Best Third Party Tracking App. For context, literally all I look for in a tracking app is to let me name each shipment and for it to update quickly. I’ve tried several of these and the main problem I have with most of them is the lag time with updating the status. Some of them literally don’t update until a day later, which mostly defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve tracked several shipments with this and it updates at least as often as I check it, so that’s enough in my book. The UI is straightforward enough and operates pretty intuitively.

Extremely helpful. I'm very grateful for this app. I get supplies by mail, not to mention the occasional online order, and it's so helpful to be able to track the status. Any app is only as good as the data available, and I'm hoping Amazon's shipping service will be on board at some point - if the seller ships via UPS or USPS priority mail it's trackable, but Amazon's service is not. And I have occasionally found an item on my porch that hasn't yet shown as delivered - but that is up to the driver so I can't find fault here. Overall I find the app very helpful. I worked for a while in a purchasing office and wish this had been on board then - I had to log into multiple shipper sites, many if not all of which are here in one convenient place.

Good but with issues. Overall this is a handy little app. If you order things online a lot it’s easy to enter in tracking numbers and shippers. The layout is clean and you can copy a tracking number in the app just by tapping it. The biggest issue is reliability and consistency. At its best it hits all the alerts and notifications and confirms items as delivered if not in real time then very close. However lately I’ve noticed it’s been missing updates on several packages. For instance I’ve had at least 5 packages that were delivered that the app still showed as open or in transit; for at least one it had no updates at all. Especially for a paid app, that’s an issue. Hopefully calling this out will cause the developers to take a look and make a fix. The last update was 7 months ago so it’s due. This is a five star app if they can fix this.

Great app. I have been using this app quite sometime now and it’s awesome. I remember one day I tracked a package with this app that shows the package is delivered. I opened my mailbox but nothing in there. Next day I waited for the mail man and said to him your scan indicated that you delivered my package yesterday but nothing in my mailbox. I showed him the tracking number and the update from shipping day to the delivery day. He’s like ok I will check at the office and let my supervisor knows about it. Few minutes he went back to his truck and came back with my package. That’s a cell phone. If not because of the app, I wouldn’t have received the package.

Good tracking app w/ one flaw. I've been using this app for the last couple of years, and for the most part I love it. It's easy to use, and to see where your package is at any given time. My one complaint with it is my notifications and updates are not very timely in certain cases. I just received a notification a min ago that my package was successfully delivered... time stamped nearly 2 hours ago. Other times I've checked on the status which hasn't updated in days, see nothing new, then a few hours later I've got a bunch of new details that are 12+ hours old. If they could get those updates/notifications to go thru at the time the carrier updates the status on their end, it would be a 5 star app easily.

The app works well.. It works well, the only things that fail are the carriers systems, for example international carriers rarely offer tracking of your package, and usps and ups love keeping their updates to a minimum (for example their lovely status called "in transit" pretty much leaves us clueless about the location of our package). I wonder when will all carriers have gps in their trucks that would be able to time their arrival to the last minute, and we could see the truck on a map moving. I know that such service must be super expensive to offer (specially because of insurance/security reasons ) etc... but that would be awesome still... maybe in 50 years more such thing will exist in all carriers :).

Perfect for tracking all in one place!. My family uses online shopping for almost everything (the joys of living in a rural area), so instead of tracking through the various apps, I always copy/paste the tracking numbers into this app as soon as I get them in my email. I’ve worked out a description system so I know what website I bought from and the item name and now it’s all there in one glance. I also LOVE the archive feature so I can see everything that was tracked. I’d love to be able to have a calendar view but in the grand scheme of things, I can’t think of much else to make this app better.

Almost great, but missing an obvious feature. Just downloaded this app (paid for the premium version) and it’s convenient to have all my tracking numbers in one place but there is a huge glaring feature missing: my tracked packages are not in chronological order. Initially I thought the order was reversed with my next expected package at the bottom of the list, but I just added a few more tracking numbers and now there seems to be no order to the list at all. It’s not even in the order in which I entered the numbers, so basically there is no rhyme or reason there. I have to scan the entire list and figure out what the next delivery is, which is annoying when I have a long list of expected deliveries. For what seems like such a helpful app to have such a simple feature as chronological order not enabled is a head scratcher. Right now, I’m not feeling like it was worth the $2.99.

THE Best global parcel tracker. I love being able to track, then archive, all my non-Amazon shipments easily in one page. My favorite ease of use feature is the one where you can scan the shipping label barcode to enter a new package… works every time. After tracking a few packages with this app, I immediately went paid premium and have never been sorry. I’ve been able to follow packages moved by UPS, USPS, DHL and many others accurately in several countries. I’m assuming all the covered shippers have APIs, and am impressed at how few times the app has had difficulty, I’m sure when an unannounced change was released, and these guys/guyettes address the problem post haste.

Late Notifications. Everything about this app is amazing except for the fact that, lately, the notifications have been behind or lacking at all. I recently had a package delivered but my tracking data said my package had been in Florida for three days and, by the second day, it was actually delivered already. And then the next day is when it said my package was delivered. It may be the tracking number itself and was probably not scanned in the mailing process properly but either way, it wasn’t too big of a deal. I would just prefer for a parcel tracker to track parcels correctly but, again, it might not have been scanned properly in the first place. All in all, four out of five stars!

Fix Found!. I loved being able to track all of my packages in one place, regardless of whether the shipping company is USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. I especially liked being able to easily track outgoing packages as well as incoming ones on both my iPhone and iPad. However, today it stopped working properly. On my iPad, it still shows my packages, but it showed it is logged into a generic account rather than my individual account, and it will not log out and back in again. On my iPhone, it also showed a generic account and will not log out - and no packages show up. I’ve tried closing the app, rebooting the iPhone, deleting & re-adding the app...all to no avail. Ugh! BUT THEN I found a FIX: posting this in case you find yourself in a similar situation: on the settings (gear icon) tab, when you click on “learn about premium”, there was a very tiny grey “restore purchase” button at the top left corner of the screen. Clicking that from the phone fixed both devices. Hope this is helpful! I have no idea why it logged me out of premium in the first place, but I’m glad to have figured out the issue. Back in business with an overall terrific app.

6 Stars!!. Absolutely epic app! Does the job better than anyone of the independent shipping company apps! I do a lot of online shopping, so I needed several apps to track my stuff. Now, I only need one! The notifications are very helpful. Love the fact all you need to do is copy the tracking number and the app automatically recognizes the tracking number and asks if you want to track the shipment! I always offer suggestions on a review, so if you can, suggest you add the ability to interact with the shipper as if you are using THEIR app. For example, UPS allows you to leave special instructions for the delivery guy.

Works great!. I have used this tracking app several times in the last couple months! It works great now! This morning I had copied the tracking number and then opened the tracking app to add the new package to my watch list and it recognized the number in my clipboard and asked if I wanted to add it to my tracking! Did not expect that, but love that it picked that up and asked if it was something I wanted tracked as soon as the app came up. The last package I tracked, I had the notification of delivery within 5 minutes of the package being delivered. I live in an area that has sketchy cell service so I am sure it took that long for the parcel service's scanner to upload! Works great as far as I am concerned.

Doesn’t update from carrier. Wish the app would connect with DHL, GSO and Ontrac carriers. It lets you enter the tracking information, but you never get any updates or arrival ETAs for these carriers. Also lately I have noticed the app failing to update package status from FedEx. As a matter fact I have a package being delivered today that still shows an estimated delivery date of four days ago in the app, even though FedEx shows today. If I want the real updated information, I have to take extra steps track via FedEx page. Which means I have to copy and paste the tracking number, as it is not directly linked from within the app. Disappointing. Lastly, the “package delivered” notifications seem to be less prompt than when I first downloaded the app. Sometimes hours later, which is not ideal given all the package thieves out there!

App premium version worked well but now has an extremely annoying bug!. I’ve used the ParcelTrack app premium version for several months. The app has worked well in the past. But now, I am tracking a very important shipment and am experiencing a very strange problem cause by a weird bug. When I first entered the USPS tracking number in ParcelTrack everything was fine tracking information was displayed in English. But now, since USPS has received the shipment, the tracking information is appearing in Chinese, which is absolutely absurd and is absolutely not helpful whatsoever! I removed the tracking number from the ParcelTrack app last night, which was when I encountered this bug. I have jus re-entered the USPS tracking number for my shipment into the ParcelTrack app and the tracking information is still appearing in Chinese. which is very weird because the item in my shipment was shipped with in the United States to a domestic address with in the United States. So the ParcelTrack app is now absolutely useless! I am giving ParcelTrack 1 Star for this reason.

great app!. so efficient to be able to eliminate all the separate carrier-specific apps and organize all info regarding shipping status and deliveries, past and present, in one app... and so satisfying to unify all user interactions regarding same via a single, simple, consistent and well-designed interface. so... once the relevant tracking id is sensed on your clipboard or manually entered (and you've had the opportunity to enter a descriptor of the content and/or the name of the sender) the app does the rest, including sending appropriate alerts. btw, i've seen some complaints in other reviews that ParcelTrack's status updates lag behind real-time: i've only occasionally experienced this phenomenon in ParcelTrack and i'm a bit puzzled by these criticisms in light of the fact that we've all presumably long ago adjusted our expectations through experiencing that the carriers themselves (whose systems must, of necessity, serve as ParcelTrack's data source) are occasionally laggard in their updates. bottom line, this is a great app- love it.

About Time. To have information in one place when you have many items on order has given me my life back, don't have to sit by the door 24/7. I don't use my front door much and the shock of finding a delivery I missed. Seeing package movements helps when making planes I know when to stay close to home. Love the push notifications I don't have to check my email all day because movement will show on locked screen and my Apple Watch. All that's needed is an Apple Watch Application to allow status access without having to go to the phone. Two years and still going strong still a 5 star App. The latest update was not needed but was a plus. Pay the money get the full benefits it has to offer.

Easy to use, delayed tracking. I really like this app. It’s easy to use, the UI is clean and simple and the map feature is very handy. The biggest problem I have is that the app’s shipment information is always delayed or behind. I can check a tracking number manually and see an update that won’t be shown within this app for an hour or more. That’s critical information that users need in a timely manner and in my opinion the whole purpose of this app, to get updates on deliveries that are timely. Unfortunately this app has not done that for me so I found myself checking all of my tracking information manually and just deleting the app. In conclusion, if you need a nice, simple app and don’t need up-to-the-minute (or hour) updates on your packages than this app will work well for you. Otherwise, seek alternatives.

Average Tracking App. This app does what it’s suppose to do: track your packages; That’s all it does if you don’t upgrade to a premium account. The notifications are late... nothing like your tracking app notifying you that your package is out for delivery when you’re already holding it in hand. This app has a hard time with DHL deliveries and switch-off’s from carriers.... ex: ups drops package off at usps for further delivery— the app won’t update for a few days after the switch (or at all in some experiences where I’ve had to delete the tracking number from the app and enter it / track it again). I’ve used a few different tracking apps and although the heavy review, I still use this app for tracking (or the carriers website).

Amazing App❣. Absolutely Wonderful App!!☺️ This App is the best for all package/shipment updates & deliveries! I buy pretty much everything besides groceries online, so before I always had to use the USPS or UPS, etc. websites to track all of my packages. Which meant I usually had to keep 2-4 pages open on Safari at one time && continuously refresh the page for updates because the email updates were always a little behind (30-45 minutes) once something was delivered. But with ParcelTrack I no longer have to be a slave to shipment websites!! I receive accurate notifications everywhere my packages go. Once a package is placed in my mailbox or put on my front porch, I would automatically receive a notification from ParcelTrack!! I absolutely love this App & jumped right on Premium as soon as I could. The one thing I wish I could change would be is once a package is delivered I wish it wouldn’t take the app 15-30 minutes to update me. If I manually refresh the app it will of course tell me it was delivered. I just wish I could have the option of having the app update every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. like the Mail app on my iPhone. Just my two cents! But overall, Thank you so much for an AMAZING APP!!❤️💜💚💖

Does the job. Works good. I ship many packages and this is a great way to keep the information in one spot. The ability to scan makes keeping track of all these packages helpful. One added feature that for me would give this app 5 stars is a notification if an items is not picked up. Many times I leave my shipments at the loading dock for the drivers to pick up. If I don’t check my app at the end of the day to make sure it was picked up I usually find out from a fine my company imposes. With so many things to keep track of it would be helpful to have a notification feature that says, “hey that package you were sending out today? It didn’t get picked up”. Other than that this app is useful and helpful and I use it nearly everyday.

Loved the app for years but some hiccups lately. I’ve been using this app for 5 years and haven’t had any problems...I’ve loved it. I would give it 5 stars but I’m now giving it 1 because it appears that there’s some type of issue with the app. Today is May 20th and I’ve noticed that my packages haven’t been updated since May 17th. Additionally, the automatic carrier detection hasn’t worked in days. I used to be able to copy a tracking number from email or an app and go back to this app and it automatically detects the tracking number from the keyboard, but now that feature’s not working. So then when I manually create a new parcel to track, it indicates that there’s “no tracking data” and that it’s “pending status information.” This is the case for 3 packages that I tried to add in the last 2 days. I also had a package that I added on May 17th that stopped tracking mid-shipping. I received the item on May 19th, but the package still shows in the app as “Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item.” I’ve loved this app for years and haven’t had any issues, but I’m noticing some issues lately.

This app is perfect!!. Suggestion: Currently when there is an update to one of the pkgs we get a notification. That’s great. But when you open the app you don’t have any way of knowing WHICH pkg was updated. So how about temporarily showing the updated pkg in bold text? Just an idea. 😁 I'm amazed at how user friendly this app is. When you open the app, right there it shows all your packages. To add a new one, just hit the plus sign. Boom. So easy. And you can add all the pertinent details like tracking number, who it's from, what in the package. And once the pkg is delivered you can either delete it or save it to the archives by swiping left. SOOO easy! This app was perfect for Christmas time but is great anytime when you want to see where your pkg is. 5 stars!!! UPDATE!! Adding a pkg to your app is even easier now. You don't have to type in a long tracking number anymore. You just send your shipping confirmation email(that contains the tracking number) to the email address that ParcelTrack gives you and the app picks the tracking number out and adds it to your list!! It happens fast too! So awesome! This app could not be any easier now!

love this app!. ParcelTrack is the handiest app I never knew I needed! Not only does it track any type of package no matter the carrier and update automatically when scanned at various stages of shipping, but now with the update there is a capability to send any tracking emails you receive, to your own ParcelTrack email address. Once sent, the email shows up in your PT inbox and automatically processes the tracking numbers/carriers/who sent the package. This means less of having to type in long tracking numbers by hand, and messing up because some are so long. I love this app! (from someone who loves to online shop)

Still using it religiously for well more than 6 years. The best thing about it is not the fact that it just tells you where the packages but rather it shows you on a map it automatically detects what company the tracking number is and you can place what you think is in the parcel in each post that you put into your List. It gives of dates sometimes faster than the company themselves that’s delivering it and they’re down to even them departing a certain facility that wasn’t even mentioned on the official website for the other delivery company. It’s all in one space you can customize what notifications you want it’s simple it’s easy and I love it.

Excellent Application, Immediate Simplicity. This is an excellent application if you have a number of deliveries across different services that you desire to track without having to sign into those various logistics services. It has a great, simple UI and also many nifty features (eg., automatic detection of a copied tracking # on clipboard). I have also yet to run into any bugs, which is impressive given the landscape of apps out there and the typical quality you experience outside of the top apps in the App Store. I upgraded to premium shortly after initial download and use, and suggest the same to anyone else. The push notifications and cross device support are great and clearly this is a dedicated and great team building a nice little piece of software, so always worth supporting the people as well!

Excellent App, using free version. This app can track them all and there is no limitations if you have the correct tracking information entered. Fairly accurate delivery times with additional notes if entered. I have enjoyed using this app for almost a year now and have not had any issue with tracking information if it exists. Received it faster then some of the carriers tracking websites, not kidding!!! This all for free, that's the version I am using. Premium, which I have not used to date, is a ONE time fee of only $2.99. If you so choose to upgrade your service, which if you own your own business might be more handy working outside your mobile app. I would strongly recommend this app for anyone who is interested in tracking their packages.

Money Saving App. I recently found myself in a situation that could only be resolved with the use and information from this app. A well known internet retailer sent a text message indicating that my package had been delivered to my home address. In addition, the brown truck carrier website also confirmed that my package had been delivered. I knew this was not the case since I was sitting at home, waiting for the package to be delivered; but no carrier came to my home. However, using this app was extremely helpful. Upon initial tracking, this app indicated that my items had been delivered. However, when I selected the push button which was suppose to show my home address, the pop up window indicated an address several miles from my home. I shared this information with the internet retailer and carrier. I received an apology and the very next day my package was delivered.

One of My Cant Be Without Apps Though I do Wish For A Few Improvements. ParcelTrack has been one of my can’t be without apps for many years. I appreciate its simple interface and the accuracy of the push notifications detailing the progress of a package’s journey. I’m also happy to report that support for #VoiceOver for the #Blind has been consistently good and when things have broken the developer has been quick to address those issues and fixes were swift in arriving. There are two things for which I wish that would make this app even better. One of which would be for the developer to be more responsive to messages submitted via the feedback section of the app. As I said when things are reported that need attention they are often fixed in short order however, I’ve yet to receive an email reply from the developer. Speaking of email I also wish the app would give premium users a means by which to update their personal email address to which their ParcelTrack account is associated. As of now I can find no means of doing so as an end user. Here’s hoping this app will continue to be as great as it’s been, that #VoiceOver support for #Blind users will continue to be strong and consistent and that we’d be given the means by which to update our email address within the app’s settings area.

Just What I Need. I recently found a app called route and it took forever to load my order stats, so I deleted then I tried to find another app, and. It was called Deliveries Tracker, But if I wanted more than one delivery I would have to pay 2 dollars!! So finally I decided to look for just one last app and I found this app! When I first looked inside the app and added my 2 tracking numbers, I was surprised it didn’t come with any quirks or payments!! I was soo happy I even decided to make a review about it to inspire others to get this app. Don’t even read the other reviews because this is all you need to know to download the app!

Couldn’t be any easier!. I have no complaints only positive feedback. When I receive an email of my item shipped I copy that tracking number, open up the app and at the top says new, click on that, paste and that’s it! I have no idea why people would complain. Just having access to these things should be appreciated. I’ve saved so much time by having this app I love it. I do not like using the ones that are detected from email because I have different emails for different things. I have short-term memory issues from an accident and everything is very difficult for me except for this. Thank you for that :-)

No longer tracks FedEx shipments. I have had mostly good tracking data with Parcel Track in the past, but have continued to have more unfavorable issues recently. The primary issue is that parcel track no longer tracks any FedEx shipments. There simply is no data whatsoever from start to finish. I have another tracking app which tracks FedEx perfectly, so I now tend to use that tracking app more than Parcel track. I hope this issue can be resolved so I can once again be able to track FedEx shipment via parcel track -but at the moment I cannot recommend for anyone who needs to track shipments via FedEx on a regular basis since the app does not receive the data - or something else is wrong. This app lists FedEx as an available carrier, but it simply will no longer track FedEx shipments. Very strange and disappointing. Since it is still tracking other services such as USPS and UPS, that is why I give it 2 stars - would give more stars but I have also had difficulty tracking other services besides FedEx (often international carriers and possibly DHL too) where I am typically able to track those on my other tracking app successfully. I like the format and functioning of this app so I wish it was a more reliable tracking source. -if it were more reliable, I would happily give it more stars!

Awesome app!. As soon as I installed it, it detected a tracking number in my clipboard memory and asked if I wanted to track this number! And the next day it informed me the package had arrived, mere minutes after my postal carrier had deposited it at the front door! And again today, it tracked a different package and alerted me that it was out for delivery, and again I was alerted within minutes of the package being deposited at my door. Also, the user interface is very user friendly! Adding tracking numbers is very easy to do, and I love that I can label/name each tracking number so that I know which item it is. Awesome app!

Simple way to keep tabs on packages. First thing I like about it is that it automatically picks up a saved tracking number ands gives you the option to track it with one click. Copy your tracking number, open the app, click and you are tracking it. Second thing I like is it automatically finds what carrier the number belongs to. No more trying the tracking number with every carrier until you find which one it is. The app in its "free" form allows you to name the packages so when you track multiple numbers you'll know which is which. I'm giving it 5 stars in its "free" form. I didn't have any reason to make any "in app" purchases.

More options. Overall good, but edit feature doesn’t work properly— only lets you edit content and sender, but not carrier or tracking number. Very annoying if you realize you made a mistake entering the tracking number, or if you want to update the tracking. Also no way to add items without a tracking number. Very frustrating. I want to keep track of all my orders, so I can see what has shipped and what hasn’t. I have to make a dummy entry with fake tracking number when I place an order, but then I can’t just update with tracking number when I get it, I have to delete the old entry and re-enter all the info. Either that or I just have to keep a separate list of orders I’ve placed, and only enter them here after I get the tracking info — but the whole point of an app like this is to keep all the info in one place!!!

Used to work better. I enjoyed this app in the beginning. Paid a one time fee for their “premium access” and there’s no subscriptions which is great! I love supporting developers in a positive manner. I mostly used this so I could get a notifications on where my items are and when they get delivered. Now, it’s been a while since I used it and there has been many updates. Any time I add any packages, the information is always incorrect or never updates. I’ll check on the USPS website and it’ll say “Picked up by carrier” or “En route to destination” with multiple location updates but in the ParcelTrack app it only ever says “shipping label created USPS awaiting item”. No updates ever. Sometimes I can get it to update by re-adding the tracking number but then it’ll stay on whatever it updates to and won’t change again.

Updated Review: Completely useless after update.. I used to love this app. I have a lot of packages coming and going and used this app on a weekly basis. Now, after the update, I load it up, all of my current and past tracking numbers are erased. When I try to track a new package, no carriers are listed at all. I have also somehow been taken out of premium status which I paid $2.99 for and it will not allow me to restore purchases. Update: I've changed my rating to a 5 star as everything loaded and re-instated my premium status. The developer also responded to my review to explain the issue was on their end which is something that you rarely see these days. Great customer service, great app! Would highly recommend!!

Amazing and Organized App. Absolutely love this app. It’s the most reliable and up to date application that helps me track multiple packages at once and at real time. The map in the background of each item isn’t always accurate but I don’t think that’s the app’s fault, it may be just a vague tracking measure. But, overall, it keeps me updated on all the movements of the packages and hasn’t failed, crashed, or anything like that on me so far and I’ve had it for several months now. Note: In the App Store, the app shows screenshots where you can paste a picture of the product coming in for your reference on the tracking but I’ve yet to discover that feature if it even exists. Great app regardless!

Best Tracking App IMO. I’ve used several tracking apps and most are all the same with little to no additional features other than basic tracking. PT takes it a step further and not only allows a seamless app between iphone and ipad so you don’t have to check both for a notification to be removed, but also has a unique email inbox I use as a forwarding email address and gmail filter to automatically forward order shipment notifications to my PT Inbox and then boom, all my packages show up in a very easy to read and edit ui. It is just a bit behind as far as delivery status, however as a new user I would imagine the high Holiday traffic is causing the ever so slight delay and regardless of which app you use there’s going to be at least some delays. 5 star app that I’m going to put against Slice and then decide which app will be my go to tracking for inbound and outbound packages. Simply put, easily one of the, if not the, top tracking apps!

Big time saver. If your tired of going from one app to the next figuring out whether the USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, ext, ext has a package arriving on you doorstep today or sometime over the upcoming week worry no more. You can add all your tracking numbers into this app as it lists all the major carriers. Anyway the app is accurate & a good time saver when you no longer have to bounce back and forth between on the delivery service apps. I’m still feeling my way around this app, but it seems to know I have a new delivery and tracking number before I manually enter the info which is convenient. Anyway that’s it....I feel like the apps worth a try especially if you receive a lot of packages.

Great App! Very Useful. This app works just like you’d hope it would. I ship quite a bit and I use different carriers so it’s super nice to have visibility of ALL shipments inside of 1 app. The ONLY thing I’d change (or add) is to be able to see final destination when tracking status of a shipment . What I mean is, sometimes I’ll send 3 or 4 packages at 1 time. Then, when I’m checking status of a particular shipment, I have no idea which is which, unless I A) cross-ref the tracking number on the shipping receipt w the tracking number I entered into the app, or B) wait until the package gets fairly close to its destination, at which point I can tell which package is which. Other than that, it’s a very helpful tool and I do recommend it to anyone I think could benefit by having it.

Glad I got it. I have the premium package. I shop online all the time from various stores and sometimes from different counties. This app keeps all my orders organized in one place at a glance and keep me up to date to all my packages locations at all times. No more guessing and playing door tag with the delivery guy. This app has track packages for (USPS, Fed EX, DHL, & UPS) Also, I love the notification feature that appears right on my phone. This app is easy to use to have it track your packages. You simply forward the confirmation email you received from the company you placed the order with that has the tracking number, and it’s that simple. The app then reads the email and set things in motion. You can always type in the tracking number directly into the app, but why? Anyways I like the app.

It’s neat to be able watch all your deliveries from multiple carriers on one easy to use platform. Usually all I need to do is copy the tracking number and open the app and it’ll ask if I want to track the package, if not I then paste the TN into the field and add it manually. I had a problem with the app months ago, but I can’t remember what it was and they must have addressed it because I have no complaints now. That’s why you should wait to post a review. Not anymore Jus perfect. June 2023/ Developer has abandoned this app, I would have paid a yearly fee for it I use it so much. Don’t este your time downloading go somewhere else below is my earlier review I had a couple of other ones that worked great and then the dev abandoned them. These guys just keep on improving. My tracking is just great and I get a push letting me know the item has arrived way before UPS/FEDEX/USPS let's me know they have delivered. I wish all app I've bought worked as smooth as this one. Now I don't get packages stolen from my door. I get an immediate push notification when item is delivered. If not home I call family member to go outside and retrieve. Same thing when I mail stuff to others, I call them to let them know the package has arrived well before they're aware it's at their doorstep. Everyone in my family has this app and I recommend it to everyone who does any shipping or receiving of packages.

Used to be such a great app. I have used and loved this app for years! I loved that I could track all my packages in one place instead of having to go into each delivery carrier’s app. Lately the app has been less than stellar. It I copy a tracking number, it tells me there is a “parcel track copied from wherever”, but it hasn’t. When I paste the number in and add the package manually, it won’t track it. It simply says “no tracking data”. Also a package I was trying to reach via Lasership shows an expected delivery date of 2 weeks ago (it was delivered) but did not update to delivered status, also it says “click on camera icon to see delivery photo”…..there is no camera icon. I am really disappointed in how this app has progressed, I am hoping the developers can repair this app and make it fantastic once again.

No Longer a Great App. This app is better than all the individual tracking apps combined. Simple, straightforward and accurate. Update to original review: Unfortunately my current experience with this app is no longer positive. Takes hours beyond actual movement of a package for information to be reflected/posted. I paid for “premium” to be able to sync iPhone and iPad and no directions were provided on how to do this. Emailed support and never received a response. Waste of money. Looking for other apps to replace this one. Update to review: The app continues to take longer and longer to track the progress of a package. Hours go by before movement is updated. If not for using the app available from the package carrier I would have no idea of the location of the package. If you want real-time updates don’t rely on this app. Really disappointed.

Great App With A Current Issue. We’ve used this app now for almost a year and have been extremely pleased. However in the past week items in my tracking list have disappeared. This first happened several days ago when a FedEx tracked package just disappeared from the app screen. Two days later it reappeared. Today another one just disappeared when I launched the app. Nothing is in the archive screen, the item hasn’t been delivered so I’m hoping I will still get tracking updates but since it doesn’t appear I may not. Force quitting the app and re-launching does not resolve this. If they fix the issue it will be back to a 5 star app. Otherwise I may have to look at another option.

One of my favorite apps on my phone!. I have been using ParcelTrack for about two years. I used to track my tracking numbers on a spreadsheet and was very happy when I figured out that there is an app for that! The app is very helpful. I especially like being able to forward emails with tracking numbers to my account - this feature makes it so easy to add a tracking number. I also like being notified that my package will be delivered that day and then again when it is delivered. Many times the delivery person doesn't ring the bell - the app tells me to bring it in from the porch. I recently upgraded to the premium edition and scanning outgoing packages is so easy to do. If you are trying to decide if you want to check it out, do it, you will not be disappointed.

Adding FedEx tracking crashes app to background. I can no longer update current tracking by pulling down as I apparently added a FedEx tracking number the app is incapable of dealing with. This particular package is also not appearing in either the main list of packages it's tracking nor the archive (I did check). So, basically there's a tracking item in limbo & attempting to refresh tracking instantly makes the app drop to the background. I would remove it if I could, but there's no way to access items that don't appear, much less control them. This app seems to have taken a number of steps backward in the new incarnations & is getting difficult to recommend to anyone. In addition, the new interface is bland & terrible. I had the old interface up until this update where I, against my better judgment, decided to update. What a mistake! The older interface was very clear & to-the-point in its design. This new one has everything against a white background so nothings stands out, no clear delineation except for the little mark nearby showing the status. It's simply awful. Options like the archived packages are now hidden away. This is a downgrade, not an improvement. I paid for this & I deeply regret updating. Colossal step backwards. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Stopped working. App was working, then the automatic definition of parcel tracking stopped working. Annoying as I had to fill in all options where as previous it completed half. Useless.. Useless app. It does not provide accurate tracking information. I had a suspicion that in recent weeks my mail was uncharacteristically slower than usual, so when comparing tracking details between this app and the couriers’ official websites, I saw the truth. Tracking with the app is delayed by days! It is not accurate at all; I can be holding my mail in person, and the app will declare it’s still overseas. Do not buy. Do not use at all - completely worthless app when there’s working (and free) alternatived out there.

Do NOT pay for premium - update. Another FAIL. Four months since I last bothered using it and reviewed it as a complete failure and waste of money I decided to try it again. A parcel registered with China Post for delivery to Australia has not moved beyond ‘pending’ status. So I put the same details into the FREE Australia Post app out of curiosity and the CHINA POST tracking number was immediately recognised and the parcel processing history shown. This paid app simply DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU PAY FOR. My advice to others is DO NOT BUY. Apple - once again: I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE. ———————————————————- Apple: I would like a refund please as this app does not perform as advertised. (Note: re my earlier comment below, the app still shows a pending status even though the parcel has been delivered and another app I use has updated at every stage.) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This app lags behind another free app I also use. So I agreed to pay for ‘premium’ thinking maybe that’s the way to get updated info on delivery status. 24 hours later the delivery info hasn’t budged from ‘pending’. Meanwhile the free app has notified me of several stages in the delivery of my parcel. I’m in Australia and BOTH these apps are from overseas, so it’s nit even a case if domestic v international app provider. Seriously - give this one a wide berth. I’d give zero stars if that were possible.

Excellent App, but Over-Priced to go Premium. Pro: ParcelTrack is well coded and intuitive, functionality is excellent, UI is attractive and well laid out, seems quite powerful. Con: Unfortunately the cost to go Premium is excessive at AUD $4.49, IMHO - still mulling over that decision, but if it were priced at AUD $2.49 or AUD $2.99 then I would purchase in a heartbeat.

Garbage. I bought this app and used it for a while without issue. Now it doesn’t even update my packages half the time. They go through the entire process of being delivered all while it shows information is unavailable. Don’t waste your time or money with the app!

Paid for premium and it doesn’t work!. I paid for the premium version just so I can use the inbox feature and it doesn’t work! Forwarded multiple shipments emails with tracking to the provided email address and nothing was created in the app, emailed the developer asking for refund and no reply in 5 days now, I will report this to Apple and get my refund though them. This is a scam don’t pay for this app it doesn’t work!

Then they decided you could only track one item and that’s it, unless you were to pay for the app. It seems that option wasn’t a success either and looks like they’ve abandoned the app. Don’t pay for this app as it doesn’t work properly.

Was a great app, now now worth the money!!. I used the free version for a year and really liked it, so I paid for the premium version. Figured I would support the creators of a quality tracking app. A year into my Premium subscription I noticed it wasn’t tracking my parcels very well. A couple more years later and it is completely useless unless I am tracking USPS parcels. USPS seems to be the only service this app works with anymore. I live in Canada, so you can probably imagine how useful that is. If I could give this app less than 1 star I would!!

Terrible app now. This hasn’t worked with Purolator for a long time and now DHL doesn’t seem to work either. They claim to have “fixed” clipboard detection but you can’t tap on it and have it auto populate now. The idea of one app to track all your packages is great in theory, yet I still have to have the other apps installed too, making this one pointless…

Not for Canadians. Bought premium but the app was not able to parse amazon or bose emails with intelcom and canada post shipments respectively. Tried to enter them manually but it currently does not support intelcom so for all packages coming from amazon it’s useless. But not 1 star as the app itself is good just lacking Canadian support.

STOPPED TRACKING. This app stopped tracking any shipments many months ago. I have the premium version. I sent an email to customer service/creators a few months ago asking if the app is still working but never received a response. Anyone know what is happening with this app?

App Abandoned??. I paid for Premium many years ago as the app was super useful in tracking all my deliveries across different couriers. Now all tracking has stopped working, and I cannot see the status of any packages added since May 2021. Very sad - if this app is no more, it should be removed from the App Store.

Not Working At All. Over the past month I’ve tried to track three items through Canada Post, and this app only ever says ‘no tracking data’ (the Canada Post app gives me regular updates). It used to work, but hasn’t for awhile now. Time for me to delete this and find an alternative.

Now doesn’t seem to update Canada Post parcels. I used to LOVE this app (and paid for a subscription) but lately I’m finding more and more that it doesn't update any of my Canada Post shipments and the app just says “pending information” forever. I’ve tried removing/reading them & deleting/reinstalling the app, nothing helps. Works great for USPS and FedEx but I mostly use CP so it’s becoming less of an essential app for me.

Used to be great. It used to be great but not anymore. At least for Canada, Canada post and Purolator don’t work anymore and it’s useless. I do have the perpetual license but did not get any support and no more updates provided for the app.

No track info. Many times it does not give track info even if the tracking info is valid. Other times i enter tracking info, it does not display it and when i renter it, it gives me an error message that the tracking info is there, but i can’t see it. Fixed the issues!. It seems the devs have fixed the issues with the app after it being down for a year or two. Now all my US and Canadian parcels are tracking again. Even Amazon Logistics seems to be working. Great!

It detects the copied tracking number and auto detects usps as the carrier but when it come time to save the entry I always get a “ oops something went wrong” error. Other tracking apps don’t seem to have this problem. Also for all other packages it seems to work fine but it updates the status and delivery of packages much slower than many of its competitors. I think these are issues that can be fixed in an update. I hope they are so that I can go back to using what was once my favorite package tracking app.

I love this app. I absolutely love this app. I have the premium version and it’s well worth it. I’ve tried a few others and have deleted them because this one is easiest to use and the most timely with their notifications. I’ve had it happen where I’m at home when package is delivered. Few minutes later PT sends notification it’s been delivered. Two days later I receive an email that “your package was delivered” from the company I ordered the item from. Keep up the good work!

Nearly ALL shipping numbers don't work. 90%+ of the shippers who send my things don't work on this app. Since I don't know the shipping company, there's no way to track it. I have left maybe five messages for the application owners to get back to me and let me know if they plan to track overseas shippers. Not once have they responded...! This company is in the awkward situation that when another company steps up to do the job effectively, they will not only lose their own clients, but they will actually provide advertising for the company that fills the vacuum. IF they fix this issue, I'll raise it to five stars. ALSO, I mistakenly chose US PS as the shipper because UPS didn’t show up. I labeled it wrong and now I can’t delete the shipment. Why doesn’t it recognize UPS, the United Parcel Service?

I use this for all my shipments, but -. I’ve had this app for as long as I can remember. I love how I can keep all my orders in one place. It’s super easy to use, and sometimes even copies the tracking number in for you before you get there! Super cool. The only recent problem I’ve been having is that for some reason the app isn’t taking Fedex tracking codes. They’re traceable on the fedex website but not on the app. Otherwise, I love being a premium customer for this app! Y’all rock!

Great app, needs bugs fixed. This is one of my most frequently used apps and lately I’ve been frustrated with some of the bugs that have started happening. The biggest issue is that some of my packages have no tracking information available but if I paste the tracking number into the FedEx website there’s a lot of tracking details. Also, when you swipe down to refresh the data in the app it crashes every single time. Hopefully they fix these bugs soon or else I’ll need to find a new solution.

Worked Great...Now It Doesn’t. I’ve been using the premium version for a couple of years now without complaint. However, the last two weeks the app has been very inconsistent. I’ll open it and everything is gone, both current tracking and my archived tracking. Then when I open it again a couple hours later, everything is back. Right now, everything is gone...again. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling. Nothing works. I’m beyond frustrated and will now try a different tracking app. If the new one works better, I’m deleting this app. Sorry, but in my business I need to know where my shipments are. I’m done with this!

(2018 IPad review) Good to keep for records. ** UPDATED DEC 10, 2018 ** UNRESOLVED, NO RESPONSE FROM DEVELOPER: “OTHER” CATEGORY: Now the app arbitrarily places some of the delivered packages under “other” category. What the heck is Other? Although deliveries are automatically flagged as delivered, when I select them to move into the Archive, the next time I open the app, all are once again listed in the Other section. I sent an email more than 3 weeks ago, and still have not received a response. INTIAL REVIEW... DELAYED NOTIFICATIONS: I’ve had this app more than a year as a paid subscriber. While I love using it, it falls short of a five-star rating for several reasons. Most importantly, there is a time lag before the data is updated. For example, a notification that a package has been delivered comes hours —up to six or more— after the actual delivery. MAP: You won’t see where the delivery is located unless it’s at a designated stop like a post office or a warehouse. While this might be useful, don’t expect real time tracking. I didn’t. Until I find another easy to use app, I’ll keep this. Afterwards, I will uninstall.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!. I got this app at the perfect time (during the holidays) to test it out & I’m so very pleased to say that I was not disappointed! I’ve been able to easily track every gift I ordered from point A all the way to point Z with no problem what-so-ever! There are so many apps out here which lay claim to doing all these amazing things to make our lives easier, but instead they become a source of frustration & disappointment for us. This particular app does NOT fall in that category! It’s absolutely spot-on! Thanks to the creators! My hat’s off to y’all! I love this app & highly recommend it!

Get Ahead of Package Theifs!. I love this app. I input the tracking number of any online orders I make so I can be sure to be ready to bring it inside as soon as it delivers. As well, my family lives on the other side of the country. When I ship Christmas gifts to them, I can share a URL via text so they can track without having to download this app (though I usually suggest it!) For our parents, it's easy to tell them which city the package is in and to give them a call when I get the notification that their package has arrived. Very simple and straightforward! ParcelTrack "delivers" on its promises.

On Step Ahead. Well Designed. I have been using the free version of this app for several months now and it is the best parcel tracking app I have used. If you copy a tracking number from a text or email the app automatically picks up the copied tracking number and adds it to your tracking numbers in the app. The app also notifies me of deliveries before the shipper does. Having the ability to track all your parcels from multiple shippers in one easy to use well designed app is great. The developers did a great job.

Free version can only track one package at a time. This used to be great, and I understand the developers desire to earn money, but limiting this to one single package is a bit too restrictive. I’m not a large user of the app and use it maybe once every 3-4 months, so I don’t feel the value in paying for pro. But, some of those times when I do use it I need to track multiple packages and can’t. Wish there was a middle ground like max of 3 packages or ads… anyway, the latest version isn’t working. I track my package, it disappeared when I opened the app next time. I tried to retract it and got “already track this package” error. Deleted the app, redownloaded and tried again and got the same error again. So, time to find another app…

Great app, unresponsive developers. I’ve been using this app for a few years now. Works great and syncs perfectly between all my devices. Went premium just a few weeks after I got it just to support the developers, and that’s rare because I’ve never done that. The reason it is one star (other to get the dev attention) is because I’ve emailed them three times for help and I never received an answer. The first time was because I forgot my password, thankfully I had it on my password manager. But still... No answer. The second and third time was requesting information to change my password since you can’t do it on the app or the web app. I shared my password with someone I’m not seeing anymore and whenever he tracks something I get a notification on my phone. And I’m sure the same happens to him when I add something. I know this privacy issue is my fault, but there should be a way of resetting your password. And I’m not changing my email and paying again for it, not after the lack of customer support. This has led me to stop using the app entirely, which is sad because I truly love it.

Easy to Use. I am a new user of ParcelTrack. I've used a different app for a few years but it does not have a companion app for the IPad. I am pleasantly surprised by this one. I rarely send packages. I use it mainly for tracking packages sent to me. I simply forward shipping notification emails to my ParcelTrack account and the packages get added. I am able to rename each package so I can readily identify them. With limited use I am very happy so far. Very user friendly and the prince for premium is very reasonable in light of the features.

Great app!. I really like using this app around the holidays when I have multiple packages pending at one time so I can keep up with where everything is. It’s very easy to use; you just put in the tracking number (or copy and paste) and minimal other info about your package (sender, shipping company, and item being sent if you want), and you are gold! It saves you from having to check each individual tracking number or go to different apps for different companies. I highly recommend it to anyone who orders a lot of stuff online.

Must have. For online shoppers or small business owners, it is nice to find a free app that helps with logistics, of where my packages are. It can track the driver while it is Out For Delivery. Real piece of mind. Love the feature that allows me to just copy the tracking number from another app. Open this app, and it automatically asks me if I want to track the recently copied tracking number from my system clipboard. That was a nice update 👍 I’ll go premium if I start tracking more than 2-3 packages a month.

Parcel Track works perfect. I have tried a few tracking apps, and this one is the best. I have input the tracking numbers in others and it has taken anywhere from a few minutes to a day to get UP TO DATE tracking. This app, everything is immediate and tracking is constantly updated. If you check the store from where you purchased something to check the tracking, even that one most of the time will not be up to date, but Parcel Track sure is.

Tracking numbers still in queue after 1 day. Just testing and there are still tracking numbers in queue with no status or update. Tracking numbers and are valid, showing updated tracking info directly on the carriers websites. Good thing I have not paid premium. Uninstalling. Edit: I decided to give it a shot after things started working. Now, all my data has disappeared. Buyers remorse? Update: sent an email and got a quick response, impressed. Things are working as advertised and when they do, this app excels. It appears system was down and suggestion to that would be user notification for a better experience.

Having trouble with FedEx. Good app concept. We tried this app because we have many shipments coming to us from UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The first two work fine in the app and I really like what data it provides because the USPS app itself no longer gathers data from their network. I need to click on the app then it launches a browser to pull up tracking on their site. The issue I’m having with ParcelTrack and why I rated it 3 vs 5 stars is that it’s not pulling any data from FedEx. It just says “No tracking data - Pending status information”. This would lead me to believe it’s not been handed to FedEx yet however when I go to the FedEx website I see that the package has been in route for 2 days. I thought the tracking number might be wrong so I checked and verified that it is correct. Then I removed that package for ParcelTrack and added it again. Still no tracking data. Overall a great idea and would be worth having if it tracked all 3 of those main shippers but without UPS I still need multiple apps so not worth it.

Very very handy!. I’ve been using this app for well over 6months and wanted to wait before I submitted a review. Don’t worry, I’m not being paid to say this. BUT I completely love this app. I love how instant my notifications are and much faster than emails from the senders are to deliver to my phone. Sometimes I have ParcelTrack notify me t 7am letting me know it’s out for delivery only to receive an email by the sender at 6/7pm that it’s out for delivery but by then the product is already in my hands. It feels great to know when and where my product is and at a much faster time than the unexpected email.

Love it, but updates are delayed. This is a great app have been using it for about 3 years now. This is really the only app that I've found to update in a timely manner but still even this app is delayed when it comes to updates. Let's say if I'm home and the mail is delivered at 12pm the app want notify me for about 15-20min. Today though it didn't notify me my package was delivered until about hour later. But I have tried just about all the apps on the market and by far this app is better. ✨👌🏼I know things will get better with the updates but hopefully sooner than later. 😉

Love this app. Collects every shipment from anywhere online and puts them all in one place. No more texts and emails cluttering up. It's very accurate and even knows better than eBay when it comes to delivery date. I haven't had it be wrong yet. Living on a barrier island beach makes depicting an exact day for delivery a tough thing to pinpoint. I recommend it to everyone and also encourage you to spend the whopping two dollars they ask for premium use so that hopefully they can proceed with making this app even better for us. Simply Works (most of the time). Great little app that is easy to use and does a great job. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t understand some of these newer Express Carrier to USPS hand-off situations and there are a number of exotic shipping methods on eBay that the app can’t figure out exactly who they are, particularly from Asia. I have no way of matching the carrier if the app doesn’t know. The ideal situation is when you copy a tracking number and the app auto fills when you open it but that only works about 50% of the time, depending on how and from where you copied it and who the carrier is.

Good First Impression, But Dissappointed. The app at first looks great. You can enter in tracking numbers and watch shipments from different carriers and it all works great. But, one of the most useful features I wanted to use was the ability to start tracking automatically though the email feature (I got premium btw). I was sadly disappointed to find that it doesn’t actually work. Ironically, the “How it works” button takes you to a webpage hat displays “404 page not found”. The app description also says it allows you to track the delivery vans themselves. However, if you look at their website it says it only supports this for some random carrier in Europe. Use it if you just want a unified place for tracking packages, but don’t get premium. Waste of money.

Some Slow or No Tracking Updating. I used the app for the past 2 1/2 years with rarely a slow or no updating for individual packages for my small business. During those slow or no tracking updates periods, I went directly to the delivery services’ websites to obtain tracking, extra work. This wasn’t a problem when non-functioning updating was rare. However, this last month, wherein I spent more time on delivery services’ direct websites than before, the app became less useful. In previous years, this was the best tracking app. Fortunately, better apps are available today and it’s time to change and move on.

Amazing!. Let me start by saying I never purchase the premium version of apps. I just don’t because I see it as a waste of time. But after loving the free version so much, I thought “well it’s not like it could hurt too much” and I’m so glad I did! This app is an OCD lover’s dream. I frequently purchase from a variety of stores and love having on place to go and see where everything is at and when. And the emailing feature to forward shipping notifications to the app so you don’t have to copy and paste or try to type out 21 number long tracking codes is pure genius! I loveee this app!!

I love this app! Can we make it Landscape too?. I absolutely love this app! I’m always tracking my shipments in here. There is one thing that always bugged me though. When I’m in the app, if the text is too long the app will show ‘...’ to show that the text is too long and continues. I like to see the entire text. Can we integrate a way where you can see the whole text withought having to click the ‘Edit’ tab just to see it? Maybe allow the app to go landscape when you turn your phone sideways?? All in all, I love this app and will always continue to use it 😁

Better than all the others. This app works better than most others but I’ve noticed more issues over time. It doesn’t track packages with certain carriers that are selections within the app, especially international ones like Royal Mail. I find myself having to go to their website for updates. On the plus side, I love that it recognizes tracking numbers that are copied and automatically creates tracking for them. I also love the accuracy of packages it does track well like UPS and Fedex. It will alert me the very moment the package is dropped at the door.

The online shopper’s Go-To tracking app!. I order so much from online stores and I was getting so tired of having 3+ different apps for each carrier and trying to remember what each package was. This app keeps all my tracking info in one place, and frees up more space on my phone! Plus, when you put the tracking number in, it automatically calculates what shipper it comes through. Just upgraded to Premium after using this for a little less than a year, and I’m so happy!

Fantastic App. I am away from my home in the US and currently in Italy trying to keep track of multiple work shipments. I went to the App Store to download a DHL, TNT, UPS, & FedEx apps to deal with all of the moving targets and spotted the ParcelTrack App. I immediately thought, yes, I need to give that a try! Wow, was that a great decision! I now have multiple carriers & shipments at my finger tips, all in one glance. Also, and surprisingly, the ParcelTrack App seems to be providing a higher level of detail regarding status updates. It has truly been a life saver. I give it 10 stars! And gold ones at that!

It’s better at tracking than any other shipping place!. I honestly hate having to work with usps because they don’t fully update you on your package or they say it’s in transit when really it’s a day late. This app tells me everything and gives me an update every second. It’s perfectly timed too. As soon as I receive my package I get the notification from the app.. it’s really good and I recommend it for small business too to track any packages you have for your customers.

Desperately Needs an Update. I’m a premium user, and as others have pointed out, this app used to work great! Now, however, it does not. The “Paste from Safari” feature doesn’t work, and it doesn’t track any carrier my shippers have used for the better part of this year (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc…). As have others, I have reached out via the app’s feedback form (complete with screen shots) but the development team has been unresponsive. I’m giving this 2 stars because it functioned so well prior to this year, and would rate it 5 if they get it fixed; as of now, it’s just a non-functioning icon taking up space on my screen.

Doesn’t update. I was really excited when I discovered this app as I currently have multiple shipments coming to me due to everything going on. I first started noticing that it wasn’t updating when one of my shipments was delivered and the tracking info still said awaiting information. After this I went into my email and individually tracked each order. I then discovered I have two other shipments that are showing delivery soon and there is no new information updating on this app. I even paid for the premium service thinking that was causing the disconnect. All in all I’ve now paid for a service that has not saved me time but has doubled my time since I don’t trust what it tells me and now feel like I have to double check everything to make sure I don’t miss an update.

Best Tracking App!. This is by far the best tracking app I’ve used. Instant tracking information always available and it’s always been accurate. Gives me notifications when it’s out for delivery/delivered which is very helpful. Don’t have any “complaints” but I will say it always says “Expected delivery tomorrow” on the day of the delivery. However it does change to “Today” a couple hours before the package is out for delivery. This can be confusing, but I’ve used this app enough times to know the difference. Fantastic app, will continue to use this for future deliveries.

A MUST-have for selling or buying. This app is a must-have for anyone who sells on eBay, Etsy or any other platform. It shows exactly where your shipped items are at any given time. I’ve used the free version for several years and jut purchased the premium version to unlock a few additional features. If I buy something on a platform and I get an email telling me a tracking number has been created, this app automatically creates a new item label for me. Love this app & even if you aren’t a seller, it still is great to keep track of items you have being shipped. Only issue is with sellers from China- they use a strange tracking number setup so it’s kind of useless until the items hits customs here in the US. All in all it’s awesome and I’ve come to rely on it for everything I have in transit both buying and selling.

It’s just ok to me. I like the fact if you copy a tracking number it’ll automatically see and ask if you want to add the number to your list once the app is opened, but this app doesn’t update the information in a timely manner. For example, a tracking app I installed earlier shows my package is on the truck and out for delivery, as does the site where I purchased the item. This app still only shows it to have arrived at local FedEx terminal at 6:09am. My current time is well after 9am. I need a little faster response time than that. That’s my only drawback to this app. Everything else is good.

Perfect. This app does perfectly what it was designed to do: track stuff you ask it to track. The fact that you can use your own inputs while the app fills in the carrier when it can is great! The auto paste feature is my favorite (copy a tracking number from a notification of any sort and the app “sees” the number on the clipboard and asks if you want to paste it—brilliant!) time saver. Also, if a package says delivered but is not at your home, you can see where it is on the map! I’ve tracked dozens of packages so far without issue and I’m well pleased with this app.

Awesome app you didn't know you needed. This app is super simple to use, and it even copies what's on your clipboard if it's a valid tracking number. Great for when you order lots of things from different websites so that it's all in one place and you don't have to be looking around everywhere. Updates you with notifications if you'd like to know where your packages are or where in transit. They even have a little map of the location. It's free, and super simple to use and incredibly useful. Why havent you downloaded it yet?

Are they even in business anymore?. This used to be a great app except they did not ever answer any of my feedback questions regarding never tracking OnTrac even though they have that listed. Now it’s not even tracking FedEx. and no feedback response! I had packages delivered I didn’t realize and it’s still not even showing any shipment information. I’m going to try another app and keep checking my emails. It’s a shame because I paid for premium and I get zero response. I’m hoping they fix it and that’s why I’m giving two stars instead of one at this point, but unless they fix it go somewhere else!

Great App. Had to download this because my mail was being stolen off my porch by neighbors, or not being delivered at all and being stolen the postal worker!! It would help if there was a barcode scanner where we the recipient could actually scan the package ourselves because I still have paid for items I NEVER received because the worker marked as delivered and had to buy again because I didn’t actually receive them. Excellent app would recommend to any1 with haters waiting to steal!!

I love this app. I can track packages that are in other countries too but as soon as they ship it i can see where is coming from and i can even name them so i can see what is where and when its coming. I also like when i copy a tracking number then open the app it recognizes it and asks if i want to start tracking it. The estimates are very accurate in relation to where the package is. Even if on the site i ordered from it say one thing i go by this app because it gives better estimates based on where the package was scanned last

Nice features, some issues. I bought the premium version. It's very useful if you have multiple deliveries to keep track of. I especially like the idea of the inbox feature whereby you can simply forward tracking notification emails to your ParcelTrack inbox and it will automatically add them to your track list inventory. But it doesn't work. Not sure where the emails go but it's not to the inbox. Also, the 'how it works' help button in the app takes you to a 404. 3 emails to the support team in last two days are as yet unanswered. Small annoyances and perhaps little support. Stick with the free version.

Awesome!!!. I use parceltrack to track the packages i buy from newegg. I love it because it has A LOT of shipping companies. (Even some that are less known) It also tells me when items are out for delivery, and when they arrived. It does have some delay on the notifications. For example, a package arrived at my porch at 8:31, but i didn't get a notification that it was delivered until about 10:30. (Might be the shipping companies fault though) But, after the update, when you click on an item on the map, there is no easy way to back out of it. Keep up the good work!

Great layout, great ideas, needs performance improvement. I like the app design and the features were exactly what I was looking for in a tracking app. I like the email address I can forward shipping confirmations to for automatic tracking. However, if you’re anything like me, and you mash that refresh on tracking websites every 2 minutes all excited about that latest thing you picked up online... or just want to be able to bring it in from the danger zone that is your porch ASAP... well, you’re probably gonna check the regular website or use carrier text updates. This app, even on premium, can take up to an hour to refresh tracking events even when you manually sync.

Tracks all carriers. I absolutely love this app. It sends you notifications when they are out for delivery. You can also add your UPS and Fedex etc in one tracking app. I recommend everyone to have this on their phone. If your tracking number does not automatically pop up you can type it in. It gives you the next page to add the carrier that will be delivering your package. It works well for me. One more thing if for some reason they miss you and they don’t leave a notice the app notifies you what you need to do next. So.....convenient:)

This is just one superb site. Keeping track of all your orders in one place has never been so easy .. Buying from varied sites and going there to track or sharing your phone number on each order to get messages on each change .. No More.. Just add on this site and they will show you latest status for all shipment’s in one screen .. I used Content field to keep note of what is tracked and it was so easy to keep track of all coming items at one location.. Best in doing its job !!! 10* site

Impressive. I’m waiting for a package that was sent via by USPS and I wanted confirmation that it’s still going to show up on time. I checked USPS website and added mg tracking number. The result was telling me they’re having technical difficulties. I went to the USPS app and the same message shows up. I did a search with THIS APP and they confirmed it’s still arriving on time and that’s all I wanted to know! But this app also broke down when and where my package was. That’s amazing! I’m keeping this app! Thanks!

Provides it all. For a long time I've used two tracking apps, this one because it had the most extensive list of shippers, another because I enjoyed looking at a map of the movement of orders coming to me. This morning I realized that the map is available here. And, while I rarely pay for an app if a free version exists, I have decided to buy the premium version for synching across several devices. Now I will have a single trackung app for everything I've ordered. 5 stars with no reservations!

WORD WRAP PLEASE!. I love this app. I’ve been using premium for two years and I tell my friends to use it, too! My one complaint is that it desperately needs a word wrap visual update. Some of my packages contain numerous items, and I like to list them all out to help me check if everything has been packed. If my content info spans longer than the width of the screen, it gets cut off, and you’re never able to read it all the info — not on the preview pane, nor on the detailed view pane. Please fix this, as this is the only thing I’ve experienced in this app that’s an actual drawback. Everything else is great!

My “go to” app for delivery tracking. This is a very useful app for me, I use it all the time to track my packages. All you need to do is enter in your tracking number into the system and select a courier to track your item. You can then choose the name for the item and the sender. I find all these useful because it helps me organize my deliveries for when I have a lot of packages coming in and I get confused what is what. I would strongly recommend this app to anyone looking for a way to easily organize your shipments!

Horrible lag. I have been using it for several years. I really wanted to like this app. I paid for the premium features but nothing ever changed. The listings are lagging so far behind that in most cases I have already received the package two days ago and the app still has not updated. You can pull down on the listing and get this rotating cog that makes you feel like it’s updating but it’s not doing anything. The feature that is suppose to pick up tracking numbers has never worked. Not sure if it’s the backend or the app but it seems like the most useful feature in this app is the ability to copy the tracking number so I can google it to get an update. A pen and a piece of paper is better than this app.
