Multiple devices. My husband and I share an iCloud account. I bought this app on my son’s iPad, and was able to download from the cloud on to all our devices and phones with that iCloud account. But it will not tell you that. If you try to buy this app more than once, it will let you. So heads up. It has to opened and downloaded directly from the cloud account. Search, choose, download.

In-app purchases won’t download!!. I bought this app for my son & paid the $13 for the rest of the alphabet after “D”. It never downloaded & never restores no matter how many times we try. I’m sure I’ll never get my money back, but come on Pink Fong, fix this issue!! Such a rip off, do NOT download!!!!

No Family Sharing!. I never would have purchased it even once if I had known or even thought for a second that a company, like Pinkfong, would not offer family sharing on a $13 kids app. Never again.

Good but doesnt load in app purchase prices. Would love to buy more for my daughter but it will not load the cost of the in app upgrades, so i never buy more.....

Great. My 3-year-old son with autism loves this app, so much so that I had to get the full version. All the songs are very catchy and it seems to be helping him identifying the letters and sounds a lot. Very happy with this app!

My son loves this app!. My son loves this app, he especially enjoys breaking the phonics eggs. Kids can have fun while playing mini games and those games are also educational.

Needs proper letter sounds. My son loves it, but I do not. As a teacher, I'm horrified that it makes letter sounds incorrectly (a 'b' says "b", that's it, NOT "buh"). If it was fixed, it would be a great app, but I do not want it undoing all my hard work of teaching him his sounds properly. This app is doing a disservice to all kids who play it, and their future teachers :/

Great app for toddlers. My almost two year grandson loves this learning game. He doesn't get enough of it. He says aahhh ahhh ahhh the A sound of the song it plays to identify that he wants to play. Over and over

No sound. Installed this because my son loves it on another device at his sitters. It has NO sound. I uninstalled it twice and restarted iPad but still NO sound. The app is useless with NO sound! I would have paid full the full version but not without sound!!!

I paid to unlock. It did not work in my family's cloud downloads so I couldn't get it on our other devices in our house hold. It only works on my iPad which is frustrating, this is the first app I have had this issue with! I will have nothing to do with Pink Fong in the future!

Good App. My husband and I decided to pay the $13 for the app. Our 2 year old loves the videos, games, and music. The only reason I'm giving it 4/5 stars is because it kicks me out when I try to put my daughter's picture in with the background photos provided. Other than that it's great! For all people who paid for the app on one device but can't get the letters E-Z to load on other devices... Go to the top where it has the "I" and click "restore." Hope this helps all other parents from being frustrated like I was at first!

Won’t restore. I purchased the whole package of this app but for some reason it won’t load the complete thing. I tried to restore it and nothing, it just stayed “loading”. $13 Thor nothing. Very disappointed

Love this app!. I almost gave this 4 stars because it’s pricey. However- it was well worth the money. My 2 year old loves it! I have had two friends in education and my sitter comment how many ch my son knows and I am giving this app a lot credit. The songs are catchy and not cheesy and you find yourself singing them at work! Excellent app!

Great but pricey. This app has helped my son to begin recognizing letters everywhere, all within a few days of using it. Unfortunately, the PRICE seems excessive for the full version. Thats the only reason i only give it four stars.

Disappointing. While my Grandbabies and I enjoy the entertaining learning, it is very disappointing that there are no Black characters included. Even more disappointing that the developers of this wonderful program were woefully unaware of the importance including kids of color may be for those parents, grandparents & children.

Great but pricey.... Love everything about this app., but after the letter "D" it gets pricey. It would have been a 5 star if not for the $45!

So much for family sharing. I purchased this app on my phone and downloaded it on my iPad but when I click restore on my iPad it says there’s no purchase to restore and it wants me to pay another $13. I’m really upset that I wasted my money to only have it on my phone. Please fix this so I can let my kids use it on all our devices. Otherwise we love this app and I would give 5 stars if this gets fixed.

$13 to still have ads. Great app, which is the only reason it got any stars. It is $13 to unlock the whole alphabet. For $13 I expect NO ads! None! Not to pay to unlock all the letters and still get ads for the company's other apps. My son saw the ads and wanted some dinosaur app that this app said was free. Free apparently means something different to this company than it does to me, to me free means $0 not a tiny part of the app for $0 and the rest for $13 more! I didn't buy that one but am very upset that this app, obviously aimed at young children, that costs that much has ads.

Good app, bad business model. The app doesn’t transfer within iTunes... so if you upgrade your device, you have to repurchase the app. Horrible model but great app... but maybe that is their business model. Just beware when purchasing

So much potential if this app would just work!!!. I just paid $13 to unlock all of the content for this app and it doesn't work!!! I am beyond frustrated and you can only imagine how my 3 year old feels!!!

Fun games. My 3 year old loves the songs and games. The only problem is the cost of the updates and full versions. We love everything else.

Purchasing issues. My daughter loves her alphabet game but every time I try to purchase the entire pack it won’t load. I have been trying for three days. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.

ABC Phonics. Daughter loves it, but I've had to download a few times now and keep having the same problem. The sound quits working. I've not got mute on and sounds work in other aps. Also, don't like all the ads popping up in it. I've purchased the full app. My daughter doesn't know how to close out the sales stuff.

My 1 y/o's Favorite!. My little girl gets so excited when it's her phonics time! Worth the purchase! Bought for a road trip and works without an Internet connection. Has full on phonic songs throughout alphabets, simple tapping games, and letter tracing. The animation of the songs are fun and uptempo! Even has words at the bottom to sing a-long. Do it to keep the little one busy!

Won't let me redownload. I got the full version - expensive for an app-- but there was a lot great about it! I thought it would be a good investment until I had to redownload it and IT WONT LET ME without buying it all over again! Are you kidding me?! SCAM

Mediocre. I paid $59 for a year subscription. My 2 year old loves it, however the teacher in me hates it. This is supposed to be a phonics app to help kids learn their letters and sounds, yet so many of the sounds are wrong! Continuous sounds like /f/, /v/, and /s/ are given “fuh” and “suh” sounds. R-controlled vowels are added to the songs for vowels. For example in the “Aa” song they use the word “airplane” to teach the /a/ sound. That word doesn’t make the short or long a sounds because it’s an r-controlled vowel. The same can be said for the “o” sound. They use words like “orange.” There are so many of these instances. Another nuance is the fact that they use “xylophone” to teach the /x/ sounds when it starts with the /z/ sound. This would be so confusing for a child actually using the app to learn their letter names and sounds. In the tracing app for the letter “m” there is a picture of a monkey chasing bananas, it should be making the /m/ sounds but repeats the /b/ sound for the letter m…there are so many mistakes in this app!!! This app has so much potential but the creators need to take a lesson in phonics themselves.

Not multilingual as described. I bought this app because like others from the same developer they offered several languages. However this one, even though, it says 8+ languages including Spanish and French, it does not!!! you cannot change it to anything else, which is disappointing specially because I paid to have that feature

Great app for learning the letters. We love this app! Our almost 2 year old son has practically learned all of the letters and can now recognize them on shirts and other items. My wife and I also find ourselves humming the songs because they’re so catchy. Thanks for the great learning app!

My toddler loves this ap!!. She will play it over and over singing along and can now recognize her letters she's only 1 1/2 years old. Love it!! Do wish it was a little more affordable .. But worth the education

Nice but one problem..... Love the app and bought the whole package so we could have all the letters because my kids liked it so much. My biggest issue is when I purchased it it loaded on my phone but not on the iPad. I deleted and reinstalled, etc but could not get all the letters to unlock on the iPad. I emailed for support but never got a response. 5 stars for the app on my phone but negative stars for getting it to load on the iPad.....

Love!. My 5 year old daughter loves this app, she’s getting a little old for it but she likes it so much I just let her play with it when I’m busy! Buy the letters can be a little hassle but I think it’s worth it, she loves the songs and characters and things like her pronunciation are getting better and better since using this app. Great job!

Great app, but just FYI..... We love Pink Fong apps! They really are great, even if they can be a bit pricey. I gave it three stars for this reason: Purchases do not transfer from one device to another! Even if you are using the same account and have family sharing activated (on iPads), it has been very frustrating that I have to purchase the same packages multiple times for each device. That is not fair to the customers! I have not found a fix for this, so just be aware.

Feels like been cheated!!. Im just wondering why do we have to pay it again when my daughter accidentally uninstalled it. I went back to app store to reinstall it thinking that it should be on purchased history but I didn't see it there. So I decided to just search it, then when I had it installed, it did that thing asking to pay the entire letters again, only 4 letters or 5 are accesible. I also felt cheated with that. Please have it fixed..

MAJOR FLAW IN THE APP! PLEASE READ. Huge, major flaw in the app. Whenever my daughter (3yrs) is doing the letter tracing & misses a point, skips a point, etc & the tracing character laughs & runs off screen, she laughs so hard spit gets on the screen & we have to stop & wipe the laughter spit off to register her finger after a while. Pinkfong needs to seriously consider why making a 3yr laugh so hard that it puts mom into stitches is necessary….. if it fixed this “fatal” flaw I may be willing to give is 6 stars, but I don’t see this company caring enough that it puts a mother & child into LITERAL stitches* to fix the grotesque error………. /s *literal laughter stitches

Awesome. This little game is awesome!!!! I just wish there was more letters uncovered for the trial Version :( but very entertaining for my toddler, cute songs, engaging graphics

Good app but has glitches. This is a good app. My baby loves it, but it times out and closes whenever I try the photo functions

ADS!. Love the app and so do my kids. Most money I’ve ever spent on an app to get all the content. That being said, I shouldn’t be given ads to download more of their apps whenever the app boots up. I have to close an ad every single time so my kids can actually use it. Please remove your ads. Your app is good and I might get more, but having them thrust in my face every single time it is used is getting tiresome.

Great but why pop ups!?. This is a good app to practice with but if you buy the app please don’t put pop ups for your other apps!

Disappointed. The app worked for a while but now the videos won’t load up for my kid to enjoy the learning songs for the letters etc....fix it maybe or send a refund even a partial partial refund since some parts of the app do work. Her favorite is the videos that aren’t working....

Fantastic. Love this for my preschooler. It's so educational and she can actually draw with her finger to trace letters.

Caution! ABC phonics song is in Kids Songs.. I bought the Abc phonics and found that the songs are the exact same ones in the Kids songs app from the same app company pink fong. I paid 9.99 for the letter tracing, games, and photo frames which are very repetitive...if it wasn't for the clever star award tracing letter game my 2 year old would not continue to play with it. Some of the sounds are not pronounced correctly. I give it a 3 because I double paid the same songs in another app.

Brilliant. I bought the full version of this app over a year ago for my ipad & just realised if you restore the app on your iphone it will also download the full version to your iphone. I think i tried to do this a while ago & it would only prompt me to buy the full version. If this is a result if an upgrade- thank you :) This app is a great educational tool for your toddler. & great to use while shopping or waiting in a queue etc to pass the time.

Restore won’t work. I purchased the full version of this app on my old iPad and now it won’t restore the full version onto my new iPad. It’s disappointing as I paid $20 and my daughter loves the game.

Recommended!. My daughter loves these songs. Really cute and fun. I'd love the rest of the alphabet songs for her but the full version is just too expensive.

Painful. I bought this and I regret spending on it, the games are repetitive throughout the alphabet and even though I paid for the app it still throws up adverts that when your little ones are using it are an absolute pain

Educational and fun!. I love this app. Great phonics sounds. Very educational. Harder to close or get out of for my toddler which is great so he doesn't get into other apps on my phone. He can still swipe the screen without closing the songs or app. Very happy.

Lots to see. This is an awesome app. My 20 month old loves it. It has great songs for every letter, it's bright, colourful and very engaging. However, not impressed that I purchased the full version through an in-app offer but got charged the full price.

Why no voice in my IPHONE 5. It works very well in my husband's iPhone. My 2years old daughter love it. But there's no voice in mine. NEED FIX SOLUTIONS.

I love it!. Me and my sister love it but my sister and me mostly use it for road trips. We think it is only for the divided highway. You don't need to think that if you don't want to. Overall, i think it is a very cool app. It has games that we don't really use! The only song we use in the app is the C song with the cat 😀😀😀❤️

Best app for your kids. I never write reviews but this app is so incredibly amazing that I couldn't resist. I downloaded this app for my nephew and ended up buying the full version by how much he loved it and how much it taught him. My nephew learned the alphabet completely all before the age of 2. The songs are very catchy and the app all around is very easy to use. My nephew is now 32 months and learning how to write with the letter tracing feature in the app. A definite must download and worth every penny

Beware of the tricky in-app purchases. My daughter was playing the free version of ABC phonics when I realized she couldn’t get pass the letter D without purchasing. So I purchased the “mini bundle” for $1.99 and received access to ONLY the letter E! This app should’ve been more specific about the mini bundle by disclosing the $1.99 purchase was for ONE letter. This is also very frustrating because I previously purchased the $12.99 app by Pink Fong and realized it could only be installed on one device. I don’t understand why the $12.99 app doesn’t include the phonics app?? I will not purchase Pink Fong apps anymore

Cheated!. Went to purchase for advertised $8.99, was charged 12.99. I thought okay no worries, but then AFTER my purchase went through the app did not unlock any of the letters!!!! I've tried everything and this app is just won't work and after paying $12.99 won't unlock any further letters! Hoping for a refund after I contact Apple!!!! Not happy!

Negative 1 star for app purchase, 2 for app usage.. If you uninstall then reinstall you've lost your $13.00 since the app does NOT unlock the parts that were paid for. Try to unlock again and it's takes you to payment for $13.00. YOU HAVE TO CLICK setup, RESTORE to recover paid parts OR YOU'LL PAY MULTIPLE PAYMENTS should forget you've purchase previously. And I've already double paid for unlocking parts.

Kid loves it, but a rip off!. When you pay $13 for a $3 dollar app, it should lose the ads. Kids had just as much fun with the free four letters that were included. I was sick of the ads.
