Works well for me on my iPhone 7. You can access your contacts list. Was fairly easy to setup once I learned about soft phones.

It did not work. It did not work after paying 4.99 and wants me to pay another .99/month to get push call.

Needs a lot of Improvements!!. I have an iPhone 6 Plus. You can't dial out from your contacts, if you click on a contact that you already have pre existing in your phone's contacts list it will fail when dialing!! You can't copy and paste a number make the call, it will fail. You can't "Dial using Zoiper" when you come across a number on your email, browser, or anywhere else on your smartphone. When in background, if you dont use it for awhile it will stop. If you have a headset (I use Jabra 935 Pro DC) and you are finished with a call and you click the end call/make call button it won't end the call. If you click the same button to make a call, it won't work as that button is multifunctional. Also, I have purchased the premier version.

Great software but…. The software is easy to use and configure however, it would be nice if it supported Bluetooth audio on iOS devices. I use my Bluetooth headset with my phone all the time and this app does not support it. Other than that, the app works great.

Contact list now works. Increasing my rating from 1 to 4. This is a great app. However to get this app to fully work with the contact list you must pay attention to the "number rewriting" setting to eliminate + ( ) and - from the phone number before it is dialed. Documentation is thin.

why did i get charged again?. is this a monthly purchase? I want a refund. also doesnt keepalive in background.

this blasted too loud almost made me deaf many times. why does it blast so loud no matter the volume setting smh

Terrible. Last update broke it.. The previous version was bad but somewhat usable. The current version no longer works for me. iPhone and iPad both stopped working after the last update. I’m now using Bria. It is much much better.

Don’t waste your money. Doesn’t work in the I phone. Paid for the upgrade, still doesn’t work. Customer service, non-existence. Maybe they will cancel it for me when they read this.

Excellent quality and reliable. I purchased the pro version it's an excellent value I use it as a regular telephone system on an Astruc file server as well as a personal household telephone very easy to use

2 major flaws. This could be the best IAX client put there but... 1) ringer fails to sound on incoming calls. 2) client fails to stay registered and/or self register back online when changing back and fourth between wifi and cell data networks. Please fix then 5 stars.

Doesn’t Work With AirPods. Yes there is a major delay with the AirPods when a call comes in. It automatically disconnects from my AirPod Bluetooth connection super annoying. Doesn’t seem to work probably with Bluetooth devices. Also I noticed that the option to switch to Bluetooth on the app brings a lot of static on to the phone call

Not iPad support or split screen. At least a year ago I contacted zioper to talk about supporting an iPad version of zoiper, many of us use the iPad as a main PC and needed to use the softphone, but they think differently, they think that's not important , they just don't care about users/clients, same goes for a native version of zoiper for M1/M2 Mac.

Great app. Works with pbx in a flash hosted on ec2. I use this with my ec2 hosted instance of freepbx Works great.

OK but..... I upgraded to the premium version to utilize the phone book, However, it doesn't work. I've been told by the company that it is fixed in the new version but Apple has not approved it for release. Other than that glitch I think it's an awesome sip app.

Zoiper is good but. Paid Zoiper pro and got Acrobats Groundwire instead, which has free push notifications a essential feature for voip service. Zoiper has it too with paid subscription.

Bluetooth. My biggest issue with this app is when making a call it does not always connect via Bluetooth to a headset and there’s never an option to connect to headset via Bluetooth. This happens every other call. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying.

Good. Does a good job. Has 2 small withdrawals, 1, the notification windows take to long till they go away a bit annoying. 2 the service connection bars get active only when the call begins instead of when the app starts.

Not registering anymore!. I paid almost $15 for this app and all of the sudden it won’t register?! $15 and I can’t even use it. Don’t want to buy it in the computer because I don’t want to be glued to it but looks like I have to now. Giving it one more day

Speakerphone still doesn't work. iPhone 6s iOS 9.3.4. Zoiper Pro 1.15.5. Speakerphone button has no effect.

Mute not working when minimizing.. In this latest release, a new bug is found. If you mute and you minimize / launch another program and then return, mute still shows depressed, but it really is not muted.

Review. This a very great app and on a high level. But only issue is i have problem when the app run in background, i don't received my calls. And the app makes also issue on my device so my device begin run very bad, like hangin and so on.

Unstable. Very unstable. It crashes all the time and it disconnects very often

Not reliable. Quite often calls are not dialing and not connecting. I cannot save my contact in local Zoiper contact database. It wants to connect to all of my contacts which I do not want to allow. I also switched from free Zoiper to paid version and thought it will be better but no difference.

Great VOIP app. In the future if possible I want my call to be secured and with audio encryption setting.

This app is a SCAM!!!!!. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!!!! I made the mistake of trusting that this app would do its job, so I sent out a mass mailer to get business and used this app to take the calls so I didn’t give out my personal number. Well this app constantly un-registered my phone so I missed HUNDREDS of calls that could have been new business. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Crystal clear!!!. Stuck onsite at a client that had NO cell reception. This works great! And so easy to interact with my office.

This version doesn't work.. I had the regular zoiper and it stopped working when I downloaded the upgrade so I downloaded the premium version hoping it didn't have the same bug. Now whenever I make a phone call I can her the person on the other end of the call on speaker but they cannot hear me at all. Please fix this.

No good. If you don’t have the app open, you don’t get calls. To get a ring you have to have the app open.

Refuses to register IAX in AllStarLink. I am a ham radio operator and I am not able to use the app anymore on Allstarlink. Older versions worked fine but the new versions refuse to register.

Great solution. Like how it has helped me work from home and not give out my cell phone to clients.

No Blue Tooth. This app would not work with my bluetooth headphone, Honda Bluetooth or Apple Talk in my car. Seemed like pretty simple things to hope for.

Good as can be. This is the best soft phone app I have used on my iPhone. Only problem is I have to restart it strikes in order for the audio to work on calls.

iOS issues with IPv6. Version 3.39 does not work well with iOS. Constant issues with error codes and now an issue with IPv6 that is supposedly going to be fixed at some unknown future time. Can make calls but cannot receive calls - isn’t that kinda the point of the app?! Would have been good to know before paying for an app that doesn’t work.

Crashes after update. Please sort it, it's not working and there is no response in calling after iOS 8 using in IPhone 4S

Sorry but it failed to operate as described.. The product described features that my professional technician could not get to operate. A trouble ticket failed to resolve the matter although the provider tried!

A great product. I am very happy with the quality and consistency of the phone calls I make especially from Norfolk Island to mainland Australia. Important and lengthy calls would just not be possible without this app.

Not to bad, but...... Do like zoiper a VoIP client the support for IAX comes in handy. Downside is the Auto Provisioning appears to have a security hole I could drive a bus through.

Poor Product Worse Suppory. The product consistency is non existent. Works on WiFi but as soon as you are on dat network even with everything turned on it will not work at all. Support is slower than molasses and ask you to provide data but once you do they never get back to you. Don’t waist your time or money on this product.

Doesn’t work well on IPhone. Always missing call because the Vacation didn’t come through. Doesn’t Stay Connected. Does not work well at all.

Don’t buy just use the lite version. There is no difference only reason I bought it was when I close the app the call will not come through the lite version. But I thought the premium version dose but unfortunately it dose not work. If you can help please help Thank you

Great VoIP client. I would give 5 stars if not for a few glitches. 1) when on hold a call came in to my iPhone which I answered placing my zoiper call on hold. When I returned to the zoiper call there was no audio and I had no way of returning to the call without ending the call and calling back. 2) Bluetooth is hit and miss. I can’t get it to work reliably so I have to use the speaker phone or phone directly. 3) background registration - this i know is an iOS issue but the zoiper client will only stay registered while the app is open.

doesn't stay stable on M1 Macs. Doesn't work on M1. Was just barely able to set up an account, but Zoiper continually stalls, sputters, fails, freezes from there. Nothing I did could prevent this - this experience is nothing like any other Zoiper's I've installed. Sadly this is a flat out fail; have already moved to Telephone Pro and get my Zoiper purchase refunded

Unfortunately not working as advertised. The app de-register in the background resulting in missing incoming calls. The app preference is to connect to the cell network and will not automatically switch to wifi when the cell signal is very weak and registration fails. Sorry, i will have to give my $ to another app… the initial premium cost will be a lost for me.

Failed to create media stream (29). Have worked well for years but now getting the above error when dialing out. Using voip.ms and iPhone 12 Pro Max with latest iOS versions. Thanks for your help. Tried to create an account on your support forum but not accepting new accounts.

Disappointed. I started using this paid version with my PBx server for my school last month . So far so good . This month when I tested the audio from this client (paid) all the quality audio and features were disabled and I was being asked to pay a monthly payment. Conclusion i was ripped off. Be more clear on this app description because it seems for me a scam to buy one app that works equal to any other voip clients. The reason a purchase this was because of the audio codec feature for phone calls. But after a month you disable it! Fix this!

Don't waste your money. When it works, it's great. Mostly it doesn't. Random outgoing connectivity. Consistently poor incoming connectivity. Tech support is slow to respond, and not particularly helpful.

best app. very useful and the best in voice applications

Missing basic functions. I paid for this app. I need a basic functionality. When a client sends me a text message I need that text message to be delivered to my device through this app. My provider for my phone number is through VoIP.ms. At my provider I have my account configured to forward a message to my email and another phone number as well as having this app configured to receive them. Whenever a client will text me I immediately receive their message on my email and the other device, however I can never rely on the messages to be delivered to this app. It is extremely hit or miss. I’ve come to learn that in order to ENSURE I receive my client's messages, I need to pay an ADDITIONAL fee, or I must keep the app open and my screen on at all times. This is ridiculous. The ability to rely on this app to receive basic text messages (SMS) not even multimedia messages (MMS) should not require additional money since I have already paid for this app. Also, 3-way group texting does not work in this app either. I will be requesting a refund as this amounts to bait and switch. What did I pay for if I can’t reliably receive text messages?

Zoiper Premium. Great software

Not reliable and getting worse. Update... It has become a bit better since my original review below but there is still much work to do. It still shuts down and crashes after going between WiFi and LTE so it's not reliable to receive calls. The audio will go out on calls. Please get these things fixed. It is behaving the same on my IPad on both IOS 8-9. End of my update, original review below... I hate to give this review because I believe that out of all of the VoIP apps, Zoiper has the most potential. I have noticed that over the last year, the app has gone down hill in both stability and audio performance. Stability wise, I can never get the app to stay active so I miss 9 out of 10 calls because it crashes or shuts down in the background so everyone just goes to my voice mail. It's very frustrating for those trying to get ahold of me. Performance wise, it will ether lock up in between my connections going from WiFi and LTE and vice versa. Also, the audio is bad and people can't understand me about half of the time. When it works, it works great, the rest of the time, people say my audio ether cuts out completely or I sound like a robot. I have tried every codec and I'm using the ultimate IOS device which is the IPad Air 2 aka IPad 6. Something needs to change.since the last 2 updates, there wasn't an update for a year prior. Please fix these issues.

Stable VOIP Softphone. A stable VOIP softphone for IOS. Works well wth Elastix and FreePBX implementations.

No support. Terrible app. No customer support. Only works on cellular. Will not work on the wifi.

Clean IOS 7 design and great 4G call quality. Crashes more often after most recent update. Not able to receive incoming call and hate 2 step answering for incoming call when the app is running in the background. Another disappoint I have is no sip simple text/sms option.
