Could give 6 stars. I’ve tried a bunch of different workout apps, but this is by far the best out there right now. If you’re looking to increase your strength exponentially and expeditiously this is the app for you. I’ve been using this app since October and I’ve put on about 10-15 lbs of muscle. This program will push you to the absolute limits of your strength and beyond whatever you thought possible of yourself. I’ve recommended this app to more than half a dozen friends and will continue to do so.

Gets the job done, but needs an update.. I’ve been using this app for awhile, and I’ve definitely see and feel results. I also would not say it’s an app for beginners. You have to know some basics about strength training in order to be get the most out of it. I also think it should allow for more customization. My gym doesn’t have free weights passed a certain number. I have to skip to a new exercise every time I workout. I should be able to switch out permanently or at the start of the workout. Also, lower body workouts only have about 2-3 exercises per workout w/ the rest being upper body training. Leg days should be legs days. There hasn’t been an update to the app in about two years and it shows. There can be a discrepancy in the image showing the weight load in one area of the app over another. You have to pay attention the weight load when you’re in between sets or it will throw off your workout. The app also randomly resets weight back to trial sets without warning. That’s super annoying and counterproductive to overall goals. I’m a premium user, but I’m considering switching to an app that has regular updates. It was fun while it lasted. Might be time to move on.

Get stronger and develop a great physique. This app has helped me gain strength, size, and a better physique do to the workout routines and the smart adapt component which allows for the weight and reps to be automatically customized to suit your personal abilities. I have been using this app for close to a year and am still impressed by it. If you don’t know how to perform an exercise, their are easy-to-acess videos that are one click away that will show you proper form to help prevent injuries. I will continue to use it because I have continuously noticed progress and keep obtaining new personal records in my strength and physique.

Essential. There’s no point in going to the gym without goals, and there’s no way to know if you’re on track for those goals with out logging your workouts/progression. BAU5 does it all for me and has helped my gym going experience/results improve 10 fold. 🙌🏼

Doing this as no contact available to email. I have used the app 7 times so far. First few workout it did the trial sets and seemed ok but the last two workouts it wants me to do a 35 rep and 20 rep warm up on bench press. That’s 55 reps in two sets. Even at a low weight this is crazy. After last workout the other day I’m getting basically the same workout to do today.

Loving the app. Only been using this app for a week now and I'm enjoying it. Just a few suggestions I would add such as it having 1.) Day to day routines, 2.) The ability to reset weight requested to lift; example- on the seated row machine it told me to row 500lbs for 6 reps, unfortunately my gym only goes to 275 so instead of faking the dunk I've just been increasing my reps at 275. If it offered that I would buy it definitely.

Exceptional but needs improvement.. I’ve been using this app for about 6 months and have increased in weight on every workout. I like how it tracks your progression and the Smart Adapt Function. However, please add more variety of workouts such as maybe dedicating a day to one muscle group. Also add a function where you can increase or decrease weight on a set if the machine does not have that particular weight. That is all. Great app!

Great app.. Has helpful video tutorials for each exercise that easily introduces new workouts for people unfamiliar with them. I like how it's able to switch to a different exercise using the same muscle if you can't get to a certain equipment. My only wish is that they give you the option to move to the next set when your ready as opposed to waiting the full rest period.

Best work out app I’ve used. I’ve been using this app off and on for about 7 years, and I have to say it does it job amazingly! I started using it a few months before I retired from the military and it’s definitely kept me in shape!

Good but could be better. I’ve been lifting my whole life for transports and just got to the point in my life where I’m now just lifting on my own to stay fit. The app does a good job of giving you workouts and telling you what weight to do and how long to wait in-between sets. However, it doesn’t seem like there has been many app updates and the workouts get repetitive. I would like to see more workouts added so that you get a variety of lifts but the management seems to be afk. The Facebook page also hasn’t been posted on since 2017.

Great App. Overall i love the app, I just would recommend the option for the customers to have more input on what their goals are. For example i would love some workouts focusing on my core. But i mainly only receive plans for upper body strength (Chest, shoulders, arms) and lower body strength (legs, back). I have yet to have a core/mid body workout. Other than that i am satisfied.

zackly what I need. Total management app - strength testing, planning, videos, sets and reps, rests, recalculating based on performance. The first week or so you get walked through several go2failure drills, then the app figures out where your at and marches you inexorably forward. Completed 9 workouts (3 weeks) today, and I can already see in the mirror where this app is taking me. High octane! No thinking required. Like having a coach in my pocket. Developer Request: for the ability to go back into History, and correct the rep counts. Sometimes after a set I'm too tired to think and just swipe right, forgetting to adjust the true number of reps.

Can be repetitive, but ultimately you get results. I’ve been using this app for several years now, and at first it was on and off. I felt like it wasn’t variations enough between my workouts so i wasn’t on it as much. Now, about three months ago, I’ve decided to stick with the regiment for a number of six months. Throughout the third month, i progressively seen changes in my body mentally and physically. It truly changes and sculpts your strength and lean muscle as if you’re seeing a trainer in the gym. I honestly love the app now, but just wish it would throw in some new workouts after each 30 days you use it. Overall, i would recommend to anyone that has patience and wants to see results in strength.

Amazing app!. I've worked out before, but never at an advanced level, and sometimes it would be on and off. I'd make progress, then gain some of it back, then lose it, etc. Not that it was hard to track or anything, I did that pretty well for all my workouts, but having started up again I wanted to start from scratch and this app was perfect for that. It's new (different) routines compared to what I usually do so it's a nice change of pace and makes for a great motivation to keep at it once again. That being said, it's perfect for those who aren't too advanced already, you need something to get you started and helps, this is it. There are a few things I wish it would have, so I'll give it a 4, but I'm sure, just as I've seen in past reviews, issues and suggestions will be added eventually!

Great. I've been using this app for about 2 weeks now my biggest suggestion is for it to give me a heads up for the amount of weight i need to have ready or add before the timer starts like for the super sets I waste time adding the weight it wants me to lift because it doesn't let me know ahead of time.

Love it. This is great for people on the go, or aren't in this field of expertise. It watches what you can lift and what you can't, it doesn't over work you. Stick with it and do what it says and it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket. I want to upgrade to pro to see how much better it will be for me but I can't commit to the 89$ a year. I get why they do it like this but a cheaper monthly or an outright purchase of a pro app and I would be okay.

Needs work. Overall, this is a good app. There a few things that need work. 1. The ability to add/decrease weight on any given set. Instead of cheating the system doing less weight or injuring yourself by doing too much. 2. The alert system needs to be redesigned. Sometimes the vibrate function doesn’t work and I find myself standing around waiting and the timer had already been going for 15-20 seconds. 3. The time between supersets. If you have to wait on a machine it throws the time off. But like I said, the app is pretty good.

Great..... at first. I thought this app was amazing when I got it. Really let me see what my max reps were for a few exercises. So I bought it, thinking it would unlock more options to allow for human error or actual real life happenings.... it doesn’t. It had me doing a very heavy set for curls, more than I could do.. but this was 3 sets into the exercise. Rather than keeping me at the weight I just did or slightly raise it. They decided to just stop the exercise altogether. Or if you skip an exercise due to someone using the equipment.. they just cut it out for the day. I don’t want to do less Bc the app cant cope to real world settings. Great idea but terrible execution

Great APP and Service!. I love this APP. It has instilled a “drive” in me that I didn’t have with other apps. I’m seeing results and feel worked after every workout. It takes alittle bit to learn all the nuances of the app, but a simple email to the developer is all it takes. I was amazed by the rapid response and then a follow up email seeing how I made out. Very personal. He didn’t have to do that, but by doing so, has secured my pro subscription status for a long time. Thanks!

Ground breaking. Have been looking for an app like this for awhile and nothing came close to what I was looking for. After looking a week from now I’ll subscribe to the premium version and continue my review good sh** Also like to note to eventually for workout I cannot do, to implement another workout due to an injury or lack of equipment.

Best Personal Trainer!. This app is hands down the best fitness app in the AppStore. It customizes the exercises based on body type gender and goal. It starts with trial exercises to determine your current level and will adjust the weight accordingly. It tells you exactly how much weight to use and how many reps and sets. Also it has a rest timer. This app if the best personal trainer.

Great so far, 14 Workouts in. I really like this app, as I feel it really pushes you to your full capabilities. I have yet to upgrade to the paid version but plan to do so after a month of using the free app. The reason for 4star rating is I wish I could decide to super set before each exercise not just at the beginning of each workout. My gym gets really busy and sometimes I can get the first super set completed but then the second set of super set is impossible due to availability of equipment.

Decent. I'd consider myself a moderate lifter and wanted to find something to switch up my routine and this app caught my eye. Although I was very intrigued the first two weeks or so the workouts kept getting repetitive and you're not getting much of a variety of exercises for each muscle group. I could see this app being highly beneficial for beginners or novice individuals but past that you're not going to get much growth due to the low volume of each muscle group within each workout. Just my opinion.

I’ve enjoyed the app. To get the jumpstart back into the gym, it is fantastic. I like how it increases the weight based on activity. One of the biggest drawbacks is that the app constantly gives you the same exercises. I know there is quite a variety, but it’s default is to the same ones over and over. Everyone knows that doing barbell bench that often isn’t good for you. I have found that I can say the equipment is taken, and it will give me an alternative, but it would be nice to not have to do that:

Awesome. I’ve used this app on and off for over a year and have been impressed every time. The tracking and progression is great and keeps me pushing myself. I don’t usually have any issue with equipment as I’m able to adjust the workout based on what I have available at home. Only downfall I’ve noticed is the repetitive workouts. In order to reach my personal goals I’ve had to adjust and do workouts other than just this app which adds time to my workouts. Other than that, I’m satisfied overall.

Great app. I’m a beginner at working out on my own without my trainer and I like how the app take me through different workouts, especially with me not having the experience. Only thing is once they develop the beginner app then you can’t beat it. Also I don’t like how they jump all over the place with the weights per reps and starting off with so many reps per set. Other than that great app and I will just wait for results.

Pretty good app!!. This app is probably the best workout app there is. I've used many other well known apps but they don't meet my requirements. Initial set up was amazing! It's like this app understand where every individual stands so that you can set it up exactly according to you. Hats off to the app developers for all the hard work they spent on minute details. The only reason for 4 stars is that, this app only lets you work out for 3 days a week. I normally tend to workout 5 days a week (resistance training)with one day active rest and one day complete rest. That's probably the only draw back. If they could incorporate a workout routine for an individual to workout more than three days, it would be amazing! Anyway, keep up the good work guys. My 100% appreciation to you all.

There is great potential here. There’s a lot I like about this app, but like others have said, it can feel insanely rushed, which can lead to injuries. I also feel like I don’t get the chance to push as much weight as I know I can, because the rep frequency for some of the warmups is out of whack. I like the videos, the wide variety of workouts and the challenge, but I can’t help but think the math isn’t quite adding up

Good app. I've done 20 sessions with this app, already seeing good gains. I'd been lifting for about 11 months on my own three days a week, but doing the more traditional back and bi, chest and tri, legs rotation. I hit a plateau and was looking for something to change it up. I ran across this app and have been pleased, I feel strong. Pros: multiple workouts, pre programmed, good instruction videos, receptive tech support. Cons: can't control the weight options, needed a work around when I maxed out on dumbbell shrugs because my gym doesn't carry dumbbells over 100 lbs, the leg days sometimes take longer than I have time for, in a packed gym super sets are hard to do (you can opt out, but have to do that at the beginning - wish you could opt out as you go in the event that there are some that can be done). Wish list: being able to compare progress photos side by side, take out super sets as you go, possibly change order of exercise our slip and come back to later to account for machines being used, add a core/abs component.

Great for Steady Gym Goers. I’ve had no issues with the app, saw some strength gain as I wanted too. Downsides that resulted in my three star rating: 1. when I travel and I’m at hotel gyms with limited equipment access or no equipment at all, the app doesn’t have an option to change to body weight workouts. If it adds this feature this app might dominate all fitness apps. 2. It assigns a lot of supersets, but sometimes at the gym half way through the workout plan, certain supersets become impossible to perform. They should add a feature that allows you to disable supersets mid-workout, otherwise you basically have to bs the numbers to fill them in or “stop” the workout. It’s pretty annoying

Amazing app!. I’m always up for new and daunting workouts and this app really helped me get my lean bulk look that I’ve been wanting forever! Obviously I can’t stop here and will continue with my gains and aesthetics. Easy to use app, and love how it introduces to people about supersets. The only problem is I personally have to add in my own abs exercises for my body to get the look I want, maybe invest some time into putting some abs into the workouts. I just know a lot of people wants abs as well so could be useful one day.

Worked for a while :(. I enjoyed this app at first, but after a while, it became frustrating. Whatever algorithm decides how much weight to add didn’t work for me. When I recorded my max reps for a given weight, the app would say I had to start over from the beginning. This continued over a period of months, and even with some (very delayed) replies from the help staff, I was unable to resolve the issue. I canceled it.

Can’t connect to server. I’ve been using this this app for about a month and it’s been going great. However, starting today, I’ve been getting a message which says “Can’t connect to server” which has prevented me from doing any workouts. The “Need help?” button is also completely unresponsive.

Great app!. Been using the app for a few months and I am overall very happy with it. It does repeat the same exercises but by doing so I was able to put on more weight on the bar. Pretty flexible in how it lets you manage the workload passing. I encountered an issue with the app but the people in support were prompt to respond and fix it.

More workouts. Developers this could definitely be a 5 star if you gave us the option to adjust how many days a week we want to work out and if you could add ABS workouts it would definitely be complete in my opinion.

Really good just one minor issue. This app is amazing. It has helped me a lot. The only issue i have with it and it really doesn’t matter all that much but when i go to put my picture in for the end of the workout the app always crashes when i put the picture in. It isn’t an entirely big deal just because i go back into the app and my picture has been posted on the workout but when i have to do three pictures it is kind of annoying. All in all, I love this app.

Enjoying this app. Awesome app which focuses first on finding your base point and builds from there. Workouts are structured to hit multiple muscle groups per day. Some may think workouts are too short but you can certainly add your own at the end. I find they typically last an hour and I’ll do abs and stairs to finish off.

Great app, meh progression. I love everything about this app except... - I can’t manually adjust my weight - I can’t choose the workouts to replace when a machine is busy, it assigns one for me. - I can tell it I have an injury but I can’t customize a workout around it. - lastly, I’ve been using it for about 6 months and am still being given the same 12 workouts, though sometimes in different order. It’s just boring :-/

Wouldn't Recommend Currently. I hit the regularly and I consider my self a physically fit individual. The weight jumps were ridiculous. All that information input at the set up didn't seem to matter. Overall, it's didn't show me anything I didn't know and was only a challenge for the weight I can't rep correctly. Three stars for user friendly, clean look and the timer was beneficial but the workout itself didn't make much sense to me. Update: Why am I doing upper body set during a “lower body” workout? Why when my phone is set to not go dark does this app darken? Why can’t I skip the rest period when I want? The devs also seem to be inactive. As the last update was over a year ago.

Great Training App. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a jump start in the gym. It takes care of tracking your progress and automatically increases weight and reps as you go. I have already seen solid gains and I’ve only been using this app for about 3 months. At one point I had a small issue with my subscription being recognized and emailed the developers (there’s a button in the app to report any problems) and within THE SAME DAY they responded that they’ve taken care of the issue. I’ve also noticed after reading through the reviews that nearly every suggestion was later added to the app. There is now a pause function, disabling of supersets, great variability, options to skip/change an exercise and the option to work out early if you want to work out more than 3 times a week. Overall it shows that there is a lot of work that goes into this app and the Devs really are trying to take care of its users

Workout Regiment. This app is good for displaying what the workout looks like and a display for how the weights should look for the next set. It pushes you to hit hit reps for warmup then heavy weights and low reps for the workouts. Have an Apple Watch and when using this app I just use the Strength Training workout to track calories and heart rate and this will help you shred calories!!

Very Rushed. I love the workouts this app gives me, but I hate that there is no option to pause the workout. Example: after a heavy final set of squat, I have only 90 seconds to refill my water bottle, re-rack weight, find the next machine and get ready before it’s already time to go again. It is very rushed and I feel like that can cause injury. You have the option to skip the exercise if you’re feeling any discomfort, but I would rather focus on the exercise than to rush myself and finish in the time it gave me. Also, if you have a workout partner, this isn’t a great app for the two of you too go off.

Good app so far!. So far i have enjoyed this app alot but I would like to see an upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, rest option, or even an everyother day with upper, lower alternating. This app has a ton of potential! I would just like to work out more than 3 days of lifting and have it more balanced with atleast 2 upper days, and 2 lower days per week. Thanks Dev team and keep working at it!

GREAT CAN ALWAYS BE GREATER. I’ve used this apps for years since I first found out about it in college. I’ve definitely seen results and I’m continuing to see them even if I fall off for a week or two. The adaptive was of the app is excellent and a great push for yourself to get stronger and keep track of your goals. But we need more workouts I’m roughly 100 workouts in and though we’re hitting all the necessary muscle groups, different exercises can make the app even more useful and giving the body more dynamic motions to do. Simplest example would adding split squats or lunges so more exercises can be incorporated into the routine. If push-ups can be added as an alternative for bench press when not available, then lunges can easily incorporated. Alternative exercises should also come more often as in the scheduled workouts instead just when a machine or weight is not available. I think that would be a hearty mix up for all users and promote use health overall since body weight exercises will now be regulated in the regime

Lots of promise but ultimately falls short.. At first, I was pretty excited to use this app. Starting out from day one I could tell there was something off. I'm not sure what algorithm the devs use to judge the weight and reps per set, but it's waaay off. For example, one set for bench had me doing 185lbs for 12 reps. Then on the next set, it chose to do 245lbs for 6 reps. There's also not much variety. If you like to do barbell bench, then this is for you. But anyone that's been training for a while (or even a moderate lifter) can tell you it's a bad idea to have someone do bench for every workout. After the insane difficulty spike with these lifts on upper day, I figured lower would be better. 2 leg exercises (leg press and RDL) was it for legs. After that, they thought it was a good idea to throw more shoulders and the exact same arm routine (bb curl + close grip bench). Guess what day 3 was? That's right, more bench. Oh and Day 4? Yup, more bench press. Fix the algorithm and vary the exercises and this app would be great.

I like it BUT...... It is a good app however during some exercises there isn’t enough time to change the weights. I only have 1 bar and a small set of weights that I have to use. Some of the videos could be shot at better and multiple angles to give you a better look at the movements. On supersets it is frustrating when the timer starts and I haven’t even seen what I really have to do yet let alone switch the weights.

Good not great. I'm a personal trainer and would not recommend to a client. However, I do find it useful for off days when I want to get a solid workout in to start my day. It gives a decent variety for when you want a plan that works out several muscle groups in one day. If you want an app to get you in peak physical condition, this is definitely not it. The algorithm clearly needs work - the reps/weight ratio are off. Have it in your quiver of health apps, but don't make it your main source for fitness guidance.

Boring but effective. The app does a lot of the same basic workouts, there’s a good selection of workouts that it’ll choose from but if you’re someone who needs constant variation you won’t get it, this can make the workouts a little boring some weeks so it doesn’t hurt to throw in another app or your own spin to keep things fresh, however the way it tracks your progress and adjusts your weights over time is highly effective and if you use the app you will make progress and get stronger, I have yet to have another workout out actually increase my muscle mass and strength as effective as this app which is why I think it deserves 5 stars

Great Amateur/Moderate Workout App. This app is pretty good for Amateurs or moderate individuals who are learning how to workout. However, you must know your limits and do push yourself to do weights that are beyond your strength level. P.S. Also, supersets are kinda annoying. I hope in the next update you have the option to turn that off!

Great app but needs work/options. I absolutely love this app!! I mean I’m actually paying for the subscription and I never do that(mainly cuz I’m seeing results and it’s tracking on its own) but there are a few options that need to be added. For starters those joined workouts where you have to hop from one equipment to the other needs to have an option to either disable that or give us time in between to get to the workouts. My gym is small but if I was at a big gym I’d have to run across just to get to the other piece and by than that’s 10-20 seconds lost because it starts counting right away. The other is it should give you list of workouts so if you don’t have a piece of equipment in your gym it’ll give you options of equipments/workouts that target the same area and you can choose which one you want/can do . Otherwise this is a great app.

Good start but some improvements needed. Great app to start with, especially for those new to the gym. I don't however like the fact that it locks you out of any workouts when you are on your rest days. I want to work out when my schedule allows, not when the app tells me it's ok. I hope you can fix this. I also would lily the ability to modify weight whilst lifting. If an exercise is too easy or hard I should be able to say so and the program automatically should adjust, rather than just dropping the exercise altogether. This has the makings of a great app, just a few settings changes required to give the user more control. Thanks!

Gym Motivator!. BAU5 Workout is a great personal trainer and motivator. The app UI is clean, user friendly and has a lot of potential. I'm sure all users are looking forward to more frequent app updates and Facebook posts. So many apps out there that have been forgotten about and then deleted off devices. This will show that the Development Team are on top of their product, listening to their users and making sure we don't lose interest ... In return creating a successful gym app like no other that deserves the #1 rank!

Can't connect. Without Facebook, you can't log in. I don't have Facebook… and won't.

I need help with this app?. I need to change my settings back to intermediate as advanced is too much with the trials? How do I do this? No FAQ or help?

Takes the guesswork out of it. I’ve been using this for a while. I liked it because it 1.showed you how to do the excercise 2. Gave you the weights to put on the bar 3. Gave you the rest time between sets. In the paid version it increments your weights. Problems are it gives you little time to change your weights between workout sets so the workouts are longer than they say. I’d like to see shorter or customised versions. The excercise combos get a bit boring after a while. There have not been any new addictions since I have been using it. There is also minimal analysis of how you are going and how you could improve-or even what they are aiming at. I would like to see it developed more. Has a lot of potential.

Not worth the subscription. For 20$ a month I expect more then the 3 same workouts that repeat themselves.

Server error. Used this app for 65+ workouts, was seeing increases in strength and results in the mirror. Unfortunately the app has stopped working, failed to record my last workout and reads system error every time I try to launch a new workout. The contact, provide feedback and all similar type buttons seem to be disabled.

Awesome. So far it’s awesome....just waiting for it to say free trial over then my broke a** has to say goodbye :’(

Helps out a lot. I’ve had trouble being consistent with a program this has really helped me I hope for new workouts

‘Great app but’. I like the app but I wish and hope you would add more variety for the chest workout. Then I would give a 5 star. Also get the app on Apple Watch please.

Lacks flexibility. The app would be good if it did not set timeouts and rest time between workouts. Skip buttons would solve the issue. Until then, this is worthless.

Exactly what I was looking for!. I've been searching all over for an app like this! It's like a personal trainer for the gym on your iPhone. It creates great routines automatically, and works you hard. Just what I was looking for! Thanks Bau5!!

Very straight forward and user friendly. Some people were saying it doesn't take into account that you are the hulk on a cycle and have no need for mere mortal things like a warm up set, but then wonder why they have sore/pulled/piled muscles after the go as hard as possible off the bat. That is actually the reason I gave it 5 stars because it kind of forces you to do things like take the time to get the muscle you're using warm and ready, and take the appropriate time between sets to stretch the muscle or as I like to do throw in some cardio for a better pump.

Stalled. Was really excited to try. Did the first workout and now it won't send it so I can't do anything else.

Variety. I wish it had a little more variety or even a way to change the order workouts are planned

Missing functions hamper usability. This app is great, except when it isn’t. It has voice prompts to keep you from having to pull out your phone, but no way of signalling that you’ve completed a set without pulling out your phone (Apple Watch functionality is limited). It won’t allow you to tell the app when a weight doesn’t exist at your gym (my gym’s dumbbells max out at 75, and the app keeps pushing higher without a way for me to tell it to stop).

More. Would love it if they would let you add what equipment you have, I workout from home so I don't have all the machines, as well as incorporate some stretching, all in all I think it's a good app next to jefit!

Error. When i selected the level 3 a error shows up: “ could not register “

Pretty satisfied so far. It does everything I need. Don't need to think much while I'm at the gym haha. Just lift 😂

:(. Can’t log in

Very well thought out. Love it

Incredible!. I would consider this is a great app for beginners, or intermediate gym goers. It takes all the guess work out of what time while keeping track of all your progress. I I have went up 30 pounds on my bench and went up a bunch in everything else. LOVE THIS APP!!! I did the subscription just because I feel who ever created it did an incredible job!

Love it. I don’t have to worry about my weight increase as this app does it for me as I’m improving.

Good app for first timers. I like the way it can compromise in gym environment, in respect to available equipment or weight. The small videos and details help with the technique. 👍🏻

Love this app!. Since using Bau5 my lifts have improved significantly. It's like a personal trainer that knows just how much to push you. It starts of with trial sets and then builds a custom plan for you.

The Best Fitness App I’ve Ever Used!!. I download this a couple months ago after seeing it an Instagram ad. After the first work out I was hooked, it took all of the guessing out of my workouts and helped my more accurately track my strength gain! It honestly has turned my fitness around completely. I could not be happier! Thank you for this awesome app!!

Great workout program. Takes the guess work out of what weights you need to add or take off during your workouts. Helps you to increase in the weights

Wow. Very good app who challenge you and make better version of yourslef

Great app. So far i really like it. Easy to use and understand cant wait to train with this app

Server issues. They need to update this app urgently, anytime you want to skip an exercise it just says trying to connect to server. Very annoying!

pause button. can we get an pause button to set up the weights in supersets specially moving from stations not all equipment are available sometimes at the gym.thank you

???. Can't connect with Facebook or any other way...

Great app. This app really helped me getting into the shape. I have only one request for developers, there should be feature to turn ON/OFF superset feature in between the workout. Sometimes there are equipment issue but then you can’t turn off once you started. Thanks!

Good App. The app itself is good but the developer moves very slowly. Took over2 years to allow simple email login versus making it mandatory to have a Facebook account. Try Strong, Strongur, or Stronglifts 5x5. All 3 listen more to their users. These apps are much more customizable as well.

Great App. Really helps cut back on all the planning time- just head to the gym and open the app! I've been using it for about 5 months, with great results. Only suggestion I have: we need some more workouts! I'm starting to plateau! :)

The ultimate workout app!. I've tried many workout apps and have never been satisfied. Then I found BAU5! This is the best weight training app by miles. All you have to do is press start and it does everything else. I am loving it! They should definitely charge because it's worth it. Way to go guys!

Love the app, but could use some improvements to make it worth my money. I love the app. Especially how it keeps track of everything and tells me what i need to do. i love the weight tracking over time as well. The only thing i think could be improved would be more workout customization. I work out at home and i have limited equipment so I can't do some of the exercises. I'd also like to go to the gym more than 3 times a week, but there's no option for it. I'm not a leg guy either so it would be great if I could just choose which muscle groups to focus on. If it had those features, I would definitely subscribe.

Awesome. This app is great. It takes all the thinking out of it. It will push you to the limit which is great

Great Workout App. Smart fast workouts that show results quickly. Some great features like being able to adjust exercises if equipment is unavailable or is taken. Good design and performance. Nice work!

Best workout app I've used. What this app lacks in customization it makes up for in comprehensive training. It tells you exactly what to lift. If you can't, tell it why not and it makes adjustments. Costs more but worth it.

Excellent app. This is the best personal trainer video I could find on the App store. Easy to use, adjusts to your level, varied workouts.

Woman version. I would give five stars because this app has been very helpful however, the app seems that it is only for men, and the name tells it all. Incorporating some booty focus workouts because I am a woman and I want a big booty.

App. App went down won’t let me login, even though I’m paying for a subscription.

Excellent app. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and really love it!

Irritated. I think this app has potential but I don't want to use it and feel like I don't have control over what weight I do, I love the exercises it gives me but I'm not gonna start out my bench press at just the bar. It needs some improvement to give the user a bit more control, if I was working out with a trainer he would lay out a routine but he would definitely let me decide my weight to lift if I felt confident and comfortable.

Solid App. Some times the workouts are too long because I start with cardio. Otherwise pretty solid, although I hope they keep improving

Great App. The pro version is on the expensive side with little to no perks provided. But the free version does a good job in providing a great routines workout. Simple and effective.

Best app yet. Tried a lot of apps for "personal trainer" type apps. This by far is the best and most challenging! Recommend to anyone trying to take it to the next level!!!!!!

I like the idea. I liked the app at first because of the idea. Having a personal trainer on your phone is something I could gat behind. The app lost me during my 6th workout where the weights and exercises have not changed. The app hits the major muscles but never touches the smaller stabilizer/twitch muscles we all have. I found myself doing other non Bau5 exercises during my rest periods. I have cancelled my subscription at this time.

Great app but missing a couple things.. I love this app but the only thing I wish it had was a fat burning workout and a core day as well. Me being a runner, core is a huge part to me so I would love to see a core workout implemented.

Great overall. Would love to see new exercises included as well as the gym adaptive feature that allows the equipment to match the gym your at

Great App. I was beginning to plateau in workouts. I started working out everyday to try to increase my gains with no avail. After using this app for about 14 sessions I already see huge gains and I'm going to purchase the pro upgrade.

Love this App. This is the most comprehensive and easy to use workout App I have run across. I love this App!

Not bad but needs work.. It needs to mix up the exercises a bit more and incorporate more compound movements. It also moves the weight up too far and too fast IMO. I will wait to resubscribe when there is a major update.

Good but little variety of exercises. The app is really good at keeping you on track but there’s very little variety. Could be improved if the app had more alternatives for exercises. For example if there is no Smith machine what can be done instead. Also more exercises like using a pull up bar or landmine.

Good and Bad.. Despite the lack of variation, I really enjoy this app! It allows me to focus on lifting instead of thinking about what I am going to do next, therefore minimizing unnecessary gaps between set. On the other hand, the algorithm does seem a bit off at times and there need to be a good 4-5 more exercises thrown in on different days. Soooooo bench heavy...

Not a full body workout. There are no core workouts even with Pro. Hopefully there will be an update soon with included core exercises. Otherwise I really like it.

Very Efficient and Instructional. The app gives workouts based on your personal body type and and ensures that you can follow a plan.

Other exercises exist. You don’t need to bench this much. You don’t need THIS much focus on the upper half of your body. I’ve been using this app for 8 workouts now and I’ve literally only done 4 lower body exercises, meanwhile I’ve benched 6 times. Fix this, because your product is bad.

LOVE IT!!!. Loving the app, I feel a difference in strength already, everything I've been looking for in an app

Great app. This is a great app to use as a guide when first working out. It helps to tailor your workouts to your strengths and helps strengthen your weaknesses. My only gripe is that it won't let you alter the weight after your trial sets. It's still a great app.

Great workouts, great apps!. I cant say enough about the app. The routine is great and I am the strongest I have ever been. Been a frequent user of BAU5 for about 18 months and have really enjoyed how functional the app is and how easy it is to use. It is akin to having a personal trainer at your disposal.

Great but..... The app is great but after my workout today (3/9/18) it has froze and will not update my results and will not schedule me for a new workout.

Nice platform. Looks great just need polishing like if I am ready to do my next set I can't skip the timer between. Also the trial sets double its weight on the second set. Have it gradually go up. instead of 45 to 90 do 45 to 70 it would give you more info on where you strength is really at.

Great. I am 17/18 and the app works like I can see improvement every-time I go. It not like other apps this is the one

Personal trainer. Love this app, it takes the thinking out of your work out and programs you for success and gains!

Bau5 app. Simply, the best workout app!!! Sure it has room for improvement but I've already had significant amount of progress and it's only been a few weeks. I can't wait for updates and different routines perhaps? 🙌🏼💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️

No variety. I gave it a free trial and thought it was okay and figured it would be something different to try and follow without having to come up woh my own workouts. I’ve been working out for years and just wanted to follow something. It was cool at first until I realized there is literally only 4 different workouts. Way too much bench. No variety in any of the workouts. Just boring. Now I’m stuck with the year subscription and won’t be doing the same 4 routines every day 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just what I needed!. This app is so simple to use, yet so incredibly effective! It’s definitely the best app you can get if you want to see gains in the gym! It pushes your limits and makes you work!

Great workout app. Best one I've found so far! Would be a 5 star if weight can be adjusted and if you mess up you could go back and adjust the reps done at that moment! Overall I'm very happy with this app and seeing good results after less then a week

Wore out. Might have to delete this app I’ve never been this sore and tired before

A little more a this will be exceptional. Positives: beautiful, easy to navigate, semi intuitive. Areas for improvement: a place for notes per exercise, ability to alter weight amounts(for example it tells me to do 80 lbs but the machine only has 70 and 90), more variety, downloadable reports, less massive jumps in weight that are unrealistic.

Simple to use... biggest thing I can say. I wish it was around the 10 $ price point .. great app tho. See above

Easy to follow. App is easy to follow, if I could make one change it would be a set up feature to tell the app what equipment and what weights are available

Need to update. Need more workouts. Also a way to skip a exercise if it’s occupied so you can do it later not skip it all together

Pretty sweet. App is super easy to use. Doesn’t require a ton of data from you to get started.

It’s a great app BUT. It’s a great app has huge potential BUT if I have to close grip bench 295 for 6 again I’m going to snap my elbow. I train hard An I train heavy but I have never done bench 3 days in a row along with arms. Then for rdl the app says I was to strong an stops at 375 for 6 reps. Has great potential but needs work cmon guys.

Needs work. I’ve done about 15 session on this app and I’ve probably bench pressed every one of them this app really needs to mix thing up I feel like I’m doing the same thing over and over again. Bench press, curls , shrug EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT

Awesome and easy to use. I’ve used this app for 6 months now. I’ve consistently see gains and it increased the weight to where I’m building muscle not killing my joints!

Workouts settings. It would be nice to be able to select how many days per week you want to work out to split the exercises.

What is going on?. How does this app determine what weight and rep amount. Because at my fitness level the reps were too high and so was the weight. Sure you do fewer reps, but it doesn't let you adjust weight And if you want to do more reps it doesn't let you. This app had promise.

Good app. App is great and I have seen results in just a month of using the app. However there needs to be more variety of exercises instead of just bench press and DB curls everyday.

Great, truly free, app. Love that this app actually designs and modifies workouts to what I can do. Also love that, at least at the base level, it is truly free and doesn't limit your access to the key components.

A great option for new guys. It does pretty much everything besides putting your weights back on. I would love to see more workouts added.

Workout app. Definitely pushes you to the limit without over doing yourself. I’ve had plenty of other fitness apps and can honestly say I haven’t been board yet. Haven’t seen them incorporate cardio in the workout yet tho

When’s the next update?. I like the app so far, just seeing if this app is outdated or will be receiving an update soon?

Get it done!. Takes out all the guess work out!
