💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

You blew it with this update. Can’t scale to fit iPad I can only see the top ten, used to be able to see all. There is a scale button on my iPhone in the settings at the top of the live timing page. But not on my iPad. We’re paying for this and it has continually gotten worse not better. I’ve subscribed to this app for as long as it’s been available and unless you do a better job it may be the last time I renew. F1 fan for 55 years. You can do better than this

Awful Fantasy Design. The app is fine for checking results or standings and I like that they now let you avoid spoiling sessions if you open it without thinking, but where it really falls apart is the Fantasy section. It’s truly abysmal. The layout is bewildering even after using it for years. The navigation not at all intuitive. Why does it still default to pulling up last weeks results 30 min before the transfer deadline for this week? Why is there a back button that logs you out? For that matter why do you have to log in again 9 out of every 10 times you go to check your team? Playing the game is extremely frustrating much of the time to be blunt and I can’t recommend it to anyone based solely on the app experience. The developers need to take a look at the Premiere League app and copy as much of their Fantasy game design as they can get away with.

This app is great. This is such a good app and I love how I can use it just to check when races are and results. One bad thing is that I see the results when I first open it. I don’t want to see the results when I open the app. There should be a setting that will ask you if you want to see the results. Otherwise it’s amazing, I don’t get why people are complaining about ads. I am not paying any subscription and I have no ads. They probably are on the F1 website, this great app definitely recommend just slight changes would make it better

Very Hard to Use and Lacking in Content. With multiple updates the website has improved from the first release, fortunately, but it is full of pictures and lacking on information. The tech analysis is very good, but I would like more of the technical. The navigation is horrible, it seems the website designers wanted to be creative and unique, that is not helpful to a user and why I gave only 1 star. I have years of experience in software and website design, and this design is difficult to use (and that is being kind). The historical data is nonexistent. There is no short or long term data, or at least I can’t find any. Short term being detailed race data, each driver, each lap time showing each driver’s fastest lap, pit stops with times, etc. For long term data there should be detailed data back to the beginning of F1, all races, all drivers, etc. I have been an F1 fan for many years and especially love using live timing during the race. They finally have useable Live Timing data, but to include track position you lose essentially all the rest os useful timing data. (The previous F1 owners had a much better design. 1 star website, it needs a lot of improvements.

Needs a few changes. App is ok but could be great with some changes. First the loading screen of the F1 logo filling in is so unnecessary and annoying. Definitely need to get rid of that. Second how is there not a dark mode? So dark mode needs to be added. Third it’s annoying how on the drivers page that it does show how many wins a certain driver has. It shows how many podiums, fastest laps and GPs entered but not how many 1st place finishes that driver has. So again that doesn’t make any sense. And the last thing that needs to be changed is fantasy. Fantasy is hidden under the more tab in the app and brings you to the fantasy website when ever you click on it. So it needs to be more visible and needs to be part of the app instead of bringing you to the website.

Good; but notifications spoil the action!. I can’t always watch practices or qualifyings live and when the push notification comes at the end of the session they tend to spoil the action and removes the anticipation ☹️😩. I like the notifications because they help make sure I’m “on time” to watch the events during race weekend but I’d love to have an option for either a no-spoilers mode or to no receive results notifications and instead only get starting notifications.

Good but could be better. First, unless something has changed in the past month or so, it is crazy there is not an apple TV app. That aside, the iPad version of the app could use some work, first it buffers more than any other streaming app, I am not a tech expert so I am not sure why but it does more with this app than any other, and the image quality for an entire race could feel like I am watching the race in the 90’s on the TV. Second, I cannot do a split screen on my iPad with this app, I often want to reference some of the rudimentary items that come with the F1 app that are not in F1 TV app. I cannot do a split screen with the current F1TV app so I am left to use my phone, it seems there could be a better way. Third, Often - the audio and video do not line up and I have to restart the app a few times to get it to sync. I realize most of my issues can be summed up with connection issues, but I am able to stream any of my other services with 0 issues. I point this out so you understand I am comparing apples with apples. The good, I love watching F1 and the app is the best way for me to do it.

Useless. I’ve had the F1 app since 2010, and have used it almost exclusively for the live timing/track positioning. They’ve completely changed the layout to try and make it more accessible, and in doing so, have made the live timing/track positioning function useless. The “live telemetry” is gimmicky, and the new track map/track positioning feature is useless, as all you can see are color coded dots. This is perhaps the worst app update I’ve ever experienced, and it completely alienates the loyal fan base who love to watch the race unfold by drowning themselves in data. Please change it back. Please.

Spoiler setting and calendar sync!. I love the app and the content the put in despite having a paid F1 TV app (which I subscribe to). I love the fact that it has spoiler settings to make sure if you miss a quali or race it asks me if I’m ready to see the results. I also love having the calendar sync feature so I just open my calendar app and plan out my weekend. If there was a F2 version of this app or an option to sync F2/F3 calendars that would be icing on the cake.

Its fine but still some issues. My main issue is having to log in twice every time I want to use this app to look at my f1 fantasy team. Second is while in the f1 fantasy portion there is a large arrow on the top left that takes you all the way out of the fantasy portion and you have to re-log in TWICE again to get back into fantasy. The arrow seems like the natural thing to press to go to a precious menu and granted I know by now not to hit it but sometimes it happens. Would love to see an update for at the very least not having to log in twice to see my f1 fantasy team even though i have logged into the f1 app itself.

Pretty Graphics, Poor User Experience. Why do I have to close and reopen the app in order to see the latest news? Why doesn’t this app have a swipe down to refresh? Also, why I’m am being shown advertisements when I’m signed in with a PAID subscription to F1? The annual subscription is not an insignificant cost. Update: I’ve now found out the app refreshes on its own schedule. This caused me to lose the Eddie Cheever podcast I was listening to. I paused the podcast thinking I could finish listening the following day, but it was gone and since the app has NO SEARCH feature, I can’t even be sure of that. When I need to app to refresh, it won’t. When I don’t want it to refresh it does. Brilliant.

Love timing is garbage. For those of us who don’t want to shell out the extra cash for the full app the new live timing in this version is abysmal. The original live timing was already short on information and the new version is ten times worse, you can’t even see how much time is left in a qualifying session or see lap times only time behind the leader. The rest of the app is descent and a little more simple (in a good way) and easy to navigate. The live timing feature needs serious improvement, let some people have some more involvement in the race who may not be able to catch the race on tv and don’t alienate the people who don’t/can’t pay for the full version.

Very very very bad. The app has one of the worst user interfaces I’ve ever experienced. Requires tons of clicks and scrolling to navigate anywhere and there is a massive disconnect between the information that can be found on the app and what fans actually want to know. For example, if one wanted to see a particular drivers results from the season they would have to go and click through every single race and view the results. It would be so much better if you could just click on the driver name and be shown their results so far for the year. Additionally, the information they do show on the driver profile is highly irrelevant: total podiums, number of fastest laps (who cares?), etc. Another thing is the F1 fantasy component. The fantasy app is not integrated into the app at all. In fact the link to play fantasy is hidden on the bottom of the “more” page and will bring you to an external link. Once there good luck trying to sign in. The app will kick you out and make you sign in multiple times for no apparent reason. This app could be so much better if the developers were more conscientious of what fans actually want. TLDR: app has bad user interface, a poorly integrated fantasy component and a lack of content that fans actually want to know.

Afshin. I’ve been an F1 fan for years, and this app has been a game-changer for me. The interface is sleek and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. The live race updates are incredibly fast, ensuring I’m always in the loop. What I appreciate most is the detailed analysis provided post-race, which includes lap-by-lap breakdowns and driver performance metrics. The video highlights are another standout feature. They are crisp, and the slow-motion replays really capture the essence of each race. The app also includes exclusive interviews with drivers and team principals, giving insights that are not available elsewhere. Additionally, the push notifications are timely and relevant, keeping me updated with the latest news, race schedules, and results. The integration of the race calendar with my device’s calendar is a thoughtful touch, ensuring I never miss a race. However, there’s room for improvement. The app occasionally experiences minor glitches, especially during live streaming. Also, more interactive features, like virtual track walks or fan polls, would enhance the overall experience. In summary, for any F1 enthusiast looking to stay connected with the sport, this app is a must-have. It’s a seamless blend of technology and passion, bringing the thrill of F1 racing right to your smartphone.

Warning: Race Spoilers possible. I like using the app notifications to remind me when the race is, because in my busy life, I sometimes need that. However, if you turn on notifications, they do more than just remind you that practice, qualifying, or the race is about to begin, they also send notifications when the results are posted. Usually, they are cryptic “Come see who came out on top!” type notifications, but not this weekend. Now, as a Ferrari fan, I didn’t mind the results telling me how Ferrari was fairing in practice, as I knew I probably wasn’t going to go back and watch those—I have a busy life. However, the spoilers remained through Qualifying and the race. As someone with a F1 TV subscription so I can watch the race either when it airs, or after it ends (due to other more important engagements on Sunday’s that sometimes prevent me from watching live) I was quite peeved that the notification I received told me the race results. The banner notification should let me know that results are posted, so if I want to spoil the race for myself, I can, but not give me no option about it. After being very good for the entirety of the race and not opening timing and scoring, so I could go home and enjoy the race later, the F1 app ruined it for me. I’m deleting the app. It’s not worth it to me, and I suggest others do the same, or never download it in the first place.

Great data, but murders your battery. We’re in a stretch of races that I’m unlikely to watch live, so I went with Access instead of Pro for a month and used the timing app more than usual. It does give you a lot of data and information, but be warned: I have never had an app drain my battery faster. During the Japanese GP, my 15 Pro became uncomfortably warm, and my battery continued to drain even after I attached the phone to a MagSafe charger. There have to be some optimizations they’re missing somewhere, right? This isn’t a high end video game, after all.

Great app, one problem. I love this app! It’s great for looking into all the stats. The one problem that I have is replaying live timing with the subscription, which almost isn’t worth it. Since I live in Australia, the races and the practice is often late, so I listen in with the replay the following day. The problem I have is that the “live” stats aren’t in sync with the commentary. For example, the stats will be on lap 15, but the commentary will be on lap 20. This is very frustrating as I like to watch the stats and listen at the same time. Overall I love this app, but replaying live timing is a serious failure.

Subscription Not Honored. I’ve been subscribed to the F1 app for a few years now and my subscription renewed in March this year. I’ve been watching the races without issue until the morning of the Monaco Gran Prix, when the app showed my subscription as not valid. I reached out to both the F1 app and Apple to resolve the issue since I had already paid. Both pointed to one another, and I neither got my money back or got my subscription working. I am now without access to the app and without my money that was paid. I’m not sure how it’s possible to refuse to provide me access that I’ve paid for, and I’m now disputing the charge through my bank. Unbelievable.

Better, but needs to be much better. Updated 2 April 2019. Team radio works now, but either the teams are on radio silence during practices or the app isn’t picking it up deliberately. The timing screen changes deliver less information and different information than the old F1 app. I guess I can live with it, but for the high subscription price I expect more. The text commentary has disappeared completely, and it’s something I used when live audio was inappropriate. So, while the improvements are welcome, this app is still not nearly as useful as the old one. Original review: Far less information than the prior version. Live timing is way behind the actual real-time event, at least 15-20 seconds. Team radio seems to not be present at all. Driver tracker map is out of sync with the telemetry. I might as well just watch the ESPN/Sky Sports coverage as the app no longer adds value. Fortunately, thanks to other critical reviewers they have done a standalone live timing app, “F1 Live Timing” that is the old version. Get that. The app in general is very much non-intuitive to navigate. If it does not improve massively I won’t be renewing my annual subscription.

This is a total lie. The app and the subscriptions are straight up lies. You don’t have access to replays or on board cameras. All you get are highlights, the same ones you can see for free on the F1 webpage. You don’t have access to the archives, nothing. You can see the timing page, no video, and hear the radio. This is a complete fraud. I feel so duped and have sent messages to the help page and have had zero response. Terrible app, terrible customer service, fraudulent lies of a service.

Next video suggestion is never what I want. The F1 app isn’t perfect, but boy it really gets the job done for me. I love following the content F1 is producing, race highlights, commentary and analysis, etc. I love it. I think it’s great. But I’ll tell you what, when I’m gearing up for following a race weekend and I watch a video of Valtteri Bottas getting interviewed about fp1 or whatever, you know what I don’t currently care about? Every other interview he’s ever done. What does the app suggest and autoplay? Bottas at Sochi three years ago? Why? If it’s possible to change the algorithm to default to the most current videos that would be great. I hate having to click back out of the video into the main video menu after every one. Other than that, keep up the good work and carry on.

Love this App. I’m giving it a 5, because this app is a must have for any F1 fan, and specifically for subscribing to the live timing data when watching a race live or replaying the live timing data when watching the broadcast later. That being said, I really would prefer to give it 4.5 stars because I wish there were an option to hide race results (results are hidden on the F1TV app). Living on the West Coast of America, I don’t get to watch most races live since they’re on very early. A few times I’ve accidentally seen podium results in this app when trying to load the replay of the live timing data to watch along with the DVRd broadcast. If your an F1 fan it is 100% worth it to pay the yearly or monthly fee to be able to catch all the practices, qualifying sessions, and races, especially if your a cord cutter.

Crash-mania. It’s not just the cars that crash...so does this app. Watch none of the exciting racing with F1! Open the app..and see the excitement build as the app crashes right before your eyes letting you experience all of the imagination of what you could have seen! Simply the most awesome self experience you will witness. Now come on F1...really?? The previous timing apps were already quite good...it’s what got me hooked and showing off the cool features at track side. This year decided to go all in for the season but now cancelling because your stupid app is not working on the new iPad Pro. Seriously...do you guys test this before you release? Not to mention that navigating this app is a cobbled bit of several apps, TV, Timings, and News. Just put the whole thing in one app...seriously...you are making it way harder than it needs to be to find content...that is IF the app is working.

F1 App. The Formula 1 App has been a great “free” investment for my phone. The Formula 1 App has afforded me the best access to the most current news and information within the Formula 1 world. In the past, I would use different sources to gather what I wanted to know. The F1 App gives me access to all aspects of Formula 1 that is unparalleled (tech talk, news articles, driver and team information, and so on). Formula 1 TV (which I became a member of) from the F1 App has been an even better investment! I would strongly recommend any true F1 fan to become a member for the additional access alone. There’s just too many positives to mention. Make the leap in faith with F1 App and F1 TV for one season, you won’t be disappointed. Respectfully, Mike

Makes F1 more frustrating than exciting. The app is not at all user friendly. It is almost impossible to get through even 10 minutes of a race if you are interested in switching cameras. Switching cameras will always lead to buffering issues and at some point you will get kicked out of the race you are watching, then you will need to fast forward to try and find your spot. Also, there is no support for AirPlay to an Apple TV. You have to screen mirror and the video is always poor compared to apps with built in AirPlay support. All in all, great concept, very poor execution. With all of the time on their hands currently, I would hope an update is in the works. If the app is the same by the time my subscription expires, I will not renew it.

could use a little more clarification. Did some research on the web on this, and this app indicated it could show full race replays for past races. Not so, thats another app..... Would have been better to have found that out BEFORE I bothered to set up an account with that app and pay for a year’s subscription (which Ive since asked for a refund thru the obtuse and opaque website) Please make it very clear which apps give which feature. Its not a matter of the difference in the subscription fee (which Ill now wait to see if I get a refund) but the time wasted thinking Id be watching the early season races by now, but wasted an hour looking for the race links.

Disaster of an App update. The previous version needed a little work, but generally gave you Key information on one screen during the race and qualifying: lap times, sector times, and during the race, gap to the lead, interval between drivers and the ability to turn on driver radio transmissions. The new app shows lap time, gap to lead and interval between drivers on one screen but only six max drivers at a time. With the previous app, I could see the entire field on my tablet. I have to go to a 2nd screen to see sector times (really annoying during qualy) and still can only see the top six, missing drivers who have just gone out on track and are setting competitive early sectors. Graphics and color choices are also poor and inferior tot he previous version. I also found that my “no spoiler “ alert had been reset, so when I tried signing on the app with my phone during the race I the hopes of avoiding screen switching with my tablet, I was shown the Singapore (current race) results totally ruining my enjoyment of that race. Terrible update. This should have gone to a Beta release with a representative sample of fans! I will cancel my subscription if this is not fixed- actually worse than just following broadcast. - F1 fan for over 25 years

Update: orig app split into several apps?. I was unaware of the new app segregation where the wonderful live timing has moved to a separate app. Not sure why and why they kept a strpped down timing in this app at the same time. Having now been guided to the new apps I am happy again :-) strange though why the app needed the splitting and confusing with overlapping functionality but once you are aware on the updated concept I guess you can find your own workflow for the diff apps. I still think one main app would be best with clear ref to sub app if you need that spawned off due to performance reasons or such.

I Do Not Want To Know The Results. I live on the west coast of the USA. I record the race and watch it when I get up - otherwise I have to get up at 300am. As soon as I open the app to do the live timing replay - there are the results. INSTEAD, I would like to open an app that is, “blind”, and gives no results. Remember years ago you had the red, “Press/News” app and the black, “Timing”, app. Why don’t you bring back the Black app? If not for this problem.....five stars.

Disastrous version update. OMG! Never seen such a horrible major version “update” in my life. The race timing screen is a complete and utter disaster, compared to the older version. This app became a complete garbage, in this condition it’s not worth any money, much less the pricey yearly subscription price. The old screen was very informative, well designed color scheme with very good information density (i.e. a lot would fit on the screen). The current version is ugly (which of course is subjective, some might like it), but beyond any argument, only about 25% of the info , compared to the older version, fits on the screen. If something is not done immediately I’ll have to cancel my subscription. I really need to figure out how to downgrade to the last 10.x point release, which , of course is most likely not possible any more. ....... oh, boy.....I’m truly disgusted.

Only one problem.. This app is amazing. If you can’t afford to do a paid sub you still get all the pre and post race articles, and race results. It’s perfect for a quick view at how practice went cuz none has time to watch 2hrs of practice on a Friday. On the app there is something called “spoiler mode” ITS AMAZING! It basically blocks race results for those of us who live where the race takes place at like 2am and we can’t watch live. It asks if you want to start the race from the beginning. It’s an ingenious idea and I send all the praise to whoever’s idea it was. However… when you click it, for a split second while bringing up the live timing it will show you the top 3 finishes. I have made a habit of hitting “play from beginning” and averting my eyes, lol. Quick fix no big deal. The main problem with the app is that if you tune in half way through the race there is not a “play for beginning” and the app will play the race on whatever lap it’s on, will not let you go to past laps, (when you start is as far back as you can go) and spoil the race for you without hesitation. So your options are watch live or wait until it’s over to tune in. But outside of that it’s a good app. Still 5 stars cuz the data available during a race is out of this world!

App is good IMO but not perfect. I honestly have almost no issue with this app. The interface is nice and simple to use. You guys are great at immediately putting up a practice, qualifying, and race once they’ve aired. My two biggest issues are 1) The commentary cuts out randomly for a few seconds throughout the race in any race video you watch and 2) Why can’t you guys update the archive and start putting races from previous seasons? I’m paying monthly and I’m only able to see a handful races from each year if that. You really need to start updating the archive. That’s what sold me in the first place. I’m satisfied and contempt with the app/service cause I can at least stay up to date on current races but you can improve. The archive is honestly my biggest thing

Horrible for Fantasy. I know the fantasy portion of this app isn’t its complete use, but it’s so incredibly hard and annoying to use with a handful of glitches for a business of this magnitude I would think it would receive some attention. The fact that you have to dig through the app to find the fantasy section is difficult enough, but then that you have to login every time you hit the back button seems overly secure for an app that has no financial features. You can’t change your team name because of a glitch the blocks the view of the type box. It’s slow beyond belief, the leader boards don’t update usually for more than 5 hours after a race and it’s overly clumsy to just move about the fantasy section. It’s actually a discussion every Sunday for the years we gotten together to watch F1… it’s amazing to all of that it can be this bad. It takes away from the whole experience just a little. I’ll speak for all us that we hope some effort and attention can be put into these features of the app for future use!

Love this app. It is great to watch the races while having this app simultaneously running on my iPad. I can see all the telemetry data in real time. The circuit tracking is great. I would recommend the developers just three things: make the vehicle’s dots a bit smaller and also change the board indicators from a color line to the manufacturer logo icon. Similar colors make it very confusing. Also it’d be great to have a screen with a list showing a picture of each team’s car and drivers to reference off race or during the race. Kuddos, great app though!!!

It used to be great. Again another feature disappears. In one of the older versions of the app there was an option to add the next scheduled event to the face of your Apple Watch. It was awesome. All I had to do was look at my wrist to see exactly when, in my time zone the next event would take place! One day the app updated and it was gone. Ok, that kinda sucked but at least they had a widget that would almost do the same thing. Not anymore. Stop talking away the stuff I use the most. But if you guys are doing it on purpose you should either get rid of the news section or the time zone conversion in app since those are the next two things on the list for me. Cheers!

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I’ve subscribed to this app for years and have enjoyed the live timing screen as an aid to watching the race. After this last update, not anymore. What happened to being able to see lap time, gap, interval and sectors on the same screen? Why remove the capability to isolate a driver and see how that driver compares to the field? And the font is just stupid. Is there an option to unwind the update? If I can’t then this will be my last season as a subscriber.

Allow people to start a live race from the beginning. Im not sure if this is possible in the live app because I dont trust the developers to not spoil the results of the current race. ALLOW ROKU APP TO START LIVE RACES FROM THE BEGINNING. The current race is over and they’re interviewing the drivers but i have to wait for them to finish to watch the race? Or spend 30 min rewinding and hoping i dont spoil the race? I give you $10 a month for a trash experience??? The developers should be ashamed of themselves To be absolutely clear, there should be an option to watch a live race from the beginning. Trash experience until that feature is present

Do not purchase subscription through IOS. I recently upgrade my subscription to TV Pro and Apple charged me for the upgrade but the upgrade is not available in the app. Upon further Google searching it seems multiple users have had the same issue. My subscription shows I paid for it in my IOS subscriptions but yet it is not available in the app or the official formula 1 website. I contacted apple support all hey did was confirm I made my purchase and ask me to re sign in to the account and check that I had the current app version. Now I have to wait for Apples senior support channel to call back. Just use the official F1 website. Skip Apple

One of the worst functioning apps.. Issues: Forgets log-in information all the time, makes me watch 30 second ads on videos for an app that i’m a “pro” paid subscriber on, there is no Airplay for videos…that’s insane. When an ad is playing, you can’t get out of the ad without quitting the app. I really don’t get that, when you click a link to another F1 article within the app, it will open the link in safari and not the app….??? why? that’s such a clunky user experience. why not just open the article within the app? I literally can’t say anything good about the app with the exception that it lets me watch F1. That’s it. Please make it better.

Fantastic Experience. I’m not one for reviewing anything, however, since F1 came into my life I’ve had nothing but great experiences staying on the up and up using this app. Especially here in the states as F1 does not receive nearly as much public news coverage as any other of our popular sports are concerned, so it been huge for me personally. F1 is where it at and grateful for the apps available to us. F1TV subscription is also super fun makes the experience that much better. Namaste!!!

Awesome App. This app is your number one source for Formula 1. Everything you want to find out about upcoming races, race stats, race circuit maps, drivers standings, breaking news, you name it it is all there. I enjoy using this app for everything Formula 1 (I even use ESPN for extra F1 news since they show races from a feed through Sky Sports) I hope every F1 fan adds this app to their phones for all things Formula 1! 🏎🏁 Update from previous review, The app isn’t sending notifications so it’s basically a two star app right now. Fix that bug, no notifications 🤦🏼

Timing info is great! Two developer requests below.. The live (or delayed) timing, tire, etc info is awesome. I usually run this app on my iPad while watching the race. Great interface, great data, great extra radio audio that you don’t get on the broadcast. Two requests to the developers: 1. The extra audio commentary is really cool. It would be more helpful if it showed the team and driver’s name longer when starting a transmission. By the time I look down the display usually has already cycled to the temperature. Just show that driver’s name until the clip is over. 2. Add some method to synchronize timing to a broadcast. The live stream is about a minute behind so I have to pause and estimate when to start manually. Not ideal. Not sure how to do this from a programming point of view, but maybe some audio recognition like Shazam? There has to be a simpler method though...

Garbage. Pathetic service with live streaming. The earlier version had a lot more information on one screen for live streaming. In fact, I used to mute the TV audio commentary and have the app’s audio commentary on. Not anymore! Also, simple things like calendar sync is gone. Not worth the price anymore. I will not renew my subscription next season if all these changes to live streaming and other missing features from the previous version are not addressed. If the App Developer’s plan is to add an “Advanced” version with all the missing information from the previous version with a higher price, I’m NOT buying! You can see from the other reviews that a lot of subscribers of this app are very unhappy with the updated version and have similar complaints.

An exceptional app. The F1 app is one of the best apps I have ever used. With exciting videos of the Races, and news articles on teams it is a app you can’t say no to. However there is one downside to the app. Sometimes links will be in between the articles, if you attempt to tap on the link it doesn’t open. No message saying can’t open no moving to the article just nothing. I love F1 it is my favorite sport of all time it’s just a shame that such a good app doesn’t have links working. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could.

Changed app for the worst!!!!!. I’ve tuned in to watch the beautiful data screens I’ve loved for a long time and they are gone!! They have updated the app and made massive changes. Taken away the track view showing a beautiful overall look at driver locations and substituted this amateurish screen with dots!! Took away a very detailed screen giving the viewer (us) all the data for all drivers on same screen. I could look at this view and know gaps, sector times and more all on one screen along with the track view. I was fully informed with increasing or closing gaps of all driver with a single screen, not to mention 4 other screens showing any other support information you wanted.....all gone!! They now have these simple screens. Nothing is combined...if you’re looking for anything combined like sector times and gaps....forget it...not there....you have no single way of telling who’s gaining on who! My ability to see what I want to see data wise has been taken away. I have to swap back and forth between several screens to get the same combined data you use to have last week!! You’re new version of the app is foe beginners.

Just fine if it works.. Using the live timing to listen in with a paid subscription and with 10 laps to go there’s a system error that shut down the app. Upon restart I am unable to rejoin live timing. No error codes no way to report the outage. Only a “ Sorry something went wrong” Not the first time this has happened. They know how many people pay to use the service and if their app can’t handle that traffic then that is an oversight, purchase at your own risk. The archive is fantastic and I do enjoy that feature, and I’m sure the articles and other feature are great but if your looking for live race coverage. Be weary.

Manufactured Drama. The incredible spectacle of F1, long the premier motorsport of the world, is now dead. The mantra of “let them race” doesn’t work without adherence to the agreed upon set of rules. This season was a dumpster fire of manipulation from every conceivable avenue. Pre-season changes that were meant to hobble the perennially dominant competitors is understandable for the sake of tightening up the competition. But major rule changes that were strategically deployed to significantly favor certain competitors mid-season to ratchet up the drama is disgraceful. Making rule changes (as well complete reversals of previously established rule interpretations) mid-race, multiple times, is appalling and unacceptable. Appeals from many teams to maintain long established standards of sportsmanship, safety, and professionalism were ignored in favor of boosting ratings via contrived drama, dangerous driving & tactics, harassment campaigns, and enabling a particular team principal’s petulant behavior to override safety procedures. This sport has become a farce.

Great content - but please add option to increase font size. I’m a new fan and am loving all the great content on the F1 app and website. There are wonderful resources to get rookies like me up to speed. The one flaw is the lack of support for Dynamic Type or the ability to choose a larger font size within the app itself. Please add this feature. The font size is quite small and for fans with less than perfect vision it’s exhausting to read the text on the app.

Changes to Subscription Policy. I am deeply disappointed with F1’s change in policy regarding subscriptions. I have long been subscribing to F1 and it was important to me as I traveled and worked abroad in many countries, to include locations and conflict countries where the races were not acceptable on tv. In some cases they were shown but the announcers were speaking in Arabic, which I could not understand. My solution in those cases was to use F1 streaming to enjoy the race despite the 30 seconds difference between the tv and the audio streaming. I have done this for many years and have never misused your service in any way, shape or manner. Unfortunately F1 changed their policy for what I believe are unfounded reasons and I can no longer subscribe to F1 while residing and working in developing or war torn countries. Whether I remain a committed fan of F1 is in doubt since F1 apparently views me with suspicion of abusing my subscription. Is it possible for F1 to change their perception of a long time F1 fan to something less suspect?

Better Than Most. The app is well laid out and presented. Only complaint about the app is that the embedded charts and graphs can’t be opened up to be zoomed. On a phone it can be impossible to read. As for the reporting, it’s generally well written but at times feels too “state sponsored!” Like you’re telling us only what you want us to hear. Controlling the narrative! Understandable, being the captive media, but there are too few other first-class outlets. Leaves a dedicated fan wanting more! Investigate reporting! What’s the real story behind Binotto leaving? What’s the real story behind McLaren’s restructuring? We get tons of speculation from you and everyone else. But no one is breaking any stories. Ten to fifteen years from now Tom Clarkson may get a glimpse of a real story with a Beyond the Grid interview. But then it’s nostalgia. It’s more interesting Now! I get the teams don’t want to air dirty laundry, hence the state-controlled media, but I think it’s a trade off. Given your current surge in popularity, I dare say you are near the line of becoming the WWE of the racing world! Goggle “jumping the shark!” Harsh? Maybe. But after all, you are the pinnacle of the racing world. I think you can do better!

Version 11 is rubbish. After finally getting the app working nicely after several years, you have completely ruined it now with the 'new' version 11 update. Has this been designed by toddlers with crayons.? This app is utterly terrible now. I used to be able to watch all the live timing of all the info I needed and all the driver on the one screen. Now I see a bit of info and have to constantly scroll all the time. The high res of the iPad is now lost. The app is now a bunch of oversized text and crappy icons. I certainly won't been renewing my subscription after many years of buying this 'buggy' app. I have been extremely tolerant of all the bugs and lockups (considering the money involved in F1) this major update is terrible and this is an absolute major step backwards. What were you thinking? I'm disgusted.

Dysfunctional app. Better effort than last year but still not as good as the dedicated timing app which is no longer supported. Very limited settings and looks like when you are reviewing a Past race you are going to see the result. For most users in Asia we will watch a recorded race and it is great to see the past record of the timings as you could with the old app. Needs to have a “hide spoiler” setting like the old app had

Keeps logging me out of fantasy profile. I have to create a team and go through the whole process every time I want to view my fantasy team just to get me to the part where it says you can login or sign up at which point I can login and then discard the team I made to get to that point. As soon as I exit the app it logs me out and I need to redo the whole process of making a team again to get to the login request. Why is there not a login option before a request to make a team option???!! It is unbelievably clunky to navigate

Incredibly Poor Subscription App. Unbelievable how poor this app has become. This is a subscription app and it only gets worse with every update. From what was a brilliant app a couple of years ago, driver and constructor information to good live timing. This has sadly all gone or is so hard to find. I’ll give it 4 races and if it hasn’t improved I’ll end my subscription sadly. It is not worth paying for this.

I miss the old app. With live coverage only on expensive pay TV and no Pro version of this app in Australia we the user, rely on the F1 app to fill the gap. The new version has reduced the usability and drastically curtailed the live stats to a joke. I still have the old version on my iPad fortunately and despite the annoying message that I’m not using the “latest and greatest” and should update, (fat chance), it’s obvious how backward the new app is. DO SOMETHING

When it works. The app is really good when it works but I have found recently that I need to completely close the app and then reopen it. For example if I get a notification the story won’t open from the notification, I need to close the app and then reopen it.

Can I ask I write you a review?. The answer is , YES I CAN ! wow, amazing app. I love the user friendly interface, the articles, the videos..some much variety! I’m always up to date with my F1 news . So, from me to you..thank you .

Doesn’t work well. For an expensive app it clunky. Used to be one of the best apps around but since the new management got it, it’s really not easy to use. Nobody even thought to tell you where to look for the results! Unfortunately if you love F1, you don’t have much choice.

Great!. This app is amazing! I don’t want to give you any ideas but I’m really liking the free version of the app. This app provides me with all the latest F1 news and information that I need to know! It allows me to follow each event live with updated information about session progress, team radio, on-track events and off-track events as well as the weather forecast for the session and more!

Problems with Latest Update. Most recent updates to this and F1 TV apps give us no sound, without wearing headphones. Every other app on my iPad works with sound to the speakers but F1 app has nothing without headphones. Also, in both apps, the opening screen won’t go into landscape mode, but when you hit a video, it does come out in landscape mode, when you’ve just turned your iPad back into portrait mode because it wouldn’t work on opening screen!

Better than Others Say.. I’ve seen a bunch of the reviews about the revised app and while i don’t know what the app was like before the revised layout and can say that the new layout i am really enjoying. Especially with the new Spoiler mode it will be great to have the love timing with no spoilers without having to wake up at many late hours. I think that the new layout is slick and easy to use and with steady improvements being made every update it really will have everything you will need for F1 in a single app.

Better viewing access to races. It’s a very good app indeed but I feel like something needs to be added like full races I know you can do that on the Foxtel app but we don’t have Foxtel and I feel a sport like this should have that, the formula e app has this and I feel it would complete this app so we can can watch our favourite races over the year.

Backwards step. Really not sure why this up was updated. The previous design was easier to use, simplier to navigation, info was easier to find. Design is bizarre too. I’ve stopped using this app as often now.

Doesn’t work. They recently upgraded to a more modern version which now is not user friendly, not as good as the old version, which was not great but ok, and last night the commentary continually dropped out for long periods. In the end I gave up. Cancelling my subscription after I write this review. As it was my only option I will not being able to follow F1 anymore due to restrictions in my country and no more free to air viewing. Can’t blame new F1 management as this started with Bernie but it has continued on. Sad to go but not wasting any more money.

Lots of latency and link outs to web pages. I love F1 and the app has improved a bit over the past year or two but considering the huge following and investment growth in F1 it is surprising that they still have such a half baked hybrid app. I trust they will put more focus into it and build a fully native experience. I enjoy the fantasy league but it is a very poor link out which requires you to log in every time (without remembering your details) and the page is not fully responsive so it cuts off in strange places and has a lot of latency.

It’s ok, but more content more often. I like the app and the functionality is okay, but I think for a sport with such depth there should be way more content on all aspects of the sport. I.e. team specific, technical/ engineering, content about the drivers and an ability to tailor the content to our preferences. I like the progress that has been made but just give us more!

What a waste of money bad upgrade to say the least!!. I’ve been using this app for 5 years and paying a premium compared to other apps, but now you have gone too far with this ridiculously bad upgrade that was obviously designed by a graphic designer not a developer with F1 racing experience, please listen to all the users that are experienced in F1 racing and revert back to the old app. I will not be wasting my money in the future if this is the way the organization in heading, get your act together guys for 🤬 sake.

Double log in to fantasy every time!. This app is slow, no doubt because millions use it and it has so much content. I actually like it but PLEASE can someone fix the bug that requires you to log in to the fantasy comp twice EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Between this and Danny Ric taking a year off I may not register next year!

Disappointed in 2019. Since about Malaysia the live timings never worked which was the main reason I paid for the subscription. I tried every race but gave up after summer break. I tried using both iPhone and iPad and neither worked. Not even reinstalling which meant it was not me. I did try contacting technical support but they only have a survey type way of contacting. I do feel I am owed a year subscription, but I have better things to do than spending my time claiming this. Won’t be renewing that’s for sure.

After Update - rubbish. How to kill an app. Follow the formula that F1 is using. 1/ make it mandatory the registered user must log in again with the new update. Caution here for developers- make sure it is complex and rejects the hapless user several times without reason. 2/ if the user somehow manages to pass the login greet them with a colorful screen that manages to convey the dud upgrade as a better app that is designed/aimed for the audience of the years 4+ to 6 and possibly 99+ and upwards. 3/ if you get to point 3 then you win and the sucker who purchased the app deserves everything he or she will not find. Postscript: it was a good app, no a great app that I would settle down with and consult as the race progressed. The developers have ensured that I can now save my annual subscription to spend on toilet paper.

Poor effort F1. Live timing goes backwards again. Nothing to tell me where to find it, just pops up during a session. Then no ability to review the data or results of prior sessions to assess improvements by teams. Even took that off the web site. So much for the mantra ‘fans are at the centre of everything’

Latest update a massive fail. I enjoyed the previous incarnations of this app and have paid for this service for many years. As the F1 races have been moved later this year I have been recording them (I’m in Aus) and watching them the following evening. The latest version tells you the result of the session as you load the live timing session. This completely spoils it and means I won’t use it at all now. The previous version had a no spoiler option which worked brilliantly in this sense. The other major flaw of the new update is that you can only see a few drivers details on the live timing page at any one time. Having to scroll up and down is frustrating. I like having my iPad set up in front of me as a screen allowing me to view the entire field without scrolling. Much like how you would view the data in the pit wall at the race. How can you see (or tell...) things happening in live timing if it’s below the field of view. Unless F1 fixes these two things I certainly won’t be paying the price to resubscribe as it has become useless to me. I really hope you address this as there are plenty of passionate F1 fans like myself that feel the same way!

Worst EVER!. What have you done?!?! The revised app is appalling. The old Leaderboard used to have the whole field on the screen, now you can only fit the top 7 on the screen. It doesn’t even work for Q3, you can’t even see the 10 cars on the track on the one screen. Tyre data is gone. Leaderboard now doesn’t have sector times. You had a GREAT app where everything was on a screen, now you have to swipe between different screens all the time. You should all sack yourselves.

Excellent but one possible improvement.. Overall an excellent app but there is one thing that I would change and that is that you can’t sort the tracks by anything other than when they happened and it would be incredible if you could sort in order of lap distance, record lap time, first Grand Prix, average speed on the circuit and record speed on the circuit. If this was added then this would be a truly incredible app.

Can it get any worse. You have totally ruined this app. Bring back the old one. The tracking map was so much better in the old one. You can’t see all the drivers on one screen along with you have to flip between screens to see all the information that used to be on one screen. That is just the beginning. App is totally useless on ipad and iPhone. Have to use PC now which is only slightly better than the phone and pad. If it stays like this definitely will not be renewing subscription.

Hugely disappointed with this new version. Whoever designed and whoever signed off on this new interface ...both/all should be sacked. It’s changed from what was an efficient, information laden great technical interface to something graphically “prettier” but with absolutely no added value... reduced value in fact. It is effectively unwatchable in a phone due loss of useful UI realestate and is also a much poorer user experience even on a tablet. - the “red header” is far too large (why oh why waste so much space???) - font size too large ...means too few rows shown. - the driver tracker, while the metrics are good, ...not having the driver indicator bubble is a real backward step. - the “interval” between drivers is no longer shown... this is a key piece of information that was available in the prior version. - Commentary audio dropping out more frequently and for longer than before. - where is the Commentary tab?? It’s totally gone!! - audio seems more out of synch with the leaderboard. ... and this is only after using it for 10 minutes... PLEASE, PLEASE get back to a sensible and usable interface ...and for heavens sake get that audio in synch and working consistently.

F1 app - or Lewis Hamilton app. In terms functionality there is a lot to like. Practice laps, results etc - all well done, no question. My issue is with the journalistic bias towards Lewis Hamilton. If Lewis qualifies in pole there is massive discussion and analysis - fair enough. The problem is when anyone else does well it is still all about what went wrong for Lewis rather than whoever drove well. The natural assumption of the F1 app is F1 is full of English fans. Good luck with that!

Subscription failed when I needed it most. At the Australian GP as I’m writing this. I have an annual subscription. All my subscription settings show it is still valid. App keeps asking me to subscribe to get live timing. After trying many times, I cancel subscriptions, signed out, re downloaded the app. Made a new user, subscribed again, paid again. Still doesn’t work. Restore function says “we found your purchase but were unable to retrieve it.” Been like this all weekend. At the race with no live timing or driver position on track after paying for the service twice.

Latest 2019 version is terrible.. The live driver screen is disappointing compared to 2018 version. It’s not easy to identify individual drivers. Having. 2 coloured dots for each team is confusing when trying to follow cars on the track. I preferred the 3D display that allow you to zoom into particular corners. I doubt that I renew subscription.

Needs much improvement. This is the worst app I have ever used, primarily due to the poor and unintuitive navigation. Eg why doesn’t touching/clicking the logo take you back to the home screen. Even the 12 year old kid next door knows to do that. Whose idea was it to put the live timing indicator at the top left of the screen? That’s where most people expect to find the most important nav button. If live timing not available, why no message to that effect? The app designers need a few lessons on ui usability. The kid next door designs and builds better apps than this and he is only 12. I hope F1 didn’t pay more that $800 for this disgracefully poor app.

F1 TV. Waste of money, can’t access live stream due to region restrictions. I want to enjoy the racing and an un-vetted access to all aspects of F1. Stuck with Sky F1 in Australia and no alternative choices, Sick of British biases, the love festival with Lewis Hamilton is tiring, put any one of 10 drivers in a Mercedes and you don’t have that many world championships going to one driver......Uh..Roseberg.. Need better representation of commentators from different nationalities to better represent.......... and the rants continue... just let us watch what we want ... F1 I have Kayo, Optus sport, beIN sport, prime, F1 TV, Foxtel, Netflix.... and pay for all of them still can’t get good coverage.

Great app. Lots of great information and news which is updated quickly. Loads of media and videos to watch about specific drivers or events/tracks through easy to navigate tabs. Only annoyance is the strange drivers standings information, and layout, and the lack of track info eg (What’s it like? Why go? Best spot to watch?) that is available on the website. Other than that great app

Stil not fixed. I can’t believe they didn’t fix the problems before the Russian Grand Prix weekend. Live feed needs to start at least 10 mins before a session and need to be able to see written commentary at same time as listening to audio commentary Go back to old version of driver tracker Please fix soon

Good app, but…. There’s a lot in this app, comprehensive functionality. A bit of a struggle with the ads on the bottom and smaller displays, but it works well. The Fantasy section requires a login every time you exit that area. Can you ask to remember or check using device specific security measures like fingerprint check/touch id, etc.?

Amateur release. Was this tested at all before release? Terrible transition for existing customers. You lost my login and after multiple attempts finally your system agreed that I was already a member. Lots of Blank screens and logging in again, and re-login multiple times. I gave up. Seems like less information and less intuitive to find anything. Why not upgrade bit by bit? This wholesale change has made too much change and I have not appreciated any upgrades. And I bet you guys s have not enjoyed this big upgrade either. A positive is that the timing data is much better (when it works). I like the fast refresh it is more real time. I think you’ve lost my money next year. I won’t be renewing.

Functionality needs work!. The basic information such as race calendar and news works okay, but the rest of the app and website is really slow, buggy and incredibly frustrating. The F1 Fantasy functionality in particular is just awful, keeps reloading and sending you back to log in pages and won’t reflect the updates you’ve made. For a multi gazillion dollar sport run by a media company, you’d think their digital assets would be fantastic, but it’s just a dog. Please fix it.

Now worse! No star for you!. Previous version didn't hassle me every time for log-on, passwords, etc, and was always ready for a quick read of the latest. Now the app wants me to log in every time, and logs me out when I switch apps. So frustrating is this that it completely ruins the enjoyment of the F1 experience, something Liberty were pledging that they would do something about, post-Bernie. Instead, TOTAL FAIL! FIX IT, Liberty!

Absolutely spoiled the experience. This update really made the Singapore Grand Prix one to forget. I don’t know who did what to the app but the user experience was absolutely terrible. The new app continually asks for me to log in and purchases had to to be restored every time I opened up the app. When I finally got to hear the commentary it cut out during most of the race and only got to hear the team radios. I would like to hear some sort of acknowledgment of the problem and I would think some sort of credit is in order. Please contact me if you need any information about my setup but it has not changed since before the upgrade and I had no issues then. This app needs to be fixed before the next race.

Update made me unsubscribe. I’ve been paying for a subscription since the timing stopped being free years and years ago but this recent update has finally made me unsubscribe. The timing layout now is woeful as only half the field is visible and there is now a ‘simplified’ sector view which just leaves you wanting the original. The videos in the news section are always glitchy and the new style of writing is repetitive, every story is about someone ‘hailing’ or ‘rueing’ a result. Let me know when you completely scrap this and start again so I can restart giving you my $42 a year.

Good app. It’s great for everything really. The only thing I wish is that there was no f1 unlocked so I don’t need a membership. But the timing and videos with all of the news and breakdown it is a really good app. I recommend you getting it.

Subscribed since day 1 but 2019 is a disaster. Getting Foxtel.. Don’t be fooled. The high ratings are from previous years. 2019. Complaints get you nowhere. Started off very messy this year; obviously a ‘hip’ young group of programmers who were out to change the world. ...This year they decided to use spoilers, so watch at 3am in the morning if necessary, because if you try to watch later, they insist on showing you the first three placegetters. I’ve complained but they couldn’t care less. Seriously, what professional organisation would deliberately use spoilers on a website? ...For most of this year, particularly at the latter end, the screen and commentary aren’t synchronised. So I have to coordinate with watching the ipad and listening to iPhone. ...There have been good innovations, however deliberately using spoilers - what are you thinking? Or maybe you’re not thinking. And lack of synchronising commentary and screen by three+ minutes. And yes, I always update the app and iOS. Don’t really want Foxtel, but I prefer that to what’s going on with the app. ...Sad - I used to love it. Will have Foxtel in a week. Looking forward to a much less disappointing year for F1

Paying subscription for this rubbish? Not anymore.. F1 app used to have a wonderful look and feel. Able to see all timings and jump between different views. MOST of which were useful. NOW, the app looks like rubish on an IPAD. Huge blocky text that you can see from across the room. thing is, I am right in front of the screen. I want to see the extra detail, the meaningful stats. The main news page is unusable... no easy links to details and stories I want to see. Old version didn’t do it very good before, but this is a step backwards now. I couldn’t find anywhere how to find results of FP2, EVEN though there was a push message saying FP2 results are available. Driver tracker is stupid. Can’t trust what you see there. According to driver tracker, it only takes 25 seconds to do a lap in Singapore.. Cannot select a driver and see comparisons of lap times anymore.

Pointless - has become worse over time. If you want to check results then forget about downloading this app. I don't know how a sport with so much money can make an app worse than the previous year. This was a great app about 3 years ago but is just absolute rubbish now. The only good thing is to check to see what times the sessions are in your local time. Okay a year or two later and this statement is still true. Seriously change your developer and if they are in house then outsource it because the app is an absolute joke. Zero logic to it and that’s if it is working. I have helped customers with far more complicated models produce something far more simple and user friendly than this.

Why did you ruin it!. The old app showed the same timing screens that are used by the teams at the track, if it’s good enough for the teams why deny the fans? The timing screens only show a third of the field, for what gain? Bigger borders, rounded boxes around the numbers, really guys surely this is a bad joke. For the fans, log into the website and get your timing there, it’s not as good as the old app, but you can at least see most of the field. For the developers of the app, please restore the old version, or at least add a toggle to use the standard f1 timing screens.

Waste of money it made me join twice. Waste of time and money something that should be so simpl made into a headache It’s so easy for you to pay and then it says you can’t watch the live qualifying or race so you must upgrade to f1 tv pro another application wich should be so easy and they make it very difficult then when you go to cancel well that’s even more difficult For an app that should be so transparent and easy to use they make it so difficult Not fn happy f1 tv

An attempt. If you want news and notifications on f1 the app is for you. With a countdown for every upcoming session it’s quite helpful. It’s sad that they make you pay for a membership that doesn’t even let you get the televised broadcast. Don’t buy the membership. It’s a waste.

2018 update is a woeful downgrade. Telemetry interface with the new corporate design is so big you can’t see all info on the page making it hard to use during the race. You have to scroll up and down. Gone is the overview page that had driver/lap/interval/tyre and fit the top 14 drivers to a page. Map scroll up is gone too. Disappointing.

Great app minus one big flaw. The hyperlinks within articles are WAYYY too sensitive. I can’t scroll articles without accidentally clicking the links within at least 4-5 times in one article. I’ve never seen this issue in other news like apps - so I assume it’s some config thing. Don’t get me wrong - I love this app, does what I needs to - albeit I only use for following news, videos and standings (not the live race timings).

Sound(less). I have the latest IOS (iPhone 16.3.1)and the latest version of the app. When I watch a video, it is hit and mostly miss whether the sound will work. It isn’t my phone as I can play many other mediums of video and all work. This has been something that has occurred across many different versions of the app over a few years. You might need to get it sorted.

The good and the bad. I have been a paid subscriber for years now and use this app every race to listen to the live commentary. When I can listen live it drives me crazy. The audio constantly drops out. The only way to get it back is to pause and play again. But doing this 50 times per session is getting tedious. Thought it may have been my old phone but is exactly the same on my new one. Would also be great if you could turn the screen off while listening. Drains the battery real quick the way it is now.

Little pathetic. I’m paying for my subscription. Why are there still ads? And why must I constantly log back into the app? I only use it on my iPhone or laptop. But every few days I have to log in again. It’s a bit sad that this is the best app experience they could come up with. F1 should do better.

Awesome!. I mean as a fan anything is good but when I gave feedback I noticed within a month it was improved. So that gets a win from me!

Fantasy Stats Fixed. Since my last review the stats are once again available on the app! October 2023 update has fixed the issue. Thanks F1 for the quick fix!

fantasy glitches. i've liked this app for reading articles and getting quick updates on what's going on outside of the races, but the new fantasy setup is terrible! i created a team, selected a name, then went to join a league and suddenly my team was gone. i made a new team, tried to use the same name, it said this name is already in use. picked a different name. joined a league (leagues setup is horrendous to navigate), and had my team with a different name. this morning, first quali of the season, i go to review my team and it's gone!! no leagues, no team. just so frustrating and stupid. yes i'm logged into one account, this issue is happening on the app and the website as far as i can tell.

F1 App. Hands down the best app for Forumula one, it’s beautifully made and has races dating all the way back to the first days of Formula one. I can watch any race wherever I go. 10/10! Thank you

Great app. The app is so reliable ##Fire

Ads even with paid subscription. I have the F1 TV pay subscription for $100 a year, still getting ads in the app. Not cool F1. Doesn’t make me want to renew it for next year.

Renew monthly. This APP now must have Apple IOS 14 to renew, my does not have this, SO, BYE!!!!

Fantasy League Interface is Terrible. The interface for the fantasy league component of the app is really clunky and poorly designed. Difficult to figure out how to use - even after 2 years playing I can’t figure things out. Seems like an easy fix to make it more user friendly.

Fantasy glitch. Leagues tab missing

Scam. Worked all year and now won’t let me simply view fp1 results without f1 unlocked

Awesome App. Great. For information and news from F1

I love this. Absolutely a need for any fan

Seriously? Ads For subscribers. Why there are ads in the app for paid subscribers?

F1 App. Great app

The 2024 Fantasy App changes are terrible !. Did you do any user experience testing before releasing the changes to the fantasy part of this app? The leagues are impossible to find. You have to pin your favourites, and then hit “pinned leagues” and then find your league. Why not just have the leagues you’re in on the front page? It’s also difficult to find where you add teams to leagues. You have to find a random icon that isn’t representative of adding teams at all. This is my 2nd year running a league and everyone is struggling trying to join it! The only good update is that you can see names under team names. That makes sense.

Thumbs up!. Keeps you abreast of what’s happening in the F1 world!

Awful. Working 10% of the time

DARK MODE. We need dark mode please!! It’s about damn time

Why There is not F1 in others languages?. It is nice all this but many people in the world want to read the news in their mother tongue, because they do not understand English.

Drop iOS 13 support. Drop iOS 13 support but require an update to use the app. Unusable

Fantasy login seldom works. Pure garbage

Can’t view results without an account!. They changed the app so you have to have an account to review the results. It was a no brainer to just delete it and get the info needed elsewhere online.

Not sure what changed. This app is terribly glitchy. For F1 fantasy, very difficult to navigate. It’s like the app wasn’t meant for a mobile phone screen. Lots of stuff is off the screen and not able to be clicked on. Not sure what to as changed between last season and this one, but it got way worse. For such a popular sport, why does the app have to be so difficult. Other sports apps are much more user friendly. Maybe make an app strictly for F1 Fantasy only.

25% increase, poorest uptime performance in years. Sirius XM channel 81 had bbc coverage of the race and I had to switch as the live stream on this platform refused to stay streaming for than 2-3 minutes at a time. Network stabile tested on lte and wifi over 30min.

Fantasy Glitch - with workaround. Every ~4th time you open the app, the sections “my team” and “league” are permanently gone. I can only get them back via deleting then redownloading + signing into the app. Can’t do transfers via the app either.. use your computer for fantasy (definitely not iPhone safari instead)

Doesn’t work on iPhone. Won’t let me log in and iPhone 14 is up to date. Tried clearing cashe and reinstalling but no love. No customer support either

Fantasy. Not sure who’s in charge of the fantasy app but you should fire him ASAP

Do not force updates. Absolutely no need for forced updates that’s ridiculous. STOP. FORCING. UPDATES. NO. NEED. RIDICULOUS.

Deleting the App. I’m fed up with opening the app and not being able to read most of the features without signing up for “F1 Unlocked.” The rest of the articles are okay and informative. I particularly liked the “what the teams said…” summaries.

🫶👍. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶👍

Super. De participer rends les courses beaucoup plus enlevante

its okay. its okay

“fantasy” is a nightmare. the fantasy section of this app is literally so fking bad. it’s also currently broken? my teams/leagues don’t show up in the app but are visible in a browser?? the ui is simply awful. nothing makes sense in terms of accessing your teams and organizing your leagues. it’s unbelievable how terribly laid out/user un-friendly a feature can be. I hate it, makes me want to scream :::)

News not up to date. How do other news sources update current news quicker then F1 itself?

Glitching. I couldn’t access my fantasy team during the race yesterday. Also, I can’t review my team stats now. Making a third team allows me to get as far as naming, then says “something went wrong.” I’ve tried 5 times in the last 7 hours. Deleting and redownloading the app 🤞🏽

Good. Best app I’ve ever bought in

Ads….when paying for subscription. Was a great app that I gladly paid for. now they randomly added ads…I pay for apps and subscriptions to get rid of ads. Now it’s a waste of time to read news here. If I have to watch ads when I load a video everytime I might aswell watch/read on websites.

Sketchy tracking. Cross site tracking page uses “Next” as a way to force you into “consenting” to their bull tracking. Super disingenuous. Disappointing.

Pretty good, but…. The signing up process is painfully difficult. I could not transfer my other account to this one, due to the Email “already being in use”. Even though I was signing up

Don’t show me ads after I pay. This app actually works very well. A lot of time has been spent on making the app run well and smoothly while their regular updates make catching up on content a breeze! I’m giving the F1 app 1 star because after paying for a full season membership I’m shown ads before content starts. I paid you money. There are ads EVERYWHERE in Motorsport anyway. Making me watch ads before every video after i’ve paid for a subscription is greedy, bad service and won’t last long in the era of the internet. I’ll happily torrent your races next year if I am still forced to watch ads. Companies are becoming so greedy now paying them directly isn’t enough anymore. Get with the times or we’ll all go back to torrenting the races and I’ll leave my money in my wallet next time. No ads & free.

Update. Love the app, but the recent update isn’t downloading. Its been like this for a couple hour

Game degrading. It’s used to be the best Formula1 game. Realistic, customizable. But the last year it becomes worse and worse with every upgrade. Waiting for an opponent in duel takes forever and you have to listen to the terrible music which could not be off. The winter style is not realistic nobody run f1 car in the snow. Remove it. Rain tracks are all right if they are occasional but I can run 3-5 of them in the row that’s boring.

Slow. Unlike the sports itself the app is very slow to load.

Not compatible with older iphone. The App says you can download older than IOS 14.0 and it actually wont allow that so only get a subscription and the App if you have a top of the line iPhone. Otherwise, amazing App. let the old iPhones still use it since we pay for it, and I will give it 5 stars.

Horrible to navigate. Challenging to navigate. Ads even if you post for a subscription. Can’t replay entire races until the next year. Disappointed

Well well well. Seems we have quite the infestation of RedBull in this here season

Great app but missing A major feature. First I’d like to say that This app has many good features, all the way from interviews and highlights to Live tracking when races and practice sessions are going. The major issue I find in this, is the fact that you have to be on a computer or a AppleTV to watch. Personally I’ve had a lot of moments where I wanted to pick up my phone and watch the practice sessions, Qualifying and even the race. Sometimes live and other times as a replay because I missed it. But I was never able to because they do not show the actual race on the app or on the phone browser. I don’t know if this was a decision is based on the phones performance to play live or even the replays but I’d love to hear back from the developers, because this is a big feature that I’d argue would be greatly positive to the app. To the point where I’d go back to this and give it a 5 star review.

Hard to input. The app has been extremely frustrating to work with . I’ve been trying to get information on ticket sales in Montreal , and still nothing ! When can I get tickets ? Basic question , no answers . This for example is the only chance for input , need I say more ? You need a comment section desperately! If your going to be any help to the fans .

Mostly good. This app is informative and user friendly, HOWEVER, the graphics are fixed and not “zoom able”. Many times when I want to get a closer look at a graphical depiction of a technological change and they show a graphic it can’t be zoomed. I don’t know about anyone else but on a phone this makes a big difference. If there was one thing I would like to see changed, that’s it.

its perfect after the update!!!! organized and faster updates. Before it used to have a few bugs here and there, but now love the new look, well organised, everything is clearly and easily available. Tabs a re categoriezed correctly, information is available where you would expect it. Definately recommended. 5 stars all the way

Pretty good; wonky UI and spotty stream quality. I’m really happy this app is finally available on AppleTV. My only 2 gripes as a subscriber: * stream quality does not ramp up nearly aggressively enough. After fast forwarding, for example, it can take MINUTES to ramp up to anything approaching HD. It’ll be such low quality it’s difficult to read text. I have no problems with any other streaming service, 4k TV, 4K AppleTV, 10gigabit internet with a 1 gigabit wired uplink. * the UI/UX decisions can be really wonky. If you just finished watching a quali session it will suggest you watch last week’s quali next. Not the race that comes right after quali? Come on! Overall navigation can be awkward. Keep at it guys. So so happy this is finally here after many years of waiting.

Go back to the old version. This new version may be better for people who forgot their glasses with its large font, but the old version of much better for F1 fans. This new version looks worse and doesn’t give you as much information. The old app was beautiful and fun to use. The new app feels like an iPhone app blown up to fit on my iPad. I paid for the old app, not whatever this is. Please go back to the old version or at least something close to it for next year, otherwise there is no way I will belaying money for this next year.

Dissapointing!!!. You managed to mess up best game ever! I play this game for years but what you did to it last 2 years is horrible! My screen goes black in few seconds if i dont’t touch it(ussualy at time just before braking) so i crashed 100s of times as brakes don’t work after black screen happen!!! Then number of times i lost progress and race and all points when this game decides to reconect for no internet conection!!!! Even if i have internet! And then there is your matching in duels! Thats just joke! This could be best game on market but it’s not. Not even close thanks to all bugs! Dissapointing!!!!!

Hope you never need support. I tried to upgrade my subscription from TV Access to Pro and it is just a nightmare, updated it on App Store, got charged (of course) but my subscription never got updated in the app, tried ‘restore purchase’, uninstalled and installed, log off and logged back in, and of course cancels my subscription and subscribed again, nothing works and if you try to contact support you never get an answer back from the chat, got a message 3 days later asking me to re-do everything I’ve done. And of course my money still there with them!

Audio Stops When Phone Locked. I’d give a full 5 but for some reason if you lock your phone the audio no longer keeps playing. I’m not sure if the developers are trying to kill batteries or if there is a setting I can’t find but my battery will love you if you let us listen to audio with our phones locked. Especially since I usually listen while driving or working so I’m not even looking at my screen.

Best race weekend information. This app provides the most and best information with the live timing feature. It provides even more information than the desktop information view on F1 TV I think. Either way it is very impressive. Just use this for all information on race day instead of relying on commentary.

Subpar. The app is great for reading news stories. Keeping up with the calendar, and other things. However, when it comes to viewing live timings the UI animations are so sluggish. Not only that, if I click on a link in the live commentary section to read the article there is no way to go back to live commentary without having to close the whole live timing section and reopening. I don’t mean to insult anyone but huge oversight. Also, can you please tell me how I can submit feedback or report issues? Thank you.

Feel like an F1 Insider. I love the F1 app. I feel like an F1 insider with all the information and articles about upcoming races. You don’t realize the different strategies teams employ until you get this F1 app. You will definitely up your game, knowledge and enjoyment at F1. I bought the yearly subscription so I can listen to the races live and I really enjoy it. Well worth the money.

Terrible fantasy experience. I like reading the articles, watching the videos, and keeping up to date on all the news… but when it’s time to use the fantasy option, almost every time I go in, there is a different look and I have little confidence that any changes I have made have been saved. It’s slow to update and frustrating. Missed out on a bunch of points because of it on the first weekend of 2024 season and am experiencing the same issues in the third weekend.

Frustrating Fantasy League. The update to this year’s fantasy league is awful. There seems to be a push on the public teams and leagues and it is difficult to sign up for private groups with family and friends. Last years version was quick and simple . Organizing this years group has been frustrating with everything being buried in the public leagues . The disappointment is very real . Software developers did a terrible job .

could use a little more clarification.

Crashed during last race. The app would not return any data during the last race of the calendar. This is so annoying to lose data and the app crashing during the most critical race of the year. Fix it or will move to some other apps. Not wasting my time and money on you.

Security. Hi , I had the app installed until I had a message on the Lock Screen from F1 app , first message had only one word in it that make no sense, the other message telling me to check my security settings! So I had to delete the app and now I’m struggling to get the information about the races .

Step Backwards. The new app really is a step backwards from the old LiveTiming app that really gave you everything you could want. I hope that the Live Timing parts for the 2019 season are massively upgraded from the poor attempt made in 2018. How the developers went backwards so far from what they already had working is a mystery.

What happened. I’ve been on this app for years it is always been very enjoyable I don’t know what you’ve done to it I have access to nothing I tried to get another F1 app it s just the screen saying will be there soon. All I want is telemetry and live updates I have access to nothing been on the App Store I’ve updated my purchase I hope you guys fix it thanks JDG

A mobile app you actually want to have. Great design on this. Gets you all your articles, info, racing in one spot. I was an F1 newcomer and this app made it super easy to keep track of drivers/teams. There’s a lot of thought into how it’s laid out and it’s really a tier above any other sports apps I’ve used for ease of use and fast loading. Highly recommend.

Full of links , that trigger so sensitively. I love checking the app daily for news updates , but lately I can’t read a single article without triggering at least 10 links by barely having my finger over the link or even just in the vicinity. Whoever is responsible for these links in the articles must make some adjustments either to have less links or make them a lot less sensitive. It got to the point that I had to write this review, that’s how much it bothered me. Otherwise I love the app

Purchased annual membership. .great app for staying up to date with major f1 news. Audio commentary that comes with the subscription is very poor quality as of late. It cuts out about every 5-10 minutes for about 5-10 minutes and you lose track of whats going on in the race. Hopefully they fix this problem before the end of the season or i wont be renewing my subscription. Wish they would make it so i can listen to the commentary without having the app open.

Fantasy!. Fantasy part of the app is weak and useless compared to two years ago version. No live points, it takes forever to see points. No ability to choose team for next race weekend. No stats. You have to do everything on another sources. The app is only good to build a team, and then wait forever to see the results. Scoring system is a lot worse, no fun to play anymore. Put Red Bull and turbo max and no matter who else and wait until the end of the year. That’s it. Thanks!

Poor replacement. This app doesn’t have the detailed information of the previous version. The interface is much, much more limited. On my iPad you can only see the status of a handful of cares. Previously you could see all on one screen and isolate a specific car-driver with differences with other drivers clearly displayed. PLEASE BRING BACK THEBOLD VERSION.

Upgraded app horrible. New app looks shinier than previous version, but the live time is ten steps back from previous. Every season despite its technical quirks I had no problem to pay for another season. For next year I don’t think the app has enough value. The only reason I use tha app for is live timing during racing. It looks like the app was redesigned by people not having a clue what hardcore F1 fans need and the focus was too much in making the app look modern. The previous mobile app was great, the iPad version’s live timing even beter. This version is a hoge dissapointment and misstake. Please give us back the previous version.

The most annoying best game out there. Basically I love F1 & this game is great, but man does it have things to fix. The duel system has so much potential if it wasn’t for the opponent hitting you and YOURE the one that gets the contact penalty. This basically means duel is over you lost. Also, in some of the duels you’ll also race against the CPU and man do they sure completely destroy the experience. The CPU will sometimes crash into you, block you, again pretty much duel is over. The event and single race systems are fun I guess.

Don’t Expect to Use this app at a Race. 1) The app will randomly lose your subscription and restore purchase is a joke. Logout, close the app, restart, and re login and it might work. With so many complaints about this problem, it is obvious they don’t care about your experience. 2) The developers didn’t program it to work unless you have high performing WiFi. Something as simple as a leader board won’t even open. They are even kind enough to provide you with a message telling you to get on WiFi. 3) The app won’t open with LTE cellular that is available at the racetrack. And when it does open if you let your screen go dark the app has to reinitiate and then may not return to functional. It is obvious the programmers and Formula 1 never once considered delivering an app that can still perform with a less than optimal WiFi connection. Don’t expect to use this at the racetrack!

Redesign has gone for flashiness over substance. The new redesign has not worked well. It’s meant to look good but took away all of the useful aspects of the app. It also immediately spoils the race results, which for some reason is something the app and f1 tv have been obsessed with doing lately. I’m not sure why this new design couldn’t be optional and hope they revert back to a system which worked well. F1 is all about data and knowing everything which is going on, and that isn’t happening anymore.

Race results. It would be nice to watch a replay of the race and not have the race results posted on multiple areas of the app and the website prior to getting to the place that allows you to watch the practice, qualifying and the race. Nothing better than knowing the end result before you start. Kills the excitement of watching sporting events. Think this through and redesign the way content is accessible. Maybe it could be a setting or a link on the home page to bypass the race results. Also make the results at least one page deep on the app so that you must click through to see. I am seriously considering cancelling my membership because of this.

Should be listening to Canada GP. But this stupid app doesn’t work so instead I’ll just post this review. This might be the worst app from a major sporting organization. Sometimes the live timings work sometimes they don’t, can’t exit out to play in the background, timings usually go live right as the race starts instead of maybe 15 minutes prior or something like that. Audio is only available in English for me which is odd for an international sports organization. No other sports organization makes it so hard to follow them. Honestly this app is bad it makes me want to watch nascar but the only time so many confederate flags should be in the same place is at a klan rally.

Reliability issue. While already signed into the F1 app, click on the Fantasy page to access the fantasy game, and I have to sign in several times before accessing my account with my teams. I sign in, and it goes back to the sign in page again. I sign in again, and then it will finally access my teams page. It’s very frustrating to have to sign in to the app several times when I’m already logged in. Please fix it.

You ruined the app...!!!. Now there is no way to follow a driver and compare his timing with the rest of the field... you are now giving the same info we have available on the tv broadcasts. Is there a way to go back to the previous version...??? If not, is there a way to refund our expense??? I would’ve never paid for this pice of crap...!!!

F1 TV Pro. Website development over time has been encouraging. The only issue I and many others have is the discrimination for those Countries that are unable to subscribe to F1 TV Pro. Not sure what the issue is, but this needs to be resolved. If F1 really is about providing access to all, then let us subscribe to F1 TV Pro regardless of where we are geographically living.

Terrible Design. With the subscription, the app works fine for live timing. Unfortunately if you want to replay the race because you were not able to watch live, you must stare the race results in the face to try to open the replay. As they show in the photos above to “relive the weekend”, you have to go through this screen displaying the results… This has ruined race several times for me. The spoiler-free settings are on and it still does this. The homepage of the app also has spoilers.

I pay and I still have ads?. I decided to sign up for the top tier subscription and I still have ads in the articles and on the videos. Pretty ridiculous. Also, the video player is not very responsive. It takes a lot of time to switch to other things like the maps or individual drivers, even in replays. And also, touching the screen does not get rid of the overlays.

Video issues not the only thing weekend with this app.. Not only are the videos poor quality but also lack sounds when played from the news menu. That's right, it's completely silent and without sound. To make matters worse, they've added 30 seconds long ads to go over a 1 minute video. The sounds so work however if played from the video menu only. Yet I still get 30 seconds ads, that's long enough for me to come here and write this review. Everything else is great on the app but the videos are such a disappointment that I cannot give more than 1 star.

Terrible - DO NOT BUY, DEMAND BETTER!. Do not waste your money. What was a useful app has been turned into garbage. They have split up all the content so you have to go look for it in several places (meaning they charge you more than once) site navigation is a disgrace to any professional web developer. In trying to appeal to the masses they are turning away the real fans of Formula 1. This is one of the worst digital experiences I have come across - way to go Liberty!

Annual problem. I love the app, especially during qualifying and races. Every year, when they upgrade the app, I can not log in. It knows I have an account, knows I have a subscription, but won’t let me in. This time “services unavailable, check your connection” is the response; my connection is perfect. This snafu has happened every September for the past 3 years. Used the app for every race in 2018 up to Singapore, which I couldn’t log in. Same issue for the Sochi event. Sigh.

Please solve the click issue. App is great to read and watch videos, and the live timing during races is a neat app. It works beautifully. That said, a couple of updates have brought a dismal click issue and when you are scrolling, just swiping up, the app interprets you are clicking something. And going trough content is now a nightmare of closing windows.... Please fix it!

Live timing gone backwards!. Live timing has gone backwards with the last update. It was nearly perfect where all the important data of 20 cars were visible on a single page, now you have to scroll and change tabs to reach half of the information. I wish there was an option to have the old format, pro level, data, instead of this colorful nonsense bits of info. They still support the data feed of the previous version of the app, so if you like your old live timing, do not update the app...

a bad app.. Recent update adds a bunch of annoying notifications. Previously, I would get one notification about 10 minutes before each session. Simple, to the point, and that's all. Now, in addition to that notification, there are several additional notifications for each session. Unnecessary, and always written in the annoying style that has overtaken F1 branding since Liberty took over the sport and realized how dire the situation was to convert F1 into a relevant brand with an image of being cool, fast, hip, and modern. Now the notification is not just "Qualifying starting for ___Grand Prix," it's gotta be like "The SHOWDOWN for Pole Position IS. ON. NOW." or something. Each event gets at least three such notifications, at the start, during, and at the end. Wholly unnecessary. There are no discrete settings for these notifications, only settings to toggle off Breaking News notifications or to toggle off all Race notifications entirely. I opted for something much better: I uninstalled the app. Thanks for nothing.

Full screen is not really full screen 😡. When watching videos on the new phones the home bar is constantly displaying keeping part of the video obstructed. Also, the full screen controls are not Apple standard and cannot be controlled from the “now playing” on Apple Watch. Disappointed that a “TV” app can’t get the full screen functionality correct. Also it’s not possible to listen to team radio with the screen off. 😭 Also why are there ads in the news articles when I have a premium subscription?!

Epic. Essential tool for the avid F1 fan or someone just getting into the “traveling circus”, plus gotta love the spoiler warning that takes me straight to the timing replay(plus commentary) if I missed a Qualifying or Race live!! (Part of Pro Subscription) Also being able to rewatch a race from behind the wheel of my favorite drivers or whoever saw the most action!!!

More Features Please. I think this app should have cross over links right over into my F1TV app so I don’t have to use both and my F1TV app should have a 10 or 15sec quick rewind during video playback so I can jump back quickly and watch an overtake or penalty situation several times more closely.

It is an oven! (Cookie Making Machine). Unless you are Cookie Monster, you’ll like this application (and their website too). If you’re prompted with the “Accept All Cookies” Beware! There are literally hundreds of Cookies the app and the site installs on your device. Most sites allows to select only the functional minimum cookies, but both the site and this app does not have such selection. I spent more time unselecting individually all of those than writing this review. At the end my selection was done it didn’t allowed me to save it. Outcome: Uninstall the app, and never visit their site ever again! I have been Formula One for decades but I’m done now. I will save my time and never see a live race again. Might the FIA and Michael Massi do whatever they want with the races and let whoever they want to win. I don’t care. Forza Ferrari. Shumacher forever.

Huge Disappointment. After a few months of using this app at the $30 subscription tier, I decided to move up to the full-featured option for an additional $80. They were happy to take my money, but never unlocked the features in return. I attempted to contact their customer support multiple times but they haven’t returned my messages. Also contacted Apple and they were unable to help. Not sure if it’s a scam or just total incompetence, but it doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. Save your time and money.

Missed half of the race!!!. I couldn't watch the full Baku race because the application kept on asking me to "subscribe". My credit card is on file and the app already charges me on a monthly basis for my subscription. There is no reason to subscribe again. The app kept failing half of the race I only enjoyed the last 12 laps because I had to pay an additional 2.99 to upgrade to some sort of "TV upgrade". It is not about the money. It is disappointing to rely on an application that we only use every two weeks finding out that It won't provide the service paid.

Last year. I will not be renewing my subscription in 2019! Unless they go back to the old style of the app early 2018; more data easier to understand / commentary that follows the race all the way through to the end... The current app crashes often and does not provide the links when radio commentary pops up you don’t know which driver/team is talking. The old version worked very well I have no idea why they ever changed. > If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!<

Good news content, bad video playback. I like having the news content in an app instead of just accessing the F1 website for it. However I haven’t been able to hear any sound from any of the videos linked from the news articles. Furthermore, if I exit a video and re-click it, the ads that play before every video plays again, so I get shown the same ad a bunch of times. Finally, I haven’t found any easy way to jump to the web-based videos from inside one of the articles, so there isn’t even an easy workaround.

Good, but a lot of bugs. Good app, but a lot of bugs if you don’t watch the race right as it starts; if you are a few mins late good luck gong back to the start even though it says there is an option to do so. Also the 6 device limit is poorly executed; it should be 6 streams not six devices. finally, without PIP, they should sync the screens you are watching on.

Customer service really bad. I purchased this app with the understanding that I could watch live racing. I was residing in the Virgin island and found out the service wasn’t available in this region. I asked for a refund and got charged for the following month. So now I’m answering emails for 3 1/2 months and they the response I received was it’s past the 2 week refund window. Zero credit or refund. The best they could do was a 50% off discount but they don’t realize there service isn’t offered in my location. I’ve wasted countless hours on email and zero phone options. Extremely frustrating and exhausting.
