Just what I needed!. Too often do mental health apps fail the "practical world test". This app passes with flying colors. Its ease of use surpasses other clinical scale apps I have tested. I cannot wait to see what the author has in store next for tracking client outcomes.

Can't contact developer. I downloaded the app on 4 separate iPads, all running up to date software, and it crashes on every single one before it even fully loads. Works on my iPhone just fine. And there's no contact information anywhere for the developer so I can contact and trouble shoot. I really like the app but it's useless if I can't have clients take questionnaires on the iPad I have provided.
