads. This isn’t something that I will need to use after I give birth, which will hopefully be soon, so I just can’t bring myself to spend money on it..

Great, but rename the app!. This was a wonderful way to keep count when my attention was so fully consumed with the contractions. However, after a bit a message from the App Store to rate the app asked “How are you enjoying Contractions?” I almost threw my phone across the room! Loved the app, not the pain! By all means, use this to take the thinking part out of labor, but let someone else rate the app when the message comes up :)

Amazing. This app was very helpful. It helped give my sister-in-law something to focus on through her contractions on our way to the hospital. The clean interface and large buttons allowed for ease of use. Unlike other comments we found it comical when it told us to head to the hospital bc we were already en-route but it does appear to have been up-dated to follow the 5-1-1 rule of thumb. My sister-in-law was very disappointed to find that it wasn't available in the Google Playstore for her future use.

This app helped w/ my first pregnancy. I just had my baby girl two days before christmas! This app accurately told me when to go to the hospital. It actually told me twice but I ignored it because I wanted my contractions closer. My partner helped me hit the timer in times when I couldn’t! I arrived at the hospital the second time the app advised me to go and I was 1cm dilated! This app is simple and convenient!

Good but missing one key thing. I might be wrong- but I can’t find how to link the app with my partners. That would be really helpful because sometimes I’m at work, and if I want to track them myself I can, but if I’m home or in hospital it would be easier for me to tell my husband to do it and have them both linked so we could see all of it together

Very convenient. The screen doesn’t go off, when it’s pulled up, doesn’t have constant annoying advertisements like other contraction apps, I give 4 stars, because you can edit a contraction only if you buy full version, but when having contractions hit the button by accident a couple times. And this app also doesn’t record at what time when you were having the contractions, some other apps had that, so that would be nice to add, to be able to look back through the whole day at the time and intensity of the contractions.

Simple and easy to use. Found the simplicity really useful when my contractions started. I would just recommend to developers to work on the algorithm (or remove the feature) where the app tells you if you’re having real or Braxton hicks contractions. I kept getting notified that I was having Braxton hicks when I was definitely, definitely having real contractions. For most women, contractions aren’t so exactly consistently spaced out so I suspect it’s an overly sensitive algorithm or something. Otherwise, really liked the app and would recommend! Anyway best thing to do is call the hospital to know when to go in rather than rely on any app for that info.

Pretty decent in a basic way. Honestly overall it's nice, but owning it is almost no different than free and you can't do a separate session. Which may sound silly but I can't link my email into my phones mail settings as I use a non supported email. So I can't even export my data... and it doesn't tell you the overall start time and end time nor does it let you "pause" It says to potentially shower and eat but to do so you may not be recording contractions... overall it's simple to use which I like but a little disappointing.

Great Tracker Easy To Use. I downloaded this tracker as I was near my expected due date. It was simple and just what I needed. Writing times and counting down on your own is too much hassle when your going into pre labor or active labor. This app is a must have when you’re close to going into labor. They give you a notice after 5 -6 consecutive trackings on whether to go to or call the hospital or stay home as it’s not close enough yet. With the tracker listings, it was easy to tell the nurse when and how long the contractions were. I recommend this app to anyone whose near their expected delivery date. It worked great for me and I would use it again in the future. Wishing everyone the best.

Extremely helpful. Intuitive, robust, well-designed. It allowed me to track my wife’s contractions and it indicated that we needed to go to the hospital at the perfect time. We showed up with her in active labor, didn’t get sent back home or told we were too early. Highly recommend it. Easy to use under stress and allows deleting entries in case of an error or an oddball one that is super irregular or something.

The free version has some issues, but is good. So this app is great. I helped me to keep track of my contractions and gave me a record to bring to the hospital. My issue with this app is that when you have to free version, it has a sneaky extra black ring around the start contraction button so that when you are trying to look at the record, you might accidentally push it. When you do that you start a contraction and mess up your average. In order to delete it or change it you have to pay for it. That just seems deceptive to me. Other than that I love that you can easily start and stop contractions, see your record and average, and rate the severity of the contraction.

100% worth the price. Used it to monitor my wife’s labor at home prior to the hospital. It gave a heads up on when to get ready (shower, etc.) and told us when to go in. We arrived to L&D at 3 cm dilated and just before much larger contractions started and were promptly admitted. You can measure contractions yourself with a timer, but having an app that removes the “thinking” during this very stressful time was well worth it.

Minimum viable product. Best UI out there - very simple & straightforward. I really like this one & am using it over the other two I downloaded. That said; is is definitely bare bones 3 basic missing features: if I hit the button by accident, then delete the accidental contraction, it should fix the "duration" time -- i.e., if I have a contraction at 10:10, bump the button accidentally at 10:05, then have another contraction at 10:10, then delete the middle one... the duration between the two "real" contractions should be 10 minutes, not 5. I should be able to update the length of a contraction. And I should be able to rate "strength" ... those seem the major missing features to me, but overall the app is usable, has a nice clean UI, and isn't annoying. Definitely worth a try, especially if you just want the basics :)

Don’t bother purchasing, paid version has annoying full screen video ads!. The concept is good and liked this app, but it had very annoying full screen ads for video games. Went ahead and paid for the app to support and get rid of the ads, used it in the hospital during labor when the monitors were having issues picking up the contractions, and the ads were still there! Very annoying to be subjected to multiple full screen video ads that render the app useless right in the middle of labor. This app failed us right when we needed it most, very disappointed, would recommend looking elsewhere.

I almost gave birth in the car.. I used this app to count my contractions while I was in labor. The issue I have with it is the interactive ads that you HAVE to play in order to skip them before continuing counting contractions. I was 8cm dilated without knowing while my husband had to help a fish swim through obstacles to get back to the app. In results, this gave us inaccurate readings for my contractions and by the time I got to the hospital I was pushing and had my child shortly after. I don’t mind ads...but the fact that it’s interactive and you can’t override it, caused me to almost give birth in my car. For that reason, I give the app 2 stars.

10/10!. I don’t write reviews, this is my first review on here…. With that being said this app is everything I used it with both of my kids, And it worked amazingly. I just had a baby and when my contractions was consistent the app told me to go to the hospital and when i did I had my baby the same day ! Same with my first son , if you’re pregnant and almost due I recommend this app 1000% ! It’s helpful

Worth the purchase!. This app was recommended to me through a friend who recently had a baby and i was due soon. Started having contractions, used this app to track them. It eventually told me go to the hospital and so I did and had my baby not even 3 hours later! As a first time mom, I probably would have tried holding out longer at home if it wasn't for this app! So grateful that an app was actually worth it and made it to the hospital in time. I'm highly impressed!

Just ok. I like the actual timing of the contractions however, it would be more helpful to know what the level of intensity of the contractions are. Being able to "rate" the pain level of each contraction would be better because Braxton Hicks contractions can come on the regular but unfortunately not be a good indicator of actual labor. Also, according to most OBs/midwives, the rule to go to the hospital follows 5-1-1. Contractions that are 5 mins apart, 1 minute in duration and lasting for 1 hour. The app told me to head to he hospital when my contractions were ranging from 11 to 17 to 8 mins apart. It appears to only take into consideration if you've had 4 contractions total before suggesting to head in but not really considering the spacing aspect. Again, I do like the ability to see the time frame between multiple contractions but I feel there are features that would be more beneficial when actually determining if labor is real.

Useful and worth the purchase. I used this with my first 2 babies and will be using it with my 3rd. Im glad i paid for it the first time cause now i just download it again when I go into labor. Everytime its told me to go to the hospital it was correct. Both times I questioned it and waited and by the time I went I was in PAIN and impatiently waiting for an epidural. I would say its useful for people who plan to have multiple or arent on birth control, also moms who havent had a natural birth. I thought id go natural both times unfortunately I was too craven haha.

Great tool. I used this app for about two weeks to make sure I was keeping the right track. It kept saying practice contractions and it calmed me down On the day of, it said to prepare and call the hospital. We did, so we were ready to go. Then, it prompted me to go to the hospital. I went to pee and what was left of my mucus plug came out. So I woke up my husband and got to the hospital. Three hours later, my baby was born. This app really helped me to come in at the right time and not freak out before hand

Good for timing. This was a great app for keep track of the spacing of contractions and length of each contraction. The interface was attractive and easy to use and read under pressure. My labor came on hard and fast so it was great to be able to see really how quickly everything was happening. The app did tell me to go to the hospital earlier than my OB advised. I would just lose that feature. Each pregnancy and doctor's advice is different. I ignored the alerts and followed my OB's advice. I would defiantly use this app again and recommend it.

Does its job. I wish there was a way to change the date of the contraction. I find myself forgetting I started a contraction and if I do this just before midnight and the contraction runs over into midnight accidentally, I can’t adjust it back to the time the contraction actually ended. It won’t let you change the day. I know I should just be staying in the app and ending the contraction when it actually stops for more accuracy but I’m forgetful. Otherwise I like the app. It does its job. Just could use some improvements.

Great App, I would definitely recommend!. I honestly love this app. It has helped me keep up with my contractions, which makes it easier when I go to the hospital for labor so I can let them know how far apart they were. This is very helpful, for anyone who’s looking for a contracting app to keep track of them, I DEFINITELY recommend this one. By the way 40 weeks today so this has been extremely helpful.

Really helped!. This timer really helped when I needed it and couldn’t think for myself, was so easy to track my contractions…highly recommend. Was accurate on the average contractions but stay true to how you feel when ready to go to hospital vs. it telling you. Liked the “warning” to get ready but got a few of them before I was actually near 511 rule.

By far the best and easiest!. This app helped me when other ones I started then prompted to upgrade and pay this was free, quick, simple and exactly why I needed. Once it said to call my doctor and head to the hospital I did just that and the Dr asked questions I only knew because the app helped me track it. So I was able to correctly track my contractions in the middle of the night while I wasn't aware of timing and have it exactly documented. This is the best app!

Helped tremendously with my labor!. I paid for the full version of this app and couldn’t be happier. I was having Braxton Hicks my entire 9th month so it was important to have a tracker. On the day I went into labor I was tracking my contractions all day and that was the only reason I could see how patterned they were. When they got to every 5 minutes, I got a warning saying I should get ready to go to the hospital, so we did. I kept tracking. By the time we were ready I got another notification that it was time to go to the hospital. I still called the hospital to make sure, and because I didn’t “sound like I was in labor” they hinted at me staying home longer but I went anyway. By the time I got there I was already 6cm dilated! It was absolutely perfect timing thanks to this app 🙏🏾

Pretty good app! Wish there was a way to add/edit. I really do like this app. It’s simple, straightforward, nice looking. The only thing it’s missing that would make paying for it completely worth it is the ability to add data and make it easier to edit. I have missed a few where I’ve been away from my phone and there isn’t a way to add in a contraction after the fact. This skews the data and makes it less accurate.

Great App!. Used this app a few days ago while I'm labor. I love the clean design and the large button tap for the start and stop of contractions. Very easy to use. The updates about when to pack or leave for the hospital were also an added bonus that I appreciated. The only thing I would have liked was for there to be some way to see what time the contraction actually happened. As I'm trying to think back to when I was actually in "active" labor, I'm realizing that information would have been helpful. That aside! Definitely get this app.

This app saved me!. My labor started at 5am. And my contractions started out at 5mins apart. I had prodromal labor with my first daughter, and I was convinced that I was experiencing the same thing again. But I downloaded this app about 2 hours into labor, just to help me time my contractions. After about 4 contractions, the app told me to go to the hospital. (Keep in mind, it was only 7am at this point). Despite my doubt, I headed to the hospital and gave birth less than an hour after being there. If it wasn’t for this app, I would have had my baby at home or in the car! Lol. Also, It’s super easy to use - no learning curve at all. Love it!

This app is a Life Savior!. I crossed my due date and 3 days later I started getting my labor pain. But I was not sure if it’s a true labor and didn’t want to end up in Emergency Room and being sent back home for false labor. So I kept tracking the timing of contraction but it was difficult to analyse. And during that time, I found this app in App Store, since it had high ratings and good reviews, I wanted to give a try. I started recording my contraction timings for 2 hours continuously. Initially it was prompting me to get ready for the hospital. And at a point of time, it prompted me to go to hospital multiple times. We trusted this app and rushed to the hospital, and voila! That was a true labor and I was 6cm dilated already :) Can’t thank this app enough when it was a critical time and when we were confused to make a decision! I highly recommend to use this app!

Delivered with this app!. I was using another app to track my contractions and was getting so stressed out/confused as what to do and if they were real contractions. I called the hospital and doctors office which told me different things to try and gave me tips. I downloaded this app after seeing it in a group. I love the average frequency and length feature!! I had thought mine were farther apart with the other app but in fact they were close! Within 4 contractions the app suggested I get ready for the hospital. I stayed home for a bit longer and it kept notifying me to get ready until finally it said time to go! When I got to the hospital I was 3cm and delivered the next day!

Hit and miss. Pretty good generally speaking, but the UX/UX could use some help. The free version isn’t very helpful and you might miss a contraction or get the times off because you get served a timed ad, to me it felt like… to continue this birth would you like to upgrade? Also it kept popping up the same notification, like “get ready to go to the hospital now” “go to the hospital now” and you couldn’t really have the option to permanently dismiss it, or confirm you are there already. Then there’s the aspect of where you might get to the hospital and the hospital sends you home cause you’re not actually ready, like in our case lol

Great app!. Fantastic app, would love a time since last contraction though. Just so I know when stuff is about to go down again!

Frustrating. App is dramatic and advises me to call ambulance 'straight away' very annoying! Also no option to edit contractions. Have to delete whole lot and begin again. Came to App Store to find another app 👌🏼

100✅✅. Love it best app

Enjoying contractions??. Stop asking me to rate the app mid contractions. Also “enjoying contractions”? Is a very poorly worded way to ask me midsts labour...

Amazing!. Really helped me! Not only to track in general but have something to focus on and to be able to track the strength according to how I felt. Really recommend for any nervous expecting mums.

Excellent. Straightforward. Works well, easy interface and sensible advice. All the entitled reviewers who complain about ads are welcome to stop being entitled beggars and pay for the full version.

Easy to use. Easy to use even when in labour

Nice design but pop ups annoying. The simple, clean design is great and easy to use. The constant pop ups telling me to go to the hospital were pretty unhelpful for my home birth, the warnings also seemed to come way too early (more than 15 hours before baby arrived). I realise now that you can turn these off, but I didn’t know at the time. The other annoying thing is that it kept asking me to rate the app while I was having contractions.

Typo. Typo on opening page. Breakes instead of break. Hard to delete one contraction without losing all data

A worthy distraction. Rather than concentrate on your wife, download this neat looking app and watch in real time as the contractions come and go. Be warned, the app is prone to panicking a bit - you'll very likely be advised to go to hospital hours earlier than necessary.

Easy to use. Turn off analysis as annoying. Also ability to edit/delete would be helpful. Easy to use. Stays active i.e. phone doesn't lock

Seems basic. Be careful. It times the contractions but also adds the time of the contractions. Doesn't tell you time between accurately. We ended up using a timer on the phone and this app was way off

Good App but!. Full screen ads that can’t be minimised or closed kind of defeat the purpose...

Easy to use and read. It would be great if you could delete a contraction if you started it but it was a false alarm, or if you accidentally hit start. Otherwise the big button was very easy to use in labour. (And we had to turn off the analysis function - it for very annoying being told to call an ambulance every contraction!).

Extremely helpful. Very handy app to have. Saves the hassle of trying to figure out how long contractions last and how far apart they are and also tells you how many contractions you have per hour.

Should not have to pay to remove an accidental contraction. I understand you have to make money but what’s the point in tracking my contractions if I can have it all ruined by slipping my finger?

Excellent way of monitoring contractions. I really wanted to give this app 5 stars. It was fabulous to use to monitor contractions.. deducted 1 star for prompting me many times while in intense labour to leave a review.... felt could be prompted next couple days as a notification requesting a review rather than while in the depth of it all..!!! Other deduction was felt it would be good it the app had a countdown of since last contraction - also writing of time on left so teeny, tiny had to take a screen shot and expend photo.. when contractions are a few mins a part that’s extremely annoying. Was also annoying to be told to go to hospital.. haha we were already there .. Maybe I was using app for wrong reason.. we used to time contraction so we could time gas start 15secs before it started so that max benefit if gas was at peak of contraction.. had to flick between timer and logging contractions Great app wanted to give 5 stars

Love it. Amazing app, so helpful

Great. Not very expensive for a bit of peace of mind. Easy to use and straight forward

Contraction Timer. Used when my waters broke until the hospital arrival 10/10 for this one

Awesome. Analyses contractions, suggests when you should go to hospital. Simple and intuitive.

Good. Useful for labour

Amazing!. Amazing thank you!!

Inappropriate. I am giving the app one star as I am in the midst of contractions and before it lets me even time them it is hassling me for a review. Completely inappropriate.

Awesome. Great application easy to use and has everything you need to monitor contractions

Very accurate. Downloaded this app after waking up with consistent contractions at 36+3 weeks and timed a few. The app popped up with a message telling me to go to the hospital. I was being stubborn so I thought I didn’t measure them correctly or something. Was convinced to call the hospital by my husband to ask and they said to come in to check on baby. Got there a little while later and after examination was already 4cm dilated. The app was very accurate when it told me to go the hospital and I should have trusted it. My son arrived 3 hours after getting to the hospital. If you download this app trust what it says!

Great app but... It would be awesome if it were compatible with Apple Watch that way mothers have an option to track their contractions on their watch rather then phone. I feel like because we use our phone for other things like video recording, photos, calls etc having the app open consumes battery. So I’m having to keep my phone on charger so that there’s enough battery for taking photos etc later on … or having to call the hospital etc. Food for thought

Easy to use. Downloaded this app to time contractions; it’s pretty good and easy to use. If I could leave a feedback: could we please make this available to use on Apple Watch?

Enjoying contractions. Who the hell enjoys contractions

So helpful and accurate. This app followed my contractions and said its time to head to hospital. Same day I had my baby born. Thank u and love this app.see u with the nxt baby.☺️

Good. Helps a lots

👍. 👍

Reviewing to get rid of review requests. Haven’t had to use this yet but based on previous reviews am writing this so the review requests don’t pop up. Interface works well and easy to use, has ads but most likely will pay to remove them as they will reduce battery life & get in the way

Helpful. I like how you can send yourself the full report of contractions via email very easily. Then I would restart the contractions to get a better average. One piece of feedback I would suggest would be to have a “night mode” for when we’re timing late at night the white screen is very bright. Need a black version

Here he comes!. Yeah goes alright definitely handy one less thing to worry about, but I can’t seem to send the results to my email which is very annoying especially after I’ve paid for this app! Let me know when you’ve sorted it out. Btw I’ve already changed my email settings to no avail so it ain’t that.

It was great. Used it myself and until I couldn't handle it anymore then my partner took Over easy to use

Great app not happy about being charged. This was a free app but when i checked my statement after download when all we did was hit go stop go, was that this ap cost me 20 how is that possible. I feel i have been scammed others be warned!

Super Helpful. Amazing app, just what I was wanting to keep track of my contractions, it even let me know when to go to the hospital so I called the midwives, went in and gave birth within 3more hours of contractions and 3mins of pushing

Spelling. Haven't used it yet but already it's annoying me. Please just spell 'breaks' correctly. It's not 'breakes'.

It works but…. I mean the app itself works well. But constant ads popping up and being asked to rate and/or buy the full version at 3am while I was mid-contractions and going into labour was pretty annoying. Also you can’t delete a contraction from the timer if you accidentally tapped so then it throws off your average contraction times.

Pop-up ads nearly got me killed. Mrs said to time her contractions, video ad popped up and I missed 3 contractions. She yelled at me to stop watching videos on my phone instead doing what she asked me. 10/10 would not recommend if you like living

Ads. What absolute idiot put ads on a contraction timer one of the last things someone wants to listen to whilst in labour is stupid game ads and what not. Not at all helpful for people who have all their labour’s be 2/3min apart from the beginning and you really shouldn’t trust it as some people have their babies born with them 5+ minutes apart

Contraction timer. This was so simple and so effective. Even came up with a message to say pack your bags and head to hospital. Loved it!! Takes the pressure off trying to time contractions when you're in the thick of it. Use this app if you want it to be as smooth and easy as possible. One less thing to have to worry about, you can focus on the job at hand and get into the zone! 😁

Great start. Good if you want to take a break from contractions and peruse through ads for arcade games which are impossible to get rid of.

Would be better if didn’t ask you to rate every time you have a contraction.. Would be better if didn’t ask you to rate every time you have a contraction.

Colour not great. Can’t hardly see with the colour green. Not good accessibility

Got ads. Got ads

Review request during Labor. Maybe it would be better to not have a request for reviews right after most contractions? Like, I’m busy, OBVIOUSLY! The timing and warnings to contact your provider, or head to the hospital were reassuring. App did what it was supposed to. Was just annoying to have to close a review window before prepping for another contraction.

Contraction live. Ouff

Not compatible with Apple Watch?. I like the interface of the app and how easy it is to use it on the phone. Even with the free version I’m able to track the length of the contractions and the intensity. Unfortunately, the app is not compatible with the Apple Watch which is inconvenient since I barely carry my phone with me around the house. So I end up not being able to track accurately.

Best contraction app.. My daughters birth progressed pretty quickly. The app let me know when to head to the hospital. Thank you!

Free version sucks. App has ads that pop up and you can’t use it. In the middle of labour and an ad for solitare appears that cannot be closed. Lost track of contractions.

Good but pushing notifications during use. It keeps asking me to rate the app while I’m trying to time a contraction. Not the greatest time to do that.

Great app. Everything you need to track Your contractions

Ads pop up mid use. Ads pop up while using it, really tries to push you to buy the premium version by giving you almost no options in the app.

Worked Great!. Worked Great! Worth the extra couple bucks to get the full version

Not practical. Can’t edit in the free version

Ads instead of timer. My wife was in labor and I was trying to use the app but was unable due to the ads preventing me from starting the timer. This happened several times and made it difficult to track contractions

Contraction Timer. It timed my contractions!!!

Annoying at the worst moments. Wife goes into labor and the app is asking me to rate it while we’re busy trying to time a particularly painful contraction. Cmon. It also told us within 3 interactions it was time to go to the hospital, which was untrue - since the last number in a 411 or 511 contraction timing is “for one hour”. It was more annoying than helpful as a timer

Keeps asking me to rate the app DURING contractions. Keeps asking me to rate the app DURING contractions AND I paid full price for it. How insensitive do the developers have to be to do this? They deserve 1 star bc it messes up the time recordings. Now let me have my contractions in peace. Asking for a refund once this is done.

It’s an useful application. Useful app

Best contraction app. Perfect app to track contraction well work in app purchases. Hoping for easy and complication free labor to all

False alarm. The app kept telling me it was time to go to the hospital, but it definitely wasn’t time! As a first time mom... talk about nerve-wracking!

Inappropriate ad timing. Ad popped up right when I needed to track. Stupid.

Horrible adds. If you’re looking for a simple contraction timer for free don’t get this. A crazy horrible add will sound randomly, which when you are contracting may give you the desire to smash your phone to bits. Pay for it or try a different app.

Review in the middle of my contractions. I downloaded the app a month ago to be able tkk on use it when the time came without this exact issues as I read it in the reviews. Let me labour in peace!!

Multi Devices. I bought the app on my ipad and can’t have the full version on my iphone as well. You should add a login system that recognize you bought it. Now I need to leave for the hospital with the bulky iPad.

10/10 recommend. Used this with my second born, super easy to use & told me exactly when I needed to go to the hospital for birth and was very spot on. I have recommended to many of my friends who recently had children.

Deplorable. ne calcule que 4 contractions

Money grab for basic features. Can’t even edit contractions without paying lol

Good but pop ups. Useful but it keeps asking for a review while I am in labour

Perfect for the Dad’s who have no idea!!!!. This app is perfect for the dads who has no idea but wants to help.

Hopefully it works well. I’m waiting for my contraction. Hopefully it works well.

Helped with the birth of two of our daughters!. Great app, it’s helped us with the birth of two of our daughters! Gets the job done.

Great app!. I love this app, it makes it so much easier to focus on your labour, yourself and your baby and not have to worry about calculating how long/how appart contractions are. The design is simple and easy to use, I definitely recommend.

Spams ads as you try to time contractions. The amount of ads basically makes this app unusable. Other free apps are a better option.

Free version is useless. It’s annoying that they even have a version whereby you can’t edit the contractions unless you upgrade. Timing contractions is critical and by the time you need to edit one of yours, you’ve already been using the app and have your previous data stored so you feel you need to pay for the upgrade to maintain the integrity of your data. Doesn’t make sense to me able to record and track data but not edit it if you’ve input something wrong. I’m sure they get a lot of panic upgrades because people are in the middle of labour. Not cool.

Reviews. Stop asking me to review your app while I’m actively having contractions! TERRIBLE

Ne pas payer pour cette application. L’application calcule correctement les contractions mais impossible de supprimer les erreurs, ni de faire plusieurs rondes de contractions. Même lorsqu’on paie l’app.

Don’t ask for reviews during contractions. Not happy I paid for this app and it’s asking me for a review mid contraction!!!

Not accurate. Tells you to go to the hospital WAY too soon.

Hoyo. Rating now

Trash. Don’t pay for this trash. Says free. But won’t let you do things without paying. Trash

Dangerous. Quits timing contractions unless you upgrade while in labour, so you have to start over with something else. Wasted precious minutes trying to figure out if it was time... baby ended up coming fast and midwives barely made it in time and baby was in distress- app should definitely not be allowed!

Review so stops asking. Fine

Super helpful!. I was able to go to hospital on the right time because of this app. It helped me a lot to be aware of my labor progress so I highly recommend the use of this app.

Terrible and needs major changes. The button to start and stop contraction timing is extremely sensitive, and catches touches where I definitely didn't touch the button but just nearby while scrolling the previous data. Can't delete, add or alter data without paying for full app and it was throwing full screen ads in my face while I'm trying to record contractions! No I don't care about ordering food right now thank you! Terrible. Way better apps out there and free ones too. This has the makings of a good app but you need to work on changing it

Good if you pay. Useful with the caveat that you’ll need to pay for the premium app. Otherwise the pop up ads will interfere with your counts.

Free version sucks.. After timing 5 contractions you get locked into an ad, which is the absolute last thing you need when you’re in excruciating pain trying to time your contractions. Don’t bother unless you’re going to purchase the ad free version.

Annoying add pop ups. There are already adds on the main screen, and yet they feel the need to block your entire screen for 5 seconds... it’s not like it’s already a stressful enough time in ones life... let’s throw some adds at her!

Force you to pay. -Make sure to shop around before stuck with this expensive and very basic app -They make sure to force you to buy while you or your significant other in labor otherwise you willl lose information that you entered

Ads?. The fact that this has ads between contractions that you have to x out of boggles my mind - keep the ads non interrupting or down below. What the heck

Early review. I’m rating this before I go into labour in hopes to avoid being asked when I’m in immense pain, like the other reviews state! 😆

Great. Works great

Best app!. Best app whatsoever! My favourite feature is long term tracking and being able to delete a contraction! The deletion is a life saviour

Really helpful. This app was super helpful and easy to use. It helped me know when contractions were merely “practice” or real and urged me to go to the hospital at the right time. Because I followed what it said I reached the hospital and was at 5cm!! Thanks a lot for making such a useful app for Mom’s who are planning on a vaginal delivery.

Highly recommend. Awesome app. Totally accurate with tracking contractions and informing you when to call your provider or when to go to the hospital. I started tracking my unexpected contractions with the app at 3 a.m. and gave birth to my son at 6:20 pm that same day. Thanks to the app letting me know that it was time to go to the hospital.

Dark mode needed. Most often women start labor at night or late evening. So I’d suggest provide an option of switching to the dark mode. Our eyes need to rest and partner next to us doesn’t need to be woken up by the brightness of the screen (or maybe for someone this is a good way to make them suffer together with their birthing spouses)

Great for timing, sometimes annoying interprets. Love the timer; it’s slightly annoying to see its little interpretations pop up “Looks like Practice Contractions” etc. Especially for someone prone to prodromal labor. I can interpret the data just fine without pop up messages giving me extra ideas. Plus, they seem like they could be misleading for some people. Better to just let us see the data and avoid the interpretations.

Easy to use!. STM and I could not figure out if my contractions were regular, and how long they were lasting. The app was simple and easy to use while I was in pain. Wish I would have listened when it told me to go to the hospital but I waited a longer and barely got there in time! Great app!

Must Load App. I used this app when I began having my contractions and it walked me through everything from taking a shower and from when to go to the hospital. I recommend this application to all you expecting mommy. I also took screen shots of my contractions as well as the notes that guided us to the hospital. I printed them up to add to my baby’s album.💙

Fabulous App!. Used this to count and track my contractions for labor this time. Great app and I didn’t even mind the pop up adds. Also liked that you can delete a logged contraction if it turns out to be a falsey; which I had some during my latent labor.

Ads? You high?. This was a mistake. Simple and clean. It’s a good app, a basic timer but in between contractions THE LAST THING we wanted to see was ADS. “Would you like to upgrade?” Do you really think that was a question I wanted to answer at that moment? What were you thinking? I am pretty sure that the 80% of the customers were just clicking on next and bought whatever you were selling. I honestly feel sorry for you.

Amazing app! Life saver. We started having contractions at 10:30 PM. After a few we downloaded this app among others. After a few entries it told us to get ready for the hospital (if this was the second pregnancy). GOOD THING WE DID. We left when it told us to and my wife was already 10cm dilated on arrival. She gave birth within 15 minutes of arriving!! Great app!

Does the bare minimum. It’s basically a stopwatch and that’s it. You can time your contractions, nothing more unless you pay for a monthly subscription (how many months do they honestly think you’re going to be timing contractions for??). You can’t edit times after the fact. If you’re a first time mom like me, it’s hard to tell gas pains vs contractions and sometimes you psych yourself out. You’re basically out of luck at that point and have to start all over again.

Get ready to watch ads during labor. I don’t think the developers considered how much my husband and I would hate them, downloading the free version and then finding out when the contractions are two to three minutes apart that we couldn’t log a contraction because of an ad. Like, we hate all of the products that were shown to us during that period. You should probably think twice before entrusting a life or death function to an ad supported product

Great Aesthetic but No Intensity Tracker?. This app is beautiful. By far the best contraction timer to look at. BUT there’s no way to track the intensity of the contractions which is a feature I really want. I’ve decided to switch to a less pretty app that allows me to track intensity as well as to see average length of contractions and average time between them. If this app had those things as well as the helpful info about labor stages, it would be a slam dunk.

Saved my baby. Started having contractions when I was walking around at the store. I might have tried to toughen it out and blame it on Braxton-Hicks— but after a few it popped up that I needed to go in. Sure enough I was starting to go into labor and dilating, at 30 weeks. They were able to get it stopped and baby is still cooking. So thankful for this app!

Simple to utilize during labor!. I appreciated the notes offered to start getting ready to go... and a suggestion to leave if you live far from the hospital. I felt like that gave me an opportunity to transition my mindset. I’d suggest that the developers delay the request for a review - I had zero interests in completing it while I’m in labor lol (three weeks postpartum now, shocked I remembered to come back and do it)

Got me to the hospital on time!. After almost not making it with my third I was very anxious about not getting to the hospital in time for my fourth! This app told me when I was having Braxton Hicks vs real contractions! Then when to go to the hospital. I made it in with plenty of time and had a peaceful birth this time around. I was very relieved!

Very useful. This app has been great and easy to use, I think I’ll buy the upgrade for a more personalized experience which is something I never, ever, do.. but this app is worth it. Thank you to the developers who made it

SUCCESSFULLY TRACKED MY CONTRACTIONS!!!. This app is incredible! I love how simple and easy it is to use and it made everything 1 million times better when my water broke and I started having contractions on my own. We just had our very first child and I couldn’t of tracked my contractions without this app!

Wonderful App. This App was so helpful during my labor to track contractions. Easy to use! My husband would start and stop when I’d tell him which allowed me to stay in the bathtub and focus on working through each contraction. We knew when we should be heading to the hospital based on the provided information.

Got through it. This app is pretty and works well for what it’s supposed to do. It’s easy to start and stop contractions. I paid for the extra features, but I wish it had come with some graphs for the historical data of my contractions. So I could have gone back and seen the difference between them and present contractions. It shows you the exact times of all your contractions, but it only shows average frequency and duration for the current hour. That’s why I didn’t give 4-5 stars.

Amazing app. I have neeeever left an app review before but I wanted to give y’all the 5 stars you deserve. This app was so helpful in watching my irregular contractions become regular. It helped me make a lot of sense of what was happening to my body. I was able to get myself to a hospital for a safe delivery, honestly, in large part to the better understanding your app provided to me.

Review. The app was awesome! I loved that not only was keeping track of my contractions a simple as the touch of a button but also that it gave me an average of how far apart my contractions were and an average of how long they lasted. After 4 contractions it gives suggestions of whether you should go to labor and delivery or keep monitoring!

Labor pains. Indoor much pain eeeeeee weeew ooooo huh huh huh huh wow That’s Crazy is a time of a day for a good morning to come home from the hospital today I have to go home to get food for the baby is this week and I’m coming to the house and then I have a baby night I have a baby next time you go home to the baby I have to be at the house at five so bye baby was the afternoon day and you have to come back to my appointment at five so bye

Good but premium bug errors. Like the app and ended up paying for premium for extra features— like emailing results. The app says I don’t have an email set up thru my phone, so I tried to contact support for help— which also requires email. I have no way of fixing or using some of the paid premium features, even with the app fully set up. Glad it wasn’t expensive but still unfortunate.

Great App. I started tracking my contractions around 11:30am and called my doctor after one hour when the app notified me to go to the hospital. Based on my contractions, my doctor agreed and I was there in the next hour. I was in active labor and ended up having my baby boy 3 hours later. A very fast delivery. I highly recommend this app.

Basic, Not Helpful. This is a very basic app that does less than your phone's notepad and timer. I would rather use my notepad and timer than use this app. There is also no way to edit contractions to add one when you didn't get to the button fast enough. The function of this app is overly limited. It is an easy-to-use app, but perhaps that should be expected with something that doesn't have many useful functions.

Ok. Well it definitely helped me time the contractions - and my contractions were spaced consistently at about 5 minutes - app told me to go to hospital (did it twice because it only timed it for about half an hour each time). Called my dr, said sounded like could be today. But told me to see how I feel I’m about an hour. well 13 hours later I’m still at home and no more contractions or baby... (4 days past my due date)

So limited. If you accidentally hit the start button, you can’t even delete it without paying to? It screws up a lot of the timing when that happens. The free version is so incredibly limited. You can’t even restart the hour without deleting ALL your data. For something you only need for, you know, a handful of days of your entire life, they need to do some work on the free version.

So helpful during labor!. This was my first pregnancy and I didn’t know a dang thing. So, to have an app like this that timed the contractions for me and let me know when it was time to go to the hospital... was very useful. This app definitely helped make my first childbirth experience a little easier!

Amazing app. I am so grateful for this amazing app. After 2 years of my sons birth, now I have an issue: the feature to “send history by email” throws an error message “please set up your mail account in the phone settings”. This message is not helping, can you please explain what I should do? Thank you

I highly recommend, with one downside. I was anxious about when to head to the hospital, bought on a whim. I loved the “get ready to head out” guidance and it was correct on what time to leave home. I had been tracking on paper when I found this app. I wish that I could have been able to put in my old data to have had it analyzed vs just in the moment as it took more time. All in all WORTH IT

Doula’s perspective. I like the app, but would also like it to not always say hospital, as some are birth centers or home births. I would also suggest after a few consist-ant contractions to have the mom call the midwife/physician, rather than telling them to go to the hospital so early on. It would also be helpful for audio start, for times when mom has moved away from device with app. Otherwise good.

Ads played between contractions. I downloaded this app in a rush as my water broke and I started having contractions. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to go into labor and be timing EXTREMELY painful contractions 2-3 minutes a part and having ads pop up that I have to skip and mute. Ads that aren’t even relevant to giving birth. Very frustrating. I could hardly breathe and focus on getting through each contraction. No reason why the free version should have ads that play while you are using the app.

Simple and efficient. I’ve used several different contraction trackers. Had 3 day long labor with my first so one can imagine. This was the only app I used with my second because it was simple and effective. Upgrade needed in order to make adjustments to previously recorded data, but still functional without the upgrade which I appreciated. Thank you!

Love this app!!. I had my second baby last year and this worked perfectly. I was unsure if I was in labor and this app did the job and told me to get right over to the hospital. I am now pregnant again and will not hesitate to use this app again!

“Free” app is useless, subscription takes advantage of parents in vulnerable circumstances. Just charge for the app up front instead of lying to people. “Free” version of App is completely impractical for use tracking contractions. “Subscription” version is very good, but makes user feel lied to and manipulated. Parents are busy timing contractions and planning when to go to hospital. Don’t have time an energy to waste on silly decisions or wait for payment to go through. I’ll use a different app next time!

It works. I started having contractions at 9:45 I downloaded this app my contractions were 7 min apart it kept track of them until they were 3 minutes apart it kept telling me to get ready to go to the hospital so I took a bath and when I got out dried off my water popped at 5 am and a baby girl was born that same day ❤️

Worked Well!. This app helped me time my contractions, so by the time I got to the hospital, I was already 5 cm! I loved all the data! The only inconvenience are the constant ads popping up. When the pain overtakes you, your impulse is to concede to the pro version…but I feel like it the app takes advantage of a mother’s state in that way!

Great APP worth downloading. This app made me take my booty to the hospital it's awesome I've strongly recommend it to friends ! When it tells you to go to the hospital please don't be a hard head like myself I ended up going in after the 3rd warning and once I got there I was 8 cm dilated it was baby time 💓

Super accurate and helpful. I highly recommend this app. It’s super simple and easy, no way to mess up or figure stuff out, it will do it for you. It counted my contractions and told me when it was time to hit the road and it was so accurate! Highly recommend

Best App ever!!. This app was amazing literally didn’t know when I should go to the hospital, one day I thought I should used the app and they didn’t suggest it, the day I went into labor I used the app and it told me to start heading the the hospital as I was keeping track of my contractions sure enough I get to the hospital and they actually keep me as it is time for me to give birth to my baby boy !!

Won’t let me see how to use app without paying. The app won’t allow me to access the instructions for how to use the app without paying for the premium version. Every time I open the instructions, I get a pop up to pay for the ad-free version. When I “x” out of that pop up I’m immediately pulled out of the instructions. If you want it to be a paid only app just make it a paid only app, don’t offer a free version that doesn’t let users read the instructions.

Had our baby using this app. Really helpful information along the way. Considerably accurate as well. Although it is situational to each pregnancy. Ours went perfect right along with the feedback from the app. Amazing job. Got to the hospital right on at 7cm active labor. Baby was there 4 hours later. God bless and good luck !

Perfect for counting contractions. Great for keeping track of contractions! Only downsides are that you must watch some ads and that there is no way to edit your pattern if for example, you were in the bathroom and couldn’t press the start/stop button. But good overall. Got me to the hospital on time to deliver baby #2. Would recommend.

Pretty good contraction tracker. Only flaw so far is there is no way to share contractions with someone unless you take a screenshot. Wish there was a share button option like in the Uber app where you can share your ride with someone so they can track your progress. Would be neat to share with spouse or parents etc.

Ads. Look, it’s a nice app, easy to use for a simple goal, count your contractions, help predict labor and when to head to the hospital. Though after one use, I’m going back to another app. Why? Well, mid contraction, app is counting, then, an ad popped up, and promptly froze. I’m like, uh, let’s picture this when I’m actually near labor and screaming: oh, this contraction is 32 sec and counting, but wait! Got a 30 sec ad, let me scream for 30 sec and see what happens, oh darn, it froze, got reload as I check if my water is broken and what not. Yeah, old app it is.

Easy and straightforward. I downloaded this app about 30 minutes after I thought I was in labor and it was really helpful and simple to use. It was accurate in its suggestion to get ready and when to head to the hospital. The only annoying thing were the ads that popped up at inconvenient times, like that’s at all what you’re worried about when you’re in labor.. Still would suggest it and use it again!

A freaking godsend!. Downloaded this app based on a side recommendation from a friend. When my wife thought she was going into labor, we were fixated on this app and getting closer to the 5-1-1 mark. Every call to the Dr starts with asking about those key metrics and calculating rolling averages on the fly in a stressful situation is not viable. Easily worth the price for free, splurged for the 2$ for the ability to edit contraction results.

Good if you pay 5 dollars. This app has the potential to be extremely helpful but the fact that you can not edit contractions or do anything other than start and stop a timer UNLESS you pay 5 dollars is ridiculous. Accidentally started the timer and didn’t notice and it through off the whole day of timing because of an accident- and the only way to “edit” without paying is to delete ALL timed contractions. Ridiculous

Pop up ads in between contractions.. When trying to log contractions I can’t tell you how infuriating it is to have to exit out of pop up ads! I had my baby in the car, my contractions were strong and I tried as long as I could to time them in this app to try to discern if I was going to make it to the hospital. I eventually had to toss the phone because trying to exit out of a 🤬🤬 advertisement while in labor, in between contractions, is an awful experience for moms in labor. Search elsewhere and test out system before you go into labor.
