I never leave reviews but for this app it was a must. I absolutely hate working out. This app has made it not only durable but kind of fun. The only working out or health app that’s helped me stay on track. If for one day you don’t feel like doing a full work out I recommend doing one of the stretch exercises.

This app is great to use for busy people who don’t have a certain time or a lot of time to devote to going to the gym. This app is user friendly & I haven’t had any issues since downloading it. I’m so glad I found an app that doesn’t cost money & I can still get a workout or 2 in.

Really good and great workouts The time goes by really quick the way this app is I love it personally because I have been using it for a month now and I have became way more fit and active because they also send you reminders that it is time to work out if u haven’t in a while
