Not satisfied. This seems like a scam. You really get nothing it just compiles other apps that you can buy that do what I thought this app was suppose to do. How do I get my money back?

Scam Alert. Microsoft should be ashamed for making this app available. All it does is lead you to other apps and services for which you can spend more money. There are no real Microsoft Office functions anywhere in this app. So if you would like to contribute to Microsoft's profitability, this is an app for you. If you would like any functionality for your $10, steer clear.

ZERO Stars!!! Not Five! The app makes no sense to me - stuck in Microsoft limbo! :\. I thought I'd be going to some place called Skydrive ... Instead I ended up in limbo, inside a Microsoft loop, stuck trying to get Microsoft to email me the email that will verify who I am to my account, to get me started ... Now I'm punished for the day for too many attempts!!!! This app could prove to be a waste of $10 - since I've never had to make a complaint to get a refund - I will see if there's anyway to do that.
Does not work. This app was horrible. Can't save my documents. Only 1/2 of the tools are available in word, excel, and PowerPoint. Not even close to user friendly. If you think this will work like it does on a PC stop now and find a different app

waste of money. This is an app that only shows video and does not permit you to actually create any docs. I went to download the 365 app it talks about and they want an additional $100 to actually allow me to use it as a program.
A real waste of money!. I just bought this app to simply take text for my ipad notes and bring it into a word doc. Then make a simple PowerPoint. In which i could us for public speaking. This app will not let you copy from your notes or you web page text and paste to you document. If they cant figure out cut and paste why waste you time with anything else. A refund would be great!
Waste of Money. Think before you buy this, as it is better to access Microsoft online through any browser than to put your money on this. I wish there is a way to reverse the purchase. I adds no value.

Should be negative one. If you want to drive yourself nuts then get this app. After an hour of following microsofts directions, it still wouldn't even set up an account and I'm deleting it today. You also apparent in gave to pay a subscription fee,but how much they don't tell you.

Complicated. as usual Microsoft makes it difficult to do anything. First you know this and then have to load other programs.. and I still have not figured out how I can makes changes to the excel spreadsheet

tutorial not a functional reader. This is a set of tutorials; it is not a reader that can open Word documents, Excel files, or Powerpoint slides. The tutorials are very brief. In the rare event that you are new to Word, this may be of some help, but it is such an abbreviated tutorial that it will not be of much help. I mistakenly thought that I was buying an app that would open and read Microsoft Office files.
Purchase Disaster. I purchased Docs for Microsoft Office from Office Essentials for Microsoft and Google Docs, LLC in error. This is a tutorial, not the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook apps for an iPhone. When I tried to get a number or address there were none shown. The "website" link that was displayed took me to my Facebook page. Couldn't find anything on the company in Facebook. I'm still trying to contact them to get my money back..... Sent from my iPhone
Huggide. I bought this app and there is another app that is similar. The apps are not working the way I anticipated, in this regard I lose my money. I cannot see why these apps get so many rating. I am very dissapointed. I cannot even get help support. I had really want app to work like excel spread sheet. I bought one for $8.00 and one for $5.00 can I get a refund. Thanks

Super disappointed.. I decided to upgrade from the free Word document viewer and buy the $10 version FULL Microsoft office. I spend a lot of time traveling where I am working offline. This is only ONLINE but the App window does not tell you that. I will learn to use Pages so I can work offline.

DO YOU HAVE SKYDRIVE.. Sorry, but had this said that only SKYDRIVE was supported for sharing, I would not have purchased. I use dropbox for my business. This made this App totally useless for me. Not worth the money. By far one of the worst apps I have ever purchased. The app is not as user friendly as one would expect. It does not work in landscape and portrait mode. Although it says it is an iPad app it is not. I will be asking for my money back because the app is not advertised.

Disappointing.. This app requires the internet! Not once does it state this requirement IN ORDER to edit or create documents. Very deceiving and disappointed, demand a refund.
REFUND. I would like to ask for a refund as this app is not what i though it was. I feel like the description that was supplied along with the app was unintentionally deceitful as i was under the impression this was an actual app that allowed the user to veiw and create Word Docs, Excel Docs and PowerPoint and not just a app showing how to use the programs through videos. Bad. Hi there, Before you buy the description doesn't tell you everything, $12.49 is for reading only but if you want to modify create etc you need to activate then buy a 365 day subscription. Fooled me!

This is not a good app.. Just downloaded this app and it only works online and is not what I expected at all. It's more about tutorials for office than being able to use office itself. For a $10 app it should have more details in its description. I want a refund!!

I want my money back. This app is a complete waste of money. All it does is direct you to a different app to open up your document, and then you can't even do anything with it other than read it.
