Purchased before update. Still don’t have full access. I purchased this app before the update and I go to the already purchased function and it says restored successfully but then nothing happens. I’ve deleted the app several times and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted the creators and they assured me that since I bought it before, I do not have to now. The FX function crashes the app

Update ruined the app simplicity. After the last update you took out a bunch of effects and the app just doesn’t even work the same I used this a lot to make quick easy videos and now theres like 8 effects and can only access others through subscriptions I assume? I paid previously to remove watermarks a long time ago now its a mess R.I.P

Easy to use and easy to fail. I was excited about this app and initially found it very user-friendly and able to do the overlay features that I needed it to do but unfortunately no matter how many times I try to save the video it would never save no matter what option or quality i chose. It also deleted all my work multiple times or just shut down so I really found it inconvenient and not worth having if it won’t save any of the hard work that I put into making my videos

Good app but few bugs. I worked on a project for 10 minutes and decided to pay 6 dollars to unlock everything. Then I discover some bugs by adding photos in the video. First of all, I can’t adjust the length of the photo duration in the video. Second, during the display page of the photo and video selected. The display image randomized every time I added additional image or video. Please fix it.

Not the best. This editor is okay and all, but there are many more editors in the App Store that are better editors, run better on low end devices, have more features, and have better features, like iMovie. It even has a “?” button that helps you figure out how to use the app if you are confused. It takes a few minutes to figure out and is a lot better. The reason I give it 2 stars though is because you can still use it and it functions as an editor. Also I’m not sponsored by Apple or anything lol

Add on Purchases?. I’m new to all this so please! I downloaded VidLab and made a couple of add on purchases from the pop up that comes out while using the app. All Stickers Pack and All Filters Pack. Neither of the two were what I had clicked nor wanted ( wanted Video Effects Pack ) either way when I open VidLab to play around with what I purchased I can’t seem to find or know where the packs I purchased are? Is there something I need to do in order to unlock / use the packs I purchased?

Great app. I was very pleased with this app when I first got it. However, for the past few months I noticed that adding text to the vid doesn’t stay put after saving your clip (text gets cut off, not visible on clip and not on the same placement.) I have emailed their support and they are aware of it. Once the dev fix it, I’ll be happy to put them back at 5 stars.

Needs updated after 2 years!!. This is a really good app for video editing, however it’s struggling to search for music (which I think it should branch to more than iTunes in my opinion) and it hasn’t been updated in at least 2 years. Developers need to take care of this app or there will be more bugs arising in the future.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. First of all, there are buttons everywhere and they all mean basically the same thing. I teued to make a simple video (just mashing up a bunch of videos to create one whole one) and it took me SIX tries. Then I tried to add music to it, I have apple music and this every single time i would press on a song it would say “make sure the song is downloaded”. It was downloaded. So then I tried to look up music and it took FOREVER to load. Forever meaning it loaded for ten minutes then glitched out of the app. I hate this app never downloading it again.

? Music tracks?. This app WAS awesome ... until they deleted the ability to add music. Donde esta music track add? Donde es!!. Tried to go to the app support instead of writing this on your review section , but alas, that lead to an unavailable page? Very sad . I will give you 3 stars for now . When the music track comes back, I will give you the 5 stars . Sound fair ? Excellent. Thanks so much .

Still keeps crashing - no excuse for this considering its $$. I’ve had free apps that work better than this app. There is no excuse for an app to crash as much as this one does, and I want my money back. Please note that I updated my IOS *and* made sure I had the most recent version, the one they claimed that this bug was ‘fixed’. Am upset by all the time and effort lost to compile my video and for it to be completely gone after many efforts to revive it. Five stars had this thing worked cleanly ONCE.. which it didn’t. Remove it from the App Store please - this is a total waste of valuable time and effort when trying to thoughtfully create something.

Good... but. I wish we didn't have to buy, like, everything. It's like you're desperate for money 🙄 and it's extremely annoying how you don't have an online music catalog where you can pick music without payment 😐

The App Is Ok.. Everytime I do a search for a song that I know is in my music library it just keeps searching and searching, but never pulls the song up. Plus, for $5.99 we should be able to start an effect where we want to have it start at. Also, for that price I wish that there were a little bit more effects to be used. Plus, I'm not able to access everything that it said I could. I can't change filters or anything. Please fix this...$5.99 is a bit much to be paying for an app that doesn't work properly.

Always Room For Improvement. Overall awesome APP. Just wish we could get an increased time of at least 5 minutes for You Tube videos. Also could use a brightness option without the brightness looking so foggy. Maybe also some new overlays like a really cool halftone comic strip as well as higher video quality. Always room for improvement.

From ok to unusable.. This app used to work ok despite having its random crashes. Now even after several updates to the app it’s just trash. Audio does not get removed from the clips you add post saving, app keeps asking for you to upgrade to pro even though you have already paid for pro, etc. I just don’t understand how you have a good working app and push updates that are suppose to make it better but instead make the app worthless.

Start From Scratch. When I am making a video project, I can’t add in new videos after choosing, so I have to make a whole entire new project and start from scratch again. This app should really include the feature where you can import new videos to add on the videos that are already there during the making of the the project.

Perfect App When Not Crashing. I’ve haven’t been able to successfully use this app for months because whenever I need to edit some clips together in my camera roll after I choose the first clip the app crashes 🙄. It’s really annoying and disappointing.

Love it but fix some problems. I love this, I can upload vids without a problem but I had a bit trouble. It didn’t show what I was typing in and also it didn’t let me rewatch the vids either. If you can fix these small problems that would be awesome. Love what you did with this app and keep up the good work

I feel robbed. I'm happy to spend money on an app that developers work hard to create. I spent the money to unlock everything in the app..and now when I go to save a simple video clip with music..it will not save and the app crashes, forcing me to start all over again. I would be so incredibly frustrated had I put any amount of effort into putting this clip together. Please make an update so I can actually use the app and save a clip. I'll happily change my review from one star

Does not save!. I’ve been experiencing an issue where I create a video and select the size I want to save it as and it begins to save, but about a quarter of the at through it just stops. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, I e tried restarting my phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing works! This issue needs to be fixed.

Excellent!. This app is the easiest editing app out there honestly. There are a ton of different filters and settings to choose from that the other apps haven’t offered. Also, this app is fool-proof so for someone with no video editing experience you can really edit several clips in under five minutes. It is worth the money to get the filters too. The video collages and slideshows are perfect for Instagram stories. If you’re having trouble uploading videos I just updated my phone and restarted it and my videos uploaded perfectly (I have the iPhone X). Overall it’s a great easy app!

I really like it but there’s some glitches I hope get fixed. This is an incredible app however I paid the $5.99 to have everything unlocked and the watermark removed I only have one font and I cannot change the colors or anything else it does this weird glitchy thing and I’m not able to access all the things that was said I could access by unlocking the entire thing for 599. So I’ve spent money for this and I can’t do beyond with the free features are. Please help(it wasn’t for that it would’ve been five stars)

What Happened?. What in the world has happened to this app? It started off needing to pay for every little thing. Then it would work half the time. Then it updated and I couldn't get my purchases restored, customer service was non existent (kept trying to give me help for an entire other app) so I had to wait for the next update. That finally happened and the performance is worse than ever. Any filters I add, the video just disappears. I try to add music which I had to purchase on iTunes, won't load to video and if it does the final won't save nor play half the time. You know the saying 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it?' We'll ignore that, you guys broke it and you be doing everything you can at the moment to fix it.

I ALMOST loved this app. This app could be fantastic. I really like some of the features and options and happily spent the $5.99 to loose the watermark and unlock some extras BUT after about 2 hours worth of work... right when I was about to hit save on a deadline I was almost late making for work, it crashed. I tried restarting the app, restarting my iPhone and even deleting the app and re-downloading but now every time I go to start a new project and add even just one video, it crashes again. I have tried this about 20 times and have no idea what to do next. I ALMOST loved this app.

Great app, still has bugs. So far this app has been amazingly easy to use, but it has also been frustrating. I had to make my first video project over again 5 times because the original video would turn black, or sometimes the images I add will show up whenever they want, not according to when I set them in the timeline. It kept glitching out, making me have to start over. Also, I am also having issues with my text exporting different than it looks in the project. Often too big, and sticking off the edge of the picture. Otherwise, the timeline is super straightforward, and amazingly easy to use/ figure out. I love the app, I just hope it becomes more stable in the future. Will change to 5 stars when I feel the app stops glitching.

Unsure.... Haven't had this long enough to have a real opinion, but seems user friendly. I don't like that it seems pretty expensive to unlock the available features, or that you are prompted to leave a rating in order to unlock a free feature. So...give it a try, but I wouldn't pay until you get a chance to really play with it. Js.

Great features if it would stop crashing. I've set up and edited my video more times than I care to admit and every time I try to finalize the placement of my text boxes, the app freezes and crashes. Every single time. I would like to see an option to mute video audio before overlaying music. I'd also like the option to save pieces of progress so I don't have to repeatedly create my video over and over again only to have the app crash anyway. Incredibly frustrating and at this point unuseable.

Unnecessary😤. I do like this app, it is very easy to work with. But it is really unnecessary that they would make you pay money for the simplest things, I would prefer them to at least not let us pay for removing the logo on the video or collage. It's just so unnecessary that we would have to pay for something so little and tiny. So I would like them to update the app so we don't have to pay for removing the logo anymore.

PLEASE FIX IT. You really need to fix this app. Sometimes (most of the time) when I add a voice recording and save it, the video I saved doesn’t have any sound at all! IT IS REALLY ANNOYING!!! Secondly, sometimes (again most of the time) when I save a video, after 3 seconds in the screen just goes black! THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING TOO. Please fix these issues because this is the only good editing app!

Could be improved. Firstly, I think this app is pretty cool and definitely has a lot of potential. I love that its default when clicking the video you want to add is to crop a minimum of three seconds from it (you can use the entire thing) as some video editing apps don't give you the immediate option to crop your videos within the app. My problem lies in the transitions and the watermark– it would have been useful information to know that the watermark (which is only $2 to remove, but still not willing to pay it rn) takes up about 10% of the screen in the bottom right. It's the biggest watermark I've ever seen. As for the transitions, there are only about five or six, and they're very odd. I just wanted a simple fade-out to fade-in, but one was not offered. The app is definitely a great app, but for these two problems, I've knocked down a star.

Crash, downloading issues,. When editing a 19 minute video, 2-3-hours later going to download said video it wouldn’t download. Then when it got to 100 %( after trying again) i thought i finally made it but it stayed on 100% and didn’t finish exporting. After trying again and again (legit two more times) it finally downloaded. But not after i figured out that i can only edit about 4-5 minutes at a time (of the same video) then download and re-upload the same video until I’ve finished editing the entire video. Confused yet ? I figured. Other than that i enjoy the app and the amenities just wish that wasn’t a problem seeing how it’s such an important step in the process.

Hate the update. I gave it one star because with the new update you guys made this app is no good for my family videos I love making. You guys give the option to remove the background noise and replace it with music but once it is saved it is saved with ALL the noise plus the music playing all at the same time. It also keeps crashing makes it take longer to create a simple 4 minute video will take about 1 hour from all the issues. Please fix it or refund me my money.

Won’t save text location properly. This app is simple and I loved it before I tried saving my first video. I payed to have the watermark removed and proceeded to add text to a photo as a video (with “animated” text). The text simply will not save it’s size or location of placement when exported. Looks perfect in the app, save it - looks like garbage - oversized text hanging off the edges, other text tracks getting half cut off. Very strange and glitchy. Would not recommend at all. I wish it worked because it looks great before you try to export/save.

This app won’t let you use features you PAID FOR. I literally paid to get the watermarks off my videos when I first downloaded this a few years back. Haven’t used the app in awhile, tried to use it now and it’s telling me i have to pay again to unlock a feature I ALREADY BOUGHT!? So yeah, basically they’re stealing money from people and not providing the services they promise! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP!! If you won’t let me use the service I paid for then I want to be refunded the money I spent!

Frustrated. This used to be my go-to app for editing. It has some great features, and it’s really easy to use for a novice...when it decides to work. The pictures go blank when I start the slideshow and either the project won’t save or the app will force close. When it will let me save the project, it only lets me save in the power resolution, which is very blurry and unusable. I’ve tried downsizing my project to no avail. I really miss when I could rely on this app. The two stars are for my previous experience with the app. If I were just rating on the app right now it would get one star.

😍😾. I've been using vidlab for almost a year now.. I use ur app for making edits. I use the text feature to make lyrics on videos. And then u guys had to update it🙄 i post edits on musically for my fans. I have 500k+ followers and they keep requesting lyric videos. So today I tried to make one again and I spent like 30-45 minutes trying to make. Then finally I went to save it.. and it moved and the freaking text around🙄 it happens every time I try to save it. It's annoying af. So if u guys could make an update maybe where IT SAVES THE VIDEO AS I MADE IT that would be great.. but until then I'm not using ur guys app.

You pay for everything.. Once you have this app and the features you want, it's actually pretty nice. However, you have to pay to unlock basically everything, and that gets incredibly tiring after a while. I'd have preferred not to pay for everything, especially considering I'm giving this app a test run before I actually commit to it.

App is buyable but no more updates or service. I bought this app a few months ago and it no longer works. Looking at this developer’s accounts across social and here they seem to have abandon ship. This is immensely disappointing considering there are FX I love about this app but can no longer save. Big bug fix needed but the developer is no longer interacting anywhere it seems. Curious why Apple is still allowing this person to sell their app when they offer zero tech help.

Issues changing fonts/colors. I like the app but having spent $5.99 to get all the updates I was hoping to not have any issues. When I overlay text on a video, then attempt to change font styles, the fonts do not appear. Plus the color displays is crunched at the bottom of the screen. I have the iPhone X so perhaps that is why...however, the text overlays is the only reason I bought the app so I need to have that option working properly. Unfortunately since the things I need most don’t work...I can’t for 4 or 5 stars Luke I wanted to. Can you please help?

A lot of problems. Just tried to use this app to change music to a video. The app has problems when you delete a track then re-add a track, showing multiple copies of the same track. Then when I got the video to play back how I wanted with the music synced and the sound of the original music muted, the saved version has both tracks playing on top of each other 🙄🙄🙄

Decent. After searching for hours for the perfect video editor app, this one is great! It has pretty much everything I need. But if it's so awesome, why three stars? Well, I have to agree with over half the people who send reviews. No one's gonna download this app if everything costs real money. I've been getting sick of video games that have awesome things but you have to pay ten bucks to get it. It's not worth it. All I want is to finish my random gaming vid, but all the cool stuff I want/need has to be bought. Either make everything cheaper, or don't give a price at all. It's just an app on a stupid mobile device. I do have a few suggestions, though. 1) The option to shorten the time of the texts and sounds. 2) The option to add emojis in the video. 3) Be able to place the pics or vids in the order you want even while editing. If that happens, you'll get five stars from me. This app is a good place to start, it just needs more freedom WITHOUT having to pay for imagination.

It's pretty awesome but.... It's an amazing app with outstanding potential for mobile editing but my only problem was that I couldn't use all my videos , there length wasn't long or too short and no other effects were used , just plain vid and it wouldn't load but all other videos that I have will load so idk what's up . Hope this gets fixed

Needs some serious updates. Cool attempt but still glitchy. Music continues playing on next projects. Have to restart app. Editing text within the text boxes you create is almost impossible. After it is written, to get the cursor to land in the correct spot for an edit can’t be done. You have to delete the phrase and start over. When selecting the video you have to do it 2x before you can add it to the project. Should be able to 1. Shorten text to 1 second length 2. Remove animation from either beginning or end of added text. 3. Listen to iTunes music track before choosing to add it. (Annoying) I really wish I could have my money back on this purchase. If they updated the 3 things listed it would greatly improve usability. Until that happens please wait to purchase. Good luck everybody.

Bring Back Old VidLab. Vid Lab use to be a great video editor so much so that I bought the full version and many many quality videos with, amazing features. With the new update it’s an entirely new app that is difficult to use and no where near as good as it use to be. Bring back the old vid lab we know you have it still on file and if you would like to make “ updates “ like this. You can make a whole new app.

Bug???. I love this app! I have been using it for years. I got a new phone a couple months ago and this app didn’t download with it. It took me forever to find this app again. It worked perfectly for a day and then started to bug out. When I set a photo and try to add a music track I can’t hear the music in relation to the photo. I would love to get it fixed and be back on track!

Excited but soon disappointed. Is there a way I can get money refunded? First my work is not saved... I cannot go back and edit. The video trims the letter... That means re work and have to redo everything from start. Time extension is only at the beginning ... If you want to change it's all do-over. You save the video and go back to edit without exiting, your text cannot be edited. Oh list goes and on and on... It's a good start but I hate to give 2 star.

Glitchy!!!. I love this app and find it very easy to use. It’s very logical which I like. My problem is that the more artwork you add or the more transitions you add or whatever feature - the app starts glitching. It won’t keep the artwork where u place it, it overlaps the artwork, and it won’t move it. Even if you hit delete. It is frustrating because sometimes it works and sometimes it glitches. I love the app and all the features, I just wish it worked consistently. Also, I upgraded to PRO version and barely noticed a difference with the options. I wish there were more artwork/emoji/word options. Also, I wish you could add artwork in smaller sections- for example- I sometimes want to add a final comment at the end of my video but the minimum is longer than the last moment of the video. Can you make the smallest appearance shorter? Overall it’s great but glitchy.

UPSET. Im so upset i just bought the full version and its very buggy. When i go back to add more photos instead of showing all photos i had already loaded it shows duplicates randomly that i never duplicated. Also when i open an effect at the time of saving many photos are missing that i had included on the video. The effect “let it snow” doesn't even load and while playing it doesn't even show my pictures either, just a blank screen.

Could be better!. I love this app, it's simple to use and fun! But... there should be an update soon for more effects, as it does get boring with a select few. The text glitch doesn't bother me too much, but it's a problem for many people that I'd suggest also trying to update. I give it four stars, it's still pretty fun!

Crashes. Starts to crash at the project save stage which almost made me destroy my device because I had just finished my first painstaking editing and then saving it led to the app crashing. After reloading the app I had to start again. Fix the bug now or I will bill you for the hours I spent on editing. Or I can just send someone to throw bricks through your window.

GREAT APP. It's a great app but when adding music to the vid u have to have that song on ur device. Most songs I don't have so could u add a option were u can pick a song of itube.

Needs an update ASAP!. I’ve been using this app for a very long time now and it’s BRILLIANT with my videos. But it takes double the amount of time to make a video because the app always stuffs up. Sometimes the video won’t appear but everything I put on top (text, images etc. stays there. Meaning I need to start again. The text tool doesn’t let me change its font. VIDLAV NEEDS AN UPDATE! 😡

Alright: it not great but not bad. It's a alright app but needs improvement I can't access Instagram when I already have it on my phone to upload the vid or photo story,it says I have to install the app plus the music button needs to be a bit bigger in size for people to press on it to access music 🤔😠

I use it for almost everything. It's probably the best video app I have but it does have some glitches here and there. Other then that it's really good for editing videos

Adds. It won't let me remove your adds anymore after I'm done editing, on any of your apps. I've spent ages trying to and it's a major let down.

Good in theory but buggy. Love the concept and paid out for the full package. I’m having issues however with text and graphics not appearing in the actual video as they appear in the editor, which is very frustrating. Sometimes I’ll also lose the whole project, and not being able to save a project and re-enter it in editing mode is annoying.

Lots of bugs. It worked fine for a day but no I can't save or upload your videos, and I bought the pack that says all add ons but apparently I don't have access to filters! Please help!

Frustrated. I got this app and bought in app purchase for extras. Went through and made various slide shows with music over several hours - none saved. No idea what the minute limit is, the app allows lengthy footage then takes you through to the video quality grading as if there are plenty options but nothing saves.. NOTHING SAVES! Frustrated

Watermark issues. I like this app but for some reason it won’t let me upgrade to the paid version without the watermark??? Have attempted many times.

VidLab. Every time i go to download a video, it says that it could not download and to try again later. I have restarted my phone & the app and it still doesn't seem to be working. Please fix

Worst updates ever !!!!!!!...Ripped off again!!!!. Tired of repaying for this app it is a Rip and says updates will give back what you already have brought...but makes you repay all over again and re locks features and adds stupid water mark again. Great. I've seen so many apps that do this stuff but this Is the best one so far and even tho you need to pay for some effects it's still a lot cheaper than most apps

Needs Serious Update. I’ve used this app for years and always loved all the animation filters like the flames and the lightning however since the update they’ve all gone and it’s really upsetting. I used to really enjoy using those filters and I even PAID to have them and now they’re simply nonexistent. The app is extremely buggy and crashes every time I try and create a video. Whenever decided to totally paywall all the interesting features in the app and take away the fun video effects that made I’d unique needs to be smacked

Crashing. This app is AMAZING! Until it crashes. I spent ages on my video and I was thrilled that for once I was able to finish it before it crashed. I pressed the save button-the screen went black This is more frustrating than flappy bird. 40 minutes of editing and I get nothing out of it.

AMAZING!!!. It's fantastic and awesome to use, it has all these cool filters and awesome stickers plus you can make it snow and rain in the background of what your video is. It's just cool!!!

Great App 👍👍. I use this app a lot to do videos for Instagram, it's so easy to use and I get so many comments asking how I do it. The quality and effects are great, wish there were more video effects though, I'm obsessed with those. ❤️❤️❤️

Waste of money. Don't get this app, the only way to use it is to buy the features. I spent $10 to unlock them and they aren't even worth it (which I would've known had they let me preview before I paid to unlock them). The video effects aren't even good, take forever to work and load, and you can't resize or move them. Also the app has crashed a few times. Terrible waste of money until it has had a lot of work done.

Not as good. The video go to fast ,it would be awesome if we can adjust the second between pictures is longer,so we can enjoy to see our pictures more.i don't like it you set time between pictures only 4 seconds that is too fast.

Doesn't work anymore😩. This was my go to app... but since getting the iPhone 6 plus it no longer works. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it was great when I could use it😏

Good & Not Good. So I downloaded this app because it seemed like the best one for video editing, filters and adding text.. I even paid for the full version. But what I soon realised is that once you save a video, that’s it. You can’t go back into it, it doesn’t save as a draft or a project, nothing. Maybe I want to save it as a medium file size and a HD size too? Also, after editing and adding all my text etc, I play the video and it seems fine... I save it and watch it from phone gallery, and the text is all over the place and it’s out of sync.. what the?! AND to add to it, I decided to add music and when I searched the store for something, it completely froze on “searching” and I couldn’t cancel it, couldn’t go back, and couldn’t SAVE IT. So I had to close the app and start again for a 3rd time.. what did I pay for? Yeah I have regrets... *face palm*

Paid over $8 for this app and it won’t save!!!!. Frustrating!!! Thought app looked good and then decided purchase at a steep app purchase price of over $8, only to discover the App does not save any videos. Keeps shutting down??? And app support link does not work!!!

Overall practical and easy to use but changes the colors of the videos. I use it to edit my videos and they end up looking super dark and orange :/

Make you pay subscriptions now & no help from support team. I used to use this app ALL THE TIME a few years ago to make little edits. It was great. Now, flash forward 4 years and they make you pay outrageous prices for “subscriptions” to be able to use music, etc. Additionally, last year before all the subscription nonsense, I paid $2 to upgrade to the pro version so their vidlab watermark wasn’t on the video anymore. Although now when I try to remove it, it tells me to pay the subscription and when I hit previously purchased it does nothing. A total scam. When I emailed the support email about this, the told me to do what I already did. When I emailed back, no reply. It’s been week. I sure would love a refund on what I paid for the pro version last year, but I know I sure won’t be getting that back.

NEEDS BUGS FIXED ASAP!!!. I had the free version then bought the full as I liked the effects and it has similar effects and features as Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing software I use on my computer. After I made a video that took me a couple of hours to edit, the photos I had on top of the video in some areas were suddenly moved to other places, and it would not let me move them back easy, and some of the effects were not applying to my video, and had issues re sizing stickers too. I spent so much time re doing things I wasted my entire night. I could have done things faster with Premiere Pro, and with more precision too. Super annoyed with this app... not sure if it's the current version or what, but PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I make videos regularly for You Tube and for part of my income... and paid for the full version of this app. PLEASE FIX THIS. My text on my videos moves when I save it. This was a waste of money.

Editing. I just saw someone use this on musical.ly it looked so cool and it looked so easy to make edits with!

Edited, downloaded, didn’t work!. I edited my music, text and etc. after I download and watch, there’s no music, text and etc... I’m so disappointed that I wasted my time editing this video. I even paid more features and it’s isn’t worth it.

Beware, glitchy and ongoing charges. I purchased the full version of this app a few years ago… it recently automatically updated, and now it’s making me purchase it again. It’s glitchy - I used to be able to remove the audio from my original clips, but the new version doesn’t work. Even when I add a music track and mute the original audio, you can hear the audio on the final export. Beware.

completely frustrated. It takes SO long ya input clips and there is no indication that’s what’s happening so your just left wondering if the app is frozen ooorrrrr....what? I couldn’t edit 9x16 flipped clips against 16x9 regular clips without one of them being the wrong way. It isn’t intuitive at all, i wish I could get a refund. Using Inshot now, which is MUCH better.

Not what i expected. I believed that i could add my own text at different time spans on the video, but instead they gave me "artwork" for stickers that i was not interested in using... the transitions were chunky, many features had to be paid for, and i was very dissapointed

Pretty good, but has a few things..... It is a great FX app, but the app has crashed twice after getting it ten minutes ago. Also there’s no projects folder so you could go back to project. All in all, I’d recommend this app for realistic FX and fun tracks.

Can’t add music. I’ve recently been having an issue adding music to videos. The songs are downloaded to my phone but are unable to be added. There is no error pop up either. The music just won’t add :(

A standout editor. The interface is solid and easily understood while providing some great tools for making unique videos.

In app purchases. i just bought a filter in the app hours ago and it still hasn’t saved, the rest of the app is fine and works great but i should be able to pay for something and be able to us it.

Not so great. If the app worked, it would be a fantastic app for quick video edits. Unfortunately, every time I try to add a song to a video...the app freezes and then I lose my entire project. I try to save my project and it won’t save. I try to add transitions to my project and once I’m done the entire project is solid grey when it plays back to me. I don’t know what’s going on with this app but I even paid the extra money for all the features. What a waste.

Ugh.... This app is GREAT when it works properly. You have to pay for everything, then not to mention sometimes your videos and photos come up blank and you can't see anything but black... I'm currently searching for another app that will work all the time especially if I'm spending money on it. 😒

Music I just purchased won't import. Every time I try to add music it says "check that the music you purchased is downloaded on your phone & doesn’t reside on iCloud " Well, I just bought it and I can play it is my iTunes, of course it's downloaded on my phone. Ugh, so frustrating

Looks great, continually locks up and I have to close it out. Each time I try to create a video I will go in and I'll trim one clip but then the second clip may lock it up or the first or third. As soon as I bring a new clip in it may work but at some point a clip I add as soon as I hit a button the app completely locks up and has to be completely closed out. Looks like a potentially great app.

App keeps crashing!. I have tried more than 8x to create a project with this app and it has crashed every time. I get to a certain point in the project and it shuts the app down. I also don’t like how you can’t save anything unless you’re done and it’s ready for publishing. Very hard to do when it won’t even allow to finish the project. This app is extremely frustrating and I’m looking for another app!

This update is okay.... I like the old Vidlab better where I think it didn't have a watermark. I would use it to make lyric videos and now I can't due to a watermark. I would usually put the editor in the description but I guess that's no longer the case.

Awesome. It could not be better I am able to do so much without getting premium although I do wish premium was cheaper

Flaws. Editing “text” should be easier. The length of time text is showing should be at the full discretion of the person creating the video. Editing the length of a photo in the video is automated. It should be at the discretion of the person creating the video. Once you’ve added text you cannot go back to add a photo or video, you will lose all of the text you’ve created. Choosing the quality of the video to be HQ (even if purchased) is sometimes not an option making text & photos blurry in the final project.

Start From Scratch. When I am making a video project, I can’t add in new videos after choosing, so I have to make a whole entire new project and start from scratch again. This app should really include the feature where you can import new videos to add on the videos that are already there during the making of the the project.

Not great.. I used this app for the first time last week. Wasn’t that user friendly really. Anyway, why is it, when I place the text onto a video, the text has to stay up for a few seconds and you can’t shorten the term of the text being up? Made my video look a bit silly because of that. Shorten the time and it would be ok? Go on. Do it. If the iMovie app can, I’m sure you can too. V

Having to pay for everything. Having to pay for everything is not worth it also I don't know how to adjust the volume for music and when I try to post the video it won't let me because copyright. Also when it's saving it logs me out and I have to start all over again

Glitchy and music doesn’t line up. If you need an app to quickly throw some clips together this works. Bjt the music doesn’t line up with the start of the video (there’s like a half second silence of music so it always sounds like you don’t know how to start audio at the beginning) and the app glitches a lot

I love the app when it works.. I have redone a video three times and the music will not play when it is downloaded to my phone. The first one I made worked just fine but the second will not cooperate and I even subscribed to the app.

Terrible, not recommended. The app barely allows you to do anything with your videos and doesn't provide any free songs. It also won't let you mute the video which is inconvenient for adding music. I accidentally closed out of the app while editing and my entire video got deleted. This app is a waste if time and doesn't make creating videos easier at all.

Would be great except. Got this so I could make drum covers; record myself then overlay music onto it. It won’t let me import any of my songs. The app says it’s unable to import and to make sure the song is downloaded on my device. It is downloaded on my device. I have tried with many different tracks but it won’t work. Please fix this.

AMAZING. Like it says it’s the best video editor for and iPad and it’s AMAZING. You can insert images, and put titles, music, and more! Even cool filters! The only down side is that you have to wait a while if you put a title or images before they go away, but other than that totally recommend it rlly good for future YouTubers!

Great. I love this app I have pro version and use it for editing all my gaming clips but suddenly, as of today I have absolutely zero sound from the app. No matter what I do. Reinstalled, turned my phone off, checked the video in phone. Will easily give 5 stars if this gets fixed.

It can be good when it acts right. It keep crashing and also the fact you can’t use your Apple Music songs on the videos lame too...it only lets you use ITunes which is weak..I stream my music as I feel like majority of others do..anything on ITunes is played out...outside of those 2 it’s not bad

Waste of money. So I thought I’d try it out, and I saw it was on sale to get everything unlocked. Me being me I want for the deal and I paid the $5.99 for everything to be unlocked, but now every time I open the app it crashes and won’t let me Do anything. Is there anyway I can get my money back or what? I am be on the livid about this and can’t believe this happened. What a waste.

WHAT HAPPENED????????. I could use this all the time for anything but now I can’t even duplicate pictures…it’s difficult to work around and why did you take off the fades for the music to come in and out??? Bring back the tools man. Fix this or have pop up instructions on how to use the new app…Like I’m confused on why everything the app had before was great is gone….

Interesting. I've used the app before, but it's updated majorly since the early summer of 2016. I'm okay with the updates and all, but I liked the old version better. Just saying my opinion, that's what a reviews about anyways.

Very well made. Even without purchasing effects and other items, this app is still very well made and easy to use!

This app has so much potential but too many glitches!. In theory it does exactly what I want it to do. However, you cannot render multiple animations on the same object, it crashes if you try to add video fx, and the music only gives you the option to import from your iTunes and not your iCloud or other folders. Reallly disappointed because this is exactly what I am looking for.

Really Enjoy Using This App. This app is really helpful for my sports editing account I own and I use it for almost all my videos. The only problem I have with it is the watermark, and I'm not willing to pay 2 dollars to remove it. If it weren't for the watermark I would've given this app a 5 star!

So far ok. I wish there war centering and measuring guides. So you can add a logo or watermark to the same area in a video or pic. This would make you branding look more consistent and professional

Great........when it works. I have used the app for a few years now. Always worked. I normally make slideshow animations. Recently the app won't allow me to rearrange the photos. Or, I should say, it changes the images so I can't tell what to put where. Used to be amazing. Now, for me, pretty much unusable. Three stars for past awesomeness.

iTunes download bug. Great app overall. Nice features and easy to use but can you fix the iTunes download issue. When I try to grab a song from iTunes it keeps telling me i have to download it even though I already did

Can’t Select Photos. Please fix the app so that photos near the drop down menu to select your album can be selected! The last two rows of images can not be selected, any time I click on an image near the drop down menu instead of the image being selected the drop down menu is selected.

Definitely NOT the best video editing app. It’s not THAT bad, I usually only use it for overlays but that’s the issue. They’re f**cked up. Every time I add one I have to fidget with the video a couple times to get it to play... right now, I would say that it wasn’t worth the$5.99 because I’m tempted to never use it. Definitely NOT the best video editing app.

Still photos length not adjustable. Sometimes you just want the still photo to appear for one quick second, like to show an arrow on a moving car. Currently there is a set length for still photos. Attempting to resize the photo thumbnail in the timeline less than the default length is not allowed. For me this is a must. Please fix this issue and I will adjust my rating.

Get this app!. This is the ONLY video-making app that allows you to upload your own fonts! Finally a company that pays attention to your creativity side instead of just the technological side. Love it!
