Exercise that doesn’t judge me. Before the shelter-in-pace, I was going to gentle exercise classes for seniors at the Y. Most of the exercise apps I looked at seemed geared towards people without any of my limitations, or offered very few routines geared only towards seniors. This one is a revelation. I LOVE the wake up stretches workout: who knew you could exercise ON YOUR BED? That allows me to do much more than I could do at the Y, and I can feel how good each stretch is for keeping my muscles in shape. The app has a wide range of workouts (all FREE, with very brief ads) to work on different muscle groups, both stretches and cardio. Clean and useful layout, easy to search. Each workout shows a list of exercises, with clean sketches and links to short videos. When you start, a voice guides you through the timing for each exercise, counting down to start and stop and announcing when you’re halfway through. You can customize the sound to turn off any of these voice features and/or background music. I love that I can choose workouts for my current ability, and see the details of what else I may be able to do as I get stronger. I love that I can follow a good pace, without watching a video that might get boring. I love that the illustrations use simple female figures, so that I don’t focus on body type. I would encourage anyone to give this a chance. If you want an exercise app that doesn’t focus on women, look at the other apps from the same developer.

Great app. I love this app I use it my best friends use it my sister uses it even my mom uses it. It’s free and doesn’t push you to buy a subscription you can do most things for free and it keeps track of your workouts every time you work out it even keeps track of your streaks (as someone who like to see the satisfaction of the shaded dot on the workout calendar each time I work out it’s nice). There are tutorials that are easy to follow if you don’t know how to do an exercise or stretch and it’s very motivating. I personally prefer to listen to my music or watch a show while I do my work out but when I don’t the music they play (which you can turn off if you want) is super motivating. I’ve been using this app for about a month and I’m starting to feel better about myself I originally got the app because my arms needed some help and after doing arm workouts a couple time a week they’re doing great I’ve moved on to my abs and core now but I still can work on my arms that same day if I want to. This app also has good yoga and stretches that help if you ever feel sore. In general I love this app and I love that it’s free 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Convenient. Being a wife, stepmother, and having 3 children of my own (including a 1 year old); time isn’t really what I have much of. Going to the gym is near impossible. Unfortunately, my lack of time to workout shows on my unfit body. This app works because it has a range of workouts for beginners and those who are more active. It has different styles of workouts such as cardio, aerobics, toning for target areas, stretching, etc. Also, I love that they have 7 minute workouts because if I see a 30 minute session ( that I clearly need), I will make excuses not to do it for fear of not being able to complete it. When I complete a 7 minute workout, I’m so motivated I do another one or try a different workout, and before you know it, I’ve worked out for 40 minutes. It helps that they ask you to go again after each workout. The progress reports, and reminders to work out help as well. The best part for me is that it shares info with my activity app on my Apple Watch so I stay motivated as I reach my activity goals.

Amazing App. I’ve been searching hi and low for an app that really helps to lose weight and this is it!! I’ve only been using for the last 3 months on and off and I’ve already lost weight. (Of course with better eating habits included). This app seriously surpasses some other apps that you have to pay for and it’s free!!! I love the daily 7 workouts, how it keeps track of the days you work out, the exercises you’ve done for that day, different workouts to target different parts, and the list goes on. Seriously cannot day enough good things!! Just to be fair, if I’m to include something I’d like improvement on, it would just be to add even more exercises. There’s definitely a good amount included already but I wouldn’t mind more to keep things interesting. Also, maybe consider including some type of workout calendar, for example, Monday’s are arms, Tuesday’s legs, Wednesday’s etc.. You get the drift. Other than those suggestions I still give this app, 5 stars all the way! Thanks for such an amazing app and for free!

Amazing for free. I typically never leave a review but honestly this app has helped me keep up on my health. It has multiple stretching routines and workouts for any part of your body (including face) and even has all over workouts. The beginner workouts are actually beginner friendly and the advanced ones are actually advanced. It’s also helped me keep track of my weight, when I workout and a few other things I can’t remember because I don’t use those options lol overall I think it’s a fantastic app. It gives you sooo much and for free! You can buy some of the things on it but tbh I haven’t done that. Update December 27th 2021: This review still very much holds up. I don’t remember how long I’ve had this app but I think it’s been close to a year. I don’t use the app every single day but when I do they have new fun stuff to use. Doing the stretches too I’ve noticed I am way more flexible. Still a very good app. Update September 28th 2022: Still very happy with the app!

Highly recommend.. I love this app, and I usually find workout apps and I try them out but then their just not the right app for me. But workout women is amazing. It’s just the right app, and I say this for everyone. It’s motivating, and it makes you want to keep going. And I love the workouts they have! There’s easy workouts to hard workouts. And you can even make your own custom workouts, which I love. And I also love how there is always new inspirational/ helpful/ motivational quotes, right when you enter the app. And it’s nice how you can pick dance workouts, full body workouts, cardio, basically everything. Something I like is that, you can make playlists or save workouts. It’s really helpful if I’m just trying to save something for later or if I really like a workout and want to save it to a playlist or just save it in general. Something this app has that not a lot of workout apps have is, goals, setting and reaching goals. I also like how there are reminders you can set on the app for when you want to workout. Overall this app has been so incredibly nice to have and I recommend it to anyone looking for an app that can help with basically anything your interested in.

Sweaty fun!. Update: I still love the app! I do still wish that I could create and save a series of the workouts, as I like to daisy chain a few together to get a great full body workout. I love that there is a category to save my favorites! It would be even better if I could put them in order as I like, or even have a few different categories within my favorites. Great app! I love my WW app! Look forward to the workouts, and feel so strong and refreshed after. The demos of the exercises are really clear and easy to follow. The pace is perfect; just when I feel like I can’t do any more, the next thing is a little respite. I particularly like the longer programs. I can get a really hard, complete workout by doing two or three of the workouts back to back. I only wish I could set a few programs for myself, because when I find the perfect two or three workouts to complement each other, I have to remember which I used or make a note elsewhere for myself. It would be great to have the option to create those custom series of workouts for myself and save them within the app. I might even pay for this option. :)

Learning how to exercise from the start. Very grateful for this app. It’s nice to be able to work out from home and not feel pressure to keep up with others at the gym or battle self consciousness. I like the beginning level programs. My life is packed full of chaos. I wanted to learn yoga as a way to slow down and not feel so overwhelmed. The slower pace is nice to get the break in the day. You don’t feel completely tuckered out after a session. I personally feel happy to have done some form of exercise and I’m I feel like it’s a program I can stick with. My only concern is there only seems to be a handful of 30 day programs. I would love to see more programs especially in the yoga section. A stress relief program would be great. I really enjoy the images of each exercise and the videos are very helpful when the images are not enough. A feature I might suggest instead of skipping an exercise that is to hard is offer a button that shows a modification.

My favorite app. I used to dance constantly, but once I took a gap year after HS, I realized how much dance worked my body. So once I started seeing my dancing body go away, I decided to look for apps (I don’t like going to the gym) and I came upon this one. When I tell you this is my favorite app, I’m not lying to you. This is the only exercise I’ve ever been so consistent with! I can always squeeze in my 7 minute daily workout, with the apps daily reminders reminding me to do so, and a counter of my streak of days I worked out which makes me push harder. I love how it has so many different programs to work certain parts of the body, at different speeds and levels. The music helps hype me up, and each exercise being only 30 seconds helps me not get bored and doesn’t tire me out too quickly. I recommend this app to all of my friends, and I even got a friend to download it and make up a workout routine with me. We chose 3 programs to do 3 times a week, and we help push each other to do it! It’s so easy to do 30-45 minutes of working out with this app. I got this in March during quarantine and the results are amazing and push me to keep going at it. Thank you for making such a unique, truly helpful, non judgmental app!

Love this app. I’m really happy I found this app. I’ve worked out for a long time and am familiar with different exercises and programs. Unfortunately over the last couple of years I have not worked out like I used to. I’ve started and stopped different programs. I wanted to get back into working out and found this app. It is so great! You’re welcomed with a daily motivational quote, there are different programs you can mix and match based on your preferences or how you’re feeling that day and what you want to work on. Workouts are nice and short 7-10 min and each program can be completed within a certain timeframe, giving you a sense there is an “end in sight” and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. I like the streaks making it more of a fun competition with yourself. There is an overall dashboard as well showing you your overall progress. The workouts have a timer and a guide on screen walking you through the exercises. You can also listen to your own music as well, but the app also comes with music. I am using this app and another one to track daily calories. Very excited I found this app!!

7M Workout. I love this app. As busy teen, I feel that we don’t get enough time outdoors, and lot of us don’t have gym memberships, and don’t plan on paying for one. This app enables you to participate in an at home workout. This means you don’t need to drive to a gym or put on expensive workout gear. Throw on some leggings and a tee shirt and you are good to go. I use this app almost everyday before I go in the shower. I use the 7M Ab workout, and there are plenty to choose from if I want it to be “leg day” or whatever you choose. This app also enables you to play music while working out, and even allows time for that. While the music is playing a voice-over encourages you. It tells you when you are “half-way there!”, and “almost done!” And when there are “5 seconds left”. It even allows you to pause the workout and resume where you left off. This comes in handy when you don’t quite understand what it asks you to do, or when you want to turn on or off a fan in your studio. All in all, I strongly recommend this app when you are short on time or prefer staying home, in a personal studio.

Just plain awesome. I love that The free version is amazing you have access to all of the workouts and access to some programs and I love that three users have access to so much so that they can really get a feel for the app before they decide to invest in it I love the app it has worked very well for me I love the format of the workouts and the voice guiding you not exactly a video of another person and I like it how we get customizable settings for workouts so we can change certain things to make it more custom to what we like this app has definitely compelled me to work out more and it has taught me so much. My favorite feature is the daily seven and the motivational quote seven minutes is not that much out of your day and once I do one work out it makes me feel a lot better and I can do more which is why the daily seven is so great. It motivates me to keep going because the hardest thing for me is to get started and that daily saving get me started because it short sweet and makes me feel good about myself. All in all I love this app would totally recommend.

CONVENIENT. I love this workout app! It’s the only one that I’ve actually been consistent with because it’s been consistent with me. I utilize the reminder feature as an extra push and motivation for me to work out. My wedding is 7 months away and I don’t have the typical leisure time to go to the gym before or after work, so I love that this app is built for those who would love to get a quick and effective workout in. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now, mainly working out for up to 30-40 minutes a day. Surprisingly, I’ve already had about 5 people tell me I’m looking more fit and sexy!! One of the many features I love about this workout app is the daily motivational quote that boosts confidence. Second, I love the workout options for whatever part of the body I want to focus on. I usually mix and match and will do something like a 20 min workout for abs and then 20 min cardio or whatever I feel like doing. It also has quick 5 minute workouts that you can do at work or at a desk! I end my workout with one of their stretch or yoga options and it’s essential for my cool down because I have respiratory problems. Third, I love the tutorial videos linked with the workout lineup! It definitely helps with posture and with good habits! Last but not least, I love that I can play any music while working out to any of the programs! It makes it more personal and fun!

this app is seriously amazing. this app is seriously so good. it gets me in the mood to workout, which to be fair isn’t normal. this app is perfect for you if you want to start changing your body/making it healthier. It also has such an amazing variety of workouts!! it has exactly what i look for in an app. It even has as short as a 5 minute workout which is great for on the go! it also has great stretching classes too! when you are doing the workout, it shows great visuals of what you are supposed to do. I struggle with getting the motivation to workout but this app has changed it for me. It has amazing workouts that are fun for me and ones that i will willingly do again. I can also feel these workouts WORKING my body! some other apps made it feel like i was just doing it to do it. But this APP makes me feel like i’m working myself. This app is very great if you struggle with motivation like i’ve already said, It MOTIVATED me to start working out and get my dream body. This app is great. 5/5

Even the free version is good!!. Guys, I’m writing this because I’m a poor college kid that finally found a good workout app that you don’t have to pay for! It’s got tons of workouts of different intensities and lengths of time, which is super convenient. You also don’t have to make an account or anything, which is a plus because I find that super annoying. One thing that I LOVE is that they give you a daily workout (7 minutes long), so if you don’t want to sit, scroll, and decide which workout you’ll do, you can just do that one! This morning, I just went on a 20-minute run, and did that after. But if you don’t have time for that, just do the quick workout! You can also save the workouts you like! The part that you don’t get for free is most of the workout plans. They currently have two free workout plans that are 2 weeks long. The rest are 6-12 weeks and you have to pay for them. Other than that, I have access to the whole app for free! This is my favorite workout app by far!

A Workout Wonder!. I’m very active in sports, soccer, softball, cheer, swim, dance, etc. I finally decided to start, doing yoga, some stretching, and workout! This is one of the best apps I have tried. Within the first week of using this app I have easily seen change through all of my body. But, I was sore due to the new routine. But that goes away within 1-2 weeks. They have many exercises, some daily, some whenever you decide to do them! What I love is that there are different exercises to help with different things, some exercises are for flexibility and ballet/dancing technique, and some are just basic stretching. You can decide to work on your arms, legs, chest, and strength are just a few options. The workouts can be long or short! They even set up a daily workout based on the information you give them! The short exercises have persuasive music that matches your personality! They have encouraging comments during each exercise. There are different levels of easiness, some exercises are for beginners some are directed towards more experienced people! This app is truly a good one! I recommend to all of you! (P.S. It would be cool if you lovely developers could respond!)

Helped me lose 25lbs and still using it 2 years later. I started using this app in 2020 (perfect timing) when I was 30lbs overweight. The 7 minute workouts were convenient and easy to commit to. I didn’t do them every day at first, maybe 3x a week, but over time I got really hooked on this app and built up to longer sessions. It helped ease me into lifestyle changes (frequent workouts, lots of walking, healthier food choices, etc.). No, this app won’t magically fix you or your insecurities. It’s a tool, but a great one at that. It will help you grow if you stay committed. Oh, and did I mention that it’s free? And not that annoying kind of free with pop up ads every second and “BUY OUR PREMIUM” shoved in your face. There is tons of content, FOR FREE. After using the free features on this app for over a year, I couldn’t pass up their $36/year summer sale. Let me tell you, it was worth it. If you get to the point where you’re self-disciplined enough to regularly workout, but you don’t want to go broke on a gym membership, their subscription is worth it. It adds programs, mental health features, dance videos, etc. Seriously, thank you 7M team. Your app has really helped change my life for the better :)

This app is amazing !!!. As a teenager it’s tough seeing a bunch of girls with perfect bodies! And there is so much pressure for girls to have one! I started to find myself less confident going through middle school especially when people really care about this stuff! I have always been an active person I play sports almost year round, but even with that I noticed that I would start looking in the mirror and judging myself. I wanted that to change I wanted my self confidence back!! So I started eating healthy and what hung my portions and using this app after a friend recommended it! I am already feeling better with myself and my body! My favorite part about this app is the fact that they tell you flat out you can’t just workout and get the best results you have to eat right to! I find a lot of apps don’t advertise that which can really mess up people’s results! This app is just so perfect for anyone no matter how experienced or how in shape or out of shape you are there is a workout for you! And don’t worry if you don’t know how to do certain things they have a guide for everything!! Thank you so much for this app it really is making a big difference in my life!! :)

No time? This is the app for you!. For the longest time, I had trouble getting a consistent workout in. I work 60 to 80 hours in any given week, so working out became on the back burner of my priorities. This app has honestly changed all of that for me. I can’t reason my way out of not having seven minutes to dedicate to myself every day. You don’t get bored because the workouts change every 30 seconds. You can go at your own pace; but I find this system gives you the incentive to push harder. Most times, after the daily 7, I get pumped and do more workouts. Once you get the 8 minutes apart of your routine, it’s much easier to turn it into 15 or 30! The music helps pump you up, except for the yoga ones which help you zone in more. And the boot camps give you a short term goal to meet. I’m not a bot I swear; I just have told everyone I know to download it since I’ve started with it. Try this app, even to add to your routine! You won’t regret it! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish there was a way to connect with friends, like on Facebook, and challenge them. I know some people who like the app, but need even a little more encouragement. If we could see each see when our friends do workouts, send encouragement, maybe even challenge each other to streaks, or do boot camps together for badges, that would be really cool. I’m sure more people I know would get into it if that were the case.

Feeling IT!!!. I thought 7 minutes may not be useful and was worried that I couldn’t go that long anyway. You can pause if you need to and there are small breaks in between each new movement. I am so focused on what is coming up that I break and move on without even thinking about whether or not I can do it and then, all of a sudden I’m done. The moderator gives you a halfway notice and a 3–2-1 countdown at the end of each set which is also very encouraging. The movements are not hard to do but are obviously very useful for me as I feel muscles that haven’t been heard from since high school calisthenics. There are also quick demos during breaks in case you are not familiar with a certain movement. So far, I am loving this app!!! Asked to review again and still standing behind my 5 stars. I love this app!! Quick, easy and results are obvious within a few weeks. I have lost over 60 pounds and look very fit because I did these simple exercises every day without fail.

10/10. I've had sooo much trouble forcing myself to workout in the past, but I hated my body. I would criticize myself and every little "imperfection" until i would break down crying. One day I was at my friend's house and she was showing me some apps on her phone, this app caught my eye. I ignored it for a couple of days, kept my unhealthy lifestyle of laying in bed watching movies. When I finally went to go change, I decided enough was enough. I downloaded this app and took the survey, then clicked the daily seven. I worked out in my room, it felt horrible at first, I won't lie. However I pushed myself to keep going and just finish it, that was the goal. When it was finally over, I was panting on the ground, tired as ever. The next day when I got home from school, I took all the self-control I had and repeated it. The third day I added another workout, then overtime, another, and another. I've had this app for less then a month and I've lost five pounds, just exercising around 20 minutes a day. I'm so much happier with myself. If you're feeling insecure, please please PLEASE know that there's always time in your day to make a change. (You are still beautiful and valid and every body is perfect, this is just for a boost of self-confidence)

Best app!!. I was super insecure about my body, as a teenager and being active on social media where everyone has the “perfect body” is a big cause of that. I wouldn’t say I was fat, in fact I am really active because I’m a dancer, but over the summer I got super depressed and didn’t eat anything because I felt fat. I know it sounds really silly and stupid, but unfortunately its true. During the fall I decided that I wanted to step it up. So I started eating a healthy amount, I worked out everyday, and went to my dance classes. but even with all of that I wasn’t seeing any progress. So I did some research and downloaded this app. I started using this app in November of 2019 and after a week of doing 7 minute workouts I started seeing results. Being a teen I have loads of homework, and after school I don’t always feel motivated to do anything but sleep, and I don’t always have time, but the 7 minute workouts are so easy and anyone can do one once a day, no matter how busy you are. I’ve never been one to like exercising or be consistent with exercise but this app made it really enjoyable and I found myself looking forward to working out! its been a couple months and I am happy to say that I feel way more confident and I see so much progress.I recommended this app to my friends and they all love it! This app really changed my life.

Results in only a week!!. I’ve been using this app for a little over a week. I recently finished up my freshman year of college, and I was looking to shed some of the “fluff” my body gained throughout the course of the year. I started out with the beginner’s abs workout once a day, and even with taking a couple days off, less than a week later, the center line for my abs began to appear! This app changed my life. It’s quick and easy enough to do before jumping in the shower each morning, and the graphics were easy to follow along for each workout. All praise aside, I should note that if you only do one, seven-minute workout a day, it will help, but I don’t want to mislead people. I have been drinking more water and trying to stray away from snack foods more, too, so no doubt that has played a role in my body looking more like I want it to. That said, this app has made working out fun and easy! I can now work out in my room instead of the gym, where I get intimidated. My boyfriend and I are doing distance right now, but I can’t wait for him to see how my body has transformed since he last saw me!

works great!. i would give this app 10 stars if i could. i love it! i mean, i wasn’t overweight or anything, and every workout app i downloaded always had weight losing workouts and barely any workouts for just getting fit. when i got this app, i was so happy that there were not just weight losing workouts, but other workouts too! and i love how it connects to apple health. when i first started, i did the daily 7M everyday. then i started the intro to fitness program. after a few days i stopped the program since i felt it was too easy for me. on my very first abs tuesday in the app, i decided to do one abs workout every day in addition to the daily 7M. i like how everything is free except for the programs (excluding the intro to fitness and 2 free workouts for every program). this app has really helped me love my body and make fitness a habit! i owe my happiness with my body and my fitness habits all to this app! i know this might sound a bit too much, but this app really changed my life.💪🏋️‍♀️❣️

Fabulous. I have started on this wonderful journey of eating healthier and exercising since January 2022 as I was close to being 300lbs. My back, hips, knees were hurting so bad I had to do something …. Change the way I eat and exercise more. This summer, I got down to 211 and then my knee gave out. I gained some weight back (5-6lbs) more. Frustrated as I wasn’t exercising as much. Now that it’s January 2023, I have been watching what types of activities I can do (no floor exercises). This app is so amazing as it gives you instructions on how to do each exercise which is so helpful…. I have a group text with a personal trainer and with each exercise I get I always have to look up on how it’s done.. frustrating as I have spent more time doing that then exercising. This app has given me a reason to reach my goal…. I’m pretty sure it will help others as well. Thank you so much for putting this together. My weight goal is 130lbs to which I know I will reach but am going slow. I want to do more 5K races and just be in the best shape I can be.

Life changer. This app has changed if not saved my life. I quit smoking 3 weeks ago while dieting. I needed to find something to do besides smoke, have a cocktail, play games on my phone...all associated with my smoking habit. So, I tried WFW. Diverse and brief bursts of fitness fantabulousness! (Not a word but should be). You feel so accomplished when you complete a workout that you want to do another. My routine starts with a morning stretch and one maybe two yoga workouts. Evening I complete my Intro to Fitness 6 week challenge and finish my day with an outdoor walk. Raining outside? Not to worry. There are two insanely fun indoor walking workouts (30 or 60 mins) to get those steps in and tone at the same time. I just finished my first month and don’t see me slowing down anytime soon. Plus? Negative- doesn’t trigger the heart rate sensor so you may need to run a similar program on apple watch to trigger HR sensor to record true calories burned. I find I am burning more calories than WFW estimates.

i feel like me. i love this app.. i wake up everyday eat and do what i have to do and then instantly workout. i love how it gives you different options of what you choose and want to workout. they even have ones for your face ! ☺️ i suffered from depression because i’ve had and still have insecurities with my body but using this app it’s slowing boosting up my confidence. when you’re working out it isn’t just to lose wait but it’s for you to make you have the confidence you want. i already feel like i’ve lost so much weight. people doubted me but with this app i’m proving everyone wrong. i had problems with eating a lot until this app. my parents would tell me “you’re too fat for your age and when you get older you’re going to get fatter” id tell them “no i’m not and i will prove you wrong” it isn’t really about proving them wrong it’s about proving myself wrong because i myself had doubts. THANK YOU for this app it helps me get through everyday. i prefer people to work out in the morning because it boosts your metabolism and you have energy throughout the day. i eat three meals. breakfast i have a bagel with bacon and vitamin water.. for lunch i have white rice with vegetables and a little bit of soy sauce for flavor and then for dinner i eat meat just so i’m not eating small foods all the time. i love it it’s great 💙💙💙

Very good app!. I love this app so so so much! I do about 3-4 workouts on here a day, when I wake up I do the “ morning stretch” and then I do the “Ad shred” and “hiit 20” later in the day! And then at night when I’m ready to go to bed I do the “ nighttime Pilates” that burns around 290 calories! I also bike and walk so I burn around 400! Although I love those ones there’s another one I really really love like the “hiit the killer” which burns 233 calories! The other one is called “ Full body sweat” and burns 213!!! If you did both of those One in the morning one in the afternoon you would burn 446 calories! The workouts are amazing! There are difficulty levels like beginner and advanced, it also tells you how many calories the workout will burn! Most of these workouts are super fun! I also love this app because it’s very customizable! There is a voice in music that you can turn off at any point! Yes! Yes! Yes!. I’m not usually one to write a review, but this is one of the BEST workout apps. I am not very old (not willing to say age) and not so experienced with workout apps, although I will say this app is good for any age. She’s her it’s a 10 year old or a 50 year old. You don’t have to subscribe to a thing unless you pick to. There is no login to this app. All you do is personalize it for you!! You put in how old you are, then it has a list with things like “strength” “lose weight” (much more.) It even lets you save workouts and immediately sends it to a section called favorites. This app has an avatar to show you on screen what the workout should look like if you’ve never hear of it before. It tells you when you are halfway there and one of the best things are you get to choose the music to keep you going throughout your workout!!! One of the things that is also really cool is that at the end of each and every workout is gives you a survey of faces asking if you enjoyed the workout! (going from sad to happy.) Overall though, a great app. I have nothing negative off of the top of me head that needs to be stated. Thank you.

Already Seeing Results😄. I downloaded this app because summer is approaching and I wasn’t super confident in myself after sport season was up for me. Throughout a good course of the winter I was deeply depressed and never felt good about myself. I criticized how my stomach area looked everyday in the mirror and told myself I’d be so much more attractive if I’d just loose weight already. So I came up with my own workouts that I did every morning and whenever I felt the need to break a sweat. Long story short I felt much better about myself eventually and was able to pull myself out of depression. But I knew I wouldn’t be able to see great results if I didn’t do it right! So I got this app already pretty knowledged. I’m currently on my second week and my abs feel MUCH tighter and I see the six pack line???? Love this app!. The beginning of the year they offered a discount for a full year subscription so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I love the variety of workouts, I try to do 45 minutes in the morning every day. I alternate between Hitt training on one day and yoga on the next day, and for me yoga is just as challenging at times. I can see the changes in my body and I can feel the difference, and I feel stronger. My only complaint would be that sometimes when I click on the exercise it doesn’t tell me exactly how long it is because I do try to stack them based on the 45 minute requirement, although when I looked recently it did show how long the workout was. This app is worth every penny, so glad I took the chance. I’m not a gym person, I’m not a get up and go work out somewhere person, I like being able to work out in my own home. While I do have some free weights, I like a lot of the exercises that use my bodyweight and it’s just been amazing.

NOT GONNA LIE. TRUE STORY ❤️☺️. I’m in my teen years, overweight. I’m strong and have muscles, but they’ve been hidden with my weight. Some say I have a bit of “fluff”, but I’m not gonna lie to myself. I’m fat. A bit over my supposably BMI, and desperately trying to tone those amazing muscles I already had, life was tough. I have a sports family, so my weight loss adventure is always getting more and more productive. To step up my game and get more fat burned over the winter and when ever I’m indoors, I needed some exercises to do. So, I went searching for an app. This app had a few bad reviews, but most of those were about problems losing weight. I personally think that they just need to apply themselves more. Once the extra weight is there, it’s not just gonna disappear by its self. Anyway, I’ve decided to write a review. And I just want to say, this app is the best you can get. I went a bit of belly fat to a 6 pack in just 3 weeks. It’s really the best. If ur struggling, get this app! And never get de-motivated. Remember, it’s hard but not impossible!!!!!❤️

LOVE this app. This app is amazing, truly. The workouts are no joke! I was super active before the quarantine, but had been feeling super unmotivated at home. I downloaded this hoping I could get HIIT workouts similar to the classes I used to take and it delivered! The music is loud and motivating, the automated voice reminds you when you’re half way, almost done, and even when to hydrate! It genuinely felt like a boujee gym class. And seriously, the workouts are not playing around. Like, I jumped into an intermediate one, thinking “hey, I used to be super active, I’m still pretty fit,” and DANG. I never knew a 15 min workout could be so tough! I’m sure they make ones tailored to be easier but I was super impressed with how hard I worked in those 15 min. My only concern is that I used my last “free” workout from a program today, and I don’t know how much they’re gonna charge me for the next one 😬. As long as it’s reasonable it would be worth it! Seriously, if you’re looking for motivation until the gyms open back up, or you just want to be safe at your own home, these workouts are great.

I’ve lost weight and MUCH stronger. I would recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t know where to start in their fitness journey. I tried personal trainers, countless memeberships to gyms since middle school and I guess it just never fit into my life but this app started me off slow and I just stayed as consistent as I could. Eventually I felt stronger and just like something was missing every time I missed my 10 minute workout. A year later I use this app to dance and stretch and my daily workouts. I started using this app to lose weight and mentally I had to push myself like it felt like a punishment for eating. Now my mind has shifted too! I will lose weight but the goal now is just to workout to thank my body for all it does for me. Thank you for this app! I have it 4 stars because I would like to be able to make a “playlist” with individual exercises instead of workout sets together. Otherwise I love it. And yes I have the paid version now because I mean the programs are super fun to track progress.

Best App Ever. This app is super helpful when I just want to feel better about myself or do a weeks routine. I’ve never found a workout app that is first of all free especially for this apps value and all of the different things you’re looking for. From things that help with period cramps to body building this app can really make you feel comfortable getting out of your comfort zone. The music is actually really good especially for a workout tone which is hard to find good music for free that can encourage you to push yourself. The workouts tell you how many calories you’ll lose, how long the workout is, and how many workouts are in it with videos on how to do a specific workout. I love how the workouts push you but make you feel comfortable and basically lets you go at your own speed. This app is perfect for basic working out for anyone who breathes but had a lot of cool features for women, and anyone who experiences periods or is pregnant specifically. 10/10 recommend and already recommended to my mom. I will prefer this app any day.

Good free workouts, REALLY touch sensitive. I’ve had this app for a few years and it’s honestly really hard to find an app with some solid workouts where you don’t have to drop $30 a month. You have the option here but you really don’t need to. Some of the things that frustrate me is that the app is INCREDIBLY touch sensitive. If you finger ever so lightly grazes over the screen, the app picks it up and selects whichever workout option you touched. It’s small but annoying. Another thing is that I love the example of the character doing the exercise with you as you continue your workout. What I don’t like are the sample pictures of what you would potentially look like if you did the workout. The “Victoria secret angel body” picture icons I think, promote an unhealthy idea of what a body should look like. That one is just an example but I think they should be careful with their picture icons because it sets an unhealthy standard of what your end result should be. I don’t know if anyone else had that result but I did, for sure. Other than that, there are good workouts in this app and the Daily 7 is nice and helpful. This is a good app to use if you want a good and solid workout.

Hello. I think this app is great it tracks your calories it gives you reminders to workout and you get to personalize the reminders you don’t have to pay ANYTHING!! It also will show you how to do a workout if you don’t know how to do it! Another thing I like about this app is it will give you you a quote everyday! My quote for today was “You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow. You choose.” You can also track you progress and click on a workout and it will show you what you will need or what else you can use instead and it will show you the workout you will be doing! It also has great music and you can choose if you want music or not! There are so many great things about this app I really recommend it! One thing tho I really think you guys should figure out a way to play different music because your music is fine but I think it would be nice if we could play our music playlists instead! P.S. if you are pregnant they have workouts for that to and they also have workout programs

Absolutely love it as a former athlete!!!. I used to play volleyball and basketball in high school which kept me in shape. Now, I’m in college and I don’t play anymore. I don’t like going to gyms because I hate working out in front of strangers so this app is perfect for me to work out in the comfort of my own home. I love how flexible the app is. It offers a wide variety of workouts (short/long, beginner to advanced, targeted areas to full body, etc.). You can pause the workouts at any time and skip exercises that you don’t want to do. I usually work out in the mornings and blast my country playlist. Most of the workouts are about 7 minutes long but there are longer ones that range from about 20-60 minutes. One thing I would like to see is a feature where you could plan out the workouts that you want to do for the day or even for each day of the week. There is already a feature to add workout to your favorites but I have so many in my favorites that it can take a while to find the ones I want to do for that specific day. Other than that, this app is perfect!

Woohoo! Perfect during Covid. Only some changes, please!.... Lately, due to COVID-19 I haven’t been out much, so this is a perfect app for anyone stuck at home. I really feel more motivation to workout and LOVE all the different choices for different workouts! However, is there any way at all that the programs could be less expensive? I feel like $57 is just too much to get fit. Shouldn’t fitness be free for everyone? I mean in order to get people fit, it’s probably best to start out with giving them free training programs for the benefits of their health. Please make these programs free or at least a lot less expensive! If not even that, please make it possible to have the ability to permanently buy all the programs for a one-time price instead of for only a year or a month. This would really make me—and probably a lot of other people who simply can’t afford this— A LOT happier and healthier!! Also, last thing; whenever I add a workout to a specific day and say I want to delete it—there is no way to delete what I added. Now on one of the days in which I added a few workouts, it duplicated the workouts instead of erasing the items. Therefore, it says that I burned 408 calories when I actually haven’t. Would you mind making it possible to ‘erase added workouts’ entirely and prevent an edited workout from duplicating? This would be much appreciated! This is far my Favorite App. I usually don’t leave reviews or rate apps, but this app deserves it all! I had this app for quite a bit now, and it’s far my favorite!!! It contained all kinds of exercises and workouts that you can adjust to your personal needs. I love yoga for example, but I’m also preparing myself for a fitness test at the AirForce, so before I had a different App for yoga, a different one for running, and a different one for specific workouts, and guess what ... I would never open any of them TOO MUCH, plus they only have trials and then you have to pay. Until I Found this awesome place. This app not only have ALL in one place, but it’s also free and it keeps growing and progressing with each update. I’ll be completely happy to collaborate with them an pay some $ because they really deserve it. I enjoy their music, their layout, even my husband is now joining me on this workout and he was destroyed each time. Just LOVE THIS... keep up with the good work 💪🏼

Glad that’s over. It’s good again. I HATE the new update. I have been using this app to exercise every day, and I HAD a solid routine. To keep pushing myself, I sometimes add a new workout to my routine. I enjoyed the way I could pick and choose exactly which exercises I needed/wanted to do. That’s why I’m really annoyed at how all the workouts I do have had the old exercises replaced with new ones! I don’t like the new exercises, and I wish it would go back to normal. I had perfected my routine, but now it’s completely different. Now I’m doing too much of the same exercises and completely missing other ones! It’s all wrong! For example, I used to love the previous version of the “Beginner Core” workout. Let me add the description here: “Planks are one of the most efficient ways to work out your core. A strong core is essential to a healthy life.” I agree! However, this workout doesn’t even HAVE any planks in it anymore! It’s not the same at all! Why couldn’t you have added NEW workouts with these new exercises instead of RUINING the old ones. Please fix it! Update : Everything got changed back :) I was really worried I’d be stuck with what happened. This app has returned to its former glory. I still use it every day. It’s awesome.

Workout from home. First a little about me: I am a single mom of a toddler, working a full time job and currently going back to school. Working out for me has become a luxury. I have tried so many apps that were provided exercises that were too difficult, workouts too long, or the app itself kept freezing up. I finally researched different ones and found this app. I have only done two days but I absolutely love it! The workouts are perfectly timed. I actually break a sweat. The background music is good. I will continue to use the app. Update -April 8th 2021- I still love this app! They have updated and added more workout programs. I have the standard membership where I pay once a year. There is so many exercise programs to choose from. They have different levels Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. The only thing I wish is that they have more Cardio based exercises for in home instead of Cardio-HIIT workouts. I like to alternate my HIIT workouts with Cardio. Since doing the plans in the app for 2 weeks (5 days a week) and proper diet, I have lost 6 lbs. Yay! Best app.

On my 5th year. This is my 5th year with this app and I still love it. I used to only use the app with the free workouts but I decided 3 years ago to switch to the yearly plan and it is totally worth it! So much more variety or workouts and programs, it is not that expensive (something like $45, maybe $50, after tax ANNUALLY), and the exercises are all shown how to do them with the option to see a written description as well as real people doing them and not just the cartoon video. I love that this app is also targeted towards women. The exercises are very well thought out for how a woman would do them or need to do them and I just cannot say enough good things about this app. I have used it through 3 pregnancies and recoveries every time and it’s a great way to exercise with doctor approved and safe exercises while pregnant and then to help your body get back into the swing of exercising after birth. I use this app almost every day and love the reminders to work out as sometimes I forget. Even my children love to workout with me using this app because there are a few programs and specific workouts that are kid friendly. Highly, highly recommend this app if you are looking to add short, quick workouts to your day

Awesome workouts. I really love this work out app!! I had not used it in a long time, when I opened it again they had completely updated and redid the app. And I love the new updates. There is a little bit of everything. If you are new to working out, or have been working out for years no problem there are TONS of beginner workouts and they cover everything from yoga to full body workouts, and they start you out slow and work you up to faster and harder exercises. They cover each part of the body and then some. There are so many I can’t even get a routine or order to start. They make it so easy to find what you are looking for with sub categories. If you are not sure how to do something there is a video that will show how to do that exercise or what ever it is you are doing. There is also a category for programs that you do some many days a week for how ever many weeks. And it again it has a beginners problem as well. We can pay a monthly or yearly subscription to open up everything. There is so much that you can do without a subscription. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a at home workout app. This is my number one app that I always go too. I have deleted all the others everything I need or would want is right here in this one app. Awesome job to the creators!! Don’t take my word for it try it yourself you will love it.

Very helpful! Great workouts!. I don’t normally write reviews because the amount of time they take, but this app needs it. I’ve been using this app for a couple of days now, and I definitely do sweat. Yesterday I did an arm workout and my arms are very sore! I know what you may be saying, but this app is really helpful. They give you 7 minute beginning workouts for everything with a bunch of variety so that you can switch a workout if you’re not enjoying it! You can favorite workouts so you don’t loose them, and just as easily unfavorite them. If you are starting to break out of beginner workouts you can find intermediate and advanced workouts quick and easy. There is a section where they give you a workout for the day, but I decided that I didn’t want to pay $5 a month for it. Not having that feature doesn’t get in the way. Before you start workouts they give you an option if you’re ready or not and then an ad pops up, but you can exit right out. You don’t have to wait 30 seconds to click out. While working out it counts down, let’s you know which exercise is next and what’s happening then. When you’re done it tracks your workouts, and keeps a workout streaks going. All in all, I like this app.

Weather that be loosing weight, getting stronger, or trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle overall. It is optional, but you can set it up so that you can remind yourself to workout. Another reason I like this app is that when previewing the workouts, it will tell you how many calories each workout helps you burn. There are many easy and advanced workouts. No excuses. I have battled my weight for 25 years. I have tried numerous diets and fads. This has been a saving grace for me! First off, there is no excuse (in my opinion) that one can’t devote 10-20 minutes a day to themselves, we all deserve that time to ourselves. Second, this app is EASY to use and has instructional videos to help an inexperienced person. Third, it’s fun, and I could SEE a difference in my body after one week. There is muscle definition in places that I didn’t even know muscles connected! Last but not least, I was able to cater the workouts to my weak knee issues. BEST WORKOUT APP EVER!!!. I’m a high school student and I can find it hard to fit in time to workout and I don’t know the best exercises but this app has helped so much! It has multiple workouts for one topic (e.g abs) and it gives you workouts with different time length but same result! I really enjoy it and it makes me feel so good. Great app. I love this app, it makes starting your exercise journey easy with small workouts starting at beginner level and then helps to to progress to higher levels of difficulty at your own pace. The programs are easy to follow with small videos on each exercise to show you how to do it properly in detail and walks you through work outs. And it not being too pricey for the subscription is definitely a win too

Fantastic. As someone that has never done any consistent exercise this app is perfect. The videos and written instructions are great for learning but I love that you do not have to watch or read about the move each time, just when you need. The free value is incredible you have so many workouts to choose from. I love that I can pick what I want to do and when. I have set the reminder to do the office stretch at work which is great as some days I know I do not move enough. I will be starting one of the free training programs soon and if I stick to it I will be a paying customer.

Greatest App Of All Time. This app is truely amazing. This year (2018) I am trying to lose weight but still gain a bit of muscle. I have been ambitious and downloaded 4 - 6 exercise apps and most of them are like “ Want more exercise classes? Amazing Workout App. When Covid hit, I started eating and binging netflix, doing little to no exercise. Being a 16 year old girl, I started to become self conscious about my appearance and weight as I gained a few kgs. After attempting a few apps, Workout for Women was by far the best!! You had so many different workouts to choose, and I could focus on different sections of my body - as well as having a variety of workouts, yoga and stretching. Plus, there was no pressure or strict rules! Even if I only did one 7 minute workout, it was still better than doing nothing. Within about 4 months, I lost 4.8 kgs which was amazing since I didn’t really change my diet, apart restraining from all the sugary junk food I would nibble on during the day. This app was the first stepping stone to finding self love, not just with my body but with my mind too. LOVE IT

Great App!. I thought that this app was amazing as I just wanted an app for some workouts to help me to achieve my overall fitness goals. This app helped me to achieve my goals because they have a large variety of workouts and unlike other workout apps, you don’t need to pay. I thought this was great as I don’t want to have to pay in order to stay fit and healthy. I think everyone should be able to stay healthy and fit without paying for an app. Overall this app is excellent and will help you greatly to achieve your overall body goals without paying any money! Very very happy 😁😆. This workout app is absolutely amazing!! If you are a girl who has trouble making yourself do exercise then this app is for you! It’s beginner interface is incredible and really helps motivate you to do this type of exercise every day! The program even keeps an exercise streak up for you!!! The exercises are short which I love but very effective at building solid muscle from pretty much nothing 😅. I was blown away by how effective it is and would highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling getting going. I would write down everything awesome about it but it would be a whole essay long 😂. Best Workout App!. This app is the best one I’ve come across for home workouts! I’ve tried a few and many of them will only let you access certain features, and will really push the paid versions in your face, which is off putting. Workout for Women doesn’t push their paid features, you can access the majority of the content (all the workouts and a lot of the challenges) in the app for free. The workouts are fantastic, diverse, the indicated difficulty level is accurate, and the layout of the app is perfect.

best workout app - honestly. The 7Minute Women workout app is without a doubt an amazing app. I first started using it maybe four years ago, and it has come a long way since then. It used to be pretty simple, still useful but had a shorter variety. But through the constant update of new workouts, the variety of programs, and the recent collections, the 7Minute Women workout app is the best. Since I first started I look and feel stronger and I really appreciate the hard-workers behind this app.

THE BEST APP YOU COULD FIND!. I am so glad I found this app because it helps me out so much from warm ups and stretches to working out, yoga and more. I like how they explain how to do the workout and how it helps you. I really recommend this app to everyone. I have lost 3 kg just by following the workouts. A suggestion is: maybe you could add an option to make your own workout. So there could be a list of workouts and you can make your own and save it so you could use it anytime. That would really help! Another suggestion is: there could be options of songs and we could pick which song we would like to listen to. But this is the best one I have come across.

Fab app that is mostly free for great workouts. I have been a loyal member of this AMAZING app for 5 years and I absolutely love their workouts. They have so many options of what part of the body you would like to train and even have specialised monthly/weekly programs that you can follow if you don’t mind paying a small subscription fee. This apps interface is so clean and I love the countdown and animation of the excersise that come alongside it. Most of all the app really works for getting results and can send you notifications to remind you to workout on your off days. Also as a bonus this cute app’s homepage contains a new daily inspirational quote to get you in the mood to work hard at the gym or even in life in general. Would recommend to anyone! 💖💖🥰🥰🥰

At home gym!. I love this app! The workouts are well varied and I can choose slower paced for days that I’m not feeling it or need a break, or I can amp it up for days that I’m feeling my best and really want to hit some goals! I love that it tracks not only my daily workouts and health stats, but also that I can see progress on the calendar and graphs. Highly recommended! I lost weight with the app two years ago before babies, and I am using it again now to get fit again.

So Much Love. This app is truly amazing. It has taken me on one hell of a journey, where little by little, it has significantly improved my overall physical wellbeing, which in turn, has altered my emotions and mental health for the better. It has taught me commitment; doing my daily workouts twice a day accompanied by my choice of other workouts. And being only 15 yrs, I’ve always been in search of a simple app to help me achieve my fitness goals without any expense - Workout Women’s does just that! I seriously recommend this to all ladies out there. EDIT: i have had this app for 2 years now and it’s like nothing I’ve seen before! Also I have another recommendation to help improve this app. When saving workouts to my ‘Favourites’ list, I find it annoying to have to scroll through all of them to find what one I want to work on. So is there a possible solution to add categories in the ‘Favourites’ List??? For example, categorising your favourite workouts into upper body, lower body, fully body, etc??

5 stars!!. this app is amazing!! i was struggling to find workouts, and found this app, there are exercises fit for every level of fitness, including beginners, intermediate and advanced, as well as having yoga, pilates, deep breathing and dancing! such a fun app and certainly makes exercise enjoyable, every workout is timed, shows you exactly how to do the exercises and has music too. You can also track how many workouts you’ve done and set a plan for when you do you next, everyday has a different quote, which is always motivational to read. overall i think this app is really good whether you want to loose weight, gain weight, get back into shape, be mindful, or just have fun.

Beginner Exerciser. I’m not into fitness at all, and I’m not a healthy person. I’ve always thought because I was already so small (blessed with a good metabolism) that I didn’t need to work out. I came back from a trip overseas with all this motivation to get myself into shape, but with no money, and no know how. This app has talked me through a bunch of exercises that is helping me get my start in fitness. Super easy instructions to follow that ACTUALLY work, I’m sweating as I type this, but I feel really good at the same time. Probably gonna go do a quick 7 min ab work out before I call it quits for the day. Makes me feel super accomplished to physically see the routines, times and calorie burn I’m getting with each work out each day as well!

This is such an amazing app highly recommend. Great exercise app!. This app is really good to get into some morning drill, or stretches, or just to ease back into yoga or any other form of exercise. Each exercise is clearly illustrated with a video, or moving visual as you do each activity - so you know you are doing the right exercise. It has a count-down timer for each drill, 30 seconds; and if you need a longer it harder routine, you can just chose a different routine if repeat the one you just did. Very clear and simple to use - very rythmical abc no-offputting gym girls with annoying nuances (voices!). Great app.

Almost all the workouts are free and can be done at home which makes it very convenient. Wow 😲. Usually don’t buy into these apps for exercises. But this definitely gives me a full body and mind exercise. I’m doing the beginner exercises. They are pretty challenging. Worth it. I like that there is no music, coz I like the quiet. I have the option to put on my own music if I want. 2020: have graduated to intermediate exercises and doing a bikini body program. So far satisfied. Definitely stronger and more toned. 2021: love the new music they’ve added. Got lazy and “took a break” early in the year. Still loving the app. Doing ultimate bikini body. Intense strengthening exercises. Love how I feel afterwards. 2023: post covid workout. Still loving the app. Excited to see how far I go this time.

Best Workout App Ever!. I've downloaded several workout apps that I ended up deleting since the workout in those isn't just for me (and to be honest, i'm too lazy). I didn't even know this app is still on my phone, i couldn't remember even opening the app. And then every 9 pm i just keep getting "It's time to workout!" reminders on my phone, and I said to myself, "what?"..So i clicked on the reminder, opening the app. I had a look on the workouts and right then i told myself "wow! I found the ONE!". I loved that the workouts are short while burning a fair amount of calories. And if i'm feeling more energetic, i can always repeat the workouts! really amazing! highly recommended!

Workouts For Women.. I absolutely love this app. There are all different types of levels for whatever your fitness. They make workouts fun and enjoyable. There are so many different categories so whatever you are feeling it will be there. If you only have 10 minutes there are workouts for that and lower. They explain it well and you sure feel better after. They even have music playing for you. I highly recommend getting Workouts for Women. Get your fitness to 5 stars for no cost.

Amazing app. I honestly love this app so much, I’ve always strived to be healthier and fitter and this app was the kickstart I needed. I try and do a workout every day after school and with the reminders and motivational quotes I was pushed to do them. I have gotten the best results out of this app and I love the way there are different levels because when I started I was a beginner but now I have been doing it for a month or so I am now more advanced and getting more fit as I go. I 100% recommend this app to all fitness levels and just everyone in general!!

Best App I’ve Found. I can’t fault this app! I have been using this app for the last couple years on and off and I love how it’s free. Some of the programs you do need to have the subscription which you can pay monthly but for all other exercises you can use for free and they really get your body and heart rate going. I combine different exercises to get in a 30 min workout and always feel the burn and soreness during and afterwards and that’s when you know that it’s working for you cause you definitely use muscles that you don’t on a normal bases (especially for those of us that are starting out). Can’t fault this app. Only thing I would like to be able to do is delete past history workouts where it tally’s up to calories burnt ect without having to delete the app and reinstall it when I fall off the wagon and not use the app after a certain amount of time.

Perfect❤️😍😘. Every workout app that I have downloaded I have deleted in two seconds and only have 5 or 6 options some you even need to pay for the workouts except for this one. I can’t find one thing I don’t like about this app! I love how everything is different categories. This app has such a big variety of workouts for any day of the week. This app has saved my health. Edit: I just got the new yoga update looove. I used to use the separate app from the same company but now it is all in the same app.

So effective and efficient. Ive only been using it for three days now and i love it. I used to be so unfit that it was embarrassing but my sister showed me this app and its just awesome. It sends me notifications to remind me to do my daily workout which keeps me more motivated to do it. In the first two days i already lost some weight and i am so happy with it although its only been three or four days. The daily 7 min workout is specially designed for you and for your own personal needs and goals. It also has other workouts and month long programs for whatever you are looking to achieve. It also has different levels such as beginners and up. Each workout tells you which level it is, how long it goes for and how many calories you will burn. I have no complaints.

some suggestions :)). so i actually love this app. i got it when it was first starting up in search of an app that had was easy to use, free, and didn’t look like it was made in 2005, however i have rated it so low in the hopes of maybe getting the developers to notice: i have a few suggestions that i think would improve the app immensely (and some that i just think would be neat for me). first of all i would loveee a workout that focuses specifically on your calves and lower legs. second of all I think there should be more shorter 5 min workouts, and thirdly it would be awesome if there was a customisable option. like maybe you could customise your own workout from the set exercises, or your own program from the set workouts. anyway keep up the great work and sorry again for such a low rating

Really motivating!!. I’m a 16 year old girl who has struggled with my body for awhile now... I decided I need to do something about it as I was personally throwing myself down and going down a very sad path, so I decided to get motivated. I had tried multiple apps but this app is the best one there is - regarding to how it motivates you, you can keep track of your process and most importantly you can choice to start off with easy workouts and work your way to harder ones!! I personally love this app and think it was a good step for me to take.

Great workout choices. It’s good to be able to have a selection of targeted workouts to choose from. I usually do the classic 7 women’s one or a targeted one. I do feel more energised. I’m also very happy you can use your own music playlist for workouts. It’s great to do these as exercise snacks and need a break from sitting too long or if you’re like me, prefer to do small regular doses instead of huge long workouts. You will definitely see a difference in your body and energy levels.

Love the app, few suggestions though... but more full body ones please. I really love this app- I’ve tried at least 10 different fitness apps over the last few months and still come back to this one. Improvement suggestions: * Would love to customise current workouts more - eg instead of only 30sec intervals, the option to extend this in each workout depending on where fitness level is at. Plus customising adding in extra exercises from a list into a current set workout (or remove ones) * Also more full body workouts tailored to woman’s needs - ( like the Angels body you have currently ) - that captures strength and cardio for the whole body in 20-40+ minutes. It’s Exactly What I Needed. It makes a workout feel so easy which helps with getting motivated to exercise everyday, lose weight or reach another personal goal. It’s perfect for those of us who don’t don’t want to go to the gym or pay for a personal trainer, this is something you can do at home between chores, homework, etc as a refresher or you can do three to four in a row as a legit workout. It shows you how to do each exercise, times you, allows your phone to play music in the background, and literally all you have to dedicate is 7 mins to exercise (not overwhelming to start with). Thankyou, for making such an awesome app for us introverts who hate exercising in front of people 😂 and without the commitment of a gym membership or trainer.

DEFINITELY THE BEST OUT THERE. The 7M workout app is the best!! It is completely free. You don’t need to sign up or pay anything and there is a range of exercises for a range of fitness levels and you can choose exercises that target a particular body part eg abs and they range from 7 minutes to bigger workouts. You can even add your current body weight and your ideal body weight and they will calculate how much you’ve lost. Only problem I have is you can’t use your height or body measurements to calculate how much you should weigh but other than that it’s a brilliant app. Highly recommend!!😁

I love it!. I only joined today and I’m already in love! This app is so great. It has a variety of workouts to choose from (I’m currently doing the 30 day workout) and the duration of most workouts are short yet it still gets your heart pumping! I’m actually really eager to workout thanks to this app and that’s surprising because I hate exercise lol. I recommend this app for anyone who doesn’t really like to workout but wants to get fit because this app actually helps you to stay motivated and committed. 10/10!!!

I was charged for my free trial, and had to go through apple to be refunded.. I really love this app and find it super helpful for at home workouts. It is great if you are beginning your fitness journey and don’t know where to begin. However, I was charged for my FREE trial for the premium version! I don’t know if this is normal and if you’re refunded after the 7 days, but I never had this happen to me with other apps. It was a bit frustrating to have to go to apple and lodge a refund request, which took around a week or two. Although this is a great app, I really think someone should look into this.

New to app. I haven’t even done a workout on this app yet and I already LOVE IT. From the looks of it everything is free. I have just looked through all the workouts and programs trying to decide what one I want to do first, it has really inspired me! All of the other apps I have looked at either cost money or are poor quality and don’t include so many choices and count calories, etc. I absolutely love this app and will definitely be recommending it to my friends ❤️

Best Fitness App by far. Most other apps make you to pay a fee before starting a workout, whereas this app has a wide variety of different workouts for different goals all for free. I am an 18 year old struggling with an ED and needed a short and sufficient workout that wasn’t going to tire me out quickly, but then when I have a good eating day i want a workout that goes for a bit longer because I have the energy to properly push myself so the wide choice of different programs makes this easy for me. I have also completed a Certificate III in fitness so can point out good variety and diversity when i see it. This app includes every type of women and what they want to target and has the correct pinpoint exercises for those specific goals. LOVE IT!!

Easy to follow. Lots of workout options to choose from in the free set. You can choose number of rounds & rest between exercises. But you have to find workouts to suit ability/fitness as they don’t offer an option to choose intensity. Good explanations for things you don’t know how to do. Suit beginner intermediate. Some fitter folks would just need to up the number of rounds. Although note if a workout is 20mins & you choose 2 rounds with 5sec rest it will take just over an hour a to do (each round is 20mins plus rest) You also need to do your own short pre/post warm up/down A little fit test to chart progress would make this 5🌟

Great App. I really enjoy this app, I’m not overly confident when it comes to working out so this is a great app to use when I’m not doing a gym class. I can use this app at the gym or at home and the workouts vary in time and in difficulty so you can choose a workout based on your fitness level and based on how much time you have and you don’t need any equipment if you don’t have it which is another bonus. Only downside is the constant ads and you can’t participate in any programs/challenges unless you subscribe and pay, which I don’t want to have to do when I’m already paying for a gym membership. I wouldn’t mind the ads if it meant I had access to all areas of the app.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. This app- majority of it is free, like for the amount your getting it’s honestly amazing. I’ve had it for a few years and it’s always adding new workouts. I tend to prefer the older ones as I’m more use to them but it’s a really good investment and they do work really well as long as your consistent and it tracks your progress if your bothered to put it in, I’m usually not but it looks like a cool feature 10/10 would download this app if your wanting to workout especially during quarantine

Love love love. This app has helped me start exercising regularly again as the workouts are only short, I don’t dread them like most workouts (which is hella surprising). The different workouts really help with what I’m feeling at the time if I’m feeling motivated I’ll do one of the longer more up beat workouts but if I just want to feel like I’ve done something during the day but I’m too lazy, I’ll do a 7min more easy going one!!! It is just the best app, highly recommend. I know that there is the fat loss category but I was just wondering if there is a could be like a fat loss for certain areas of the body. Like for example, for the legs or the stomach or the arms, just to work specifically for weight loss in that area?? That would be great! Shuddup and take my $$$!! Best app!!. This is the best app! I can workout at home. I can workout in the office. I can choose the workouts that I want to do. It has become a morning ritual to fit together 2 or 3 morning routines and then again in the afternoon. If I don’t feel overly energetic, I can choose some gentle routines and I don’t have to justify myself to anyone. On the days that I do feel like I want to thrash my body - I can scream at the app to “go jump”(censored) when she gives the halfway through alert; cause did I mention; it counts you in, counts you to the end and gives you a heads up when you’re “halfway there”. And I love the daily 7 - mine don’t change daily though, not sure if that’s an issue for everyone; but I’m happy to keep on the same one for a few days - there’s so many other routines to try too!!! Happily paid the subscription and will stay with the app. I show it too all my girlfriends and tell them to get it too!

I’ve shared this app with everyone I know!. This app is amazing and NOT just for women. There are so many workout options, and you can filter by style (stretching, yoga, pilates, etc.), length of time, strength (beginner - advanced), target area (legs, booty, arms, back, etc.) It is so user-friendly that my grandmother uses it! A must download. And it’s free! Most workout apps make you pay after downloading. This one doesn’t, though for an optional membership you get access to more personalized stuff, but there is SO much available without paying. It’s honestly crazy how great the quality is for a free app. Five stars from me. 🙌🏻

Great but... It is a great app! Motivational music and clear instructions. I don’t like how when it asks for what you want to focus on (that being weight loss, muscle build etc) it only lets you pick one. Wanted to loose a bit of weight but build muscle at the same time not either or. But being a young student in high-school, this app has definitely made it easier for me to understand what i need to be working on and what exercises I should be doing for it. When I join a gym I will definitely use this as a reference for my workouts!

Best free workout app. Easy to use especially if you’re a beginner or working out at home with minimal equipment. Range of workouts have a lot of detailed information to help you pick which one is best for you and allows you to switch things up when you’re bored or when you want to level up. On and off. I’ve used this app “on and off” over the past 8 years. It’s been great for light and heavy exercise. Love the morning/night stretch, great way to keep a body flexible. Love This App!!. I’ve never enjoyed working out and have always struggled with the motivation to actually do it. I’ve done several diets to lose weight and inches because to me that was easier than consistently working out. A year ago my friends asked me to do a 30 day workout challenge for fun. That for me searching for something I could do on my own time from home and found Women Workout and started doing the Daily 7 each day and other free workouts. I loved that I could listen to my body and choose workouts specially to meet my needs. After 6 months of consistent use I purchased the upgraded version and now love the app even more! I have not done a single diet in the past year (I still try and eat healthy) and I am the same weight as when I started! I’m stronger, less flabby, have a flatter stomach and have increased my flexibility! Thank you Workout Women developers for helping me become a better version of myself! ❤️

The app that finally made my resolution a reality. I'm sure everyone has at some point or another (or even every year) made their New Year's Resolution to "get in shape/start working out". I know I have a frankly embarrassing amount of times, but this is the first year that I've actually kept up with that resolution for more than a week. This app makes working out so easy, especially for someone who knows nothing about working out and has no equipment readily available at home, and the design is so clean, clear, and user friendly. I love that they've been adding more and more workouts, and at this point I've been working out for almost two months, and I still find myself working up a sweat and feeling pleasantly sore after some workouts. The first time I used the app I was actually dumbfounded at how out of shape I was, but I find myself more competent at doing workouts every week. There's enough choice to be able to mix your routine up, and while I have to take one day off a week due to health reasons, it's never been so easy to set aside 20 minutes 5-6 days a week. I feel better and more in shape every week, and I while I'm the person actually doing the exercise, I feel like I owe it all to this app! Best of all is the fact that it's free! I'm totally aware that this sounds like I'm getting paid to write this, but I swear the thoughts are all my own! I just genuinely enjoy this app.

No Time? No Problem.. For all of those that say they have no time to work out (aka me), that’s a lie. There is time, you just need to make room for it. I used to wake up in the morning, prepare my husbands lunch, prepare my own, get dressed and fall asleep before work. I’d only get 15 min of sleep if I was lucky. But I stopped doing that because I decided after getting dressed, I would log on and do my 7 min morning workout. Whatever was planned for me through the app. I’ve been doing solely body weight workouts to get my endurance and stamina back up after not going to the gym for over a year and it’s been amazing!! I’m no longer tired in the morning, I feel energized for the day and just because you might think a few minutes a day isn’t enough to amount to anything but believe me, you stay consistent with it, your body will begin to love it and crave it! Little steps go a long way! Be proud of your small accomplishments! YOU’VE GOT THIS!!!

Best app EVER. I don’t know where to begin, but let me just say that this is the best app I have ever downloaded. Quick, easy to follow at-home workouts that actually work! I have been an avid distance runner for many years, including in high school and college where we were required to do strength training several times a week. Once I graduated college I continued to run, but stopped doing strength exercises because I just didn’t like doing them. In those few years, my running suffered greatly. I was injured several times due to bad form, I had no strength and my running times plummeted. I found this app about a year ago and started doing exercises here and there, but it has really been in the last few months were I have been consistent with doing something daily. Since then, the change in my running has been astronomical. I am back to running times I was able to do in college, I haven’t had an injury and I am able to stay strong throughout my workouts. I knew strength training was important, but I didn’t realize how important it was until I started doing the workouts on this app. Not only that, but my arms are defined, I now have visible ab muscles and I no longer need to see a chiropractor for hip discomfort due to weak gluteal muscles. I promise you, no matter your fitness level you will love this app. There is something for everyone and the layout and options are motivating. I owe my improved fitness/running to this app. THANK YOU!

Just started and lovin’ in. I just started the app. I really like it because they offer a wide variety of workouts for me to choose from and they’re not very long. I know I tend to lack motivation and I get busy which is why I like this app. Since the workouts are on the shorter side it prevents me from making excuses that I don’t have time. I haven’t noticed any decreases in weight but I do like that they give me the option of tracking it through the app. It lets me have a reflection of my progress which can be motivating. Another thing that I like about the app is the music they play in the background. They tend to be very suited to the workout you’re doing. Examples are for the faster pass workouts they have edm/pop music playing in the background which causes me to unconsciously workout in time with the beat, making me do more repetitions, and another is the yoga/breathing exercises that playing calming music, sometimes with nature elements in it that help me relax. I did reach out to customer support about the possibility of being able to see what music track is playing and I got a response by morning (I sent the email late at night), so quick response is a plus. They did say that it was already in the works. All in all, I’m really liking the app because even if I don’t lose weight it gave me a good start for getting into the habit of working out.

To anyone who is confused.... I absolutely LOVE this app! It really gets me sweating and when I'm done with a workout, I feel much better. But, I wanted to bring this up since I saw a few comments regarding the apple health app. So, as you know, when you first download the app it tells you something about the apple health app and how you can connect it to this app and all of that. Some people are saying that that doesn't work. Well, actually it does. First you need to allow all categories before anything else. Then go to the apple health app and click the 'sources' section. Now you want to click 7m workout women underneath the 'apps' category. Now click data and it should tell you everything you need to know. Thanks for reading and I hope Lovebug1985 sees this because that person was the one complaining instead of figuring it out herself:)

Really loving this app so far!. This app is great for anyone who dislikes working out. I’ve never been able to stick with a program for more than a few months because of repetitiveness. This app has so many collections and a variety of exercises that are short and easy to follow! I love that it shows the person working on and counts down and the music while working out! This app is literally perfect so far! I’ll have to see how I feel in a few months but right now I’m LOVING IT! No need for expensive programs people try to sell. Use this instead!! One thing I wish it had was a goal weight or goal section that helps you push toward your goal! I do like that you can set a timer to work out and the push notifications are always cute but also being to set my own goals would help the app experience a little more personal but overall this app is the best thing so far. It makes working out fun!

Best app I’ve ever downloaded. I always HATED working out and I describe myself as lazy and unmotivated when it comes to it. Recently I decided to go to the gym and it just wasn’t my thing. I feel too uncomfortable and too insecure at them. I’m a beginner to working out so don’t know my stuff. I came across this app and figured I’d give it a shot. I’m now about to do my third day in a row with it and I’m ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with this app. It explains how to do everything and I can definitely feel that these workouts are working. It’s great that the workouts are timed and countdown for you, it’s like extra motivation to get through it. I do 3-4 workouts a day and it’s amazing. Within the two days I already can tell improvements with my body and I just feel so much better about working out. I actually look forward to it. It’s good for mental health too! I’ve been in such a positive mood ever since using this app! Definitely never going to stop using it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR ANYONE!!!

I love this app so much it’s literally my favorite to the point I have told every woman I know working on their fitness journey to download. It’s very convenient with Covid going on, and being able to do workouts from your home with gym results if not better. I literally work out with it every day with the Daily 7 & add a few more workouts for that day and yoga at night. I love how the data connects to my Apple Watch, and I incorporate workout equipment for more intensity. I’m giving the app a 4 rating only because I wish there was a way we could connect with friends virtually or just by being able to connect our workouts with others and see their progress. Once the app allows friend connection then it’ll be on the top of my list for holy grail workout apps. Overall I love this app and do not hesitate to download! Amazing but wish it was customizable. I absolutely love using this app, it’s easy to use and the workouts don’t take much time. I don’t have much time to spare throughout my days but when I do, 7 mins of this is more than enough. I usually spend 30 mins to 1 hour on this app though during my whole entire workout. I like the inspirational quotes that first pop up when you open the app. One of the biggest reasons I like using this is because you can change the amount of circuits you want to do and skip certain workouts you don’t want to do. I really like that it tracks the calories and minutes you’ve done for the day. The only thing I would want to be different and why I didn’t give a 5 star is because i wish we could customize workouts. I would love to create my own workout that targets what I want to do. If I could just take piece of one workout and add it to another, that would be amazing.

Only App I Consistently Use Everyday WITH NO GUILT. I love this app! There’s workouts for different things and places you want to work. There are workouts that are 4 minutes and workouts that are 20-30 minutes so you can always fit one into your schedule. I can play all my music from outside apps I want and it makes it so fun and enjoyable! I love the yoga and stretch features because I start and end my workout with one. Sometimes I feel unmotivated to do a workout but just want to stretch. Once I finish my stretch I feel energized to do a workout, even just a short one, so it’s always pushing me. I love the programs that are offered and for the year they’re really affordable! It’s a great investment especially because it pushes me to continue! I haven’t been this excited and motivated to workout in a long time and I feel my body toning up just after the first week or so! Can’t wait to see the toning it can do after a few months.

This app is great!. This app is so cool! I like how it has a little animated woman showing us how to move while doing the exercise. When I downloaded this app I was so sure it was gonna be like, “SO HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU WANNA PAY AND FOR WHAT?!?!” And I was seriously doubting it. But then I opened it and there was no payments at all! I was so happy. This app is amazing! There was a lot of pain, there was a lot of pain, and did I mention there was a lot of pain? And in the end I was very happy because my weight, strength and self-esteem improved at the end of almost every week! I just wish it would’ve been a little easier to find the feature where we can make the woman’s voice go off during the workouts, because I listen to music when I workout. That was kind of a bummer because it literally interrupted almost all of the best parts of the songs 😆! But overall I LOVE THIS APP and recommend it to any of y’all ladies!

Don’t give up!!!!💪🏼😘. I love this app!!!!😍😍😘😍😘 In the past I have tried to lose weight and was able to just achieve 15 pounds or less. Then later on I regained back really fast those pounds😔... being overweight and seeing that I was not able to lose just one pound more made me to give up. Until 3 months ago I saw this app and decided to give it a try. This app has change my life, because after doing the workouts I began to notice my body change and I was losing weight!!!! In only this 3 months I have lost 25 pounds which it is a lot for me and I still can’t believe it that I was able to do it. I began to do 2 workouts in my first month then each month that passes I added one more workout. 2 months of use. Hello, I wanted to wait at-least two months of using this app to write a review to tell you my experience. I have been dieting since the beginning of August, but I waited three weeks after starting my diet to start exercising because I wanted my body to adapt to the caloric change first. I lost 9 pounds on my own with dieting which I realize is mostly water weight. However, After two months of use, at-least 5 days a week & doing three different exercise videos for a total of 30 min a day, I have lost 11 pounds since starting this app. 11 pounds in 2 months while using this app & of course dieting, that puts me at 20 pounds lost leaving me with 60 pounds to go! I am absolutely amazed & so grateful that this app is free. My arms & legs are starting to tone up nicely & man can I breathe so much better! My heart doesn’t race when walking or going up steps anymore. It’s amazing! So thank you! & I look forward to updating my review in a few months!

Love these workouts!. I started trying these workouts about 9 months ago and really do love them! I’ve completed 2-3 different “programs” and utilized a variety of the stretching/relaxation workouts as well. They are just the right length of time, provide a good sweat, but aren’t too challenging or rough on the body. I have used these workouts to strengthen my core and upper body (as well as legs) to help my running and it has definitely helped. The other perks I like about this app: the countdown in the corner for each exercise, verbal cues about time left and what exercise is next, the optional music, and simple “demonstration” of each exercise by the “avatar” person (with further explanation and demonstration by a real person, if desired). And lastly, I like that I can see the line-up of the entire exercise routine before starting…so I know what is coming and where the rest breaks are. It’s a great app!

Getting better. I just wanted to say I’ve had this app probably for about three years now and I don’t pay the premium I can’t afford it but I’ve always been very thankful for the options and choices that this app provides, but recently there was an update that had given me more options that it was originally part of the premium and some of the programs are free!! So I just wanted to say thank you for including some of the programs for free in the new updates because for those who want to work out and don’t have opportunities to go to the gym they can only work at home with what they have it’s a little bit of a struggle because sometimes not everybody knows the correct way or the right way to go about starting how to work out, so I just wanted to say thank you for that because it is awesome!!

Falling out of love … and falling back in love. I’ve subscribed to this app for several years and have really enjoyed the variety of exercise options. When I renewed this year (at the beginning of January) I noticed that the only Yoga workouts available to me were 2 for facial yoga. There are usually many to choose from. I have searched for a way to contact the developer to understand the issue but no longer seem to be able to find any contact information. If I am unable to find a resolution soon I will be shopping elsewhere. Bummer. Update: I did finally figure out how to contact the developer. It’s a tiny “Contact” button at the very bottom of the support page. I heard back via email within a couple days. The problem I reported above was a bug which was promptly corrected. Fast turn around and good, timely communication. I appreciated that.

Love this app💗. Save your money on expensive workout classes and give this a try! I have been using this app for almost a year and absolutely love it! There are lots of workouts to choose from ranging from easy to advanced as well as different time lengths. I love this since some days I’m more in the mood for a quick, easy workout where other days I can mix it up with an advanced class followed by an easy class to cool down. There are options for all muscle groups as well as cardio. Also, the workouts don’t require you to have weights or extra equipment so I can do a workout in my hotel room if I’m on vacation. There’s even a quick office workout for anyone needing a break from sitting at a desk all day. The videos are bright, clear to view and to the point which is important if I’m using my phone. Along with cleaning up my diet and consistent workouts, the results are noticeable. This is my favorite workout app. I have suggested it to friends who are now using it and loving it as well. I highly recommend! I have a couple suggestions: 1) it would be great to pick different programs and have them all play through without me having to stop and look up my next program and hit play. Kinda wrecks the flow when I finish an 8 min. arm workout only to stop, scroll and find the next workout to play. 2) I heard this app is going to offer a nutrition option! Yes please! That would be awesome!

Happy, But Then Surprised and Dissapointed. The app itself is wonderful! There are many different workouts, hands on videos and tutorials for the individual exercises, and nice organization to keep the app easy to use and enjoy. My only beef with it is this: the app doesn't tell you that you have to pay if you want to do more than one workout! I was elated when I first found it, thinking I had finally got my hands on an all-free app designed for female fitness. Nope. You can begin any workout for free, but as soon as you move to Day 2, a notice will flash on the screen telling you the rest must be payed for (with a subscription!) Don't get me wrong, I've got nothing against apps with subscriptions or apps that need to be paid for up front. I'm just disappointed that they get your hopes up by letting you find, organize, and start workouts before telling you that you'll have to pay to get the full experience. ☹️ 🏃‍♀️

Best for beginners and postpartum. After having a traumatic birth of my daughter I spend a week in the hospital. I was so weak when we got home. We started going on walks to help my strength. It seemed like every muscle in my body had atrophied. I LOVE the 7 minute workouts. That’s all I can tolerate right now. I started 3 months Postpartum and do these workouts almost daily. They are perfect because it’s a different workout each day to get different muscles engaged. I love that they are only 7 minutes because my endurance is so low AND because with a young baby I can’t commit to anything longer before I need to tend to her. 7 minutes is so easy. I will do them before bed if I need to, knowing it won’t take me long is the motivation I need. I love that you can track your progress and see on the calendar view how many days you have worked out.

Awesome app. Ok so I am a really lazy person. I never like to go outside or do anything that has to do with fitness at all. Then I was spending time with my sister and my cousin and we decided to get a workout app just to have fun with it. I was like, okay, I’ll get it and just delete it tomorrow, but now it’s been three days and I’m still doing it! This is one of the only fitness apps that has been able to get me motivated to move. A simple design, with daily plans or just random workouts, depending on what you want. There is an ad before each work out, but it is only 5 seconds long. There is a guiding voice and background music that you can turn on and off. There is also a yoga section!!!!! Anyways, this app is AMAZING!!! Would recommend to anyone female, but not really males because it’s designed for females. But yeah, if you’re a female and looking for a great, motivating workout app, you’ve found it.

Perfect for the Beginner!. I just received the Apple Watch for my birthday and I was looking for exercise apps to help me close my activity rings. When I found this app, I was intrigued by all the 5 star reviews and tried it. First thing I noticed is that this app connects to my Apple Watch so I don’t have to turn on my exercise tracker. Win! I did turn it on a few times and the calorie tracker matched pretty closely with each other. The app also has a ton of activities that don’t require workout equipment which helps me a lot. There’s also a lot of quick workouts. Even I don’t have an excuse not to fit in a quick 7 minute exercise in between down time. Finally, there are plenty of beginner workouts that help keep things interesting and new. This app is definitely helping to keep my goals of getting into better shape and maybe even losing a few pounds in the process! Recommend wholeheartedly!

Okay, this app rocks! it has super awesome workouts! and the workouts are hard but also short, so in the end you get a lot of calories burned even though you weren’t doing it for super long. also, they have programs on here, and you do have to pay for them, but honestly the programs seem awesome! they have let out free ones so most of the time they cost extra, but there are some free ones. but besides that, all of the workouts are free! which is awesome. but i was looking for a while to find a workout app that was free and is awesome at the same time, and i definitely found it!! if you are looking for a workout app that pushes you and gives you a nice workout, this is definitely the app! there are also every day a daily quote that is super inspiring and with that, there is a daily workout that pushes you and in the end isn’t that long. so get this app! i DEFINITELY recommend it!!!!

Great App!. I downloaded this app a while back and only recently started being consistent with it. I love that I can just start my morning, put some workout clothes on and get my yoga mat and do a good amount of workout routines! I told myself that each day of the week will be different parts of the body; from cardio, to legs, but and abs, arms and shoulders, there are workouts for ANYTHING! I am truly amazed by this app and I love that it even shows you how to do a specific move or workout if you’re unsure of it. Great at-home self-pace app! It’s only been about a week and a half and I’m not sure if it’s just me or I’ve noticed a small difference in my legs! I’m hoping to just workout my whole body. I don’t weigh too much and I don’t necessarily need to lose fat, but I’m not very in shape and I would like to just lose some fluff on my arms and legs and just get toned. I am really hoping to stick to this as a daily routine!

Wish there was more of a variety. I’ve been using this app for about 2 weeks now and can say that I love most of the workouts. I love that there are quick 7 minute workouts. When I am feeling really unmotivated I just promise to do one 7 minute one, which always leads to me doing a couple more. This app is free, which is my favorite part about it. They are also always adding more content. The workouts are super easy to follow and the app itself is easy to navigate. A few complaints I have: 1. A lot of the exercises are repeated in different workouts. This would be okay, but I already find myself wishing I could do some different things. However, this seems to be improving with the added workouts. 2. I did the HIIT 20 today and was very disappointed. For most of the 20 minutes I was doing the same 3 workouts over and over. It did give me a good workout, but I was pretty annoyed by the end of it. I would like to see some more variety creativity with the workouts.

I love this app! But landscape mode needs help (UPDATE: They fixed it :D). I absolutely love this app, especially for the yoga section and am happy they have added more yoga workouts. But the only problem I have is the landscape mode. I would like to use my iPhone to airplay to my tv for a full screen experience but when I rotate the app, it doesn’t register as a true landscape mode on my phone, if that makes sense. (I currently have an iPhone 11. When I use landscape mode, the line that serves as the home “button” should be on the bottom, but instead it stays sideways). So when I airplay it, the display on my phone is technically correct, but it’s sideways on the tv because it’s not in true landscape mode for the iPhone, only the app. If this one little issue could be fixed, I would have no further complaints lol. UPDATE: So the issue has been fixed! I opened my phone, connected it to my tv, and rotated it and it was completely full screen. I don’t know at what point it was fixed, or if it was even due to this review, but it was nice to see it. Thank you! Future Workout Suggestions: Would it be possible to add some band workouts? Currently there are dumbbells but if any band workouts could be added that would be amazing!

Love it. Love the app so far, it’s really user friendly which I love. It’s super simple to use. Has a different motivational quote everyday. Great music, great workouts, I love the fact that you can download workouts so you can workout whenever. I love the fact that the main workout of the day is only 7 Minutes! Which is definitely less daunting for beginners and is easy to follow. So far so good, would definitely recommend. This app is also free, no subscription packages or anything like, no free 7 day trial. I think if you pay for premium you get access to more “programs” per month. But if you’re a free user you get access to 3 programs per month and each program is for 30 days as well as access to a plethora of different workouts and the daily 7 min workout. Pretty good, if you ask me. 💪🏽

Helpful app. Overall I like the app and find it very useful and feasible for my lifestyle and workout goals at the moment. I like the different options of workouts they have and that you can get good variety no matter how long you are working out. What I would like to see is a way to log other workouts that don't involve this app, ie you could log if you went for a run, did yoga, etc so that you still see your overall progress not just the progress with these workouts. I'd also like to see more intermediate workouts and would love it if the music could be fixed so that there are more well known songs and not just one song repeating itself until the workout is over. It would also be great if songs are an option, both to select and not select, for all workouts. Sometimes I want to play my own and other times I'd like it if the regular workouts had songs synced. No matter the music I'd still like to hear the halfway and countdown narrative.

I love this app. I used to go to the Y and sometimes planet fitness or golds gym but I absolutely HATE the feeling of being watched while I exercise/work out so I wasn’t motivated I felt uncomfortable so I stopped going I came across this app 3 months ago maybe and I just started using it about 1 week ago but I can already feel a difference it’s still difficult for me to get motivated to do it but after I do it I feel great. I’m built really skinny and I’m finally starting to feel confident about myself and I really enjoy that I can do it in my room and I don’t feel like I’m being watched or Judged I’m definitely going to keep using this app and slowly add weights or some type of equipment with it I only do the daily 7 and I pick whatever work outs I want to do they’re completely free there’s some programs that are free but I feel great after the daily 7 and a few workouts but yeah I really like this app !

I’ve been noticing workouts being added in as people started requesting them so please, please if you ever get across my review, add in a THIGH WORKOUT ! would rly appreciate it considering thighs are one of the most insecure places of women 🤧 hoping to lose some extra weight from this app & to get some abs too 😩 if I start seeing results after a week, will definitely tell my friends ab it !

Great way to get started. This app, like many others, has a “pro” version available for purchase but allows SO MANY complimentary workouts (with great variety of exercises, btw) to get you into the groove of exercise and develop a routine for yourself. Highly, highly, highly recommend this over any other “free” workout app because this lets you experience different workouts and exercises (ranging from very basic movement to advanced techniques) where others try to force you into purchasing their plan after only a small sample of workouts. Don’t get worked up about getting dressed in workout clothes or getting sweaty; just choose a workout for the time you have and go. If you’re new to exercise or just need a boost to get going again (like me) this “come as you are” app is a great way to test the water and show yourself that you really can carve a small amount of time for yourself.

Great results!. I’ve cycled through a variety of beginner and intermediate Hitt workouts on here everyday for the past two weeks and have noticed a obvious drop in fat and increase in strength and coordination. I plan on continuing these for a full two months and then cutting back to 4-5 times a week along with my elliptical training and walking. These are great low impact, sweat inducing workouts. I actually feel like I’m getting something done. I’m grateful for app’s like this that aren’t charging you a subscription fee for all of their workouts. I’ve recommended this to multiple friends, it’s 100% worth the download! Update***I've paid in order to do the weight loss program. It’s genius. Between starting up running again and be careful with calorie intake I’m seeing a huge difference and I'm only about halfway into the program. It’s easy to fit in 15 minutes a day. Just give it a try!

Wonderful, life changing app. When it comes to working out, my biggest problem has always been organization, not motivation. I used to get caught up with trying to make my own workouts, decide how many reps, time myself, figuring what order I should do things, keeping track of what I have already done... This app takes all the guess work out. I simply choose the workout I want it it does the rest, times it for me, tells me what to do next, the music is even tolerable. I cannot believe how much content is free, it’s amazing. The sheer range of workouts is impressive and ever growing. It saves recent workouts so they are easy to find, as well there is a saved list so you can keep the workouts you like the best. Makes me feel like the developers really are out to help people, not just make a buck. Well done. I literally tell everyone about it.

Easy and stress free! Perfect for beginners :). I’ve had this for over a year, and it’s the only exercise-related app that I’m loving so far. There is a huge variety of workouts to choose from, and from those, there are plenty of free options. I found myself liking it enough that I went ahead and paid for the rest. Personally, I enjoyed that there’s a simple, animated character guiding/facilitating the sessions rather than actual people. I especially appreciate how there are videos linked as an option with people walking through step-by-step how to do certain things (in case the sequence is confusing). Another note to make is that they’re constantly updating the app! New workouts added rlly help shake up the usual routine, and I’m enjoying the new array of background music to workout to :) I just love how motivating it is, and how I am allowed to go at my own pace, whatever makes me comfortable~

The Best!. I’m a 47 year old woman with bursitis in my hips, arthritis in my knees and back, and tendonitis in both wrists. This is the first program I have found that considers me and my ailments. And I weigh 240lbs. The exercise programs are amazing and the pictures and music helps me keep up and stay motivated. Especially when the voice is guiding me and counting down. And another motivation is that the routines are not long which eliminates the dread of exercising. It’s not easy but I complete them without pain afterwards which was the biggest roadblock to finishing other exercise routines. I will say that the sheer amount of programs is overwhelming and when I paid for it I was under the impression it would be a customized program for me and if so, I don’t know where to find it. So that just leaves me doing random things which I don’t like but at least I can do them without being in pain during or after. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Finally!! This app is a blessing. I downloaded this app back in January, but I slowly started to get consumed by work and school..I stopped using it for a good three months. Fast forward to quarantine time and I found myself back on the app. And I absolutely love it!! All these other apps can get so confusing and I started to feel hopeless trying to find an app that worked for me. This one is it!! The layout is user-friendly and simple. The workouts are kickass! I’m doing the Curvy and Sexy program and currently on day 3. I know it’s not much and I’m just getting back on my grind, but I’ve had the BEST experience so far! You can see every single workout you’ll be doing before you start, there’s pictures and videos to help with your form and a timer for each set. I’m really looking forward to completing all the programs and finally seeing results. This is a great app for anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout, love it!

One of the best apps but one tiny thing. I love this app, I’ve recently just started using it along with some other workout apps. It’s been great, the performance and the content of the app are amazing, but some of the titles are slightly dissuading. “Bikini body” and “perfect body” are some of the titles of the workouts. I am not going to complain about it too much because some people are looking to have a certain look, but not everyone has the body type. When I saw this, I felt a little irked because as humans, we are all unique and come in all shapes and sizes. When we say “perfect body” or “ideal shape”, we continue to validate that there are only select body types that can be considered attractive by society. Overall, minus that this app is great and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get into shape or get stronger.

Love It. I love this app! I am not a huge workout person and it’s been hard finding something that works for me, that I like, feel like I can do, and doesn’t overwhelm me. This app is perfect! It lets you select what type of workouts, view them before you start, and has ton of instructions and videos to help you if you don’t know what a certain move is or how to do it. And best of all the workouts are short! So I am not getting overwhelmed. I usually do 2-3 a day so I’m still getting a full workout in but this lets me pick and chose what types I want to do and I can break it up throughout the day or even just take a 5 min rest inbetween. I don’t feel overwhelmed and give up half way through like I do with 30/60min long work outs! I highly recommend this app! Plus it connects with Apple health to automatically track my workouts and calories burned ❤️

Excellent!!. I’m super new to working out and this app is great! It has a huge variety of workouts that range from beginner to advanced. It has full body workouts, workouts for specific parts of the body, workouts to help with back pain or to go easy on certain parts of the body (like if you have a bad knee), and it has a great selection of yoga (which I love). It also offers a lot of warm ups and stretches. Each workout has the amount of time it’ll take to complete it and the approximate amount of calories you burn. It links with the apple health app and pretty much any other health app (I have it linked to My Fitness Pal!). I love doing the Daily 7, which is a new daily workout that they create. There is a voiceover that encourages you (but if you don’t want that you can turn it off) and you can listen to their music or provide your own. I love love love this app! It’s a lot of fun, easy to use, and has a huge variety of workouts! I definitely recommend it!!

This is just what I needed.. I’m going to start off by saying, I don’t workout. I always see videos and people working out but I’ve never had the motivation to do it myself. I set for myself a goal in 2020 to start working out. I was about to just remove that goal when I was talking to my friends about their work out schedule and they were telling me all these complicated things, their workout schedule and all that. My motivation hit rock bottom. But then my cousin told me about this app and how she’s been using it and she’s so far lost 10 pounds. I decided to download it and give it a try. These workouts are made for YOU, which I absolutely love. This app is now my life and I’d like to thank the creators of this app for improving people’s life and making the app FREE. For anyone who hasn’t downloaded this yet, do so. It worth it in the long run and it doesn’t kill to try.

Motivational!!!. I absolutely LOVE this app. I’ve tried a few over the last couple months and this one is the best! The music is seriously awesome (I keep finding new songs that I love-thank you to whoever picks them), but you can also play your own instead while using the app. you can also change the transition time between each workout. And the workouts are explained with little videos as soon as the last one is over, so you never have to look anything up. The voice is positive and motivating and tells you when you’re half way done and even reminds you to hydrate during a rest period. There is a list of workouts to choose from depending on what you want to workout and they have the time it takes to complete daily and the course length listed. Plus you can download workouts for when you’re offline!

Lazy workout. My neck was hurting so badly but I still wanted to get some exercises in and this helped me to not have to think of the exercises myself as I am a personal trainer but just gave me something to follow so that I could try and relax my neck enough to help the pain and still get some exercise in for the day. This app is helping get in just a little exercise everyday since consistency is key and get my body back after a VERY LENGTHY Illness. I need to start very gradually as I wear out quickly. The shorter workouts help me build my confidence back up, get some exercise in each day and stay consistent again. I used to work out for all least an hour everyday until I got sick and so I’d been trying to figure out a way to gradually get my body back and this helps me feel accomplished when I finish it even though it’s short it’s effective but doesn’t over do it to my body.

I LOVE THIS APP!!. I downloaded this app 5 months ago right after I had my son. I planned on doing one of there postpartum workouts, but after we had the baby my time was consumed with looking for a place to live, etc. We’ve been moved into our new apartment for almost 3 months now, and now that everything is unpacked and has officially came together I decided I had no more excuses. I’m almost 5 months postpartum now, and I obviously weigh more then I did before my pregnancy. My goal is NOT to be perfect or to be skinny like all the Victoria secret models that us girl tend to look up to, but rather to be HEALTHY and to LOVE MYSELF. Today was my first day doing the “Intro. to Fitness” 6 week workout to help me get started and I absolutely loved it! It was so hard to get up and get motivated but I did, and after my workout I felt so refreshed and energized and ready to start my day. I am looking forward to using this app and seeing my end results. I highly recommend this app!

Love this App. I use this app every day. I love that I can customize my workout depending on my ability level and my energy level. I do different combinations every day and I don’t get bored with a workout. There are only 2 suggestions. As I am scrolling through my “favorites”, I will look at a workout to see if it is one I want. When I click back, it takes me all the way back to the top of the “favorites” list. It would be nice to be able to go right back to where I left off on the list. My other suggestion is that it would be great if there was a daily list where I could place however many workouts I want to do that day in a certain order. Then when I am ready to workout, I could go to my daily list and click start and they will all play in a row without stopping. I have lost 21 lbs since I started using this app every day and I don’t plan on stopping even when I reach my goal!

Fantastic for ALL LEVELS. I’m a beginner in working out and so I usually dread having to exercise, but this app makes it easy enough for me to stay motivated and hard enough so I know I’m getting a great workout in such a short amount of time! Using this app, I use the Morning Stretch to incorporate stretching into my morning routine before a shower (my body feels relaxed and ready to take on the day) and I either do any of the HIIT exercises after the morning stretch or at night before I shower and go to bed. In staying consistent with this for AT LEAST 3 days to a week, I saw a great difference in my endurance, my body, and how I feel about my body in general. This app is fantastic, I HIGHLY recommend it! The only thing I dont like is the ads, but since I don’t have to pay ANYTHING to enjoy all the exercises this app has to offer, I truly don’t mind the ads. Please, download it!

As easy to use and practical exercises that get your heart pumping. The fact that you move from the floor to standing in some cases is actually great. (Sitting to standing is a great exercise in itself) - but I do recommend that you look at each exercise before you start. There's a whole Page where you can find them all in one place. If you click on exercise you'll see the list and you can play the video first to watch the correct form. That way you're not trying to figure out how to do the exercise in between. But there's also a pause button where you can look at the video directly inside of the exercise workout plan. The audio is perfect. Just prop the phone somewhere you can see it and hit start. Most of the time you don't even have to look at the phone while you're exercising. This is the first time I have ever rated an app after the first time I've used it.

I love it so far!. I’m on day 4 of my intro to fitness program so far. After two days I had to start a monthly subscription of about $2 but I am happy to pay for this app! It’s perfect for slowly getting me back into working out. I am starting to feel stronger and healthier already after about three years of not working out at all. My goal is to start doing 30 min workouts every day but I am taking my time getting there so I don’t hurt myself! The app is intuitive and easy to use. You can watch videos for any of the workout moves that you are unfamiliar with and it shows a little animation during the workout to remind you what you need to be doing. Plus it has an encouraging female voice coaching you throughout the workout. I love this as it is easy to use at home with just a mat and I hate going to the gym and working out with others. I highly recommend this for anyone else in a similar situation to mine.

I love it!. As a junior in high school I didn’t get much time to go to the gym or even had the money to pay for a membership. And going to the gym was something I always wanted to do. I’m currently on summer vacation & ever since I’ve used this app a little over 10 times & I love it! I know senior year is just around the corner & I won’t have time to go to the gym either. This app really teaches you how to exercise at home. There’s all types of workout. I can already see changes in my body, especially my thighs which is what I’m focusing on more. I’ve always been really skinny so this app helped a lot. Every day doing an exercise for at least 7 minutes helps a lot. Remember everyone’s body is different so it doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. This is just from my experience. I totally recommend this app! Remember you’ll only see results if you work hard for what you want! I hope this app works for you guys just as much as it worked for me! Thanks for the app!

Love it!. I’ll be honest, I downloaded this app way back in December 2018. I started using it during the summer of 19 because I needed to be fit to do cross country (I was NOT fit before). Then, I stopped using it after a 16 day streak. During cross country season, I lost 6 pounds in 2 months. I almost had abs and had a sharp jawline (I liked having it, obviously). Then, after it was over, I gained back at least 1-2 pounds that I had lost. I was humiliated and sad, to say the least. My abs were gone, and in place of them was just a little bit of “fluff”. My jawline was almost gone and it was noticeable. I got back into this app right after I realized that. It’s only been 3 days since I got back into it, but it’s been working. I’m not saying I only used this app. I cut out most junk foods. But, I just wanted to say to never give up your goals. I gave mine up and then got back on track. If you even do lose your goals, it’s fine. But try not to. Overall, I love this app and totally recommend it!
