One bug that needs to be fixed. Update… new iPhone 14 (previously XR) and the game will not work at all now. Gives an unstable network error. Oh well. Been a good run. There is one iOS related bug and that deals with the app not rotating at all. It usually will auto rotate to landscape mode. I found by not clicking on the remember checkbox it helped. However, sometimes that initial window does not appear and you’re stuck with a portrait view. So the mapped button icons will not work. You will have to wait till tomorrow to play. I guess all in all not bad for a nearly 10 year old game.

Buggy. I’m not sure if it’s just an issue for me. The game only plays in landscape view. At least 2-5 times a week, it loads in portrait view and the screen will not adjust when the phone is turned on it’s side. I’ve tried restarting the phone and it does not help. I’ve had to delete the game and install it again with a partial history of success. It’s a fun game, I do believe the developers have dropped the ball on this game even though they are accepting money for added features. Such a shame as it’s a pretty fun game.

Pay to play and connection. First something I do not understand is that this game uses WiFi. The only online feature is a leaderboard and when I open the game it says poor connection. I am at my home network with 3 bars; How!? Also with someone previously said, there are far too many micro transactions. The max energy that they give is unfair and you have to literally pay money just to keep playing. That is a huge turnoff for me. I can only get to challenge games in before I’m out of energy and 5 regulars games. Even though I like the style of this game that’s all. Waste of time to play

Playing Since Middle School I’m 23 Now :). Got back into this game a few days ago and now my girlfriend are having a blast! Don’t change a thing!! I’ll show my kids when I have them lol. Love it! Needs patches for improvement.. I love the game itself. Very addicting. I would love it more if I understood how the tower upgrades worked. I’m deep and still don’t understand how to upgrade my towers. Need to be able to get resources for upgrades a powerups a little easier. The mechanics are a little buggy. You can’t swipe across the screen without choosing a location you don’t want to click on. Same with tower selection. You can’t swipe up and down without selecting or unselecting towers. Fixed in those areas would make the game incredible.

Decent, but could be better. I played a version of this game ages ago, before the rise of micro-transactions. It was a blast, with players not having to wait for energy to keep playing levels. I understand that the company’s motivations have changed, but I feel like the changes they have made have removed the soul of a fun game in order to try and wring out every penny they can. I think if they made a paid version of this game with the removal of the energy requirements to play levels for between 99¢ to $1.99, I would buy it.

SUPER FRUSTRATING. I normally never write any reviews.. however for this one I had to. I’ve been stuck with this game for as long as I remember. I played this from around year 2012.. back then, everything was perfect. I even deleted the whole game several times just to redo the whole stage from the beginning, and it was fun. I’ve also spent a good amount of money on this app. Now I don’t even know what the hell the programmer is doing to this game since The upgrade system doesn’t even make sense at all, and most importantly there’s a serious bug that wouldn’t let me continue. In the Single Campaign Mode, I CANNOT press, click, touch or whatsoever of the “D6 Descanso” therefore I can’t move on from here.... it’s so stupid and terrible. You gotta do something about this problem if you are reading this review... 제발 좀 고쳐주세요... 싱글켐페인 D6 Descanso가 선택이 안되서 진행을 못합니다...

Nice Tower Defense Game. This game is a lot of fun. As someone who has played tower defense games for decades, this has just the right amount of difficulty and variety of towers, enemies, maps, and strategies. The fact that you can only bring up to 6 towers per level is a nice strategic feature as well. My only suggested improvement is permanent tower upgrades. That menu is glitchy and doesn’t work. It doesn’t allow you to select a tower in order to upgrade it. Please fix this and it will dramatically increase replayability.

Difficult and Fun. I still have No idea how to upgrade towers and i e been playing for a few days. the gem/coin system is slow and if you did want to pay for any of it the prices are high. It’s got old graphics and it’s clunky but it’s one of the more challenging TDs I’ve played . You run out of lives quickly but honestly that’s kind of a good thing for me lol.

Awesome TD game crippled by bugs and paywall. Awesome tower defense game, nice and challenging, and you can definitely beat the campaign on easy without paying for anything. However, towers cannot be upgraded nor enhanced on iPhone due to that entire section of the game being broken. This makes it impossible to continue playing more difficult settings, and challenges. There's other bugs too, but you cannot report them as the company contact page errors on submit. This game isn't even listed on their site any longer so I'm guessing it's not a priority for them now.

Actually super fun. Once I got used to the graphics, this is a super fun game. I always wanted to play cool tower defense games since that 2012 “Droid” phone came out. You won’t be disappointed by the game if you try it. Like I said, super fun, takes your mind off things until you want to do something else, which is the natural course of life

Formerly great. The original release of this game was an excellent tower defense game. The levels advanced in difficulty at a linear pace, and no level was unbeatable. There was no single tower that could be used to defeat every level, and many levels required a careful combination of towers to beat. Later versions added “features” of dubious utility, so I no longer rate it five stars. But this is still the tower defense game against which I measure all others. The (original) designers of this got it RIGHT.

Restructure Fail. This was one of the very first games I played on iOS years and years ago. It was awesome and I rocked serious hours on it. But they restructured the game to an amazing degree and killed the entire enjoyment, adding new enemies that are much stronger and requiring a pay to play stamina bar. It’s sad. The balance of this game used to be a perfection that other mobile games should aspire to. That it was conceived in the time of smart phone infancy, especially, is remarkable! But the newer enemies throw off that balance and render difficult levels pretty much impassable without pay to play upgrades. Via con Dios, beautiful Tower Defense of old!

Great old school TD. Game is overall simplistic, but gets challenging as you go on. Wish energy lasted longer, probably the only complaint. Ive beaten almost the entire game…. But my progress didn’t transfer to my new phone. honestly I’m not mad at that, just looking forward to playing it all again.

Very good game!. No annoying ads. Just one simple ad when starting the game up. There are resources you can buy, but like any good game you don’t NEED them to win. In fact, you don’t need to to even buy them. By playing the other game modes, you can grind out the resources needed. It’s not too challenging of a game, but it does make you think a little. The fact that’s it’s a free game as well boosts it’s rating in my opinion. Great quality, no cost. I honestly recommend buying a pack of resources just solely to support the devs, because we need more developers who make games like this. Only issues: the recharge mechanic is a bit annoying. But I never found it too problematic. The slow tower is severely under powered and useless. It should act as an AOE attack, unless the player targets an enemy, in which it will double the slowness at the cost of the AOE. One more suggestion: The rockets and flame towers also should be able to hit more than one enemy. Their dps is slow enough to make the current tower that hits multiple foes redundant.

Fantastic difficult game. I have been playing this game on and off for years. The gameplay is a lot of fun and the enemies and towers perfectly compliment each other. Each tower feels unique and vital in defeating specific enemies. The gameplay also changes from mission to mission. So mission require you stay alive for a certain amount of time, while others are objectives based off of the map ,and still some are the standard td wave style. The game also has a great story that made me want to keep playing. The images paint a picture of a far alien planet ,and I started to feel as if I was actually there fighting. The one problem of the game is it’s obscene difficulty. Sometimes the levels feel impossible. This is probably my main issue with this game ,but when you do beat I level you feel great like you have won a war.

Fun on occasion. The game play is super fun to me. Some maps let you create your own path with towers, some paths are predetermined. It is challenging and a lot of maps require multiple tries to get the strategy down on medium and hard mode. I have two issues with this game: 1. You run out of energy quickly so you either stop playing for a while until it comes back, or you pay money for energy. When you’re trying challenge mode, you lose energy very quickly. The limited energy is just a cash grab. 2. Infinite mode has crashed on me about 6 times now. When you’re pushing near level 100, it’s a lot of time invested. When the game crashes, you lose progress for that run and get no rewards. It’s incredibly frustrating when trying to upgrade towers to push further.

Not too bad, gets frustrating at times. Honestly, this is one of the better tower defense games I’ve found recently. It’s more of the traditional style tower defense so no crazy stuff, just defending wave after wave of enemies from reaching the goal. It gets a bit hard really which I usually say is how it should be. This game can frustrate you though because after two or three tries you are out of energy and have to pay money or wait. Personally, I only spend money on games that don’t incentivize so much. If I can enjoy a game on the free daily credits and it’s not pay to win and impossible otherwise, I will spend sone cash to support what the developer has made. I don’t like the trickery many devs use these days. That said, this looked like one of those tricky games you get stuck in rather quickly but has surprisingly actually just been a hard game that’s challenging and fun. Might have a winner, only time will tell for sure.

Unable to continue Campaign mode can’t select level D5. I’m unable to continue playing the campaign mode, it doesn’t let me pick level D5. I try to pick level D5 but instead gives me level D4 or level D6 which is not unlock because I haven’t pass level D5. The screen moves between level D4 and D6 so it doesn’t let me pick D5. Wish I could give it a better Star rating because it’s a good game that entertains me but the campaign selection screen doesn’t let me continue playing.

One thing about the IOS version. Awesome game, my gf and I play it all the time! One thing though, on IOS, you can’t fully use any of the special weapons that use tilting of the device. For example, the special weapon, Gravity Shift, does nothing no matter what you do. That is the worser example of it. But for the Toxic Gas special weapon, you can’t move it around at all, only drop it in one spot. This doesn’t get in the way too much, but for some of the harder modes, sometimes the special weapons are necessary for beating it. Again, all in all, super super fun!

App has issues. This game is very fun but I am experiencing some issues that ruin it. For one, the game is supposed to be in landscape orientation but often when I open the game app it is stuck in portrait orientation which caused the entire screen to be distorted and I can’t click on anything because nothing is in the write place. I have to restart the app multiple times to get the app to open correctly in landscape orientation. Also, the game is not progressing beyond a certain stage no matter how many times I play and win that stage. It’s just stuck at that stage (B5 wasteland). These issues basically ruin what is otherwise very fun game.

It’s fun until it’s impossible. Game is fun for a while, then it almost instantly becomes ridiculously impossible. About half way through Normal difficulty, you need the stars and planets to align along with some kind of magic spell to finish levels. When you have to stumble upon the right combination of towers and boosters out of literally thousands AND luck into the right random combination of enemies to finish a level, that’s no longer fun — that’s crap. This game is about one more frustrating session away from being deleted.

Used to be a great game. I played this years ago and loved it. I came back to it now and the game just is not fair at all. If all you do is play on easy mode it’s fine, but I want the greater difficulty. In the old version this meant like starting a map with fewer resources to increase the challenge. Now, in normal and hard modes, randomly an enemy is greatly buffed. Sometimes start the first wave and the first enemy released is buffed and there is zero chance of killing it without paying money. Try again and maybe get to the third wave before a random buffed enemy comes out. There is no fun in it at all, you cannot develop strategies for the randomness, all you can do is pay microtransactions whenever a random element screws you over.

Great Memories. This game is a classic for me that I have always come back to off and on, from 2012 until today. I recently re-discovered it after getting disgusted with Ace Force: Joint Combat, and the endless hacking that the developers have turned a blind eye to. I've waisted countless hours and dollars for 2 years, after finally realizing the stage 4 cancer that it truly is. This game however, is pure and hacker free. Just me trying to outsmart the game itself...and there is something genuine about that. I will always come back to Tower Defense as long as it's available.

Let me buy this game and get off my back!. This is one of those games where they are bugging you for three dollars every fifteen minutes! Right when you get in the zone with a puzzle they magically ask you for money. I honestly don’t remember if this was a free game or not but I want to pay 1 price and be done with the blood letting! Developers: you will never get a dime out of me. I’ll buy your phone game for $4 and I better not be asked to pay more. I don’t know when I first downloaded this game but it did not capture my attention. Shooting rocks to gain resources? I did not like it. Recently though I got into it. Fine. And now that I like it I’m getting asked for money every time a level gives me trouble. THIS GAME IS ANNOYING. Do not download until there is a nudge free version. Ugh. Okay, I’ll pay $5 ONCE for that version.

Garbage Company that Bullies Indie Devs. The Tower Defense game genre is a common terminology that had been used since 1990 with the very first Tower Defense game "Rampart". Ever since they got trademark to "Tower Defense" back in 2008 (which some non-gamer at the USPaT Office obviously didn't do any research on when they granted it), COM2US has bullied any indie game dev that dares use "Tower Defense" in their game description, let alone in their game title, and threatens them with litigation. This Korean based company is taking advantage of the Apple and Google app stores and should be ashamed of themselves. "Tower Defense" isn't something that can be trademarked because it's a common term that existed BEFORE Com2us existed. No one should support them.

Takes your money. Unfortunately this game is super unstable with horrible customer service. While playing I spent $10 on gold and crystals. When I went to use them, the game gave me network errors. Then after restarting the game I login to find that it had taken my gold and crystals despite the network error (which is funny that there was enough of a “bad connection” that I couldn’t play, but not enough to still take my items/money). When I contacted customer service they just said that unfortunately the game is unstable. Nothing about trying to refund my money or credit my account the items they took. Horrible customer service. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME ITS MADE TO JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Love the game, hate the glitches. I love playing this game. But every time, and I mean every time, at some point I get a message that says “invalid data”at which point game freezes and the only way to fix it is is to delete and reload which puts me back to the beginning. It’s been like this for years.

A master class in power balance and strategy!. A balanced power experience that is hard to replicate. A bit of a learning curve and can be very challenging. But even then, every mistake is never without a lesson or two. Hints are a bit hit or miss but never useless. I do find that the tilt feature for poison gas / gravity shift to not be working for some reason? I don't know whether or not that is a hardware limitation (based on phone model)?

Better than others. I played this game a few years ago and it was just ok. I picked it back up recently and they made a lot of improvements that make the game a lot better now. I’d recommend this over others, but it’s not without its flaws. Expect somewhat annoying difficulty spikes. Edit: I previously gave this app 4 stars and my original review is above and it still stands, but I ran into a game mechanic that seems really terrible. You can enhance towers with specific items to give them specific abilities, but the enhancement has a chance to fail. At first I thought it was a glitch so I emailed the support and I learned it’s an intentional feature to make the game fair for everyone. Considering that explanation makes no sense because there’s no way to get an unfair advantage and you can spend actual money on something that might not even work, it’s pretty scummy for the developers to do that without at least making it clear and obvious, which they don’t. In fact it might not even be mentioned anywhere in game that enhancements can fail. I still think this game is better than most, but I don’t think it deserves an above average rating anymore.

Fun game. The game isn’t so bad as far as the stamina thing that everyone else has mentioned. You only lose stamina if you lose the level, which I admit, can be very challenging at times. My only qualm with it is that even with full WiFi bars, at some times the game claims I have a network error, and this renders it completely unplayable. My service is bad, but if I have WiFi on it should be using that instead. Otherwise, the game is very fun and addictive.

Good game. Could use some tiny tweaks but very addicting!. It’s too easy to delete a tower accidentally. I also wish we had a half speed option to slow things down. I eventually hit a hard limit on level 8 or 9. I’m not certain that you must buy weapons in order to get past such levels. Hopefully that’s not the case. Very addicting!

Too Greedy. I love a challenging game. This game is challenging. But the challenge is designed to frustrate the player into spending money. You don’t spend money to open extra content or secret missions or even to get special add-ons to your towers, it’s just to alleviate the frustration. I am enjoying the game but won’t spend money on this game for the simple reason that the developers just seem too greedy. I will let my energy replenish and try the stage I was on again. But if I have to continually put the down just to let’s energy recharge, I will eventually forget about the game, or wonder what’s the point, then just delete the game. Haha. I just know myself.

Long time player. I've played this game for years. Every couple of months I delete my data and start over from scratch. It's fantastic. Smart and challenging without being impossible or requiring extra paid stuff to beat it. Highly recommended.

Okay. I’d give this 5 stars IF a person could upgrade the towers. I do not understand what a person needs to upgrade the towers. I’ve been playing for weeks now, and STILL can’t upgrade any towers. At this point I can’t move forward in the game. Because my towers are too weak. As of now it’s a pay to play game. It’s a great tower defense game, and in my opinion could be one of the best if only I could upgrade the towers. It’s almost like the game is broken, because it has the option to upgrade. But doesn’t work.

Too little energy, too little gameplay. It’s a great tower defense game with simple mechanics and complex strategy, but you can’t experiment with strategy because you run out of energy. It’s punitive for anyone who wants to play casually. And they sometimes give you more for free but the system to retrieve it is often wasteful or takes time and planning away from the fun part. Too bad, because it used to be a great game before stamina came into it.

Pay to Play extreme. As others have said, the previous version of this game was perfect and I loved getting perfect scores on most levels. Unfortunately, they have completely killed any ability for me to do that with this version. I have no problem with even then wanting money after a lot of level restarts but they want me to pay if I restart a single level 3 times? That is all it takes? That is quite a rip off. Again, when you factor in that the previous version gave unlimited replays, it blows my mind why the people behind this app suddenly decided to charge for such a small amount of replays in this version....which btw is not exactly an upgrade.

Unbalanced. “Easy” mode is fine until the Defense level (about level 8), where four waves attack simultaneously from four directions at lightning speed (even while set to “1x” speed). I’ve played dozens of TD games successfully for years, but I can’t get past the Easy level on this game. After trying about ten times I give up. Games are meant to be fun, challenging even, but not impossible (especially on Easy mode). I removed the game from my phone after two days.

Honestly IDK. It’s actually a decent game but they need to get rid of the stamina in this because it actually keeps you from playing the game. There are supposed enhancements and upgrades you can apply to the towers but I find having played half way through the campaign, they’re are no materials or instructions for upgrades or enhancements in sight…I’m kind of disappointed because this actually seems to be the best looking td game I’ve found but it’s a money pit.

Great game, but pay to play. This has always been one of my favorite tower defense games, but through the years it hasn’t changed in the slightest. No new towers, no new ways to power up your towers, no updates even. Through campaign mode, the enemies get stronger and stronger, but the only thing to balance that is purchasing gems for power ups. So if you aren’t loaded with cash or you’re not an absolute genius when it comes to TD strategy, then good luck getting very far. I wish they would add some way to get the current upgrades in-game without purchasing them with real money, that alone would make the game better to play.

Longest Addiction. I have been playing this game for so many years now. I have gotten hooked on many games. Short phases lasting anywhere from 1 month to a year at a time- I’ll be playing a game constantly. Spending more of my free time playing it than doing anything else. But whenever I’d get mad at the game or bored with it or needed a break from it, I ALWAYS fell back on my good ol’ TD Infinite. As of lately ( >6 months ), I’ve been on TD Infinite as my primary rather than my fallback. I just suddenly became determined to complete all the achievements (still working on it. Got like 3 or 4 left!) as well as keep up with the daily missions as an extra little challenge every day. One of the incomplete achievements I have is to do all the campaign levels on hard. I’m so close. And that was one of my ultimate goals I’ve set for myself with the game anyway. I’ll get there. And most importantly: I’ve NEVER spent a dime on this game! I feel like that would be cheating. You can easily get up the resources you would like to use by playing the game. And that’s exactly what I do which just makes it that much more challenging and who doesn’t love a challenge. BEST. GAME. EVER.

Great game but broken. I constantly run into things that make the game impossible to progress in. In one of the levels after failing to beat on my first try it now starts with 0 coins so it can never be played again. When trying to enhance towers in infinite it randomly says enhancement failed and I lose 2-3 stun or slow etc enhancements that it took weeks to collect. Some normal and hard modes on random levels will never unlock- after getting every achievement possible on them. Just a broken game that could be amazing IF it worked correctly- right now it’s just an aggravating let down

Fun Game, but you can’t play it for long. Game is addicting and very fun to play if you’re into tower defense. The Stamina limit doesn’t let you play the game for very long. If you have to restart a round you use the stamina. If you lose the round you use the stamina. It increases, but so does the cost of starting the level. If you’re on a hard level you may only be able to play for 5 minutes before having to let the stamina recharge. It gets to a point where you can’t get any further without spending money for upgrades and that’s on easy. Those squids that stop your towers are overpowered and they send an entire wave with them mixed in with 50 other units. Good Luck! Very frustrating!

Original Version Was Better. The previous version of this app was perfect. I don’t even understand how stamina works and there’s no explanation anywhere easy to find. I’m not paying just to get restarts on levels when the levels on easy have been made even more difficult. Honestly would’ve been better off charging for the app outright. Also: the app doesn’t work half the time. There’s a random error message that comes up that forces you to restart the app. I’ve now lost their virtual currency TWICE because of this error (while beating the last campaign level no less) have emailed their support and gotten no response. I have a feeling this is a cash cow that isn’t being maintained.

Bring back the old. So I’m just going to say this now but the new version of this game just doesn’t bring the enjoyment of the older versions that’s because now they have this stupid energy system(also guys get a lot harder but that may be my lack of skill) but the energy is a really big problem because if I want to play the game I can only play it a certain amount of times before I ether have to buy more or watch a add like come on please get rid of it

Take out stamina. Oh my god could you please just let me play your game?. Why do you have to make it where you can only play like 3 games at a time then you have to “wait for more stamina”?. Is it a way to persuade me to give you money so I can skip the wait period?. Because that’s just stupid and petty. It’s so annoying, like you’ve made a fantastic game and I would love to sit here and play it, and show my friends but I can’t..😐😑

I love this game!. Although it may seem like this is a pay to play game, it’s not. Each level is entirely beatable with the arsenal provided. My best advice to people is that you read the description of how each weapon functions, and plan your load out according to the enemies you’re shown when you click on a stage. This game becomes super addictive once you truly get the hang of it.

Original game was better. Bought the original game a few years ago and loved it. Beat it and replayed levels. Maxed out towers and everything. Went to play it today after about a year and it said the game was removed from the App Store. I checked and sure enough it was gone but this was in its place. It’s the same single player campaign and the same graphics but now you have to use energy and after you run out it’s available to buy. Bring the old game back.

Pay to play and win. Frustrating.. Due to requiring stamina for every retry, you ruin the fun of trying different tactics. I would gladly pay $2 for unlimited stamina, or at least to retry maps I've already played (which should be less stamina to play). This is TD, and retrying maps should be encouraged, not limited. UPDATE: This game is even worse than I thought. Normal difficulty sets you up to fall. Every time you restart a map, the enemies change so there is no strategy you can employ. Just hope the towers you chose beat the random enemies while you zip through your stamina. This ruined the game for me. There is no satisfaction in playing it. Uninstalling.

Too buggy for 5 stars. The section where you pick the level you want to play in campaign doesn’t work properly. It’s off center and you can’t tell what level you’re selecting. You would think you could avoid it by using the map instead, but any tap there sends you off to the left. I’ve downgraded my rating to three stars because it won’t let me progress past Dry Ice. It doesn’t save, I can’t pick anything else further ahead. Super frustrating to start a game and not be able to finish it. Changing my rating down to one star because this still isn’t fixed. You STILL can’t start D5 to continue the game.

Luck shouldn’t come into it. The game is fun, bu the fact that over-powered units can randomly appear in any wave makes it as much about luck as strategy, which is extremely frustrating. It feels like a ploy to get players to spend rather than adding to the enjoyment in any way.

THE BEST TOWER DEFENCE GAME ON IPHONE. Amazing TD game, but completely ruined by the fact you need an internet connection in order to play single player campaign. If the developers could fix it to not need internet to start the app or play single player like the older version of the game then I would give it 5 stars.

Childhood masterpiece. This game was one of the first mobile games I played when I was a kid, made when mobile games were actually good!! Anyone who enjoys a good tower Defense will love this

Terrible Game. How did this get into the App Store? It crashes on startup, requires an internet connection and will crash if there isn't one. I like to play games such as this as time wasters. Often this will be on the train or other places where internet isn't good. I had he original Tower Defence on my iPhone. But it's no longer supported. It would run without a net connection. The game itself is average. Certainly not worth the in app purchases required to advance in the game.

Bugs need fixing…. Great game, but… For some reason, the further into “single campaign” you get, the more the world map seems to not line up on screen properly, eventually making it unable to select the next level… I can get as far as D4 but it won’t let me select it which is a shame… Anyway of contacting the game creators to make them aware?

Tightly designed. Slightly grindier for those who wish to play for free (like me), but, on the bright side, it simply adds to the challenge. No annoying ads, very tightly designed, cool graphics and even story elements. A very complete TD game.

Good game. Good game just had one problem it stopped working for some reason so had to uninstall then reinstall and start over again.

Has Appeal. Has a certain nostalgia about it however it doesn't take long for the dreaded 'in app purchases' to appear. Really can't see myself spending over 6 bucks for a few crystals to extend gameplay for awhile. Too expensive for what is now an old game. Save your money and buy some plastic soldiers and shoot them with a rubber band.

Keeps me occupied. It’s a good game and I don’t mind a grind as long as I’m enjoying the content.

Great game a bit hard tho. The game is great for the most part until you unlock the turret that does increased damage overtime then the levels are pretty much impossible you need faster attack speed upgrades in order to beat them and that’s expensive it could use a difficulty decrease or a decrease in booster prices. I decided to add to my review I just beat the campaign still could have used a difficulty decrease but honestly the developers could do quite well making another game similar to this the only reason I changed my mind was because there was an update making it easier to get gold from infinite and challenges modes which made it easier to get the boosters to beat the campaign

Fun game. Would be cool if you could play unlimited without paying for more life’s or whatever they are, other then that it’s fun till you hit a point where you have to pay to become strong enough to continue

Awesome tower defense game. This game is great but the power ups only apply to the stage you play after you get them. Also I couldn’t go past the stage Wasteland even after beating it perfect!

Add something to it. Great game however nothing new has been added to this game in years. Too difficult to upgrade towers in infinite mode leading to boredom because you need to play the same board several times to earn tiny upgrades. Not willing to spend money on a game that does not add new content.

Test your theories buying upgrades with extra cash or prizes from completing earlier levels. Designers were not cash-crazy, I completed all levels without adding cash—- but like the real world, your army and weapons are better with thoughtful upgrades! Never get bored; I’m now onto my third playthrough! Perhaps the best of the TD genre! Highly, highly recommended. Great way to kill a few minutes but higher levels can last a long time- - if you’re skilled enough, fast enough, and know when to try a different strategy!

Pay to Win. Don't waste your time on this boring pay to win dud. After a few campaign rounds at easy or normal you'll try to play an Infinity or Challenge level and quickly realize the excruciating amount of time it would take to build a decent arsenal...unless you pay. Even trying to go through the Hard rounds in campaign is categorically impossible without any upgrades or perks. Either you spend gold for perks (which you earn in the mindless few challenges you can complete) or you pay $$$. This is a fact. A3 (just the 3rd level) is impossible to beat without any perks or spending (from actual $ to in-game gold which takes hours to collect). I've tried every combination of towers and it can't be done. In other words: the developers have fully crafted a game you need to waste countless plodding hours or actual cash to advance in. That's fine. They're entitled to make what they want but don't waste your time, don't start and think there's an actual game here to enjoy.

Awesome overall, eventually can’t win without boosts. Many hours spent.

!!FAIL!!. I have loved this game for years! Then it went freemium, with a twist. Loved the old game, so I though whatever, I’ll keep going. So, continued to play the new one for MONTHS to upgrade without paying. Got all the way to wave 190 in Infinite. HOWEVER, once you get to this point the upgrades start to fail! Yeah, they don’t work anymore, they say “upgrade failed” but still take your months of slogging’s earnings. So, they are forcing you to pay, regardless whether you want to or not. YOU CANNOT PLAY PAST A CERTAIN POINT WITHOUT PAYING, NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU SLOG! Period! This game is a total scam! Deleted! A really really bad idea to download this. Really bad idea to even giving them any of your information by downloading. Just read the “privacy” info. Total scam, don’t download.

Fun, but vague. I like the setup and gameplay a lot. It’s simple in execution with enough options to provide variety. However, the moment I beat the final boss I got an error message “invalid data”. What’s the point of playing if winning is literally impossible? Eventually I figured out some of the things a game guide would have explained, and now I see what others are saying about paying to win. I’ve already deleted the game, not worth the time.

Love this game, very addicting. Very fun game to play but please update, I get busy during the day and I log out, and when I log back in to resume my game it proceeds then blacks out and makes me start over, it use to let me resume and keep playing but not anymore. I have an iPhone 12, so not sure why it keeps doing this

Could be great. The game used to be great. Then they made it literally impossible to win the hard levels with out paying or using “upgrades”. And then there’s the fact that some times the level will throw a harder villain at you and such. It used to be a fun game to try and see why worked but now it’s just another pay to win game.

Bought the HD version a few years ago. I bought this game a few years back and thought I would give it a try again. It is still as fun as I remember. The first version allowed upgraded easier.

Game is ruined. I played this game when it was called lost earth. I loved this game. Unlimited playability trying new tactics for free I had a blast. Then the company got greedy and started charging energy to retry maps and upping the difficulty 5x making it completely pay to win. This game in its current version is a waste of time. Restore purchase!. I purchased this game a few years ago. I’ve looked up and down on how to restore purchase and nothing! This use to be such a fun game. Now they made the easy level harder to make you pay for more stamina. The stamina makes no sense! Why is my cap so little? Oh that’s right you want me to buy the stamina. Good time passer. The game is fun to play and takes time to learn it and makes it easy to loose some time ,but it’s also slow to upgrade towers and get the cores needed,the game doesn’t give out allot of points per kill so you need to get stronger towers fast and upgrades soon

Absolutely. i eat a lot of cheese therefore spend a lot of time on the toilet and this helps me pass the time and alleviates some of the pain from my choices.

Great game - more updates would be awesome. This is a really fun Tower Defence game, and I happily spent free time beating the campaign as well as the other modes. I wish there were more maps available in Infinite/ Challenge modes. Is there any way we can have an update in future?

Fun. This game is fun but it needs work from developers. There is no way to make crystals and rewards are slow making it hard to play without paying. Also, some powers (large circle) isn’t explained how to use. Needs work to be user friendly but I do like it and think it has tons of potential.

Horrible and a waste of space 😤😤😤. I downloaded it thinking it would have good graphics and be a good tower defense game but no. The graphics are fuzzy most of the time, the style is horrible, and it wants you to pay money for pretty much everything. I would give it a half a star if I could but that’s not how things work. Awesome. I followed this game since I was a teenager and I’m 31 now. Is game is legit and always enjoyed this type of defense tower games. But this one is my favorite. Thank you to the people who made this game. And making something I really love.

Tower Upgrades. So in this game you are able to upgrade your towers with materials but I have beaten the game and there seems to be no way to get these said materials and upgrade your towers which is a shame and useless feature

Not a “pay to win”. Has an old school feel (old, so far as smart phones have existed). You can get pretty far with very minimal in-app purchases. Pretty simple to figure out, but it will test you to use some brain power eventually.

LifeTime TD Fan - What Happened?. Like many others I paid for the Hd version or whatever. This game was so awesome in terms of balance and variety. It had an interesting setup and backstory. To the actual creators, well done. But the company ruined the game, requiring money to fill a stamina bar, and changing mechanics to increase the odds of needing to fill the the stamina bar. Disappointed. I played for years, but all you wanted was more money. Restructure your company.

The “lightning charge” required to play. I don’t like how there’s only a limited amount of time you can fail thus depleting the chances you can have to complete the level before waiting a whole 4 minutes for 1 lightning charge...

Problems.. Good morning, I’ve had been delete the app like four times y two days, because it doesn’t work well. I’ve lost my towers, my lines, and all my points. I really love the game, but, if this keep happening, I must to change it.

Pay2Play. If you challenge yourself to beat this game without paying, they shut you down in the grey wolf level on normal. I have watched the “official “ play throughs of this level on hard mode and it is no where near as brutal as what I encounter on normal mode on the same level. Thy literally have to cheat to make you pay.

OG game. One of my favorite classics, so thankful it’s not riddled with ads. So wish we could see a tower defense 2 a separate app so we could jog back and fourth from old school to new. But still love it!!

Please fix the game on iPad Pro 11 inch. I loved this game when I first played it 10 years ago and the gameplay and story line is just incredible. Now I have an iPad Pro 11 inch and I would love to continue to play this game. But this game has serious displaying and touch issue on this device. Please issue another update to this legacy game so me and other players can continue playing

Great game!. Awesome job and development guys! I love the genre of TowerDefense but I feel that you have really nailed the concept. If I were to have a complaint of any kind it would be only that energy is too low. That’s probably just because I don’t want to stop playing!

Good. Wish you could beat it without paying but the story is great the gameplay is great and I enjoyed it immensely I honestly am very satisfied it’s better than I expected but you for sure have to buy power ups to beat them all on hard or normal difficulty

Tower defense. I’ve had this game downloaded for a long time, It’s fun and simple. My biggest gripe is the stamina meter, JUST LET ME PLAY THE GAME CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT WAITING FOR MY STAMINA GAGE TO REPLENISH!!! I’m crazy and try to not let a single alien into the base, so I restart every time an alien goes in. It makes it a ton more challenging. On that note, the levels get to hard to impossible to do that. So I don’t play it that often.

Simple Fun Tower Defense. I am a casual tower defense type games player. I don’t like all the complications in the different power ups. I just want to be able to unlock new towers and keep playing. So this game is perfect for that.

Looks like they tried to write a story to get you involved, but we don’t care we just want good TD functionality. And this was lackluster. Definitely download it if you’re bored.

Game is good, but lacks instructions. Very much like MLB game, this one is hard to find game play instructions. I am still trying to figure out how to use a nuke and have spend several hundred coins on for nothing. I’ve been to the Com2Us page and still nothing to be found. C’mon guys n gals...

Fun but have to be connected. The game is fun and I enjoy playing it. Used to play older version. The one thing I hate though is that you have to be connected to the internet via WiFi or cellular data to play the game. Which I think is ridiculous. If you could play with out using data, then 5 stars but this is a big hiccup in the app.

Classic. It has a good nostalgia when you play the game the graphics are okay but this game is an exception first it’s because it’s starting to stack up on time But also it is my favorite all time mobile game It runs smoothly especially because I am on 13.7.1. I think but overall it’s just a classic game and no other game can beat it in its nostalgia type way, So if you are a customer of this fine establishment then please play this game you’ll like plus you can’t not like it unless you tried it.

Decent game. Could use more tower options, more ability to customize towers, easier way to acquire cores without having to spend real money, and increase stamina regeneration to allow for more gameplay time without having to wait or pay for refills.

Best tower defense game I ever played. This game so cool and really neat. I like how it’s an OG tower defense game. The graphics and game design is gorgeous! The gameplay is thrilling and exciting. Map and tower design is great! The prices are good and the power and damage it on point. The animation for the enemy is funny and awesome, the grizzly’s wall is funny. Love the game so much!

Still playing this game. Simple and awesome. I’ve been through this campaign probably 20 times over the last decade. Wish I could find more games like this. No P2W, no constantly asking for you to buy “coins” or what ever. Just a simple tower defense game.

"Invalid user"???. This game is really good but unfortunately has a bug where it crashed and doesn't allow me to play any longer. Whenever I try to play it says invalid user. It seems I have to delete the entire app and lose my progress in order to play again. It's a shame, had potential

Game still needs to be polished. When playing through, there is an insane difficulty spike (on easy mode) Finally after looking up guides, I am now unable to move on because the interaction with the UI will not allow me to start the next level. Level D6 wont let me start the round, it just automatically switches to the next level (which is locked still) Tried restarting the game, gave it about 10 minutes of trying, now I give up. I wouldn’t waste your time on this game.

Best tower defense game-Stamina. The best tower defense game I’ve played. If only I could just pay for the game. I’d even pay 10 dollars or more. This game is very challenging and you must retry levels over and over but you only get 3 or 4 tries before you gotta BUY stamina. I can’t spend that kinda money on a game. And nowhere does it explain anything about stamina. How do I get or earn more. You’ll have to spend a considerable amount of money to keep playing this game.

Could be such an amazing game but….. Could be an amazing game but, 1) there is no introductory level. You are just tossed into the game wondering what this clock is counting down towards. Hopefully you are ready to go. Yes I know there is load screens to give info and stuff you can read. IM PLAYING A GAME!!! I don’t want to read a manual. 2) the energy system is a joke. Play two games and I am out of energy? What kind of horrible money grab is that? 3) what’s with the weird screen that pops up before the game screen? Glitchy garbage, waste of time. First, it’s “special” is not “spacial” . Also you tap/touch several times to choose. The response is terrible. Basically they want you to spend money right away otherwise you cant advance beyond the 4th level, on easy. The game overall looks and feels like a bootleg crap version of other tower defense games.

When its workint. When it works its a great game. The last several times ive tried to play it, the game says “network connection unstable try again later”. Has been going on for over a month. Games up to date and i have 1 gig internet on wifi so that def not the issue.

Tower upgrades. Love the game! Huge fan of strategy involved with tower defense. Towers are very hard to upgrade in this game. That is the on reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I have been playing now for almost a week and I have one tower upgraded one time. Makes some levels very hard without the upgrades towers.

In-game purchase ripoff. Decent game. Nothing special. Customer service was horrendous. Make no mistakes about it either. You have to make in-app purchases to really progress. (Which I was ready to do). Made an in-game purchase that had technical issues with crystals. Contacted company who told me that there was nothing they could do. Will not be making any more purchases on this game nor any others from COM2US. Even making contact with them was a horrible experience. Seems they make it that way on purpose to cut down on people ability to ask for info em credit. Oh well. Their loss. Plenty of tower defense games out there.

"Infinite". This game was incredible a few years ago. I could play this all day every day and replayability was crazy. Way to give into the greed and add all these nonsense microtransactions. Better take "infinite" off the name. What is this "you're out of stamina" crap? You really think I'm going to pay money to keep playing the game? No, I'm going to find something else to do. Way to sell out bros.

Fun tower defense game. Not to much “sell out” step by step rules. I love the animations. Grate sounds. Hardly any advertisements. Give you option for pay to win, but doesn't constantly push it on you. Grate way to pass the time.

Solid Tower Defense Game. Little bit laggy menu but no major issues. Game will crash if you leave it open during play while switching between apps. Solid free game though
