Event schedule and teams not showing up. Used before and worked fine this time not so much

Good. Good simple. But it’s hard to navigate. I want be able to save my team and it will show me all tortements were and we can click in see all of our leagues. Just a suggestion

POOR USER EXPERIENCE. Why does the app NOT remember the leagues I follow??? Why does the app NOT remember the teams I follow? POOR USER EXPERIENCE. Who designed this app? To call this a second rate app would be an insult to second rate apps.

We’ve used this app for years and LOVE IT!!. We have used Exposure for years and we love everything about it! We host 35-40 tournaments a year. I was reading a couple reviews and one said scores were backwards…umm that’s a user error not an app error, you enter you own scores the app it self did not do that! I had to clarify that because the amount of functions they have available to the director that is putting on the event are endless and some are straight brilliant. It has taken 4 years to maximize everything this app has to offer and I still am able to implement more features! I will say that I kinda agree with some reviews when it was related to the customer service, it’s like pulling teeth to get someone to get back you. That isn’t always the case but it is often. Mainly because I’m trying to implement what I’m working on in that moment and when you can not reach a live person it does become frustrating. They do have a area that answers a lot of the questions but it is sometimes harder to understand rather than being able to reach someone that can guide you through the process. So that’s the only thing I wish they could improve on but I won’t deduct a star because of that I’d say they are definitely 4.5 out of 5. As for the app it self it is brilliant!! One of these days I’d love to maximize its full potential! Thank you Empire

Can’t follow more than one division. I want to follow 2 different age brackets in the softball selection and it won’t let me. It says my email is not valid when I select a different age bracket, but it’s been my same email for over 15 years. Very frustrating when you have 2 kids in different age brackets. Just want to know what’s going on for my day!!!!

Nice but needs improvement. I think the app is nice and works well once you have found your event but it needs a search feature. Right now the user has to manually scroll through the long list of events to find what they are looking for.

Fantastic tool for tournaments. This app has everything for the event I attended. If someone runs a tournament or league of some sort this platform is the way to go.

Great App. Very user friendly and easy to maneuver.

POOR Customer Service. I have used this app a number of years to view schedules but this is the first time I have actually used it to schedule games for a tournament. I was confused about marketing and scheduling credits and used the chat function to get clarity. Whoever was responsible for the chat this day was absolutely horrible - used all caps to relay the message, ended the chat numerous time ls without resolution and overall customer service lacked horribly. There should also be a phone number as a contact.

Search lol. Search for something, anything, it won’t find it. I have the website saved on my phone over the app, it’s trash and has been. Laughable

Customer Service. This company is absolutely deplorable when it comes to communicating with their members and users, they are completely ugly, rude, and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend other AAU sports companies to them. ... If I’m having an issue with the application performance and I’m put on the line with ugly and unprofessional people, then yes, this is an application performance issue. Good day

I prefer Team snap and Group Me!. Sorry. I’ll give it a shot. But y’all should delete previous season leagues. So we can go right to the current league play.

Tourney Machine much better.. The exposure events app is horrible. Can’t find the tourney you look for, even if you have the exact name. If you go the the web version, you can find it after a lot of work. Then viewing standings is not a great look, very sloppy looking. Notifications don’t work. Tourney machine works perfectly but must cost more for the leagues and tourney that exposure, because that would be the only reason to use it.

Great app. Great app that updates me with good updated scores and times for games

Good App - Gets the job done. Revising my review after Developer’s response as they explained how to use a notification feature I was not aware of & explained why some tournaments do not appear by state search due to event organizer not putting the tournaments location. I received their response on day of a tournament and the app’s notification worked flawlessly. 3 stars up to a 5 star review. The only thing I wish is that the app itself could save my search result - being able to view the tournament &/or team’s schedule / results without having to search for it each time....maybe you can and I’m just not aware of how to do it? Anyhow, a good app, gets the job done. Thank you.

Please fix search for smaller screens - iPhone SE. While trying to search an event, after typing in the name and pressing ‘search’… the keyboard doesn’t slide away (it should at this point) blocking my ability to see the results. In other words… the search is useless. The only way to find an event is by scrolling thousands of events.

Wish it would remember my leagues/events. The app forgets what league you have chosen and you have to search for it again. No search box! You have to scroll through every other league or event before you get to what you need.

2 stars because the app is good but…. I’ve used it for two tournaments this year and they consistently got scores backwards resulting in the standings being off.

Basketball. Love this app, gives all the details of the teams and players, game times, scores and venues! Easy to navigate!

Have to delete app and add back just to get it to work. It constantly freezes!

Easy to navigate. Website, once you understand initial swipe right to access sports, is super easy to navigate. Thanks from all the old technically challenged old coaches like me

Horrible service- unreliable. Absolute scam of a company and site. Do not consider using this for a basketball league. Going on eight weeks now of promised “complete league schedules”. System crashes and fails each week holding 1500+ families hostage waiting for manual upload 1-2 days before scheduled games. Company provided Schedulers are awful and do not fulfill any of their obligations. For an app purported to solve scheduling problems, this is nothing but a nightmare of an app and company.

Customer Service. Customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. We will never use this app again.

This app is still really good. They put my teams win as a loss so can anyone change that my teams name is salt city hustle 2026 D1 7th grade and the comp is league of league’s

Notifications Never Stop!. I have disabled notifications. I have removed the app. I have removed my phone number to stop text messages and I can not get this app to stop notifying me of every league update that occurs. We no longer play in a league that uses this app but nonetheless I get notifications. Do not sign up!!

No info. When I go to our event there is no info so don’t know schedule.

Terrible functionality. Search function doesn’t work (searching for Wisconsin basketball tournaments serves up Michigan results, for just one example) and the entire app is utterly useless. Can never understand why people go to the trouble of producing an app that they must surely know is not fit for purpose.

Bull crap streaming. Don’t pay for the streaming. It’s not live. Hoping to get my money back.

Meh. I have so many apps for tournaments. Can we just have 1? But kinda hard to find the tournament. But ok.

Wow. Unbelievable value from an tournament director standpoint. Very well thought out. Took a little while to figure out all the nuances but once I did it was awesome.

Event Search. The app event search tool was Much better last year, than how it is setup now- should go ba co to the more simple search

Poor design. This app is terrible. Every time you leave the app, you have to search for your event. The navigation is not intuitive. No where near as simple and easy to use as Tourney App. I go to a lot of tournaments as I have three kids in competitive basketball. All of the other apps for tournaments work better. A simple ability to have the favorite functionality actually work would be helpful. Plus the developers act like immature kids in their responses to feedback.
