The game. The game is a little bit glitchy it doesn’t let me put my stickers on The book so I’m telling this because it doesn’t let my players go on the book and I scanned the Coca-Cola bottle thatThat is said in the right page and I never got my bonus pack it said if I scan it I will get it and now today when I was going to the app they suddenly updated it and I had to put my players thank you owner

Swap with other teams. How could connect with other teams for trade images directly?, they sent me via msn the link and I did the same but nothing happend.

Would be a great app but..... This app, in my opinion, would be one of the greatest FIFA World Cup apps out there but i cant even put my cards in my album to look at them bc IT CONSTANTLY CRASHES so i guess well never know! I will make sure i give u five stars if its fixed but now uve got one star! Please fix this app i can tell it would be fun and plz do it soon bc the World Cup doesnt last forever and it only comes around every four years! Thanks and i look forward to the update!

Like it but.... Really love the app, but im stuck with one Costa Rica fan card in which i have no idea how to get... Can't trade anything for it and the whole album is complete except for this card.... I don't know if its a bug or if i have a way of getting this fan card. Great app though and an explanation for this would be appreciated

Missing something. Me and my brother play this game and he has 3 scanning options I have 2 I can only scan Coca Cola products and panini items I cannot scan coke cards also known as team believers but over all it is a great game so that is why I changed my review to 4 stars.

Just one bug. The Panini Album is smooth, except for a bug that happens rarely when navigation the main menu where the main menu doesn’t disappear and remains there even if you tap the “Challenges” tab, for example.

Allow multiple people. When I tried playing it said there where to many people playing right now

Very good. This app is very fun, but i cant open the app, it appears something strange and it stay connecting Please help me! I need only two stickers to finish it!

Missing Card. This is a great app. The only problem i have is that there is one Mexico card (Hugo Ayala) that i try to trade but it always disappears from the trade requests without me doing it. Pls fix it is the only card i am missing and ill give it 5 stars.

Unlimited packs to open. I know this is a really cool app, but there is one thing I think that should be better in order for me to give this app 5 stars. The suggestion I would like to make is that we should be able to open how many packs we like daily, right now the limit is five, it would be great if we could open unlimited and not have to wait a whole day to open more packs, it makes it boring.

Somewhat disappointed. App needs to be updated a bit more often. I can’t log into my account which means that I can’t redeem my codes wether if it’s on the app or online.

Very disappointed. I can believe it.... After the World Cup ended, I kept playing until I completed 99 % of the album, and today I tried to open the app and it says is outdated, that’s ridiculous!!! All the teams completed as a memory and now nothing...

Fun but with issues. The kids love using the digital album now that the actual one is full. Super glitchy, though, so they get frustrated easily.

Good but..... I don’t appreciate that you can’t trade for fan cards, I have completed the whole album except for an England fan card and there’s nothing I can do about it. Fix it please

Everything for nothing. The album is now gone and replaced with a generic one. What was the point of collecting golden stickers and getting achievements if we can’t even see them anymore?

Should let everyone do everything. Every day I get on it to open my packs. I wonder how I can get more packs. I think it is dumb because you need to complete the account to use everything. I tried doing it, and it won’t even let me sign in. Fun game, but should take away the completing feature so everybody who didn’t complete can use the same features as everyone else.

The swap area does not let you see available trades. The swap area is completely horrible. You can only make three requests a time, but the real problem is that you can’t see available trades from people near you or around the world. I don’t know what’s the reason behind this, but it just seems stupid. How are people gonna trade like this? I doubt that the trading place is actually humans, otherwise we would be able to see requests. Honestly, it’s a great app, but the whole trading thing is a big part of collecting stickers, and it seems extremely stupid in this app. Please fix this for the next World Cup ( or this one cause I’m still not done)

Disgraceful. Thanks for taking away all the stickers I saved up over the past few months and giving me an album already complete. You’ve just completely wasted my time saving all this up over the past few months. Absolutely disgusting you do this to your customers. Clearly you couldn’t care about anyone but yourselves. Yeah, I’m furious. All that work I’ve put in is ruined!! I can’t begin to explain just how angry I am!!!!!

Crashes. This app crashes everytime i try to glue players into my album. I will make to give a 5 star rating if you fix this problem.

Great but a little issue. I love the game but I hate that in the registration part you have to put in private information but other than that the app is great.

Almost there. I love the app but I think there are some things that should be changed. The current challenge when you have to enter codes is not working. I have entered somewhere between 13 to 17 codes on the web site and they weren’t registered in the challenge. Also the 5 packs per day is ridiculous. It makes for more time in the app trying to swap your duplicates but it misses on the fun of opening and gluing stickers to 10 minutes per day approximately. Another thing is the swap function. Players should be able to connect, chat and swap instead of a system combing through all the swap requests players make every day.

I’m not criticizing this app. Ok so the only reason I’m giving this a five stars is because it’s a great app hands down really good. I’m just suggesting a mode for this game it’s the same thing as the scanning app for people (like myself) who collect stickers for the sticker books if you could probably add a mode in this game specially for the Russia book not any other book that would be great because when the title said sticker collector so I thought you could scan the stickers from the book then it would go on the digital album so I was very confused with that I’m not criticizing his game I’m just saying or asking if you could just add that mode that would be great

Best Card App Ever!. I completed this album in here and almost done with the paper one. You cannot stop using this app at all. This is just way too good. Thanks FIFA for making this app, and also you guys should make one for 2022 World Cup!

Could be better. Took weeks for Apple version to drop and missed many challenges. Now we’re supposed to scan WC22 coke products that you can’t buy yet in the US. Frustrating! Like the addition of Golden stickers and the connection to real sticker album. User interface and swapping work well.

It’s good but…. The app is good, but I can't log into my FIFA account. What's more, the app says that when you scan a PANINI product, like a sticker pack or an album, you get a pack for free, but I scanned my album, the App said I received a virtual pack, but when I went to open it he said I didn't have any packages to open.

Updated Edition 2018. I really hate that you guys all of a sudden added more stickers to the regular album. After working on it for almost a month, I was looking forward to finish it. I was almost done with it and now I have to keep collecting extra stickers and I’m not getting any new ones, and the swaps work VERY, VERY, VERY slow now. I have 30 stickers waiting to be swapped and nothing is happening. For your next virtual sticker album, please just leave the staring 11 players and don’t do these sudden updates. I’d really appreciate that.

What a terrible way to end this experience!. Dear FIFA and app developers after working on this Panini Virtual album for more than 3 months and collecting all the stickers/cards, working hard on swapping cards with so many people around the world, completing the challenges and proudly collecting more than 200 GOLD cards for the players. On Feb 1st 2023, the app locked up and forced me to update it. When I opened the new version… for my surprise and total disappointment, I simply lost all the work I did? 1 - There was no warning yesterday for me to alert this was coming so I could at least do some print screens… 2 - There was no opportunity for me to save my digital and virtual album today prior to the update. 3 - There was no option offered to email me a link where I could download / convert my personal digital album into a PDF… Therefore, I could not believe that I simply lost all my precious time collecting and trading cards for nothing… I am so mad, disappointed that I could do nothing besides cry…. That’s really sad! If you care, please respond and I will be more than happy to discuss further and I can provide my FIFA ID, Email, phone number, etc.

I can’t log in on iPad.. I keep trying to log into my account and getting stuck when it asks me for my favorite team. I am unable to search for a team to add or pass on answering that question. I have to give the app 1 star since I can’t get into my account.

Don’t waste your time.. Not even going to start with the absolutely ridiculous timer… 1 pack everyday?! Am I seven again? It’s absolutely impossible to log into it. My email is full of confirmation emails from fifa but it’s pointless. Round and round in a circle we go. Honestly the only reason it’s getting a single star is because I can’t seem to able to give it none.

Colombia sticker fan. Also stock with the last fan sticker (Colombia) how to get it?? I have been trading accepting repeats but nothing, there is an specific player we need to trade to get it??

Amazingly poor. It never ceases to amaze me how can some developers can make such poor products in 2022, but this app has proven once again. The registration is an absolute nightmare of creating steps after steps and none of them actually working. It’s the worst.

Can't redeem codes can't create group. The app works fine but can' redeem codes. I have to go to my laptop, log into the web site in order to get additional stickers for my codes. Also can't create a collectors group. I guess I will need to go to the computer to do so. Please upgrade

challenges are indeed challenging!. i cannot for the life of me make the challenges work. i follow the instructions (select a given sticker, tap on it) in hopes that the sticker will be used on a challenge, but it just won’t happen. i don’t know what to do - or what i am missing. HELP???

Worst app. It’s the worst I try to make a account and doesn’t work all cause of the name I’ve tried random letters and still I will hate this I thought it was gonna be fun I hate this app I’d do it in real life instead and waste all me money f this app hate

Love the app but Costa Rica fan sticker missing. I really love spending time with the stickers and learning as we finish every page. But I am stuck with one fan sticker for Acosta Rica and no way to trade or do anything else. Anyone knows how to solve this issue??? Thanks.

Amazing!!!. I love this game it is an awesome idea I’m so exited because I’m from the us and I only need one more sticker to complete. I also collect the irl stickers which I love and I’m so happy that u can scan the irl items to get virtual items I got Cristiano Ronaldo that way! Overall this game is 6/5 but I can only put 5/5 so yeah

Please update!!!. I love the World Cup and im a huge fan and this app would be great , but when i got this app it crashed every time i tried to glue my stickers into my album! Please update this and please fix this and this will be my favorite app and when you update this and fix this problem you will get 5 stars! Thank You!

Just need to update a bit. Mostly, let me start, FIRST when I am trying to be a guest it just keep saying “Sorry the game is full” even tho I want to play. I love the game but I just hate that “Sorry the game is full.”

Can’t open more than 5 packs a day?. I’m gonna get straight to the point. Only being able to open 5 packs a day is dumb.

Interesting way to play. It’s really good way to play without spending money… I played in 2018 and now 2022, keep in mind this is free and digital.. it no will be the same experience as you play the real one!

Increase daily open limit. Right now the limit for opening packs is 4 a day, last year it was 5 a day apparently. This new update means that there are more cards to fill in, we should be able to open more packs a day.

A little issue. Im my opinion, it is an amazing game, but there is one issue that makes me rate it 3 stars. So the problem is that when you try to sign in, it just doesn’t let you sign in, and also (this wont be an issue) it’s just very boring that you can only open 1 pack per day if you aren’t signed in, and waiting an entire day for 1 pack is just very stressful.

Sticker Swap. App works ok although it doesn’t let you know it needs an update, but that took care of most issues. Need more assistance on the sticker swap. It keeps sending two of my stickers for one of another players, but I have never receive two for one. It should just always be one for one, until you don’t need any more. Not sure what the problem is, but really annoying. Also, seems like you should be able to open more than 4 packs a day. I have 32 packs available, but can only open 4 and that’s how many I receive free each day so how will I ever be able to open my additional packs that I received from scanning the bar codes in stickers I purchased.

Team. You have a few buddies who you make a team with yet the trading between friends is impossible. Please fix this. I would like to be able to see there duplicates and offer a card to trade.

Devs please read!!!. Ok, where can I start? This app is just brilliant! The collecting part is awesome but the swapping just blows me away. It’s so cool!!! However: The promo code function isn’t in the app, it’s on the website. So unsatisfying! If you could add that to the app, that would be a big help. Also, I am confused with the whole “update app to view page” thing. I don’t think it has to do with the actual app, so please respond with the answer devs! The goods outweigh the bass though. 💯 % recommend.

Can’t join collector groups - where’s the fun in that?. Love collecting, love trading. But you can’t do a trade with your mates on an iPhone - the collectors group link just asks my mates to download the app that they’ve already got. POINTLESSSSSSS. Can’t imagine how much they would have paid to build this and not sorted that out... played Fifa!

Fix the crashes!. Was loving doing this with my son, but now crashes every time I try and drag a sticker into the album. Needs an update or this will fail to make it through the group stage.

Great but...... This is a really good app. It’s good fun and interesting to any soccer fan. I look forward to opening my stickers each day and the swap feature is great. What worries me is that you cannot view your album offline and one day it will be taken away after all my hard work collecting! ☝🏻🇨🇦

Crash!!!!!. This is a cool app👏 but it would be better if you had codes like on the Internet one and if it wouldn't crash every time I want to glue stickers or look into my album! Take the time to fix this stupid crash

Too many glitches. I had fun with the previous app in 2018, but this one is full of glitches. The connection to the FIFA login fails, you can’t open the bonus packs that you get by scanning real purchases, there’s no indication of what to do with the codes at the bottom of the (real) silver stickers. I hope these glitches get fixed quickly.

Amazing App. Best app ever I just wish it's easier to get packs... Make the wait 10 hours for the daily packs, also there should be points on this game however the players do in real life should earn points to buy more packs, last there should be a section where you make a lineup and put all your best players there. If you do this the app would be great!

Very glitchy. To be honest registering was such an effort, also closing the app is awkward. Further more in 2018 you didn’t have to scan through the pages when putting in a sticker. Also the images were much clearer and easier to read.

Bad! Very very bad. This is probably one of the least user friendly apps that I've had on my phone. Some features would be available to other users and not to me. Exchanging stickers is the hardest thing ever. It makes it almost impossible to complete a real exchange. Final review: DON'T DOWNLOAD! You will NOT have fun

Too many glitches, too small to read. poor album in comparison to the 2018. characters are too small to read players names. Too many glitches in sticking the pictures, the swap does not work well. The album does not show teams anymore and does not recognize new pictures to stick! Very disappointing!

😭. The app would probably be good if it worked. Every time i try too enter the sticker book it closes the app! I had gotten a messi and that was probably good for a starter pack.

So unfair to kids☹️. Okay, so I decided to get this game (on my tenth birthday) and I wanted to scan my own actual soccer stickers! Sadly you need to be a member and in order to be a member you need to show the world where I live and have to be sixteen or older. Whoopie doo! ( I was being sartastic... this game just sucks)

Great app! Some functions still need improvement. This is a great app for a digital book, you can even creat a group with friend to swap cards, however, that function does not work! Wish it did.. Would make it more fun to swap.

No option to join teams. Links don’t work. 2 major issues: 1. There is NO option to join teams to swap stickers. Actually all the options to swap stickers with somebody don’t work at all. 2. The link generated by the invites only takes you to the album home page (web version) OR back to the App Store (iPhone). IN SUMMARY, 2 issues that ruin completely the experience.

Trade issues. I need only one sticker and i cant trade for it the request always disappears when i get out of the app

Not scanning bottles. So I finally found the especial edition Coca-Cola Qatar 2022. I was so exited to scan it to complete a challenge and got so disappointed when the app would not scan the bottle. It keeps on searching.

Why wait to open stickers. I like the app but it’s dumb to have to wait to open stickers every 16+ hrs, WHY?? I have 20 pack In line so that mean it will take me weeks… This is stupid

It's a good app but.... This is really a good app if you are a fan of the World Cup. But what I found is that whenever I try to put stickers in my album, it crashes! Please fix this so I can put stickers in my album. I will rate 5 starts when fixed.

Email Authentication Doesn’t Work. I’ve confirmed my email 9 (nine) times. It still says I need to confirm my email address to login. I’ve gone through every step 9 different times. This is ridiculous.

boring. Boring game You need to wait a whole day to open 1 pack and need to scan stuff to get it. I think is a mess. What needed to be a simple game became a terrible game.

This game is ok needs to let me sign in. Dear panini sticker album, this game is ok but it wont let me sign in every time I keep signing in it wont let me.

Gold sticker system is broken. The rate to get golden stickers is broken. I have made over 100 trades and only 1 golden sticker received. Also in one trade 3 golden stickers were consumed and still nothing.

The game is full. When I log in the game says “Sorry, the game is currently full” Same thing happens when I create a new account. 😡😭 Ok now game is over.

Crash. Update makes app crash instantly

It doesn’t work. You can’t sign in. It’s not possible.

Bug. The app will not show up stickers in the book for me to put in that I have like the Netherlands cook sticker.
