Dicey ethics. I loved JibJab when I was younger but when I went to sign up for a subscription I noted some really problematic depictions. There really shouldn’t be an app where a non-Native American person can put their face on Squanto for a thanksgiving card 😬 I would love to use this app to make fun cards but I had to stop when I saw that. Besides that there are really stereotypical depictions of Mexican and Native Hawaiian culture. Not cool. Furthermore it’s really heteronormative. That’s not something I’d delete the app over cause you can put any face in the blanks but it really added to my discomfort. I really hope this changes so I can make cards for my loved ones without giving my money to a company that supports these practices

I love jib jab but.... So I have had jib jab for many years now and loved it... but when are you guys going to get new videos? What used to set you apart from other apps was the amazing videos you could add yourself in but I very rarely see new videos added. I do pay for the yearly membership and it isn’t cheap. So where is all the membership fee money being spent? On the e-cards? Let’s be real most people get this app for the ability to add people into the amazing videos not the cards. Again what sets you apart are the videos so many start spending all those membership fees on making some newer videos. I read a lot of the comments and it seems it is a reoccurring theme that most people want new videos. This app could be amazing if you just added a new video every month or so. I really don’t want to cancel my membership or delete this app but if it is going to be the same old videos then I will have to. So I hope you take the advice from all these comments and work on some new videos. Thank you.

Needs Work. I think this app needs some more work put into it because right now it just seems underdeveloped. I was actually frustrated when I tried to put my face into this gif. I wanted to reposition my face when I put it this gif so it would be more visible, but I couldn't do that with the app. Once I made a face, I couldn't edit it again and would have to start over in order to make a better looking one. The process of editing a face was also frustrating. It was difficult to reposition the face and/or zoom in and out from it without also rotating it. I think the editing features when making a face should be more separated and not smushed together. I didn't have enough control over and ability to edit was I was making. It needs improvement.

JibJab. LOVE, LOVE the App. Fun, unique, easy to use to get such a wonderful personalized video card that makes me and everyone I have shared them with laugh as much as the first time even after watching them over and over again! Any assistance I needed from the company was the fastest and most professionally helpful response I have receive from almost any online service I have ever used! Extremely satisfied with my entire experience!

Needs Improvement. Awesome idea and fun to use, but.. they need much more new revolving content. They still have much of the same content they had years ago when I first signed up. And l like weird, but sometimes it’s so weird that I can’t even figure out what it is. Like, I just searched TGIF and there’s a person sitting on top of ...maybe a fish or a whale?? Most of the songs are unrelatable music and have too many required face participants. Other than that, I love using JibJab and making my friends and family laugh.

All the best... I from time to time had issues within the app.. but it must be said that their customer service is the BEST I have encountered, EVER. They have acknowledged any issue quicker than Apple has w the $$$$$ phone of endless troubles. I bring that up in analogy as the comparison in what the phone cost/promised/resources to solve w the company size/cost/resolve at JibJab, the direct service at their company (specifically Taylar🙏🏻🎄 bless you!) is beyond admirable. A few tweaks here n there is nothing w the quality of service provided. My loyalty & kudos will forever be theirs. Thank you to all! Happy Holidays & keep the “jabs” rolling.. Buyers remorse. Do not by the annual membership! It was fun for a couple days, BUT at $24/yr. it is a very expensive for what you get. There is by far not enough content to choose from and it is infrequently updated with new material. Uploading the faces is very easy, but It is frustrating that you cannot sort videos by the number of people/cast members. So if I know I want 4 people in my card, I have to spend time opening each one to see how many I can put in. I emailed the company to make sure I wasn’t missing something, and it was confirmed this is not an option. More content for families with children is needed. I hope changes are made because this was surely a disappointing purchase.

Simple request for a great app!!!. This is an amazing and fun app!!! I use it constantly to send out special messages. And, everyone loves the videos and gifs. I do have a request, if possible. It would be GREAT if you guys can program the app to possibly have a search feature to include the number of people or faces you can cast. Because, it’s rather tedious to check each video or gif to see how many faces we can cast. Thus, if there was an option to select the number of faces to cast and then it would give you a list of videos and gifs. So, if I wanted to cast 3 faces then I would select that option and it would immediate provide me with a list. This would definitely help to make the app more user friendly and efficient. Fun and Funner!. Does it really get better at Christmas time then making your family members laugh! Creating memories from cute little videos that Jibjab has put together! (Did I spell their company name right?) I guess the only FAULT that I can find is that they don’t have free videos with more than 1 face at a time? If there is (then I missed it) and it must be hidden, because I went through ALL the free “Gifs” that you can save (as GIF or Video file) which the “1 face videos, are VERY cute”

Needs more original and frequently updated content. I love this app and even paid for a subscription initially but a year later the birthday videos are the same ones. Was looking to see if new content had been added to see if I should renew and there were maybe two new videos a year later but nothing worth spending money on. Really disappointed. Love the idea but needs more original content added to be worth a subscription.

Can’t post music videos. Facebook deletes the music videos immediately because of copyright on the songs JibJab provides which is really annoying. Why offer it if it is not allowed to be used. I love JibJab but I’m scared to used for fear of getting banned from Facebook for copyright infringement. So what exactly am I paying for ? A few e-cards and GIF’s ? JibJab should pay the artist for use of their songs which would allow users of the app to download videos to Facebook. I really feel I’m being ripped off and I’m not happy about it either!!!!! 😠😳 What exactly does my plan include because I would really love to use the music videos

Fantastic app and sooo much fun. I have loved this app since day one! Had a minor problem ( the bug they have squashed) I sent an email for help because I didn’t know there was an update. Response came from Heather within a minute!! Did the update and everything is working fine again! Can’t say enough good things about the app and the support. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!❤️

If you want to make people laugh. My family and I have had so much fun making videos and the pictures we have never laughed so hard in all of our lives my mom the last few weeks of her life we made several videos of everybody singing and dancing and acting crazy with your videos and everybody loved them and we laughed so hard it was great memories thank you for them

Just some minor problems. For one, I like all the music videos, but I’d like to see some old stuff too for music videos. Stuff like Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Styx, and maybe even Metallica. Second, what happened to Christmas Rock? That was an awesome, funny Christmas E Card, but now I don’t see it anymore! I’m a huge metalhead and I love Christmas; I miss that E Card! And finally, I understand that we have to be members to send and watch full E Cards and Music Videos, but can’t we just sign in from E-Mail and pay once instead of having to pay every few months to renew our memberships? Just the few pet peeves I have. Other than that though, this app is plain awesome and funny. Keep it up guys! 😁👍🏻

Not bad kid.... Pretty good and easy app to use. Have a photo of your mom? Well turn her into a turtle. Got photos of your friends? Well let’s make them dancing elves. On a real side note, I wish there were more gifs and content to work with! With paying for the membership, it’s good but wish there were more. It would be awesome if there was a video uploaded to put faces into them. (Hard, but maybe impossible... Or not worth it?) Still good easy app to use.

Respect!. Seems like every app these days make you start a “free” trial or pay up front. Or give you one horrible option and expect you to want to purchase more. FINALLY a fun app that doesn’t throw adds and payment options at you. It’s very simple but effective to get some good laughs. Put your dads face on a guys body who is doing a seductive dance and watch the family roar in laughter. Send your bud a funny birthday wish. This app gets it done and doesn’t demand all the baby back bullsh!t whining in return!

Need More. Although I’m enjoying the app, you all need to add more brown ski people, more African American hair and more African American songs. African Americans use the app, do y’all should accommodate for them as well. There’s hardly any representation on this app for Black people and that’s not fair when they are spending their money to use the app. If I’d known of the characters on this app, I wouldn’t have purchased it, because this is just totally unfair. SMH (shaking my head)

Great app Poor customer service. I purchased this app… It’s such a great app that I was going to purchase it again since I’m unable to Store it… When I tried to purchase it again it said, you already own it… and so the circle of frustration begins.. ...And continues… For nearly a year…. Until I finally gave up and write this review… They will say “contact… Blah blah blah“… I did… Over and over and over again… No six… Your money returned… No one seems to care… because I contacted customer support no less than 30 times and get the same Robo reply back every time, I explain to the Robo reply guy and again get the same rubble reply… Enjoy it we but don’t pay for it...

Not worth it at all!. This app is useless!! You pay to make these videos and your not allowed to share them on fb or anywhere else. If I pay to make the video with all MY face images and people I know images then I should be able to share them! They want you to sign in using fb to their app to see your private fb but just try sharing the video you made to your fb - you can't! And I'm paying for this! Videos I can send or share! Rip off!

App not allowing to share after paying for the subscription. Unfortunately the application doesn’t work for me. I downloaded the app, created the account and sign up for the monthly fee to make a Christmas video with the family and when I get to download it is asking me for money when I have already paid for it. I waited a few days until maybe the fee clear with the bank and uninstalled the app but after a few days and all it doesn’t work still. The app thing already took my money from my account but the app doesn’t work. Was not able to use anything

Jibjab is the best!. Jibjab never fails to bring a smile to my face and the faces of the people I send them to. It’s a life saver when I forget to send a card on time, too. It’s also great just to brighten someone’s day and there is so much to choose from for all kinds of occasions. Everyone I have ever sent one to has loved them, from the very young to the very old. I love jibjab!!

Doesn’t make links to send videos. Hi- I love this app, but I can’t share the best stuff with my friends and family! I have paid for the upgrade twice, and for months I couldn’t make videos and send. I worked with support for like a month and the final answer was - and I’m paraphrasing- ‘Sorry about that. You shouldn’t have any issues making and sharing videos and cards from the computer version though. Enjoy!’ If I wanted to email this stuff, and be on a computer doing it, I would. It’s for random bored moments when you want to share something hysterical. Please fix it!!! I have already turned off my auto-renew but not excited about a full year of paid upgrade that I can’t use... Thanks!

Haven’t been able to create a video/gif/e-card on the app for over 1 mo. Though I informed them of the troubleshooting methods I had already used multiple times and unsuccessfully, JibJab’s customer support offered nothing more than suggesting that I repeat each of these ineffective methods. It was quite clear that my correspondence detailing the app’s dysfunction and my remedy attempts was skimmed, but not read. Very frustrating to write, “I deleted the app, downloaded it again, and it still got stuck while updating a face,” and have JibJab respond back to me by asking, “Did you try deleting the app and downloading it again?”

Reduce all the cynicism!. There should be more music from previous decades bcz many of us don’t like the predominance of explicit and/or negative natures of the newer offerings - ppl need laughs and inspiration w/o cynicism folks! Also, you need to expand content on your offerings. It feels like you need to hire ppl out of their 20’s to get some perspective and wider based insight/values. Right now your site feels kinda laaaazy... We’re paying monthly and need better content to choose from folks!

JibJab. jibJab is by far one of the greatest apps I have ever subscribe to. I’ve had it for a number of years now and use it for birthdays, holidays, all kinds of events. I have seven grandchildren five of which are in the 7 to 8 range. Every time I go see them they want me to play JibJab with them. Put their faces in something funny and they’ll sit there and giggle laugh and have so much fun. The birthday cake splat has been their favorite. they switch out different faces and sit on my lap watching it numerous times and laughing each time the cake splat takes place. One thing that I really really like is the “school’s out for summer” because it has some thing. Funny for the kids that isn’t necessarily tied to a holiday or personal event. I sent that out to all of my kids with a JibJab to share with the grandkids. They all responded back right away. Keep up the good work. A very satisfied long-term customer.

Good app, but purchasing problem. I purchased/used this app years ago and liked it. Recently, I purchased it again to use for a friend’s birthday, but when I tried to create an account, I kept getting a message about how my account didn’t match my purchase info. Frustrating. I couldn’t seem to rectify the problem, so I requested a refund (less than an hour later). A couple of weeks after that, I was charged for the subscription. So I put in a second request for a refund. This time it went through. Cumbersome….

Response. I have enjoyed Jib Jab years before also. My friends and kids love to get these by text, and I love no sending them. However, when I signed up again for Jib Jab this year, some of the videos haven’t got very good music. “It’s too much rap, too fast, and hard to understand some. Red” They could work on that and several videos would be much better in my opinion. Also, changing all the old ideas to new ones. Thank you.

Love this and Gif Gab!. I love this app & people adore the "facially-personalized" videos I send. I do though, have to agree with some of the "content" reviews. I have 2 grandsons. I would not want them to see some of the racier things on there. It would be great to have all those rather "suggestive" ones in their own category in the listing area. It could be locked & accessed only with a password - or completely deleted! Problem solved. That said, the app is still so wonderful & can undo anyone's doldrums! The cost for one year is a great price, too. LOVE MY JIBJAB APP!

Hilarious App but needs tweeking. This app is hilarious. We have had so much fun making video’s etc. I would give it 5 stars and pay to upgrade but it needs a little more “tweeking”. Often the mouths don’t match or the music timing doesn’t match the video. Also it would be nice to be able to control what photo gets a certain face. When I choose 2 people it always shows 3 or more people. Not sure if you don’t have many 2 people videos but more would be nice to have.

More mini stories than dances please. Love this app! It’s fun and I’ve been one of the first ones to share it with friends a few yrs ago. However, while the price of the app keeps increasing, the videos are becoming a little boring. Jibjab, please do more of the mini story type videos, similar to family Xmas prep type that you had this year, or “Baby birthday” with a baby floating in mother’s womb, “Valentine’s striptease” was hilarious and everyone’s favorite, as well as “Cant take my eyes off you” - more of those, rather than plain boring dance videos (although “Celebration” and “Tequila” are fun) or farting nutcracker, which was honestly gross and silly. And as other reviewers have mentioned, please more filter options. Other than that, it’s a fabulous app to send fun messages on holidays! Please keep bringing more interesting plots.

Never again!!! Don't .Pay for this. I normally order this app every December because we get such a kick out of it. Today I downloaded the app set up an ecard and then followed the prompt to purchase only to return to the app and I can't send anything or watch the entire clip. So disappointed I canceled my subscription and I'll have to write this off a loss. you lost a great customer I even encourage others to purchase. This year ill be passing on this let down to everyone I know and blast this on my social media. Sad really..... The only reason I gave it a star rating is because it made me to leave this review

Pay for an app that says I’m not subscribed. Too bad a fun app that I loved using last year isn’t working this year. I subscribed and jib jab had no problem taking my money. However: keep getting message I’m not subscribed. I emailed them 3 times. Problem still not fixed. My husband tried on his phone. He paid AGAIN!!! Guess what? Same message. Now I have to contact apple to get our money back. Jib Jab fix your technical problem!

Please stop. It’s a great app really I love it but I have to pay to put a video in my camera I love all the Songs it makes me laugh very much and o want to show it to my friends or family but I can’t because I don’t want to spend money just to download a video on my phone. They charge you after you unsubscribe. I’ve been using this app for 2 years. It was fun at the beginning but later on I realised that it’s not offering the new content, so I decided to cancel subscription after 1 year of use. After that the app charged me for the subscription renewal. I reached out to the support service and they refund my money. A year later I subscribed again only for month during the Holliday season and I cancelled my subscription before renewal. However they charged me again for the renewal. I reached out to the customer service but no one is replying.

Unsuccessful sends. I have already paid for jibjab but I’m not able to send anything or share because every time I try to send a card or video, the phone would automatically switch to the advertising to sign you up . Why does it do that if I’ve already paid. Are there more than 1 jibjab and which one do I have. Please explain or refund my money. Thank you. Problem seems to have been solved and are having a great time with it.

NEED SOME CLASSIC ROCK !. I have been using this app for about 2 yrs now, I send birthday videos to my friends. I am 64 yrs old and don’t recognize a lot of the music. I would like to see more Beatles (you have one song); Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Joe Walsh, AC/DC etc. There is a lot of great music you are missing out on and my generation would appreciate it. Also, I have been getting copyright infringement notices when posting some of these videos on Facebook. Is that something I need to worry about ?

Pretty Funny, But.... As cool as this app is, its bothersome that the vast majority of the little templates are made for white people. I’m a black man. It looks dumb when There’s a black face with a white body or white hands. Some of them are just gonna be like that. But seriously, you can slam some gloves up on that or something to make it more user friendly. That’s the ONE THING that stops me from becoming a member. Love the app. But I don’t love how you want me to pay for something that you obviously don’t care enough market to me with even a modicum of specificity. Again, maybe the hands aren’t race specific. That’s a ton of work. Maybe they’re gloves hands. Maybe you take two seconds and think of a solution other than just blanket white wash. Just sayin’.

Fun way to celebrate. I love cheering people up with surprise videos featuring their faces. My grandkids especially love it when they see us together dancing. Unfortunately I have used the kid friendly songs and have resorted to using them as much as the can. There are so many times that I thought a new song had been added and almost used it until I watched it all the way through. Who would have thought that recycling song would have inappropriate language in it? I would love to have some kind of kid friendly asterisk next to the choices.

DOEN NOT SUPPORT FAMILY SHARING!!!. Caveat Emptor! This app does not support family sharing even though it says it does at the bottom of the description! I emailed the company and asked about how to apply the family sharing, which is the only reason I bought the membership. The reply: “We’re sorry for the inconvenience. At this time we’re unable to transfer faces, cards, orders, or subscription information between multiple accounts.” Use the free stuff if you have to but find another app that might truly have family sharing. Getting a refund from this one.

Truly a fun app!. Zzzpurchased what I thought was a great app. I especially liked the " girls just want to have fun " music video and the reason why I bought it. Now that I have purchased it the video duration has been drastically cut to a few seconds, to the point where there isn't enough time to display all the faces on those videos which have Five faces in them. What a disappointment! Refund requested!

From excited to disappointed. I just paid for a year subscription and was very excited to use their software as an icebreaker to a corporate meeting. Unfortunately, their system doesn’t recognize my paid subscription and keeps asking me to pay again. I planned on using this for a meeting tomorrow morning, but with a three day wait period for their customer service group to respond, I guess I’m out of luck. Their software is historical, I’d happily give it 5 stars if they only gave me access to what I paid for. Very disappointed, paying for a service, and then receiving said service, is a pretty low bar to uphold for satisfying customers!

Great app but content not updated enough. App is great but the content isn't updated, except for a few new things during holidays there doesn't appear to be new content added. Also a-lot of older Staring You videos are gone, reducing the content even more. For example there was a Staring You for Slumber Camp Massacre that was really good that is no longer on the site as well as other movie and cards I like to see brought back. Phone version of app, is hard to search through as well. Seems to be a problem sometimes sending videos through messenger also, I end up having to save as gif first then send to messenger.

Fun app, but you can’t share on Facebook. I have always loved JibJab and recently discovered this app for my phone, which is super fun. I really love it. But I paid for a year subscription, and it appears I will not be able to post fun videos on my friends’ Facebook feeds because they’re immediately blocked by Universal Music Group for copyright infringement. I don’t ding JibJab for this - it’s entirely the music industry being ridiculous - but you should know it if this is your reason for buying the subscription. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mimi’s Fave. Every time I see my three-year-old granddaughter, she asks to play Jib Jab! I have a membership going on three years. I’ve saved photos of every family member, update when necessary to keep current, and she picks who to star in each. She’s such a digital native she can almost create them herself. We share precious laughs. The repertoire needs refreshing!!! New, family-friendly music videos please!!!

What?. I’ve been using this program, seldom but in a not over used way. I could have sworn it had a lot of free items but I can’t seem to find hardly any of the free ones. It would be cool if you had a donation program for folks that like ur product but really can’t afford to pay full price for something they only use about once a year. It would bring in an income yet still permit us lower income folks who are the ones usually using such as this to pay something, and still have maybe a bigger limited access. They’ll share ur product and some of those people will pay full price...just a thought... It’s fun...just wish I could use more items. God Bless! M. Davis

Needed help. I had an to redo my subscription. I had a new card end up subscribing to one channel instead of the other and I had two accounts, and I couldn’t figure it out but JibJab tech solve the problem. Help me out with the password. Help me take care of everything they didn’t. Awesome job been with Jim Jeff foreverstill will be thank you to the text at all. Made this possible. Thank you for helping me out when I needed to send joy and a smile to my friends.

Love it!. It is worth paying $2.99 a month for. I have been thinking about purchasing this for a long time now. I finally decided to because I have family that lives far away…and it is just a lot of fun to see our faces on these videos. They are hilarious…and I have not had a good laugh like that in a long time.

Fun app BUT…. The app is very fun BUT when I try to search for GIFs based on keywords like “cry” or “boo” I’m not given much options to choose from. Also I can’t type more than one word like “wake up.” It will stop the search and say results not found. I paid for the subscription but feel very limited with my search options. I hope this gets better. Another thing… maybe giving a tab or option for holidays separately. If I’m texting someone and want to post something funny, I have to scroll through all the holiday stuff in order to get what I want. I’ll continue to use but it needs improvement.

Search? We don’t know her. Who designed this app!? Forever ago I used JibJab and it was great. Now I have to use it on my iPhone in order to NOT pay $24/year?! Ridiculous... A smart business model would be to have multiple options and single card cost $6 with a discount for more cards and an unlimited option. Now... Onto the videos. Have they gotten worse?? We are a family of 3 and want to send a video to our cousin. How do I do this besides selecting EVERY video to see the cast #. No filters. No way to search in videos for birthday specific ones. Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing because nobody else has cornered this market except you JibJab—You should at least be doing it well!!!

Holiday fun for the whole family!. I have really enjoyed exploring all the features of Jib Jab. Halloween is coming up soon and I have made a ton of videos to share with my children and grandchildren. They totally loved the ones where they were the stars! I don’t think you will be disappointed with the quality of the videos. The only think I can’t seem to get right is the moving mouth. I haven’t quite mastered that yet. With more practice, I am sure it will become easier each time.

Longtime user. I’ve been using the app for years and friends and family love them. A few suggestions: Need content related to user’s country of origin, I am in Australia and most items are USA oriented. New content needs to be more constant. I’m starting to run out of appropriate birthday material. Some big birthday oriented content, 50, 60, 70, 16, 18, 21, would be awesome. I will happily continue to use the app with these changes for decades to come. I think these are better than physical cards and far better for the environment.

Jib Jab review. I think that this app is a great way to cheer people up. When I was little my Aunty and I would make funny videos together and when I would watch them they would crack me up. I really think that this app is a great way to have fun and get someone laughing.

Funny app unsubscribe impossible. Really great app and would recommend it for its intent. After paying for full subscription for 5 months it’s vertually impossible to unsubscribe. Still trying.. very frustrating!!!

Great, but crashing. This works great when it’s one face, but if you try and do it with one of the multiple face videos it crashes whenever you try to watch the video to the end (or share it)

Doesn’t work. I subscribed to the premium membership through the iOS App Store, hoping to start downloading videos. JibJab has taken my money through my iTunes account but still insists I need to signup to create videos. I’m now logged in but it doesn’t recognise my premium membership status. I click to try sign-up again and I’m notified that I’m already paying a subscription?? I logged out and tried logging in again - fail! I waited 4 hours and tried again, failed! I’ve emailed JibJab and no response. Don’t waste your money on overseas companies that don’t provide the service you paid for. Note: I’ve also emailed the developer on their suggested email, but they haven’t replied to it, just to this review. Seems they’re more interested in public perception than supporting existing customers.

So much fun. This helps me fill my time with a lot of fun making humorous videos to share with family and friends.

Love love. This is so much fun even for a 68 year old, people that I send to it brings a smile to their face, I love it and I don’t think the yearly subscription is expensive. I have paid for a second subscription as I love it and the friends I send too think so too. Good Value and Fun! P.S. I am now 70 and I have subscribed again as these jibjab videos bring a lot of joy to so many people, it's fun and not at all expensive. Best of all your friends think you are so clever. 😀

App not working. The app is not working correctly unable to make videos

Would not let me renew membership at original rate. In short, my card was stolen and I got a new number. When the old number didn’t match up, the auto renew never worked and my membership was cancelled. When I updated my card details, my previous membership was non existent and my only option was to sign up at the new rate - not the one I was on for 4 years previously. When I contacted them about this, there was no reply. The app itself though is quite good. The review is about the way the company handled a customer of 5+ years.

Can’t buy. I’m trying to buy yearly membership but having an error of internet connection not good . I have tried different wifi and get the same error .

copyright issues on jibjab videos. I got this as it looked fun! I subscribed and sent a valentines video. The videos you can access only if you are a paying customer. I posted to Facebook and got really disappointed! Facebook muted the music as it violated copyright issues! I didn’t get any notice or warning that this would happen so really not happy! Wrote to jibjab and it said that I should either contest it with Facebook or just send a link. So unless you are a paying customer and you want to access the jibjab video , you won’t get your money’s worth as long as there’s a copyright issue and social medias will just mute the music. If you want just the silly clips, they are free and you will enjoy using this app.

VERY SLOW TO PLAYBACK VIDEO. Very slow to playback video on Facebook. I would like a refund as I would have NO use for this when my friends cannot even watch it, unless they want to wait 5 MINUTES OR MORE

CHEAP AND GOOD. So over sending cards through the mail when I found this app. I was sceptical about another subscription on my credit card until I realised I could only sent 3 or 4 cards through the mail for the cost of this app and as many e-cards and clips as I wanted with JibJab. Bargain! I hope they become more popular and increase their variety of cards and clips etc each year. Cheeky they are but my family and friends love them!

Great app but can’t post on Facebook it mutes the music. Love the app only problem is eveytime I post on Facebook sound is muted I lodge a protest it takes them forever to get back to me and end up allowing the music but to late the Birthday it was intended for has been and gone Definitely would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for Facebook

Facebook ruins the fun. A lot of fun and a great way to make people laugh! But a lot of the Jib Jabs (that contain music) you can’t post on Facebook for occasions (like birthdays), as Facebook will sensor it for at least 7 days for copyright reasons, not allowing the receiving party to see it until they release it (after you dispute it). But by then the occasion has passed :(

Security issue. I clicked ‘connect to Facebook’ was taken to the usual Facebook auth. screen, but then was asked to provide my Facebook details inside the JibJab app. Facebook sent a ticket to the app, so why am I having to give my details again? Very dodgy if you ask me. I would recommend that no one put their details into this app.

JibJab app subscription problem. JibJab app is not allowing me to use my full purchase until expiry date 15 September that I have already paid for it’s very confusing I have not found a contact email as of yet so I’ll have to put it here, somebody from JibJab can send me a message,

It’s okay….. I liked the app but there are a bunch of problems. First off, there are WAY TOO MANY ADS. And secondly, there are some difficult copyright issues in the app, that I don’t really like. But it is a great app for laughter, Valentine’s Day, Christmas and Easter. But please!!! I would love it more if it doesn’t have as many ads. Thank you 😊

Don’t Get This App!!. This app is horrible as you have to pay to get the really good dances!! I’m really upset as I don’t want to have to pay for an app that I’m only gonna use every Xmas! Best tool for a teacher. I’ve been using this APP for two years now, and I have found it very positive and exciting for my students. I send out personalized jib jabs for each student and the easy feature of enabling your faces into each video brings nothing but true excitement and joy to each student I send these out to for every special season. The most rewarding video that the students love is getting acknowledged by their teacher on their birthday. And it makes Ms. Michelle life so much easier and adds to my creative flare. Not letting me get full access. I don’t know how else to contact you guys. But I logged in paid for a monthly subscription. It took payment but it says I have to log into my old account which I did and is still not letting me access everything 😟

What a rip. Went through the hassle of creating a jib jab to only be informed at the end I need to buy a membership. I love jib jab, but very disappointed.

Me and my son 8 - we make them a couple times a week , its the most funniest thing ever . even though we paid for our accounting wish we could post them on Facebook with sound!! 😢 because it’s copyrighted we can get in trouble . so that’s the only downside from this other than that it’s very very entertaining and super easy to use . it’s a really cheap price for what u get . Videos blocked on Instagram and Facebook, as the app has no copyright to use the songs. My videos made here and posted on Instagram and Facebook for Christmas and New Years were blocked as they claimed I was not allowed to use the songs. If you think about using it in social media, forget it, because your videos will be blocked! The disappointment and frustration generated and without repair is regrettable, as these dates have already passed and are not coming back. The least you can do and get my money back.

Slow and inconsistent app usage. JibJab videos and e cards do not load. Just a colored box in place of what should be available. Waiting times to load a simple video take extended times not acceptable for a paid app. Completed over wifi and data to rule out network issue. Not happy at all!

Good. It is really fun but it is also not cheap. I don’t know if I should get the member ship because it is really expensive. I also feel like they need to add more newer songs and videos. I feel like they used to have a randomize generator for when you put in the faces so it is random if that did exist it would be awesome to have it back! Game is fun otherwise.

Why am I getting copyright infringement on Instagram. I post these videos to Instagram and am receiving copyright infringement notices? Your app claims to be able to post the videos to Instagram and I have the watermark visible on my posts yet I am receiving copyright violations from Warner on the salt and pepper video the take on me video and multiple others. I want a refund for your counterfeit product or the ability to post these to Instagram without getting infringement notifications or you need to remove the post to Instagram option at the end of video creation

Disappointed. I paid $18. Per year for four years and made some cards and videos ..my favorite being the time warp video. My mistake was not saving the video outside the app. Turns out they can delete your paid for stuff ..time warp license ran out so ..poof..went my videos. Many other things are no longer downloadable..they show on my history but don’t show up..some are just gone. In the legal jargon if you choose to read it they have the “ right” to delete stuff. So, beware.

Love JibJab! But..... This is my go-to when I need to send an e-card or message, there are so many fun videos and images. However, some new stuff is desperately needed. I have been a paying member for several years and there is still a lot of the original material here. I can only send my father repeats any more, and since we’re not fans of fart jokes, that really limits what I can do. I miss some of the more weird stuff, too.

Cool app, but.... This app is super funny I really like how the face fits right in the picture. The only thing is I wish you could sample more, or at least be able to use one or two from each category so you can really make sure you like the content. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise a cool and funny app to use. Let us sample a couple from each category and I’ll give five stars.

Requires you to give your personal information. I’m so tired of these apps that want access to your Facebook, Grant them permission, and give them your info only for them to not let you log on. It’s funny how these apps will act like there was an error when you link your Facebook but Facebook shows I gave them access and permission. Birthday Fun With Jib Jan. Sending Jib Jabs for birthday wishes is a lot of fun - certainly not you usual cards. However they’re not only for birthdays, but for so many other occasions! I love the single ones and the ones with friends and family in them. Everyone enjoys them and especially if they’re in them!! It’s well worth the small monthly fee!!

Themes. It is much too difficult to find a theme you want to use. Typing in “thanks” or “get well” doesn’t get you to the right videos or GIFs! I won’t be buying it again it takes too much time although I love it once I find something I like

Paid Membership but Not a Member???. I just paid for the membership since I thought it was a measly price for the funny videos I previewed but once I tried downloading a music video in which I placed all of my family's faces, it prompts me to become a member. When I press the green $2.99/mo button, it tells me I'm already a member! On top of that, when I go to my account page, it says I'm not a member. Jeez. Get it together guys. How do I get my money back or get my membership to work? That's the cost of two full meals here in the Philippines for crying out loud. Thanks a lot.

Definitely worth it. Decided to do some JJ at Christmas for some family fun and laughs. Definitely one of my better investments considering all the fun I’ve been having. I recommend getting the year option because it allows you the fun to hit all the holidays, Bdays, and whatevers that come up.

Bad purchase subscription experience. I was expecting like in other apps that after seeing the store dialogue that my subscription was purchased the app new, instead I have to tap on the buy button again one more time, and every time the OS showed the dialogue that I was subscribed already but the App didn’t show it that, and after several attempts with the same result, I tapped on a tiny text to “restore purchases” and it worked. Also the price for the subscription in the App was $2.99 but they charged me $3.31

Anti-Christian Humor. Years ago I thought this app was very funny and loved it, but hadn’t put it on my new phone since that time. When I downloaded the latest version I was deeply offended by the anti-Christian sentiment now in the app. It is not ok to make fun of Jesus, anymore than it is ok to make fun of Mohammed or Buddha. You are insulting people’s seriously held convictions. Of course, there are probably not any anti-Mohammad depictions on this app, because that would be politically incorrect, but you seem to think taking cheap shots at Jesus is fair game. You no longer have my support and I will pass the word along to my Christian friends.

Aggravated. So I’m not exactly sure why this app is advertised as free. Where are the videos that are free to send? There should be 2 different sections in the app. One with free videos and the other as an upgrade paid portion. I shouldn’t have to click on each video to find this information. I just wasted the last hour finding the perfect pictures and making changes only to see a portion of the video. Bottom line- this app should be advertised as free to browse but not to send.

Great app. I have been using jibJab for many years. I don’t like to pay for apps but this one has been worth it. I have had so many laughs with family and friends for many years. I’m just asking when you will be adding some new ones?

Crashes every time I open it. I love the app, when it works. But I’ve repeatedly been trying to use it lately and every time I open it, it immediately crashes. Did this as soon as I paid for a year membership too. Maybe I’ll have better luck on my iPad. I’m still running iOS 13.6.1, so it isn’t like I’ve updated to 14 yet and there could be incompatibility issues. I hope this is resolved soon. I was really hoping to send a birthday greeting to my best friend today. Frustrating.

Fun app but missing a critical feature. This app is phenomenally frustrating to use. No ability to search by number of faces in the sequence. You have to go into each - one at a time so the process of making something fun becomes a huge time sink and maddening. It’s a usability disaster. So… I made my card and immediately cancelled my subscription. I see you’ve had requests for this in other reviews 2years ago and ignored them.

Can’t save Hall & Oates Jib Jab video. Tried at least 5+ times to save Hall & Oates video. Please fix. Also could you please allow faces in our library to be alphabetized? I have close to 200 faces & it would save a lot of time if names could be in alphabetical order. Thank you.

So easy to make & fun to watch. Has some great loving video's that are fun but i wish there were less inappropriate or crude video's. Some of them would be too offensive to send to anyone. But the good videos have brought lots of laughter and smiles to our friends so it is worth a monthly membership!

LOVE THIS APP. I love sending JibJabs to my family and friends. They call me laughing and always want to know what app I’m using. I have 4 siblings so every so often I will send them a dance video with all of us in it. They love it because we are all senior citizens and can no longer dance the way we use to. This app is great for sending Birthday & Holiday greetings too.

Needs more variety. I’ve been using the app for a couple of years now and am very pleased with its function. My only suggestion would be to invest in the development of many more new vignettes... I used to like this game 😬 and I would give it a 0. I used to love using this as a kid so imagine my surprise when I see a memory from Facebook pop up with my family dancing 😂. We were all so excited to actually play again knowing it would be funny on Christmas Eve. So we all make accounts and apply faces. We're watching videos when it says trailer and for your full video sign up for a membership. We all were so mad it's dumb how everything now has adds or memberships I hate it and hate this game now. I also would give it 0 stars but there isn't one like that.

Only one actual free one?!?!. How the heck is it that you can only offer one single free card and you have to pay for all others?!?! That’s not right. Offer the app for free but you can’t actually save anything or share it unless you pay for a membership. That’s bull crap. I remember years ago when Jib Jab was actually fun and most of the cards were free. If you have to pay for everything on the app, just make people pay for the app in the first place. Don’t offer it for free and then not let anyone actually do anything for free. HIGHLY disappointed.

Is this app Good. What does app is very good and hope you enjoy funny thing. This app is a little over priced, but I think it helps you make good memories and there’s a whole carton of three things. Once you get the app you don’t have to pay for all of them but some of them.

Jib jab. This app worked for only a few days and then would no longer load the videos though I paid for the subscription. No matter what I did, this continued to not work properly. I WAS connected to the internet and had checked all other items for troubleshooting.

Deteriorating App. This app, not only has NO new materials but also removes videos and gifs that are out of occasion. Before we were able to make videos using our own. They got rid of that. This app is deteriorating. I’m gonna let my subscription run until renewal. At which time I’ll subscribe and DELETE! I don’t wanna keep an app that gives me nothing but frustrations when I go looking for a video/gif that used to be there only to find out they’re no longer there because it’s Christmas, or Thanksgiving, or any occasion. GRRRR!

Fun but bugs?. I tried to get the upgraded version for just one video. Do not subscribe. You’ll never get access. This is the second time I’ve had to contact my credit card company because even after I pay for the app I don’t have access and they want me to recharge my credit card. It seems crazy to me for that small amount of money they charge they would try to scam their users. It’s happened multiple times now so I have to believe there’s some thing going on here. Now I’m trying to get refunded again for multiple charges and I still can’t even get access to the app.

Same old thing. It’s pretty much been the same thing for a few years now it’s kind of boring. I personally don’t find some of the things funny. They used to be funny and clean it’s not something you can share with everybody now. I don’t use it hardly at all anymore because of that.

This is just too much fun!. Oh my goodness I have so much fun with this thing I catch myself cracking up all the time. It's hilarious! Even my friends love to laugh at the ones I make with it! Great App but.... This is a awesome fun app! I love all the songs that you can put your face in! I also adore how there are such funny songs and you can put multiple peoples faces in them. My friends think it’s hilarious. The other thing is I wish more songs would be for free. I do undertake though that the app needs to make money so I don’t mind that much. It’s actually not very expensive to pay either. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS APP! I love it so much! It’s a lot of fun!

Want a laugh!?. JibJab is fantastic and just what the doctor ordered for illness and life in general. It costs pennies for a membership which gives you unlimited access. Why spend money on cards, postage, only to have them never arrive! My grandsons and I spend hours making JibJabs and have so much fun. You can’t go wrong with JibJab!

Good, but.... Some of the alcohol scenes are unnecessary. I found a really cute New Year’s one that would have been super funny with my granddaughter’s face... except for the part with the alcohol. It would just be nice if there were at least a few funny ones that a baby’s face or a kid’s face would work on, but I’m not going to make a video of my 3 month old granddaughter pouring booze into the punch bowl. 🙄

It’s an awesome app. But has an issue. Right now hopefully will be fixed.. For some reason The app keeps turning off when I make a clap and try to download to my phone. Other than that. The app is awesome. Hopefully it will be fixed. I do not know If it is my iPhone 7 or if it’s The app. Other than that The App is awesome. Never had trouble with it until now.

JibJabs my most used app!!!. I love this app!! It so easy to use. You can make gifs with anyone’s pictures that you already have!! For Mother’s Day and Father’s Day I put my parents faces on funny characters and sent them out! I make random gif and post to Facebook everyone went wild over them tons of “We’re did you get those” Jib Jab is my most used app!’ Love it

How about some kid friendly clips, etc?. This app is fun. It really is. So much so that I paid for the subscription. Some of the videos and clips are super fun. BUT..... must there be SO MANY humping dogs, lobsters, twerking babies and bananas...?? Come on!!How adolescent must it ALL be? I would LOVE to be able to send my 5 year old granddaughter some clips and videos but half of them are really crude and inappropriate. Tiresome. Immature. I would really love to see some clips that are FAMILY FRIENDLY!! Please??

Hilarious. I was skeptical about JibJab since most apps today have the worst kind of pay-wall. So far, I’m able to enjoy the basic gifs and add multiple faces to those gifs free of charge. The only real downside is having the JibJab watermark in the gifs. I may end up paying to have it removed.

subscription. I just purchased the 2.99 monthly thing and iam still getting cut off saying to subscribe. Then i hit the 2.99 subscription tab and says iam already subscribed till August 28 but yet cant access the full thing smh!! what is going on either fx this for me or guve me my money back!!

Said paid till October 25 but can’t use. When you go to receive a refund your told it’s been to long ... no it’s not if your still making money and I’ve been charged and there is. No usage then you should give it back I like jib jab I do I wish I can choose my own outfit and be able to adjust my pic in the clip and change facial expressions do that for us by now I’m sure you can if all you have is the same videos to do and these have been up for a while

MONEY LEACH. I was really excited to get this app but then I soon realized I needed to pay to do anything in it. I decided to purchase the unlimited access. To my surprise it still didn’t let me do anything. it kept saying I still need to buy it. then, when I tried to re-purchase it it said I already had it?!? I’ve tried signing out of my account leaving the app and going back into it. I’ve tried everything and the stupid app still won’t let me do anything. I am truly disappointed that I did not get to use this app. I really hope this gets fixed

New update is a bit stinky. I used to be able to job have on the fly in response a to texts and such. With the changes on an iPhone X it takes me about five minutes to build, that may or may not count see the finished product. I was trying to the Valentine's I Got You Babe. Faces have to be refreshed the side scroll of those is clunky. I also don't like not having the zoom setting up the mouth points. I loved the previous version. I hope I get back the speed and agility that version had. I am a monthly content subscriber, and have really had a blast with this app. Please refine the process again for speed and agility. When it is quicker to choose a gliffy, that will be my go-to. I look forward to revisions soon, Joshua

No thanks. I would like to see JibJab charge individually for the vocal mobile cards than a monthly charge . Sometimes I only want to send one a month or maybe none . May be more profitable for you . Well you know better than I ( I guess) .

Please Add..... This app is super fun. I really enjoy it, but I’d love to be able to watch a WHOLE video instead of just a snippet before being asked to buy it. I don’t know if I want to buy a video because I don’t know if the quality of the video is worth buying. I’ve seen way too many videos that start off good only to get bad. Please just let us watch the whole video instead of a snippet, and then people can pay to download/post it. Also, thank you, devs, for making this app.

Crash. I've always liked this app but lately all it does is crash, you get to the point of placing all your characters in place start watching your clip and then it's the inevitable it crashes even with the new update I was hoping it would fix it but nope still does it,

good but needs more things. I send these things to my 4 year old cousin. there are a wide variety of videos to choose from, but most of the time they aren’t very appropriate. I pay every year for the membership and hope you guys add more. I get it’s hard to get copyright rights, but my cousin loves them and can never stop watching these! love the app though!

Jib jab needs more characters and new videos updates. I always have fun using jib jab for the holidays but it seems to me that every year they don’t offer new videos or cards . It is time to update or looking somewhere else . It is fun but needs updating with new music and new characters .

Awesome app, shady business. The app itself is awesome. The shady way that they sucker you into their auto renewal scam ruins the whole thing. Very easy and convenient to sign up for their auto renewal membership, but if you want to cancel it, good luck. They make it intentionally confusing and complicated to cancel. The only way I can figure out to cancel is to change my iTunes account over to a gift card that has a balance of zero and wait for them to try to charge my iTunes and let the charge to be rejected. Shady business. Very very shady business.
