It's a Good Start!. I get Robo Calls DAILY & this is a good start in at least helping others by giving my feedback about these Scammers. I haven't gotten any useable info on any of the numbers that I've checked out (so it's not helping me), but at least I'm helping to drive that stupid "50" rating knocked down!

Great Company. I get so may phone calls from Businesses and People I never heard of. Thanks to this company whom I can look up a number and they search it for me and let me know who and where there calling from.

Eliminating annoying callers. Making progress blocking calls identifying numbers has been a great help not having to deal with call! Come try it out!

It’s almost there. Its ok but it’s functionality leaves something to be desired. Also add more ways to EARN credits besides bugging our friends and family. Don’t be stingy either,. Add some useful features and let people do them on the cheap and because of what it is and does your app will be so popular it will probably cause two breakups for me in my life . i think Facebook has 4 by now and going strong. I would probably take a five minute survey for a decent amount of credit but getting my bank involved I would pass

Definitely not worth the money. After paying I still don’t have any true caller id. And yes I have the app configured to allow calls. Pretty much all I am paying for is to look up numbers that call me manually. Not what I need. I tried another app and at least it would show who was calling even when the screen is locked. As far as I can tell all the $3.99 a month does is block ads. Even a number that I know is suspected spam it’s not even listed, this number has called several times in the last year. I looked up this number online and it’s been listed as a severe high risk. I am definitely not paying even more money to get a “premium search” for that number or any other ones.

Much better than Truecaller. I only discovered Caller Smart after Truecaller failed me time and again. Now this is my go to reverse caller ID app because I get way too many unknown incoming calls that I don’t want to bother with. Once I use Caller Smart I basically have very few unknown callers! Worthy of keeping on my front page of go-to apps!

Pay 💰 for credits- still no results - waste. Rarely is a number recognized. When a number is… it’s also in google results… so not sure what mysterious number investigation you claim to be performing - and for a fee no less. Actually used to be better, but last few months it’s been junk. Also, if I pay using a credit, and there are no results, why is my credit used? Not fair practices.

Good tracking app. This is by far the best phone number tracking app that I've come across!!! I only wish other sites had this kind of information for free!!! The only thing missing, I think, is free reports of phone numbers. Then it would be absolutely PERFECT!!!

Great and accurate app!. Normally, I don’t write reviews because a lot of apps are crappy but I have been using CallerSmart for about four years I think and usually it is able to identify a number that I don’t know. 95% of the time and I like that you can watch a short ad if you don’t have credits and they don’t force you to buy something or spend money. Just want to add that I’m not a bot or a shill.I am real, and this is a truthful review.

Sends spam and free version doesn’t work. When signing up it states it won’t ever spam you, but you’ll get countless notifications for pointless stuff early in the morning. It makes you view an ad to see who the number is but the ad will never load. What a waste of time. * just like to note that I have followed their response to turn ad tracking off and this still makes you stuck on a waiting screen. Still not fixed. Please don’t use the word “occasional” because it tries to show an ad every time and occasional is untrue. Still not worth downloading. This has not worked one time.

Not sure of value. I have input and updated multiple telephone numbers that were scams calling for contributions, money, opportunities to purchase things that likely did not exist. My frustration is that, while you promise rewards, stars, benefits for doing this, you have decided that I am not entitled to any of those. I am increasingly concerned that your product may be a scam.

Needs lots of work.. I have had this app for over two years. It not longer updates my points. I have contact the company and after numerous suggestions (which resulted in failure) I have decided that it’s not worth it. Only one out of 7 numbers provided information. I guess if I was to subscribe again I might get results. I did subscribe once and I didn’t get better service. This app started out great but just it’s not worth it. Seek others app than this.

It’s good some concerns. It’s good for the most part most of the names that come off are correct but sometimes it doesn’t show the correct address for the numbers. I’ve tried some friends number and the address is completely off. It also shows some random people who have nothing to do with the number or the people who own it.

The best reverse lookup out there.. This app doesn't waste your time like most of the others. It is a no BS, get the results. The Premium lookup says that it created a report but I was not able to find it.

Great app, but entering phone numbers from Canada is not yet supported. Hi, I got a phone call from Canada three weeks ago, and I want to know who owns the phone number. But when I entered the 10 digit phone number from Canada the app said please enter a valid phone number from the United States. Can you please update and make this app support phone numbers from Canada?

Good pickup. Has warned about 3 calls in the first 2 weeks. Give this a try. Seems to be building a decent database. Make sure you comment on bad numbers

Great app. I have been using this app for a number of months, and it has been a wonderful help in identifying unwanted calls. It is not perfect for the free version, but is certainly a beneficial one to have installed.

Very good app. Enjoy having the ability to check unsolicited calls. Some callers can’t be identified but the location of the caller is mapped. I give it a Five because it’s interesting. Keep up the good work.

Stress reliever app. Excellent app. I be receiving text messages addressing me by my first name with no specific name after message. Look up the number on Caller Smart and basically it will tell me if it’s a legitimate number, and what state. That gets the same with phone calls. A good life destroying app because these people be desperately trying to get my funds

Great. I think the app is priceless for the right purposes. The app has assisted me to find out who’s calling me that wants to be secretive or trying to contact me without my knowledge. With caller ID, I’m able to research the number and find out whether I want to talk to them or not. it stops a random collar as well as a random sales calls…. Thank you💯

Great!. I am very impressed by this app. I typed in a family members mobile number and it came up with his name. Other free apps I've tried will just (if you're lucky) give a location , or say whatever their carrier is. Looking forward to block many a number.

CallerSmart. Great app and an awesome tool for someone who my have been working on building their case for the grounds for divorce and have been to cross check their information about who,what, where ,. Then a spouse could possibly be hiding whom they are talking to. I would be very impressed if one could be protected from character assignation and have the ability to create a new and positive character for information about themselves. Worthless. This app does nothing. You as the app user do all the work. This app only shows you how to block numbers from your phone. After communicating this frustration with customer support they told me this app doesn’t actually stop spam calls. I didn’t receive a crazy amount of spam calls before downloading the app and I received zero spam texts. So I figured there was no need to keep an app that isn’t doing anything for me. So I deleted the app. What’s crazy now is that I am receiving at least 25 spam calls a day and about 10 spam texts a day. Seems suspicious, no? I haven’t been able to prove this app has something to do with this madness yet, but I will. For your sanity, DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Cannot remove personal information.... After much hesitation, I claimed my number solely so I could toggle off the personal information associated with my listing, only to get a continuous error message preventing me from doing exactly that when I followed the FAQ directions. UPDATE: contacted by email, EXTREMELY fast response and very helpful...problem solved!

BEST POWERFUL APP. I love this app because it blocks calls and text messages automatically and all day today I never got any spam calls or messages. I paid for the premium and I highly recommend this app to anyone whoever has annoying spam calls and messages. Best APP EVER.

Spy App -stay away. I loaded this app and I thought it was pretty cool until I noticed that it had uploaded a picture for my profile that I did not authorize. This picture was pulled off a Facebook account or some other account. I have used in the past but I have never used it for this app. It totally creeps me out that somehow this app acquired a picture related to me that I did not authorize. So I immediately deleted this app. Wow super creepy.

Loving The App. Although it says some one else is using my account. And the isn't catching or screening my calls. If you can resolve my issue with the phone number that would be great thanks

Phishing attempt using malware text message links. Have been a target by my X wives and associates for some time. Using malicious malware links via text message. Using this app to report them allows me to share these types of attacks with others. If you live in the Southern California area they are plentiful by this particular group to seize control of mobile phones. I only wished the technology was available to track these attacks to their true origin to create legally acceptable court evidence to prosecute these criminals utilizing the public cellular system for their gain.

It's an impressive app. Does what it says and does it quickly. I use it frequently to figure out whether I should block various callers from my cell phone. It does the job and it's definitely worth the download.

Sut. 9 times out of 10 you find the caller id, then you have to search all over internet to find it

Not 4 me. Now I know why it’s free It don’t work Every single ph number I look all says same state same city and all the numbers are located same identical street and area what’s the odds everybody is in exact same area So I’m deleting cause I’ve missed important people phone calls but trusted this app to help narrow down calls but no everyone was same area but I didn’t notice soon enough and dear Frustrated if you didn’t have good results why did u give 5 stars?🙄

App Review. I use two different apps to verify information and I can honestly say that this app doesn’t stand up to the other one I use. I can put the same # in both apps and my chances of getting the contacts name is slim with this app

Best number identifier. This is the best number look up available and the features are second to none easy to use and if you should need some advance search features there all here don't wonder get smart

Omg. I’m giving 5/5 starts honestly it’s the only site that actually knows me. Every other site says either my grandpas name (cause it was his number) or a strangers. It said my name all for free! It even had a Snapchat picture of me that I first took,

Good app. I have only used this app a few times and it does provide the basic information of who the caller is i.e. Company name . Not too detailed but that's ok for now . I have blocked a number and gave info for a scam number . I have not paid yet but if needed for more detailed information and more unknown callers I would upgrade and pay for the details .

Caller Smart - greatest. I found this application about 2 1/2 years ago and do use it pretty much all the time. It’s really good for looking at phone numbers of people that want to converse via text message to confirm who they might be before you dive in.

Good first step!. I use this often as a good first step to check unfamiliar calls missed. Doesn't always complete the picture for me but always worth a shot. I leave my feedback so as to help others and make the app better in my own small way :-) Haven't tried to paid services offered yet.

Real deal search engine. This app is great, it’s nice to have a free service for a very basic phone number search request. It is accurate so far and I will use it as my first choice when I need to research an unknown number.

If you hate spam avoid this app. Did they deploy bots to raise their App Store rating? I downloaded this because it was 4+ stars, but it’s a scam. Apparently they just want gullible people to feed them more and more data. What they offer is a joke: the menu item “get rid of annoying calls” shows a few screenshots showing how to block callers using basic the iOS block feature. Seriously?! I got no value from this app, and I hope it doesn’t waste any more of my time, since I tried to close my account (I don’t think their instructions worked) and deleted the app. Apple, y’all need to clean out your App Store, it’s starting to stink.

Reliable. Easy to use app. Others who have left comments have helped me know if ID’s are legit . I’ve contacted the administrators of this app , and I’ve been respectfully responded to quickly!!! Used to be great. I’ve had this app a while but recently everytime I open it and try to use for a search, right in the middle I get a flashing pop up window that takes over the screen. It says, “generic application error” and at times I can hit “ok” and it will disappear, most times? It will flash repeatedly, the screen goes black behind it & I have to forcibly shut down the app. It happens often enough that I’m going to be deleting. It’s a shame, I’ve never had this issue until recently & it happens often enough to be a hindrance. Oh well.

Not super helpful. I get at least 2 spam calls a day, sometimes more. The same scam (same recording) uses different phone numbers for every call. I got this app hoping it would help; I tried manually searching the numbers and marking them all as spam. 3rd number they called me with today came up as “this is not a phone number” in this app’s search function. Yes, it is a number, they were using it to bother me today. And so I gave up on marking the endless numbers as spam for other users. Then today I got a wonderful 4th call for the day, and this app made no difference whatsoever. I activated the “filter out spam” feature of theirs through my settings, but spammers still called me just the same. What is even the point to this app, if it can’t find numbers being used to call you and doesn’t block phony calls?

Great. Very helpful resource that gives me a heads up if a lead or prospect I have has actually provided a legitimate phone number so I can proceed accordingly this is a tool I use almost daily, Brent Jones, and NuHomeSource

This app is not for reverse searches. The subscription is for vague phone monitoring. You are told there are changes with your listing but not told told who changes your listing or what changed with your listing. Poor reverse search functioning app as I hardly get a name to my number I look up. This app will also require you to pay for extra credit to get answers to reverse searches -Even when you are paying a subscription. I’m pretty sure they use out contacts for their name and number database. I Wouldn’t recommend CallerSmart unless they pay you for correcting phone book entry’s and using your contacts.

Great app but money required. This is an amazing app but the only thing that needs help is that when you search someone by name or email, it transfers you to a website and requires you to pay money for a phone number. I don't like that we have to pay and I'm sure that nobody else does, either.

This app is AMAZING!!. So I was skeptical at first because I’ve tried a million other apps that are supposed to work and provide all this information and they either don’t work or want you to pay a bunch of money…..NOT THIS APP!! This app really works!! Type in a phone number and you can literally use this app to find out ANYTHING on whoever’s number it is. Yes you have to pay for tokens which is like $3.99 but you get the name on the phone, their address, job, criminal history, if their married, who their related to, their email, and much more ! Totally worth it ! It really works! And if you think your spouse is cheating….well this app will tell you everything you need to know !! MUST HAVE APP!!!!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could !!!

Seems fine; a bit gimmicky. What I seek is an app that will direct me to whom ever owns the robo call numbers I keep getting, so I know how to report them properly to authorities. This one is helpful but it seems like it will not do much for me unless I opt for a paid subscription. That's fine, and I hope they do well in their sales. Scam calls are not identified or marked as unknown. At least one repeat caller is marked in app as an invalid number. It has a point system that rewards reviews/feedback which some may love, but are just a cute distraction to me. My goal in the end, is to find a way to shut down scam callers permanently.

Better than most. Actual free searches. Not always a complete search. Try again if it fails; good results if you check a few times of day

Frustrated. I've been getting multiple spam calls a day lately so I've upgraded to premium. Premium must mean nothing because nothing changed. Searches still don't bring better results, spam calls are still not blocked, this app does nothing my phone's own blocker and a plain Google search can't do. What's the point of having it? I'm so frustrated I even paid that small amount just to have no adds maybe? Not worth it!

Terrible app. This app is pointless. You copy a number into the finder, it never finds anything. They just want you to spend money to do things you phone can already do. Do you want to block unknown callers? Go to your settings. Do you want to block a scammer from calling again? Go to info, and block the number. There, I just saved you from downloading a useless app.

Wrong phone number?. So apparently my phone number is wrong on this website lol, deleting ASAP . How is my number wrong and ur app tells me to enter a valid number? Lol. This app most likely doesn’t work like the other hundreds of apps that claim they can lookup phone numbers u don’t know. Keeping my review at a 1 star because 99% of all these apps don’t work.

Worthless. I downloaded this app and I tried it out, and when people called me even once I knew it didn’t even come up with any caller ID. Plus I paid for private search for phone numbers information $5.99 and that didn’t work properly as well. This app is totally worthless 👎

Ads don’t play. Ads never play and the applets stuck while trying to load the ad.

Doesn’t work. I have been using this app for about two months and most of the numbers I search come up as not found. I feel like the only way I would be able to know who is calling me is if I pay for their premium service which is a rip off.

IF YOU’RE WILLING TO PAY, THIS APP MIGHT WORK. I downloaded this app 4 or 5 days ago. I have searched about 15 different numbers. And EVERY TIME I see “NOT FOUND (YET)” Seriously?? Since I kept getting the same message, I searched my number & my husband’s number. Guess what? NOT FOUND (YET). I’m sure if I upgraded, which of course has a cost, my searches would magically be FOUND. I’m done with this.

Doesn’t find a thing and INTRUSIVE !!. Didn’t find anything unless you pay them. They don't let you and you can not delete history of the numbers you search! They probably upload that to let them know you received their spam call. That's very intrusive and abusive!

Great app. This app helps a ton as I give my cell number to clients and they often call back without leaving a name. I can quick check and put a name to the number.

Ads. I used to love this app, was very helpful and accurate on the person / place behind a number. But now, there’s a thing where you have to watch an as before you can see who has called you. Problem is ... the ad never loads so this isn’t really much of a useful app anymore :(

Paid for 1 Credit never got it. So i purchased a credit to view a report and never received the credit to view. So will be going to Apple store to get a refund. So viewing whom searched my number.

Questionable Caller Database. This app is building a database of questionable callers and flat out spammers. As a result there is not a lot of Reverse Lookup information but you can leave feedback which could help others identify miscreants’. A plus is that they have a sense of humor.

CallerSmart. I like this app. Helps to ID who is trying to call you. I feel safer knowing who is on the other line before I answer my call. Thank you

Error using app. I use to use this app all the time. But past few months when I copy a number I get error and the screen starts jumping until I close the app all together.

Used to be much better. It used to be that if I purchased credits for a premium lookup and Caller Smart found no further information, I wasn’t charged a credit. That changed though, and now I can spend a few dollars - literally! - for nothing. Don’t waste your money!

Does the app still work?. Is this still working? I can not connect and no one is responding at support.

Gives you viruses. I downloaded the app not doing what it claims it does also after bringing my phone in apple told me I had many viruses due to this app I instantly deleted it having to pay hundreds to get rid of these viruses don’t use it unless you want to pay hundreds out of your pocket to fix a virus from a app treat Dosent work

Decent app. Businesses and land lines are pretty accurate, but cell numbers don't have any info most of the time!

Excellent app. No other app provides me with the reverse lookup on numbers like call smart does. In the financial field forgetting to save clients numbers happens all the time. This app is a great way to reference the caller.

???????????. Your alls App doesn’t even open up anymore. I deleted it after using it for years. Added it back to see if anything was fixed and NOPE. Been getting extra Spam calls lately. I bet the Developers sold all of our data to 2nd or 3rd parties and abandoned this app. But it use to be an excellent app.

Delivers. This app really delivers on its promise! I give it five stars, but the only thing I wish it would do is give me a free trial to see what premium was like before I purchased it.

For Free, it’s a good app. This app will not pull up much more than whomever is listed in the phone book. Rarely does it reveal identities when using a “credit’. I also run a similar app from ATT, and it’s about the same when it comes to revealing the owner of the number.

Varying results. My husband and I searched the same number my results only showed a first name, and my husbands results showed the persons first and last name.

Was happy with app until new update. Up until yesterday I could reverse phone lookup easily. But now you want us to view adds( which i fully understand ) but the add never loads and I am forced to cancel without getting info on unknown number.

Disappointed. After I paid for a $3.99 credit, I thought I would get my information I wanted. However, it wanted me to pay additional for membership. I don’t like the lack of transparency and Nicole and diming.

Save your money. Hasn’t blocked much of anything. Unable to read reports of other users to see what a call may be about. It tells what percentage it thinks a call may spam, but I have to do the actual work of blocking via my phone. Not the easiest app to navigate. I find that most of these so called call blockers or screeners don’t do all they claim. The search continues.

Need to block unknown calls or spammers. Use CallerSmart, it blocks unidentified numbers, numbers that are not programmed, bill collectors,spammers,unknown callers, or stalkers, great app! Really I rate it 5 stars download its free app from the App Store

Caller What. The Ap is confusing and downloaded only half-shown or half cut-off menus and pages where sentences are squashed together which makes them absolutely unreadable. I would like to post a picture here of what I get when I open the Ap, but their review and rating software does not permit users to show what a real mess this Ap apparently is.

SCAM. The app is a total scam! It tells you to sign up for premium for “unlimited premium searches “ but you still have to pay for “credits” to do a premium search?? WHAT A JOKE!! I reached out to support 2 weeks ago thinking I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and maybe it’s a glitch in the system and to no surprise the never reply! DONT DOWNLOAD… unless you like waisting your money!!

Helpful. This app is helpful but it makes you watch ads. The only problem with that is the ads say loading but never play. You have to power off your phone to make it go away! ANNOYING!!!!

Very useful. I use this app often, it’s easy to use and gives instant results. I love being able to qualify unknown callers to my satisfaction.

Great Resource. I utilize this application to investigate numbers from callers I don't know and decide who to block. It has not let me down yet!

Not accurate with some. Sometimes although I know a phone number belongs to a cellphone, smart caller shows it as landline

App is stuck. I do like using the app to find out where all these scammers come from my number anyhow. However I get a screen San success and I can view after watching a brief ad. However the ad will not load and it has done this for about a month now.

Helpful. I use it to verify spelling of names in my schedule book, where other folks have made entries.

The NOT FOUND YETS!. Love it, but what I don’t love is the “NOT FOUND YETS”. If the app could have a name, a name of business, a warning that a phone number is fake or dialed from another country shows as local, or just a SPAM ID I’d give you a ⭐️5 Star⭐️ rating all day long...
