Ok. Just like any other poker game. Except you can tell if you are going to have good luck or bad luck in the time you start playing in the first few hands. It was usually win 1/12 if I stayed that long or I’d win 4/8. Not much in between. A strong hand is no guarantee of a win either if you are on a losing streak. I’ve lost with flushes, full houses and other strong hands numerous times. Most of the time don’t bother trying to get a straight either.

Total Garbage. This game is clearly rigged. I’ve sent multiple complaints to support because you can’t see your cards, you can’t fold, or you have to raise. They tried to say I was having “connection” issues. I told them my connection is just fine and when I asked if I would get my chips back, they went completely silent. I have the pictures to prove it, and I sent them, but unfortunately I can’t post them in this review. Bottom line, don’t waste your time.

Great interface. There are a ton of poker apps out there and this one has got the most intuitive interface for quick play. Everything else is pretty slick. Good tournaments/, good bonuses/, decent quality of opponents.

The search is over!. I have downloaded, then deleted so many Poker apps, trying to find the right one. I am pretty positive those days are gone. This game is Pocket Aces awesome! It's entertaining and is not like the others . I really enjoy the variety in table play options. The slots are fun too, and are a cool way to build up coins while you wait on a generous bonus spin. The quiz game is another way to earn coins, and is probably my favorite thing about the app, I love my trivia, especially Poker trivia. Another way to earn coins is to watch extremely brief video ads. There is a tutorial to learn the unique play actions. It took me a little moment to get the hang of the checking, betting, calling, raising and folding, but once I did, I found the swiping of the cards and chips to be more realistic than clicking a button that is labeled with the action. This has become my new Favorite!

Heaven for ADHD - ooh, shiny.. Fun poker. Not much reason to buy chips; chips get thrown at you daily. Only issue is the graphics are too flashy, and overly glam. If you like chasing shiny objects like a neurotic animal you’ll love it. If you prefer not having flashing images burned into you retina..... well, you get the point.

I fine chips go missing. One day I had like 17, and something and the next time I like 9,000 that’s messed up...... It also blows my mind with some of the cards I get they really stink and the other player from other country win a lot nothing against or country’s it makes me wonder about the creator where there from

I wouldn’t recommend. I used to love this app. I don’t normally spend money on in app purchases but I did on this one several times because I loved playing it. Over the last few months, the app either won’t load or it will freeze in the middle of a tournament (which means I lose my buy-in). Losing a $10 million buy-in more than once is beyond frustrating. It’s not my internet or WiFi connection because none of my other apps do this. Really disappointed.

Jackpot poker. I play ten hours a day usually, I have account's in most of the best site's. Jackpot is my favorite. The players are the best in the world, I am able to find any size table I want any time I want. I play at the sister site's, they're real good also, but I keep finding myself at jackpot. My advice? Download and install and have a great time.

Purchase chips. I have spent bout 300 dollars on this game Will win like crazy the first day then it's bad beat after bad beat Ace high flush an loose to a 2/5 full house. Complete garbage they say that it's a far play game well I'm here to tell ya that bs. This game is made to take ur money. I'm done. Iv seen 4 of a kind 3 times in a 24 hour period. And ur jackpot for tournaments is rigged iv played 100s an never saw 1 good jackpot. Don't insult me by saying it's random

Love it but I’m missing something.. I really enjoy this and have spent countless hours honing my skills. You do gain an ability to read players by action rather than facial expressions. The one thing I’d like to know more about is how to win trophies. I’m in the top ten in my state and the top 500 nationwide but am not getting trophies. It’s the little things. 🙂

Fun but no honesty!. Love playing people around the world. Like the way you can see your ranking, country, state or worldwide. Many times I get the same crummy cards I folded! The jackpot wheel would really generate excitement if all the winnings were actually available . But 85% of the time you get the same pot of just over what the buy in is. You see big numbers on the spin but they never happen! Bought chips, 8,000,000 disappeared . It took me 10 emails and threats from my bank to get them back and then they acted like they were doing me a favor! Love the fast pace, clean up the obviously skewed odds and get some real people that can help you at the end of a phone and you will make everyone happy!

Lose you money when you switch tables. Big wins all gone.. Play is good. All real people is good. But why don't we get to take home our winnings in tournaments? Rarely do I get more than 50% of the pot when I win a tournament. This spin it to win is a bit obnoxious- I thought it might be a bug at first- but oh well, still better than the other apps

Poker. Great way to learn, only downfall is when people come in to a table and start playing extremely aggressive because it’s fake money which is a little annoying, otherwise it’s great for practicing

Jackpot poker. I love this game. The only thing i would like different is that we had just a bit more time after the tournament ends to chat and see what others hands were.

Highs and lows. The gameplay is nice. The graphics are good. The dealing of cards is especially suspect after you reach certain levels. If you don’t purchase chips, you’re not going to be able to play very long (weeks, at best) and it becomes very apparent that as you rise in rank, you lose more often. It has a lot a errors that sometimes kills your game, and at times your cards don’t “show” pre-flop. It’s just a very flustering experience the longer you stay with the App….If it weren’t for the ease of play and the graphics, this game would get zero stars.

Foulodds. I play everyday. I look forward to relaxing and letting my mind be taken over by poker rather the cares of the world. Great therapy! I enjoy playing people from all around the world, I look forward to seeing familiar players from South America and Eastern Europe.

If you’re looking for RNG, look elsewhere. Playing hands and saw a guy get 2 pocket pairs in a row, then 4 of a kind twice in a row, then continued to win the next 3 hands with superior cards. This app is far from a fair deal. The chances of 2 four of a kind deals to the same player in a row are the same as hitting the lottery twice in the same day. This game can be fun at times but it’s mostly just frustrating. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THEIR CHIPS!!!!! They will steal them with bots, bad beats and unfair deals and then immediately send a pop up window for you to “get revenge” by buying more. I give one star only because I can’t post the review otherwise

Fun, but not fair. This is a fun game and I’ve played it for a couple years. But the way the cards are dealt and the game is played has convinced me that, contrary to the developer’s responses, the game is not played fairly. There are many comments about people being able to view your cards. I have no proof of that, but it’s suspicious. I’ve played over 45,000 hands. Here is what I have observed though. On almost every tournament I play I’m dealt both a 9/2 and a 10/5. On often multiple times during a tournament. So with all things being equal, I should see a similar number of deals of A/K, A/Q. It’s not even close. And when I say not even close it’s at best 25/1 and probably more like 40 or 50/1. So why do I think this happens? I’ve NEVER paid for any chips. I’ve used their watch their commercials way of getting chips. I believe they have an algorithm that’s watches that to try and force you to purchase chips. Here’s my response, I’m not going to buy your chips and because of the unfairness of the game, I’m going to play all my current bank then delete the app. It’s been fun, but I’m over the unfair application of the process.

Bad Beat. I get so tired of the Bad Beat! I won for a short period and felt so good, so confident in my strategy and then lose, lose, lose, lose, lose to Novice and Starter players while I’m Elite. So obviously than means nothing. This game is infuriating to say the least. I just want to be reckless, a jerk, the person no one wants at their table, and see what happens. Then I’ll delete the game and have my sanity back. This game should be fun but it isn’t.

Rigged. When you buy coins from this game. You start to lose so many hands to one outers it’s kinda of sickening. Like it’s okay that it happens once in a while because it’s poker but every time I have a big lead I start to lose when I have like 90% plus on winning the hand. It kept happening over and over. Not worth it to spend money on coins because it will make you lose it in seconds of playing. Most Rigged poker App on the market trust me! I definitely want my refund I spent on this fake poker game. Idk how this game got 4 and a half ratings it’s so fake. I never had this problem with any other poker game except this one.

Closed my account.. They told me it is illegal to play in Washington state and closed my account with 400,000,000 chips in my bank. Really? DO MAKE SURE this app is legal in the state you play, because they will take your chips and close your account. I will be contacting Apple in regards to these shady business practices. Suspect results. Game is fun and quick. Developers claim fair play, but results seem to show it's not. Very frequently the player with the lowest ranking at a table has clearly favorable hands (I suspected this and have now seen other players making the same observation during play). On multiple occasions I will have the exact same cards dealt 3 hands in a row - on a truly random deal, that it a statistical miracle if it ever happens once, but it happens to me on a weekly basis. If you can tolerate that it is not fair, it's a fun multiplayer.

I’ve had the app for at least two years!. It’s free, it’s awesome, great graphics, great UI, great socialization, It doesn’t cost a ton of money to play, You get to meet new people, I’ve never suspected any cheating. I can’t find any reason to give Any complaints At All! For those complaining about paying money: I’ve had the game for over two years and I’ve Never Spent A Single Dime!

Variety Is Needed 😕. I've been playing this app for over a year now. It would be one of my favorites if they had faster tables. I play on an iPad and I'm aware some use their smartphones which can interrupt connection and may need extra time. However, most people that are slow rudely do so to spite players, which is 15+ seconds. I strongly suggest they create tables that are faster. They can still keep the slower tables but I prefer fast and I'm sure I'm not alone since I see people messaging "ZZZZ" quite often. Also, there should be a way to report rude players and a way to have friends, send/receive friend requests. Bigger bonus' would be nice 😬

Recent changes. App used to be great. Latest change has days of only offering slots and other games with no access to actually play poker. Also when you play tournaments it’s rare to have higher pots. If it’s random why is the ability to win larger pots not available? I’ve been playing for 2 years and never ran across a large pot especially the jackpot. With the changes and jackpot amounts, it does not feel like play/winning is random or fair. Game used to be much better, but with the recent changes, I would not recommend.

Very fun game. I read a lot of moments that people wrote, listen people , it’s a game ! A free game! If there was 1 app, just 1 that actually didn’t cheat, then steal our money, then lie about it with these stupid generic responses, you’d be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams. I have installed and deleted every single app because they’re all the same play, with the same complaints, with the same response from you morons. So let me get this straight, the tens of thousands of us are all delusional and the dozen or so of you guys are right. All you guys have your stupid fake “fair play certificate” and that’s the story you stick to. Guys if we just stop playing on these stupid sites then they’ll fold up and be gone. Game has gone to pot. This used to be a really fun game to play. Now 80% of the hands are really not playable. It also looks as though they pre-determine who will win. Way to many beats on the river and so many straights and flushes against me. I have spent over 5 million at 100,000 clips over the past week and a half and only have won little pots 4 times. Most of the pots are small now and hard to move up the ranks unless you play all day.

One of my favorites. Pokers hard guys, if you are actually buying chips regularly then you need more practice. This is a straight up decent app and especially appreciate Omaha (the best I’ve had for that). FYI Been a member a number of years and only purchased chips once, just very careful. Hope that helps!

Help, I can’t play your game anymore! Not iOS 11 compatible.. :-(. We need an update for this game to support iOS 11. Once you update Ill give five stars. The developer needs to update the game to support iOS 11. The problem is this is a 32 bit game. Apple has removed all 32 bit games I believe.

Tournament - always lower pay out. Tournament when (eye) play in $500k for instance always give a jackpot of 1MM or 1.5MM. Never seen anything more than $3MM. Understood. They need you to use the in app purchase, (eye) understand that. Insulting thought to play a game and every time it spins for the jackpot and it’s always the same low jackpot. Rather not have my intelligence insulted with such a bogus random selection for jackpot. Happy to spend the money so far because this game is very entertaining. Competition is good, but highly disappointed that none of the tournaments ever end up in big payout opportunities. I’ll be deleting once everything is gone.

A great app ruined. I have been playing this app for more than a year and UNTIL last Sunday, April 22, 2020, I would have rated it excellent. However suddenly last Sunday the HOLDEM options were unavailable. All I could access were the slot games. The HOLDEM options reappeared a day or so latter and were available until today, April 29. Whatever changes the developers have made changed the app from excellent to TRASH. They need to fix the problem and move the slot games to another app.

Very fun and furiously fast. Feb 2018 update: Don't write an honest review or you will get your account suspended like i did. Addendum: card shuffle is fair. But odds change at the whim of developer. Example: game did not have a 1.5 buy-in payout when I started playing game. They added it. Example: $100,000 in will have a $150,000 jackpot. $200,000 used to be the lowest. Nov 28,2017. No problem , game is fun Game is rigged. House will change programming play odds based on your chip stack and if your not buying chips. House employees join games and can see everyone’s cards. It’s just entertainment so I do care. Load up. Go all in and be prepared to rebuy. Stay in the $25 k and $100 k game and your chip stack will increase because of wheel spin winnings.

Garbage. I have never played a worse game. If you don’t play everyday you have no chance of winning. The deal is not anywhere as fair as advertised, I have lost a lot to the next hand and way to often. I played a player who won with a pair of bullets 7 hands in a row. Don’t waste your time, funny how after I left this review the game got worse for me, didn’t think that was possible but I lost 3 times as fast as normal. Never got a card higher than a 6 the entire game.

Frustrating changes. Updating my review: This game is entertaining. However, recently they've started removing Texas Holdem during the day on Saturday and not returning it until Monday morning. This has been going on for three weeks. Extremely frustrating! This makes no logical sense to me. Whatever problem you're trying to solve by doing this, can't be worth excluding your user base for nearly two days per week. Please tell me this is a bug.

Love this game, but..... Don’t get me wrong — I honestly consider this the best Poker app on the iPhone. However....it has one enormous flaw — you can’t play any other audio through your phone when this app is open. I find it completely idiotic — when you’re playing poker, you probably want to be listening to music or a podcast or something....but this app doesn’t allow it. It’s incredibly frustrating. They don’t even have music for the tables — just sound effects that they force you to listen to, unless you put your phone on silent (even if you do that or put in earphones, the music you’re playing will fade out as soon as you load this app). I mean, I’ve tried everything to listen to music to no avail. I’m getting really frustrated, because I love this game and this app so much otherwise. Full 5 stars if you don’t want to listen to anything other than the game when you’re playing.

Bugged out to the max. His game crashes in the middle of tournaments. Sometimes won't even let you log on. It's to the point where you have to re install the app to get it to work again. I'm over it. It's not worth having to reinstall every other day. This app is a joke. Think about how much money PokerStars makes, and this is the quality of game they come out with. This should tell you a lot about them, they don't care for quality they just want money.

Does not credit winnings/no help from support/. This app should be avoided. The crediting of winnings does not match PokerStars (developers)own audit report.’ They shorted me 1M.....After 8 e-mails, all support says is that “Winnings have been credited.” But....the audit report shows that I am correct and the app reflects the wrong total. It is sad when you have to deal with an app that obviously has unresolved IT issues. It is like dealing with an endless bank error that you have proof of....but no one listens.

Eh........ I like the sit and go tourneys. This game has them but winning is not what its supposed to be. I played three games so far and when you enter a game this “jackpot wheel” spins to determine what the winner will take. Also there is only three players for these games. So heres my issue.... i played a low game to try it out and for 25,000 game i can win 50,000. When i tried the 100,000 game, the wheel gave us a pot of 150,000 to win. When you'd think it would be closer to 300,000. So, its not the more money you spend the more you win. I can lose a lot more when the lowest game gives you pretty much the same prize. The wheel does have chances for higher prizes but we all know how that goes. I did 7 games so far with 7 spins and they were all low prizes. And i have found with the low prizes that you get the players that just go all in every hand. But then again i havent seen any big prizes yet. Effects are nice though.

Name change. I once was a member with the name “Gerry”. And I had $30,000,000. One day all that changed. I have a name that I had never had before and less than $2,000,000. What the he’ll happened??? I now have about $22,000,000 and hope it doesn’t happen again. I also had a rank of over 300. Now I’m nowhere near that.

This game freezes up constantly. I have been playing this game for 2 years. I play the poker and first of all I agree with a lot of the our reviews the payouts are CHEAP! My game has been freezing up either from the beginning of the game, the middle of the game, or just when the game is about finished when I have 7 million chips and the other person has 500 thousand chips, you know you would of one, but there’s nothing you can do. One time I was in a 2.5 buy in game down to 2 people and I get this square box on my screen from poker stars saying we are shutting the game down to work on the game. That’s it, in 20 seconds it shuts down. I have wrote to these people at least 10 times at least to get my chips back that I lost, but they never respond back. They only like it when you buy their chips and the money is rolling in, however giving you back chips because they were having issues, they could care less about you. They won’t respond to this review either. I promise though if they ever refund me back my chips I will reverse my review and let everyone know what they did for me. Thanks to anyone who reads my review. Also I wish there was a phone number that I could reach out to talk to them, but I can’t find one, I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to keep up with all the negative calls anyway.

Problems. Overall I like the app when it works, but lately I lose buy ins when the screen freezes and locks me out of the game. Very frustrating. Often I don’t even get an error message. No problems with any of my other apps, so it’s not my tablet causing the problems. I’m going to try some other poker apps. This one is starting to disappoint too often.

Ace. I love this game! I’m cheap and get to play for free. I’ve never paid for chips and when busted just wait for a free spin. I’ve read some reviews saying it’s unfair but it reminds me of our games with friends, real poker, Sometimes your lucky, sometimes not. And there are skilled players! Every time I work up to a $1,000,000 table I lose!!

Verbal assault. I was verbally assaulted during a game by another gamer and it was so disturbing that I tried to reply but keyboard did not appear. The other gamer kept verbally assaulting me so I left the game. There was and is no way to contact customer service to report. Very disappointed!!

Sweet graphics. Fast play. Intuitive. I play this game all the time and the game is engaging and offers just enough pot money and incentive (not annoying) video ads to keep me coming back over and over.

Something is not right. I have been playing this game for approx. 10 months. This is the most watched over game by it’s inventors that I have ever seen. Besides being highly addictive(I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game) you get “cheated” with hands that rarely should come up(4 of kind, straight flush) to beat your Full House and the game sends you a message saying “Bad Beat”. BS !!! Don’t believe Superstars comments that say they follow all rules for random fair play. That is an outright lie. They also have a wireless symbol that comes up and totally halts the game when you have a great hand. When you enter individual Tournaments, the wheel that spins to decide how much you will play for rarely goes over double your investment when the wheel has at least 10 other denominations of much higher value. The average good rating(4.6) that this game shows is totally bogus. I guarantee you. Which means the owner is tampering with the reviews. To top it off, I was entered in a tournament and the game froze as I consulted with the other players to verify. I lost the 2.5m chips I entered with and Superstars would not send those back after 3 emails with them. TERRIBLE GAME GO TO ANOTHER !!!

Have been a member for about a year making it to master class 3 without ever buying chips Then in the last three months went to novice after losing about 100 bad beats on river no chance 5% gifts Ie pocket queens Flopped trips Losing to some joker with king 7 off When runner runner Kings come up Once in a blue moon but a true joke How do so many people even stay in with crap It is not about being outplayed My guess is if you buy chips you get “better” cards The glitch of first hand pocket aces is a joke too Good while it lasted but not close to true poker when idiots can go all in with nothing and be rewarded consistently

Wait for other players. Great game. Fun to play. Sometimes I just don’t get good cards. This happens in live poker so it’s no big deal. My only problem is when I get into big money games like $250,000,000 games. I’ve waited for half an hour for other players. Is there anyway I can leave before the other 2 players show? I know if I leave I loss my buy-in. There should be a time limit to leave without losing my buy-in. Anyway you can help with this. It’s kinda frustrating wait past 15 minutes. Please help.

Get use to the phrase "BAD BEAT"!!!!!!. I downloaded this app 3 weeks ago, I downloaded it mid-week or so and it was Fun....I won some and lost some but it was like other apps....after the first week I ranked in the top % in my area and then everything went to hell quick!! For the next two weeks I LOST EVERY DAY!! EVERY TIME I got a good hand, someone at the table would have a better hand, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Example....I had the dead mans hand Aces over 8's and was beaten by 4 of a kind! In a 4 day period I was beaten by 4 of a kind 5 times!!! I have been playing poker in real life for over 30 years and have seen 4 of a kind maybe ONCE and to have my full house beaten EVERY TIME by 4 of a kind 5 times???? Really?? Not only that but I CONSTANTLY was beaten over and over by the "Bad BEAT"

The chips never appeared and when I emailed poker stars they told me that Apple (third party) is responsible. Apple refuse to give money back, now I’m down $80 with no chips. I feel very annoyed. Please allow music off. It’s nice having sound effects but would be even nicer without the repetitive music, can we have a switch to turn it off? Loved this game until. Was really having fun with the game with the only 25 ish thousand you start with for a few hours then lost it so I wanted to buy the beginners pack because it was a great deal and was the only bundle I would actually want to buy but then the game doesn’t let me process a payment yet I have more then enough credit in my iTunes account please help me I really loved this game and now I can’t play and enjoy it :(

Not very believable. Can’t believe that this is random... you go one night where you just can’t lose and you constantly beat opponents with rivers ... or really great hands ... then the next night you get no cards forever and when you finally get a great hand you get beat by a bigger hand. It’s designed to give you wins or take away your money so you’ll buy chips....

Really. Been playing for 4 years or so game is disgusting bet or check I lose for months at a time just set up to get you to buy more chips not even fun any more.it’s not changing I actually know what is going to be dealt.

Frustrating. I would say that better than 90% of the time the river turns my winning hand into a loser, especially when I'm all in! I am amazed at the consistency, given that this game should be random.

Poker app with no poker games. Oddly enough the poker games are not available and randomly disappear for days at a time. Leaving only stupid slot games and other games. It’s the only poker app with no poker! How bad can it get?

What happened. Lost all my chips and can’t connect. Says I have been logged out because I’ve logged in with another device which I haven’t . 20 mil in chips and top position gone please advise

I followed the support link, provided a detailed message including screenshots...only to be informed my email (AppleID) is unregistered and to provide substantial additional information including mailing address, birthdate, and phone number. Believe. I’m playing for so many years , my bad it’s not live for poker because in 40 tournaments I lost only 5 times I was not in first 3. At home play this game it’s so real , if I’m upset i know what will happen, if I’m desperate they get it , if I’m playing as a poker player......it’s real. Only want your money!. Need more free chips like other poker apps. Other apps start you at 150k minimum. Too many errors. Many times I can’t see my cards and have to guess. Sometimes site has folded me over and over when I’m in position to compete. Biggest problem is there is no way to contact anyone with some REAL response about concerns, just Goff’s set comments to pick from AND NOTHING SEEMS TO HAPPEN. YES, it’s feee but WHY would I even think of putting good money into a system with so many BIG errors.

Don’t waste your time...and your money. First, there is no support. Second, there is no way this rates 4.5/5. All the positive reviews are from 3 years ago. And third, the game sets you up for failure. PokerStars want you to believe that they practice fair gaming. They don’t. I’ve played in over 25 tournaments over the course of one night. I won 1 tournament. At best you have a low pair or a high card. Repeat pairs, 3/5 and 4/8 come up a lot. Sometimes you don't see a high card at all. If you play enough, you’ll move up in the standings when you win. If you win , but you aren’t dropping money on the game, then you lose. It’s absurd. The game stalls, you can’t fold or raise.

Stranger danger!. I was enjoying this game over the weekend with no fuss. I got on to one game and one person was along for personal information. Scary right👻 I had no Idea there's was an area to type in what you wanted to say! I thought you could only say what it says in the box! I think that is a big problem because someone can figure your name out and find you! This person asked about my gender and my name! Scary!!! Over all I enjoy this game everything is great and fun! Did not enjoy whole app because deleted it right after the stranger danger. I would have some hashtags or something that would stop people from finding you! Do suggest if you are older than 18! Not sure how other people think about this but just a warning! This game is a whole experience of fun until you find out you could be found from someone you don't know!

Fun. It’s all I fun . It passes the time when a person is house bound . It helps me to get other things off of my mind for a while .

So far enjoyable.. I’ve gotta say it’s refreshing to play this game. I like the interaction with Bett/raise, check or fold. And the challenges are fun.

Sure there are the usual rookies and the beloved “ all - inners “ I’ve dominated pre-flop only to get filthy dumped on the river by a hand that should’ve not even been there. I’ve won hands that I bet on my percentage/ chance / odds and taking down a good size pot . Don’t buy anything. I bought a pack of chips never gave it to me I tried again and it worked, but I was doing alright before the purchase but I just couldn’t win after the fact if the game knows your willing to pay money on it, it will put you on a loosing streak. DON’T INSTALL this game.

UI is great but laggy. I really love the UI of this app, but unfortunately anytime there is a delay in the network it causes false taps and I’ve been entered into the $500,000 tournament several times and basically lost all the chips I had worked up to...

Worst scam ever!!. Downloaded this app and twice lost all of my chips/status. Paid for additional chips and was told that I couldn’t log in because I was logged in elsewhere. Have only ever played on one device. Reached out via email and kept getting responses that said it was “being looked in to and would hear back”. DO NOT download this app!!!!

Waste of time. That is all this particular one has become. It used to be excellent years ago. The last few gets worst and worst. And to many idiots. I bet there are a lot of kids on here as well and make it even worse with their stupidity.

Fun poker. This is a decent poker sight, BUT the main problem is the timer is WAY too long! You almost fall asleep waiting for opponents to play. They should provide a maximum 15 second timer. Thanks. 🙏🇺🇸😷

Was good now ripping me off. I consistently play the $2.5M tournament that is supposed to spin a wheel each time before the game to see what amount the players are playing for. In the last week I’ve played about 15 games and every single one landed in $5M. For some reason the game is now ripping me off!!

Get use to bad beat !!!!. If you're going to ply this site get use to bad beat. Seems that happens a lot. Would be a convenient way for them to make sure you buy lots of chips. The statistical odds of that many bad beats in a short number of hands are impossible. Don't waste your time

Rigged app. Delete this app today. Don’t waste your time and money with a rigged game. The excuse they give is a rigged excuse. That commission is set up to defend apps that are rigged. It’s a rigged commission so there is no winning here. All the winning goes to the developers. They will block you if you complain. Bunch of a holes acting like they make a difference. Not Random. If you have heard of other reviews mentioning, “Bad Beat,” get use to it. There are 2 opportunities to receive chips without paying. Poor daily bonus. The game is fun and easy to play but the daily bonuses are very weak making it where they want you to buy chips which can be very draining emotional and financial so just another money hungry app

Jackpot pokers. Solid casino platform, good online play and fairly intuitive and user friendly platform. Bonuses and rankings are also a nice touch

Abbreviated with freeze up. Every time I enter a tournament the game freezes. It only does this in tournaments. By the time you get back in you have lost most of your chips. Makes this no fun to play. Deleting the app. Can’t play if you can’t play. :(

Glitches, set-up hands, and pure garbage.. You play a bunch of all-in idiots and they have terrible starting hands and somehow winning at the end. I don’t know if there is a ton of bots or just every moron flocks to this app. The game glitches and sometimes I can’t even see my hand, just the backs of the cards. Don’t waste your time.

My balance isn’t reflecting wins. I like the update to this app. I think it is much better than the old version. However, I’ve noticed that my chip balance is not reflecting several of my wins today The balance just stays the same.

Crashes a lot. I really want to like this app, but it hangs up frequently. It has fun little tourneys and Omaha. But now it has stolen my money. I purchased chips and never received them. They money did come out of my account. Contacting them was very difficult. Bummed

Money pit.... This is probably the biggest rip off poker game I have played. Several time I did not get the chips advertised for the money. Watch your purchases. And multiple times I have gotten dealt the same cards twice in a row. The odds of that happening even once in an honest game are astronomical... it’s rigged

Bugs. Third day i have a problems with connection (problem not with my connection). I enter to the game, go to the tournament and waste my money because i can see my cards or cant bet or disconnecting :( sometimes i cant log in. Its only for last three days

Too slow. The timer is WAAAYYYY too long. I almost fall asleep waiting for people to play. Sometimes I wonder if someone has dozed off as their timer expires. Otherwise a decent Texas Holdem setup.

It’s fine.... It’s fun at first, but whatever you do, don’t buy chips from them. Every game after will be rigged against you just to make you buy more.

Paltry payouts. Ridiculous game. The creators of this game don't like sharing their virtual chips, most of the time you'll come out with only half of what you won at the tournament. For example in the 100k tournament, three people invest each 100k yet when you win and get 300k they will actually halve it because of their spin wheel which lands on the minimum amount (50% of the total pot) almost every time.

PokerStars Rules🐲. this game is so well put together it's great short handed 3 player tourneys and good stats and great for keeping your game sharp if your not in Nevada or New Jersey.

Good. wheel is fake. The wheel u spin for money is not random , there was a system error , and I had the chance to spin it over and over, with the same result $10,000. I spun it 50 times hard and soft, same result.

EXTREMELY GLITCHY!!!. I had almost $6,000,000 in my hand and returned to lobby and it wasn’t even close! Said I had $2.6 million. I like playing poker but I think I’ll find another app. By the way.... I’m top 100 in Louisiana but I live in TEXAS!!!!???? Note... this app will drain a battery in an iPhone 8 in an hour!!! Just went back and without doing anything or playing a single hand have $3.6 million??? This app is junk!

Too many Bots in the apps. The apps has too many bots playing with you, and will control your game.

Nerfed and cruddy interface.. Used to be a good interface but they took out several key features: - you can no longer disable background music - if your opponents shows one card when mucking you automatically show your hand to them. (Dumbest thing ever)

Do not bother. First few days was were ok . After that it was one bad beat after another. I received the same hand at least 20 times in one day of gameplay; Q3 or Q5. I won more pots on crap hands; 2-3, 5-8 ect.... If you like playing trashy hands this is the game for you or if you like bad beats.

What happened to this game. Today is April 5th 2020 and when I opened this game this morning it was nothing like the game I have been playing for years. I don’t know who decided to change things up but I’ll now look for a new poker game. This is ridiculous.....

Way too many board pairs. 3 out of 5 hands are board pairs on the flop. Not good. A lot of double pairs leading to an almost certain full house for someone. Not random enough. Play is smooth but the algorithm for playing out cards needs some work.

Loses WiFi. This thing loses WiFi when phone has full connectivity and in so doing it folds my hands automatically. One game I️ bid 100k for a tourney and that happened and in the space of 10 sec when it finally decided to reconnect...all that money was gone. Now it just did it again and I️ lost 10k which prompter this review.

My character is gone. What happened, I had to remove the app last night from phone and reloaded it. Once i downloaded again everything is wiped! That never happened before. Now it’s making me start over as a guest?

What happened?. There was always a option to play poker I stoped play for about a month logged back on and there’s only slots and love poker options? What happened ? Always liked this game.

This doesn’t even have Texas hold ‘em. The game has gotten rid of Texas hold ‘em. Your choices are to play slots or watch a slow live game and bet on that. After having this game for several years I know am deleting and looking for another poker app. Not sure why this game is listed under poker anymore.

Play another game. I’ve had constant problems with this game. All are outlined in the reviews. On top of those, Facebook links for free chips don’t work half the time, there were periods of time where you lost a winning hand, and app support is no help. Awful app, awful company.

App retribution. I wrote the truth about this game for another who could not get any help form poker stars. Now they locked me out of the game. I will go to apple and get a refund for the last $50 I spent. Don’t walk but run from this app. They have zero interest in customer service.

Tournament play. The tournament options are pathetic. No MTT, 3 player winner takes all tournaments that pay 2x buy in. At least have 10 players in a tournament and pay top 3. You can keep 2 buy ins and make your rake. Speaking of rake, cash games are raked at a high level.

It’s Broken!. Since the first of November the game freezes and will not load

Tired of the bs. Ok. Not expecting to win every time but goodness this game. Straights should not be on the board 70% of the time. Flushes happen maybe 15% of the time. And the tournament payout wheel.... don’t even get me started. There’s really no true competition or incentive to come back to this game 3 or 4 times. Unless of course you just loooooove seeing people go all in every hand.

Disappointed. I enjoy playing jackpot holder why did you take it away?????

Tech issues/support. I love this game, but right now I’m still waiting for contact from customer service. I had 36 million credits, between Friday night and Saturday morning 10 million vanished. It’s now Monday night, no contact yet. Oh well. Now the game keeps freezing up especially when I have good hand and lots of money in the pot.
