It really works!. I started my journey during 2020 to lose a lot of stomach fat and pudge. It totally turned my body around after just 3-4 months of consistency. I only worked out 3-4 times a week! Each time I would do one custom 7 min workout that I made based on my body goals. If I was feeling really ambitious that day I would do an extra 7 min workout on top of my custom one that the app already had made. I stopped because I looked good lol! However, I have more goals and my waistline started growing so I’m starting back up again! Get the app! I literally tell everyone about it.

Iam only 11 and my mom told me “You should exercise so don’t get fat” so I go swimming with my family every week and I used to go to the gym but not anymore so I have been trying to get an app that is free and this app is legit! This app lets u crest custom workouts and calculates ur progress and BMI which is amazing! This app should be famous! I told my mom about it so I think she is gonna do it too! My stomach is a bit big and I want it to be a summer body forever and ever and can happen if I keep using this app which Iam now! But I was wondering if there could be some exercises for a split then an exercise while doing a split would be awesome 🤩

Genuinely the best workout app. In the sea that is the Apple Store we are flooded with similar looking, similar functioning workout apps. This is the app you should get if you are looking for a free app! 7 Minute as simple as it is, doesn’t lock you behind a paywall for basic workout! It offers plans and deluxe workouts that you pay for, but the app is still maneuverable and lush with workouts without subscription! Idk I really like it when I went hunting for a workout app I downloaded so many and they all burned me, even one I really liked and thought would be perfect locked me out the next day. This app suits all my needs and will probably suit yours too.

7minute workout. I’ve joined gyms before and the first thing they want to do is find out where you are with your exercise ability. From my personal experience every time, I have gone home with an upset stomach and/or so sore I could not move the next day. The 7 minute work out is perfect for someone that has not had a workout routine. You can do it any where and I choose to do it privately. I can make mistakes and not feel bad. I just know that I am doing something other than nothing. I will get better and better at all the exercises as I go along. 7 minute workout is more than a exercise for me. It is an accomplishment that I can say I completed in the morning or anytime of day for that matter. Dream of the body or health you want. Seek the tools that will get you there and achieve goals/dreams with a small easy tool that motivates you and helps keep you on track. That is what 7 minute workout is to me. Blessed that I found this app.

I think it’s good. I think the workouts are good but I wish it was a little more organized for example the app is free you got and one day start to workout but for people who don’t know anything about exercising we don’t know where to start also wish it was more concentrated towards certain people with body types and goals and for different ages I literally use one workout which is the tabata which is the warm up workout I use that workout then go to another app for full and lower body workout cuz I don’t know what I should focus on so I just do everything I also use this app because the tabata is free while my other app you have to pay so I am grateful so developers your doing good but I think you can do better excited to see what you do next

Recommended!. I hate exercise. I especially hate workouts that feature people who are already fit and nag you on like you’re their kid who won’t get out of bed for school. You can be sitting on the couch eating Little Debbie’s and the video just keeps playing and their saying “ you’re so awesome, just one more!” (Ok, thanks- I really hated to leave just one more in the package anyway! 😂 I love this app because I don’t have to look at would be magazine models showing me how to burn off the laziness of the last 3 years. I highly recommend! It’s user friendly, customizable and you can use your own music!

Easy for a first time mama. This app is great! I’ve had it on my phone for years and never got to using it...what the heck was I doing? I wasted time not using this great app! I’m a first time mommy now and it’s hard to fit in time to work out and of course I’m exhausted all the time but I know I can give myself 7 minutes at some point during the day! I work our using this app when baby goes down to sleep. Then it’s mommy time. I’m going to incorporate it throughout my day while the baby naps or even while he’s awake and playing next to me. It’s only 7 minutes...I can do that!!

Yesss! But…. One complaint - everything below is still correct but I’m getting really irritated by the constant reminders to enable notifications. A monthly reminder would be ok but a daily reminder is just obnoxious. And it should be based on my settings - if I’ve disabled workout reminders then there’s no need to enable notifications. Update: this is once again the BEST app for a quick workout now that the randomization features are back! This is my favorite workout app - lots of options for quick workouts. But my absolute favorite is the random workout, which keeps me from getting bored but also allows me to “shuffle the deck” if I don’t like the mix or need to adjust for an injury. I also like the handy buttons to focus on particular muscle groups or types of exercises (hiit, yoga, stretches, etc)

Was great. Now super buggy and unusable. I’ve used this app for years, and I used to be a big fan. It had been at the core of my home exercise routine, especially since the pandemic. I even paid to get rid of ads! But in last few months, the app has been super buggy. It constantly freezes in the middle of workouts (which leaves you working out too long while waiting for the voice guidance). To make it worse, the frozen workouts don’t get applied to your Fitness tracking. You have to quit the app and start over. And it may just freeze again. Sometimes the app can even lock up the entire iPhone, requiring a hard restart. I’ve written to customer support and they know about the problem. There’s a conflict between the latest iOS versions and the latest app versions. I understand how app development works and the challenges of prioritization, roadmaps and limited resources, but it’s been long enough. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Dedicate a dev sprint to this and just get it done and out. Ask Apple to prioritize app review. You’re going to lose loyal users, and that kind of churn is hard to recover. Please get it done. I don’t want to but I’m looking at other exercise apps now because my favorite app isn’t usable 75 percent of the time.

Much improved from when I first started using. I started using this at the beginning of quarantine because I no longer have gym access. I can definitely tell the developers have stepped their game up since the beginning. I couldn’t play my own music without issues at first, now I can with no problems. There are more advanced workouts then when I first downloaded. Only complaint is you have to use this app using either data or WiFi. I wish there was some way to download these exercises on the app because, for instance, there was a week where my state had an ice storm which knocked out all power across my area the full 7 days and I couldn’t use this app. Just a minor thing. Highly recommend this app.

Best free workout app. A while ago, I tried various 7 minute workout apps and none of them worked for me. Too annoying, too impractical, too many intrusive ads. This app, on the other hand, is wonderful. The only ads are short and easy to exit out of. The workouts are easy to understand and require very little equipment (I don’t think anything but a yoga mat is needed). On top of that, the instructions are calm and straightforward. No videos of overly-peppy trainers. Just clear animated diagrams of the workouts. Vocal cues help keep me on track without being intrusive, and I could even keep music or podcasts on while doing the workouts. The categories help me find exactly what I need, including a “standing only” category that provides workouts with basically no setup beforehand.

Can’t believe this is free !!. I just completed 2 7 minute workouts an maaan I feel it ! I didn’t think I would bc I do have a workout I do every morning but this works a lot more out so I’m very happy ! No ads beside the 5 second one before your workout which is perfect! Yu can listen to your own music (even have it all the way up like tend to do) and still hear the direction of the trainer voice yu pick perfectly ! Hands down best workout app I’ve ever seen free ! Must have if yu download promise yu won’t regret it ! Oh and it tells yu how many calories yu burned after each 7 minute workout which is just another really perk with this app ! To the developers thank yu so much !

It’s different from other apps you tried, you need to see for yourself. Really great, I was doing long walks but, I’m trying to be productive With a project and I realize that I can just try to these short workouts when I break from the project and also the workout I did I felt it was thoughtfully plan, Iike the moment I thought it would be to hard for me it switches to another body part are method and makes it easier but keeps the intensity going. You really have to try it immediately after you download to be impressed by it and you feel, I had this app downloaded for a while but never use it because I compared to others I tried and thought it would be like the same experience but not also the newest update makes 6 stars and not 5 they will continue to improve the experience for you and the app

Five Stars and Beyond!. I’ve been using this 7minute workout app for about five years, and now with the updated version I do not see the need to pay for a gym membership. Anyone can do this workout anywhere and at anytime. The best part about it is that you can fit your schedule by just doing 7 minutes or exercising for as long for as long as you’d like. Each 7 minute exercise is amazing effective. Trust me, each independent 7 minute workout is enough. I sometimes incorporate weights or some yoga moves. I Highly recommend this workout to everyone of all ages, from beginners to advanced. Just listen to your body and don’t overdue it if you’re new to the workout world.

For example, with the other apps you actually have to wait a least a week for it to show improvement, but with this app you don’t have to wait at all. After one ☝️ workout 🏋️‍♂️ there is improvement. The first one I did was a ab workout 🏋️ and I could definitely tell because, one my stomach got smaller, and two there where ab lines on my stomach. But before you do a workout MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH or……. Your body will hurt 😔 and you DON’T want that feeling. You can choose what kind out workout you want by scrolling to the top. There are different levels. So if you just started working out click beginner. If your used to it and have been doing for a few more then click intermediate. If you have been doing this for a few years click advanced. I hope this review really helps you. I also hope you this is enough information ℹ️ for you. Very good and free! 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♀️ very good.. This app should really get more attention and credit. I love this app because you can do all the workouts free, and you can make your own! It also helps me a lot with working out because it reminds me when to workout and it makes me stronger and very good. The lady in the workouts is very nice too because she always tells me when I’m half way there and what the next exercise is. I used to never workout and always eat and yeah 🤷‍♀️. But thanks to this app (and to quarantine) I was able to get back in shape! It is also very helpful because it allows me to adjust my rest time in between exercises. It just gets me in the shape. If you are not using this app and have to use other apps that aren’t not free, idk WHAT you are doing! Very good app. Yeah, 10/10 would recommend it. Definitely. Very good. 👍👍👍👍👍

A great little exercise app. I’ve used a few different free exercise apps for short workouts, and this one might be my favorite. It’s pretty no-nonsense, and the workouts are fun. They seem a bit less injurious than other apps. I like that you can choose your workout and set favorites - that is particularly motivating. Also, all the workouts I’ve done so far are really fun and well-balanced. Update: I had to take a break from running and cycling for eight weeks after a knee injury. The 7 Minute workouts came in handy, as they are adaptable and categorized in a way that is convenient for targeting certain areas while avoiding the injury. I have been adding weights to beginner workouts, too, which is enjoyable.

Great app that doesn’t try to do too much. This is a simple app that guides you through a basic, no equipment necessary workout. There are preprogrammed routines for all levels of fitness. Unlike most of the other fitness apps I’ve tried this one doesn’t try to add any excessive features (diet trackers, maps etc). It’s a streamlined, straightforward approach that keeps me focused on what’s important, I.e. just do the work and don’t waste time stressing about finding the perfect routine. It’s quickly become my go-to workout app. I use it every morning to wake-up and then again at night on days that I don’t run or get to the gym for weight training. Congrats to the designers/coders and thanks much for your work.

Exactly what it looks like, and somewhat better. I’ve been searching on my phone for quick, workouts that are designed for what you wanna get stronger, or weigh less, and almost all of those, you have to buy or there’s a free trial. With this app, you can get quick, free workouts, on the go, whenever you feel like it. I’ve lost 6 pounds with this app in less than 2 weeks. It’s not like those other apps where it spams you notifications and stresses you out when you can’t do it then, or just feel like relaxing. You need 0 equipment, you can do all of them at home, in your room, living room, kitchen, anywhere, at anytime. After every workout, your guaranteed to be satisfied and tired. Even on the beginner ones. Most beginner ones are easy, but definitely make you sweat, fell accomplished, and tired. 6/5 stars, and would highly recommended this to anybody who wants to gain muscle or lose weight, without going to the gym for 4 hours a day.

Best free workout app on the App Store. Once upon a time I was looking through the App Store for a workout app and I happen to come across this one. I didn’t think twice about purchasing it because it was free! Once I opened it and I was a little subdued… There weren’t that many options for workouts and it was a little bit laggy. Overtime I did the workouts but eventually I deleted the app. Now during quarantine I decided to try to do some more workouts. I read downloaded the app and was hugely surprised at the amazing changes the developer made. There are so many different workouts you can choose from! There’s music that goes along with it or you can import your own music! And you can save workouts to go back to them later!! Also every workout says how many calories u burn!This app is so good!! It even gives you a notification so you can stay on your fitness goals! You should definitely get this FREE app! There are no - yes I mean absolutely no - charges that the app gives you. It is absolutely utterly free. If you’re still not sure about getting this app just download it because it’s free and you can always delete it. This is hands-down the best free workout app you are going to find on the App Store. Convince me otherwise.

Effective and efficient. Really enjoying this app. My favorite aspect of using this app is I don’t have to come up with workout routine - because it’s already set! Like many people, Because my of work schedule I don’t have a whole lot of time to commit to an hour workout everyday (as much as I like too). So the work out routines provided by this app are perfect for a quick at home workout. I would say most of these workouts (at least for the free version) are more a beginner level so if you haven’t been consistent with working out and are really out of shape - I would highly recommend this app. Great restarter to get a routine going again and get yourself into decent shape. Been using it everyday for about a month now and although not a lot changes in my physical appearance - been feeling really good and I think that’s far more important.

Great app so far!. Great app so far! It’s only my 3rd day using the app but so far I love it! The 7 minute workouts are perfect and you can even pick and choose the workouts you want to do which is what I need for the days that I have to sneak in my workout between the office and being the kids’ chauffeur. There’s a custom feature which allows you to build your own workout and save it. This is all for free! It also allows you to set reminders so you don’t forget to get that quick workout in at some point during the day. I am really impressed with this app. I’ve tried at least a dozen “free” workout apps over the years but this is the first that gives me access to all the tools I need to be successful in my fitness goals without trying to make me spend money.

I choose. I like that 7 Minute Workout doesn’t choose for me what I will do each day. It’s not necessary to have goals. I choose what I want to do. I was doing stationary bike for 20 minutes followed by rowing for 10 minutes and now I follow that with 7 minute workout. My goal is to move somewhat. I always pick beginner level. That’s where I’m at. I can’t do a full plank or regular push up. I googled how to modify these and that’s what I do. The count down is great, I figure I can do almost anything if I’m only doing it for 20 seconds. And if I’m sore or tired I just do the stretchy exercises. Even if you’re out of shape, like me, you can do this and what you can’t modify.

Good Workouts, not enough of them. I’ve been looking for a good workout app that was free, and I have been using this app for about a month. The workouts are not bad, however, they are very repetitive and there are about 2 different workouts per area that you would focus on. I do really like the fact that you can create your own workouts, but it would be even better if you could create your own exercises rather than having to use the app’s options. Apart from that, the workouts do get you moving and will give you a decent workout. I would recommend this for beginners-intermediate, as I am used to a bit more rigorous training and have to add on other workouts in addition to the app throughout my day.

Easy to do everyday (even for someone lazy like me). I wanted to get fit on my terms by starting out slow and not intense. I’ve been neglecting my health due to people forcing me to workout and I wanted to do it with my own volition. This app helped me build a routine of working out everyday for workouts as short as 7 minutes only! It’s free, it has easy workouts for beginners, and it let me set up notifications to remind myself to workout. This left me no excuse to not workout and I have been doing this for over a month now. It has built me up to be more active and on the weekends I’ve been trying to do other workouts too like swimming or the elliptical. Great app that I recommend to everyone. Also as someone living in an apartment above other people, their no jumping workout is A+

Great free app!. I’ve gained some weight in recent years (due to an injury) and have been trying to start to get myself back into shape. This is really the first fitness app I’ve tried, but I haven’t had any real need to search for any others yet. This free app is fantastic and offers some nice features. There are roughly 7-10 pre-designed workout routines (in the free app), but then you can fully customize your own routine by picking from a wide variety of different exercises. It shows you a nice little animation of how to do each exercise with a link to videos of real people showing you the proper way to do it if necessary. It also has a running clock that counts you down as you do each exercise, and it lets you know when you are halfway done and when you r a huge the last 5 seconds. It also has a progress tracker. You enter your starting height + weight and it tells you your BMI. Then you can weight in weekly (or whenever) and track it. And last, there is a nice notification feature that reminds you to work out at your set time every day. Very happy with this app so far!

Less intimidating then most fitness apps. While I did like the older version better? I still really enjoy this app. I do like that it know has even more options for the length of workout and what you want to focus on. It really helps me stay motivated and make the decision to get moving when I can tell myself, “you just have to do 5-7min…that’s easy!” Not only does that amount of time often get my heart pumping and a full body workout, but I often end up then choosing a second workout because I’m already up and getting sweaty and I’m ready for more! I’ve been doing this 4-6 times in the morning a week for a few months, and along with a few healthier eating/drinking choices and adding in 20-40min of walking almost every day I’ve lost over 35 pounds and feel stronger and more toned. I love it!

Only workout app that’s actually free😄. I love how simple the app is to use and I love that it’s free. All these other workout apps say that you’ll get the best results with their app. As long as you’re moving it doesn’t really matter. exercise is exercise. I’m just starting my work out goals using this app and I’m just so glad I don’t have to make an account and put a credit card on it for freaking workouts. This app is a really great way to get in shape and get fit even if it’s just on the side from your main workouts. I suggest using this app to build strength and endurance. If for nothing else use this app for staying healthy. I’m never really in the mood to get up and go to a gym but with this app I feel motivated to get up and get sweaty. (it lets you set reminders and alarms through the app to make it simple)

7mins will have you sweating & feeling good. For the longest, I have been struggling with working out. I’m a mom of two boys, and my youngest is one year old. I have struggled with my belly pouch for the longest. I have always tried different workout apps, but after a week, I would quit. I have been using the 7Min workout, and I have to admit I am much happier; I’m feeling great after every workout, and I’m excited to work out. I love that I can set reminders for activities, I can customize it to my liking, and it tracks my progress; I actually like the 1:1 guidances I get to help show me how to do the workout, and most importantly, I can upgrade to get help with meal prep and more... If you are looking for training this is the app for you. I plan to upload my pictures soon to show before & after 🙏🏻

Before work sweat. I have a busy schedule and work 12 hour shifts. I belong to a program that gives you exercises but they’re always 30 minutes or more long. I like that if I’m running behind, I can set this app to however, many minutes I need and target whatever body part I’m ready to burn. The exercises are challenging without the paid extra. I have not yet paid for any of the extra exercises, but I thought about it because they look like they would be scorchers. If you’re looking for something that will help you tone up or slim down. This is the app for you.

Fun to get fit. I’ve had a hard time sticking to any exercise routine because they’ve all become boring. I love how this app allows you to choose your workouts each day, with levels from beginning to advanced. What’s more, there’s music included within the app to keep you motivated and make the time seem to fly by. Some of the exercises are new to me, so I also like that each workout gives you a list of which exercises are included and allows you the opportunity to see how to perform one here or there—all without ever leaving the app. I’m so excited for my next round!

Good and bad. I've had 7 minute workout for like 2 years now, and I've found some good and bad parts about it. One is that when you don't know how to do that workout you to the video and play it but it plays for like 15 seconds and doesn't really show you. Second is that when you tried to find a workout you have to scroll though for a bit to find, now I know the added something where you can like it but still. Now I like when you wanna do a workout it showed you if it's advanced or beginner. I also like how when you find one you life you can like it. One last thing, I like how you can make your own and you can choose the workout and if you want it 7 minutes or if you want it let 18 minutes or something.

Simple and Fun. 7 minutes is perfect to get me moving and makes me wish I had planned more time to work out each day. This app is the only way I’ve been able to make exercise a daily occurrence. Knowing the 7 minutes will get my blood moving and leaves me feeling a little winded and ready to take on the rest of the day. And it’s not intimidating to start. The workouts are easily adjusted to your preferred length, can be customized to have different types of exercises, and there’s only a very short ad before starting a workout (on the free version) that doesn’t impede your app usage like other apps.

Best workout ever!. I have had this app on my phone for a few years but didn’t even open it-until now. I tried another exercise program that was barely ok. So I decided to see what this app had to offer. Even in my mid-60’s, and nowhere near retirement, my work/home schedule is very crammed, and 7 minutes exercise per day should be doable-right?! From the first day, these 7 minute workouts challenged me! It’s so great to have muscles that did not previously make themselves known be complaining! I actually look forward to exercising for the first time in my life! Highly recommend this app. It’s a great price for a whole year of challenging moves. Bravo to the content creators!

Perfect morning pick up!. I am a full-time professor with four boys, each who play soccer and are involved in many school activities. My time is limited. However, my self-care is critical. These seven minute workout give you options on which body part to work: the arms, the abs, cardio… It’s perfect for what I need in the morning when a quick workout is necessary. Some days, when time permits, I couple days with a 10 minute yoga stretch and meditation or a quick elliptical run or even a 10 minute arm workout on the bow flex. It’s a great complement with those items, and on days when I only have time for one, I am choosing the 7 minute workout! It really is full body, yet quick! It gets the blood pumping, the body moving, and the juices flowing. Perfect for this busy mama! Thank you!

Only thing in a while that kept my motivation up!. This app is just the right thing if you’re looking to get started with workouts without feeling too demotivated but keeping the momentum going. The exercise demos are super helpful. The workout audio prompts make you feel you have a trainer watching you so you really push yourself. Barely any ads or membership pushes. You can customize how many circuits you wanna do (I would recommend starting with just one circuit) and can adjust the rest time between exercises. Best part? If you use the app consistently, they add more workout plans for free!! I never write reviews but this app is a total winner! ♥️

I can do it!. So I am super over weight for a 5’3 Women and I never been the one to workout. But I stumbled upon this app thought I’d try it. I thought it would be easy because it’s only for seven minutes but the truth is those seven minutes was the hardest thing I’ve probably done in a long time but it was so worth it (just the first few times)in reality It’s really not that hard, it shows you step-by-step a few seconds before it actually starts and when you’re already halfway done it’ll let you know keep it up you’re already halfway done! which is an encouragement for me to not give up. I rate this five stars, especially for somebody that’s a beginner or somebody that works a lot of hours and really doesn’t have the time go to the gym. This app is great!!!... AND FREE 👌🏽💪🏽

A MUST HAVE APP!!!!. I was skeptical like a few other reviewers had mentioned. First work out took away any doubt and skepticism I had. This has changed my life on so many levels. I hope my review gives you confidence that this app will get you in shape and on to a better you. I’ve used the free version for quite sometime now, but plan on going premium as I can’t imagine what else they have to offer. To the creators, a huge THANK YOU for helping me lose 25 lbs and change my lifestyle. I don’t have tons of money, especially for a gym membership (much less a personal trainer). Life-Changing App for Building Workout Routine. Absolutely love it and recommend to all my friends. I’ve been doing morning workouts with it for 111 days now, without a single day of break. For me the best part is that you can choose the difficulty level - when I just started and often felt like skipping a day I just looked for an easier workout and did stretching or lying-down legs one, etc. Also, love all the helpful filter like “no-jumps” or “standing only” - helps you find an appropriate set for a hotel room or avoid waking up downstairs neighbors, haha. Just one ask here. I see you guys keep adding more & more workouts, but somehow they don’t appear in “playlists”/groups sorted by difficulty (Beginer, Inrermediate, Advanced). So I have to go to “All” and then apply filters to find them. I didn’t know that at first and missed some really cool workouts, just doing old ones on repeat. Could you please update those lists once new workouts added? Thank you, thank you 🙏🏻

This app changed my life!. I use to be obese, self conscious and very unhappy with how I felt. I started this app just doing one 7 minute workout a day. Once I felt stronger I did 14 minutes then 21 minutes then 28 minutes. I now workout in the gym 5 days a week went from a size 16 to a size 4! I have been working out daily for 8 years now. I just had a baby and am now starting the process over again- doing 7 minutes a day, then I will add on until I feel strong enough to start lifting and head back to the gym. You can do anything for 7 minutes!

Wow! Just what I needed! I can stick with this.. I am sitting out in a very rural area in 12” of snow, my hiking trails are impassable, road is solid ice with piled stuff along both sides so I can’t get out and walk. Have been fussing around with Silver Sneakers and My Fitness Pal stuff, just can’t get motivated or find stuff I want to do. This just popped up on me in App Store, looked interesting. I have done 2 workouts so far, and it’s amazing how much I feel I’ve worked in 14 min! Easy to follow, glad you added music, and I’m looking forward to trying more of them. I’m going to try to do several a day at different times, try to dump my covid (and laziness) chub. This is great and I feel like I can succeed with it.

Great App I’m not using anything else. This app is amazing. This is my very first time using it and all i have to say it that it is wonderful. It motivates you in the best way and makes it seem like the workout is two minutes long. I swear I blinked and I was already done. I love how they have the avatars doing the workouts so you can see exactly how you are supposed to be doing each exercise. The avatars help you so you can get in a great workout while doing each exercise correctly. I love how the app plays upbeat music to get you in a good mood. The music helps me a lot so I feel confident in myself and not talk down about myself. Like I said today is the first day of me using this app and I am so excited to learn so many new things that the app has in store for me on my journey. I would totally recommend this app to so many people and I’m so happy my friend recommended it to me. I WILL be using this everyday so I can stay motivated and happy. Excellent design and meaningful progress. So easy to fit in your schedule, and give you a real workout! These guys do such a great job designing the app to motivate you and give you challenges that are in your sweet spot… just the right amount of intensity to improve your Fitness, but not enough to hurt you. And you can also regulate your intensity with your fitness level. I’ve noticed so many improvements over the years, and so much more to offer now than it used to. I have no doubt they’ll continue improving it. You can target any body part you want and change things up how you like.

Best workout app I’ve tried; annoying updates. I’m not docking them any stars; still my favorite workout app, bar none. and they are hard at work updating the app, as they say. But the updates sometimes come with inexplicable changes, like when they eliminated the voice countdown at the end of each exercise. One improvement they made long ago was to lengthen the sets on the double sided exercises to 30 seconds each, instead of the too-short 15 seconds. but the one recent update reverted back to 15 seconds each side. (Has since been restored.) It would be nice if they actually specified the changes in the update history that they publish, instead of simply repeating the worthless statement about being hard at work improving the app. That said, the app is incredibly easy to follow with a wide range of different workouts so that you’ll never get bored. The instructional videos on how to perform each exercise are very complete and incredibly useful. And they finally got the music accompanying the workout to modify its volume so that the instructions and countdowns are still crystal clear. It remains my twice-weekly go-to cross training workout (3 sets).

How amazing this app is. It’s a great app I love it so much, it helps you so much it helps you get more in shape and it helps you lose weight depending on how fat you are, and you can lose weight just by watching a video and following all the exercises, they give you a 10 second break and sometimes you have to do 30 seconds of work outs or you have to do 20 seconds sometimes depending on which one you click, it’s a really great app I think you should try it I love it so much and I’m gonna use it all the time because it’s a helpful app, it’s great I love it so much and I’m pretty sure if I love it guys are gonna love it to, I don’t usually write reviews for apps but this one is so great I have to give them credit for whoever invented this they did a great job and I really thank you and hope you get paid for this review or whatever you do forget it a go review, I love this app so much and I’m gonna go back to work because it’s a really great app so yeah I love it so much and I hope you will love it to because if you download it I’ll promise you won’t be disappointed, when you use the app it’s going to help you really good so bye.

I love this app.. The new update was really awesome because I love listening to music while I work out and it made it so easy. I also really like the app because you can choose your workout. I also really appreciate that you can make your own workouts. I mainly like the fact that the workouts are 7 minutes it helps me not give excuses to not workout. I can do it at home and In less than 10 minutes. I think that anyone who is considering getting this app should just go for it. It is free I less you want to pay for the premium. I use the free version and I have not needed anything more than that.

Amazing!!!! The best. This workout app is the best and works like no other. There are many great features and overall this app is the best. When I am typically trying to find a workout app that fits me and my schedule and what helps me it is hard there are a lot of apps that say you need to go on a diet and blah blah blah. Not this one there are simple 7 minute workouts that work like a charm!!! I have been doing three workout once a day every day and I already notice a difference! Listen to your podcasts while exercising!. Love the ability to listen to the workout instructions and my choice of audio at the same time. It's great. Good workouts too! My one request of the developers is to be able to Adjust two things : 1) I want to be able to pick which voice prompts I get (I don't need a voice telling me half way there, or counting down 3,2,1), but I do want them telling me the exercise, and to switch sides). 2) And I like the countdown 3,2,1, but I kinda want that just as beeps. 3) I'd like to be able to set the volume of the beeps separately from the volume of the voice.

The best. I sat around for weeks and told myself i was going to start going on daily walks outside/around my neighborhood. Everyday, i would have the same excuse that i didn’t have enough time. Finally, i started downloading a bunch of different “workout from home” apps hoping that would motivate me more to do something. All the others you had to pay for a subscription to even access half of the workouts and they aren’t very easy to navigate. Most of them, the workouts are either 1) not free 2) too hard to do 3) don’t explain how to do them well enough 4) don’t focus on the areas you specifically want to improve, or all of the above. 7minutes is by far the best workout app and so useful! It’s completely free, it targets what areas you want to work on, and let’s you choose what fitness level experience you are. Within the first few days my legs and abs were burning because the workouts were so effective! The app is so descriptive in what to do and easy to use. Best of all, it’s only seven minutes. So it’s a mental game that makes you feel like you have to do it because there’s no excuse for not having a free 7 minutes in the whole day where ever you’re at!

Great little fitness. Variety of short effective workouts make even a little bit of exercise daily quite achievable. Instructions on how to do each exercise are incredibly helpful too, especially for those unfamiliar with different types of exercise techniques.

Fantastic workouts. The free section, bless them, is just wonderful. I can set my own pace, duration of rest intervals, set my own music… it’s just a beautiful app. As a pensioner, I use this at least three times a week. I can choose from different exercise routines I can easily follow, and target my overall body, or certain parts of it. There is also a calendar with a graph that records how often you exercise. Mine goes back a couple of years. You can also record your weight. I can testify that if I didn’t have this I would probably be in a wheel chair due to poor muscle tone. You just need to provide the willpower to keep at it. And at around 10 minutes daily, there are really no excuses. At about $80 per year it’s well worth the investment. Or go for the free section and try it out.

7 minutes workout. This app is awesome! It’s so easy to pick and choose which workout you feel for. The diagrams to show you the proper position is really handy too! The few second break in between each pose is heavenly!

The best workout APP. I have subscribed to many app in the past few year and this is the best one hands down. Why? Because it gets the jobs down. I was getting so annoyed of watching videos of trainers telling me their life stories, and with this app, you dont have to listen to anyone. There is no time wasted. You just do what you came for. As a quick stats, i have lost 13 kg this year and I know this app has massively helped me in my journey. it’s just a matter of sticking with it, find a routine that work and do it 5-6 times a week. The display is too small. The app is simple and good. I just wish the display of the person doing the movement can be bigger. I’m using iPad and half of the time I have to look at the screen closer to see what’s going on. Also for some reason it drain my battery by 10% for one session, maybe the developer can fix it. Highly recommend. I love this app and have recommended it to so many friends. I have used it for years and it is a stand out in comparison to others (of which I have tried many.) There are so many options for work outs and I mix it up depending on how I feel or how long I have. Sometimes I combine three or four 7min and work outs and other times I stick to just one long one with a specific focus. Very versatile, clear instructions (with videos to help you if needed) and above all it’s free. If you want to do work outs at home (or in your hotel room) and are seeking an app to guide you through a routine - this is the app for you.

I love this app it is amazing I always have time to fit it in because it is only 7 minutes this allows me to do exercises for my needs I do two workouts a day and I can really see a change. Very good app and program. I have a very busy life, so being able to select a seven minute program that slots into my day is very useful indeed. The range of exercises is fantastic and you can work on a specific area. Also assists with tension and stress relief with the yoga options.

Fabulous App.. Working from home during COVID I’m using this App to break up my working day with little 7 minute work outs. I can do 4 work outs in the day and that way I get 28 minutes extra exercise into my day without feeling like I’ve done anything more. Perfect to bookend tasks and help with focus and concentration.

It works!!!!. I was just browsing the App Store searching for free fitness apps, and then I saw this one! I thought I’d just try it out, not realizing that it might actually work, so far I’ve been using this app daily, and I’ve been using it for a week, I’m already seeing abs form, and I’m getting a bikini body!!!! Amazing!. This app has been awesome and has encouraged me to workout more often. There are no ads, good explanations of exercises, a variety of workouts, the option to make your own workout and updates every few days. All of this is 100% free. You don’t even need to pay to get rid of ads, there are just none. Straight forward for at home stuff. I love the different levels and focuses to fit in small work outs. I’ve just started getting back into exercise and this is great to get my heart rate up without being destroyed and put off from trying it again.

Amazed at the results!. So amazed at the results. I used to be at the gym every day and now I can’t do that so have been looking for something cheap, quick and easy to do in the comfort of my own home for ages. This is the one. I’ve only been using it for a month or so and only done the beginner set but I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength and posture. Great to start a habit. Excellent app to really give you a solid platform and to start a habit, I’ve used three apps by 7 M for the last 8 months every single day and they have provided me variety and achievable workouts to really lose weight and tone up.

Personal Accounts. I’ve been using this app for nearly a year now and am really enjoying it. However, I would like to see personal accounts for each member (using email and password) so that your stats are safe as well as transferable through different devices. I have seen some glitches where the stats reset to 0 by itself. Could this possibly be added in a future update to help protect your statistics?

Great app BUT. I’ve been using the app for over a year now and it is absolutely fantastic the only problem that I have the moment is when I go to use it there is random music that comes on very loudly and switches off again while I’m in the middle of my routine is very distracting and very annoying I hope the app developers can give me some guidance I have emailed them but have received no response

Finally has me exercising again!. I love this app, because it makes exercise so achievable and easy. Awesome, convenient workouts. This App is really easy to use with clear instructions. It’s so convenient and mentally, a 7 minute workout is hard to talk yourself out of. Then, once you start you feel encouraged to do more 7 minute workouts and before you know it, it’s been 28 minutes and 180 calories! Great concept - use it anywhere, at any time. WOW. Welcome to the stretching workout. I just got this app and I just did some workouts. Already I am feeling puffed and I’ve only had this app for a couple of days. It’s amazing how it changes your mood in just a few days. I can not believe it at all. It’s unbelievably amazing. I would recommend this app for anyone waiting for a change to their life to someone that just likes a workout everyday. It encourages you to push yourself. It might not help straight away but it is a process and one workout everyday WILL make you feel better and get fit in the long term. Thank you 7 minute workout for an amazing and beneficial app.

Great app for those short on time. I’ve used this app for about a week now everyday and it’s been great. I do the exercise after work, before dinner. Because it’s only 7 minutes, I can easily fit it in even if I finish work later than expected or I’m too hungry to do much otherwise. The alert function is useful too, for when I’m feeling particularly lazy. It also makes me sweat! I very rarely sweat after exercise, even when I was doing full cardio at gyms and hiking! Hope to see some physical progress soon, but in the meantime I would fully recommend the app for those short on time.

A few thoughts. This is a really great app. Just looking for something that targets weight loss in teenagers and something fun to do as well, like a cool down or something. Other than those thoughts I really like this app, it’s helped me become more fit, flexible and muscular. This app also lets you customise your own workouts, so you can do exercises that have proven helpful to you. Thanks guys, this is a wonderful fitness app :)

App training levels are great. I’ve finally got myself into a rhythm with this app. The team listen to feedback. The app is very versatile and simple to use. You can extend standard work out time, rest time and own music. I’m very happy with recommended in-house music now as the beats are great and most important the lyrics are uplifting and positive. Highly Recommend this app.

Brilliant. This product is exceptional. I would suggest to those who get cramps to do warm up, then routine then cool down (even perhaps take some magnesium or hot bath with epsom salt). Surprisingly I worked up a sweat and realised how weak some of my muscles were. Took my migraine away and felt so much better. I didn’t get cramps. It’s not boot camp which is brilliant! Highly recommend it

Great app!. I would highly recommend this app because of how amazing it is! It’s particularly better than other workout apps because it allows you to create your own personalised one, which others don’t have. I also love that you can access your progress because it shows how much I’ve improved since downloading the app! The only negative thing I have to comment is that there should be more of a variety of the original workouts, because it only shows around 5 6 or 7 and they’re mostly beginner workouts. I highly recommend this app though!!

Impressed. I’ve used a few different 7 minute workout apps now. This one gives you a variety of workouts so you don’t get bored (and without making you pay), it links to Apple Health so you can assess your overall health and it provides you progress tracking that is game like but realistic.

Love this App. I love this app and doing micro workouts. 7-10 minutes is easy to fit in a day and being doing micro workouts each day for 2 months and have noticed that I am fitter and stronger in the 2 months that I have been doing micro workouts each day. Eck. I forced myself to do a workout at least 4 times a week until I felt something was missing from my day if I didn’t do it. For a number of years I have been using the 7M Workout app. During that time, I have been diagnosed with cancer. I believe the fitness I had achieved, and the continued use of the app during treatment, has made the side effects of the treatment much more bearable and manageable. I also play tennis twice a week, which would also help with managing the treatment.

7M Workout App. I’ve only just got this app, but I already love it! Unlike other fitness apps, it has no in app purchases or required equipment. There are many fitness apps and goal setting quotes that I’ve tried but never stuck to them. 7M helps me to stay focused AND automatically sets a reminder (which you can change). Workouts have never been so easy!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!. at first, I downloaded this app thinking that it would cost money, but no!! This app doesn’t charge you with anything. It also allows you to make your own workout, which is extremely helpful. I have only been using this for two days and already I feel a BIG change. Although you get extremely bad cramps the next day, that is expected, because this is a fitness app and it is obvious that you would get cramps the next day. But it’s worth it!! I am using this app everyday now. I absolutely LOVE this app. PLUS+ it lets you play music while doing it, AND lets you choose how long of a break you get. No payment needed. Would I recommend this app?- YES!!! I hope the creator sees this because you have made an amazing app and I LOVE IT!! :)))) ❤️

So easy it makes a regular habit. I’ve been struggling to find an exercise habit that I stick to. This app is so easy to use, gives great choice, and because the routines are only 7 minutes I can always find the time so I do it regularly! And it automatically links with my Apple Watch to register my workout. I love it. Give it a try - your body will thank you.

The app I’ve been looking for!. This app is seriously fantastic. The pre-made workouts are nice and diverse and the customise function is one of the best I’ve seen. It automatically places the exercises in the best order for a balanced workout and gives you a range of moves to choose from so there’s something for everyone and can accomodate healing injuries too. All this and it doesn’t cost anything! No hidden fees which is so rare with these apps. I’ve told a bunch of people I know of all different fitness levels to get this app, I can’t recommend it enough!

Great first workout. I just completed my first workout and I can already feeling it work. This app is great for people who want to be fit but not take out a huge chunk out of their segual. You can listen to your music at the same time which really motivated me. Btw you can personalise you’re workout so that u can benefit more from this. Awesome. This app gives me workouts that it thinks that I would like and the workouts are always the time that they say. I really like that it describes the amount of calories that I will burn. Also, I can pick a beginner level workout if I was feeling a bit under the weather or advanced if I’m feeling very top shape. Overall, this is a very great app if you want to burn some calories or have some fun and gain muscles.

Great for chronic pain sufferers. I’m halfway through the free trial week and I absolutely love this app. I’m not often generous with my praise for paid apps, but I have serious chronic health issues and I can actually do these exercises. I can eliminate all the ones on the floor which I cannot do. You can even customize your own music with Spotify or Apple Music. I will actually pay for this and stick to it. It’s easy and even with fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, Hashimoto’s disease, and adenomyosis - I can do this 7 minutes!

Great app!. This is a fantastic workout app! The workouts are very short and the personal trainer audio make the exercises very easy to understand. There are also no hidden fees or monthly subscriptions, unlike other workout apps I have used in the past. However, the one drawback is that the workouts are very short, so if you are looking for an app with longer workouts this is not the app for you. One recommendation for the developers is to organize the app a bit, because it was a bit difficult to figure out at first. However, this was overall a very good app and I really enjoyed using it!

Exercise hater loves it. I Hate exercising, but this works great for me. I started out with just seven minutes and have added time as I’ve gone on . I average 15 min a day know and that is enough to get my heart rate up and break a sweat. I also love the fact that I can switch exercises that are too difficult ( example spilts ) or stress a certain area of my body (example I sprained my ankle this winter and was able to keep working out ). I also love that they track my workouts so I can look back and pat myself on the back and set new goals.

You wouldn’t think much of it until you use it. At first I thought this app was not going to be good but then I got it and I absolutely love it! Personally I don’t have a whole lot of time to do a full workout, but now that I have this app I can do a workout whenever I want for 7 minutes! There are so many options for whatever kind of workout you want to do so no matter what your fitness level is at the workouts on this app are outstanding! Overall it’s a great app for all levels of fitness.

I really appreciate that you’re adding new stuffs, but if that is not gonna be 7 minutes it should be in a different section. Now it’s hard for me to find the 7 minute workouts I want. The reason why I downloaded this 7 minutes workout app was for a quick morning exercise, and now if I don’t pay attention I run out of time on the middle of a 25 minutes session. I hope you can add whatever is not 7 minutes or so, in a different separate section please.

Can’t believe it’s free!!. Working part time as a teenager I can’t really afford to pay for a workout app at this point. Because of that I was really afraid I wouldn’t be able to find one worthwhile....this app proved me SO wrong! This is amazing, the workouts along with the tips and bits of encouragement throughout were absolutely amazing! I can play my music while running the app, set a reminder and it coupled with the health app on my iPhone so I can track my progress with that too. Wow!!! Literally perfect!. I use this and the workout for women app intermittently. They are both just fantastic. This one allowed you to build a 7M workout or freestyle it to completely build your own routine at any time length. I’m so impressed with these app makers. Requests: I’d like to see more boxing moves in the app. I enjoy the cardio in boxing and I've noticed a few of the moves are in there already, but they help me enjoy my workout as I look forward to throwing a few hooks and uppercuts at the end of my workout,

7 Minute workout. I’m disabled and not active like I used to be. This app helps in several ways. It conveniently reminds on my phone that I could use some time to move. It does so Without the bother and guilt I have when a person would remind me. I can choose which set of exercises that suit my need and mood and that won’t aggravate my body. The exercise routines can be edited as I exercise to jump over those I can’t perform while giving me an intensity of physicality lacking in my condition by other activities. If you don’t know the proper form or how to do an exercise this app provides examples that you can see and read.

Best app in its category. I have been using this app for more than 5 years now and it’s been only improving. New features, new exercises, more options. I strongly recommend it to all of you that think you don’t have time to exercise. As the name says jt 7 minute workout per day, for me sometimes twice a day makes a happy and healthy life. Great app. Had this app for a couple of years and it is great! it can be for both women and men so not need to be tired doing the men’s workout! It informs you when to do the workout and the best part is that you can tell your weight & height before starting and it calculates your weight afterwards ! Love the custom workout. This is the only app I’ve ever paid for and I’m happy to still pay for it. It’s so well-designed, and I love the ability to both set up my own personal workouts, and also try new workouts with a click or two. Welcome back. I stopped working out outside of walking over a year ago after having a “slipped rib” that was treated by my chiropractor. I was very scared to injure myself again, but decided to just risk it and start back. This has been perfect way to just get back on the saddle while not overdoing it. I have been doing the random workout each morning and it has been awesome. Love the music, love the short time per exercise, but love overcoming my fear most! I know it’s only 10 min, but doing a morning, lunch, and just after work 10 makes a great little daily workout!

I’m actually excited to exercise. I just downloaded the app today so I’m not sure if the workouts evolve and change as I get better at them yet (I sure hope they do!) but so far I seriously love it. I did two of the 7 minute workouts today which is 14 minutes more than I usually exercise so I call it a win! The beginners one was perfect for beginners and the beginners ab one seriously burned! I can tell this will actually improve my health and I love the progress section of the app that has a calendar and shows your streaks! Super sleek, easy to use, and 100% FREE app 🙌🏻

The best. This is my go-to work out app. I’ve been using it for years! I love it’s SIMPLICITY, the habit tracking feature, and all the optional choices for mixing up my routine. Mostly, I love the way it has voice commands for the exercise and a countdown— so I can focus on working out instead of figuring out what’s next or messing with a timer. One aspect I LOVE is the ability to have music on or off; this was a game changer for me! I have to have my own music and can’t stand the subpar boring music most 7m workouts have.

Great but high background battery usage?. I’ve been using this app daily for months and the workouts, prompts, interface and everything are great. I wish there was an in-app purchase to get rid of the ads. But more importantly, after the latest update it’s been draining my battery in the background for some reason. My phone reported over 4 hours of background activity over the course of today. I hope the developer sees this and fixes whatever the issue is. In the meantime I sadly can’t keep this installed if I want my battery to last all day. Please fix!

Quick and Easy, Just What I Needed. And Free! Was so happy to find this app to start incorporating a variety of workouts into my cycling off days. I’m a sports enthusiast just getting back into higher levels of fitness and play after a 3 year recovery from knee surgeries, and this app is proving to be extremely helpful for breaking back into my old ways. I tried another app but it only had one free workout (7 minute classic) and then wanted a one time fee to unlock other features. Very pleased with the workouts and features of this app. Thank you!

Amazing app with even better results!!. I wanted to use this app to help me get ready for summer. I have been using for about a month now and truthfully see results! Everyone is different but I truly do love this app, and you don’t have to pay extra to keep using it which I love!! It is a free and great app, it also has a nice lady who tells you your time and update :). Overall I recommend to anyone looking for either losing weight, gaining muscle, or even fixing your back! It’s so quick and easy and has workouts for all levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and lots of different time limits (from 7-30 minutes as I’ve seen). It’s so easy to get a good workout in when you have limited time but still feel like you’re making progress! Such a Great App. This is an amazing app. Because you don't have to pay anything. There is an option but it’s not like if you wanted to do a chest workout, something wouldn’t pop up and say buy premium to do this exercise. Overall this app works but YOU have to continue the streak not the app, you can set alarms. But you you actually want to lose weight or stretch you body you have to put effort into the workouts each time, or else your just wasting your time. It DOES work!!!! Best fitness app EVER!!!!

Easy way to build a good habit!. I’ve been using the free version for several years. They really do keep improving it and incorporating user feedback. There are many styles of workout so you won’t get bored, and lots with shorter lengths of time. I don’t love their music but you can turn it off. This makes it easy to put some exercise in more days of your week consistently… and strength and fitness are all about consistency. If your wifi hiccups the app will freeze, but it comes back where you left off.

Keep up the great work. I been using this app for almost 2 years and it keeps getting better. They add more routines for better variety of workouts. Best thing is it is effective. Last year at my physical I weighted in a 220 the heaviest I’ve ever been. That made my decision clear i needed to lose some weight. I did my homework looked at a lot of different apps and this one looked right for me. I made some better food choices and doing this app daily One year later I’m now 209 and in better health than a year ago. Thank you 7M and keep up the good work

Awesome and free. This app was just what I was looking for. I love that it has prebuilt exercises and ones you can build personally. I use the prebuilt ones because it’s easier for me that way. During the pandemic I gained a good 15 pounds and am now the heaviest I’ve ever been at 140. I desperately want to lose this tummy and get back to 125. I’m only on day 2 so far but I’m looking forward to see if I can actually yield some results from keeping up with it and working out at least once daily. So far I love the app. Definitely worth trying out. What’s to lose when it’s free?

I hate exercise and love this!. I lost 45 pounds on keto and I really need to tone up. I can’t stand going to the gym or working out mainly because I don’t know what to do so I really am embarrassed to do it in front if others do I just don’t. I love this app because not only it’s so easy and I lol forward to it but after only a few days I’m learning the moves and feeling more comfortable with them. I love the video instruction and the counting with the music it’s perfect for beginners and people like me who travel for work and make excuses not to exercise : )

Not my thing but loved it.. I am the kind of person who can’t even walk into a gym because I feel judged. My body is also relatively fragile so certain workouts don’t work for me. I am writing this review after my first use. I made a custom workout with all my favorite exercises on it. It was super hard but I made it through. I was sweating a lot by the end but it felt good to be able to workout and feel good about myself without worrying about judgement. I can tell that this will be extremely helpful in getting the body and the mind I want.

Best workout app. I never really found a workout app as good as this I use it in 10th grade when the app was orange and it got even better I lost weight faster then any other apps and there’s timers you can set so you don’t forget and it shows the days you work out and you put your current weight and you can put the weight you have after a couple weeks of workouts I always recommend this app to friends and family and so many work outs for different areas you need to exercise

Custom lacking for knees. So far I’m grateful for an app that makes it possible to get exercise in a busy limited schedule or for people just starting, however there is a lack of information. When we pick an exercise are we supposed to do that one exercise for seven minutes? Or break it up among all the exercises on that page and if so how do we know how long for each? Second in setting up a custom workout in an attempt to understand the above question the first thing I noticed is there are mostly exercises that require a lot of knee impact, not great for those with knee injuries or just starting out. Some of the “trainers” echo so bad you can’t really understand them but like I said for a free app I’m grateful

7 min workout. This Seven min workout is a quick one that you can fit anywhere. When I’m doing the workout I really feel the burn and can feel that I’m actually doing something. If you don’t know how to do one than it teaches you what to do. I love how they have a timer because at the end sometimes I will try to stop but then see that I only have 5 seconds left and count down to do it. This is a really great app if you want to just get your muscles moving and make a change in your body in a short amount of time. I also love how you can create your own work out.

Best of the best. This app is perfect for anyone. As a 11 year old girl, I loved this app- this is a great use for anything. I used this today and went on power legs, first I kept on telling myself I can’t do this but the app repeated some things so that I got the hang of things, not only is this app a great workout it is also gotten my family off of the tv so much. I think this is great for anyone, but I am going back to use more of the app with my sister😁😍I definitely recommend this app!!!!

Love this app. I really like this workout app! It’s like having my own instructor. I’m just beginning to workout, so I like being able to do it in my home (inside or outside) without the idea of other people watching. Once I build my stamina up that may be something I'm no longer concerned with. Aaaaannnnnddd you can build your own workouts and include what you want and not want you don’t or aren’t able to do!! I also like that I can play the music I like. Classes in gyms don’t play the music that gets me going. Highly recommend!!

I never write reviews. Day1: But I had to with this one! Used this app for the first time today, easy to follow, is not long or overwhelming. Lots of workouts for target areas and levels. I started with the beginner workout. Because it’s not time consuming, doesn’t kill you and you choose to do as many as you choose, I can see making these a part of life. I plan to build as I go, tomorrow I’ll do the workout I did today and add a target workout, probably abs. By the end of 30 days, I would have hit all targets and come up with a custom plan. Excited!!!! Day 2: another 7 minutes behind me! Yessss

A great, free option. The ads before the workouts are really short and the preset workouts are certainly satisfactory - there’s good variety and difficulty levels, as well as the ability to design your own workouts (you can make 2 at a time as a free user). For what it is, I think this app is great! The only thing I’d say, is it’s a little disappointing when you select a longer, harder routine, and then find out it’s just the same, short routine, repeated a few times. But like I said, for what the app is (a free, easy to use workout aid) I think it’s great

Omg so good. Definitely one of the best work out apps I’ve encountered and there is a really good team behind all of these. I can genuinely say I enjoy working out with these guys and they have a ton of other apps too so that’s really nice. Also they are C O M P L E T E L Y F R E E which is one of the reasons I fell in love with them because I was searching for a good app that is free:D 10/10 would recommend. Also will you guys please consider making an app for arm workouts? The only one I can find is on the 7 minute workout but I’d love it if you guys would make another one

Great App!. Before the pandemic, I wasn’t finding the time to get to the gym. This app allows me to get in a quick workout whenever I have a few minutes of time (usually right when I wake up and/or go to sleep). During the pandemic, it helped a lot with my aching back working from home. They added a stretch and healthy back workout. You can pick and choose what you want to work on, and view the exercises. It has video examples if you’re unsure how to do an exercise. The app counts down each exercise. I love it and recommend it to my friends all the time!

It’s free AND good. The app functions well, haven’t had any technical difficulties. There are a few 7 minute (as the name implies) presets and a couple longer that are just repeating the 7 minute workouts 3-4 times. There’s an animated guide during the exercise and written explanations plus you tube links if you want to check it out beforehand. Where it shines is custom sets, you pick a dozen or so, change the order if you like, rest intervals and times repeated as well as a rough calorie count. It’s nothing you couldn’t do on your own, it’s just very convenient - and FREE!

Good, short workouts. I love to do these while my son is napping or sleeping. They are quick enough and high impact enough for me, using my own body weight, to just get in a nice fast workout and you can do them a couple of times a day to meet the 20-30 minute workout time. The rest times between exercises are just long enough to give a quick breather before moving into the next exercise and the pictures really help when you’re just getting started if you don’t know how to do a particular exercise.

Great for Mini or Long Sessions. This is perfect for someone who likes to get some movement in right from the comfort of their own home or for someone on the move. I enjoy getting my heart pumping the second I get out of bed, so this is extremely convenient for me. This app is easy to use, great digital design and color scheme, straightforward exercises, and doesn’t talk at you the whole time! Simple, easy, and efficient. You can also add reps, combine workouts, or create a playlist of your own creation if you are looking for a longer, more intense workout. Highly recommend.

Really good just one thing more. I really like this app because you get to do a workout in the app or you can make one just for yourself and pick the things you want and there’s a weigh to keep track. The only thing i wish it had was a weigh part the you can flip your phone put a towel on it and stand on it, so you know your own weigh. But other than I really like this app and I hope you will consider my suggestion thank you love it.💖💖💖. Also for the people who are wondering you have to pay or anything it’s free.

I’ve been using this app for a week... and i really am enjoying the technique that they use when getting you to work out. My friend is a all-star cheerleader so she’s used to working out often and we where working out one day and I was just not determined to finish anything so I thought maybe I can work on getting somewhere and be able to do it at my own pace. This app really lets you do it at your own pace and since the workouts are so short your don’t really have to worry about running out of breath. Some of the workouts are challenging but dedication is how you get your goal!

Best workout app everrrrrr. Absolutely loooooove! Everything is free, no catch to this app at all. I dread working out and 7M workout actually has me looking forward to it! What I love most is the way the workout is organized, it’s set up to keep you going so you won’t burn out and give up halfway through the workout. This app even lets you custom your own work out for free. You can track your health, and even set a timer as a daily reminder for you workout. My doctor recommended 7M workout and I’m so happy she did. If you are looking for a change in your daily activities or weight loss, then look no further!😉

All-Around Great!. The music (optional) is great, verbal cues are just enough and not too much (great!), each exercise is illustrated during the workout in case the user forgets which is great, and there is also a video explanation of it the user can watch in the workout overview for a great and more in-depth understanding of the moves, and the exercises are nicely varied but still effective, and that’s great! I didn’t realize they do have optional longer workouts, and I think that is great as well. I downloaded a few of the 7-minute workout apps, but I am just too satisfied to even look at them! I love it! Great job!

Perfect way to break up the day!. I workout 6x a week but have a sedentary job. Before I know it, 3 hours have passed and I’ve not gotten up out of my chair. I’m not a huge exercise app fan but decided to give this a try. My mind and body are glad I did! Workouts range from beginner to advanced with times of 7 to 16 minutes. No gym equipment needed but you could up your game with bands or hand weights. You can set a reminder within the app or, use the timer on your phone to get you up and moving. The best part - it’s free!! Hats off to the developers!

7 Minute Workout Rating. This is great! I I like how they add music and I also like it really gets your heart pumping in 7 minutes! I really needed this because my mom makes me watch my younger sister all the time! And I rarely get time to myself. So 7 minutes before my younger sister wakes up, I do quick stretches on a Yoga app, then I come to this app and do a quick workout. This really helps me and other people who don’t have time on there hands. And for that, I give this a 5 star rating, and thank you so munch. Sincerely, a 12 year old girl. :)

No BS. It’s free and easy! If your not active those 7 minutes are gonna be pretty tough, but it will get easier and make you feel better. I’m dead after about 2 workouts. I’m only 21 years old and 110 lbs but I haven’t worked out regularly since high school and I feel out of shape! This is a really awesome app, I’ve used others and they all want you to pay or expect you to have a full gym. So if your feeling down and want to start working out you should at least download the app and see what it’s all about! Also I think this app pairs great with MapMyRun.

Great app. This is a good app because it helps you to get strong and skinny it is free it is 7 minutes of different workouts it is good for your child to if you have won!!! It is not long and if you get it and you don't like it then you can delete it but you will like it if you are a workout person and you like to get skinny and a workout then you will like it !! It is free it is good for kids to like about 6 and up it just depends how your child is but my child is 9 and she loves it

love this app!. I never have a plan to exercise until i found i have prediabetes. This alarming sign made me determine to work out regularly. I used to work out too but always quit half way. I found this app which is user and beginner friendly. It has different levels and styles to choose from and the 7-min limit for each session is so much easier for me to stick to it. I have being using it 3 days in a row now and each time 3 sessions which made me sweat a little without exhausting my energy. It made me feel good and it is easy to follow. I hope I could eventually develop the habit of exercise.

7M is AMAZE!. Love this APP!!!!! I discovered it when trying to find a home workout with a class feel sort of solution given a tough work schedule-It’s amazing. There’s so many options in their 7 minutes cycles and I basically repeat each 1×3 making it a full work out as it would be in a class targeting different body components each time. So keep light weights and stretch bands around so I can add intensity if needed. When I don’t have time to do the repeats, i pick between stretches and warm-ups as well as a light workout full body. 5⭐️. I am hoping to get fit and stronger. I spent all day yesterday downloading various workout apps and most of them wanted you to buy a subscription and they did not look like they were worth it. I love that this app is free and although I just started, the exercises seem to be efficient and just long enough to seem manageable while still pushing yourself to finish. I just wish there were more categories and that it were a little bit more customizable, but I will definitely be sticking with this app!

Great When You Need A Quick Workout!. I had some limited time as since I downloaded this app ages ago thought I would give it a go. Plenty to choose from, in all ability ranges. There is a video for each exercise if you want to check out how to do them beforehand. You can change the number of times you go thru the workout so if once just isn’t enough, crank it up! I can say I got my HR up and got good and sweaty. My only beef is I had to listen to the same song Plato g over and over. Would be nice if I could have chosen my own music but maybe that comes with a subscription.

Good app. This is my third day using this app and I am very pleased. I am using the free version and let me start by saying thank you for having a free version. I have very little motivation to work out and the fact it’s only 7 mins helps with that so much. I do it on a quick break at work. And I am feeling sore so I assume it’s doing something. The app has videos showing the exercise if you aren’t sure what to do. I am all around pleased and as I move forward I may end up paying for it to have more options but baby steps for now !
