A joke. This app is a joke. For every real person that actually responds or gets ahold of you, there’s 20 other that are not real and banned by Tourbar.. This app is supposed to have a process to join to show a picture of your identity, but I feel like this is a joke too because how would this many people get past that.

Money money (banned for leaving bad review). What is the deal with every app like this requiring payment? Why can’t I message someone without having to pay for it… I was also banned after I posted this review, so that’s what honest criticism gets you.

Fake app..... I am trying to activate this app by text message because the app won’t allow you to text any one unless you activate your phone number or pay money as premium number. But the text message never reach my phone. The other thing is you can’t text anyone unless they like your photos??! Or you pay money as premium number! ... I don’t recommend this App for anyone ..

Easy to use. The app is easy to use and offers a ton of useful features.

Garbage. App is extremely glitchy. One minute you’re logged in and next you’re logged out and have been locked out of your account for no reason. Can’t reply to messages even when others message you first unless you pay. Seems it was developed by a C-rated developer who still needs practice creating software.

Wholesome community. The community here is amazing, open and full of people who love life.

Account blocked after paying subscription. Pretty weak.i paid the $30 for subscription, next morning I went to sign in and it says "account blocked". Looked around for a way to contact them and nothing is listed.

Interesting places. I got sent off for a long-term business trip, so I found a couple of guides to pass the time. I already visited several amazing non-tourist spots.

???. The application works fast, does not slow down and does not require payment. What else could be needed?

Horrible. Repeatedly Says “you can only change your name once” if you try to add anything to your profile, including a picture or any information. Your programmers absolutely messed up. What a disaster.

Awful application. Installed app today, met two individuals and tried talking to them but it wanted me to subscribe so I could continue talking to them, instead I gave them my instagram and my account got deleted / blocked, I didn’t receive any warnings prior this. Not recommended, don’t waste your time on this application, it’s a waste of money and time.

Don’t ever try to pay for this App. Fake profiles. Searching inside the App. not working. Before you subscribe you will receive messages from fake profiles just to to pull you and to pay and subscribe, then you will realize that you are alone with some people who already were cheated by this App.

Horrible five minutes experience. Literally downloaded the app just to see what it was about and if it was worth my time and it most definitely wasn’t. I uploaded one photo of myself and filled out my bio a little and literally five minutes later tried to upload another photo and it send me to the login/sign up screen and when I tried to sign back in it said my account had been blocked and I have no idea why. Worst app experience ever honestly among the other I’ve downloaded. Really wish I could log back in at least and delete my account so it isn’t still in their system but whatever, really hope this isn’t just a scheme to get peoples personal info. And whoever reads this, DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

This app is horrible!. This app is horrible! I went through the setup process, set up my profile and went to run an errand. Tried to sign in when I returned and received a message saying I was blocked, with no explanation. Tried to contact customer service, but you can only do so after logging in, which I’m not able to do. Looked online for other options for customer support and there are none.

Free. This helps me to travel cheaper. And, of course, make friends worldwide.

I'm happy with everything. I have already traveled several times and met and had a chat with new people using this dating app. Everything was great, I'm happy with everything.

Found travel buddies here. The guys and I were planning a tour around the state but we needed 2 more people. We found them using this app.

Probably a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews, I uploaded my pictures and then it loved me out and I tried to log back in and it said my account was blocked. I wish I could go back in and delete my account and picture I feel this is a scam to get peoples names and pictures and money

Poor execution - Great idea. For whatever reason the account gets blocked. I have made 3 accounts with id verification.. but account seems to get blocked on its own. Tried contacting customer support - they don’t reply to emails at all. Really disappointed

Terrible app. It wouldn’t allow me to upload several of my photos which were professionally taken and It kept putting my location as somewhere else. Looks like a cheap bumble rip off.

Not bad - But I've used better. I used this app for a couple weeks and you do talk to some interesting people from time to time. However there are a lot of fake accounts/people who aren't interested in travel. I've found either Fairytrail or Bumble for travel do a better job of meeting of meeting people interested in travel.

Banned my account before I could even upload.. I’ve heard so many good reviews and before i could even finish uploading all of my pics and finish my profile. Banned my admin, no way to contact them as you have to be registered yet my email is blocked. Trash. Skip this.

Really peculiar. What’s peculiar is that there’s hardly any ads, even tho the app is free.

No good. Former user. Didn’t use the app long. Lots of frauds/scammers on the app/website - far more than real genuine people. Plus the app costs a monthly fee AND was difficult to cancel. There are several free apps out there that provide the same services, some with even better services and more options.

Will not remove my profile. I have been trying to remove a fake profile someone made of me with my as it is the first thing that comes up on Google searches and is causing me to lose job opportunities. Please help.

Don’t bother - scam. A dating site with a bunch of women looking for someone to buy them an airline ticket, plus very high subscription fees, no phone support, and making it as difficult as possible to try and cancel the subscription. Stay away and avoid the headaches it will give you.

Not LGBTQ Friendly. Set up an account as a gay man. The only people who come up are women. Very disappointing. Update... almost every other review asked the people to contact customer service to help with their issues. Yet mine was just given a “Thank you for your feedback”. Proof that the developers truly do not have any intention of the app working for LGBT people dislike having the option. I wish I could give less stars. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, or push lgbt issues”, but this is flat out “disrespect to a whole segment of people.

Terrible app that smells like a scam. I downloaded this app, updated my information, and included my photos of myself… and in less than 24 hours, without messaging a soul, or even talking to anyone, I tried to log back in to find that my account had been blocked/deleted. Initially the app was confusing and was basically just trying to get me to buy things, but now I’m wondering if this app was just a phishing scam to get personal photos and info from people. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Useless and paid service. Cannot understand for what this app... Tried to add my trip four times, but failure. Then I tried to send a message to support, but unsuccessful. I still don’t understand for what I should pay and how this one could help me with trips? What the service except numerous bags it provides? Just wasted time.

Keeps crashing. The app was working fine until recently when I open it it crashes immediately. I deleted and downloaded several times still the same problem. Now I access it through the internet which is not very convenient.

I was really looking forward to the app, but. When I try to update my profile, an error occurs and says that “I cannot change my name more than one time”, but I didn’t even touch my name. I wrote a bio and now it’s all gone. I did it a few times and still can’t update my profile. Very disappointed. If this doesn’t get fixed, I guess I’ll have to delete the account..

Not a user. Not a user. I started signup process hit it required a subscription just to set up the app. Not sure that’s a good idea. I’m concerned about how hard it will be to cancel and whether it’s worth it.

Before the trip. There are free features, but I immediately purchased a subscription for myself in order to thoroughly prepare for the trip.

This is the worst app I have ever used.. Signed up. Tried to upload photos and set up my profile. I couldn’t upload my photos as other users have reported too, I contacted support via app. Tried to sign back in 45 minutes later. It says my account is blocked. No email or reason provided. This was a waste of time. This is also the first review I’ve ever written. Had to get my frustration out somewhere…

Plenty of options. There’s plenty of options here. I already went on a road trip with a random, now I want to try myself as a guide in my town.

Doesn’t seem worth it. I was planning an international trip and looking for someone to meet who I could do things with in the city. Most of the woman in the app seem to be from Russia and looking for someone to pay for them. One woman expressed she was so happy to talk to me when all I did was say hi. Seems a little weird. What I am finding on the app does not seem to justify $30 a month

Not “free to download and use”. I don’t understand why ITunes allows this app to say “free to download and use” when you can’t do anything without first paying. No trial period, no basic function at all unless you pay. Which, I’m reluctant to do without trying it first. Deleting.

Account blocked - no one to contact. Download it and set up the app… Within a day I tried to login and was given the message that my account is blocked… No reason… And there is absolutely no contact information on their website or anywhere else to find out what's going on…

Awful. It says you can message others if you ‘like’ each other’s photos but it doesn’t actually allow that. You must pay to chat with anyone. Plus it declined my photos just because my dog was in one with me and my nephew was in another with me.

Many basic functions. Many basic functions are free and that's amazing. You don't need to pay to meet people from another country.

That amazing feeling. It’s really cool to meet new people that love traveling as much as you do. That’s why I use this app so much.

Account immediately blocked?. I signed up for Tourbar and within 5 minutes my account was blocked and I can’t log in. I only answered the initial setup (gender, birthday, location) and when I got past that screen, I went to notifications and my account logged out and became blocked. There’s no way to submit a customer service request unless you’re signed up which I can’t do because I can’t log in. Im not sure what the issue is but the fact that customer service is only accessible to people with accounts makes no sense to me.

Good. I'm going to Toronto, I found a wonderful man on this app, who gave me a wonderful tour and showed me where you can get delicious food

5 star reviews are fake. I tried this app, because I would have prefered a female aquaintance over a male who would be expecting arm candy or a hook up Full of bugs, my location was never correct. My account was blocked, and the only thing I did was add two trips with city names. FYI ladies if you are using this to find a date, I can warn you that all the people who popped up when I signed in were unattractive men, many twice my age. Nothing like the advertisements I’m also reading that you have to pay. Dont waste money here. You are better off using an app with a better platform

Failed to sign up/ login. The app is really slow, and I found it hard to sign up/login . Also I think I chose my gender wrong, but there is no way to revise later. Wanted to delete my account and start again, but it didn’t work out. Bad user experience

Confusion Meeting Website. The agenda of this website is confusing as many members have agenda other than meeting and or travelling or site seeing etc . A filter must block those fake profiles seeking illegitimate financial gains only . I can not recommend this site to any of my friends.

Company Doesn’t Respond to its Customers. I have contacted this company countless times to have my password reset so I can delete my old profile from years ago that keeps showing up on google searches of my name. They will not return my emails or phone calls. Also the password reset on the app doesn't actually work and doesn't send a reset to your email. The more I look into this company the more worried I become. Stay VERY far from this company and NEVER download their app or sign up for an account with them.

Problem with signing up. When I try to sign up with my email, I cannot set the location. I just type Toronto and nothing happens

Got the paid subscription. I purchased the paid sub plan here and didn’t regret it since the app helped me find a couple of cool guys that showed me some unusual places.

Pretty much useless. If you are looking for an app that pairs Eastern European women looking for sugar daddies then I guess this app is for you. Very dubious that it would work as a useful travel app however.

Bad Tinder idea. Basically, this app just like tinder just in old-scool format,- you don't get swipes, but, they charge you 30$ for 30 days. Bottom line: this app is another version of Tinder where they want you to pay a lots of money, and take hungry, Russian woman to vacation.

Terrible. One of the worst most u intuitive user experiences. Lags on iPhone 6. I would consider paying if it delivered but it fails in ever category imaginable. They didn't even bother to build an incentive structure to solicit my friends to signup and giving me points towards a taste of the product. Instead they want money for a garbage app. I imagine this thing was great when it started, but a lack of leadership, dedication to design, and poor infrastructure led to its demise. Hope another company picks up where this company fails, because this is miserable.

Another BS app that Apple lets slip by. The idea of meeting someone where you're traveling to is something that can be good, but companies like these (tourbar) make such an experience bad from the start. You have to pay $29 a month just to talk to someone, let that sink in, $29 a month to talk to someone and some other abilities that should be free, now if I only travel once or twice a year, why would I pay for this service? Another pattern that I saw in this app is that probably about 70% of the women are either Russian or Ukranian, and they all look like models, I mean come on, when was the last time a tall blonde was willing to give you a tour? Seriously? If the company that is responsible for this app wants to attract more legit users, they should go back to the drawing board and start by removing that $29 a month crap, maybe do something cheaper, a lot cheaper, drop the fake profiles, make the interface a bit simpler and make it safe for everyone to meet.

Can’t find my account for twice. I set up everything and the next time I logged in it said “account is restricted “,”account not exists”

Great app. application supports a lot every time I have a need to go to events abroad. The problem booking at hotels has become easier. Current applications has become a companion with me every time I go to foreign countries.

Want to echo bad reviews.. The other reviews are right. Most girls are in Ukraine and Russia and look like super models. I honestly think this app is possibly more of an escort app rather than a travel app. The fact that you have to pay $29 just to chat is ridiculous and the interface of it is complete garbage, cause you can't select location. The idea seems good, but this app is not worth your time or effort. Tinder will still be the best way to meet someone while traveling

Awful App. This app seems to be for people who may want to travel, but are not necessarily going to the same place or even traveling at the moment. I've received tons of random messages from all over the world and I cannot delete the app on the settings page. I've contacted customer service, but the response I got was they replied and to check my messages. The message is nowhere to be found. What a waste of time.

Cool idea, please fix bugs. I can't update my age, the date picker only goes into the future, not the past for my birthdate, so it's alway an invalid date on your validation obviously and thanks to that I can't update any other setting either... Have found myself in infinite loading as well pretty annoying... Had to kill the app a few times... The idea is pretty good though, will give it another shot later, hopefully it's more stable then
