When you need it, it won’t be there!. Every time I have used this app to navigate traffic situations it is not working.

Not on iPhone 5s. Limited options available, no weather/road or weather/radar updates. Must delete app to rid map that does not update

Finally got it to work. Just uninstalled and reinstalled now works good.

No good. Road conditions map will not load. Therefor no good.

Doesn't work. Every time I try to open the app, it tells me I'm not connected to the internet.

Good but.... It’s good but it can use an update like it’s been 11 months so maybe an update will do but otherwise it’s great

Good app, needs a minor fix. Great app. It’s probably the best traffic app I’ve seen any state has put out. But, I would like the option to check Arkansas before I get there. It won’t let me move the location on the map, it seems to fix only on my gps location. So if I’m in another state before I get to Arkansas, it won’t let check the traffic situation.

It works. Ok this app does work you just have to give it time to update. After a few minutes you should be able to see what roads aren't clear. Just used this app while my husband was driving and it was accurate.

No help. Come on AHTD! This is a useless app! Just go to website. Same info. Very out of date weather road conditions.

Problems!. My app stops working! I get a blank page now instead of data. I’ve deleted and reloaded multiple times. Frustrating!

Worthless. Winter road conditions not updated timely. MO showing icy roads at state line-I Drive AR showing clear.

Fails to open. I have deleted and reinstalled this app many times. It will open and work great the first time after installation but will not open again. I received a message saying it was nothing to do with app but it continues to be this way. No fixes in three years. Needs a tune up.

Great Info - App problems. I rely on this app routinely for traffic and road conditions. However, I have to delete and reinstall almost daily due to the page never loading and timing out. I get a blank white page.

Crap. Not good if you live in Clark County. The roads are bad & it shows that the roads are clear. Get it right. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Live cameras at last!. Nice to see that live HD traffic cams are coming online.

Excellent App. I use this app frequently and never have problems. I always know when to take an alternate route to work. It saves me time and money. I wish all states had it.

Doesn’t Work, Terrible. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling, still can’t get passed the opening screen. After many tries I did finally get a blank white screen.

Useless app. If you like deleting then reinstalling an app, this is for you. The only way for me to use this app is to remove it and reinstall. It will work one time, then it has to be removed and reinstalled again. This is a lot more trouble than it is worth. The website is good, the app is horrible.

Unusable. I love IDrive arkansas, I use it on my computer all the time. Unfortunately I can’t get this app to work at all. I can’t get past the opening screen

Worthless. This app is worthless in trying to determine winter road conditions. The app will show many accidents yet the text shows the highway is clear. My son has to use social media to find out road conditions. How many people could have avoided accidents if the information was accurate.

Frequent crashes. Love the app when it will open. Unfortunately, I open it a few times and then have to delete it and reload it to get it to open again.

Review. This app works as well as AHTD's ability to remove snow from bridges and roadways. Enough said.

Cameras are unavailable??. Only 5 cameras in NWA and they don't work most of the time. During years of construction of 49 I see cameras watching us every half mile, I bet they all worked just fine!!

More Traffic Cameras needed in Jefferson County. It needs more Traffic Cameras on I-530. Between White Hall and the 530/46 over pass. Also some on Highway 79 along with that traffic and the upcoming construction projects. All Highways in Jefferson County needs way more than just one Live Traffic Camera.
