My 3 favorite things about this app is you don’t have to pay for anything 2 they have beginner, intermediate and hard and 3 they make it easy to squeeze it in to your agenda there are long and short ones this is by far my favorite workout app!!

This app is great for on the go. You can choose anything that appropriate to wear you are. Unbelievable that it’s free. I just wish you can have “friends” to be more accountable

This is the easiest way to workout. It only requires 7 minutes with little to no equipment needed!!
When doing the exercises they don't show you how to do it very well. They just give you a picture. But over all the app is amazing. They give you the calories, time, there is rest between the exercises, they tell you what level the workout is, they track and save the calories, workout and time well plus that all of that is free!
This is the best app I have used to do exercises it really makes me burn calories. Love this app.
I love this app because it helps me to stay in shape! But, when I first started I said how is the one that says beginners for beginners! But, once you do it for a while you begin to get better! I also love it because you can go into settings for the app and the app will remind you every day to workout!!! And again the reason why I didn't give this game 5 stars is because I never give anything 5 stars!!! 🤪🤪🤪
This is a great free app that has different workouts focusing on different body parts. Great for home workouts for busy working individual like myself. No more need for gym membership.

Omg this is an amazing app to download! It’s all free unlike other fitness apps, I find it really good for workouts to do at home and I like how it has all different levels of fitness! (Beginner workouts, Intermediate Workouts, Advanced workouts) totally recommend to everyone 💝
I love the timings and varieties of circuits. The only problem I have with it is that there’s no weights/gym equipment incorporated. But I really just make up my own exercises and listen to the timings in the background. It’s great because you can have the audio of the app playing at the same time is music.
Yep. It's an app. It has easy-peasy routines, to the point where my atrophied and pathetic meat shell can carry them out. I'm gaining weight like I'd hoped, exercising multiple times per day like I'd hoped, and... getting real sick of the "for women" aspect. I'll preface this: I'm no feminist. But still. Nah, fam, just because I'm not fit enough for a more intense workout, don't assume that my sole ambition in life is to get a cuter butt, nor that I care about the "flabby arms" which I don't have and which you keep scolding me to work off. It's annoying to have to dig through half a dozen "bikini body" "angel booty" workouts just to get to a basic chest 'n shoulders deal. Cut the sexism, then we'll talk.

Omg I love this app it has a timer and it tells you that you’re halfway there to your workout. This app consists of so many workout targeting the body! I feel so good doing these workout especially if your a beginner ❤️

It’s a great workout app that targets all the areas of your body. You can choose from Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced workouts that fit your specific need. Each workout tells you how long it should take and how many calories you shall burn. It is extremely motivational and a great way to start your morning!

I’ve been using it for a week now, and every morning I get up and use this straight away, and I do 30 minutes worth of exercise which puts me in the mood for the whole day! I would strongly recommend getting this, even if you’re a beginner(like me)! Because each day with this you improve!
