Lewis Capaldi, Post Malone, Taylor Tomlinson. I used ticket master for a view things before but it was extremely expensive, the fees were outrageous, and made me open an event once and decide I couldn’t go because it was too unreasonable. TickPicks has been HUGE for me! I knew Lewis Capaldi was coming to Chicago and I knew I couldn’t afford it. So out of a shot in the dark, I tried TickPicks a week prior to his concert. I got two tickets for my husband and I to see one of my all time favorite artists for $90 a piece?? Are you kidding me??! It was such a blessing for us. Now I knew Post Malone was coming to WI this summer, but every time I looked on Ticketmaster, it was $150+ per ticket! I looked TODAY on TickPicks TWO DAYS PRIOR to him coming to WI, and got tickets for $65 per person?! Literally insane and it made my husbands whole week getting to hear he was gonna see his favorite artist live for the first time! THANK YOU TICKPICKS

Quite the experience. I bought tickets for a concert on TickPick because they were crazy expensive on every other website. I purposely did mobile order because the concert was in 2 days. I got an email my tickets had shipped and I immediately called customer service to get them rerouted because my shipping and billing addresses were different. At this point they never asked for my shipping and were sending them to my billing! TickPick called FedEx to reroute them but it was ultimately unsuccessful. I then called the next day and told TickPick what happened and they said they couldn’t help me. I then explained I ordered mobile tickets and I was given printed tickets and they quickly got me a different set of mobile tickets so I could enjoy the concert that night. Glad it all worked out and I’m grateful they were helpful but it would be nice if they didn’t advertise tickets as mobile when they’re not.

Best price of all the apps for my game. I was watching some Atlanta Braves tickets, and the same seats were listed on all the ticket apps. TickPick was the best price, then Gametime, slightly more expensive but about the same price were Seat Geek and StubHub. Vivid Seats would not show their final price without buying the seats?!? It did not look like it would be a very good deal on Vivid Seats. I got the tickets on TickPick, and the link allowed me to upload them on the Ticketmaster app. I deleted vivid seats off my phone. Why do they refuse to be upfront about their fees? The savings for the two tickets was about $35 total. Exact same seats, and clearly the same seller since it was the same seats on each app, and they disappeared from all apps after I bought them. Shop around and save yourself some money, maybe it will be as obvious for you to use TickPick as it was for me.

They delete bad reviews. Terrible customer service. Purchased tickets to an NFL for sunday afternoon. Purchased them through this company on saturday afternoon. Got the email confirming purchase, they charged the card, but i never received the tickets. Was told in initial email they just needed to confirm the purchase. Sunday morning comes and I still don’t have them. Try to call their “urgent customer service” but there was no answer on 4 different calls, they didn’t respond on email either. I got an email an hour and a half before kickoff, when we were already on our way to the stadium that our purchase was canceled and we would be refunded. I commented on their instagram about the situation and instead of reaching out they just deleted the reviews. If they would have reached out and explained the situation i would have been fine. but the fact they just deleted comments and didn’t respond is pretty unprofessional and shows fault on their part. Save yourself some stress and buy your tickets from a more reliable source.

Definitely Recommend! Wonderful Support. I was slightly hesitant seeing some bad reviews on here and not being familiar with TickPick, but decided to take the chance and I’m so glad I did. TickPick is offering a product no one else is- ticket resale without insane service charges. The only other place with no fees is to trust someone on Craigslist rather than trusting an app with a 24 hour phone number and a support system in place. Obviously they can’t control bad people coming and using their app to sell, but anytime it’s happened they seem to have responded and tried to remedy it. My personal experience was great. I bought $850 tickets a few days before an event, and realized the very next day that I got them shipped to my billing address across the country, rather than the state I was currently in and going to see the concert in. As soon as I realized my horrible mistake, I called and the representative I spoke to got everything sorted out for me within minutes. It’s hard to take a chance on something that might not be as common a name as some of the other apps out there, but I’m glad I gave it a try and will absolutely use TickPick again in the future. I urge you to try it as well, the other apps just can’t compete because of their service charges.

Thanks!!!. I purchased 2 tics through you for the SEC basketball tournament last year. Of course, the tournament was canceled because of COVID. I assumed the money for the tickets was gone. However, when we decided to go to a Preds game I looked and had a credit with you which was enough to buy the tickets. I never ever figured I still had a credit with you. We went to the game last night. Thank you for your integrity and honesty in holding on to our funds for so long. In addition we received the tics before we were walking through the door—thank you for that. We will buy what tickets we are looking for from you from now on. Again Thanks for your honesty and integrity through the year!!

Answer to my problems. I was about to buy a pair of tickets on LiveNation until I happily went to my cart and saw my total price JUMP from $130 to $180!!! NO ONE should have to pay $50 in *mystery fees* every time they want to have a good time. I couldn’t get myself to waste $50, so I started browsing other options. I fell upon TickPick and found way better seats for the event (and get this) for CHEAPER. Of course, I cautiously reviewed TickPick’s policies/feedback/reviews before finally purchasing the tickets... WITHOUT THE STUPID $50 HIDDEN FEES. While I admit I DID hold my breath until I was actually through the gates of the concert venue, everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time. (Oh, and I used the saved $50 to buy us parking and drinks for the night. A much better use of that money in my opinion!) I promptly received my tickets both in an email and electronically after I purchased them. Very happy with my experience overall and would use TickPick again.

Don’t waste your money. I bought concert tickets as a first time user of this app. $300 was collected from my bank account but no tickets in my possession. Of course this was making me nervous, especially based on the reviews from others saying that their tickets didn’t work at the gate. I called the company to cancel my order, the same day I purchased the tickets. I was told no refunds, and that they had to get in touch with the ticket broker that my tickets were coming from. My suggestion to this company?? Make sure whoever is selling the tickets RELEASES the tickets to TickPick before taking money from the paying customer. You are scamming people out of their money. Regardless of their “no refund” policy, I am waiting on a refund currently. I won’t take the risk of receiving tickets two days before the concert only to find out that they were sold to someone else as well or invalid tickets. I want my money refunded to me, in full. Go pay the fees that other company’s might charge you, at least you get your tickets right away!!

Don’t use. If I could rate a 0/5, I would select that. I purchased tickets from them for a concert. 3.5 hours prior to the concert I tried to download my tickets. For the next 3.5 hours I was on hold or calling repeatedly to try and get through to customer support to fix this issue. (If you call and nobody is available after about 10 minutes, they kick you off the line and you have to call back and start all over again.) The concert started at 7pm and at 715 I was still dealing with someone trying to get the link to work she told me she had to hang up and someone would call and email me my tickets. At 730, I called the call center and they were closed. I never received a call back or an email. We travelled three hours for this concert, got a sitter for the kids, and had a hotel with the expectation of being able to use the tickets they sold me. At 745, I went to the box office at the arena and got a second set of tickets. We made it inside for the last song of the opening act. The next morning I called customer support and they initially told me they wouldn’t refund my money. I told them all I wanted was my money back for the original tickets and if they fought me, I would demand the cost of both sets of tickets and my hotel room. At that point they begrudgingly refunded my original money. Never again Tick Pick. Save yourself the heartache and disappointment.

pleasant surprises!. I was hesitant to use this app after a stranger suggested it to me. My coworker had lied to me about having tickets to a very important show to me, and I was desperate to find face value tickets via resale websites like stubhub, etc. without paying a ridiculous fee. After making the purchase for two tickets on TickPick, I was kind of confused on why my tickets were not transferred to my flashseats account right away. I then realized that the seller has to “approve” the purchase; even though my money was already processed, and my tickets were “100% guaranteed” by TickPick. I waited 48 hours for my tickets to be transferred, but nothing changed. I had 24 hours until the show, and I wanted to be sure that my tickets were secured, so I called the customer service line for help. The woman was able to contact the seller and have him transfer my tickets at that time, thankfully. I can see this app being sketchy if the seller is not reachable, but in my case, it worked out just fine. The unfortunate part of this story is that my show was cancelled :( I was super bummed, and I didn’t think there was any way to get a refund because of the whole third-party resale thing.....until my purchase was automatically refunded to my card!! I was so happy and relieved to see that. I didn’t even have to contact anyone for this refund. Will definitely use this app (with caution of course) in the future! Thanks TickPick!

Invalid tickets at the gate. I had heard a lot of good things about this app but when I used it for the first time, the ticket I purchased for Beyoncé’s concert turned out to be invalid at the gate! It was quite a bad experience to be refused entry at the gate. Despite their promise: « authentic, valid tickets backed by our 100% money back guarantee » I have not received a refund. The reason I am given is that an investigation is still pending. So basically, in addition to selling me an invalid ticket they are now insinuating that I am lying about it. I also want to warn you that despite the text written under « the TickPick guarantee » that states « what if my tickets are invalid? [...] we will do our best to locate comparable replacement tickets. [...] » this means they will google it and check if YOU can purchase an new ticket with YOUR own money. Nothing you can’t do with your phone nowadays. So while you are in front of the gate with your invalid ticket, they will do nothing that really helps you. They will not replace the ticket. In fact, in my experience, they will not do anything, they won’t even trust you and issue refund. So don’t be fooled by the wording on their website, you are taking as much risk as you would on Craigslist. Don’t buy any expensive ticket unless you are prepared to loose the money.

SCAM! PLEASE READ. I heard that I need to try out Tick Pick from a few of my buddies so I did. I bought tickets, 2 rows up from the court at mid court to the OU vs KU college basketball game. They got confirmed by the seller so I booked a hotel and travel to Norman, OK because they told me I’d have the tickets a day before event. I never receive the tickets day of the game and get with customer support who tells me that the seller is offering me a comparable ticket that is at the top of the stadium behind the goal. I PAID FOR MIDCOURT, 2 ROWS UP FROM THE COURT SEATS AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THE “TRUSTED SELLER” IS OFFERING ME OTHER TICKETS? NO!!! Basically telling me I got scammed but instead of giving me my money back and free tickets for the trouble, they want to give me other tickets at the top of the stadium and think that’s okay. I wouldn’t have traveled to NORMAN OK if I wasn’t promised the TICKETS I PURCHASED. -They do this because people will travel all the way to the game and accept other tickets because they are already there, WHEN THE TICKETS THAT YOU ACTUALLY PURCHASED ARE BEING SOLD TO SOMEBODY ELSE!!! DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME!!!

Buyer beware! Tickets never delivered. No refund given.. We purchased 4 tickets to an NHL game on 5/5. Tickpick sent an email saying the tickets delivery would be completed by Ticketmaster, but the we never received an email and tickets never showed up in our Ticketmaster account. We tried contacting TickPick multiple times prior to the game but we always disconnected after 20+ minute hold times on their service line. They could never produce the proof email that the tickets had been delivered and refused to offer any kind of a refund despite their TickPick guarantee. Their guarantee is worthless as was their customer service and their support line. I dealt with them for a full month trying to resolve this issue, but at this point I’ll be taking all future business to a competitor. I had used this service for years and never had an issue. And I understand sometimes problems occur and mistakes are made, but to punish your customers when you fail to deliver a product that was paid for is nothing less than theft. Buyer Beware! If you do not receive your tickets don’t expect any help or refund.

Do not trust this company - use Ticketmaster. I used to think this app was the go to place for tickets with their “no additional fee tickets” and they had saved me money many times. However that all changed when I purchased tickets for the Bengals Cardinals game. My tickets always came straight to my app for quick and easy scan, that didn’t happen with these tickets. I was given a notice that I had to “click this link below” to accept my tickets and low and behold the link wasn’t even clickable! I then spent 3 hours on hold when I called for assistance and got a voice recording telling me “no one is available to take your call please try again later” I was desperate to get into the game so I then purchased 2 more tickets hoping it was just an error with my first purchase, same thing happens. At this point the game had already started. I then called the next day, got ahold of someone, sent in an email with screenshots documenting what had happened and what was their response? They send me a link for the tickets and tell me to enjoy the event...an event that had already passed showing they have no idea what they are doing. I want a refund for my tickets I can assure you this will not be the last review I leave if this isn’t addressed. Thanks 😊

Terrible Customer Service. I have previously ordered tickets from Tick Pick and was very happy with them and referred several people to their site. On January 5th I ordered 2 tickets to a concert scheduled for February 15th. I purchased the tickets and my credit card was charged. The next day I get an email explaining “Don’t worry, but your tickets will be ready for email on February 12th” Not only was it only three days before the event but it was after our anniversary. This had never been the case with any previous orders and I was concerned I wouldn’t get them at all. I went ahead and bought tickets from another site. I sent an email via their app explaining everything and that I would like a refund. This was more than two weeks ahead of the event which would allow the seller to resell the tickets. I never received a response. I received the tickets and since email didn’t work I called and stayed on hold several minutes only to be met with a Customer Service Rep with major attitude. “Adeleny”. She cut me off before I could even explain the circumstances and she told me there was nothing they could do (or seemed to want to do!) I asked for a supervisor and she told she was the supervisor. I asked for someone above her and she told me there was no one else around. I asked to hold for someone else and she explains there would not be anyone available for 3 hours! Seriously!!! I am out almost $200, needless to say I won’t be using TickPick again!

Absolute worst way to buy or sell tickets. I bought tickets to a concert and ended up not being able to go. I went though the process to sell them through tick pick. Someone bought one of my tickets so I followed the steps to transfer them. The person emailed me that they couldn’t access the tickets. I spent hours emailing them back and forth. I reached out to support about 5 times and never got a response. I forwarded my ticket PDF, took a screenshot, added the buyers email address to the ticket invite page… nothing worked. I received one voicemail from support, not in response to my emails but rather telling me the buyer can’t get their tickets and that I needed to transfer them through ticket master. However, I don’t have tickets for this event in ticket master, they only exist for me through tick pick. Hours later I forwarded all the tickets I had purchased (3 total) to the buyer who only purchased one ticket to make sure they could get in. I then got another voicemail from tick pick saying the buyer was at the event and unable to get inside and that if I didn’t transfer the tickets properly I would be charged. I once again reached out to support and got no response. I then woke up to a $25 charge because I inconvenienced the buyer. I cannot stress enough that this was the absolute work experience I’ve ever had with any company. They provided no instructions or support and then charged me for their errors.

Not worth the stress. If i could leave a zero i would. I would rather pay ticket fees and have my tickets in hand at time of purchase than have to wait until right before the event date. Ticket pick says “your tickets will be delivered with ample time before the show” 25-48 hours before it usually and they will notify if you anything changes. I bought the tickets back in September. Watching the 48 and then the 24 hours tick away while constantly refreshing my email was a stress and anxiety that was not worth not paying a ticket fee. The morning of our show (8 hours before started) we still had no tickets and no communication from the seller or tick pick. I finally sent an email and i did get a prompt response saying the tickets would be at will call instead of digital delivery. That’s totally fine but i hadn't of asked i wouldn’t have known to go to will call and ask for tickets. We saw the show in the end and it worked out but the lack of communication and instruction from the seller and tick pick were not worth it. I also upgraded our seats and found at the box office that the ticket price was 84 each. i payed nearly 300 through the app. The upgraded seats were 135. So it would have been cheaper to buy tickets through the theater and not waste my peace of mind and money be using this service.

Worth Giving a Try. As many others I was also hesitant of trying this app. It’s relatively new and it seemed too good to be true. Here’s the thing: the tickets already have the fees included, it’s not like you get them at a special prize. Also, this is more like a reseller hub; it’s not like other apps like Ticketmaster or StubHub, you’re most likely buying tickets from another person. Now, the good thing about TickPick is that the price you see is what you actually pay. I bought two tickets on the same day. I received my eticket for one of them almost immediately, but the other came close to three days before the event. Also bare in mind that you are not able to select the seat you want. Unlike other apps TickPick doesn’t let you know which seat you got until you buy your tickets which might not be that bad.

Seller Never Confirmed Tickets Twice. Seller never confirmed tickets twice. Called customer service as the event was only hours away - they couldn’t help, left us on hold forever and only gave a measly $10 gift card, which we used to buy our next set of tickets, which we purchased (for the same event) in a panic and those were also not confirmed so we went back to customer service again and I think they maybe gave us only a $15 credit the second time. Didn’t end up getting our tickets to that event from TickPick at all. We had to order tickets from a different site which of course cost us so much more because it was the day of the event and we had bought our first set of tickets from TickPick in advance. Used to love this app but not so much anymore after that experience. Boyfriend deleted the app from his phone because he was so angry.

Wonderful customer service. I ordered tickets for Post Malone in Tampa And when you purchase tickets it says to wait for a conformation email from the seller... we’ll mine never came a week later ! And 3 days before the show I called customer service and was told that the seller backed out, and I had no idea I was never going to get those tickets, never got an email from the seller or TickPick thankfully I called or I would’ve been screwed.... fast forward to the customer service rep her name was Tia had me stay on the line and came back got me tickets and upgraded seats at no extra cost to me and she was very nice.i would’ve gave 5 stars if they had a way to let you know if a seller DOES BACK OUT! So if you don’t get an email within a day or two definitely call! But I will for sure order my tickets from this app again saved me over 200 in fees Ticketmaster charges.

Don’t get burned. Sorry for length but wanted to shared so you will never have to deal with this. I know I have told a bunch of you to use tickpick for tickets. I hope all has gone well. I may NEVER use them again. Sunday we went to ram/49er game and were declined entrance. The gate attendant sent us to will call/customer service. After waiting in all those lines and showing my tickets in my ticket master account, they told me there was nothing they could do I had to contact Ticketmaster or who i bought the tickets from. After a few hours and not being able to get a hold of anyone to help, i bought new tickets from the rams will call. While i was buying the new seats, the ram customer service agent finally told me the season ticket holder used the tickets for entrance. The new tickets happened to be in the same section. I went to the seats. A woman with an empty seat, nervously told me that the seats were her’s and her husband’s season tickets. They never sell them. Finally today i heard back from tick pick. They talked to the owner who said they properly transfer the ticket, and the tickets were used for the game by the buyer. So, now I have to prove I didn’t use the tickets!!!!!!????!!!!! I heard a friend is going through the same thing with the LSU football game last weekend with them as well. Lesson learned. Wanted to share so you don’t get burned by tick pick too!!

Would rate 0 stars if possible. I purchased tickets to a hockey game on here, I show up to the game and the tickets I purchased are invalid. I went to the box office of the arena and they told me that the tickets were through Ticketmaster and nothing showed on their end that they were ever transferred to a new owner. I was forced to buy new seats, luckily I was able to get the last 2 seats together for a playoff game. I called TickPick support and they claimed there was nothing they could do over the phone and told me to email my situation with pictures of my receipt for my new tickets and “something in writing” from the arena showing that my tickets were invalid. I was told by the manager at the box office that they could not supply that and that they have problems with tickpick often. I sent everything over to tickpick via email with all information they requested on Monday. It is now Wednesday evening and I still have not received any type of reply that my situation and is even being looked into. At this point they stole $320 from me. The app itself works fine, the company and customer service is a joke. Use stubhub and just pay the fees, it’s worth the extra money.

Happy Customer. I have noticed several bad reviews of people saying do not buy. And reading them, I see many issues are not the fault of TickPick. So don’t think it’s all Bad. I want to share that I have Bought a Total of 25 different Tickets from this site, that included Seahawk Games, Mariner’s Games, Music Concerts, and Parking, over the last couple years or so. And 23 of those Tickets were for pasted events, that I used with No issues at all. And 2 of the Tickets are for a future Concert, that I look forward to seeing. I have had Great success using this site, good prices, awesome seats, and Zero Issues. Just wanted to share, that this site has been Great for more people, then it hasn’t been. And I would recommend it based on my experiences with it.

VERY GOOD NOT A RIP OFF. I looked at StubHub, seat geek, ticket master, and other company’s and they all charged way to much for the same ticket I got when I used TickPick. The price alone for the other company's was insane and then when the fee was added it was not even worth it. I bought tickets for a Yankees game the night before and got 2 amazing VIP tickets for only 200!! I was first going to buy tickets off seat geek but they were 435 dollars and a 40 fee rate was added on top of that. So I went to other websites and couldn’t find a better deal. However, I when I was going to purchase the tickets from seat geek they raised the fee rate. Tick Pick is by far the way to go. No one wants to admit it because they are all paying people to write good reviews about their own company’s when they are all scams. I hope this helped people do not get ripped off and I know I will definitely be buying more tickets from Tick Pick. Keep up the good work!!

TickPick is scammy, no customer support. My first time using TickPick and my LAST. We bought tickets for a basketball game and still hadn’t received them 10 minutes before the game. I contacted their customer service 3 times and did not receive any response! The game started and we still didn’t have our tickets!! Literally standing outside the stadium waiting to see if these tickets would even show up. I was charged immediately after purchasing the tickets but we didn’t end up receiving the tickets until 40 minutes AFTER the game started. Zero help from their customer support and their FAQs are not helpful either. Per their FAQs - However, we guarantee you will receive your tickets in ample time before your event, regardless of your delivery method. If your in-hand date has passed and your tickets are still not delivered, please contact our customer support team! We obviously did NOT receive our tickets “in ample time before” the event and contacting customer support did absolutely nothing. What a SCAM.

Can’t Trust. TICKPICK DOES NOT VERIFY SELLER TICKETS. I recently purchased football tickets through Tickpick. I opened a link for the tickets in my imessages and it took me to the safari browser. When I viewed the tickets, it showed 3 seats, section 107, row j, XFER and “Seats are guaranteed together.” That was as much information I could see. When I bought the tickets, the confirmation email had more information, which said “seats are not in the same row, seats are one in front of the other.” I had already bought the tickets and now I had three seats in three different rows, all seat 21. I complained and received essentially the tickpick commission plus $100 to my account. BUT when I went to post the tickets back to resell, I noticed they don’t verify the seller’s tickets. At all! They just ask you to promise they’re your real seats. Not only does TickPick allow for an opportunity to get denied upon entry, but they are able to deceive you when you buy the tickets and then tell you there is nothing they can do. Please stay away from TickPick.

Poor Service - Company Does Not Right. Purchased 4 tickets to Billie Eilish concert in Brooklyn in March 2020, which has been postponed indefinitely due to COVID-19. It has now been over 4 months since original concert date and still no reschedule date on horizon. Being in NY, this concert will likely not happen for 1 year or more from now. I requested a refund and they refused, even though TicketMaster offered refunds to the original ticket purchasers. Given the circumstances, at some point TickPick should do the right thing and eventually refund customers, but they will not. I will never purchase tickets from them again, and I would not recommend them to others. ** Reply to their response: You are “unable” to provide a refund, or choose not? I believe it is the latter. A temporary postponement is understandable, but the concert has been already been delayed for over 4 months and will likely not happen for a year or more from now. No live events with large crowds will happen in NYC anytime soon. Doing the right thing by your customers will gain you more loyal customers in the long-run. Being greedy and unreasonable will cause you to lose business.

Withholding Money During Pandemic. Aside from the countless attempts calling your “24 hour emergency number” and emailing your support account and only getting automated responses back. The way TickPick has handled customer service during COVID-19 is absolutely uncalled for and disgusting. It’s been harder than pulling teeth to get my money back from a game that never happened the last week of March. The seller never fully transferred the tickets which makes it impossible for me to get to my order screen to request a refund and they sent out time sensitive emails if you don’t go to the order detail page that they will KEEP YOUR MONEY AND ISSUE A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. If I end up getting a credit on my account after over 10 attempts to get my money back I am planning a class action law suit against tick pick. I used to rant about this app now I tell people to avoid it because if there’s cancellations or something happens to the event it’s an absolute nightmare.

Trash. This company is garbage. They allow their resellers to wait less than a day before an event to provide tickets no matter how far in advance you buy them, and then the seller can reneg and offer sub-par tickets compared to the one you bought. So I reluctantly accepted the worse replacement ticket 30 mins ago and still haven’t heard back. And now I’m about to head into a different show that won’t end until after 11 pm, with no clue as to whether or not I will actually get a ticket. Other ticket sites have a MUCH better policy of providing reparations for scammy sellers. Do better. It’s been 3 hours and no response. Update: It’s now midnight, six hours after they sent me the email telling me to confirm or deny the replacement tickets asap because they can’t guarantee them, and they just decide to ghost for the night even though I messaged within five minutes. If you’re going to allow your sellers to ghost like this then you need 24-hour customer service with a priority on people who got scammed out of tickets with less than 24 hrs til showtime. This is absolutely atrocious. Any other ticket company would have had tickets in my hand already that they charged to the seller. But here, they let the scammy resellers have all of the power and don’t even give you a way to anonymously message the seller.

Never received tickets. I can’t even give them any stars. This was the first time I used this app. We were buying tickets to a WVU basketball game. I bought the tickets on the app a few days before the event. We go to the game and get to the entrance to the WVU Colisseum and the employees scan the tickets. The tickets I had to scan were voided according to two different employees that worked there. These were the tickets from my email account. I did get a message to download my tickets, but every time I tried to download my tickets the link would not work. These were the only tickets I could show them. When I tried to call the number, I got a recording that my issue had to be resolved by email. How was I going to resolve this issue by email when the game had already started? Customer support is terrible. We had to buy additional tickets to get in to the game from stub hub and never had an issue. We got the tickets within 5 minutes. Don’t use this app. I think it’s a scam.

Horrible Customer Experience. I order tickets in late August for an event in late October of 2023. Plenty of time in advance. Shortly after buying the tickets, I received a confirmation and a link to receive my tickets. The event ONLY allowed digital tickets in Apple/Google wallet, which is totally fine and normal, so I was eager to add them to my wallet to make sure I was ready to go. I couldn’t add them to my wallet for whatever reason and emailed them 3 separate time over the next 4 weeks to resolve the issue. TickPick assured me that the tickets would arrive soon. THEY NEVER DID. Fast forward to the day of the event. It’s 6pm and the event starts at 8pm. I still don’t have my tickets. The past 2 days I’ve been on and off the phone and emailing TickPick to see where my tickets are. It came down to an issue with the seller who wasn’t being responsive. At 6:30pm on the day of the event, 1.5 hours before my event, after I already took time off and traveled to LA for this event, finally TickPick sends me a link to my tickets. It seemed as simple as just that—SENDING ME A LINK. But they put me through all of this stress for no reason. Pay the extra $20 or whatever and use Ticketmaster or Stubhub. The stress of using TickPick is NOT WORTH IT.

Never got tix- 0 customer service. We bought 6 tickets to the astros game, I got two emails saying transfer had been initiated but not the final “Congratulations” email with the actual tickets. The instructions asked me to download the MLB app and sync account to retrieve but it wouldn’t- because the transfer was never complete. Tried calling TickPick customer service, didn’t ring- went straight to a recording. When I spoke to the box office, she told me the tickets had never been fully transferred and were still under the name of original season ticket purchaser- they couldn’t do anything about it. We ended up having to purchase 6 more tickets! 😡 The next day I tried contacting tickpick service again, sat on hold MULTIPLE TIMES because it would disconnect me after holding for 5 minutes. Tried emailing the seller to no avail. I will be filing fraud on the card the tickets were purchased on. Update- Nearly 4 months later I get a response from tickpick stating they’re available from 9-9... as if I didn’t try to call them! This is of no help when no one answers the line. Thanks but no thanks for your bare minimum “efforts” to help.

NEVER GOT TICKETS!. I bought 3 tickets to the Cubs game. I never got the tickets sent to me. I bought tickets before and worked smoothly, showed up in the MLB Ballpark no problems! This time it did not. I got an email confirming the order and “the tickets are out for delivery”. They never showed up in the Ballpark app and I never got an email like the first time I got. I called Cubs Fan Services and they confirmed I did not have the tickets AND EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THIS. When I called customer service, Connor, the agent helping me, treated me with so much disrespect. I was trying to explain to him my situation and I was continuously interrupted. He told me over and over that I received the tickets. Would not listen to me at all. I bought the tickets because of the buyer satisfaction guarantee TickPick has. If I would have known that I would have to spend over 1 hour talking to customer service on both TickPick and Cubs customer service going back and forth and then at the end not even get tickets to the game or even a refund I definitely would not of bought the tickets. I let down my 2 friends because I had to tell them I never got the tickets. My friends and I will not be buying tickets again from TickPick.

No Guarantee !! Worst service. I had used this app in the past no problem. But after the incident I had this week I will never use this trash platform again! I bought my tickets the night before my baseball game and I reached out to tickpick support the day of the game as the seller hadn’t forwarded my tickets. Support got back ASAP and was like “we will contact the seller now to send them” blah blah. They never contacted the seller. In fact by game time I had yet to get my tickets so I had to wait in line at the stadium to get new tickets which were double the price. But it gets better tickpick pulled my money instantly and gave it to the seller even though I never got my tickets. I’m livid, I will go back to using StubHub and vivid seats as they have a better support team and process. Just a heads up their support team is horrible and there is no guarantee that you will get your tickets you buy but they will still take your money! We are in a pandemic and some of us put money aside to enjoy theses events and it’s sad that I’m out money I saved for months because this website won’t refund my money.

First time using, last time using.. Bought tix to a hockey game. Guy who posted tickets didn’t mention as a season ticket holder he had a parking pass attached to his season seats. Which meant that when I pulled into the parking area for the game and the attendant went to take my $20 and “scanned my ticket to show proof of attending the game”, it came back as if I had parking already and it became a huge problem. And just imagine this : gates for parking just opened and there’s a line of cars behind me and I’m sitting there having to explain that no, I wasn’t given a parking pass and no, the seller didn’t stipulate this on the sales page. It honestly was a huge hassle and I’m kinda irked. The guy or girl who sold these tickets should have told us that as these were season tickets, we needed to parking passes. It was stupid. And the whole experience at the game sucked. We had a brutal time. First and last time with TickPick. Usually on StubHub people have to stipulate if tickets come with parking. This didn’t and it just sucked.

Buyer beware. I bought a ticket to a concert, which was confirmed by the seller. 15 hours later, after booking travel and hotel, I received an email saying that there was "pricing mistake" and they won't honor the ticket. 15 hours after the ticket was confirmed. Their user agreement states that when a ticket is confirmed, the sale is final... unless... they decide for some reason not to honor it, which they apparently can do just hours before the concert at their discretion. I would not recommend this app or company, and will revert to using StubHub and Ticketmaster to avoid these shady last-minute business practices. I'm out roughly $1,000 for a concert that is now sold out, or will have to pay an exorbitant amount for a last-minute overpriced scalped ticket. When I asked customer service for a resolution, they took a long time to reply, and essentially said tough luck, and offered no support to solution. I'm really disappointed, and expected better. Buyer beware.

First time buyer. so I recently just bought tickets for a concert as soon as I bought the tickets it told me to check my email and accept my tickets but then when I clicked on it, it kept transferring me to Ticketmaster and then it would start loading and then I would say oops something went wrong. I kept trying to click on the link multiple times and it would still just load and then say oops something went wrong and then I waited like an hour and tried it again, and it finally worked at first I was a little skeptical about this app because I’ve never used it before and I was about to be really mad if my tickets never showed up on my phone but then like after an hour, it finally did I was able to click the accept my tickets button and then it finally loaded my tickets through Ticketmaster but the only reason why I’m giving it a four-star is because it got me scared, and nervous

Don’t let them fool you!. I spent $860 on tickets to an NFL game with TickPick, because they were a bit cheaper than Ticketmaster or SeatGeek. Unfortunately, I was not able to access the tickets and was forced to buy ticket at the stadium. The customer service during the process was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, which is saying a lot being that I’ve dealt with companies like Comcast before. I was supposed to be able to access my tickets via a transfer link to Ticketmaster, but the link was broken. I reached out 48 hours before my event started and all their customer did was suggest that I try a desktop and send the same broken link again over the course of those two days. I also tried to call their “7 days a week” phone line and, after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, was met with an automated message that said I had to email them. Their email response times took almost a full day to get back to me so I knew I was probably out of luck. TickPick is now ignoring my emails about getting compensated for tickets they never provided. The entire business model for companies like Ticketmaster or TickPick is to connect customers that want to sell tickets with customers that want to buy them, to ensure that the tickets are verified, and to provide a reliable way to access the tickets. Tickpick failed miserably in this and is now denying any responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go with a more established ticket retailer or you’ll regret it.

Will NEVER use this app again. I purchased tickets to the 2021 NBA Finals (Game 6) in Milwaukee through TickPick. I immediately got the confirmation from my credit card company that the order was placed and it showed up on my statement. I never got a confirmation email from TickPick with my tickets so I followed up with them the next day via email and was told they “voided” my transaction moments after it was placed but couldn’t tell me why or who authorized the void. I asked my credit card company and they said it was not from their end. I called TickPick and was told that it might have been a “glitch in the system” and their solution for me was “there are still tickets available for purchase to the event” however the only tickets left were $1200 more than what I spent when I purchased mine. Very saddened that I may have missed a once in a lifetime opportunity to see my hometown team win The Finals on their home court because of a “glitch” and then was just told to “try again” for over 2x the price.

AGUST D EXPERIENCE. I was really hesitant in buying Agust D - D Day Tour tickets for LA, as they were so expensive. My boss recommended me to use Tick Pick and I didnt really trust it specially because there’s so many scammers out there and it’s just not fair to pay extra fees for non sense. As a desperate ARMY who didnt want to lose the opportunity to see Yoongi before his MS, I finally took confidence and bought my tickets in an available section, mind you, the Friday night before the concert on Sunday at the Kia Forum, and without knowing, I ended up being NEXT TO THE STAGE on a VIP seating with a server and such an amazing view of our Yoongi! 💜 I trully regretted for the first time not having a Samsung 😂 The best part (besides that BTS Rap Medley) was that I didnt have to make such long lines for the restroom as there was a private restroom for my section! I could easily help my mom who’s currently using a cane to walk (she’s an ARMY too 💜) Since then, I have recommended this app a thousand times! And now my best friend got her VIP Tickets to see Paramore, her favorite band! For pricing let me tell you, this is re-sell, so its going to be based on whatever the reseller is giving it out, however, prices changes and decreases notoriously! (these tickets were cheaper than GA in ticktmxstr and I didnt pay for extra fees) Thank you for letting me be at the concert, Tick Pick!

Be wary of the purchase process.. If you’re using the app, be wary of clicking into tickets. Clicking in allows you to get a 360 view of the seat listed which is cool. However if you already have a credit card set up and you are just browsing the listing, the purchase button hovers dangerously close to the 360 view and is a one-click straight-through purchase without confirmation requirement. See a super cool seat but accidentally graze the purchase button, or have some random double-click through internet glitch, congrats on being saddled with however many tickets that were on the listing that you had no intention of purchasing. The support team offers zero help nor is it easy to get a hold of a supervisor (I’m currently on day 3 and I’ve lost count of how many calls and emails trying to get to one). They rely on an “All Sales Final” policy and just recommend you relist the tickets, even though attempts began to notify them of the issue within 2 minutes of the event. I’ve had a previously fine instance of purchasing an event ticket through the app but this experience will give me 2nd thoughts before ever doing so again.

Diamond in the rough💎🥳. Used and LOVED this app for years!! Love the instant tickets, love the layout used to pick the location of tickets, love even more the filters options of how you’d like the tickets to be shown(price, best seat location, etc.). Ever need to keep an eye on ticket’s you’re interested in purchasing but prices are currently too high? You can let TickPick notify you as soon as that price drops and SCORE! You’re in and saving money. There obviously differentiator is no hidden ticket fees at check out. Nope, it’s all there! BING BANG BOOM! You’re done instead of guesstimating what the total cost at checkout will total up to. Only had a few issues (three over 6 yrs) but still buying hundreds of TickPick tickets and referred friends to buy theirs too. Problem were scam tickets! If this happens to you do NOT wait and immediately contact TickPick. TickPick reimbursed me the first time. The most recent scammed tickets my friend bought after I swore TickPick is the best option for last minute MLB playoff tickets 2021. Still working on $400+ ticket reimbursement for scammed tickets purchased through TickPick. Although its been 6 months of trying to work with TickPick to Hey our money back, I have faith after many loyal years of TickPick being my only ticket app that it’ll works it’s way out soon.

used once for Dodger tickets. got a good deal on Dodger tickets through their website. when the day of the event came, I had to download the app to get my QR codes to scan at the stadium. all was good with no issues. I was a little apprehensive about the original ticket purchaser collecting the money and then using the tickets and then when I show up, I would be denied entry. we showed up super early just in case (which actually worked out in our favor because there was a free giveaway and the stadium was packed 2 hrs. before the game started!) but I would NEVER buy the parking for a game through them. it’s the same price as if you prepay through the Dodgers website but the parking offered by TickPick is OFFSITE and over a mile from the park. they need to offer it for $10 and provide a shuttle at least. if not, you’re better off parking in the actual parking lot

LOST $236!!!!. Back in February I purchased tickets for Kevin Hart in OKC which was last night (Aug 14). I emailed a couple time because I never received the tickets. They requested a retransfer of the tickets and still nothing. So about a week out, I start calling and same thing they requested a re transfer of the tickets. Come yesterday, I called like 5 times trying to get my tickets AND NOT MISS THE SHOW AND LOSE $236!!!!! Well again they requested a transfer of the tickets and NOTHING. They said since they have proof of the transfer sorry I am out of luck. SO of course I do not go to the show. AT 7PM THE START OF THE SHOW I GET AN EMAIL SAYING A TRANSFER WAS BEING CANCELLED AND BOOM THE TICKETS SHOW UP AT 701!!!!!!!! I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY! So unexpectedly it worked! I feel someone wasn’t doing something right the entire time and finally figured it out to get me my tickets. However at the start of the show, so YES I MISSED IT AND LOST $236!!!!!! Not a good experience with TickPick. Pretty upset, Im not one who can just afford to lose $236 with nothing to show for it.

Worst experience ever !! Zero stars!. Purchased my tickets in July to and Eagles vs. Buccs game in September. When I purchased the tickets I was told I would get and e transfer two days before the event. As I walk into the event I realized my tickets wouldn’t download , not in my email ( searched spam and delivered), their website, or app. Frantic I was told to head to customer service. We waited and then were told since all we had was a guaranteed seat together with our row and letter . I had no barcode or anything besides a receipt that I did in fact pay 300 dollars for them . THATS IT! I called after I had paid another $200 dollars to get in the game . When I did contact the company, I literally don’t think I've been giving such bad / rude customer service in my life . I demanded they give me a refund, because I absolutely never received anything . They did ask if I checked Ticketmaster . I replied why would I check ticketmaser when I bought the tickets on your app. Repeatedly was interrupted and condensingly talked to. He talked to me as if I was some idiot . Did nothing to help at all ! Had to get my bank involved. Advised to never buy again from the customer service at the field. (*Fraud* , looks like it’s is a trend with them)

Don’t Expect to get paid. I purchased my tickets; they were the wrong state. I put them up to re-sell, and they sold the night before the event. I was prompted to transfer them and then enter how I want to be paid, so I did. On the day of the event, it was cancelled, AFTER I made the sale. Now, if the event is cancelled/rescheduled, you’re entitled to a full refund if you cannot make it; but if you sell them and it’s rescheduled, they withhold your payment for 2 weeks AFTER the rescheduled event. It’s ridiculous. Regardless of how much or how little the tickets cost, consumers are entitled to their money in a timely manner. I would not suggest anyone buy or sell tickets thru these guys because if inclement weather, that is out of your control, dictates the event, you won’t get your money. What if the person who bought them from you decides they can’t attend the rescheduled event? Do they get a refund immediately? Idk, but it’s ridiculous that the seller has to wait months (potentially) due to something out of their control. Avoid this service if you can, it’s been nothing but a headache and I’m not the only one. Just be aware of the games being played with your money with a service you trusted.

Don’t Waste your money!!!. I also 2 tickets, got to the concert and 1 didn’t work. Neither one of us went inside. Took almost 2 months to get a refund and was only refunded for 1 ticket. They tend to take the sellers side even when they sell bad tickets. I’ll never buy tickets from this app again. It seems like this is a common problem with this app. Wish I would’ve seen the other reviews before I wasted my time, money and new outfit!... FYI the developer’s response says exactly what I said🙄. 1 ticket didn’t work, 1 did work. I couldn’t use the 2nd ticket because obviously I wasn’t going to go into the concert without my sister or let her go in alone. Therefore, I requested a refund for BOTH tickets that same night, before the event even started. I was told that the rep would handle my requests, but because they took 2 months to resolve the issue, I couldn’t get refunded for the 2nd ticket because they weren’t able to get their money back for it. They could have easily re-sold my valid ticket that night, because I wasn’t the only person that got scammed. . So in the end, I missed the event, got the run around for 2 months AND lost the $223 I spent on that 2nd ticket.

Let us rate sellers!!!. There should be a way to rate sellers. I paid 385/ticket for electronic transfer tickets. I needed the E-transfer because I wasn't going and the tickets were a gift. After purchase, I was informed that transfer wasn't possible. So, given "Matt's" number, he says he will meet them at the gate so I don't have to worry OR I could send them to his hotel where he'll give them a parking pass. "How much for the pass?" I ask. "Nothing, I'll just give it to them" he replied. I told my brother all of this, so I was mad when he told me later that, "That guy didn't give us a parking pass because he said we hadn't paid for it." Overall, it was not a good transaction, but there is no way to know before you buy. Other times, I've had no issues. I just want to be able to rate crappy sellers. TickPick and their customer service have been pretty good. In fact, I'm going to change my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Charged $400 for Tickets that Tick Pick still has listed for Sale. Update: I spoke to Michelle at Tick Pick on February 26. She immediately issued a refund, which was a welcome relief, and I was able to successfully purchase my tickets. I very much appreciate that Tick Pick made things right. **** On February 25, 2019, I tried to purchase concert tickets and Tick Pick charged me $400. However, the tickets I paid for are still for sale, my app shows no record of the sale, and I have received no email confirmation. Spoke to Tick Pick agent who also could find no record of the transaction. My Mastercard sure as heck got record though 😡. Apparently only certain employees can view Apple Pay transactions, which I only used because the app would not accept my billing address, which was CORRECT. Total B.S! I’d better be getting my tickets or a refund first thing tomorrow. Very angry that I was falsely charged.

The best by a mile. I’ve used the competitors before and TickPick today earned my loyalty. I bought tickets in December for today’s event. The order was confirmed and everything for months, but today I got a call from Stephanie at TickPick that the seller never fulfilled the order. Long story short, I’m in comparable but better seats and it didn’t cost me anything. I am so happy that they were proactive, accommodating, and reasonable. Other servicers in the past have just offered a refund when I call them an hour before the event after finding out my tickets didn’t come through. That doesn’t help me much when the event is sold out or when the tickets have skyrocketed. I’m sure TickPick took a bath on this sale but they guaranteed I’m never ordering from a competitor!

good app. great app no service fees!

IT update required. Needs more work. Algorithms and search engine is basic. Prices could more competitive for last minute tickets .

Be more transparent about reach and coverage of your service.. I really find that some app providers don't have any concept of how bog the world is and how many different people from that big world are now even more likely to be accessing you service but to have gone to the trouble of creating a profile (no one really had time for the byw) and then get validation via email to confirm the information I had provided was honest and accurate. It was at this point to my gutted disappointment that this gig app is solely and quite arrogantly for citizens of the North American continent. I tried to put in Brisbane as a location and it was returning CA as the state. I was then only through trial and error able to ascertain that if you were not located on the US then there just is not an event in your area. Just make that point obvious somewhere early to avoid whatever this scenario could be classified as.

The best deals for events!. Best App for concert goers!

Customer service. Apparently they have problems fixing something as simple as changing an email address on my account.

Well done!. Very well done ticket app.

Always great seats, reliable and awesome customer service. I have been buying resale tix through TickPick app for a couple of years now and it has found me awesome tickets to sold out shows and even last minute tickets in my hometown and also during my travels. Every ticket has been honoured at point of entry. And I did approach customer service via email once for ticket accuracy and received a response and resolution in less than 24 hours. I also love the no fee policy so that alone has saved me hundreds compared to other sites. Highly recommended!

Doesn’t work anymore. This used to be my go to app for tickets but over the past few months it just doesn’t load. After you click on the event, it just gets stuck loading forever. Full site works but the app is a lot more convenient. Please fix and I will use again

Buggy. Can’t access buying ticket page. Just loads forever. Previous versions were great though

I’ve deleted every other ticket app. No fees = no problem!

Best App EVER. I have purchased from so many third party ticket apps and nothing even compares. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with tickets to a play off game coming up as an early birthday gift and my seller (with elite status) had my tickets transferred first thing in the morning after I made my purchase. No hidden fees ✅ A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION that actually works in Canada ✅ Official Tickets ✅ the only downside is the US to CAD price conversion you have to take some time to figure out… but who even cares when you can save money and take some extra time to pay for better seats over the course of 6 weeks? Thank you TickPick!!

User friendly app. Easy to use

USD NOT CAD. So sneaky of them to not mention that my ticket was 150 USD instead of 150 CAD. If I’m buying in Canada it should automatically be Canadian pricing!

Tickpick Won’t Guarantee Your Tickets on Gameday. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM TICKPICK IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THERE IS NO REAL SECURITY / GUARANTEE ON THE TICKET. If you don’t feel like reading, even though you may have purchased a ticket, if the ticket seller does not release the ticket, you will not attend the event, and Tickpick will do little to nothing to compensate you for this. Do yourself a favor and buy directly with the sports team or a reputable ticket seller if you want to be guaranteed access to an event. Also, Tickpick’s customer service is absolutely brutal so it is not worth the time arguing with people who could care less if you get to the event or not. I bought tickets to an event, and did not receive my tickets within the 24-48hr window they guaranteed. FOUR HOURS before the event, I had to reach out to them to figure out what’s going on. They explained to me that the seller has not released the tickets for the event and they will be reaching out to him for a response. If they can’t reach him, they GUARANTEED me that they would get me other tickets so I would not miss the event. AN HOUR before the event I had still not heard back from them, so I called again. To no surprise, the person who had my tickets could not be reached, but now, they claimed that there were no more seats left in the arena (or at least for the price range equivalent for my ticket which is x2 the price). All they could offer me was a refund (which honestly should have been more considering I was waiting for this event for 2 months and I had to chase after them only to find out that I cant go). I ended the call, and out of curiosity looked on their website for tickets they could have upgraded me to and THERE WERE SEVERAL OPTIONS. Frustrated, I called back and explained this to them, and instead of using my refund credits and paying the rest of the amount, they only issued me a small credit in which I still had to pay for the tickets (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE UPGRADE)!!! I was stuck in the city as I planned to watch the game, so I had no option but to pay. All this is happening with 15 minutes before the event by the way, I had to sprint to the event and ended up missing the first 5 minutes of the period. After all of this, I wrote a request to get refunded the extra amount I paid as it was absolutely ridiculous how they were able to squeeze more money out of me. I have not yet heard a response; it has been a month that I have been waiting. Unfortunately for me, I bought 2 events at the same time. The tickets for the second event were actually sent to me ahead of time, which was a bit more relieving. However, what I discovered after this process is that if the event you purchased is a popular enough, Tickpick essentially allows the ticket holder to hold on to their ticket for a fee, whereas the Tickpick customer gets screwed over with almost no customer service. Even if you put up a fight they will still waste your time and money. I learned my lesson, from now on I will be purchasing tickets directly from a sports club or with a reputable company like Ticketmaster, etc.

Scam. Got scammed out of a refund for my Stones tickets - avoid this company at all costs, they will not reimburse you for cancelled shows or shows that have been “rescheduled/postponed” (aka cancelled but we don’t want to say cancelled because we would rather keep your money)

Always AMAZING savings. I first used the app to book NFL tickets and got the best prices compared to other popular event ticket sellers. Today I just got another amazing deal for Pink in Toronto. They saved me $150 each ticket. Crazy good! Thank you!!

Pricing. Your prices are still terrible

Scam. Not worth the trouble, I purchased two tickets and went to accept the link but it said the tickets were accepted by another email, can’t even sell them because I wasn’t given a url, total scam

cant believe it. really thought it was a scam at first because the prices were so cheap. Cutting the service fee was gave such a large discount and if you pair your purchase with coupon codes from honey (joinhoney.com/ref/vxngpq2), you get around another $10 off your entire purchase.

Best ticket resale app bar-none. Best ticket resale app bar-none

Can’t read names of input fields on my iPhone. Can’t read names of input fields on my iphone

I was charged in USD without being advised or told. I’m from Canada and purchased tickets to an Edmonton oilers game and was charged in USD without being told. So I was over charged over 250$ Canadian more then I should have been. When I contacted the company they told me there was an advisory before I purchased the tickets but there was no advisory like the picture they sent me that I was supposed to see. So basically I overpaid over 250$ for my set of 3 tickets. The tickets were supposed to be 548$ total Canadian and I got charged 771.75$ Canadian. Not cool if you ask me especially since they did nothing to help me out when I contacted them about the problem.

Did not get ticket rt away.. Bought a ticket that was just posted at 5:55. Paid for it at 5:56. 6:40 still waiting for the ticket to be transferred. Had to call tickpick. If I didn’t call I would not have received a ticket. Missed the whole first period and 2 mins of the second did not get in building until 7:02. Very dissatisfied with the method of delivery. Once the tickets are purchased on tickpick they should be transferred over via tickpick not wait until the seller is contacting to send over. Sent tickpick an email still waiting for response on how they are going to compensate me for missing over 1/3 of game.

The helpful. Honestly I called for help and the young man on the phone made my shopping experience great. Mick you are aces my friend. Your calming approach made my problem go away with ease. Even if things went wrong from here Mick is the reason I’ll be back again. Would recommend to anyone whom asks for a referral.

Misleading claim about fees. The total price to be paid is no different than other sites. They say they have no fees, but in the end their final price is the same as everyone else.

Awesome. Great ticket hook up with NO fees! Have only used once but will definitely use again! 5⭐️

Best site to buy tickets. Given this site to 4 others now and all have booked tickets and loving the site

Love this app. I’ve been using TickPick for years and I’ve always got great seats and deals. The one issue I did have was promptly fixed and I ended up with a great seat upgrade. My only issue is they have to allow Canadians to see prices in our currency. It makes budgeting easier and prevents surprises.

Not a reputable company - allows sellers to cancel sales. Bought a ticket at 6:45 for an event at 8:00. Ticket never arrived so I called them at 7:25, reached a rep at 7:40. At first they couldn’t even find my purchase but I know it went through because I saw the hold on my credit card. Then she found my purchase, AND SAID THE SELLER CANCELLED THE SALE! I was surprised and disappointed - at a minimum they should have told me, but the only reason I found out I wasn’t getting the ticket i successfully checked out on was because I phoned them. THEY DIDN’T PHONE ME OR EMAIL ME OR TEXT ME TO TELL ME I WOULDN’T BE RECEIVING THE TICKET I BOUGHT. They said the seller chose to cancel the sale. I asked why they don’t have any guarantee like their competitors, and they said they only guarantee the ticket you buy is genuine if you receive it, but THEY DON’T GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET THE TICKET YOU PURCHASED. I’ll stick to their competitors who penalize sellers for a dropped sale and find you a similar ticket if the seller doesn’t deliver. It’s pretty minor league to find yourself at the event without a ticket!

Terrible experience. I was browsing tickets in Toronto and ended up buying a ticket in Omaha. Maybe it’s me not paying close attention. I cannot cancel my order before I even receive the tickets. At least provide a one hour pot-out window? And then during the selling process, my tickets prices are significantly lower than others. In the end, my tickets didn’t get sold but other tickets were gone. Finally, I’m so tired of using this app and want to delete my account and realize that there is no way to delete my credit card information with both APP and their website in my account. Overall, it’s a TERRIBLE experience for me.

Great & Unique Ticket App. The app itself is smooth and easygoing. The analytics are awesome and the prices as well. This might be my new go-to ticket purchasing app.

No canadian events. No canadian event what so ever

Was sold non-adult fare tickets. Was sold non-adult fare tickets. Cannot leave 0-star review

Needs Apple Wallet support. It’s a hassle opening up the app whenever I need to view the tickets.

Really cheap. Prises are really cheap and reliable

Perfect so far. I use it to by NHL tickets in Canada. No issues so far, great system, I’ve found some pretty cheap oilers tickets

No tickets. Didn’t receive tickets. Got no help. Huge scam. Absolute joke.

No Surprises. Imagine an app that doesn’t try and scam you at checkout. I use this app for all sporting events. Love it.

Me encanta!. Lo uso poco pero siempre conseguí lo que busque a un buen precio!

Need to get with it. Get CAD conversions

Be careful!!. I was looking for hockey tickets in Canada. I live in Canada. Both teams are Canadian. Prices are in USA dollars. That increases the price by 40%. I’m deleting this.

Surprised tickets were in no alcohol zone. App is great overall but I purchased two tickets for tonight’s Vancouver Canucks v Arizona Coyotes NHL game in Vancouver. I purchased an $18 beer before heading to my seat only to be told by the usher that the seat I had bought on your App was on an alcohol free zone. As a result I watched the first 15 minutes of period one on the television in the concourse. Not a great experience.

Too Many Emails!!!!. Good app. Like the fact that there are no fees for the purchaser added on. The only annoying thing about this site is that every time I open up the app to see what ticket prices are at, I end up getting annoying emails from “Sarah” or some other bot pushing me to keep pursuing tickets…….do you think I’d visit this app if I wasn’t already interested in tickets for the event???? Dumb Asses.

False Advertisement. Be cautious that the photos they show for where your seats are, are not actually from where your seats are. We bought some tickets that had a 360 view showing a great seat, and then our actual seat was about 40 rows above it in the nosebleeds.

Love this. LOVE THIS APP! My first time buying tickets and this is the only app that doesn’t have fee. Gosh I love this!

No hidden fees!!!!!!. The only non-predatory ticket app I know of

Logging in issues. For some reason the app was not allowing me to log after I added a password. Left it for 24 hours and it allowed me to log in.

Scam. They are resellers for private individuals and do not guarantee tickets. Had nothing but problems. Kept sending me qr codes to events that were over a year ago. They said they would make it right but the event is in one hour so not hopeful..will contact my credit card company and put in a scam alert if this is not resolved.

Best Ticket App ever!!!. Me and my buddies and clients have been trying all the apps that sell tickets and thus far no app has beaten this app on the price. Also the app being able to show a 360 view of the seat to understand where you sitting is a great feature.

So far so good.. Wish we had CDN $ but otherwise great selection and UX.

Canadian Grand Prix. Easy to purchase! First time!

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO SELL TICKETS. I bought 4 tickets through this app, but had to resell them due to a family emergency. First of all, don’t count on making your money back if you resell. Secondly, the process to transfer tickets is ridiculous. I couldn’t figure out how to do it and their customer service is only available my email. So they are charging me an extra $300 because I couldn’t get my tickets transferred by the deadline. Also, I didn’t even receive my tickets to transfer until less than 24 hours before the event. Even though it’s more expensive to go through other ticketing resale apps, I would recommend that over TickPick, at least until they can fix their app and make it more user friendly when trying to seek tickets.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I recently bought tickets to a Husker football game. I even drove all the way from Illinois to go to this game. We get to the stadium but one of our tickets would not scan. We had to go wait in line at the help desk (missing the whole first quarter) and they still said the tickets were not showing up in the system and could not be scanned. I showed them the PDF version and after they checked the system, they said that since TickPick does not track who sells tickets to who, there is no record that they did not double sell this tickets. There was a different person's name under the tickets even! The woman who tried to help us even said NEVER BUY FROM TICKPICK AGAIN - and I won't. Don't sell tickets if they don't work. I had to scalp tickets last minute at the venue to even GET IN. Absolutely ridiculous. I almost didnt even get to see the game because of TickPick.

No ANNOYING SERVICE FEES. When you go to purchase something and you see the purchase price you always expect that taxes are going to be added to it but with many other ticket apps they also add that annoying obnoxious service charge anywhere from $50-$100 per ticket and that always just makes me angry. This app is not like that. What you see is what you pay and never any additional fees. Personally I don’t know why everybody doesn’t use this app only but then again selfishly if you don’t then I have a better chance of getting tickets I want. I even thought of not posting this review because that is less competition for me but I’m not that selfish and I do appreciate a good service that takes care of their customers.

App Crashing. This is just a report mainly for a bug on the app but not to fail to mention that the app is great and have had a great experience purchasing our sports games tickets through TickPick. It looks like when saving sporting events for future dates, after bookmarking more than two or three events, the app crashes at start up. It won’t let you look through but for maybe 3-4 seconds before just crashing and once I remove those saved events, the apps works fine again. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem still persists. Please fix so we are able to save future date events and also able to still use the app for current browsing. Thanks!

Avoid, risky for consumers. I’ve had some ticket problems with a TickPick and it’s cost me several times. Their user interface caused me to purchase a ticket for the wrong game as it switched dates on me while I was looking. Their policies put the blame and cost on their customers with zero leeway for working things out in a reasonable manner. So, I got that ticket for the wrong event due to their interface then tried to sell it but it was listed incorrectly even though I used their re-listing link. Now, I’m being charged a penalty on top for a ticket that I’m already eating the cost on. I don’t dare list the ticket for sale again as I’m liable to get charged a third time. AVOID using them! I’m about to delete their app and will never consider using them again. Way too much risk for the consumer.

Gives good fair valuations upfront. Cheaper a lot of times.. Love that it gives the amount I’m going to pay upfront. When tickets are towards the expensive end, they usually come out to around same price as others. Since others have lower ticket price and more fees. But in the end it’s usually either same price, sometimes more or less. BUT BUT when tickets are on low $ end. That’s where you save money. I’ve checked multiple apps when booking basketball tickets on lower price points. And TICKPICK always come out cheaper than the other apps.

Terrible service/Customer Service. I bought a ticket to a Rangers vs LA Angels game -front row just off home plate great deal (which is easy to do if you don’t have to have the ticket). Drove 3.5 hours to Dallas, bought a parking space enroute during a stop for gas. I noticed when I parked I had multiple parking passes. I got to the front gate -NO TICKET!! TickPick never tried to notify me. When I called TickPicks I discovered I had purchased 30...THIRTY parking spaces for $330. They said I had intentionally bought 30. All I did was select a lot and click purchase. So apparently default is 30!!!! I spent over 30 minutes arguing with a supervisor while standing outside the stadium trying to get them to give me a refund!! So a total 7 hours on the road, No great seat...no seat at all, No ball game, huge fight with customer service and an enormous headache-all thanks to TickPick. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would have been better off with a SCALPER!

I love TickPick!. TickPick is literally the BEST ticket vendor for concerts. It could be last minute or even months prior to the event, you always get an A+ deal on tickets and I love that there are absolutely no service fees or taxes after the ticket price listed. What you see is really what you pay!! In some cases, you have to pay a small fee for shipping if it’s a physical ticket. Most tickets are available electronically through the app which is very convenient. I will always use TickPick for concert tickets and I always recommend my family + friends to as well. The tickets are 100% legit and always at a great deal!

Don’t think I’ll use TickPick again. Bought tickets on 6/10 for the Lightning vs Islanders playoff game on 6/13. Seller would not send tickets even after confirming order sale and then goes on to send me screenshots of his phone which are fraudulent. Could not get a response from TickPick whatsoever. Phone line is down due to Covid, no email response, then they ask me to DM them on Twitter and they never get back to me. Ive used TickPick for years, but this might be the last straw. It’s less than 24hrs until the events start time and I don’t have legit tickets, yet TickPick refuses to respond or resolved. Very sad because I always bragged about TickPicks customer service and now this happens.

Tickets prices. This app is using fake promotion by saying that there ticket prices are cheaper which that fake because when you do a side by said ticket price comparison ticket master has the cheaper tickets and on this app it’s 4 times more then what it would cost on other apps for example the first floor price on ticket master it is 500 and on tick pick the floor ticket price is 4000 thousand dollars per person they are making money off of you just by you downloading this app which is not showing a good resemblance . I don’t know about yall but I hate apps that use false advertisement and I really don’t like to use the word hate because it’s is a very strong word to use but I HATE apps that do this because they are making money off of you just by you downloading the app

Horrible experience with customer service and horrible experience buying tickets. I tried to buy 4 tickets for my brothers and Dad for his early birthday present and got denied buying tickets after using 3 different cards along with trying multiple times. Tried buying the tickets for April 25th on the night of April 18th after the game to see if the Cavs were going to make it to game 5. Got denied and sent a email expressing my concern for the way the app was not letting anything go through. They “didn’t get the email” and hadn’t responded so I had to call them to see what was going on. The tickets I was watching had already been sold at this point and I got on the phone with a guy and he just didn’t care whatsoever. Offered me a $10 credit when I had to spend an extra $50 a ticket and didn't get the seats I wanted. Bottom line horrible experience and probably the WORST customer service I’ve EVER dealt with.

Fake Tickets. The transaction ended well because TickPick issued me a refund so I’ll give a two star rating. That was the only positive. I was not able to get into the arena with the ticket I was sent. I called the customer service number three times and was disconnected after being on hold for 15 minutes each time. I received a call back after sending an email, so that’s definitely the better way to get help. I wound up getting another ticket on Stubhub. Since I still had my original ticket from TickPick on my phone, I was able to get down to the original seat I purchased. To my surprise, there was someone in the seat I purchased. Not sure how TickPick allows that to happen.

Disaster. Tick pick sold me tickets that they then told me were already gone twice to the same event. Worse two of the seats on both sales were for the same seat. They said that they would contact seller to fix but he does not respond for three days . There team will work on it I have been told for three days but they have got paid by my Visa card. So now I have no tots and paid them almost 500$Speecless about the fact they cannot fix this in three days after telling me it was their error!!!

No fees! Easiest to navigate and search multiple sections. Been using TickPick for almost 15 years. I always recommend it over TM or SH, as there are no fees to the buyer, and a much easier search navigation. I can’t stand how other sites will show prices that aren’t really the list price, and will then tack on fees, only after 3 or 4 more screens, and still won’t show you the full ticket price until AFTER you enter CC info. TickPick makes it all so easy. I was not paid or asked to say this, just simply a fan.

Electronic ticket delivered just in time, phew!!!. I was very worried after reading other reviews. My event was less than 24 hours away and I had not seen the electronic ticket appear in the app. It’s was showing it would be delivered electronically “today” for two days. I became concerned I was being scammed. I emailed TickPick that night and their staff emailed back in the morning to say my ticket was still coming and that the specific concert artist doesn’t release the e-tickets until just a few hours before the show. It all worked out great. My ticket arrived in the TickPick app as promised about 4 hours before the show. I was nervous it would not happen, but it all went as planned. Phew, and thanks TickPick!

Do not buy stay away. I purchased tickets for a baseball game, seller wrote a summary of where I will be seating with section row and seat number. I get the confirmation email and was allowed to transfer the tickets to my account. Transferred the tickets to my account , come game time the tickets are no longer there and I contact support about it. Back and forth all day with them , I find it super funny when I check for tickets on the official MLB website for the tickets and it shows that my section and row with the seat number are for sale again? Does that make any sense? I even told customer support to check the website itself and they even told me that is weird why is it like that. So basically , I missed the game , no refund on my money and still lost about it. PS tickets were $36 dollars, and if I wanted to pull some kind of scheme I’d go for more expensive tickets or charge back, but never again using. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Awful. There was an awful person seated in front of us, who was drunk and belligerent. We made a complaint to security, they did nothing. This drunk woman stood up throughout the entire concert, blocking our view; spilling drinks on people, falling on people, cursing, dancing like she was at a hip hop concert. It was the most rude display of human behavior I have ever witnessed. Finally, someone said something to her, she turned around, started cursing and spitting on people. When the cops showed up, she lied about someone pulling her hair, so we got pulled out of the concert to be questioned. I feel that if they had taken our concerns into account in the first place, the situation would not have escalated and the decent patrons could have enjoyed the concert. Instead multiple people had their night ruined and ended up leaving because they wouldn’t address an overly intoxicated person. Very disappointing.

Using any other ticket marketplace is a mistake!. I’ve bought over 50 tickets through these guys, and can’t recommend them enough!!! I track a lot of concerts and baseball games here, looking for good deals. They’re also great for parking passes as well. In my experience, as this is a seller to seller transaction, I’ve only had one time where tickets arrived late (bought close to game time and delivered 10-20min after it started), in which TickPick refunded. I’ve sold tickets on here as well, so occasionally you may wait as the seller tries to transfer tickets to you.

Absolutely Horrible! Buyer beware!. I went to buy tickets for a concert near me. I must’ve accidentally pressed the day prior which is in a different state. As soon as I noticed when I received the confirmation I called to let them know it was my mistake but I can’t go because I’m no where near that state. I said I would buy the correct tickets if they would fix the issue. Jesse said he would reach out to the seller to see if they would do a mutual cancellation. No word from anyone. I had bought the insurance and I’m told there’s nothing they can do. All sales final. File a claim. All other third party ticket resellers protect the buyer as well and try to fix mishaps. This site did nothing and only protects the sellers. What a joke! I’d rather pay a fee if I know I’m protected. I’ll be using my other third party sites like Fan Exchange, StubHub, Seat Geek and Gametime. They have cheaper seats too.

Customer service is terrible and I never got my tickets. I bought eagles tickets off TickPick and the seller never sent them. It was for a $500 order. I sent proof that I never got the tickets and even gave the manager my Ticketmaster/eagles account manager log in information. He confirmed there were no tickets. I called Ticketmaster and the ticket booth at the stadium. No tickets. After speaking to 2 reps, and 1 manager, they still have to “investigate” the matter even though I have provided enough proof and more than enough patience. It’s been now 5 days trying to resolve this. Who knows if I’ll be able to get my money back decently or in a timely fashion, or will I have to dispute this and contact the BBB? Incredibly frustrating and no one at this company will do anything for you unless you have 24 hours to be on hold 14 times, with multiple calls “dropped”, and constantly on the phone with them.

VERY SCARED. So my boyfriend bought tickets for him and I to a machine gun kelly fall out boy concert for this upcoming September and they were delivered as e tickets right away. However after reading literally hundreds of reviews out of paranoia I’m getting EXTREMELY nervous that my tickets are going to be fake or duplicates and not scan when I go to the concert in 2 months. All I want is piece of mind to know they’re real but I googled it and there’s no easy way to tell if ur tickets are fake or not. On top of that, I read horrible customer service reviews as well so if my tickets do happen to be fake it doesn’t appear like I’ll be getting help. Many people have said they haven’t received refunds which gives me anxiety considering they have a buyertrust guarantee (which many ppl also discredited). I pray to god I don’t get screwed and miss the chance to see my favorite artists.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Was a bit concerned after reading some reviews after the purchase of opening day tickets. But no reason for concern. The purchase experience was very easy and loved the fact there was no additional fees. Was provided a date for the electronic delivery of tickets and they arrived two days early. Getting the tickets was super easy. I already had the ballpark app, but had I not there was detailed directions. Tickets downloaded immediately and easily scanned at the gate. Our seats were amazing and we had such a great time. Thanks for the great experience, I will definitely use again and will recommend.

Saved at least 200$! Loved it!. Last minute tickets to the Royals game! I saw an advertisement of this app and try it out. First app I’ve ever used to buy tickets for a sports event. I usually buy them from the official page but they were really expensive and took a look at the ones in the App. They were CRAZY cheap...I’m talking like 75% off...so I of course couldn’t believe they were legit tickets..read all of the ticket policies of the app and read other reviews..and gave it a try.! Tickets worked perfectly! Amazing seats! It was awesome. Had an amazing time. I would recommend this app to anyone that wants to get tickets and save some money to spend on something else.

Gambled. I got tickets through this app and saved a lot of money compared to other sites, which I was thrilled about. However I didn’t read any reviews until after purchasing the tickets, and I have to say the anxiety I went through leading up to the event because I was afraid of being like other reviewers whose tickets were invalid was awful! Like the vast majority of people my tickets ended up working fine and we got to see a great show at a great price, but I probably won’t use again unless the guarantee is better since I know other sites, although more expensive, wont give me the same anxiety.

Good luck. Missed a very important event to me and left myself really upset and hurt all because they don’t deal with their tickets and other party’s through this site responsibly or take accountability. Even when they sent my tickets to a random email they blamed the other person who sold the tickets even though they didn’t properly provide the right info for the other party and set up a mountain of mistakes. They finally sent my tickets an hour after the show had begun and only then offered the refund after I had to explain once again that the show was already halfway over. I would have gladly paid a fee to have my tickets sent to me directly through the app instead of all the hoops you have to jump through for a discount for tickets you might not even be able to find.

Def Leppard & Journey. Bought last minute tickets on TickPick for Def Leppard & Journey because StubHub was not coming through with the seats and price desired. Plus, the hidden fees really jacked up the price. Found exactly what I wanted on TickPick, but having read some negative reviews about this same tour, I was concerned. Called the customer service number and the representative, Janelle, answered all my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable to proceed with ordering on the app. Tickets were completely legitimate and the price exactly as listed with no hidden fees. Would definitely use TickPick again.

Jerry Seinfeld tickets. I am so UPSET with your service. I purchased tickets to see Seinfeld and checked my confirmation the day before and my tickets weren’t ready to be printed/confirmed . The show was Friday (4/7) and I didn’t look at my tickets again until 4:00pm (7pm show) when I was already on my way to the city and I was confused because I couldn’t find my tickets. Well they were Canceled ( I have No idea Why) then your service said for me to respond right away to new tickets issued ( which I missed the time frame to) therefore, my tickets were cancelled completely. I now had no tickets and I was already on my way to the city. I’m Not happy. I don’t live close to the city. I never was able to see Seinfeld and I still don’t understand why my original tickets were canceled to begin with?? Unbelievable service!! NOT HAPPY!! The only good thing is I received a full refund right away. But, why wouldn’t I?

WORST APP EVER. Gosh where do i even begin so i found this app and decided to give it a try🙄🙄🙄🙄 (worst mistake in my life) if you value your time and money RUN from this app, not only did they charge my card when i tried to buy tickets but as soon as i got charged for it i got a message saying that there was a problem and i had to start all over 😡😡😡😡 SO I GOT CHARGED BUT NEVER GOT MY TICKETS i had to make more then 4+ calls to see what the heck happened to my money and tickets, until they finally got back to me to tell me that the order didn't go thru and they recommended buying other tickets with a different debit card 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 like im rich and i have cards lying around with money i had to wait 3 days to get my money back 😤😤😤 WHEN I NEEDED MY MONEY THE SAME DAY TO BUY THE TICKETS THAT WERE TIME SENSITIVE, so basically not only was i not able to buy the tickets but now i have to wait to get my money back 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑 TERRIBLE APP

Didn’t get my tickets as promised.. I heard about your app and was excited to try it based on positive reviews. However, I purchased my first set of tickets 3 months in advance and was given the section and seats I requested. Within a short time, I was sent a message that the tickets I originally purchased were not available but tickets of comparable value and price were replacing them. I accepted this. Time went by and a couple of weeks before the concert, I inquired on the tickets and was told that they would be forthcoming. Fast forward to the week before the concert and after I inquired I was told that the owner of the tickets was contacted and I would receive them within 48 hours of the concert. That didn’t happen. I do not have the 5 tickets that I was promised not only from the owner but also from TickPick who said they promised a guarantee. I will never purchase tickets through them again and I am out several hundreds of dollars.

Tickets available were for a show that had been over. I wish I could have rated this a zero. I bought tickets today that I thought was for this evening, but they were for a show that had already finished this afternoon. For some reason the tickets were still made available for a show that was over. I didn’t look closely at the time (my fault) but why in the world would this site allow me to buy the tickets anyway?! I mistakenly assumed that I was buying tickets for the evening show because after all, the afternoon was over. Ridiculous! And now I’m out over $100 for nothing!

My Go To Site!. I’ve repeatedly been amazed by TickPick over the last couple of years! I first found this site while looking for NHL Playoff ticks and walked away with 2 5th row seats for less than what I would have paid for 1 seat anywhere on most other sites! I’ve since used it primarily for concert and football tickets and every time I can find amazing deals, even at the last possible second! And above all, NO FEES!! PLUS, I was able to use reward points on my most recent purchase and will be right off the sidelines for less than the cost of nose bleed seats! I truly LOVE TickPick and am so grateful for every single deal I find!!

My Go-To App for 100% Reliable Tickets!. I LOVE live music and attend entertainment events up to 8 times per month! I’ve recently discovered TickPick and I couldn’t be more thrilled and grateful! It’s a reliable platform that allows me to make confident last-minute ticket purchases, where my scans WORK successfully at venue ticket scanners. I had become skeptical over the years with other 3rd party ticket selling sites because I’ve been burned by some of the other platforms. TickPick is transparent and easy to use, the buyer pays no fees, and tickets arrive in a timely manner. For someone like me who NEEDS live music and entertainment, this is the PERFECT app for me! I highly recommend over all other 3rd party ticket resale sites.

False Information. I have bought I ticket twice now through TickPick. Firs one was for Kendrick Lamar and the second is the Packers vs. Rams, both tickets gave me false information prior to purchasing. When I opened the tickets for Kendrick it was a day old ticket, it was for one that passed already. I got ready and went to the concert without realizing the ticket I bought was wrong. I didn’t check the tickets because I have bought tickets so many times at different sites and they were all fine. Long story short we were not able to get in to the concert. And the football tickets I purchased says seats are guaranteed together section 16L row 30 and when I opened the tickets it was not together. One was 16L row 30 seat 16 and the other one was 17H row 30 seat 109!!! I gave TickPick another chance but after what happened I don’t think I can trust buying tickets here again.

Terrible. I bought tickets and they were said to be delivered like 6 days before the event. That right there had me worried itself. So I bought the tickets else where and asked for a refund. So they gave me a refund, but a few weeks later the overdrew my account because the seller of the tickets had screenshots of the purchase. What I don’t get is that the pictures of me purchasing it wasn’t the issue there. The problem was the tick pick had reviews that they didn’t work. AND it was scheduled to arrive a COUPLE OF DAYS before the concert. So I called the bank and they say I can do something abt it. So I don’t get why my bank was overdrew. Tick pick is horrible and you can guarantee I’m not using it again. Ticketmaster is the one I’m going too. I would like me money back tickpick and I want it as soon as possible, you caused me a lot of trouble.

Horrible. Tick Pick is horrible. For a first time seller back in November I have been dealing with nothing but a nightmare. The app isn’t user friendly to start for newbies. So when I tried to sell my tickets it only gave me one option and I’ve never received my money. I spoke to an agent who advised me that my tickets have been sold to the team and it would take 10 to 12 weeks to get my money back. The only way it could be expedited would be if I could prove I only had the one option to receive my money. Of course when I attempted to go back in the app wouldn’t allow me to “pretend” I was selling the tickets again as the agent suggested I do, and now here I am 2 months later still waiting on my money. I do not receive updates on the status of my refund unless I email the agent, who by the way is very short with me in the emails. Tick pick needs to be shut down based off of this experience.

You guys rock!!!. So I had an issue with my seat choice that the site auto chose(FYI if you buy seats and there’s a range like seats 1-4, the site auto releases the higher numbered seats to you first if you’re buying only in quantity of 1,2, or 3 of those 4 seats), and contacted them to see if the seats could be changed from Seat 3-4 to Seat 1-2, so we’d be on the aisle because when I was selecting they had Seats 1-4 available, and the customer support answered my email within minutes, contacted the seller, and they were great and sent me new tics to Seat 1-2 within an hour! Now that’s what I call customer service!!!

Not a good experience.. Bought two tickets about one month prior to the Byron Nelson pro golf tournament for Sunday’s round. The day before I still had no tickets. I called customer service Five times that day looking for my tickets. I was told the seller had sent them. Finally I called again early Sunday morning, the day of the event. They said they were beginning and investigation. The event began at 8:00 am. I finally received my tickets 1 1/2 hours after the event began. I did not accept them. They told me it would take 2-3 business days for them to investigate what happened. I finally received and email on Wednesday afternoon notifying me that I will receive a full refund. I was happy about the refund, but I drove 7 hours one way to attend the event and spent two nights in a motel. I got my money for the tickets back, so I was only out about $500 for gas, hotel and food. What a deal. Learned my lesson.

Scammed. Our tickets were invalid. I called TickPick and they were very responsive, sent me a new link, still didn’t work. I had to call back and they were able to send me different tickets through the same seller. By the time I was able to try the new tickets, TickPick was closed for the night. The new tickets were also invalid and we were unable to see the event. We took time off of work, paid $25 for parking, paid a babysitter, and drove 4 hours round trip all to waste 2 hours trying to get into the concert. Now I am waiting for TickPick to complete an “investigation” with the venue before they will refund my money. I am very, very upset with this experience.

Easy to use with price transparency. I love buying with TickPick. The app is so easy to use and I really appreciate how it rates the value of tickets. (For example s really good seat being sold at a lower than average price will be noted with an A or A+ rating.) I also love the price transparency. The price quoted is what you pay. No added fees and no need to toggle something to see prices with fees. Now don’t get it mixed up. The price you pay is going to be higher than the base (without fees) price that you see on other apps. So I’m sure they’re collecting fees on their end BUT I’ve noticed that TickPicks prices are still cheaper than other websites once you include their fees. Often by $10-$20 or more! Those savings could be worth a beer or maybe even 2 at the event! Highly recommend TickPick. It’s so easy to use and the price you see is what you pay. It’s now my go to for tickets. I don’t even bother with other companies.

Best ticket app EVER!!!. I found out about TickPick from an online article that rated it the best ticket service (with Ticketmaster in lat place, rightfully so)! I downloaded it and didn’t believe their claims of zero fee, but it is legit!! If the ticket is $50, when you check out, it’s $50! The only thing you pay extra is sales tax (can’t get around the tax man). So far I’ve used TickPick to buy tickets to the Wizards NBA, Smackdown WWE, and the Harlem Globetrotters!! Everything has been smooth and perfect! I’ll never use a different app unless I absolutely have to!!

So Easy to order tickets a Caveman Could Do It!!!. This was a simple process and the website is user friendly! The best part is that unlike its competitors there are no fees! What you see is what you get and that’s all one can ask for when purchasing tickets online! I believe we (TickPick & I) are going to have a mutually beneficial relationship for years to come! 👍 Why wouldn’t you skip the fees and surprises at checkout and instead of playing games and Stubbing your big toe when you see the multiple fees competitors are charging per ticket! This was EzPz and left me smiling once I secured my tickets at a very reasonable price! Thanks TickPick!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worse app, worse service, stay away!!. If I would give them negative stars I would. I have never had such an awful experience like the one I had with TickPick. Due to a mistake in the app instead of getting the tickets for the city I was intending to buy I got tickets for a city that is more than 15hours drive from me. After I saw what I had received I called right away and they gave all sort of fake and different explanations. The customer service was the worse ever!!! Everyone provided a different explanation and the supervisor said that it was due to inexperienced workers. I lost almost 200 usd and what they said they would do to help they did halfway. I feel scammed, not listen and I wish I had read the reviews before buying here. Please don’t!!! Stay with Ticketmaster or stubhub. TickPick will not help you, respond you, or provide anything to you.

Great experience with getting my Anita Baker tickets.. Initially searching for tickets were stressful because once you pressed purchase on other sites then huge fees popped up. I had to do a double take when no fees popped up on Tickpick. I recommend this website for ticket sales if you can’t get them at the box office. Just know that sellers are advertising their tickets on different website and if someone clicks one second before you, they get the ticket even though you go through the whole process. Tick pick will notify you and refund any money you paid immediately. My tickets were the real deal, no fakes here! 😊

They are thieves. I have been in contact with this bs company 4 times this month alone about my tickets. I have contacted them through email and social media. Sad to say that social media is actually more responsive than customer service. They send one email and forget about you, even if you reply. I have given them articles and facts about that my tickets in question are not gonna be valid. They dance around the question at hand just to keep a hold on my money. I have even contacted the team for them, seeing as they don’t wanna be proactive as a company. The team told me to go through them for a refund because they were honoring them due to covid. When I did reach out for the 4th time with this information, I just got the same bs response. This company only cares about their bottom dollar and will do anything to keep your money. Even if you have proof that refunds should be made

AVOID. Do not purchase from here. I accident bought the wrong seats a fee months ago and it didn’t verify if I wanted to go through the purchase, just immediately charged me. Tried cancelling, said sorry no can do. Anyway the original buyer still hasn’t sent me the tickets but tickpick has been no help, im trying to sell them for cheaper to cut my losses, but they’re making me navigate all these other sites like ATX that I haven’t used before… I still don’t have my tickets even though i purchased them 3 months ago. It’s just too much of a hassle, the customer service is mediocre and the company just cheats its customers way too often. They won’t last very long conducting business the way they do. Use any other reseller app.

Don’t Use This!. I purchased a ticket to the Bills vs Titans game on this app and got a message a few days later saying my tickets were sold to someone else before I purchased them. They refunded my tickets and gave me a credit of $20, however, I still want to go to the game. Now for me to purchase a ticket now I will have to spend over $100 more than I originally spent. Had I bought this on another site initially I could have gotten the tickets I wanted at a lower cost than I am going to have to end up spending. Also, the $20 is a interesting gesture because it’s only a fraction of the cost of the ticket difference, it seems like they should have provided me better tickets for the mistake on their end OR more credit to actually offset the cost of the mistake.

Quick CS When Issues Arise. I’ve used this app several times and I’ve never had issues in the past, unlike apps such as Vividseats and Stubhub. However, it appears the whole ticket industry regardless of where you buy your tickets is moving to mobile tickets. It’s suppose to be safer for the customer, but it’s certainly not easier. This isn’t specifically an issue with Tickpick, but I was told the tickets were delivered, yet I couldn’t find the “transfer” email. I called the support line and I was told that the tickets would be “retransferred” by the end of the day. I did get the email but I still had trouble. I called back and their support team stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the process as I had to set up a new account with the venue to “claim” my tickets. Next time, it will now be easier, but the process was new to me. Thankfully the TickPick team was helpful the whole time. I’ll still continue to use TickPick moving forward.

Would not recommend!. Purchased tickets to a Kansas City Chiefs game a week in advance and was told the tickets would be sent to me 24-48 hours before the game and that the tickets were “guaranteed.” Spent all night the night before the game emailing and calling TickPick because the seller had not sent them to me yet. The only response I got was to just wait. The way this company is set up it sketchy. They take your money UP FRONT and then just hope the seller gets you the tickets on time. I ended up receiving my tickets at 2:30 am the morning of the game. I consider myself lucky because there’s many reviews where people never got their tickets or they did get their tickets and they didn’t work. The sellers on TickPick are not legit and they don’t care as long as they get THEIR money. The 20$ savings for no fees was not worth the stress.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD ASAP TO SAVE MONEY. Wow wow wow! Is all I can say! First off- TickPick doesn’t have the popular name like a ticket master or GameTime so I was obviously skeptical when I saw the prices of the games/events they offered. But they conveniently have a 7 day a week customer service line that you can CALL or email.. and they SPEAK ENGLISH! A little accent (bc they from New York) but they speak good good English!! And they secured me. I was trying to grab Alabama Rose Bowl tickets and prices was through the roof on most popular ticket sites! Then when you actually find a good price ticket- they wanna charge you an additional $200 dollars!! NOPE!! So I just went to the App Store and this app popped up! I downloaded and found perfect seats with a perfect price!! NO FEES whatsoever! Seamless purchase and I was able to just send a link to my friend so she could have her tickets too! I fully and highly recommend. My Alabama tickets were less than $540/ticket and other sites are atleast at $700 and up! Not including fees. Don’t just read this. Download before someone else take your tickets and I’m serious!

Best ticket sale app. No fees for the buyer, transparent pricing, fair to the seller on fees, and also they were EXCEPTIONAL at dealing with the only issue I’ve ever had using their service. I’ve sold around 10 sets of tickets over the years and one time somebody claimed I didn’t send them and wasn’t paying. Tickpick team shut that down that day after I verified my transfer to them and I was paid accordingly with no problems. They were faster than any other customer service team I’ve dealt with, and super polite and helpful to boot. Recommend!
