Don’t pay for these scammers. I subscribed to this App but had many issues, the App crashed many times. I sent email to support but no one respond to my email. There is no way to cancel automatically subscription, the site is not responding. The app billed me and they refused to refund. They said that you can give it to someone if you don’t use!!! Never see businesses that treat their customers like these guys.

I lost money and not get premium yet. I paid 74$ for subscription a year as PREMIUM , and just after 3 weeks, after updating the App my account becomes FREE. Restore purchase options doesn't work, I tap on it on nothing happens. I don't know how to get my money back or to get my premium back. I send email to support team already and spending my time for waiting feedback. This is really bad experience. I hope you could check and resolve this.

Fraud. I made subscribe for one month but this is several months that they deduct money from my account, in help center I sent massage for cancel it but they didn’t and charge again on me even they didn’t contact me. I open fraud case on my bank for refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS ACADEMY.

I want some telephone English videos. I like this app so much! It’s easy and stories are fun. I want some telephone English videos if you could make it...

A problem with the video class. The video class is not working when I click on it in order to watch the video the ABA film is played instead of the video class. Please help me with this problem because I’ve subscribed to the yearly subscription and I want to improve my English now :)

Question. Hi you sent to email address special Christmas gift with discount but unfortunately when I click on it goes to your website then goes to App Store then goes to ABA English app and nothing happens! So what should I do for use that gift ?

They taking money without previous notice.. Be aware that they taking money without previous notice for yearly subscription. They also don’t have possibility to cancel subscription on their website and you have to send email to support asking to cancel subscription. Other than that is good.

Can’t watch the video class. I’m so disappointed I cannot watch the video class, I think is something wrong with the last version. Could you fix it as soon as possible please??? I’m so mad at this situation. I’m supposed to be prime and watch it several time but I can’t!!!

No customer service. I have used Aba English for about three years, very good platform. There is no customer service , impossible to contact, I am a Premium student until 3/21 and they have taken away my access to the course and I don't know what to do.

App Problems. After last update, the app has some issues and I can not complete my lessons, special on the write part. How can it accept that we write “I’ve”? I have this problem in more than one chapter and I cannot advance the lesson because of that!

The courses are not accessible. I like this app but the trouble to download courses exists all the time. I can’t access to the clicks. Also can’t download it through the offline channel. I don’t think it’s my internet issue. Please help me to deal with that. Or I just have to unsubscribe it.

Terrible update. In speak section we have to press buttons 3 time in each sentence. It's pretty ridiculous, especially that they are in different place on screen (middle, right). It's a big waste of time compared to previous version.

User. It's helpful for first time practice. Once you answer the question, the progress will be saved and you can redo it. I contacted them regarding this issue, but it has not been solved. Getting the subscription cancelled is a challenge and No phone number to contact customer service.

Does not work without internet!!!. It does not work without internet!!! I payed full price for the year and can not use it at all, as I do not have an instant internet connection. I am working on the ship. I wrote few times already asking to fix the problem with my account, but there is no reaction at all! Won’t recognize my Purchased Subscription. I purchased YEARLY subscription last Feb 2018. Sometime late summer after app update I lost subscription and all progress on app. After providing copy of PAID Receipt to customer service they responded that premium account doesn’t correspond with my Apple ID email used to purchase subscription. Now I’m up for yearly renewal and still don’t have access to premium services paid for in 2018! It is very frustrating not having access to a program I paid for.

Comprehensive and excellent app for learning English. I have checked several app for learning English but found this app the best! You will compare your pronunciation with the a reference which I found more effective than other methods. The lesson contain several practice including listening, writing, speaking, grammar lesson and test which is very effective in learning English 👌 To developers: your app is great Suggestions to improve it: For speaking practice, after the voice played there was recording instantly in which we replayed and hit stop button which was very good. In new updates after playing voices we need to hit record button which causing to miss the first of our voice(we need to wait about half second and it’s somehow hard to manage!) and there is more hitting the buttons, would you please return the old system for recording or at least make it optional?

the worst customer service. If you want to contact customer service, you lose your time because the phone never answers and if you write an email you will never have a coherent answer to what you wrote or they simply tell you to contact Apple Support.

Problem with the app. Hi, I'm having problems with the app, I have renewed the year less than three weeks ago and today I have not been able to do anything, just let the course enter but the extra activities always get a window that says that I must pay the month or the year again. what should I do? ABA forever?. I stopped to study in this app before the paid year ending, because it's British English and I need American English. I didn't find where to cancel, I have problem with my apple ID, and Bingo!, the payment for the second year fall in my card. I cannot find any app support or contact to cancel this course before renovation neither after this disgusting second payment. If you are in UK, that's a good deal, but be careful when you want to cancel your membership

A bad support staff, a good course!. After 5 days, I can activate my Premium annual course, Aba support doesn’t have a soon answer but they resolved my case. The course is great, it’s structured very good.

Bad Company!!!. Bad company. I signed up for a year worth $ 15. Now they have discounted $ 75 saying the automatic renewal has been done. Beware of this app when you pay directly. I’ve bought subscription a year ago via their site for 15$. Last week I’ve received email that my VISA card was charged with 75$. I was shocked, because it was charged without notifying me. I wrote them that I didn’t use their app during half a year. It is not suitable for me and I don’ t want to use it anymore. But they don’t refund my money. They tricked their users: automatically charge and don’t provide simple way to cancel subscription.

The pronunciation is very difficult to understand. The teaching method is very cool, but the pronunciation is terrible. Could have a cleaner sound pqrq facilitate. Some audios are impossible to understand, the voice is similar to that of a 90 year old.

Writing part not working. I was very happy with the purchase yesterday but today I’m trying to pass the writing exercise and everything is alright and is not letting me pass to the test please help I don’t want to cancel the subscription. My writing is perfectly fine exactly as the Aswer but it keeps giving me an error and this is exactly why I left this course years ago I thought it would be better by now .

Awful service. Take care!!!. Take care with this company!!!! They will charge you for a subscription that you don’t want. If you need to cancel they won’t answer. After one year, they renew automatically my subscription. I asked to cancel my subscription but they renew and charged me $89,99! I was luck to have paypal and they will open a process to help me. Not working. The app is not working after the latest update. I’m entering the correct answer (I verified it with the hint answer they provide), but it still recognizes it as a wrong answer, highlighting the part which is exactly the same as in their answer. Very frustrating for a paid user.

It’s worst app.. I have taken 1 year premium subscription. 15 days before ending my subscription,I requested them to stop auto renewal. But they collected USD 75 unilaterally. We can’t contact them. If we try to contact through the help centre, I received message from them that due to COVID-19 they’re working with limited team and they can’t reply to me. Once you subscribe with this app you can’t come out. They will loot us. I never expected this kind of attitude from them. I can’t understand,How apple is encouraging and supporting this kind of looters.

First payment was $23 and in the renovation I paid $110. Its too much.. It is inappropriate.

No tech support. I have downloaded the app and thought it was great so I recommended it to two friends. I have sent them a promo link and one of them purchased through that link which we hadn’t seen was linked to my personal account. I’ve tried to send emails and find support to fix this But didn’t get an answer from anywhere. The app is great but we feel it can’t be trusted.

Gutes System. Das System hinter ABA English ist wirklich gut, nur wäre es noch angenehmer wenn die Sätze zum Nachsprechen länger wären und man nicht schon bei einem ein-Wort-Satz nachsprechen müsste, dadurch zieht es sich. Außerdem schließt sich die App immer wieder nach 2 Minuten oder geht zum Anfang zurück mitten in einer Prüfung oder lässt sich erst garnicht öffnen, wodurch das Interesse am lernen deutlich nachlässt.

Fraud Company. I bought their subscription last year and since then I hardly used it and I didn’t know without asking me or sending any notification they charged my card again and renewed the subscription. I am now trying to cancel the auto renewal of subscription and cancel the current subscription but their is no option to do that and when you contact their helpdesk to do that, they don’t respond. I’ve tried contacting them several times and their is no response from their end. A big time fraud is happening here.

Subscription fraud and terrible service. I bought the application through Apple with a big discount just to try if it is efficient for me. There were no ticks to put regarding automatic subscription, this subscription was not displayed as part of Subscriptions in Apple, where I do see my other automatic subscriptions, there was no friendly reminder from Aba, mentioning there would be a payment made in several days, otherwise, with Apple subscriptions I always get this reminder and can cancel if needed. I bought the app through apple, so they must not take payments outside Apple. I am not planning to use the app as it is not really efficient and for sure i would not buy it for full price. I contacted Aba through mail as there is no phone number to reach them at all. They just keep sending formal phrases that i automatically agreed to subscription when buying the app...I saw some bad reviews in Apple from people with exactly the same issue as me. I cancelled the subscription the next day after the payment was made and suggested they deleted my account completely to ensure i don’t use it. The company has very bad approach to customers and just ignores any details and problems you mention to them. I paid through Paypal and opened a claim. Paypal reviewed all the information I provided and gave me full refund. Don’t hesitate to open claims either in Paypal or with your Visa at the bank. The workflow of this company is really fraudulent!

Be careful with them. Very careful with them as they are very desperate to sell! I had subscribed for one year, but they kept my payment information and charged me at the end of first year for a very high prove without notifying me. I requested a refund but after 8 emails back and forth, they offered me to find someone else to use the product. If you must buy from them, please remove your credit card information right away.

ABA. Hi, I have a problem with the app. My daily plan is always on unit 121. I did this unit several times but my daily plan show me this unit for a while... more than a month...

Attention: votre carte de credit. Je n’ai jamais demandé de renouvellement, et rien ne l’indique sur ma gestion d’abonnement. Il vous offre l’inscription à un prix attirant de 30$, garde vos donnés de la carte, et sans aucun préavis, viennent prélever plus que 100$ de la carte. Le jour meme ou j’ai vu passer le retrait, j’ai fait une plainte, mais une certaine Penelope (probablement un serveur, car pas de telephone qui repond!) me dit dommage pour moi par ce qu’il fallait lire leur petite politique (de con) qui permet de prendre le montant complet du cours (dont je n’ai jamais été informé) sans m’aviser. Qu’est ce qui vous empêche d’annuler un service que je n’ai pas utilsé et ne veux pas utiliser? Cela s’appelle de l’arnaque. Remarquez qu’il y a plusieurs commentIres identiques au mien! Je suis surpris comment apple permet cet arnaque déguisé!

Écrire. Dans le module où il faut écrire ce nous entendons , les virgules , les points , les majuscules sont vraiment pas inutile et emmerdant. Je ne pense pas renouveler pour cette raison . C’est un détail inutile dans l’apprentissage. L’accent British est aussi fort désagréable

Annulation, critique,. En aucun cas vous avez le droit de prendre de l’argent sans autorisation des cartes visa du client . C est une transaction frauduleuse lorsque vous garder lés numéro des cartes de vos clients pour leur faire payer des montants d’argent très élevés comme renouvellement. L’abonnement et renouvellement devrait être consenti avec les conditions et les montants à payer Je n’ai plus le goût d’apprendre l’anglais avec vous . Vous m’avez déçu .

Arnaque-scammed. Do not subscribe! Even with confirmation of cancellation they charge 101$/ year. Not worth it. J’ai reçu 3 année de suite une confirmation d’annulation d’abonnement et on continue à charger 101$ par an. J’avais pris l’essaie gratuit et ça ne vaut absolument rien.

Aba English.. Beaucoup mieux que LPS! Après avoir suivi un cour d’anglais chez LPS je peux vous assurer que Aba English est meilleur que LPS à une fraction du prix. Bravo ABA.

Mi experiencia. Comencé ABA English sabiendo muy poco o casi nada de inglés y honestamente me ayudo para el aprendizaje del idioma. Comencé con la versión free, y continue con la version premium. El sistema es muy bueno, las clases explicadas, la práctica, etc Y lo más importante para mi es el interés y preocupación que ponen por el alumno, el seguimiento y saber que si uno tiene algún problema tiene asistencia para encontrar la solución. Lo recomiendo.

This people send you an offer first time, you accept and one year later they charge without any notice for the renewal at full price... when you ask for reimbursement, the answer is it’s your problem, you should read carefully the rules because you were supposed to advise us five days before... like one year later I’ll remember you if I don’t use your services. Shame one you! I’ve just submitted a complain about it with PayPal!

Offres de renouvellement. La formation est interessante, mais le service après vente est une calamité ... ça fait trois fois que je renouvelle l’offre qui m’est faite et à chaque fois, une semaine plus tard je reçois à nouveau une demande pour renouveller... et finalement c’est pas encore fait. Il faudrait que vous lisiez vos courriels...

AVOID AT ALL COST -SCAM. First off, the app itself is very mediocre and very slow to progress. The reward system is not incentivizing and some of the teachers aren’t even native speakers. In addition, I requested to cancel my subscription more than 5 days prior and their app failed to submit the request even though it said it was successful. As a result, they charged me for another renewal and they REFUSE to return my money despite my claim and my dissatisfaction with their services. They don’t care about giving you a good experience and customer satisfaction. All they care about is money. AVOID

Attention. C’est la meilleure méthode que j’ai trouvé dans tout ce que j’ai essayé. Faire attention à annuler le renouvellement car ils ne préviennent pas et ça passe sur votre carte de crédit.

Attention au Renouvellement automatique !. Très rare que je me rends à ce niveau et j’étais pourtant satisfait de mon premier abonnement que J'ai su annuler sans problème dans le AppStore avant le renouvellement automatique. Cependant, à mon grand étonnement, vous avez procédé à un renouvellement et un paiement non autorisé sur mon compte PayPal dont je n’était pas au courant, de plus vous avez effectué le renouvellement sur un abonnement le plus onéreux de vos services offerts et débités mon compte à nouveau. J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises et manières d’entrer en contact avec vous. Vous m’avez rediriger vers votre service d’aide en ligne mais il ne nous fait que tourner en rond sur votre site Internet sans pouvoir résoudre le problème. Je demande expressément un retour !

Great apps. C’est une excellente application. J’aimerais cependant qu’il y ait un module d’ajouter afin de répertorier les nouveaux mots et expressions apprises. Aussi, il serait bien que dès que l’on fait micro-lesson, que celle ci soit identifié comme complétée.

Arnaque. Attention à l’arnaque de réabonnement automatique au prix régulier. Difficile de trouver l’endroit pour enlever le réabonnement automatique

How can I use the No upgraded version?. The new app is not good. The previous version is better. After upgrading, there is a lot less to learn. I just want to go back to the old version

Déception. Bonjour, je suis étudiante de vos cours depuis au moins 4 ans peut-être 5 et je suis très déçue de votre nouvelle version des leçons d’ABA. Je préférais la version longue d’apprentissage avec toutes les étapes: la vidéo, la pratique avec le vocabulaire, la leçon écrite, la pratique orale avec les interprètes, la classe vidéo, les exercices écrits. Depuis votre nouvelles version j’ai l’impression de manquer la moitié de la leçon, le n’aime pas ça du tout. Si vos leçons restent dans votre nouvelle version, je ne m’inscrirai plus.

Be aware - for automatic renewal. I bought the ABA application last year with a big discount (about 25 CAD) to try it if it is efficient for me. The subscription was not displayed as part of the subscription in Apple. Also, I didn't receive any friendly reminder from ABA to mention they would charge me for 130CAD. then I received a bill without any authorization that charged me for 130 CAD, about 6 times more than last year. I emailed the help services and after a lot of efforts, they refund 90 CAD to me. Read all critical review...
