Can’t cancel membership via app. There should be a way to manage the membership via the app or iCloud subscriptions.

Spotty. My last round on June 25, the App was very spotty. Was not picking up the holes properly and location. When I finished the hole it did not recognized the howl being done nor starting the other hole. It lagged behind quite a bit.

Won’t connect. I downloaded the app a few days ago but my driver won’t connect to the app

Arccos. Great but sometimes misses a short 60 degree lob wedge shots

Great app for distance and shot tracking. I live in Canada, I have been using the Arccos for a year and have not encountered any issues at all like other reviews suggest. Yes there are times where Arccos doesn’t pick up a shot here and there but you need to check your app after every shot to confirm it’s been captured. This comes down to user error more so than software/app issues. I swear by this app now and rely on it heavily. The new Arccos Link allows me to leave my phone in the cart instead of having it in my pocket which was a plus. The big factor to my unregistered shots was my phone microphone (which is how it detects the sensors) was getting blocked off because I wasn’t checking to make sure my phone was in a good position in my pocket first. The caddie is a good feature, it takes a while to build up trust to it but it has helped my game. The shot tracking and results from all aspects of my game have helped reduce my handicap. This is a great system that takes some getting used too, in this day and age people have zero patience so I can understand the poor reviews. You need to put in a minimum amount of rounds for the algorithm to work properly so have some patience and let the technology do the work for you. Don’t just panic and leave a negative review.

Useless app. Can’t accommodate penalty shots. You need to manually add putts to your hole to make up for the deficiencies

Can’t even connect. When I log in and pair the clubs, it freezes and the app won’t open back up until I reinstall. And by then my clubs does not save and I have to redo it and it keeps freezing. Bought the whole driver hybrid and irons for this thing and doesn’t work

Not Working in Canada. I filled out all the information previously as you have already sent me the sensors and you took my CC info. I paired all of my clubs and I went to to start round when I was at the course and it said “Completion Kit Order Required” even though that process has already been completed. When I go into it it asks for my info, again so I fill it out again, click and “Something Went Wrong” comes up. Most likely cause I’m in Canada and I don’t live in a state or have a zip. I’ve seen some of the other reviews and it seems like everyone in Canada is having the same issue and yet it hasn’t been corrected in a long time. If this doesn’t work my subscription is useless and I will be canceling as soon as the trail expires. Please fix and hopefully not in November as there’s not much golfing up here that time of the year.

Doesn’t even work.. Took my credit card info but won’t accept my shipping info. Can’t use the app without continuing and I don’t even need the sensors. Just terrible

Love hate relationship with Arccos. Tee to green works fairly well 4 1/2 stars. Green and around the green. The pin location needs to be addressed. Mark pins some located off the greens. Difficult to address and edit….

Best golf app. I use that app every game and it helped me improve my game very much

Steals money off credit card. Loved using the app. But two weeks before my free trial ended they took $208 off my credit card. Even tho I signed up for monthly not annually. Currently waiting for my refund.

Subscription???????. Ok when I bought my Gen 1 for $349.00 there was no talk about a yearly subscription. $99 ??? When my year is up I’ll be looking at something else. Arcos can go fly a kite!!

Can’t Wait for Spring. I decided to purchase the Arccos System after having battery issues with my Game Golf Live unit (I was a Game Golf user for close to 6 years with 400+ rounds, but wasn’t interested in upgrading to their “Pro” unit). I took advantage of the Bundle pricing, getting the system during our off season in Canada, but was looking forward to seeing how the SG stats work within the Caddie app. I realized that I had all of the shot information in my Game Golf system, so I was able to manually add some of my past rounds into the Arcco system. This allowed me to become familiar with the app, but more important, let me see the Caddie app work with real data. Can’t wait to get out on the course and take that information to the next level.

Canada. I haven’t been able to use the app yet because still in off season but I wanted to help anyone stuck with getting your sensors here in Canada. For the zip code, all you have to do is put a space in the middle when entering postal code. For example, N4S3Y7 won’t work but N4S 3Y7 will. I hope this will help anyone stuck and I can’t wait to get out to some courses to try this out.

Gold standard. The gold standard of score/Stat keeping. GPS is not always accurate, like any GPS system. Any serious golfer should consider arccos

Hidden fees. I bought a set of Cobra F8 irons with the sensors already installed. It charged me $56 just to add my clubs to the app. Now it wants to charge $100 annually to use the app. I thought the $56 was a deposit incase I used it past the free trial- which said I get a free year in the actual booklet that can with the irons. Now in the app it’s only free 3 months.

Was a 5 star App till…. Please make the Apple Watch ultra able to detect shots. It’s always been hell setting up for the Apple Watch to work but now the ultra doesn’t even recognize shots. Keep up the great work. Will be back a 5 if I can use the Apple Watch before the end of the season.

Wait its not free??. Bought a whole set of cobra clubs to use Arccos now to find there’s a annual fee and it’s not cheap! $120usd a year! That’s wild.

Very disappointing. I got the caddie system as a gift for my birthday as I love things technology. Unfortunately this tech simply does not work well. I miss tons of shots every round. I have already replaced 7 sensors that stopped working and now I have to replace another one. There is no point to using this app since you will spend more time editing your round then analyzing it! I can’t believe this app got 4.6 stars. Most people who wrote a comment on the App Store wrote a very negative one. Also, the app developer doesn’t really care at all since they don’t reply to any comments. I am going to try to get my money back from Apple.

Locked out in Canada. DL the app and scanned my new Cobra clubs. Said I needed more sensors for the rest of the set to be accurate. Got them in 2 weeks and scanned them in. Went to the course to start the round and it’s saying I need to get more sensors to finish the flow. Then when I tried that it got as far as country and wouldn’t let me get pass zip code as we have something else in Canada. So now I’m not able to access the caddie portion and am losing my trial period. Thanks, please help here in Canada.

Rip off lol. Just payed $800 for a driver that came with the censor then another $800 on a Apple Watch just for this app then paired it to the app because it says it’s free then It won’t let you check the app out unless you pay for more censors and opt for a yearly renewal with payment hahahahaha I was really excited to try this because I’m new to golf but this almost makes me not want to be apart of this sport.

Zip code. Couldn't use App because it wouldn't allow me to enter a Canadian postal code to register. Keep asking me to enter a valid zip code. But it took my credit card information.

Price. You can't make people paying full year price and not having a monthly options,I stop using it because of the lack of option for the membership,,will use it again if they give us the option to paye as I need the app.....

Black Magic. This is the best piece of technology on planet earth. If you can handle the ego hit of the GPS taking a couple dozen yards off of the distances you thought you could hit each club, then this is a must have for anyone like me who is nerdy and obsessive about how to improve their game (and as the app will tell you, my game leaves lots of room for improvement). Tons of fun, and once you play enough it actually works as a caddy. I’ve played entire rounds based on the recommendations in the app and I trust it’s judgement even more than my own.

Terrible. They app will take your credit card information and won’t let you use it if you live in Canada. Not impressed.

Now it says Apple Watch 7.0 or later originally said series 2. Bad information

Best GPS / Club Tracking System. Arccos has come up with a pretty slick system for tracking club usage / distance and GPS yardages. The thorough course data bank and responsive customer service are why I upgraded from Gen 1 sensors to grip sensors.

Not reliable. Sorry guys, second game with it and missed shots on majority of holes. And the app crashed and I missed the last 2 holes. Will remain with my Garmin app and watch.

Apple Watch dies mid round de-connecting issue. My draft review from June 2022 When Apple Watch is set to capture and it dies during the round the app cannot complete the switch to iPhone. The rest of the game needed to be tracked manually. Painful experience, you need to switch with 10% battery then carry your phone. Option to switch to Link would also be desirable improvement.

Frustrating. I got the app mainly to help me on figuring out my stats for what I need to improve on. The app can do just that which is great. However, every round I have played with it I find that I constantly have to EDIT (add) shots to the hole as it doesn’t always register the shot. I’ve also been having linking problems once the round is done. I’ve tried re-pairing my clubs and clipping my phone to my belt to improve the connection but that didn’t even help. I also just experienced an issue where last year I played a course that was tracked on gps but apparently the app couldn’t register it this year when I went to go play the course again. So I’m not happy about that. For the amount I pay on an annual basis, this app is not worth it. I find myself getting frustrated every round due to this app not working properly. Only good thing about it are the stats it provides you after the round.

Expensive. Why would I spend all this money on a driver just to spend another $10 a month to use this app?

Nothing compares. I have tried many apps like Golf Shot etc, but nothing compares to Arccos. The accuracy is fantastic, and the data provided is next level. The caddie feature makes a seamless in knowing what club to use. I recommend getting the link it works far better, and also let’s you leave your cell phone in the cart. If you want the best tracking system then this is it hands down. I have used it for three years now and will never switch, well done Arccos!!

Misses strokes. I’ve played 20 rounds and have had to edit the strokes after every game. It misses strokes with several clubs, which means the analytics are skewed. I’m taking the sensors off my clubs.

$218.21 charge on my credit. One week after I cancelled my account they charged my credit card $218. Got roped in after my cobra irons came with these ridiculous things. Just buy a range finder. Seriously this isn't worth the cost.

App crashes. App no longer loads after update from 2 days ago. Please fix ASAP.

Honest Review After Using For 1.5 Years Canada. I really like the idea of Arccos, I like using it and for the most part it works well, but there are a few things that can be improved. IMHO, unless you want a lot of frustration, you need the Link sensor. Apple Watch integration works, but you will need to do a lot of editing after the fact as it misses way too many shots, seems to freeze from time to time and very rarely tracks putts. All of this was alleviated for me when I switched to the Link sensor. The stats are great - but I can’t trust them. I can see on one of my scorecards a round with 7 one putts, yet under personal bests it shows a round with 5. Average distance for a new club was 202 yards, but the yardages recorded were 234, 226 and 259. These just happen to be two categories where you can glance at the data and know it’s wrong, what about the multitude of other calculated stats that are harder to verify? Take them with a large chunk of salt. The summary display has a weird margin shift on iPhone - which they attributed to my display settings, but I haven’t changed them from the default. Lastly, there is USGA integration, but no Golf Canada integration which would be great to have. Arccos is a really great tool, but should be better for the price.

Rubbish. Got the app thinking it would be helpful. It has a couple nice features. Even paid extra for the Superstroke putter sensor. Problem is, it misses too many shots, app is cumbersome and a headache to work with while playing. Also, if you cancel, they lock you out of the app but are not refunded for the prorated rest of the year which is odd, and borderline theft.

Unbelievably good…. I had purchased a set of Cobra irons recently, and they had sent me a set of Arccos sensors. After just one round… the easiness, feedback, and overall understanding of your game and where you need to improve, and where you’re doing well is unbelievable. I have never been this excited to use a game improvement/tracker in my life. Anyone who is wanting to get serious about the game, and make improvements should absolutely get this app and get some sensors. If I could rate this a 6/5 I would Cheers Arccos team!!!

Watch. App closes multiple times during a round

Waste of money. bought a new set of clubs with Arccos sensors to find out that there’s a ridiculous annual cost and the batteries in the sensors are fixed batteries with a “2 year life expectancy”. Just another way to scam you into unnecessary and useless smart devices. Ill just go ahead and delete this app now

If you want data on your game - Get Arccos. Been using this system since it launched 4-5 years ago. Works very well with iPhone on your pocket. Allows you to identify your distance gapping and parts of your game to work on. If you want data to help improve your game - consider this system

Embarrassing Product. I have an iPhone XR. The app crashes constantly, it is slow and glitchy, and almost half the time doesn't open at all. The concept sounds great but this is one of the worst executions of a paid product I have ever seen. I can't even use the free trial because the app doesn't work. Don't waste your money. Luckily the sensors came with my F9 irons. If I paid for this, I would be livid.

Sucks battery life. Really sucks battery life when using Apple Watch. Only last 2 hours tops. They need to find a way to extend battery life.

Would be awesome….. Would be awesome if it recorded strikes properly. Perhaps the new generation will be better.🤷‍♂️

Just bought a set of $1300 irons. Knew they came with cobra connect, was admittedly a selling point for me I was interested to see my real numbers. Now I’m stuck at a pay wall and it wants my credit card info. Seen scams like this too many times. Not saying it is a scam but is a bit odd that I’d be locked out from the app before giving some credit info. Can’t even experience a pinch of the app before signing up & giving credit info? Odd!

Distant to pin not showing. Distance to pin does not show when close to the green. Even when quite far from the green Also, got a new iPhone XR and app no longer syncs with my Apple Watch 3 so I cannot use the app without looking at my phone

Simple - doesn’t work. Got new clubs with sensors and got additional ones for those that they didn’t come with the clubs. I love tech so was excited to try and see my numbers. But didn’t work. I’d have to adjust strokes and I felt distances were off. Plus annual price was extremely expensive. Canceled and removed.
