Best app ever!!. I love Krome, very professional and a great way to make beautiful pictures. Especially for kids, sometimes you have this beautiful pose but when you try on purpose to make it in a studio they don’t smile the same. I was short on budget but wanted to make a nice picture for my niece 15th birthday, so we took the pictures at the store with the dress she liked and just change the background! It’s genius!!!

Poor experience. Nearly 3 weeks ago I started a project for a Father’s Day gift. The artist put SO much makeup on me (that I never asked for) that I actually came back with braces at one point. I had to email MULTIPLE times to get anyone’s attention. Finally on the 20th of June someone respond to me that they’d get it fixed. I have yet to hear back 4 days and another 2 emails later. I’m due a nearly $30 refund.

Impressed. I will say that I am very impressed. The first edit took forever, especially when they said I’d have it in hours. Instead it took days. I had to have them make a second edit. That one was perfect! I do not recommend someone to use this if you have a tight deadline, but if you’re okay with waiting, it’s well worth it!

Bummed. I have not been happy I’ve had six photos made not sure why I keep coming back I use to love krome but lately it’s been a big disappointment. I wished I could find the person who edited my photos in the past.

Love this app!. I didn’t have the time for professional headshots but needed something more professional than a selfie for my resume and work directory listing. I found this app randomly and decided to give it a try. I took a selfie that I felt confident with but needed to get rid of the background (my living room) and also to add some “clothing” to my bare arms to make my outfit more professional. I was so amazed with the quick results and the excellent price the first time I got my retouched photo back and now have come back for more photos so that I have different options. At around $5 a “headshot”, you just can’t beat the price. Thank you so much!

Infant Teddy Bear Photo. I absolutely love the photo of my 5 month old son. It came out perfect. Definitely will be using this app again and revering others to do the same😊

Christmas Card. I’m sooo impressed by this app! I took a photo of my kids in their Christmas outfits and instead of having a professional shoot done... I had the background changed to a Xmas one and it came out amazing!!! Sending it out as Christmas cards!!!

Photo shop a person out. My designer did an amazing job of taking a person out of the middle of our group. Looks like that person was never there. And the turn a round service was fast.

Always Creative. This app always goes above my expectations when in use for backgrounds. And then those that work on the pictures to adjust and make them perfect are amazing!!!!

Exactly what I need. When you have multiple children that never look in the same direction, Krome can help take your phone photos to professional photos. Switching faces, brightening lighting, and even changing up the background can be done relatively quickly.

Photo. Took too long to receive my photo had to send several emails to finally receive my photo which took 3 days. After re-editing I am pleased with the results although I did have issues with the timing of receipt.

Memories.... Extremely satisfied. They took a picture of my deceased parents at a table of six at a wedding, (they were not sitting next to each other) removed the four unwanted people, positioned my parents together and placed them in front of a lake that they both honeymooned on. Amazing. So good that I’ll get a canvas of this print and keep forever.

Beautiful. We were looking for the perfect shot for our happy new year card and we got it thank you very very very much. All pictures are beautiful that we’ve gotten changed. Excellent job Highly recommend

Great app. They did a great job on my picture. When you have multiple people on a photo, there where able to swap faces from another photo. Made some minor adjustments. In the end , the photo came out flawless. Thank You Krome.

You paid for a great pic. Okay so I did my Son’s picture from last Christmas which was no Christmas decorations at all. I found a background picture that I like and they fixed it with the right angle and it looks great. Pay only $.99

Order our Xmas card every year from Krome!. Editors listen to requests and don’t stop until it’s perfect! Great service. We have been ordering a Xmas card every year for the last 6 years!

Memories. I have used this app twelve times to date. One of a picture of my granddaughter, one of my grandson and one of myself holding a baby kangaroo. Each picture has come back amazing. Recently I sent them a picture of my two dogs that had been done by a photographer. Not able to use as taken due to the background being washed out. Well I chose a Christmas background and the picture is now beyond spectacular. I was so excited. After the first one I was excited and full of anticipation waiting to see what creation I would receive. It's like getting a very wonderful surprise gift. Professional work. Worth every penny.

Never lets me down. I've used this service for years and each project has turned out exactly as requested. I have requested weird fixes and got exactly what I asked for and the work is FAST!!! A few hours later...picture perfect. I recently asked for one of the virtual backgrounds and I was afraid I would look like a cardboard cutout but it was PERFECT!! Highly recommend

Worth it. Instead of spending hundreds on photo shoots (esp w kids - cooperation is so hard) this makes it easy to capture them on their fun moments (let’s face it-kids hate photo sessions) so just get a good pic and choose your background! I go back to great pics w bad backgrounds and have them edit. Plus customer service is amazing. AND I’M an editor (and professional model for 15 years) freelance editor,but this saves me time for my own photos it’s worth the extra small price for my time taking hours editing - I can focus on my projects for clients! You also get a free re-edit if you don’t like the first photo, or want to change something. They always have contests and promos too. Total bang for your buck.

Amazing Job. Iv been taking pics of my bub since he was born with his “month” wooden circles. We went on vacay and I forgot the ten month one. Preservation of memories. There are so many options. You can make a picture magical or just plain beautiful. the Designers are so friendly and have been so fast. They have helped me take mediocre photos and preserve them into magical memories.

Love it. I love this app so much. I have been using it for years. It’s great for changing backgrounds. I have even had some people removed from photographs to just have certain people in it!! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

Will Always Continue To Use. I have used Krome for close to 10 times now and am always very happy with my pictures! When I have a special request or an edit; it’s always done so properly and quickly.

Fun and creative. App is very easy to use and many possibilities to be creative. I used the app for our Christmas card. I used the designer service to help improve the photos. Had a good experience. I do wish I could have made a few more tweaks but overall loved the the outcome.

Love the idea. I like the work very much 👌🏽 I just wish it was only one rate that is charge. Instead of different amounts each time you wish to krome. And it do get more expensive Besides that, I love❤️ the 💡 idea of it ‼️

Scam read read read. I spent money on this product and it requires more money to make additional photos, while other apps ask you for a time purchase this app requires you to make additional purchase after making the initial purchase. I sent my money back refund!!! SCAM “We apologize, but we don’t give refunds to the original form of payment. Refunds are given in the form of credits to your Krome account to use on a future order.”

Childhood Memories..There’s No Place Like Home!. I wanted to have a photo of where I grew up, and the way my house looked for 50 years. A new buyer tore down trees, changed the landscape and color of the house, until it was not what I remembered. Thank goodness, and thanks to Krome Studios, the memory of my childhood and young adult home, will always be preserved forever!

Christmas Photo. So happy how our photo came out for the Christmas card. Added two pictures and were combined into one. This is my third time using Krome and I highly recommend.

Love it. I love this app especially that if you don’t like it, they will re-do it again for free. I love it. I’ve been using it for many years and I can’t get enough of it.

Love it!. I won a gift card to Krome awhile ago & was surprised that after a year or more, they still had my credit! I used it for a couple of pictures this Christmas, & I couldn’t be happier!!! They’re very professional & will let you know if they can’t do something beforehand. I love all the pictures I’ve received!

Christmas Photo. As my grandchildren grow I just love updating my Christmas cards with Krome Studio. They take my pictures and transform them into a magical winter Christmas scene. They’re the best!

Re edit. When I asked them for re-editing, they did it so perfectly that I fell in love with my daughter’s wonderful photo!!!! Thanks so much designers! You’re a pro!

Look for others- takes too long and is expensive!. I used to absolutely love Krome when they started and would go to them with all pictures, but now they charge 12 bucks every time I want to just do a “light tummy tuck”. Plus it takes 24 hours to get the pics back! That’s ridiculous! I used a new app today (Retouch me) and it was just a couple bucks for several edits and you get the pic back in minutes! I’m officially making the switch!

Great service. I was not very satisfied with their first two editing. The third time re-edit would cost 1.99 so I just gave up. The next day I received an email with an offer for another free re-edit since I’ m not fully satisfied. I’m very impressed by their great service. The last version I guess I can give them 9/10 (I know I’m a quite picky). But I gave them full stars for their services.

Love it!. I have used this app for different events, but what I’m most happy is that I was able to use my pictures for my passport. Definitely recommend it and you will save some money

Fantastic. I have used the App and the Full web version several times. Always very happy with how the photo turns out. Very easy to use. Converted one of our pictures to a birthday invitation- looked amazing.

Brilliant! Love the services provided.. I’ve used Krome for a few years now and have had many marvellous creations made. I use the pictures to create a calendar for my mother each year and she loves it. Absolutely love the work they do.

Seems a bit dodgy. I was willing to cough up 99c to give the app a go but there were all these different steps and signing up to things to get it. Then they wanted a credit card or Paypal. Why aren't they connected to the App Store? I pulled out before I bought it.

Why the watermark?. All of a sudden there’s a watermark on all the backgrounds in the free version. Was fun to play around with now but if you don’t purchase the full version you can’t even have fun and make cool edits

Christmas cards. The designer edited the picture just as I requested resulting in the perfect picture for my Christmas cards!

So much money. It was $4 to download the app, then $4 for me to get a picture done, which didn’t turn out great. I wanted to try one more picture but then they wanted $10 this time. Not willing to spend $10 for a picture that may not turn out great.

Disappointed. I've been a customer in this app for a while now. Lately, I'm not impressed with the result. I resubmit the photo again for edit hoping they will fix it. They edit my daughter's eye which I think you don't have to edit the eye it turned horrible. Will never use this app anymore!!!
