Done with it. I’ve played this game for a long time and gotten gold medals on every case. I started playing with the original Grimsborough storyline but I’m done. They’ve changed several things (adding the cards, adding the daily spin wheel instead of just awarding an energy boost for daily checking, etc) but the deal breaker is all the ads you now have to sit through. I don’t play free to play games because I hate ads and micro transactions. When I started playing Criminal Case, there were no ads but you now have to sit through one with every other turn. I have the game muted so I don’t disturb anyone else while I’m playing but the ads burst through at full volume. Additionally, I’m sure they only get paid for the ad if we watch at least 5 seconds worth so that the minimum you watch before you can skip (if you can skip). The game itself has been a good time killer but I just can’t stand the changes. Once I finish the current Conspiracy storyline next week, I’m deleting it.

This used to be a great game.. You used to get daily bonuses of food. You used to be able to play the entire game through this one game with all your points, and animals, and cash intact; now it doesn’t carry over to all the other broken up iterations of the game. You have to start each new section from the bottom and work your way all the way to the top, earn all your pets, and points and cash on these games all over again. I AM NEVER PAYING ANY OF MY OWN MONEY FOR THESE GAMES AGAIN!! Ads, ads, ads - the latest development. You cannot get through one scene without having an ad. TALK ABOUT BREAKING YOUR MOMENTUM!! I understand ads if you want extras of daily bonus deals or extra cash, but JUST TO PLAY A SCENE ALL THE WAY THROUGH, without AT LEAST 5-10 seconds of ads in between each turn. This is ridiculous. And there is NO WAY TO GET IT TO STOP. I’ve been playing this game for three years now, and I have about had it. I don’t think I’ll be playing any longer. Good thing about the ads: showed me OTHER GAMES THAN CRIMINAL CASE TO PLAY WITHOUT ANNOYING POP-UP ADS EVERY TURN.

okay for starters but facts are wrong. I found a few things wrong with the game factually. First of all the ME’s (medical examiners) performing the autopsies should not have blood on their hands because the body wouldn’t have blood formed and flowing for it to bleed into the gloves like that. And second while I was playing the first scene I found a bloody jersey and had to piece it together, so obviously the killer lost it. However the game gave me two options, a football player wearing a jersey, and a gang member, which both fit the criteria. I clicked the gang member because the football player would not still have the jersey if it was torn to shreds on the scene. But apparently I was wrong? Other than a few wrong details this game is pretty good for newbies who want to solve easy crimes. I do not recommend to those who are crime show nerds like myself.

Love all Criminal Case games but…. I would love to backup or save my games that were not connecting to just Facebook. I would like to have the option to save to Facebook, but there should be other options to save/back up my progress for the Criminal Case games like saving to Apple Account for Iphone/Ipad users or Google account or other apps that are not Facebook. I want to back up my games progress via Game Center or something on Apple that can save all my Criminal Case games. There might be users who may delete their Facebook, but they would have to start all over the game. I don’t want to restart my games if I delete my Facebook or disconnect from Facebook. Can this be fixed? I have other apps that I sync via Game Center (Apple) instead of Facebook. I want sync ALL of my play throughs of ALL the Criminal Case games on my Apple account instead of Facebook.

Bombarded with Ads. I enjoyed the cases once I got through the first several and figured the game out. The English has a bit to be desired and you need to be able to read between the lines. BUT, the ads pop up after every two times of playing a scene now and totally ruin your concentration, not to mention they are super annoying ads and you cannot shut them off. I didn’t mind watching the ads before to get a little extra energy, but I literally Hate them popping up during game play. It has ruined the game. I’d rather pay a little for the game than to be slapped in the face constantly with all the ads. I shut the app down as soon as they pop up now, so maybe they are getting credit for the ad because they pop up so quickly but they shouldn’t be because there is no way I am watching them. I also refuse to watch ads for energy now too since that’s all I see while I’m trying to play. Sometimes they pop up after you’ve paid to set a scene up and then you lose that “money” too. Soooooo Irritating!!!!

Ads Don’t Work, Makes Game Useless. It takes forever to finish the game with the amount of energy they give you. Thankfully, there’s an option to watch ads for free energy. However, there is one obnoxious Botox ad that pops up every time you try to earn energy. This ad does not work or play anything, and there is no option to end it. So every time it comes up, you have to quit the app and start over. I’m writing this review because in the past two minutes I have gotten the ad FIVE times in a row, causing me to restart the app FIVE times in a row and I know if I try to watch another ad there is a good chance the same thing will happen again. Without being able to get more free energy, instead of waiting 40 minutes for enough to play once, you make barely any progress, and extremely slowly. This game isn’t worth it, and by now I think I’ll just find something else to spend my time on, especially since there is no way to contact anyone about resolving the issue. Not worth your time or frustration.

Love to play but the frequent Facebook posts are awful. This is a great game and I have been playing for several weeks. It is possible to play for free but you have to have the patience of a saint and can only play 5 times before running out of energy. The graphics are great and the games are challenging. I'm middle aged and I truly think it is helping keep my mental skills sharp! I spend a lot of money on this game so beware! Also I play on my smartphone with a tiny screen so the frequent "post to Facebook" check boxes are hard to turn off and it ends up posting all the time which I and all my friends find incredibly annoying. Losing more customers then you are gaining with that ridiculous frequently posting feature.

Used to be fairly fun, but now…. First off, this remains an interesting game, with decent stories. Some of the names of the objects lose something in what I assume is a translation, and the ever-popular "energy" system is always frustrating. The most recent update of the base program (as it affects all of the Criminal Case games) has brought frustration and disappointment. The "daily reward" feature was frustrating when it would make you respond within a few hours of the last time you used it or it would reset. Now it's hardly even useful. I'm sorry, but burgers and meals are no replacement for guaranteed extra energy. The more frustrating thing, though, is the timing of the ads. They will pop up at any moment, it seems, from the time you return to one of the main screens. Yes, I'm sure it's a timer, but it will interrupt an action without warning. Even worse, if the game or device is muted, the ads are not, which isn't pleasant when your spouse is sleeping. The ads tend to be for the same games (I'm looking at you, Toon Blast!), making me LESS likely to want to play those advertised games. The most recent update made things worse, with ads that freeze the screen. As others have stated, the publisher doesn't really want you to contact them, as all you get in response is an email that makes you feel like an idiot because you didn't read what was on the support site, and that you wouldn't get any further reply. Well, maybe they shouldn't get any further support!

Criminal Case, Grimsborough. As long as you don’t mind waiting for your energy to replenish, this is a fine game. And a timely warning, do not watch a video to get 20 more energy, you will find yourself starting all over from the beginning. An alternate way to get energy is to accept 2 at a time from your partners by going to the mailbox. Also the replenishment time is a bit less than four hours so it is convenient to come back two or three times in a day, use the available energy and move on to something else. My goal is to find all 60 items in the time search before the time runs out, at least once per episode.

Daily bonus glitches, no way to get in contact with tech support. I love all versions of the Criminal Case series and have been playing them for years. They are my favorite games. However there are glitches that appeared a few days ago with daily bonuses, watching videos for 20xp and $2000, and trophies for pets growing up. None of them are working. You get the first daily bonus spin but the extra spins after watching videos don’t work, it stalls on the screen every time. I have had pets grow up in Criminal Case, Pacific Bay and Conspiracy and did not receive the trophies, ie 4 out of 7 and 7 out of 10 grew up, didn’t get the trophies. My cookies are cleared and I have a great WiFi connection. I have tried to contact support and only get the canned response to look at their suggestions to fix, ie get rid of cookies and check WiFi, already done, there’s no way to actually contact a person in tech support for issues not addressed in canned responses. I have no idea if they are aware of these new issues since their canned responses don’t work for these issues. If these issues were fixed I would definitely give a five star review.

Horrible Support And Zero Regard For Players. The gameplay in this game is fun and I did enjoy playing it but I’m having a problem. The game constantly is telling you to connect your Facebook for a reward of 40 free energy. I couldn’t pass up some free energy so I went to connect them. For several days it wouldn’t connect at all which was frustrating but I continued trying. After a while I finally got it to connect but what annoyed me to the point of writing an angry review is that I didn’t get the energy. Days of consistently trying to get them to connect was for nothing. I sent support a message and all I received was a automated message saying to check their FAQ’s and that this is the only message I will get from them. News flash: If I could have figured this out in the FAQ’s I would not be contacting you. So if you contact support expect nothing. Horrible service and I’m very disappointed in the care for the player.

Fun but comes in waves. Started this game awhile ago, forgotten about it after I had open another chapter and begin being disinterested when my other games were more real time based. This game is great for a different change of pace and a quick go around for a few mins. However, when you get a clue and waiting for it to be analyze or waiting for energy recharge, I move on. The other difficult is if none of your Facebook friends play it’s even worse and there’s no option to open the request for help or invite through a local server connection for guest to assist you. The puzzles are great and super challenging as you increase in stars but the lack of an active community available and requirement to pay to further unlock chapters to push the story forward into new areas (had no currently active friends) it just became more tedious and waiting. TL;DR - great side game but don’t invest heavily into it as you’ll probably hit the same wall of either needing enough active FB Friends or pay wall to get anywhere.

Too Many New Ads!!!!. I LOVE this game but just changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because of all the ads that have been added to the game. It is so frustrating I am seriously thinking about no longer playing. At least give us the option to buy out of all the ads like a ton of other games do. Or, just show a ton at the beginning and stop putting them in the middle of the game. And, then there is the option of offering something to watch said ads. You do that on the “Spin the Wheel”...... I understand you need to make money to run a business, but since this game originally did not have a BILLION ads to begin with just makes me think you only care about greed. My days are numbered on this game!!!!! I also will not be trying another games created by you as I am going to assume all the games you creat are now BOMBARDED with ads.

Awesome Game!. This game is really fun, and I like the different types of puzzles that you can play in each crime scene. I would like there to be an easier way to get stars and to gain energy quicker. It is still a really fun game though. The only thing is, I do wish that it would be more realistic though, because at one point I was working on case number 2, “corpse in a garden” and while examining every clue they saw to try and find the killer, they forgot that the gold tooth found that was proven to be left by the killer would have a lot of DNA on it. If this was taken into view, we wouldn’t have to spend a whole week on this case. Even after all that, this game is really fun and I definitely recommend this to people who like trying to solve murder mysteries or doing puzzles.

Syncing to Facebook has benefits and drawbacks. Love this game, really enjoy the game play. However it does have its issues. I am confused as to why your game coins won’t allow you to buy food, only weird accessories. But my biggest frustration is with syncing to Facebook. It syncs fine and saves progress, which was great because I had had to delete the app to save space on my old phone, but still maintained my levels when I got it back. However it posts to Facebook CONSTANTLY. None of my friends play this game and none of them care which “clues” I’ve found. I have unselected the “post to Facebook” options multiple times, and they continue to reselect themselves, making me check it constantly. I don’t know why you can’t just turn that option off; I’d gladly take the lack of benefits from it because the Facebook posts are just SO annoying.

Love it!. As a fellow lover of this game, I just wanted to say that I can’t stop playing it. All the different levels are super interesting and keep me coming back for more. Although this is good, I still have one suggestion. Me being my impatient self, I feel like waiting 24 hours on an autopsy or just to play a new level is ridiculous. I know you have to make money off of something, but I’m only 13 and you can’t except me to pay for “Instant”. I know this sounds petty, but it’s just one way to make your game even more enjoyable for your players. Anyway... thank you for reading this review! Oh! If you’re new and looking for a fun (and intriguing) game to play, I would definitely try this. It’s overall a well thought out game. My heart goes out to the creators! Love you! ❤️😁

Challenging yes ! Boring and lacking ? Hell No !. I have tried many other games and Criminal Case is the only one that I have gained proficiency at in the way of the complexity of the cases, the variety of scenarios and the diversity of characters. I have Parkinson's disease and I find my brain benefiting from this game. I don't sleep more than 3-4 hours at a stretch and consequently I am up in the middle of the night playing. This allows me to play more over the span of a day than most people. I love recommending this game to family and friends. It relieves some of the stress that comes with everyday living and allows me to escape into a world that is highly organized and fun to play. I also liked the videos because I did download many other games that I was not aware of earlier. I'm going to keep my rating at 5 stars because I still like the game immensely but it just needs a little tweaking. I’ve been playing for over 3 years and now play Mysteries of the Past as well as Save the World. I just can’t seem to get enough of Criminal Case. The roulette wheel is ingenious. Thank you so much.

The pace works well 4 me & plays well on iPhone. When I began playing 2 years ago, the game would freeze often, but with recent updates I haven't experienced that. In the meantime I began playing a different Facebook game & accumulated a bunch of FB gaming friends. This summer I tried CC again. Many of my FB friends play CC. It is convenient for me to run out of energy & do something else for a while, but I can play extended periods if I want because so many people send daily energy gifts. On vacation I found it easy to play the game on my iPhone--the items weren't too hard to see (although it's tricky to read my FB friends' names so I can reciprocate).

PLEASE REMOVE ALL THE STUPID ADS THAT POP UP AFTER YPU PLAY A ROUND. I HAVE PLAYED THIS Game for over 15 years and Ive Always enjoyed it. I’m very good at picking the Killer and I don’t mind the time it takes to get lab results But all the stupid ads that pop up after you play a few rounds are ridiculous I really wish you could get rid of them. I enjoy how you can watch more than 2 or 3 video to Spin the wheel as well as earn coins. No big complaints and I hope this game sticks around so I can atleast finish all levels. I also just downloaded another CC game Save The World and seen Great reviews so I’m looking forward to starting the Journey on that one and hoping its as good to Better than the Original CC.. How can I capture all the bad guys if it keeps crashing homie?. I like this game a lot. Like a lot. And I would probably like t enough to spend real actual money on it if it weren’t for the crashes. I’m a decent human being. I understand if it happens once in a while. But every time I play? Um no it’s gonna be bye Felicia if y’all can’t get it together because believe it or not I do stuff irl like feed my 63 cats and make cookies for my great grandchildren thank you so if you’re gonna make me spend extra time loading the game well I’ve got news for you Stevie granny train be pulling out of this game soon. Also energy depletes quite hastily homies when I do actually have time to rest my bunions and play the game I can only play for 15 minutes. Robbery I tell you. Frustrated. I have been playing this game for years with no problems whatsoever, but on November 15 when the conspiracy #44 was released I couldn’t open it. I sent an email saying everything that had happened and got a message telling me to delete some former cases to clear up some memory. I did with no results. Then yesterday I decided to try playing it on my computer. It worked but when I went in to play today my progress was not there so I played it again. I just went in again and my progress is gone again. Also I’m playing an elite mode and my energy for no reason just disappears. If I go out and then try again 110 comes back but if I had extra energy I lose it. If you want people to play your games a person should answer emails and try to make them work. VERY FRUSTRATING! I can’t recommend this game to anyone now. I’m giving one star only because I can’t post this without a rating!

Mostly live, but their support is almost non-existent. I’ve been playing this game for over two years and generally love it. Yes, the stickers are childish and I wish I could still use stars for burgers, but that has been the only thing I haven’t enjoyed until today. I came across an issue (the newest case wont release on my iPad) and consulted their FAQ page. I tried the two fixes they suggested but neither worked. I the clicked on their contact us link. I filled out the form and sent it off. Almost immediately I received an email saying I should check their FAQ page and this would be the only email I receive about my issue. So I received absolutely no help and am going to give it another day for the new case to release. If not I’ll be extremely disappointed in this company who doesn’t seem to want to help.

This game is super! 😬👍🏼The game in its entirety is fabulous, fun & pure entertainment!!👏🏼👏🏼 I do think Criminal Case, should be up rated to 16 & up!! 💯 CC, does, indeed, ‼️have everything we all desire in a professional (Police & Adult in general) manor and its amazing how well, it greatly has you submerged in pure awesome; suspense!! 🤓 The only issue I’ve had is the energy bar/level, never ever enough energy to finish or complete the specific task at hand. 😁Waiting for ????, kinda makes me feel like, “aww, nuts, gotta wait yet again” It is for sure one of the greatest joys on the daily for me and approx 44 of my family and friends !!!!😀 I have over 75 people to play with & love, LOVE THIS GAME! ❤️Thank you for allowing this game to be FREE, on or off line! Best game ever. I have been playing this game for several years and over the course of those years it has changed dramatically. Although I was not on board with all of the changes, I do find that this is the game that I turn to first thing in the morning. As a long time player, I am able to navigate between the different locations without losing my rank, money, or collections of clothes and such. I think the game took a turn for the downside when they initiated changes that prevented most players from being able to play that way a few years ago. That being said, it is still my favorite game. I have heard that there will be no newly created games in the near future and that makes me really sad. I know I can continue to replay old cases, but it just won’t be the same knowing there will be no new challenges forthcoming. I hope that this is not written in stone and that the developers will reconsider. It is really a great game.

Energy system is bad. I really like this game, I enjoy playing it and advancing in the story, and I would’ve rated this much higher if it wasn’t for the energy system. I paid for no ads in hopes it would let me enjoy the game even more but I think the energy system has to be the worst game mechanic I’ve ever seen. How does it make sense to precent your players from playing? Or force them to pay in order to continue playing? Needing stars to talk to suspects is a good mechanic, it has the player revisiting locations and puzzles they slowly can get better at in order to receive more stars. BUT you can’t do that sometimes because you run out of energy! So now I’m forced to wait to play, which does not make sense to me. If you can’t get rid of the system, at least give opportunity to win foods that do give you more energy, because I was only allowed to play a location three times before I have to now wait for the energy to refill. I just hope that this system is fixed to some degree.

Inbox deleted+no customer support. I had more than 100 ‘energy messages’ saved up in my inboxes and those just go deleted today. I clicked onto my game and my heart just sunk. I really like this game, but this might just be the nail in the coffin of why I stop playing. I already took a break after the change to stickers and when they stopped giving you treats to save up energy with the daily bonuses. Why would this game delete all of my messages? They were 99% energy too. 😿 Update: emailed them Other players were right. There is no customer support beyond an automated message redirecting you to the troubleshooting screen where you got the customer support email link. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. It is really unfortunate to have a game that is reasonably fun to play and then to have something go wrong and to send an email and get an automated response that tells you there will be no response. So be aware of that before you make decisions in this game. This is unprofessional. I can’t imagine if I would have actually spent money on this.

Disappointed with Criminal Case. I have been playing these games for years, especially the first one created. I play it on my iPad mini. I have had so many issues with it crashing. I counted at least 25 videos that I watched to receive energy and I never received it. The screen would go black, gray or white and then crash. The same goes for watching videos for cash, but I only counted 12. There were 3 times that I spent $5000 on a round of investigation and it crashed while I was playing, so there went that money. I'm beyond frustrated. I have tried several times to follow the instructions given in the troubleshoot. It's horrible that they send you a message saying that this is going to be the only contact that you receive from us. What happened to talking to real people and getting help with a problem? I rarely play the games anymore. I've put so much time and effort into it that I'm torn. I really do not want to shut it down and lose all my progress. I definitely think this game and its makers/customer service has several issues to work on. Your players are committed to playing your game, please be committed to helping them when they have an outrageous number of errors. I tried playing it on my iPhone but it takes me back to near the beginning of the game. I can't even sync my devices to be at the same place in the game. Would love some help!

Loved it so much. My neurologist recommended this game to help me with pain. I’m a Deputy Probationer Officer III. I was injured on duty protecting a domestic violence victim from the father of her children. In the process I popped 3 disks in my cervical spine. The pain has been intense. As I have spent my career dealing with drug addicts, I was very concerned of becoming dependent on pain meds. My Dr suggested your game. I went through the entire game only to find your writers must have lost their creativity. Now, I’m at the unfortunate end, taken to Mysteries of the Past to start all over. I had found Mysteries of the Past and had already been playing it. Now you start me all over and did not even let me take rank and progress into the “new” Mysteries of the Past. I am suffering more uncontrollable pain as I don’t have your game to lose myself in when the pain is really bad. Guess I will now have to search for a new game by a different company as I’m afraid you will just dump me again!

Something has changed.. I have been playing this game for over three years. I have had my fair share of frustrations with Updates, change in rules, etc. Now I’m having difficulty obtaining the free boosts from Facebook. In fact, I am logged into Facebook with this game on three devices. On my iPad Pro, my iPhone, and my Kindle Fire. Today I learned that I can only get the free boosts from Facebook by using my Kindle. However, none of these devices are the same across the board. Each one has a different number of points or lightning bolts. The only thing they share is the level that I’m on. This is quite frustrating and I am ready to hang up playing this game. It’s quite simple to me although I’m not a developer, that if you have one Facebook page and multiple devices, you should have the same game information on every device especially when they’re being automatically updated. UGH!

Great Game.. Now I am only on level four so what I’m saying may be implemented already but there are some things that I would like to see in this game. The main thing is the evidence that points to the suspects. I feel as if sometimes there should be evidence that is wrong which helps you divert expectations, or with the left/right handed evidence, make the killer a Ambidextrous person so that can easily confuse. Also I have a slight problem with how a piece of evidence is that this one person is wearing a Jersey when that same evidence is the exact jersey but ripped up, so I feel as if the chances of the person wearing the exact shirt that was torn up is a little unrealistic. But besides that this game is fun, I enjoy playing it on my free time, and the ads don’t bother me too much. The long waits for the items to be researched feels realistic, and I think that’s one of the few things that make this game good.

Excellent game, worth a download!. I have always been a massive fan of murder mysteries, so I was certainly interested the first time I saw an advertisement for this game. I must say, I have been more than impressed. The storyline evolves as you progress through the game, with many shocking twists near the end, and the characters are fun and endearing. Do note that this game requires a great deal of time to complete fully (a single case may take you anywhere from 4-7 days to complete). If you enjoy hidden object games and mysteries and don’t mind the occasional ad or wait, then you will like this game just fine. I have fully completed every case using no in-app purchases, so I can confirm that this is certainly not a pay-to-play game. However, the customer service for this game is pitiful, do not expect a response if you send an email to the developers about a problem. Overall, are very fun, albeit time-consuming game, which more patient players will certainly enjoy.

Worst game ever. Ok, maybe I’m being a bit harsh, but srsly? I love this game, but there are many problems. #1 not enough energy. Whenever you want to go back to a crime scene, you need 20 energy. And when I do use the energy, I get like 1/3 of a star. That means I need to play 3 of them to get one star. When you do get a star you only have like 50 energy left, not enough to get two stars. If you do want energy, you have to pay real money. #2 the timer at the top of the screen. I’m not completely sure that it’s supposed to do, but it just makes he game way too stressful. To get a good score, you need to do it in like less than 30 seconds. >:0 like seriously? I can’t do that in 30 seconds!! Especially if it’s new. #3 how much play time you really get. You can only play the game for so long. Once all the energy is gone, you have to wait. Unlike my favorite game, you only can play for like five minutes until there’s no more energy. Anyway that’s my complaints. Please fix the energy system, that bugs me the most. Thx for reading this. If anyone does...

Crashes not being resolved. I have played this game for years and would have given it 4 stars in the past. The 5th star is withheld because the game use to give out orange juice and potato chips, but those were eliminated with the addition of the stickers (which serve no purpose whatsoever). I also withheld the 5th star because when leveling up, you don’t get the full, if any, 100 energy points depending on where your energy bar is at the time. Now I would only give the game 1 star. It has been crashing repeatedly on my iPad and iPhone. Proper troubleshooting has been done without any improvement. This has been going on for months. There has even been an update to the app since this issue has begun and that didn’t resolve the issue either. It’s frustrating to lose the energy points as the crash typically happens right after I’ve selected a crime scene and the energy has been deducted from the energy bar. I’m about ready to give up on this game.

I love this game!!. Criminal case is so fun, even though the prices to buy energy and all that is expensive, you don't really need it. Just play until you run out of energy and then go do something else. That aside, I love this game! It's challenging and fun. Each case is unique and it's fairly realistic as to what really happens as far as motives and how everything plays out. If your looking to be a detective and love puzzles then this is for you! You can solve puzzles in your forsenic kit, find items at the crime scenes, switch around the scenes like a puzzle, and upgrade your character, dogs, and earn more energy. I don't really have much else to say except try it. Now, I know a lot of these reviews are written my middle aged women, but I'm 13 and many of my friends love this game as much as I do! The feeling you get when you solve a case is so special and fun and it makes me want to do more, just be patient and wait for your energy to refill! Download and try it for yourself!!!

Keeps crashing!!!. This is an edit from last month's post. I have lost a lot of energy and coins because the latest update keeps crashing!!! I have been playing this game for a long time. I enjoy playing this. Please fix this !! I notice someone has written that they have lost energy and the game keeps crashing. One aspect that I don't like is the way the energy fill works after you level up. I always have full energy when it is time to level up. Bottom line - I never gain the 100 energy points. I think the game should award the 100 energy points regardless if you are at full strength or not. The second dislike , is what is up with the stickers?? Maybe this game is now geared for children?? Although some of the graphics maybe a little too much for some. The game use to award with orange juice, potato chips, and burgers. Now, you have to buy all of these to gain energy. Anyway, if it wasn't for these two factors, I would have rated this five stars.

Too repetitive, deleted twice. I played this game a few years ago and liked it okay. The graphics were great and the storyline enjoyable. I played it for a while but ultimately found it incredibly repetitive. You play each scene within a crime scene a minimum of ten times, usually more. I thought I could handle the monotony or it’d somehow get better but it never did and I ended up deleting it. I recently downloaded the game again thinking I had been overreacting or they probably changed it, but they didn’t. I ended up deleting it again. The only difference in the more recent download compared to the old one (that I can remember) is that now you can’t use your earned coins to buy more energy. Another ploy for in-app purchases no doubt. Although you can certainly play the game without. It just takes a lot more time.

Fun but !!!. Game is really fun what would make the game more enjoyable is if they took away the additional investigation part it takes almost all of your energy just to complete one star !!! And the Lab results take too long your waiting hours before you can move on in the game . You should be able to get a pet not complete every scene to buy a pet . You should be able to save your energy it’s not fair when you have a full bar of energy and you level up and you don’t get to use that extra energy and you should be able to carry over stars to the next investigation except you half to go back and use them for energy or coins . If they would fix that in the game I would give them five stars ⭐️ thought about quitting the game because of the additional investigation part & not being able to store energy that you don’t use when you level up !! Other than that this game is awesome !!!

Unremoveable Ad keeps popping up. **Edit** - So I’ve discovered that I can close the add by clicking the buttons to install the game, and then can cancel by immediately going back to Criminal Case. Not entirely their fault, but still inconvenient. I still love and play this game and don’t plan on stopping! A slots casino ad keeps popping up every time I do one of the puzzles. I understand the need for them and don’t mind them, but there is no option to close it at all on my iPad Air. No x button. Clicking “Get this game”doesn’t even work. The only thing I can do is close app and restart it. I’ve gotten the same ad three times now. VERY annoying. If you had an option to remove ads for a very one time small price, I might consider it. Just a suggestion to maybe add in the future!

I will miss you......UPdate. Let me tell you you're issues. I work in IT for Dev QA. Here are some diagnostic scenarios. I have an IPad2, since you have placed the ads to pop up in the game it seems either your program is not written correct or you need more juice so to speak. I have other games that do the same thing that you just updated to and they never crash. I know you have way more graphics which could be the issue so either update your server to more flow or tell the ad people you will need to remove since we are are only seeing one of them anyway and you are just taking their money. And lately it is not even letting me sign back in. Please fix need my Criminal Case fix and my friends miss me I hate to say goodbye but....love this game and have been addicted to it since my friend told me about it years ago. The last 2 - 3 weeks all it does is freeze up and then go blank. Have lost so much energy just trying to play. Your developers need to get their butts in gear. I guess you guys don't care about losing money or clients. You can't even answer your support emails tsk tsk. I will miss you and you will miss the money.

Enthralling!. I have always had an interest in forensic science and crime scene investigation, so combine that with the hidden objects mechanic in this game, and it’s perfect! The cases are interesting, the wait times to see results for the evidence and energy makes sure I don’t play the whole thing in one sitting (and adds some realism; forensics isn’t instantaneous), and the characters are enjoyable. Not to mention, the deductive portion of having to be careful who you choose based on the clues you gather is immersive! I spent the entire time I was collecting clues thinking about how this was going to affect the outcome of the case! Definitely a very fun game for us forensic science and investigation enthusiasts. Would definitely recommend!

Fun for all ages!. Criminal case has been my most favorite game over the years. I used to play this when I was 6-7 on my sisters phone. I was frustrated so I deleted the game. And now I am 10, I decided to download it again. And it is so addicting. The storyline, the characters, everything has so much detail! and about the ads that mostly everyone is talking about, just turn off your WiFi. Also the ads aren’t too long. The ads do not happen in the middle of crime scenes. You are acting too harsh like no other app has ads. Be grateful they at least don’t throw ads at us every 5 minutes. I still have a suggestion that that the developers should add more energy capacity, it’s kinda frustrating. Overall this game is great.

Good luck if you need Customer Support. What once was a great game to play now isn’t. For the last few weeks, I haven’t been able to send or receive gifts from friends on my iPad without the game looping to Facebook only to ask “Open this is Criminal Case.” Duh, that’s why I have the app. Then it returns to the app and if I select ‘accept gifts’ it loops back to Facebook again..endlessly. This happens on all 3 of the Criminal Case games that I play. ..Hidden Objects, Mysteries and Save the World. I tried contacting customer support only to receive an auto response that told me to go read the FAQs (which I do before ever contacting support) or go to the community page which is another hot mess. Then proceeds to tell me that this will be the one and only response to my inquiry. Sounds like pretty poor customer service. So...in response, I will delete all three games and find others to play.. A little good customer service goes a long way. I recommend that you ditch the auto response and actually allow people to contact you.

Pls let me play without starting over!. Both me and my mom love to play this game. However I don’t play all the time so I haven’t been keeping up with all the episodes. My mom has and she has been able to play Pacific Bay, Worlds Edition, Mystery’s of the Past all from one app. I got done with Grimsborough and want to move on to Pacific Bay but when I do I have to download a separate app to do so. I wouldn’t mind this if all my progress like my level, my avatar, my pet, my money, and my rings came with me. They don’t and I have to start over from square 1 again. Can you pls fix this to were those of us who want start at Grimsborough can play through the story without having to start as a rookie again every time we move to a new episode! Or at least put a progress sync or something in the other apps that will let us sync our progress from the other games. If people want to start at Pacific Bay fine, but don’t punish those who want to start the story from the beginning! I have tried to email you about this problem twice already and got the same generic “Check the FAQ” response. I want to continue to play this game as I love it, but I don’t want to start over and get a tutorial when I know what to do. Pls listen to your fan base and do something about this!

I love it!. I’m literally been playing this game for years, and this game is what made me want to become a detective, (i know have plans of getting a degree in psychology and working for the BAU, so thanks criminal case!) No app is perfect, this game has its flaws, but it’s held up for a long time. Each case is unique and I love the storyline, characters, and the actual game play. It’s also a game you don’t just finish in an hour or two. and once you finish the first game, there’s five more!! I’ve recently re downloaded this app to finish the entire series, and i was hit with so much nostalgia and so many memories of playing this when I was younger. I love this game so much, and if you’re looking at this review to see if it’s worth it; it is. Look past the ads and the waiting for more energy and just play it. 9/10!

Not happy with new update. Revised. When I got this app a few YEARS ago I paid for a NO-AD app. I have spent countless amount of real money on this game and was totally addicted to it... however, this new update is basically ‘blackmailing’ us to buy the pizza on a SUBSCRIPTION so you have to pay for it EVERY week whether you want it or not just to get rid of ads that shouldn’t be showing up in the first place. I’m at a point where I finish a level and then have to wait for 3 or 4 days before the next level is even available. So basically not playing for 3 days a week... why would I want to buy a pizza for $2.99 a week to only use it for 4 days!!!! I am very close to the point to just quitting this game!!!! I am no longer having fun playing this game and I refuse to give in to the extortion to spend $12 a month to play without ads. The ads are extremely annoying and a Total waste of time. The daily bonus is also not working. Time to move on to other games. None of which are from those annoying ads.

Good game. I play this game every day and I really like it. I really like the clock you've added to know when the next case is available. I do wish that you would get rid of the sticker books and bring back the hamburgers. I wish you would get better pets as well. I cannot justify using hundred thousand dollars on these pets that are available in the world edition. Also, I wish you could get rid of your friends from the game that don't play anymore. One more thing, I wish you would move the box to check to send information to a friend. Or just get rid of it all together. I have a hard time hitting that little box to get rid of the check in it. You took it away, I loved it, then you brought it back. Also how about when you fill up your level points, you get 110 energy outright instead of filling it up.

UPDATE STOLE ALL MY STORED ENERGY. UPDATE: customer service did get back in touch with me to address my concerns and restore my energy. So I did want to update my review to show the developers did help me. I do really enjoy the game, so I am very happy to have my energy restored! My problem was never with the game, but with my missing energy after the last update! Now things are good! I had over 13,000 energy points saved up after collecting my daily energy points over years of playing this game. I updated the app yesterday and it literally stole all my collected energy. I’m back down to 120. I tried to write technical support and got an automated message that said this would be the only response to my inquiry. What trash! That is really messed up to provide an update that purposely wipes out your complete game energy/history. Warning other folks who may decide to update the game.

Best hidden object game of all. Love it❗️ But I wish that when I level up the energy can added to what I already have. I've lost hundreds of energy by leveling up after the first investigation of the day and that can really bite!! UPDATE: I agree with a review I just read regarding stickers. I'm never going to buy any so I'm storing these albums with one sticker per page. Waste of time. AND often on Facebook when I go to the official site for the original game out Save the World, I am often unable to find and of the energy or coin items... Especially for Save the World. I do appreciate the timed specials you offer but there are days that I could play all day if I had the resources!

Just not worth the hassle. I played this game maybe 7ish years ago, and recently downloaded it again. As far as i remember, it was pretty entertaining. However I hate how the game is structured. The energy point system is annoying, but overall tolerable, but it takes so long to advance in the game, so much to the point where I ultimately lose interest. I enjoy the whole idea of the game and what it has to offer, but again, takes soooo long to advance. You get 120 energy, and the only way to make that capacity more is to pay $12 a month for it. Around the same for a netflix subscription, so your capacity and capabilities in the game are always limited without the subscription. And by far the most annoying thing is that when you earn stars, they’re only for that one case, and can’t be used on others. As soon as found that out, I deleted the app. It’s fun, if you’re okay playing very sparingly, but you can play for maybe 20-30 minutes every couple hours. I like when TV shows make me wanting and waiting for more, not an ios game. Anyway, that’s my take. Do with it what you will.

Customer Support. My one star rating is for customer support or lack thereof. I love the game but the crime scenes stopped opening so I have 15 stars and no clues. I used the "contact us" link. To do this I had to give my name and email, write my message and confirm I was not a robot. The reply email I received was an automated response telling me to go to the FAQ section of the game or join a Facebook community group and that I would receive no other reply. What was the purpose of contacting them? I had already read the FAQ page and I do NOT want to connect to FB. The only answer I found that was even remotely related to my problem was to force the app to close which I have done several times. 🙁 Update: I am not having the problem with crashing (yet) but after the last update the game opens in such a small screen it is difficult to click on the items. I have reset the game several times with no results...another disappointment.

So disappointed. This used to be my favourite game but now I find it very frustrating to play. The ads keep opening up whilst playing and therefore you lose your score. Some ads will not close when tapping the X and the game has to be closed and restarted to get rid of them or at times the game just shuts down on its own. This also happens on the other game "Mysteries of the past".

Awesome game, Bad service. Game gets 5 stars but I am giving it 1 star because of the customer service. I emailed with an inquiry and they send back an email with a link to a page I was already on , and I had no individual support. Good, game but getting energy is a lot harder. Love this game, however since playing again I’ve noticed once collecting every star for each crime scene your left with at least 10 stars at the end of every case and I use to purchase burgers, energy drinks etc but now this option isn’t available anymore. Doesn’t reward or pay off in the end, I mean I’d much rather energy that sticker packs and coins. Please bring back this option.

love the game, but please remove the Happy Hospital: Ear ASMR Ad. i’ve been playing for years, and i’ve recently just came back after a long hiatus. I’m enjoying myself, but an ad keeps popping up with disgusting pimple popping content, and it’s really making all of the games unenjoyable and I’m considering uninstalling due to constantly seeing pimples being popped. Please remove this ad, I don’t care about the others, just the pimple popping one.

Long Time Player has had enough. Can’t do it any longer, after 4 years I’m out !I have been playing this game for years and I really enjoy it. I have to say I am getting sick of the adds that are more and more being squeezed in. I understand it’s a great revenue raiser but enough already! It’s destroying the game and my enjoyment if it.

Cant download Case Number 45. Ive nearly got to the end of this game after playing it for several years and built up many levels in experience how ever i just cant download case 45 ive tried on several devices and tries using several different internet connections to no avail, other then that the game has been perfect !!

Oh look! Stars!. Hi, DJMuffin here. I just finished case 2 and I can only say I LOVE IT! But one sneaky star ran away. Why? Because of stars! It’s really annoying how you have to play crime scenes over and over again to progress. It also costs energy which takes a while to replenish. So, while stars dance around being pretty much money, one leaves!

Angry and irritated. I love this game, but the ads are becoming ridiculous. The compulsory ones between levels that randomly blast out sound even when you have your device on silent is just unacceptable. As someone who enjoys playing at night or in the early hours, I now can’t play in case the unwanted noise from the ads wakes my sleeping partner. Not happy. I’ve tried emailing and leaving a message on the Facebook page with no luck. Very poor indeed. Such a shame.

Problem with game. I love the game getting to the end of 61 my daughter bought me a new iPad putting all my other games and other apps they are all working well, my game will not load I have to go back to the beginning I would like the set up I have on my old iPad as I have not had any problems with the games I have they start were I was playing I hope you can help I up set with the set up at the moment on my new iPad Kind regards Jackie

Customer Support is Absolute Garbage!. Game was fun until it started to malfunction and crash. Like anybody else I looked into their faqs page and completed each step. I wasted all of my energy in trying to fix it and without prevail it failed over and over again. From there I contacted their support team where I got an automated reply telling me to go to the faqs page and complete those steps. They also stated that this email would be their only contact about the issue. Instantly deleted game. I’m sure another company would be more than happy to assist me. Absolute Joke! Feel free to download if you want to waste your time!

Love the game but ..... I play this game every day, have played Grimsborough, Pacific Bay, World Edition and WAS currently playing Mysteries of the Past until a recent update. NOW I Cannot access any content at all 🤬🤬I’ve tried the support the game offers , am connected to wifi, tried their methods to fix the game , nothing worked 😤😤😤😤 and was sent a computer generated message .. offering no help whatsoever. Problem. I tried to send a message to the site you gave me but couldn’t get into it. You give us a way to give our problems only to find out you aren’t able to. What are you playing at. I’m so frustrated because all I want is a detective game or games like this or Mystery’s of the past, and Mysteries of the pass is a great game and I’ve got a long way into the game but the other games like it stall and one was sickening so deleted it but deleted the other games like this as they stalled and downloading them again except one meant going back to the beginning. Giving this one star because I have to so I can give you this message.

Great game!. I love this game! So addictive and intriguing. It has a little bit of everything. One thing worth pointing out is that some of the things have a really long waiting time and you have to pay if you want to skip it. Most games give you the option to watch ads to get “gems” to do things like this, but it’s refreshing to know straight up what they’re asking for. Bottom line- you should definitely download this game if you love crime stories and puzzles! The waiting times is worth it, and only frustrating because the story is so good and you can’t wait to see what happens next. Side note: I agree with the others, Jones is annoying and has more anger problems then Det. Stabler. (If you know who that is, this games for you)

Hooked. I absolutely love this game and couldn’t expect more from it. I return to it everyday and love getting my way through all the different cases. Really recommend this game if your looking for something fun, interactive and entertaining.

There must be something wrong. I love this game and have been playing it for a long time, but just lately is has been going out of game to Facebook and not doing anything else, but my partner who also plays said the same and He needs to log in each time he plays. Too Many Ads!!! Shame! Shame! Shame!. How greedy can you be when inserting ads in the middle of a search round. You search, find, get a score, advert, search, find, score, advert, repeat. The object of the game is to be distracted by fun and challenging my memory. I left the game for some months because I was being frustrated by the ads. To add to the ad annoyance, the ads do not represent the games as played. I deleted Gardenspace because it was getting ridiculous. Home space looked like fun with building a home space and guessing which tools would harm or help. That's bs. You play a game with increasing degrees of difficulty (matching game) then, IF you beat the game you get to select an item for a task already selected for you to put into your Home Space! I'm only tempted to spend money on a game if it's really good. Advert interruptions on a frequency that angers isn't getting any of my money or time. Greed changes a fun game into a nonsense. It's repeated so often that finding a game that is enjoyable is becoming a lesson in frustration.

A once great game that fell from grace.. A formula that went a bit wrong. I think in Season 5 as a seasoned player I must say this game will become a case study in why things once great can still become a steaming pile on the side of the road. Rule #1: In a game where score is determined by how fast you find things, don’t have ads popping up mid game. I can put up with frequent ads almost coming up after each scene search, begrudgingly, knowing that you have not worked out a good revenue source, but I can’t stomach ads mid-game. Sorry but this is a deal breaker. Fix it or know that this game will be deleted from more than just my phone.

Too addictive!. I LOVE this game, I’ve only just completed level 2, and now I want to finish this review so I can play the next level! I recently got this game after seeing a MILLION of adverts, and I thought; “Let’s just download it for a bit of cringe.” However, IT’S NOT CRINGE AT ALL. I love this game, I love intense things, and always loved the idea of being a police officer. I rate this a 5/5.

Criminal case. I’ve got up to Paris and the game has completely stopped. I cannot move on. Please tell me if the game has finished and there will not be any more episodes. I haven’t had anything added for months. I’m about to give up on the game altogether. One of two of the best games I play.

Won’t play. So i been enjoying this game but after the latest update it wont allow me to download the new sene. I tried contacting support but they told me the same thing i already knew with some automated reply and with a message that its the only response I’ll get. I’ve checked storage space etc and since I’ve checked everything that was recommended to find i have plenty of storage etc. i can no longer play. Please fix this issue.

Pizza purchase faulty.. The pizza purchased for the energy bar does not work properly. I need to re-purchase the 170 energy bar every time I play the game. Every time I go back into the game the energy bar resets back to 110 energy. I know it's not supposed to do that. I have the 170 energy bar on my other criminal case games and it works properly on them the 170 Energy bar stays.

Updates are hell. Played a lot of this game but latest update is a bummer. Tries to force me onto Facebook and even though I try it always says oops. Now daily bonus is stuck at second day even though of been on for weeks. Though I have purchased in-game stuff and watched thousands of ads I don’t feel like a valued customer.

What is CP USED FOR?. Dose any one know why it gathers up, appears to be no use for it, I often get it as a reward on the wheel, I have millions gathered but no idea what to do with them! Have been playing for about 8 years, in case you don’t know about it gathers in the far left hand corner of the top bar! Help would be appreciated

The game is so fun. So I used to play on my mums iPad but then I forgot about the game so once I found it again I decided to play again and now I’m addicted and invested in the stories. Even better is you don’t need internet so you can even play in long car drives. Really fun and I get it excited each time a new one comes out.

Intriguing, entertaining and generous. I love this game- the interesting plots, the amusing graphics and the overall low pressure atmosphere. Take your time. With a little patience you’ll find you can enjoy the game for free. There is little pressure to buy as long as you’re willing to sit through ads. Spend because they deserve it, not because they make you like in some apps. I’d like to know how the hint rating improves for friends and would pay to have a second 5 hint constant companion. Perhaps you could upgrade companions like you do with pets? Also I’d like to see Jones grow up a bit! Thanks for the great game!

I’m not happy. Having said that, it is still a fun game. Just wish the old “daily reward” system would be brought back. The new “daily spin” system hardly ever works. The screen loads into a 30 second add but freezes more often than not. And the ads in general are increasing. Wish you guys would fix that. I do not appreciate an ad playing WHILE I’m in the middle of a “crime scene”.

What’s with the loud ads?. I play this in bed at night to wind down and have not missed a day playing for about two years. Now after the last update even though I have the game set to silent, loud ads for dating apps and other stuff come on and woke my husband who was not impressed, as well as scaring the hell out of me. You get enough money from us buying stuff, get rid of the ads. I’d even pay a couple of dollars to have it ad free.

Getting worse. I loved playing this game but they keep taking things away. First it was not getting burgers but energy when you cash in stars. Then the daily reward was energy not burgers. And then they bought in those trading cards. Now they have lost and stopped accruing energy from friends. I had nearly 500 and they just disappeared. No use sending an email to support you get an automated response that says go to FAQ and that you will get no further response. They seem to really only care about how much we spend. Really not happy.

Disappointing. Have been playing for a few years now and really enjoyed it. Completed to lvl 40 in Mysteries of the Past. Lvl 40 won’t download to be able to continue, says it will be ready in August 2017. Well it is now March 2018 and still no option to continue. Have contacted support numerous times over the past few months but never get a response.

Too much pressure to spend money.. Too many ads and now pressure to spend money to get energy etc. and all of my friends who used to play it now don’t except for two and one of them doesn’t play very often now either. I don’t mind watching ads to earn energy and coins etc but dislike having to sit through them after just about every game I pay. Otherwise I like the game but they are ruining it for everyone it seems.

Used to love it -. I really enjoyed this game in the past , however now, when I do the investigative activities and return I find my energy has mysteriously evaporated. It still shows I have energy but I get the message “you are out of energy watch a clip to receive 20 Etc” .then the energy is back to zero. I used to be able to save up my daily bonus - collect it and not use it - it would be there when I next opened the game - not any more - use it or lose it when you collect it. Unfortunately this is not always possible. Game is losing its appeal.

Enjoy game. Not impressed with ads. I have always enjoyed this game but am not happy with pop up ads that were introduced. Out of all the ads I have seen I have had a couple that are advertising what seems to be adult sites. Ladies wanting to flirt via video. I contacted the developer via website to advise but I only got an automated response telling me to go to the FAQ section and this is the only response I will get.

Takes forever now. The game used to be great and I played it daily. I have now deleted it as the game changed. It takes three days before the next city is ready to play. The daily bonus is now a spin wheel which is useless and you can’t rely on the type of bonus you get. Plus there are now ads playing during the game which is really annoying. I don’t know what the playing cards are for as they are useless. Lost a long time player

Stickers. I’m pretty happy with this game! I play it quite a bit, although one thing that’s getting on my nerves is the sticker album! I collect one whole page and the next day it’s gone?? It takes a fair bit to get them up considering I don’t spend any money buying them.I play every case right to the end just to get them! Can you please fix this?

Good game. All you guys need to know is for unlimited energy and no waiting for analysis go into your settings and keep setting the time forward one day and then when your energy’s full, turn it back to normal time and you’ll still have full energy

Criminal case. What is going on with this app I can’t get into it I open the case I’m up to it’s not working will you fix it and if I lose everything I will very mad I am deleting this app it is very frustrating to want to play a game you really like when you can’t get it fix

Very angry. All three of these games have the same problems now. Way too many ads. Crashing multiple times a day, usually just after taking your energy to play a crime scene. Please fix. Thankyou for fixing the problems. Seems to be playing fine since the last update. Am enjoying playing again.

Crashes without restoring energy. It's a fun game but I'm sick of it crashing and energy not being restored. I worked hard to earn that energy and then the game just crashes while in the middle of a crime scene. The least you could do is restore energy every time it crashes so we're not waiting around forever just to progress one little bit further in a crime scene.

Y’all need to chill 💀🙏. I loved this game since I was little (Which is a bit weird) it just gives nostalgia. It’s really interesting because this can relate to actual police. The only flaws is, there were too many ads and the same ones showing. But, the game is still ✨perfection✨and I would love to play it everyday. 👁👄👁👌

Love it!. I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I love it the storyline is good and a lot of the time the cases relate to each other, this games does have things like energy and other blockages but overall it’s a sensational game

Old version the best. This used to be my favourite game but after latest update it won’t sync between my iPad and iPhone even though both connected through Facebook. I have managed to sort out most of the issues between my devices. Support non existent as tried contacting them and received automated email sending me to FAQs and saying no further contact will be made. Now have to wait days for new cases and the times for results are getting ridiculous. I don’t like the way you now have to download different sections of the game when you used to be able to go to the airport and travel, taking energy etc with you.

Can’t play 30 seconds without an ad…. Legit, what is with the ads? I can’t even tap into the menu without getting an ad before and after leaving it. It’s a joke! It’s just too much ads that I can’t even enjoy this game because it’s honestly a great game but jesus christ, the constant ads are too much. Probably the only game i’ve downloaded that has takes advantage of it. Please for the love of god, fix it.

Criminal Case. Wats wrong with criminal case it won’t let me go any further it tells me to play the other criminal game and I have and it still won’t let me play this game I’m stuck I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and I’m sick of waiting I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks please fix it or tell us wat is going on otherwise I’m getting rid of all of them. Constantly crashing.. Last 2-3 days constantly crashing and closing out. Takes energy but doesn't advance stars. Probably just as well it's forcing me to stop playing, I'm on L27 and it's getting boring with not much variation in the games and it takes a long time playing over and over to fill the last couple of stars in each scene. Shame there isn't more of the timer count down, that's the only one I actually enjoy.

Doesn't work. I have a iPad mini 3 and at the start when it asks me my name I'd type it in and nothing would happen and I'd tap everywhere please fix it I really want to play this game

Ok. This game used to be fun but with all the adds every couple of minutes it’s gets boring after awhile.

How to change the name of my character back?. When I updated game last time for new ipad, the game changed my characters name to the owner of the ipad. No instructions in the settings.

Cant get past case 2. You can’t get to case 3 without paying or having Facebook.

Big money grab. Downloaded it again and remembered why I stopped playing it in the first place. No permanent way to increase your total energy without buying a ridiculous subscription (not even a monthly one but $4 every week). No way to speed up the time it takes to replace energy either. Examining things takes literal days unless you pay money. Endless ads popping up after each play. This game is just a big money grab

Criminal case. Pretty good game but too many ads. Cut 25 - 50% of the ads and you will have a 5star game.

Ermine. I have 4 of the criminal case games. Really enjoy them. My only complaint is that when you get the spinner and watch the ads if you happen to be over the 110, you are not credited with the hourly bonus.

To many adds. Althought the game is fun and stuff, every time you play 2 crime scenes a random add shows up and does not offer you nothing. Uninstalled because l don’t think its fair. Offer something for the adds and make them optional. Having to sit thru the adds to play is not worth it.

Amazing game, but impossible to play. This used to be my favourite game for years. I could play it forever if the advertisements weren’t so frequent and, even worse, the game didn’t crash every time there’s an advertisement. This didn’t happen back in 2015. ZERO customer support, and it’s impossible to team up with your friends to share boosters anymore. Tragic end for an amazing game

Gross commercials. How do I get rid of gross commercials & sounds from the games. I almost threw up when it showed up. I like playing the game & will watch the commercials but can’t handle the noise from any of the games. No more gross commercials this one had an ear & gross things on it. Fun, but Not worth the time. It’s a fun game but as other people mentioned it’s riddled with pop up ads during gameplay - on the way to a puzzle or as soon as you finish one. Once you’ve completed Chapter Two you’re forced to add three friends to “help you write reports”. I forgot about that the last time I played. If you don’t add three friends then you can’t do anything new with the game anymore. After that you’ll be forced to add more friends to access more chapters. Disappointing. ***edit: you can access the next chapters quickly by adding friends or you have to wait 24 hours for it to allow you to continue.

Love it. Great game, love the different activities. For some reason I was unable to access it for a long time and was going to delete it…so GLAD I didn’t!!!

“Pay to proceed” is too much for me. The game is interesting, the idea is worth realizing. But latter, unfortunately, has disappeared in a wish to make money on the players. The one simple stage it takes about one hour to proceed with a bunch of advertising to watch, and when you need to wait for certain investigation procedures, it could take even more (2-3 hours). Obviously, you can always pay to proceed immediately, but I mean it is too much to pay for this, watch this or pay again to skip. Annoying…

Game keeps freezing up. I like the game but now I’m at a point that the game keeps freezing and I loss the 20 points and the person I’ve selected for the round. A blank ad pops up and then I have to close the game for it to reset. This happens every time I play the game and it happens randomly.

It’s ok but…. I like the game for when I’m bored but I made a mistake on my profile name and can’t find a way to change it. I would love to be able to fix that.

Possible way to advance to"save the world". ******ATTENTION all CC'ers.....If you were not able to advance to the save the world because of the app updates you might be able to advance if you had the game/app on an old device(pad or phone) I finished Pacific Bay a few months ago and had the same issue, with no response or help from Criminal Case or their so-called community. And then it dawned on me that the app was never updated on an older iPad I have so when I opened that I was able to advance to save the world. Anyway, I hope that helps anybody out there. Or check with a friend and see if they have a older version of the app that they never update.

Awesome game!!. I saw this game on an ad and I thought it would be cool so I went to the App Store and I looked at the reviews. I read a lot that said it had lots of ads interupting the game, I was skeptical but I down loaded it anyway. When it was done installing, I played it for about 30 minutes and I found that I was not interrupted At all. There were no ads at all, at the end of every scene I played and discovered, when loading it was very fast didn't take over 5 seconds to load. Over all, I'm happy with this games playability, and I do not regret installing this ap!😀

Great game but it’s falling apart. I love this game and have been playing for years but recently have been having several issues that not been fixed. I keep getting logged out of Facebook which makes me lose all the energy I have. Every time I try to play I have to re-log into FB. I lost all the hair, faces, clothes, and accessories I either won or purchased and any new ones I earn disappear and I can’t get them. All the new pets offer inferior awards. As we get further into the game the pets should offer better prizes. I have tried to contact the support team for help but they say it’s Facebook and I need to contact them which I did but didn’t get any help.

For all ages. I thought only children would enjoy this game but I love it and I am 16 the only bad thing is they try to charge u at every turn don’t appreciate that but aside from that I love it . This is my review I wrote the first week I had 4 stars and now i am editing it is 1 month later they are trying to get rich isn’t everyone but they know they have a solid game people will like and they give u barely enough energy to do what u need and if u need more u have to buy more and it’s not cheap either it’s about 5 dollars for what will last u 5 minutes if we all had money to buy things at that rate this game would definitely not need so much advertise it so much also I don’t ever write reviews I’m in high school so I have strong feelings on this.

Finally a fix. 4.5 They finally allowed me to buy an add disabling feature for $8. Steep but worth it since I was watching ads more than playing and the ad creators are getting craftier at taking you away from the game to the App Store. My only hope is that since I only have three locations to finish they don’t end the game here and force me to lose everything at the next location as they’ve done with so many others. Of course, as with so many others, that will be the point where I say farewell. Of course, the game is getting sillier. It’s long departed from the noir gritty cases in Pacific Bay. It hasn’t quite jumped the shark but it’s swimming in shark infested waters.

Why the microscope?. I am not crazy about microscope and Grimsborough police department did not have the microscope before. I am not good with microscope. I also don’t care for having to pay for the energy. Please allow for unlimited watching the video to get more energy. I used to be able to watch video to get many energy bars now it’s limited. I used to get unlimited energy for one hour but that was discontinued; why is that. Also the game used to have lucky cards that could be purchased for energy but now it is not used to purchase energy. Can you bring that back please?

Fun, but they’re looking for cash grab at Atp. It’s fun and gets your brain working (also I’m a crime junkie fan so this is in my area of interest) but I will say it’s pretty unfair to say unless you have fb friends to “write report” aka play the game there’s no way you’re going onto the next level unless you pay. Sounds like a cash grab to me. Wishing there was atleast a local serve or whomever plays it online you can friend and help each other out. There’s also just a ridiculous amount of LONG ads. Greed with videos. I have been playing 5 years and love the game. With recent updates you’ve decided to force videos on us. First it was purchase offers with the “miss out” video it forced you to watch (which I refuse to do and I close the game before it plays) THEN to make our gaming experience worse, you decided to put unwanted videos every 1-2 plays. It actually makes me angry every time and it diminishes my enjoyment of the game. I have NO problem watching videos by my own choice for energy or extra spins, but you’ve truly done a number on us forcing us to have interruptions after every scene played. Think as a player and not greedy developers, would you ever want that for your gaming experience??? Fix this and I’ll actually give higher stars

Boring. This is the 2nd time downloading this game. I was hoping it had changed…you solve the crime but then have to play the scenes over and over to win all the stars in the level. And what is your fabulous prize. Minimal amounts of energy or photos for your album that don’t mean or get you anything. You have to play the additional games which is solely wasting your hard earned stars for what? A gold medal. There are no incentives to keep on playing. Only way to get extra energy is one spin of the wheel or spend money. Should be able to win more prizes in the game, because the find the object aspect is too tedious. Im going to delete the game again. Maybe ill try it again in a couple of years

Best Find. Unlike many game apps, this one has enough content to keep you playing for a very long time. It’s the best one I’ve found for hidden objects. Sure, it has it’s issues. The structure follows a storyline where you are a police officer solving crimes and in order to do that, you have to find and analyze hidden objects. No problem but some of the clues and assumptions are way too simplistic - you find a broken teacup at the crime scene so your killer drinks tea. But if you don’t focus so much on the storyline and just enjoy finding objects, this game is great and will keep you entertained for hours and months.

Most intrusive ads ever. So here’s the thing. Like Hobby Lobby, Chik-Fil-A, and that idiot with the pillow, this game is clearly owned and run by a conservative. If that’s your thing, cool. You’ll probably love this. Or, if you’re not, like 61% of the US and practically 90% of the world, it’s extremely annoying to see pro-Trump ads constantly. Uninterruptable and unmutable, at least until recently. If you successfully skip enough of them, you’re given an option to go ad-free for $7.99. Actually, that’s kind of genius. Show enough terribleness, maybe people will give you $7.99 to make it stop. Not me. It’s easier to just get a DNS ad blocker. Anyway, it’s a shame. The game itself is fun and well produced. I’ve been playing it for literally years despite the obvious bias of the owners, kinda hoping I’ll clear all 7 worlds (8 probably by the time I get done with 7 if the first 6 were any indication, but I digress...) Just know that if you download this and play, you will be subject to endless ads, and a good chunk of them will be conservative based, more or less infuriating, and you have no option but to sit and watch to get your next turn.

Last update crashes game before loading. I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years. I love playing it but wish it would allow it to back up to the iCloud like some of my other games. I’ve lost so many levels when I’ve had to reload the iOS on my iPad and it will only restore the game if I’ve backed up to my computer. The biggest issue I have right now is that the update made in February 2018 has rendered the game inoperable. I can load the game but after clicking “play” it crashes the game and will not not resolve despite closing the game and relaunching it or rebooting the iPad and trying to load it afterwards. Please correct the crash issue so that I can play again.

I love it! But.... This game is very fun! It’s interesting and it’s pretty easy to figure out how to play. It’s also challenging, but not too much. The only flaw I could find is that we need stars to talk to a suspect, or inspect a clue. Stars are pretty hard to get for me, and I normally end up spending my energy on replaying places and having to watch ads three times to get to an okay amount of energy. Which I find annoying, because in the end, I get one star, then waste it on what I earned it for. Then I have to do it again. Despite this flaw, I totally recommend this game. It’s pretty fun!

This should be 5 stars but…. The crashing has now been resolved. Only thing keeping me from giving this five stars now is the ads that pop up after completing a scene that don't give you anything for watching them. Some of them can't be dismissed for a few seconds. And some of those ads would run for over ten minutes if I let it, though I think they've cut down on those. Overall, a vast improvement over the previous version. Old review: It is now crashing ALL THE TIME! I will gladly revise this review when the issue of crashing all the time goes away. Sometimes it crashes after I've spent energy for a scene, or watched an ad to get more energy (in which case I don't get the energy). I also haven't been able to open sticker packs for weeks. Final straw was crashing after the daily bonus but not actually getting the bonus. It's a great game, but it must be fixed. Maybe the issue stems in part from an iPad that can't update to iOS 11.

You can’t really play.... I DL this game when it was advertised in another I play as I thought it looked like it would be good. I played the first 2 chapters and was in to it. However, I deleted it once it proved it wasn’t going to be a true play for free. When it came time to play the 3rd chapter my options were 1. Connect to Facebook and recruit 3 friends to play, 2. Pay $0.99, or 3. Wait 24 hours for the next chapter to open. I am not connecting a game to my personal social media profile or bombarding my friends with game requests or paying to go to the next chapter. The first 2 chapters didn’t have a play value of $0.99. I deleted the app once I confirmed it really wasn’t going to open without a 24 hour waiting period as there is no point of playing a game you can’t play.

No support or follow through when you have problems.. I played this game for probably close to 3 years, loved it and was in the time travel section only a couple scenes from finishing it. Somehow I fell asleep in the middle of playing it and in my sleep erased my whole game even with being hooked into Facebook. I wrote several emails trying to get assistance to reinstate my game but never heard a word from tech or game support. This occurred around the end of December and I have not tried any further to play. I thought today while looking at another game to load that maybe writing a review might get your attention. I do not want to restart this as it would take way too long and I know the story but maybe I can start at the time travel? You need to be more reachable by players. I play several other games and have no problems when reaching out for help.

So worth the download. There’s enough “crime scenes” to keep you on your toes. Even when the HO starts getting a bit boring you can try to beat your own time. Then, when you get enough evidence,YOU decide the killer. Just when you think your getting bored...BOOM! There’s another murder to solve across town! I’ve played a long time and not once needed real $$ for anything! Once you get a few areas unlocked, and if your having to wait on said area, just GO WORK ANOTHER AREA! You can collect things you don’t need so when you need them, you’ll have them. Easy Peasy!

Horrible!. I used to play this game ALL the time (every day)! Lately, it has been crashing when i attempt to do a scene ( sometimes when I am selecting my assistant for a scene, sometimes when I am in the scene, and sometimes when I am tapping on my rewards from completing the scene. It ALWAYS makes sure to take my energy. If I am at the point of collecting my reward when it crashes, it doesn't give it to me when I reopen the app again. Tech support made no suggestions to me other than to use 3rd party chats for this problem. Today, when it crashed, I lost EVERYTHING I have done--animals, stickers, ALL scenes, crowns. You get the picture. I used to LOVE this game. If they don't fix this problem & give me back my lost stuff, I AM GONE & you should be too before it happens to you.

Stolen or disappearing Pictures. Love the Game? But....I get a couple of pictures that finally come together in my album. Then thought I seen them disappear? Later on when going back through my album. So started to take pictures of some of my completed pictures on my phone. Sure enough they disappeared? But I have the same picture on my phone in full from an earlier day. But the picture shows several pictures are gone???? Who thought I would have to do my own investigation outside the game of Criminal Case. Don’t know how long it’s going to take to fill my Album, when pictures are missing that was once there?????

Impressed. I haven’t seen a game in which you don’t actually need to pay to play, and have fun at the same time. It’s actually made me say “Wow” to myself. I’m not far into any of the 4 games so far, but from what I’ve seen, it seems as if the game just stops after a while. Absolutely nothing wrong at all with this game, just which there might be a new case every few months, to keep the game fresh and show that the creators really truly care, even though I know they probably do already, and seem to be pretty busy. It would just be so much better for the community in my opinion.

Amazing but annoying. Love playing this game. There are a few tweaks if done it will be the perfect game ever. 1) when the game refills the energy it should add on the energy u already have plus the 110 it adds. So if I have still say 40 energy then the total is 150 and so on 2) the time for analysis is too long it should be less so we can play. Thank you for such a great game. Since the last update the game crashes all the time. Also when I watch a video I don't get my energy. Also the ads are killing me. They pop up constantly. Hope you can fix these problems so we can enjoy the perfect game.

Bad customer service.. I have been playing this game for over 5 years and have always enjoyed it. But suddenly today, all my Facebook friends disappeared from my game. Internet is fine and strong. I tried everything that is listed in help and support and still no friends. So I contacted them with my problem and everything I did that they recommend. I received an immediate robot reply telling me all the answers to my problems, whatever they are, can be found in help and support. And then it tells me this is the only response I’ll ever get in response to this problem. Thanks Criminal Case for rewarding 5 years of loyal game play and purchases with a great big kick in the teeth. Customer Support? More like Customer ignored. Going to wait 2 days to see if it clears up on its own, if not, one word, Delete. I know the people behind this game could care less, but bye bye Criminal Case.

Second time around...maybe.. I'm with everyone else. This sticker thing is just pretty lame. I would have played 2nd time around if you had left the burgers so we could collect them. No reward for finishing a crime scene! Adding on to this after a year of playing without the burgers now you ask us to PAY for the "gifts" that are given to us at the end of the games! I enjoyed dressing my avatar in the different things I won. But don't expect me to give you my hard earned coins for something I should already have. Took away another star for you. I stopped playing for about 8 months. Decided to come back and play for rings. OMG! A commercial every SECOND game! If you want to encourage people to play this is NOT the way. I don't mind some ads, but come on!

Fun! But hate waiting. I love this game! I've always loved criminal cases and this has amazing puzzles and an awesome story line. It's extremely addicting. My only complaints would be I hate how quickly you waste energy. In order to complete stories you have to earn stars while doing the puzzles, which takes a lot of energy. Which makes me stuck having to wait until I have enough energy. Also I hate how if I don't want to send Facebook requests for the game it's making me wait. Since I haven't send gifts to people it won't let me play the next game for two days which is extremely frustrating.... but I'm still gonna wait because I just love this game too much!

So disappointed :(. After many years of playing this game, I think I am finally through with it. I play on my older iPad, and never had any problems until they decided to intersperse ads that eat my energy and I find it very irritating that I have to watch three ads to manage storage. I'm actually really sad to leave, because the game has great artists and writers, and I have enjoyed it for so long. There's no way that I know of to actually reach the company to discuss these problems. I wish they had NOT started the dumb sticker book (I'm not three years old!), which only creates a much larger file for my iPad to handle poorly. But the final, back-breaking straw are the ads that occur AFTER I have used energy and the ad crashes the game. I understand the need for ads, but other games do a much better job of adding these money makers.

CC. I’ve been playing this game since 2012. I didn’t like the changes but it’s still fun. I don’t know why people are paying for energy. I have not once paid for anything at all in the 8 years I’ve been playing this game. If you don’t like it, then stop playing the game and stop complaining. It’s just a game. I’ve hoarded a lot of OJ and chips before the change few years ago. I got over 3300 OJ, almost 1000 chip, and a little over 700 burgers so I’ll be good on playing the game for a long time.

Read this before you get the game. This is the best crime game ever made. I mean yes I have to wait a little bit for energy but when I have the energy it is awesome. I am on case 12 and let’s just say all the cases were fun. There were some that I didn’t find that fun but others were. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that there are additional cases after each case and that I have to wait 24 hours just to start another case. Also if you want to play with friends you have to have Facebook. But other than that, yea it is an amazing game and I think you should get it.

🤩🤩 AMAZING 🤩🤩. Please read this! I’ve been sick in bed for a while and SO BORED!! I was just messing around in the App Store, looking for something to keep me occupied. I was scrolling and I saw this game, read the reviews and thought ‘why not’ After I downloaded it I’ve been hooked on it for so long! It’s so fun and there are so many things to do it in! The story line is interesting and keeps your attention, and it never gets boring!! I definitely recommend this app to EVERYONE who wants a time killer, or a fun game to play in your free time. Really fun game and story lines. I've been playing this game for probably 2+years and am on Mysteries of the Past level 449. I have to say I really do not enjoy collecting the stickers and I usually have to wait 3-4 days for the next case to be revealed because it hasn't been completed yet by the producers. The episodes, story lines and characters are really great and interesting with nice tying together of suspects and plot to a great finish in each city as well as world. I've collected all pets so far without spending any actual cash. Great job on putting this game together! It is a lot of fun to play!!

Good game but needs update. This game is fun I admit it and so does the world but we need a change in the game if you guys wanna be back in top ten. Tell you what I’ll give you some ideas for this game to improve. 1 less energy. With less energy we can play more often if it’s 20 energy it’s too much sometimes people get stuck and then they did it for nothing because all they did was loose all there energy . 2ngraphics. Add some 3D once in a while I know you guys have some 3D things in the game but I’m pretty sure you guys have enough money to make the entire game 3D. Think about it the better looks the better rating and the more people. That’s 2 ideas for you guys good luck

Great game, but one problem.. EDIT: June 18, my problem as stated below has been fixed. thank you! I love this game, and all the other versions. I have been obsessed lately and been playing nonstop!! The only thing I think you need to fix is EVERY time I send the free energy to my friends, or "thank" them after a crime scene, the same pop up box comes on the screen asking permission from Facebook to send them these gifts. Even though the "don't ask me anymore" button is checked, it still does it. every. single. time. and it's getting old. I'm not going to stop playing because it's the tiniest thing but would just appreciate if you could look into it! thank you

My friend and I had the SAME problem!. The app seemed pretty fun from the first case, which was the only one I got to play. Afterward, it showed the screen where you could change the look of your character. When I finished, it gave me the "enter your name" screen and automatically pulled up the keyboard. After typing your name, there is literally NO way to get out of that screen. I tried everything, from restarting the app and my phone, to changing my keyboard. The troubleshoot page provided no help whatsoever. My friend, who has a different model phone, had the exact same problem, so my phone was not the issue. No matter what, the "Done" button does nothing and you are stuck in that screen. So, essentially, unless you want to play the tutorial round over and over, you shouldn't get this game.

Update Review. When I grabbed the last update, I lost ALL the cards and energy I had saved up to that point, and I was really mad. On top of that, nearly half my pets lost their picture and their images were replaced by question marks; very disappointing. When I send an email about it hoping to get help, I received some generic response that told me to check out the FAQ section. I had already done that and couldn't find any answers and really thought by reaching out via email I would get help. I grab the most recent update today and am told I'll get 100 free energy and didn't, but I'm really not surprised. On top of that, my pets are still without images. I know I'm not the only player with this pet issue. PLEASE address it!

Used to be fun. This game has added so many pop-up ads, (approximately 1 pop-up ad for every 3 times playing the game looking for the objects.). Recently, when you try to remove some pop-ups from the Screen, the ad reveals a 2nd screen to remove before the game can resume. These are NOT the ads for points. It is also interesting when the request for Ratings appears, the choices are “No Thanks,” “Later,” and “5 Star.” I’m curious what the 4.6 positive rating would be if the “5 Star” rating was removed and players were allowed to determine their individual rating? Also, there are many glitches on ads, mostly for points, where ads are not playable. This app was fun, and could be again, if the ads weren’t becoming the focus instead of being able to play the game. FIX IT PLEASE.

Lost my friends. I only have a few friends who play this game. All was fine until you required downloading new story lines that did not continue from the original. 1. Having to start the new story with the teaching mode is a boring waste of time. 2. Having to leave the old format and go to a new game means I lost my friends. I either have to pay or wait to start the next level of the case. 3. Today, rather than the usual 50 credits, I got to spin a wheel with no guarantee I would get the credits. I know you are trying to keep the game fresh and attract new users but between the stupid stickers, the lack of continuity to a new case, loss of friends and the wheel, my friends and I are rapidly loosing interest.

Good game but way to many ads!. It’s a good game if you like these kinds of games. However, within the last 3-4 updates, they have added an EXTREME amount of ads. I understand wanting/needing to make money off of it. But there is no way people are going to pay $4.99 for energy that won’t last them 10 minutes! To expensive! Maybe $0.99. Why not offer an ability to pay for no ads? I’d pay $2-$3 for that easily. Then still leave the ads for the spins. That would be best of both worlds. You’d still be getting money from ads and people would be paying to play with no ads while playing. If this keeps going on I’ll just delete the game. It’s ridiculous and is getting to irritating.

Criminal case. Adding yet again to my previous negative review. Do you have any idea how often the game is crashing because of the random countless commercials/Ads? Has happened already and I just started playing tonight. Will play OTHER GAMES INSTEAD!😡 Adding to my previous sent review. I’ve absolutely had it! I’ve watch countless commercials, game suggestion, etc. to get more energy BUT now the game automatically takes me out whenever it pleases just as I am about to start a play .. usually crashes the game and when it doesn’t it takes several seconds or longer to go from @ black screen to an advertisement or game suggestion. It’s more than aggravating so much so that I completely stop playing in the middle of the game! I’m done! Unless you get rid of this newest scheme What’s the deal with the game going all on is own to a commercial break. DRIVES ME CRAZY ... especially when I’ve just watched some adds to get my energy up and then it makes me watch more ads. It didn’t use to do this? Please knock it off! I already use the feature to unlock more energy and don’t want to be interrupted in the middle of my playing😫😫😤😤😖😖 It also constantly crashes and I have to completely restart my iPad. This happened 3 times just in the last hour.

Great game!. I started this game several years ago, and eventually quit. No real reason. I just started again, and wish they would fix the issue about being able to connect with FB. I’ve downloaded all versions recently, and would love to invite friends to join, but can’t because not able to connect to FB. I’ve tried several other hidden object games, and this one, and sister versions, are by far the best! Please fix the fb connectivity issue!!!!!

Ads freeze and mess up the game play. First of all, it plays ads in the middle of a scene. I started a scene, and an ad popped up, and it froze; so I finally got the scene to start, and it already had well over a minute counting. Getting stars to talk to someone or continuing to another chapter is annoying. Also, getting stars after you’ve already finished the case is tedious. When the game offers a “happy hour bonus” of completed cases finishing 2X faster, it apparently doesn’t apply to the collection mode; which is already extremely tedious as it is, playing an entire case a third time around. As for moving on to any edition after Pacific Bay, it asked to download an entire new app; which I was okay with......UNTIL it starts you over from the beginning on status, etc; which is utterly disheartening. So I deleted the new app.

Costs. The only issues I really have are, the amount of time it takes to move to a new case., and it’s always trying to get me to buy my way through EVERYTHING with money. It would be much more interactive-for me- if there was another way to get through to the next case, by doing like a bonus - solve this mystery before moving on or wait the allotted time. I don’t have many friends that play this game so it doesn’t help me that way either. I absolutely love this game though! I have all 5 variations and I play them daily now!

What do I do now?. I loved playing Criminal Case, so much so I downloaded Criminal Case: Save the World....big mistake! I finished the last level of Pacific Bay and because I already have Save the World I can’t play with my friends that were able to move on....I can’t play Elite Mode because you have to make one more arrest....THERE ARE NO MORE ARRESTS I have arrested them all...so everything I earned is now worth nothing. I sent an email but received a reply saying go check the faq page...nothing there.... I tried deleting Save the World and downloading it through Criminal Case but it just opens the game I had.....now I make $2000 for finished games..... and I only get two full hints bonuses instead of 5.....all purchase are the same price but you earn 1/5 of the prize $! I’m really disappointed now I really enjoyed the game until now...

Criminal case. I have played many of these genre games and this is the only one that really gets me, I have played “crimes of the past” and all the other ones and none of them where as good as “criminal case”. I feel that when I play this game it makes me think that I am actually in the office of at the crime scene finding all the clues and mysteries. I think all of the games where good I am not saying that they are bad but I think that “criminal case” was the best one. Everyone that has played this game will know the joy of playing this and how great it is, so on that thought you should all give this gave a five star rating.

Good, but could be more intersting. I really enjoy this game because it’s fun to be a detective and investigate all sorts of crime scenes. And this is a good game, but it could be more interesting. If your character could actually talk in the game, you could talk to the suspects, and can acknowledge your partners when they address you. Also, if you could do things like solo cases, or do things like create a partner for your character, it would be more fun because then you’d always have a partner, and not have to wait for pretty much all the other partners you have to be able to use them again. Otherwise, amazing game

I would’ve loved to give it 5 Stars.... But I can’t because there is one major feature/flaw that really bugs me! If you make it to the next level and you’ve used the last of your energy, it refills your energy. If you haven’t completely run out of energy, you only get part or none, depending on what you do have. It’s like getting cheated out of your accomplishment. I think you should get that energy no matter how much you have. It’s hard enough to get extra energy as it is, unless you’re willing to pay for it, like having to watch a ton of 30 second commercials! FIX THAT, Criminal Case, and I’ll be happy to revise my rating.

Facebook error won't give me access to my previous progress in the game. I downloaded the game on a new phone I got recently and have been trying to access my old progress which I saved with my Facebook account. But everytime I try to link my Facebook account to the game I get the same error page. It says: "Error App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated. ". Please help, I wanna continue the game from where I left it off. I really like this game 😭

Could be great. Could be great if the game didn’t lock you out for 24 hours unless you bug friends for help or pay $. Have a paid and unpaid version but don’t lock ppl out of the game for 24 hours just bc they don’t have $ to spend or friends who also play. I also wish they would make it so you didn’t have to download a bunch of different apps to play all the new crime scenes. Y’all expect ppl to download 5 apps to play one game? Otherwise it’s a great game, keeps me occupied for hours at a time. I also would like to know if you can link accounts? I started a new one and then days later found my log in for my original. Now I have 2 separate accounts. Would like to merge if possible. If it’s not than another reason it didn’t get 5 stars.

NOT SURE YET….. I’ve only been playing for a couple weeks. So far, aside from Many ads, it seems ok. I can understand the ads— what do you expect—every FREE game has them. But reading through some of the other reviews, I’ve seen MANY ppl mention once you get to Level 3, unless you connect to FB you can’t play anymore levels. That seems pretty pushy, and IF this is true, I also will delete this game. Another reviewer stated that after making one purchase, they’re still taking $$ out, months later. Not what’s going on w- that, as I’d contact my Bank right away. Right now all I can say is it’s a fun game— I’m just waiting to see what happens when I reach level 3.

Yea lol. I’ve loved this game since it came out tbh, cuz I remember when I would get my moms phone just to play it and entertain myself. Guess it broadened my view to liking criminology more than before. After that I forgot abt the game and then it just popped out of my mind so I got back to it. I cannot tell you how many memories this brought back to me, and I could not tell you how many times have I had thoughts abt this game becoming an animated series. If it actually did somewhere in the future, I would definitely watch it (o^^o) Tysm for the effort put into this game and all the others :DD

I love the game. My mom and my oldest sister don’t have time to play this game. But my other sister, my dad, and I love this game. It’s suspenseful and it does take long to get stars, but overall great game, In the conspiracy criminal case, it’s like going back to all the people you worked with this criminal case and I love it. Except when I think it was Nathan who was killed, that was sad. But I love to play these games. It’s like solving a real murder. That sparks an idea! One of your games should be of real murders! That would be epic. Well I love this game! PLAY IT!!!!!!

😬. I really love criminal case, but I have seen multiple glitches/bugs with my games. My energy will randomly drop by 20 points when I haven’t played a level. And when I gain a star on a level, it disappears when I haven’t used the star for a task. It also doesn’t show that I have a star in the “progress bar” for each level that shows the amount of stars you have. It’s almost as if the game resets the last few minutes of my playing. I have also had my game crash multiple times. And when I watch a video for energy, I often end up not receiving any energy at all. But this game is still so fun and it’s a great way to challenge yourself!
